A few weeks later on Monday, November 22 of 1999, at Uncle's Shop:
Things were going well for Camelia and the others, as they were with Uncle at his shop for some time, due to Jackie being gone from Switzerland for nearly five days. Jade and Camelia that is.
Faolan, Mike, and Amelia were back within Section 13, and with Mike finding employment for stealth missions for them that would require his services.
Amelia and Faolan, however… Was a different story as they were cross with each other, but in odd times despite the two ended up being shared roommates, were forced to work together on assignments as there were some things the duo knew about what transpired and looking into ways to search or find either the Embodiment Orbs or the Artifact Cubes.
Though both Amelia and Mike ended up friends, they still support Camelia with things now and then, with acquiring odd items and ingredients, secretly, with some being pieces of animals or others for what she has a hidden project, to which Jade herself was suspicious of then either Uncle or Jackie, even Captain Black.
Camelia was wondering what the plan was for the upcoming holiday season, and the holiday for Thanksgiving as well, as she saw the agents and even her cousin was amused, as she recovered five days after that incident, of making sure the base was festive for Christmas with their aid alongside the Chan Family.
They did wonder though why she had hidden presents as such, in the closet from signing to them it was a secret.
Besides that, Faolan began to teach not only her, but Jade, to the Chan Family's surprise, magic, and with it being starting on how to do so firstly, then practice and beginning spell without a wand or other foci to draw on, as starting lessons.
It was due to being impressed by them both and wanting to have teachings which they can handle, easily, for now, with making an offer to Uncle in secret.
Camelia did find out that the bug, from Faolan revealing it, was a demon that he was surprised was cursed, and his female half-sister in demonic terms: Mazuria, the Demoness Sorcerer of Nature and Hunt, was a mere cicada.
Her story was that she wandered the world as she was due to angering one of her friend's siblings named Athena from beating her in her own game without cheating, as her friend about her title, made it so she was impervious to harm by any means, but made it that her cursed look would be cured by landing on top of her destined one.
And you can tell how long that has transpired, so yes, Mazuria was hanging out in Section 13 as well, as another rare fellow Demon Sorcerer that wasn't considered a threat to humanity.
To mention things that occurred to Jade, much to make Camelia tint in times to confuse her with mixed feelings, was the day after Jade herself woke up from participating from Faolan's tactics to use her blood for the spell, did bless her, in beauty and development to at least be pleased by the outcome.
She grew to be around 4'2 but gained curves to have a still developing hourglass figure despite her body showing eased signs of it, by looking a bit older than she truly was by a few years. She grew from being flat overnight back then to have a decently sized chest, a perfectly arched back with tucked curved sides for a developing v-shape waistline, slightly perfect hips, slightly roundish behind, and decently supple thighs with her discoveries to herself when she was nude from being examined with not only she recently placed measurements as a large B-Cup boarding a C-Cup of 30-22-34, she had gained a plump and developing-to-maturity vagina with her nipples being slightly larger alongside her areola to that, from comparing, the size of two quarters.
To mention, Jade did tint while being fully examined to know this about her body, from the Sector 13 Doctors, but was declared fine and some guessed from learning things from a demon, a forced growth spurt occurred.
Much to Jackie's and Uncle's feelings on that.
Jade was then informed by the Demon Sorcerer: Faolan, that she wouldn't have to worry about having periods or unwanted bodily or pubic hair, and after being given the talk back then by Jackie as well, much to more of her embarrassment and due to finding out she can choose when to become pregnant… However, if she was forced into it by a drug or something else in a dire situation by any means, then it was guaranteed but due to the spell she was involved in back then via her blood, she would lay an egg instead of natural childbirth.
Especially since he told her she was stuck this way until a few years or so until she reached at least twelve to thirteen, however, or if she was experimented on by mortal science or magic, and the new look would stick till then and grow with her until she lived at least to seventeen to twenty-one, for another onset of puberty to go with to perfect her body before she reaches said age… But from what the Demon Sorcerer looked into and refused to inform them of some possibilities to make things more complicated as well.
That, and with her going with the same bras that Camelia wore, due to sensitivity issues, and went with the torso mesh instead.
Camelia was eventually told she would suffer the same, but Faolan held his tongue as to why and even gave them a gemstone that they could use to adjust their outfits to how their body grew, however.
