Finally, after all this time, the next chapter is here! Amelia belongs to Jeabird, Kyle belongs to Heisei255, and I thank them, and Black Cat Angel for helping me with this story.

After Whamon dropped the gang off, they decided to take a little vacation at The Seashore, a place run by three Orcamon. Food and beach gear was on the house after the gang revealed they saved Whamon – the Orcamons friend. Sorcermon's egg hatched to reveal Kyaromon, but that was short lived. DemiVeemon ran off into the forest, which resulted in Amelia and Meredith running after him trying to get him. Lilithmon showed while they were gone and thanks to the boys' D-Tectors going missing, Zoe was the only one able to Spirit Evolve. The girls held up against Lilithmon pretty good on their own and Lilithmon had a 'tactical retreat' when Sakanamon found her Beast Spirit.

The group was at the beach. Now that they knew that their D-Tectors were missing, they were looking for them. They, however, were partially comforted by the thought that the Orcamon was also helping them to look, but at the same time that also meant that they had to find the Orcamon.

"Orcamon! Where are you?!" Takuya called out – hoping to get a response.

While Takuya was calling out for the Orcamon, Koji climbed a tree. Once in the tree he began to look around, hoping to spot the Orcamon. The recently awoken Meredith was in the water, checking to see if they were in the water – against Bokomon's warning of her needing to rest after the odd reaction to her Beast Spirit. Amelia, Tommy, and Kyaromon had went into the woods.

"Where did they even go!" Takuya yelled, tired and annoyed slightly by the situation.

JP and Kyle decided to check the shack. Kyle was looking for something that might help them find the Orcamon or their D-Tectors. JP was looking for that stuff to but he was also looking for some food as well. Hey, who can go off in an empty stomach?

Zoe was worried and had paused in her search. She didn't really know where else to search since the others had most of the places covered now. She was also on DemiVeemon duty for Takuya and Meredith, watching the sleepy Digimon. What can she do? Besides, she could use some break after her big fight. It's like she finally was able to walk on her own again. She guessed now the boys' somewhat get what she's been going through now that they're without their Spirits.

"What are you doing Neemon?" Bokomon fired the question at Neemon who had climbed onto a barrel.

Neemon opened the lid, "Are you in here Orcamon?"

"You idiot! How would they have fit into a water barrel!?" Bokomon yelling made Neemon jump and actually fall into the water barrel. Bokomon wondered why he'd stayed friends with him for this long.

Elsewhere, the Orcamon were looking for the D-Tectors. They weren't having any luck though and they figured that the gang was bound to be worried by now if they had noticed their D-Tectors were missing. Due to this, they decided to start heading back. Feeling ashamed their luck in finding the lost trinkets weren't in their grasp.

Meanwhile, the gang had regrouped. Their searches had turned up fruitless. They hadn't even found a hint of the Orcamon or their D-Tectors. They weren't haven't a great summer vacation. If they were more aware in keeping their D-Tectors close their situation weren't be so dire.

"What are we going to do now?" Tommy's voice wavered in worry.

"We wait." Amelia spoke, tired. She needed a break. Her legs were aching to rest and can bet whatever's in her pocket that she isn't the only one.

"Waiting won't help us! Lilithmon is going to come back and then we're doomed!" JP's yell made Amelia flinch. Great job, dude. Bringing out the negatives always brightened up anyone's day. What's his deal? Is his head really not in place or what?

"If we wait, the Orcamon might come back, they own the shack right? They're bound to come back to their business." Koji spoke up since he saw what Amelia was saying – JP though glared at him. At least one of them thinks straight.

"Besides, if Lilithmon comes back, I think the three of us can handle her." Zoe grinned.

"Guys, look!" Takuya jumped up and pointed.

The group looked to where Takuya had pointed. Walking towards them were the Orcamon. They had hung heads though and looked defeated. It's as if they came back from a failed mission. The group didn't realize how depressed the Orcamon were.

"Orcamon! Hey!" Takuya called out quickly.

The Orcamon looked to Takuya but they seemed to grow even wearier. They approached the group slowly and sadly. It was at that moment the group realized how sad the were.

"What's wrong?" Kyle questioned, slightly worried.

"We're really sorry." The Orcamon that was in the back spoke up first.

"We tried to find your D-Tectors when we noticed they were gone – we know the area pretty well so we thought we could find them." The one to the left dropped their head after speaking.

"We couldn't find them though. We're really sorry." The voice of the one in front broke.

"Hey, it's ok. You tried and that's what matters." Tommy tried to cheer them up. The Orcamon did what they could. It's not like it was their fault that their devices were missing. He and the others should've been more responsible, like the girls.

"No, it's not. It is our fault they were taken, we were the ones who convinced you guys to relax." The Orcamon were being eaten by guilt.

"I wouldn't be surprised if this some plan you guys cooked up and you're working with Lilithmon." JP's words caused the Orcamon to look up.

"JP! That's uncalled for!" Meredith beat the Orcamon to whatever they were going to say. How can the Warrior of Thunder stand there and points fingers? If anything he could point that accusing finger to himself, instead!

"Coming from someone who wasn't even using their Beast Spirit when they got possessed!" JP's outburst tore into the redhead. Talk about crossing the line!

Meredith couldn't believe what had happened. She was terrified of what the Beast Spirits could do and if they would do that to the others as well. Tommy, Zoe, and Amelia didn't have their Beast Spirits yet. What if they fell victim to theirs like she had? The very thought of sweet little Tommy going full animal crazy gives Meredith shivers.

Takuya glared at J.P., "Leave her alone!"

Kyle smacked JP upside the head. "Dude, no need to be a jerk about it." JP needs to learn how to properly treat a lady. And if he keeps saying things like that, JP won't live long to see the end of their mission.

JP grumbled, but backed off. After a couple of seconds, he glanced at Zoe. It didn't take long for her to notice his stare. Thinking back on it, so far the majority of the group have succumb to their Beast Spirits. He wondered… what's Zoe's Beast Spirit is like?

Zoe crossed her arms, "Why are you staring, JP?" his stare was making her uncomfortable.

"What if you do that when you get your Beast Spirit?" JP blurted out the question.

"Hmm..." Takuya, Koji, Tommy and Bokomon hummed thoughtfully.

