Yeah, Yoshi shouldn't eat too much on ice cream.
Now then, this episode is based on Smoking (from Full Tilt Tails), featuring Mario, Luigi, and Roy Koopa (What? You thought Roy from Fire Emblem would appear? TOO BAD, ROY KOOPA TIME!).
I will warn you there will be some smoking, but it will teach people not to use cigarettes. Here we go!

Luigi was walking around in Toad Park, while he was walking, he spotted a cigarette pack. He picked it up so he could throw it away, Mario told him that smoking is bad, and that he shouldn't do it. When he was about to throw it in the trash, Roy Koopa ran to Luigi and grabbed the pack.
"Gimmie my smokes, Greeny!" exclaimed Roy Koopa, who picked up his cigarette pack.
"Smoking is bad for you, you know," Luigi said.
"No it's not! Why don't ya try it!" Roy offered a cigarette to Luigi, and he tries it, causing him to cough from smoke. Mario saw this and ran to Luigi.
"Whoa, bro! Smoking that cigarette will make you choke!" Mario exclaimed
"It doesn't make me ch-" Roy accidently swallowed his cigaratte and suddenly begun to choke, turned pale, and fainted.
"Smoking is for Stupa Koopas! It's bad for your health, it ruins your teeth, and it can damage your lungs! So don't smoke, it's a joke!" Mario told the viewers.
Looks like Roy Koopa will never smoke again, hopefully.
