That sounds like a good plan, though I agree with mariobroultimate that it's best to refer to the imposter as "they" because not only do we not know the imposters gender, but even women can be villainously bad (like Universi in my Mario Generations story).
Mario: Thanks for being honest, it's best not to steal though, because even if she was cracking up, it's still not good. But don't be upset, because it's okay and we are forgiving. *smiles happily*

Toad is tiptoeing through a forest. He couldn't find his home.
"Uh-oh! I think I'm lost!" Toad became worried before a tree branch crashed into him.
"Yeow!" Toad yelped, "I gotta find a phone fast!"
Thankfully, Toad found a phone booth and ran inside it, he picked up the receiver with his hand.
"Operator?" Toad called, "I want to call home. Uh, the number? Uh…"
Mario walks up to Toad and whispers in his ear before running away.
"Got it!" Toad replied, "Thank you, Mario! Okay, that's area code…"
"You can't call home unless you know your area code and phone number by heart." Mario explained, "Memorize it now, don't wait until it's too late!"
A short, but a learnable episode, but at least I've got it done. I'm glad to be back on this sto-
Suddenly, Miles "Tails" Prower flew to LiamTheYoshi.
LiamTheYoshi: Hey, Tails! What are you doing here?
Tails: Uh, I came here to ask you this question.
LiamTheYoshi: I'm listening…
Tails: Why aren't you working on Sonic 3 and Knuckles: Tails' Story?
LiamTheYoshi: Well, I'll tell you why, as well as you guys listening in. I'm putting Sonic 3 and Knuckles: Tails' Story on a hiatus.
LiamTheYoshi: You might be wondering, "Liam, why are you taking a break on that story?". Well, because I have these other two stories Super Mario Generations and this story that I'm working on, two are easier to do, but three is hard. Also, I'm having a bit of difficulty writing it, as I have writer's block on it. I don't know when the S3&K: TS hiatus will end, as it is until further notice, but when it ends, I'll try to get that story done.
Tails: That's sad, but I understand, at least I've got that Super Mario Generations and Mario Mentions story, as well as the other oneshots.
LiamTheYoshi: True dat…
*everyone cringes and groans*
Tails: And that's why I never say that line ever again… *walks away*