The four of them had an image in their heads. Zoe changing from just innocent Kazemon into a mean and scary version of Kazemon – seeing as they didn't know what her Beast Spirit would look like. It'll be a complete 180 spin around Horror Street. If anything, it's best if Zoe doesn't get her Beast Spirit. Human and Beast Spirits are two sides of a coin. Human Spirits are easy to control because of humanity and their intuition; however, Beast Spirits are more primal and rely on their instincts. So far, through experience alone, Beast Spirits are chaotic. It's like leashing a feral lion to a zoo. It'll growl and pounce to escape its captors.

Zoe grew angry, "Stop that! I can't believe you guys would think something like that! I won't lose control!" Boys are poor support team. They'll totally not cut it in a cheerleading squad.

"Of course!" Neemon chimed in – he didn't sound like he completely meant it though.

"Hey, say that like you mean it!" Zoe shouted as she reached out and snapped Neemon's waistband.

"He's not saying you're weak or anything, it's just that Beast Spirits are hard to control." Takuya interjected, trying to calm Zoe down now. Memories of BurningGreymon sent shivers down his spine. He almost hurt Tommy and Sakanamon. He was afraid to become BurningGreymon again. Hey, just 'cause he's over it doesn't mean he's over it.

Bokomon nodded, "Yes, remember what happened with Takuya?" Thanks for bringing up Takuya's thoughts, Bokomon, you're so helpful.

"I'll always be an in-control, cool and beautiful girl Digimon. That I know." Zoe gave a confident smile. That's right. Be positive and stay true to yourself! Nothing can go wrong from there, right?

Meredith looked at Zoe, annoyed by the confidence that she had. There was no guarantee what a Beast Spirit would do. Takuya attacked them and Koji would've had he not run out of energy. JP nearly buried them under rocks.

Amelia eyed Zoe, "Confidence is a good thing, but reality isn't always as kind as we wish it to be. The Beast Spirits shouldn't be underestimated – they are beasts after all."

"Come on, we're girls. We know how to handle power when we need to." Zoe's confidence carried into her words.

"Sorry to burst your bubble, but Meredith's a girl too, Zoe. We all should approach our Beast Spirits carefully." Amelia stared Zoe down.

"Weren't you the one who was all for Beast Spirits?" Koji questioned.

Amelia looked at Koji, "I stand by that, but that doesn't mean we can't be careful of them – they're dangerous but we do need them."

The Orcamon approached the group hesitantly, "We don't want to interrupt, but we just saw some Digimon carrying your D-Tectors to another island."

"WHAT?!" The guys all shouted it together.

The group ran to the beach; once they reached it there was a ripple in the water.

Orcamon pointed out the ripple, "Look, there's something over there."

Takuya saw what the Orcamon had pointed out, "Right!"

The boy took over, entering the water, "Don't let them get away! We can swim over!"

"I'll race you there!" Zoe shouted out, following Takuya.

Meredith followed them in, "Wait up for me!"

"Tommy, you guys wait here," Takuya called the words back, "Ah!" He fell into the water.

"Takuya?" Meredith and Zoe called out worriedly.

Takuya sat up, spitting out water, then looked down to see what had tripped him up. Clawed white flippers that had a purple mark on each held tight to his ankle. A head popped out of the water a couple seconds later. Green eyes and purple markings above and below the Digimon's eyes while it also had an orange mohawk within a purple triangular marking that ran from the center of its forehead down the back of its head. The antenna-like ears were tipped with purple.

The Digimon giggled as it stared at Takuya. His eyes widened, "What the heck is that?"

"That's Gomamon." The Digimon, in question, answered.

"Well, whoever you are, let go of my foot, okay?" Even if Takuya said that, he yanked his foot out of Gomamon's hold and gave him an analyzing look, not sure what to make of him.

"Sorry, but we had to stop you guys." As Gomamon said that another one surfaced by Zoe.

Then another surfaced, and another. There were so many of them surfacing now.

"Hi! Hi! Hi! Hi! Hi! Hi! Hi!" The various Gomamon that had surfaced chimed out the greetings altogether. Dear Lord, it's the rise of the Gomamon! They've sprung out the water like daisies!

The others that had remained on the beach were just staring. Amelia whistled though seeing so many of them just appear.

"And we didn't notice them how?" she muttered the words. That's a good question.

"Oh my gosh. You guys are so... CUTE!" Kyle grabbed one and began to hug it. Normally a girl who said it would be natural - come on, Gomamon are absolute cuties - but coming from a boy like Kyle raises some questions, such as his favorites and hobbies.

"Who is so adorable? You are. Yes, you are. Yes, you are" He then noticed the others were watching him, he then put the Gomamon he was holding back down. He must've have a collection of fluffy animals or he just love cute critters.

"You saw nothing" He began to blush.

Takuya looked around, "Yeah, hi. What are these things anyway?"

"Didn't they say they were Gomamon?" Meredith's comment drew attention to them.

One of the Gomamon approached her and eyed her. It grinned and then leaped at her, knocking her off of her feet and into the water.

"Hi?" Meredith stared at the Gomamon who only rubbed against her and purred. It sounded like a kitten.

More of them started to approach her. They were crowding around her now. Monkey see, monkey do; heh.

"They sure seem to like me." Meredith smiled slightly.

"Gomamon are cute and curious. but if you get them mad they won't hesitate to attack. Then again what does around here?" Bokomon gave his normal introduction.

Zoe grinned and eyed the Gomamon with her hands on her face, "How cute!"

Zoe scooped one of the Gomamon out of the water and hugged it – tightly. Squishing its face against her face. She looked as happy as she could be but the Gomamon in her arms looked frightened and distressed. It might be thinking of how unfortunate it was to be a victim of the crushing hug.

: Demon's Lair :

"He just had to tell 'em about the Beast Spirits!" Beelzemon growled the words out. This wasn't looking good. He must admit, the children are getting stronger with their new Spirits. They need to bring them down otherwise Lord Cherubimon will have their hides plastered on his wall.

Lilithmon pouted as she crossed her arms, "Dae went and made this battle pointlessly longer."

"It is you, Lilithmon, that caused the Warrior of Water to get her Beast Spirit." Barbamon's words caused Lilithmon to flinch back. The harsh memory slapped right back on her face.

"At least she didn't seem as keen on using it as the others – she nearly gave it away." Lilithmon's retort was only rewarded with an eye roll by Barbamon. What a weak accusation.

"All but three have their Beast Spirit now thanks to you – we need to grab those Beast Spirits before they do." Beelzemon stood from where had been leaning as he spoke.

Lilithmon cut Beelzemon a look, "Good idea, do you happen to know where they are?"

"If I did I wouldn't be sitting here, would I?" Beelzemon glared at Lilithmon.