Anyways, back to the current topic within Uncle's Shop, Jade was up near the railway for entering more rooms in the building, or the balcony to the spare rooms, and had a bulky cellular device she got to use to call her uncle from Section 13, as Camelia was in a spare room taking a nap, and Uncle was doing his thing around his shop/home.
Jade got a 'Hello' from Jackie at his end, as she probably perplexed him by telling him then quietly in code, "Jumping Jackal. It's me, Felix Hyena." She shushed into the phone and stated more to Jackie, "Wise Old Goat roams near-" she rolled her eyes as she heard 'What' from Jackie, "Ancient Rabbit has very long ears."
"What are you talking about?" Jackie questioned her perplexed as Jade hid the urge to say and stated to him, in urgency, "It's Uncle's birthday! Where are you?!"
Both Jade and Camelia got Uncle something by finding out that the Potter Child herself, was rich from someone who arrived as a new eventual recruit, from The Magical Congress of the United States of America (MACUSA), and granted her a bound enchanted credit card that could be used by any means for any currency wherever she went.
To tell the truth, she wouldn't run out of any money as she had around 61, 810, 000, 000, 000 dollars worth in what she only found out recently, was the currency in Wizardry Terms to American Money, and not knowing how much that was in British Pounds or others.
Most being from gemstones and treasures placed or gathered into her family vault, and other vaults to which she has yet to access from not yet making a meeting or until she is around eleven, to which she would be checked for her inheritance.
She gained access to some of it though, from her Trust Vault and a few unlocked for Camelia, for reasons she wasn't told as to why, and thus making it to Sector 13 to know magic was indeed real… Despite Captain Black stating otherwise and believing there was a way to explain it by science, and more.
Back to matters at hand, at Jackie's end, he was using a pay phone to get in contact with Jade as he had a pager in case he got a call from Augustus or her.
"Oh! My flight had a layover in Bavaria. If I never see Bavaria again-" Jade stopped him there as she told him, "Jackal, this isn't about you."
"Don't worry Jade, my plane will arrive in plenty of time for 'Operation Surprise'," Jackie tells his niece reassuringly to which he heard her state to him in relief and trying to be conspicuous by quietly telling him, "Cool. So what'd you get him?" At the end of her words, Jackie cringed to himself at forgetting that.
"Uh-" Jackie began before he paused and heard his flight was being called, and told Jade then, "Oh! That's me! See you soon, bye!" And he went into the gift shop to see chocolates, cheese, and more.
Jackie didn't know what to pick as he got an assortment of things and even something that caught his eyes that looked older than the rest of the place, an old wrapped box in dragon gift wrap, and hurried to his plane.
It was four or so hours later with Camelia up, that Jade was dancing to hip-hop, and Camelia reading the next set of books from her bookshelves within Section 13 with one being dubbed as Treasure Island, as Uncle came by to try and get Jade's attention, and turned the radio off with making her get scared with patting her chest a few times.
"Uncle, you scared me," Jade admitted to him as she saw him climb a ladder, "And the rock and roll noises are scaring away the customers."
Jade raised an eyebrow like Camelia was, and glanced at each other as she was her only customer at times, as she managed to make two more talismans so far to have three in total, and planned to make a goal to make as many as she could, as a hidden goal.
"Tch, it's hip-hop, duh." Jade corrected the old man with her hands on her hips so that she didn't see Camelia trying to not blush once again from the shape, as Jade's clothes did adjust to her new shape, but made it known of her curves, decently and obviously. "Come on uncle coolio, I'll teach you some moves!" As she finished speaking, she did some examples of movement to prove a point.
"Beh. My hips do not hop," Uncle began informing Jade in irritation as he grabbed a cane to move an old case with ease to a more desirable spot on the cabinet it was on top of, Jade told him assuredly, "Sure it does! You just gotta move with the grandmaster groove."
Camelia jumped as Jade did from her dancing again to see the vase fall, and Uncle not looking happy with sounding old, despite being in his 70's, "Ah-Ya…" he climbed down and told them both in honesty, "I am like that antique."
"Uh, valuable?" Jade asked, seeing Camelia had already placed a marker on her book and signed to him then, and was sheepish by the look she gave her for a moment, "Fragile?"
