The next day in the Canterlot high school cafeteria,
Sunset was eating jello.
She was really tired from not getting enough sleep last night, sitting at the same table with Pinkie pie, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy.
"You ok sugercube?" Applejack asked.
Sunset looked, to see her friends looking at her, noticing the bags under her eyes.
She didn't even have time to brush her hair, so it stayed messy from sleep.
"I'm fine, just a little tired." Sunset yawned. "I didn't get very much sleep last night.
"Sorry I was late!" Twilight (human Twilight) came rushing in, to sit next to Sunset Shimmer.
"I had to stay after class to study for a test."
Twilight pulled out her lunch box and opened it to pull out a cute cup, triangle shaped ham sandwitch in a plastic bag.
She pulled it out to take a bite. She turned to look at Sunset Shimmer eating jello while chewing.
"You ok Sunset?" Twilight asks.
Sunset turned to her.
She looks like Twilight, but with glasses, and her hair tied in a messy bun.
She had Twilight's beauty.
Her midnight colors.
Her sparkly eyes.
Her everything from top to bottom.
Even though this Twilight isn't hers.
She continued to look at Twilight, but instead of the human Twilight from this world.
She sees the pony princess Twilight.
Her beauitful dark midnight eyes, sparkling back at her.
Everything seems so quiet as sparkles and glitter with bright glowing butterflies flying around in a place that's all back.
"Hey Sunset Hello."
Sunset shook herself, only seeing human Twilight instead of pony Twilight waving her hand in front of her.
"You Ok?" she asked.
Sunset blinked and looked around, to see the other girls looking at her confused and concerned.
She turned to Twilight.
"I Have to go." she then dashed from the table to the girls bathroom.
She leaned on the sink counter breathing heavily.
And when it slowed down, she looked up to see her tired face staring back at her.
She looked down at her feet.
Being apart from her princess was getting harder and harder.
Sunset saw something in the corner of her eye, to see a yellow butterfly fluttering around her.
She looked around to see everything around her transform into trees and plants.
She then found herself standing in the Canterlot garden, looking around to see the pony princess Twilight in a white dress sitting under a tree reading a book with a bunch of other books around her.
Sunset walked towards her.
Got on her knees, allowing Twilight to look back towards her.
Sunset reaches her hands to cup Twilight's cheeks caressing them.
"Sunset!" everything flashed…..
And Sunset found herself in the bathroom on her knees, human Twilight staring at her in worry, with Sunset's hands cupping her cheeks.
Sunset slowly put her arms down.
"Sunset are you ok?" Twilight asked her.
Sunset then got up "I'm fine Twilight just been thinking."
Twilight then walked to her.
"What about?" She asked.
Sunset turned to look at her.
She sees little specks in her vision. She leaned on Twilight, almost dropping, but Twilight held her up.
"Maybe you should sit down for a while." Twilight said. Leading Sunset to the bathroom wall, before gently helping her sit down on the floor.
She sat down next to her, reaching for her backpack to give her a bottle of water.
Sunset took it and took a drink.
"Your blood sugar must be low." Twilight tells her.
She reached in her backpack to grab a bag of cookies, to open it and held it to Sunset
"Here are some of my cookies."
Sunset ate a few cookies before leaning her head on the bathroom wall.
Twilight watched her to see if she might try to pass out again.
Feeling woozy, Sunset leaned on the floor placing her head on Twilight's lap.
Sunset's sudden action, Surprised Twilight and she blushed a little.
"Sunset?" Twilight shook her shoulder only
to find out that she has passed out on her lap.
Twilight had develop a little crush on this fiery young girl over time.
Her relationship with Timber didn't work out very well after a few dates.
A part of her can't stop thinking of Sunset.
She was a beautiful, fearless warrior that came to Twilight in her darkest hour.
She protected and guarded her, she looked to her for comfort when she needed it ever since she transferred to Canterlot high.
She looked down at the girl she considered her Knight in Shining Armor before stroking her hair.
They stayed like that for a while until Twilight heard someone walking in.
She turned to see the other girls looking down at them.
"You guys missed class." Applejack tells her.
"Is everything ok?"
"I don't know." Twilight said.
"I think something is troubling Sunset."
She looked down to see Sunset Shimmer still passed out.
The other girls gather around huddling around the two.
"What's wrong with her?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"She almost passed out, I think her blood sugar was low."
Twilight tells the girls
"Blood sugar dropping is never good." Pinkie pie said.
"That happened to my sister Marble once. We were out shopping, then in the middle of shopping in the mall she went all wobbly before collapsing because her blood sugar dropped."
"Was she ok?" Fluttershy asked.
"We went to the food court to give her a milkshake After she woke up." Pinkie said.
"Well it seems Sunset hasn't been herself lately." Rarity pointed out.
"Yea like in gym class she had barely could throw a ball because she's so Tired." Rainbow Dash added.
"And during history she was staring out into space, looking around wondering, as if she's somewhere else."
Pinkie pie said "And I thought my mind wandered too much."
"I wonder what's wrong with the poor Darling." Rarity said.
Suddenly they heard someone coming in and they all turned to see principal Celestia standing in front of them.
"What's going on here?" She asked the girls.
"It's Sunset." Applejack tells the principal.
Celestia walked to Sunset and Twilight, the girls letting her through, to see Sunset Shimmer passed out on Twilight's lap.
She kneeled down to brush her hair back.
She noticed the bags under her eyes.
"She almost collapsed." Twilight tells her.
"I see." The principal took a hold of Sunset Shimmer gathering her in her arms.
"I'll take her to the Nurse's office." She tells the girls.
"The rest of you get to your next class.
They all left the bathroom and went to their next class period.
Twilight watched as Celestia carried Sunset Shimmer down the halls.
She felt a hand on her shoulder.
She turned to see Applejack looking at her assuringly.
Twilight smiled back and Applejack walked to class.
Twilight looked down the hall one last time before getting to class herself.