: The Gang :

With the shock of the sudden arrival of the Gomamon faded away the group was happily talking to them. Some of the Gomamon hung out in the water while others were on the sand with the kids.

"We wouldn't be very good friends if we let you go out there. The water looks so cuddly and inviting, but really it's very dangerous." The Gomamon's words confused the group. It's strange how they say that. The waters were fine when they were in it. Were they mentioning sharks? Or rather, Sharkmon (or a digimon close to it)? There's gotta be something they're missing here.

Takuya stared at the Gomamon before him, "Um, what do you mean by dangerous exactly?"

"Just look. All that foam by the island is caused by a whole bunch of whirlpools." Everyone, the Gomamon included, looked out across the water and to the foam.

The whirlpools were blocking the entrance to the cove that would allow the gang to even access the island. With them in the way they would be unable to reach the island. Anyone who enters there will certainly have the water park experience with extreme measures.

"Whirlpools?" There was a slight shake to Takuya's voice as he asked. Definitely can't be good, especially with the plurals.

"Don't worry, we're safe here. But if you get too close they'll suck you in and never spit you out. And even if you could get past them, you'd be slammed up against the cliffs that surround the only beach you can land on. We know all about it because we used to live there." Gomamon sounded knowing and sad but it was to be expected since they were talking about their former home after all. How depressing. It literally sounded like a death sentence or a comatose state.

The thought of the whirlpools blocking their route home made the Gomamon depressed. They hung their heads in disappointment.

Takuya crossed his arms, thinking, "So, is there some kind of secret way to get there or something?" he hoped there's a another way. Maybe a passageway or a connecting bridge. However, it's never that easy.

Gomamon stared at the ground, "No, I wish there were." Of course not.

Zoe looked to the Gomamon that was in front of Takuya, "You can't get home?"

Gomamon didn't even look from the ground, "That's right. Everything used to be so wonderful there. Then one day, when we went out to play and get some food there was a big earthquake. That's when the whirlpools started. We were cut off from our island and we haven't been able to get home since."

Bokomon stepped forwards, "I'd be willing to guess that the earthquake's happened when the destruction of the Digital World began. Oh, it seems there's no one Cherubimon's evil touch hasn't hurt." Ladies and gentlemen, he who speaks of the obvious: Bokomon.

"So, you're saying there's no way to get across, huh?" Koji just eyed the Gomamon.

J.P. turned to look at Koji, "Maybe we'll be able to find some kind of flying Digimon who will take us over to the island." Like it's that easy! Or the flying digimon pictures them as appetizers.

J.P.'s words lingered and everyone thought about it. Takuya stared at him for a second before he grinned widely. He took a slight step forwards as he raised his fists up, grinning ear from ear, "Hey, good idea."

Gomamon perked up, "Well of course, that should totally work."

With the plan in mind the group shifted so they could go to try and find help.

"Thanks for your help, you guys, you really saved our necks." Takuya had turned and waved to the Gomamon as he spoke.

"No problem." As the words left Gomamon's mouth Tommy and J.P. went to catch up with Takuya and Koji.

"We'd better hurry before those Digimon take off again." At J.P.'s words Zoe stood from the Gomamon she had been with.

Zoe along with Meredith and Amelia went to catch up the group. The blonde turned so she could look backwards to the Gomamon while Meredith just stopped. Her mind lingering on the seal Digimon. Amelia stopped and heaved a sigh – the looks that the Gomamon Clan had, had haunted her. Looking at the Gomamons sad face made them realized something. They're leaving them without helping them get to their friends and families. Not doing such an act will make them look like complete jerks!

"Hold it, dudes." Meredith called it out.

J.P. stopped and glanced back, "What's up? You okay?"

The Gomamon were staring out at the island, towards their home. Some sighed and stared longingly while some whimpered and whined. Zoe narrowed her eyes slightly as she watched and turned fully around. She began towards the Gomamon Clan and her approach caught their attention.

Zoe smiled at them, "Why don't you all come with us. I mean, don't you want to get back home?"

"Oh, don't worry about us. We'll be just fine. If we swim close up to the whirlpools, we can catch a really good view of our friends on the other side." The words from the Gomamon were meant to sound strong, but it did little to conceal their sadness.

"You bet! We'll get along just fine!" The second Gomamon that chimed in tried to reassure Zoe once they saw the saddened look on her face. Seriously! After what they said, the Gomamons are just going to say "it's okay; we might not see them again, but we're happy being alive!" Does anyone want to slap them?

"Come on!" Zoe hadn't been comforted by the Gomamon's words at all.

"Huh?" The whole Gomamon Clan was taken by surprise due to Zoe's sudden shout.

"Are you trying to tell me that you're fine watching them from afar?!" Zoe's words made a few members of the Gomamon Clan glance towards the island.

"There's no way you guys are happy with not being able to talk to them." Meredith stepped towards them, speaking up as well.

"It's normal to miss your friends after all, it's sad without friends." Amelia spoke before turning around, eyeing the Gomamon Clan sadly.

The boys watched the scene while the Gomamon Clan all slowly hung their heads.

"Yeah, we just try to ignore that, 'cause otherwise we get all depressed." The Gomamon didn't even try to hide his sad tone this time.

Zoe smiled slightly, "Listen, guys. I think I have a quick and simple solution to your problem. You're all going to come with us."

"Although I appreciate the sentiment, don't you think it might be a tad dangerous?" Bokomon eyed Zoe.

Zoe turned to face Bokomon who stood with the boys.

"That doesn't matter right now." Meredith looked as well.

Amelia's eyes had drifted to the water, staring towards the whirlpools. Knowing that behind those whirlpools were the Gomamon Clan's friends made her feel for the Gomamon – wanting to reunite them with their friends.

"Come on, guys. We have to try." Zoe looked the boys, hoping they'd agree.

Koji shook his head, "We can't even help ourselves. I mean, we don't even have our D-Tector's anymore. Why good are we?"

Amelia looked to Koji, "So that's it? You gonna give up before you even try? You really aren't any help if you're not even willing to try." Talk about having faith! Boys are such morons!

Amelia's words caught some of them off guard – they had come out far harsher than she usually spoke.

Zoe nodded, agreeing with Amelia, "It's a great excuse if you want to give up, but I'm not going to."

"Even if it might be tough, I think we can do it if we put our minds to use." Meredith spoke before looking to the Gomamon.

Zoe turned from the boys and approached the Gomamon group once more. She crouched down so she was close to the Gomamon's height.