"Old and brittle," he tells them as he goes to get the broom, and Jade looks at her friend in the equal agreement of concern about Uncle himself, and she did make the old man slightly happy by buying more ingredients and some books she thought looked interesting, and to Jade's disgust, more fermented larvae alongside pickled chicken feet, an hour after finishing her book.
Camelia did touch the old man's heart by asking if she could make him dinner, to which he tried to decline but Jade, to stun the old man, assisted her friend on that idea, and sighed before informing him what he wanted with some mung beans on the sides.
After an hour or so of eating the meal, made rice pudding with some shredded mung beans for him, as dessert, it was getting dark outside as both Jade and Camelia had a few presents for him, with Jackie arriving in time to reheat some food for himself and start his surprise birthday.
"Happy Birthday Uncle!" They all stated with Camelia signing it out, as the first present he opened was wrapped in purple wrapping paper and a light-blue bow in the corner, and saw it was Jade's picture from Moose World, and she sheepishly admitted to him then, "I was all possessed that day, but my hair looks good, and, hey, funny moose."
"I will cherish it, Jade," Uncle gently tells her also patting her shoulder to know he likes the gift, and opens her other one to see it was a fancier glasses case with his name written on it and nods in recalling as Camelia was sheepishly rubbing her hair at that wordlessly, "Amy suggested I get this for you when her sneezes burnt your last one and know like I do that you protect and take off your glasses."
"True, Jade." Uncle states before raising a brow at a green wrapped gift, seeing it was from Camelia, and was surprised with looking at her hopeful look with a wordless smile, at seeing what book it was, "How to tell you find the book?"
"Jade and I was wanting to find things you didn't have yet, and I found that book being sold out for only twenty dollars at a rummage sale when my cousin went with me to find things for myself and everyone. I didn't know it would be worth much, but the title has looked interesting." Camelia signed out in admitting to the old man as he nodded with a warm smile, as the title of the book was labeled as 'The Book of Chi Potions, and Ways to make them easier. He opened the other gift from her and saw it was a bracelet with a dog on it, and guessed the child knew his Zodiac Year.
"What did you bring me?" Uncle asked Jackie in a good mood, and he looked sheepish at the old man as he revealed the gift basket and raised an eyebrow at the old man, the wrapped gift that looked well preserved.
Uncle did look into the gift basket and admitted to them, "Chocolate stings my teeth, and cheese makes my…" he paused while seeing the girls looking at him, "None of your business."
"Uh… Oh!" Jackie thought before realizing things as he revealed it to the old man, "I brought you one more thing." It was the dog talisman, "It's your sign." Jade then didn't see the looks of both Camelia and Jackie as she asked him excitedly, "So how old are you, Uncle?"
"Jade…" Jackie told his niece in a way, she was mixed with being mainly sheepish, and tried to correct herself and to make a slight joke out of it, "Er… In dog years?"
Camelia sighed with Jade and Jackie looked at the old man in surprise as he stated after having a fist around the Dog Talisman, "I will do research now."
"But Uncle! We have cake! You have to celebrate!" Jade declared to him in a way she didn't expect this, as Camelia did go out and buy cake ingredients and made the cake herself with the help of her cousin, with Mike secretly spying on Uncle with his aid, as to what kind of cake he would prefer.
"When I am another year younger, then I will celebrate." He told them to which they detected his age in his voice, as he went into the one room and went to start doing as he said.
Camelia sighed giving Jackie a pointed wordless look alongside Jade to make the man sigh as well, and worried Jade and Jackie then as she signed out to them, rubbing her head as a point, "I think I need another nap too, as despite being well, I was told to rest whenever I can."
Once she was in her room, she passed out, realizing she wasn't in her sanctuary, but she was overseeing things within the Dark Hand Headquarters while watching Tohru getting told off by Valmont. "You failed to retrieve the talisman and you sat on this!" Valmont's tone though was in the mix of hiding his anger and dissatisfaction with the large sumo of a man.
"The Seeking Device was forged by magic. Such things are hard to come by." Shendu informed them, and Tohru did mean what he spoke to them both from what Camelia heard from his tone, "My apologies master."
