To Guest: Yes on everything especially Percy / Calypso is a little less on the fact of Percy commander. I don't like Calypso (she's a bitch like Hera), but there's nothing we can do about it if people like her, there's also the fact that she's with Leo and there's no reason to be with Percy. For Percy commandate: it's good to see Percy from TLO but I don't understand why something always has to happen to Annabeth, in TLO she agreed with him, she was supportive. There is also the fact that in these fanfiction they want to make him a God: but they don't remember that Annabeth was one of the many things that kept them from becoming a God (for example: he wanted to live his own life). But as I said I would like to see such a thing even if he wouldn't have so much risk of dying, it would be like he has Achilles curse again but this time only specific weapons can kill him. But as you know there are not many fanfiction where he is with Annabeth, even if he could make her a Goddess (I only found one completed I checked all this site and others, I hope someone recommend me one where there is no harem).
To "I hate Pertemis": don't hate this couple or these fanfiction. Don't be like me who wants to know why people like these fanfiction or what happens to Annabeth (she usually ends up like my profile picture) and then I'm left with the doubt.
To "guest": I don't understand it either, maybe it's that the author doesn't like strong women (or too weak, for that he needs a Goddess).
As kindly advised by many people I reread the books. Who remembers Annabeth swore on the Styx to protect Percy in "Sea of Monsters"? Is it still valid for you?
I didn't want to say it, but I read a comment on a fanfiction that made me cry, the comment is this: "I vote for Artemis. There are thousands of Percabeth stories, so I hope this one doesn't become one". I explain why she made me cry: because yes there are thousands of fanfictions where there is Percy and Annabeth but in this case, Percy / Annabeth is not the final couple, they are not demigods and have no adventures. Instead with Percy/Artemis in there are thousands and in some, the name of Artemis does not appear, but it is Percy/Artemis.
But they are not trading cards. Artemis, Thalia, Zoe, Hestia, Athena, Bianca and now even Reyna have chosen to become virgins here instead it doesn't matter about this choice, it doesn't matter that they only met Percy for a short time, it doesn't if they are in a relationship with someone like Calypso and Piper and it doesn't matter that these fanfics started circulating more than 20 years ago. I'm not crying but just sad that in order to make these fanfictions by now one thinks first of all that there aren't many fanfictions of these couples. Really of fanfiction of Percy/Annabeth concluded as demigods and having an adventure are very few.