Zoe gave a smile to the Gomamon, "Come on, guys. Let's get you back to your friends, okay?"

The Gomamon that Zoe was in front of looked up at her. The one in front of her looked as if it was on the verge of tears. Could this be? Are they finally going home? Hope filled inside them.

"After that speech, I don't think we could say no even if we wanted to." The Gomamon sounded hesitant but there was a small hint of hope.

"I hope it works." Zoe tried to give a confident smile to the Gomamon in front of her.

"We'll make it work." Amelia declared the words as she looked to the Gomamon, grinning.

Takuya and Koji walked to the girls, standing with them. Takuya was grinning now while Koji had the slightest smile. Zoe looked to the two relatively surprised while Meredith nodded. Amelia couldn't help herself and bumped Koji slightly which only got her a look from him.

Takuya looked that Gomamon, "The girls are right. We can help each other out. We'll make it together."

Koji looked from Amelia, "Even without our D-Tectors, there's plenty we can do as a team."

Zoe was now grinning, "You mean it? Really?"

"I can't swim too well and I'm afraid of water, but count me in." Tommy spoke up as he took a small step towards the group.

"Hey, finding flying Digimon is too much work anyway." J.P. comment was sufficient to voice his agreement with the change of plans.

Bokomon sighed, "It's decided then. Finally."

"Guys..." Zoe's voice shook slightly, betraying the fact that she was on the verge of tears.

"Don't start crying, 'cause you know Tommy will just start crying." Takuya laughed slightly as he gave the 'warning'.

Meredith smiled slightly, "You should know by now I'm not going to do that."

"Yeah, and I will if he doesn't." J.P.'s comment got him rewarded with a laugh from Zoe.

Zoe stood up, "Awesome. Let's get to work everybody!"

"Yay!" The Gomamon Clan cheered, throwing their flippers into the air and smiling.

"How bout we build a raft instead?" Kyle suggested, thinking that it would be a better idea than swimming. "What do you guys think?"

"Good idea!" As Takuya called it out the others nodded or gave other signs of agreement. With all this enthusiam, they might be able to pull it off.

-

The group set to work on making a raft. Takuya and Meredith worked together to laying the logs out. The Gomamon worked in the water to help the building process. Neemon just stood back and watched as everyone worked. DemiVeemon was 'helping' to carry the logs – really just holding on and walking in air.

"Two more logs, ready to go." Takuya called it out as he sat logs down.

Koji was chopping away at a palm tree, "Heave away!"

Tommy worked with some Gomamon to start pulling the tree down. Zoe grinned when she saw a cloth that would work for the sail and started to take it down.

"There." The blonde sounded satisfied with her work.

Tommy and Bokomon worked together to carry the tree past J.P. J.P. was crouched and had his back to Tommy and Bokomon as they passed him.

"Heave, ho! Heave, ho!" Tommy yelled and J.P. didn't even spare a glance.

Takuya stopped, "J.P. what are you doing?"

"To make a good boat, you need a good plan." J.P. didn't look from his plan as he responded to Takuya. That sounded cool. Takuya didn't knew J.P. could make such a plan.

Takuya put down the log that he carried, interested, and approached J.P., "What have you got?"

As Takuya reached J.P. he looked down at the plans that the elder boy had drawn in the sand. Seeing that the two weren't working on anything obvious, Meredith walked over.

"Great, J.P., that should only take a few years to build." Takuya gave an uneasy laugh as he stared at J.P.'s plan. His idea of the boat's plan was amazing, however, they didn't have the time, materials, not to mention patience, to create the outstanding boat.

Meredith stood beside Takuya, staring at the sand drawing, surprised. She didn't know what to really make of it since it was such a grand plan. Maybe J.P.'s skill will come in handy at another time… if they're not on a deadline.

"It's just like building a model ship, only bigger." J.P. stood with a happy smile on his face.

Takuya and Meredith both looked to him. Giving him a flat look a sort of annoyed smile.

"Yeah, right." Takuya's remark leaked sarcasm.

As everyone was working Amelia was sitting with Kyaromon, watching. She wasn't completely watching as the others works but keeping her eyes on the surroundings. Having raised the worry that the Demon Lords knew where they were and might come back she was sort of assigned to lookout duty.

"What happened to your hand?" Kyaromon asked from his perch on Amelia's head – having noticed she had held it.

"It got hurt when I rolled down a hill." Amelia flexed her head slightly, it still hurt a bit.

Her hand was another reason why she hadn't really objected to lookout duty. She didn't want to open it yet again or have it get infected.

Kyle stopped working for a moment and walked up to Amelia. He could use a break. And he might have a good chat with Amelia.

"So, any sign of the Demon Lords yet?" He asked, hoping they weren't close by.

Amelia looked to Kyle, "No sign of them."

: Demon's Lair :

"We should strike them now before the Water brat learns how to use her Beast Spirit." Barbamon looked at Lilithmon as he made the comment.

Lilithmon crossed her arms, "I don't think she'll use her Beast Spirit." With her response, she said it with such certainty which cause her two comrades to question her motive.

"So, you ran away for no reason?" Beelzemon's comment got him a glare from Lilithmon.

"It was a tactical retreat." Beelzemon rolled his eyes at her retort. As if she'll admit it with an honest answer.

"Then you plan on going back." Barbamon's words weren't a question but a statement.

Lilithmon turned from them, "I was going to head there now."

: The Gang :

Neemon looked at the now built raft, "That was hard."

"You didn't do anything." J.P. cast a look to Neemon.

Neemon laughed slightly, "Oh, yeah."

With the raft done, the sails were unfurled and it was time to go.

"Here we go!" Takuya shouted as he pointed towards their destination.

"Ah, wait!" The group stopped and looked back when the Orcamon called out.

"Before you guys left we thought we'd give you somethings." One of the Orcamon held out a crate that had a variety of supplies.

"Thank you!" Zoe happily took the supplies from the Orcamon.

"I think they'll fit over here." Amelia pointed to a spot on the raft.

Zoe nodded and put the crate in the suggest place. After a farewell to the Orcamon the group set out. The group was on the raft while the Gomamon swam along with them. Everyone was looking towards their destination.

"Uh, can we not rock the boat so much?" Tommy's question came out shaky. There's no way he's puking sea chunks on the high seas. He'll just have to count slowly with his eyes shut.

"Sadly no, it's the waves Tommy." Amelia gave a sympathetic smile to Tommy in accompany of those words.