"Perhaps the time has come to have a freelancer lead future missions." Valmont states with Tohru realizing the predicament told Valmont then with his hands closed in front, "No need master. I will do better."
"Ah! Too late. Tohru, meet Hak Foo." Valmont informed the man as a man came out of the shadows.
The man, Hak Foo, also known as The Black Tiger, is rather tall and muscular. He appears to be a foot taller than Jackie, but slightly shorter than Tohru. He has spiked, red hair, a thin mustache and beard, and habitually wears a blue muscle shirt and jeans.
Tohru understood the meaning of his name as he gazed at him, "Hmm… Black Tiger. He does not look so ferocious." The sumo man's words, made Hak Foo frown at him and looked to be angered as well.
"Angry Crow takes flight!" Hak Foo shouted as he leaped into the air and said, "Evil stands on the mountain top!" He stood easily on top of Tohru's shoulders before raising his hands in a claw fashion and said, "Monkey plucks two petals!"
Tohru held a wince at expecting to get hit easily, but saw the red-haired man was shaking in place with his hand inches to his face, with two fingers pointing to his eyes as he admits then aloud, "Looks can be deceiving."
Camelia was then flung out of what she saw, and onto her behind at the beach sanctuary of hers with being bewildered and asked herself, "What just happened?"
Later on with Uncle in his study of his shop, he was nearly finished with his research gazing at the translation book in front of him and the back of the Dog Talisman with a large magnifying glass, and muttered to himself, "The Dog Talisman is best friend to man. It restores youthful energy to its holder, and grants eternal life." Uncle hummed to himself before stating, with his pencil lightly tapping the talisman, "Immortality."
He jumped as the talisman glowed, and soon felt better than he ever did and even felt his aches and pains were gone, and felt as if he was young once again, and decided to keep this to himself for now, and once he got into the kitchen, blinked at seeing Camelia left a note for him to which he was touched as it appeared she saved him a cake slice, and which he winced at from realizing things that they were right and should have celebrated his birthday and held on researching the talisman.
Once he ate the cake he thought was acceptable, he decided to wait in the morning or so to see that Camelia went with them, and made an attachment from what he had in his shop and looped it around his neck and attached it to it, was the Dog Talisman.
The next day, November 23rd of 1999, within Section 13:
Camelia wordlessly yawned as she decided to keep what she saw when passed out to herself, as she saw Jade was snacking on candy with carefully reading a book what she was surprised that Jade was reading, was The Legends of China, and that Jackie must have finished his workout with seeing a sweat towel he had he was using, and Jade asked her uncle then, "Jackie, has Uncle always been like all, you know, Uncle?"
"No, Jade. When Uncle was young, he was just like me." Jackie tells her with Camelia seeing her uncle having a fond look on his face before looking at Jade with Camelia hiding the urge to silently laugh by her stray comment then, "Does that mean you're gonna be grouchy, constipated, and smell like garlic when you're Uncle's age?" Jackie was offended by that and told her then, "Oh, Jade! Respect your elders. Both of us."
Camelia was getting out of her bed before tripping over herself and hitting her forehead by the unexpected shout Jade gave to concern Jackie over, as he came over to Jade and asked worriedly, "What is it?"
Jade merely showed him as Camelia was rubbing her head wordlessly with a look, and saw the chocolate, like Jackie, was indeed in the shape of what she stated to him, "A talisman made of chocolate."
It was then the duo winced as Camelia was coming over and landed on Jade's black designed skateboard with red wheels she bought from the money she gave her friend that had an eastern dragon that was Shenron from DBZ on the top, flew into the air, and landed onto her back, hard, with the two being above her as Jade warily asked withholding the skateboard, "You ok, Amy?"
Camelia held in a wince of minor pain but gave a wordless and shaky thumbs-up motion to relieve the two as she was helped up, and glanced at the talisman chocolate and signed out to them in question, "The chocolate is a Pig Talisman?"
As they got around, Jade was sharing the chocolate with Jackie warning them that they should at least save one for Uncle to know and understand, within the Section 13 Van, and blinked like Camelia was at seeing the wrapped old present within the basket, and both knew they left it at the house.