In contrast to Tommy's experience Meredith was loving it. The gogglegirl was standing by Takuya's side holding DemiVeemon in her arms, smiling away since she liked being on boats and the sea breeze was an added bonus.

J.P. stared at the raft sadly, "I can't believe you built this without even looking at my plan." It was a great plan, too. Why can't they appreciate his hard work?

Meredith glanced back to J.P., "It would take too much time, and time is not on our side." That's the truth. They didn't have the time to make a proper boat. As long as it floats, sails, and everyone fits on it, it's still a boat.

Kyle patted J.P.'s shoulder, "The trip isn't that long either. We just needed something simple."

J.P. pouted and sighed. Meanwhile, Zoe held onto her hat as the breeze blew her hair backwards. Looking forwards, she took in the sight of being out on the water.

"This is great." Zoe was enjoying herself as well.

Takuya grinned wider, "Yeah, I'll say."

"But what about my plan?" J.P. whined the words out – disappointed that his plans hadn't even been considered.

"J.P.!" Everyone chorused together.

"What?" J.P. just gave a glum look paired with the saddened question.

Kyle shook his head and laughed slightly at J.P.'s reaction, "At least things are going smoothly."

Kyle was right, the group was crossing the water without any issues. It was rather peaceful – that is until they drew closer to the whirlpools. Everyone was surprised when they were able to see the whirlpools. He and his big mouth.

"So much for fun." Zoe stared at the whirlpools that were ahead of them.

"You could say that again." Kyle stared at the whirlpools that laid in their path.

"The Gomamon sure weren't kidding, huh?" Koji observed the whirlpools.

"Yeah." Takuya just agreed as he stared at the whirlpools ahead of them.

"They said it was bad, not horrible." J.P.'s voice quivered with fear.

Neemon whimpered as he stood beside Bokomon, watching the whirlpools. Bokomon watched with a concerned frown on his face.

"There must be something at the bottom of the sea that's causing all this." Bokomon spoke knowingly.

Takuya shifted forwards as safely as he could. With a fist raised and a confident grin he looked forwards.

"Well, maybe we can find it and fix it." Takuya didn't waver at all.

"How are we going to find the cause of the whirlpools?" Kyle asked it as he looked over the whirlpools.

Bokomon nodded, "Good question."

Zoe's eyes widened as she looked forwards, the oncoming wave catching her off guard. Neemon screamed in fear alongside J.P. and Tommy. Amelia freaked out slightly but she reacted by grabbing Kyaromon and holding onto him.

"Tidal wave!" The group chorused out the shout all together.

The wave crashed into the boat, taking it under slightly. The group was tossed around a bit as the water started to calm down. As everyone was starting to gather themselves and recover from the wave they gained an audience of one. A certain demon who was grinning, watching as the gang tried to recover.

"Hey there." Lilithmon spoke, waving ever so slightly to the group.

Attention turned to Lilithmon in a heartbeat. Heads snapped in her direction and eyes settled on her. Great, the one demon they wanted to see underneath the dilemma of whirlpools; can things get any more disastrous?

"Oh, man." J.P. cried the words out as he stared.

Kyle groaned, "Not again."

"Great, now what do we do?" Takuya exclaimed.

Lilithmon grinned a bit wider, "Well, final goodbyes might be good. What do you think?"

Zoe stood and glared at Lilithmon, ready to go. Meredith stood as well but she hesitated slightly, concerned about what may happen. Amelia curled her hands into fists as she stood with the other girls.

"Don't do it, Zoe. Don't you remember, you were no match for her last time." J.P. was quick to speak up, concerned about Zoe. Amazing words of wisdom, his pastimes must've consist of writing greeting cards.

Zoe looked at J.P., "For pete's sake, am I the only one here with even a pinch of optimism?"

Takuya looked at Zoe, "But, Zoe..."

"Don't 'But, Zoe' me, just find a way to stop those whirlpools while we take care of her." Zoe looked forwards, "Hope this works."

"There's three of them, they have the odds in their favor." Even if Kyle said that he observed the situation, worried about the battle would come any second.

"Execute! Spirit Evolution!" The girls called the words out in unison.

"Kazemon!"

"Sakanamon!"

"Legnamon!"

Lilithmon laughed, "You three just don't know when to stop."

"Let's kick-start this fight!" Kazemon flew forwards, kicking rapidly.

Lilithmon dodged the attack which caused Kazemon to go past her. She pulled out of her kicks by doing a backflip, sending herself backwards so she was once again in front of Lilithmon.

"Hurricane Wave!" Kazemon sent the harder to dodge attack at Lilithmon.

"Tempest Whirlpool!" Sakanamon's attack joined with Kazemon's attack.

Lilithmon dodge the attacks that came her way with ease.

"Wood Thorn!" Legnamon called out her attack..

Lilithmon went higher into the sky to dodge the attack that came from behind her, wooden thorns passed through where she had been and fell into the water. This was too easy! They couldn't get her even if they were blind! And Lilithmon bet the blinds were better fighters than these three.

"I'll spare us all some time and end this now, Phantom Pain!" Upon Lilithmon's words the purple mist came once again, spreading through the air.

Knowing what the attack was capable of and how it worked the girls were able to dodge the attack. As they dodged though, one of the Gomamon squeaked. That drew the girl's attention and they saw that the mist was also going right for the boys.

"Hurricane Wave!" Kazemon's attack wasn't aimed directly at Lilithmon, but instead at the mist.

Lilithmon laughed, "That won't work!"

Kazemon's attack had failed at dispersing the mist. In fact it had only spread the mist farther. Seeing the boys in immediate danger, Sakanamon moved. She found herself moving in front of the boys and Gomamon.

"Tempest Whirlpool!" This time it wasn't an attack but a shield.

The shield was large enough to encompass the boys and Gomamon but not large enough to include Sakanamon. The mist reached Sakanamon nearly seconds after she managed to get the shield fully formed.

"Sakanamon!" Takuya's shout was drowned out by Sakanamon screaming out in pain as the mist began to take effect.

Lilithmon laughed, "Perfect!"

Kazemon rushed forwards and aimed kicks at Lilithmon's head only to be dodged once again. Legnamon though watched with narrowed eyes – shaking as she listened to Sakanamon cry out in pain. The mist that was starting to surround Legnamon seemed to be absorbed by the wood that was slowly starting to cover more of her body.

"Just give it up, Evil Sigh!" Lilithmon's attack hit Kazemon and sent her flying backwards.

"We'll never give up." Legnamon growled the words out but Lilithmon only laughed. How dare she! Laughing at them like it's all a game to her! What she wouldn't take to wipe that smirk right off her fake face.

Indiscernible yells grabbed the attention of the three. Sakanamon had fallen to her knees, kneeling on the water. The ring of Fractal Code surrounded her, the Spirits of Water being revealed.

"Sakanamon!" Kazemon shouted out in panic while Lilithmon shot towards Sakanamon.

"I'll be taking that!" Lilithmon reached towards the Spirits – hand closer to the Human Spirit than the Beast Spirit.

"No you won't!" Legnamon caught up with Lilithmon. The battle's not over as long as Lilithmon doesn't achieve her mission.

"Wood Spear!" The tendrils of wood that had consumed her whole arm at this point wove together to create a spear that Legnamon aimed at Lilithmon's back.

Lilithmon let out a yelp and pulled out of the charge for the Water Spirit when she got cut across her back. Legnamon floated in front of Sakanamon – no, Meredith. Meredith's Spirit Evolution failed and she had returned to being her human self.

"Don't forget about me!" Kazemon shouted it as she cut in, kicking Lilithmon so attention would be pulled away from Legnamon and Meredith.

"Oh I didn't forget about you, Nazar Nail!" Lilithmon's attack barely missed Kazemon.

With Lilithmon focusing on Kazemon, Legnamon turned to Meredith. Legnamon let the spear disappear and pulled the barely awake Meredith out of the water, not wanting her to drown. With a glance over her shoulder to make sure Lilithmon wasn't going to attack, Legnamon took Meredith to the boat. Legnamon landed on the boat and set the girl down.

"Meredith, are you ok?" Legnamon asked concerned.

"Y-yeah." Meredith gave a small smile as she tried to sit up.

"Come on, you need to rest." Legnamon gave a smile to Meredith.

"Leave Lilithmon to Kazemon and Legnamon." Takuya spoke as he knelt beside Meredith.

Takuya gave a look to Legnamon after looking over Meredith. Legnamon nodded before turning back to the battle. As she turned though a dark look overtook her face – it was quickly hidden though as her wooden mask formed though.

"Go get her." Kyle's tone was dark, he was also glaring at Lilithmon. The demoness was irking him by the minute. If he had his D-tector, he would be up there with his friends and taking on Lilithmon despite the fact she's a woman.

"You don't have to tell me that." Legnamon jumped and seemed to be blown towards the battle after her deathly calm words.

"Why did you do that?" Takuya asked Meredith as he held her, she was slightly leaning on him.

"I didn't want anyone to get hurt." Meredith gave a weak laugh as her eyes closed a bit more.

Meanwhile, Kazemon and Legnamon was now fighting a losing battle against Lilithmon. They may have gotten two hits in but Lilithmon was fast, dodging most of their attacks. If they got close enough to be able to land a hit they were hit with an Evil Sigh.

"Tempest Twist!" Kazemon launched the attack but Lilithmon dodged.

Lilithmon didn't just dodge but managed to grab Kazemon's leg before Kazemon had built up complete momentum for the attack. Lilithmon flung Kazemon through the air. It was like throwing a baton up high.

Lilithmon smirked, "Give into me already! Stop wasting our time!"

"You're getting annoying now!" Legnamon yelled as she formed the wooden spear once more.

"Stake Drive!" Legnamon drove the spear straight towards Lilithmon's chest.

"Nazar Nail!" Lilithmon counted Legnamon's spear with her nails – the spear was quickly dropped as to avoid the poison that Nazar Nail released.

"Darkness Love." Lilithmon purred the words out and took joy in watching Legnamon freeze.

Legnamon had been in mid swing – having planned to punch Lilithmon in her smirking face. Legnamon's eyes clouded over.

"Legnamon?!" Kazemon called out worriedly.

Lilithmon grinned when Legnamon didn't respond. Kazemon went on guard when Lilithmon looked to her, a dark grin decorating her face.

"Release her!" Kazemon shot towards Lilithmon.

"Nazar Nail!" Kazemon didn't get a chance to stop and dodge Lilithmon's attack.

Kazemon cried out as she was slashed across the stomach. Dark purple spread out from the slashes that were caused by Lilithmon's claw. Kazemon went crashing down towards the whirlpools beneath.

"Kazemon!" The others called our worriedly because Kazemon wasn't pulling herself out of the descent.

As Kazemon fell into the whirlpool below her Spirit Evolution failed, revealing Zoe. Zoe was consumed by the whirlpools and dragged beneath the water. Why can't she beat Lilithmon?! The demoness is the most vainest mon' in the Digi World! How can she be so strong? If only she had her own Beast Spirit then she'll definitely get even!

"Zoe!" J.P. screamed out, terrified and panicked.

"Well, that's one Warrior down." Lilithmon smirked as she turned to Legnamon.

"I'll collect her spirit after I finish with you." Lilithmon raised her claw, getting ready to strike the immobile Legnamon.

"Legnamon!" Koji shouted – knowing something was wrong since she wasn't moving even though she should see what was going to happen.

Lilithmon laughed at Koji's shout. She looked towards them. The boys were either looking at the water, worried for Zoe or staring at Legnamon's immobile form. Lilithmon turned back to Legnamon.

"You're too late." Lilithmon made the remark when she saw Legnamon's eyes regaining their light.

"The whirlpools are disappearing!" Tommy's shout caused Lilithmon to stop mid-swing, surprised.

"What?!" Lilithmon looked down – the whirlpools truly were disappearing.

Legnamon began to back away but she was descending towards the water, weakened. Lilithmon turned back to the fleeing Legnamon but she was cut off by a water geyser that shot up between her and Legnamon. The force of the geyser caused Legnamon to get blown towards the boot. Legnamon lost her Spirit Evolution as she reached the boat though. Amelia thankfully landed on the boat though.

"You ok, Amelia?" Kyle asked the question the quickly while Koji knelt beside Amelia.

"What is that?!" Takuya panicked, not knowing what to expect – he also held the weakened Meredith closer to him.

"Y-yeah but worry about me later." Amelia managed to force the words out as she looked towards the geyser.

Amelia's words did cause Kyle to look towards the geyser – also not knowing what to expect. While Koji also looked to the geyser he shifted a bit, protectively.

"What's going on?!" Lilithmon shouted – as if anyone knew.

"Oh, my. Could be?" Bokomon sounded impressed.

The water disappeared to reveal Zoe. Zoe was held in mid-air as air currents swirled around her, holding her there. She grinned as she held her D Tector tightly in her hand.