Camelia seeing it was not normal, went into her pockets and Jade saw her bringing out her small bag to which, she enlarged it normally and placed it into there, as Faolan as a gift for her learning how to enlarge and shrink things alongside Jade, agreed to enchant anything they desired for better use… Especially since he was spending most of his days within the one part within Section 13, and with Amelia to set things up within the two girls' minds at how obvious they both saw the connection between the two, like Viper with Jackie.
Camelia chose her bag with it being able to change its shape to any design she saw fit and to have infinite storage of anything, as long as the enlarged or more objects were shrunk and placed inside.
Jade chose to wait till later on when she finally chose something from what Faolan asked, and agreed up to her thirteenth or so birthday if she hasn't chosen yet.
Once they arrived at the stop with indeed leaving one candy and Camelia sheepishly looking at Jade and Jackie at eating the most treats, they came into the shop as Jackie informed them in thought, "The pig is one of the signs of the Chinese Zodiac that we haven't yet located, and these chocolates are modeled after the Pig Talisman." Jackie did indeed hold the last candy that was still unwrapped, and sighed out to himself to know the girls were listening to him in rapt attention, "So once again, I am off to Bavaria."
Camelia raised a wordless eyebrow in suspicion at Uncle as he had a suitcase with him, and Jade and Jackie also gazed at where he was coming into their area of the shop in a better mood, "I could use a change of scenery." He gently dropped his bag, and told them then, "I will go with you."
Camelia did perk up at this news alongside Jade's growing excitement, and Jackie's disbelief, as Jade was easily sitting on a large stand with Jackie on the opposite side of her and leaning onto him for support, "Awesome! No babysitter means I and Amy get to go too!"
Lately, Captain Black was letting Camelia for the past week stay at Uncle's whenever he got busy to know he trusted the old man to at least take care of her, and knowing her love of books and recently, interesting RPG Games, would not bore her at all.
"But- But- But Uncle! You never leave the Shop! And what about the Dog Talisman!" Jackie exclaimed to him to make the two girls realize that this was abnormal of sorts, and all three blinked at the old man in utter shock for a few moments at his comment as he waved his hand away from Jackie, "Research can wait."
Uncle then leaned on his moving ladder as a vase tipped over on the one stand and began to roll off, which he noticed, and indeed confirmed mainly Camelia and not both Jade and Jackie as they were jaw-dropping at his actions, as he leaped to a nearby chair with ease, and flew across to quickly grab it, and landed on his stomach without pain.
She saw the talisman, however, in the way Uncle had it as he didn't see her noticing it with him pocketing it back under his shirt, as Jade exclaimed in being amazed and with Jackie only staring at his family member on the ground, "Whoa!"
Uncle then easily got up bending his back and his feet on the ground in firm support, and stood up without complaining as he told the three, "So? What are we waiting for?"
Camelia held in her tongue, or even the urge to sign to Jade, as she figured Uncle somehow found out what the talisman did, and from him seeing she knew, made a wordless shushing sound as Jade asked Jackie to help her pack back in their room as last night, Camelia already had done so at her originally going to ask Uncle to stay the night, but his research prevented that.
"Let Uncle relieve his youth, Little Flower, as the cake tasted good." Uncle tells her quietly to make Camelia widen her eyes at him, in wordless disbelief but understood with a wordless sigh before she signed out, to make him raise an eyebrow, "I wanted to stay last night, but with you finding out about the Dog Talisman, gets me to think you had your fun last night?" Uncle winced as he did test his limits with the talisman around his neck before he did rest, and let's say he was mixed up with the dance moves Jade showed him, and more.
"True, Little Flower. Very true indeed." Uncle wisely informed her then as she hesitated, but made his eyes widen once she revealed the Phoenix Talisman, and narrowed her eyes at her and stated quietly as he gave it back, "How did you come by new talisman?!"
What he did not at all expected, stilled him with suspicion in his eyes at her then, from what she reluctantly signed out with looking guilty, "I found a book and made this and two others. The recipe wasn't that hard to make at all, and… Well, I just wanted to show you I can be trusted and not be expelled from the family.
Uncle understood by her words what she meant, as she unexpectedly quit therapy sessions by telling her cousin to make it stop, months ago, but the old man didn't realize she was this insecure about how her emotions and more, were within her and bottled up, still.