"It could!" Takuya exclaimed.

"It's Zoe!" J.P. called out excited and relieved.

"She's alright!" Kyle called out, grinning.

"How?!" Lilithmon screamed out.

Zoe only grinned wider and raised her D-Tector in response to Lilithmon. It glowed as the Symbol of Wind was displayed on the screen.

"No." Lilithmon shouted, knowing what happened.

"Oh yes. And I brought a little friend! Execute," Zoe brought her hand up that was surrounded by multiple rings of Fractal Code, "Beast Spirit Evolution!"

As the Spirit Evolution began pink feathers blew from the Spirit. Zoe's hair blew upwards as pink feathers blew around her within the Fractal Code that surrounded her. Zoe brought her arms up, wrapping them around herself as the armor began to form around her. Hundreds of feathers converged upon Zoe, wrapping her body and head. The feathers were blown away when a wing of brown formed and flapped, causing them to blow away. Flying down to the platform she spun in circles she landed crouched and a strong tornado was kicked up, pink feathers carried upon the wind. As she stood up the wind vortex blew away and her wings unfurled – the wings upon her back and the blue ones upon her head.

"Zephyrmon!" With her arms out Zephyrmon declared her name.

"Woah." J.P. stared in amazement.

"Who is that?" Takuya stared as he asked the question.

"That's Zephyrmon. Behold the Legendary Warrior of Wind." Bokomon was quick to explain.

"A Beast Spirit?" Amelia weakly made the observation.

Kyle observed the sight before them, "Her Beast Spirit should work against Lilithmon."

"Why?! How could you not only survive that but find your Beast Spirit?! That's not possible! This isn't going to change anything, I'm still going to beat you and take your Spirits!" Lilithmon screamed at Zephyrmon, looking a bit crazy.

"You know something, for the Demon of Lust, you're rather angry." Zephyrmon's voice was more mature than Kazemon and Zoe's voice.

"That's it! Say goodbye, Phantom Pain!" Once again Lilithmon summoned forth the purple mist.

The mist though was contained this time. The mist surrounded Zephyrmon and it was thick as it surrounded her, wrapping her within.

"There'll be nothing left after that!" Lilithmon laughed – that is until the mist started to disperse.

"What?! How is it not doing anything?!" Lilithmon's shout was accompanied by the mist being blown away from Zephyrmon thanks to one powerful flap of her wings.

"I think it's time you learned a little respect. Plasma Pods!" Zephyrmon dove forwards with red energy surrounding her hands and feet.

Zephyrmon aimed for Lilithmon's body. Even though it should've been a clean hit since Lilithmon wasn't moving fast enough to dodge it Zephyrmon missed. Seeing that she missed, Lilithmon laughed as she crossed her arms.

Zephyrmon didn't give in though, "Plasma Pods!"

Lilithmon didn't even bother to try and dodge the attack. This caused the boys to cheer but their cheers stopped when Zephyrmon missed yet again.

"Having a little trouble there?" Lilithmon taunted Zephyrmon.

"What's going on?!" J.P. couldn't help the confused shout.

"How could she miss when Lilithmon wasn't even moving?!" Tommy was in disbelief.

"It doesn't make any sense." Kyle was confused but shifted – as if he was trying to see something that might be causing Zephyrmon to miss Lilithmon.

"Even if she's controlling it well, I don't think she's able to completely control it!" Takuya's words caught J.P. and Tommy's attention.

J.P. looked back to Zephyrmon quickly, "Oh no."

"Your Spirits will be easy pickings," Lilithmon smirked, "Nazar Nail!"

Zephyrmon was able to dodge the attack with a strong flap of her wings. Lilithmon did clip the ends of Zephyrmon's wings though.

"Ah!" Zephyrmon shouted as a couple of feathers were consumed by the corrosive poison.

Lilithmon laughed as she watched Zephyrmon react in pain. Even if the corrosive poison didn't spread farther since it was a small dose.

"Zephyrmon!" J.P.'s call was laced with worry.

"Aw, did you get burned?" Zephyrmon glared at Lilithmon at the taunt.

"Hurricane Gale!" Zephyrmon's attack came within a second without hesitance.

Lilithmon remained still with a smirk. She grinned as the attacks tore through the space around her. Lilithmon though clicked her tongue when her dress got damage since it had been clipped by the attack. She didn't… just ruined… her DRESS! Becoming the older being, she straightened her posture with clenched jaws.

Lilithmon frowned, "Look at what you did to my dress."

"Why can't I hit you!" Zephyrmon cried out as she shot forwards, towards Lilithmon.

Zephyrmon swiped at Lilithmon continuously. Lilithmon had to move very little to dodge the attacks. The only move she was really doing was moving backwards and staying out of really close quarters. Lilithmon remained within arm's reach as Zephyrmon was getting angrier and angrier.

"Plasma Pods!"

"Nazar Nail!"

The two attacks crashed in the middle. There were sparks that sparked out from the red aura that surrounded Zephyrmon's hand. The red aura was starting to break apart as Lilithmon's attack to cause it to decay.

"This isn't good." Kyle muttered the words. Just witnessing Zephyrmon's attacks, the Beast Spirit of Wind throws her attacks left and right. If this keeps up, the flying winged-beast would create typhoons in mid-rage.

"Zephyrmon." J.P.'s voice shook – Kyle's words hadn't helped him at all.

"Pha."

Lilithmon was cut off and wheeled back, cuts appearing across her cheek from Zephyrmon slashing her. Zephyrmon didn't say anything as she charged at Lilithmon but her eyes glowed a dark pink – no longer focused. They were wild and animalistic.

"Oh no, she's lost control!" Takuya shouted – realizing what had happened.

J.P. looked to Takuya, "What do we do?"

"We can't do anything!" Tommy responded for Takuya – his voice shook though. His fear was evident to everyone of the raft.

Amelia looked from the out of control Zephyrmon to the group. Gulping she stood up because there was nothing that the boys could do. The only ones able to Spirit Evolve were the girls after all.

'I'm the only one able to do anything at the moment.' Amelia's arm was grabbed, stopping her.

"What do you think you're doing?" Koji hissed the words out and Amelia glanced at him.

"What do you think I'm doing?" Amelia retorted but her attention was yanked back to the ongoing fight when Zephyrmon released an animalistic shriek.

"You can barely stand after whatever Lilithmon did to you. You're in no shape to cut in and put yourself into the path of a Beast Spirit." Koji only gripped Amelia's arm tighter when she tried to yank it out of his grasp.

Is Koji… concerned about her?

"Why did Zephyrmon go out of control?" Kyle voiced his confusion.

"Meredith's right, Beast Spirits are too dangerous." J.P.'s declaration soured the mood even farther.

"Watch out!" The Gomamon cried out the warning before ducking below the water's surface.

Zephyrmon had released an unannounced Hurricane Wave. The attack was far stronger than the one before and this one didn't just clip Lilithmon either. While she did take the brunt of the damage, some of the destructive wind reached the group since Lilithmon had somehow ended up with her back to the boat that they were on.

Neemon screamed as he grabbed ahold of Bokomon who held tight to the egg. Takuya held tighter to Meredith and DemiVeemon buried his head into the girl's chest. Tommy hid in his barrel while J.P. held onto the railing that they had on the raft. Amelia was kept from being knocked off of her feet by Koji. Kyle was blown back slightly but managed to grab ahold of the barrel that Tommy was hiding in before he was blown away.

"Zephyrmon's really gone out of control! She's going to take us out with Lilithmon at this rate!" Tommy cried out without coming up from his hiding place.

"How does a Beast Spirit have such raw power?" Lilithmon asked the shaky comment once she got breath back.

Lilithmon's robe was in tatters. She didn't seem too wounded but she was worse for the wear. It was obvious that she had been worn down a good amount from the out of control Zephyrmon. When Zephyrmon lent forwards and began to cut through the air towards Lilithmon, the she-demon shot higher into the air. She gave one glance to Zephyrmon before frowning and turning away. As much as it pains her to admit it, she needs to make a tactical retreat and recover her strength.

"I'll deal with you pests another day." Lilithmon started to retreat after that.

With Lilithmon leaving and Zephyrmon still hanging in the air with wild eyes everyone was waiting with baited breath. The Wind Beast had all eyes on her – waiting to see what her move would be.

'Is she going to come back to us or are we going to have to fight her?' Amelia stiffened but gripped her D-Tector tighter at her thought – she didn't want to fight Zephyrmon.

"Z-Zephyrmon?" J.P. was the first to break the tense air – his voice quivering with a hint of fear and worry though.

Zephyrmon turned her head and looked at J.P., he gulped when the glowing eyes stared him down. There was a collective sigh of relief though when they saw her eyes calming down and losing the glow.

"Zoe's getting control back of Zephyrmon!" Takuya's words managed to get Tommy to peek out of barrel.

"What happened?" Zephyrmon asked the question. She couldn't remember what happened after becoming one with her Beast Spirit.

"You lost control." Tommy hesitantly spoke. Zoe became shocked. She almost hurt her friends!

"Is everyone ok?!" Zephyrmon looked over everyone.

Takuya smiled at her, "We're ok."

"Well, let's get everybody back to that island then." Zephyrmon made the comment as she looked over the group once again – seeing that everyone was really ok.

With everything said and done with Lilithmon, the raft started to move once again. With the whirlpools gone, it was smooth sailing for the group. The Gomamon swam ahead of the raft, eager to meet up with their friends. The reunion among the Gomamon clan was a mix of laughter, hugs and tears.

Neemon grinned, "They sure are happy."

"And it's all thanks to you, girls. If you didn't have the courage to stand up the Lilithmon, none of this would be possible." Bokomon turned from the Gomamon to look to the girls after speaking.

"Thanks." Zoe smiled as she thanked Bokomon.

"Thanks, dude." Meredith nodded slightly.

Amelia watched the Gomamon's reunion, "It was worth it – thank you though."

Bokomon smiled at the girls, "My pleasure."

"But, gratitude isn't the only thing owed." Zoe spoke lowly as she turned to face Meredith and Amelia. The girls noticed how depressed their friend suddenly became.

"Zoe?" Meredith raised an eyebrow.

Amelia looked to Zoe out the corner of her eye. She didn't say anything though.

"I wasn't able to control my Beast Spirit fully. I put everyone in danger and I'm sorry for that." Zoe watched them. She thought she can handle it… she even told them before confronting the oversea brawl. She wouldn't blame her friends if they don't trust her anymore.

Amelia looked at Zoe, "There's nothing to apologize for."

Meredith nodded, "After all, it all worked out in the end."

Seeing as everyone had come together the Gomamon looked at each other. They nodded and started to approach the group.

"We just want to thank you all. If it weren't for you we'd never see our friends again." The Gomamon looked up to the group with wide smiles on their faces.

Takuya took a few steps towards the Gomamon, "You should be thanking the girls."

Koji smiled at the Gomamon, "Yeah, they're the ones who did everything."

Zoe rushed forwards and hugged Takuya and Koji, her arms around their necks. While Takuya was taken off guard by her, Meredith stepped up beside him. She hugged the goggleboy, grinning. Unlike Zoe and Meredith, Amelia hesitated but she managed to find the courage to step up as well – her ending up hugging Koji though.

"You guys helped more than you know." Zoe gave a closed eye smile.

Meredith nodded, "That's for sure."

"More than you'd understand." Amelia's voice was soft, a bit shy.

Takuya stared at Meredith with his face completely red. He opened his mouth to say something but no words came out. Oh man… how can he respond to that without sounding like an idiot?

Koji looked to the ground, blushing, "Cut it out."

"Hey, what about us?" Tommy shouted.

"Where's ours, huh?" J.P.'s shout blended with Tommy's.

"Okay." Zoe turned around and hugged them as well.

"Alright." Meredith hugged the two as well.

"Y-yeah." Amelia gave short hugs and backed away, embarrassed.

Koji turned to the Gomamon, "The Digimon that came to this island."

"The ones with the weird devices?" The Gomamon that cut Koji off made them all tense.

Amelia pulled out her D Tector, "Did the weird devices look like that this?"

"Yeah, they were different colors though." The Gomamon looked to the others for confirmation and the other Gomamon nodded as well.

"Where did they go?!" Takuya was quick to ask the stunned question.

"They all left for the Autumn Leaf Fair." The Gomamon was confused but answered the question.

Takuya was confused, "The what?"

Bokomon looked at his book, "It's a trader's market on the continent north of here."

Takuya looked north, "Then let's go."

"But how?" Zoe asked it as she looked as well.

"Oh, why is nothing ever easy?" J.P. groaned.

Meredith looked at J.P., "No one ever said it would be."

And it's a safe bet that it's just going to get harder, guys. To find out what's going on there, tune into the next Digimon: Digital Monsters!