Camelia soon blinked at the old man as he gave a soft hand on her shoulders and indeed saw her flinch as if she was still going to get hit or worse, and made her blink back tears of guilt she was developed by him stating to her then with a small warm smile, "Uncle is not angry. Surprised, yes. But not furious. Uncle is rather intrigued by how well you made this talisman… You said it wasn't hard to make, how come?"
Seeing her carefully went into her bag and pulled out two of the three feathers to make him blink, and then facepalmed himself at forgetting what those feathers were, "Ah-Ya… Uncle did lend you the right way to make it. This is a Phoenix?"
Camelia nodded with her not looking so wary anymore with her showing the other two she made to be impressed by her choices, and asked to make her, not known to him, wordlessly gulp as he didn't gaze at her when he spoke, and saw the foolish agents working around the place as they heard Jackie and Jade were coming, "Uncle would like to see this book of yours at some point to see if it is good or bad magic you read. Uncle isn't phased if you learn dark magic as your Chi is blended perfectly to know you cannot harm others without feeling remorse for yourself. I want to know if the book can be trusted."
Camelia nodded as she pocketed the three homemade talismans back into her bag, and soon, they were off in the van, and then onto the plane itself with her deciding to take another nap… And was once again viewing things within the Dark Hand Headquarters, and seeing Valmont was holding a long set of papers as both Tohru and Hak Foo were patiently waiting on his orders, with Hak Foo's arms behind his back.
"The mainframe indicates that one Mr. Chan has purchased four airline tickets to Bavaria." Valmont tells the two henchmen, and Camelia now seeing Tohru had a bowl of fruit and picked up an orange while multitasking on listening to Valmont, saw Hak Foo glanced at the sumo man and to their boss, "The Dark Hand Jet awaits."
Valmont glanced at the sumo man and made him pause at getting ready to eat the orange, "Tohru, be a sport and tag along in the event Hak Foo requires your services, and when you meet our friend, Jackie Chan?" Valmont at the end of his words gazed at Hak Foo then.
Hak Foo went berserk to astonish both her and Tohru as he kicked the metal bowl with the fruit flying everywhere, and somehow smashed it with ease, and prepared to attack the melon falling near Tohru's face, "Smashin melon fist!" Tohru wasn't pleased as the juice and pieces of the melon were on his clothing and face, and hid the urge to growl at Hak Foo because of that.
It was then Camelia sneezed and to perplex them all, even Shendu as he could not move his head to see her within the ceiling air, that the remaining fruit became alive and fled the place in haste, and she then once again landed onto her behind within her sanctuary with seeing Deathwing was there and looking at her in amusement.
A few hours later within Bavaria, Germany, the four were marveled with still sticking to things, of the sights and whatnot the place provided.
"I will do some sleuthing at the chocolate factory, Jade," Jackie began to tell his niece in a way, to not follow me once again, in his tone, "But I think it's best if you stay with…" He then saw Jade and Uncle were moving away from him and began to dance together with the music being played by the locals for the fest that was still going on, and Jackie sighed out and finished warily, "With Uncle."
With the duo as Jackie was answering questions to a curious Camelia, the old man easily knelt to Jade as he told her then to perk her up, "You know Jade, they have hip-hop in Bulgaria."
"Really?" Jade asked in utter surprise with being excited at that, and Uncle nodded once, and informed her then, "Yes. They call it 'Bop Hip'." And they both laughed at getting his joke to make Jackie then cross his arms in suspicion from hearing that, and blinked at seeing Camellia held her stomach and tinted as it gurgled with him nodding as he could trust her as she went over to both Uncle and Jade, and led them to the nearby open restaurant for food.
Meanwhile and not far from them, Tohru was with Hak Foo and hesitantly asked the red-haired male then, "So, uh… Where shall we begin our search for the talisman?"
"I don't know. You sat on the seeking device, remember?" Hak Foo stated in a way to remind him of his failure to make Tohru narrow his eyes behind the man's back at that, for a moment, and then told Hak Foo then in thinking a bit loudly, "Well, the only talismans are yet to be found are the tiger, the monkey, and-" it was when they saw the obvious signs everywhere in the city as Tohru finished with a simple blink, "The pig."
"Remain here and stand watch… And I mean to stand, less chance you'll break something." Hak Foo ordered the sumo man with a hinted jab to make Tohru hold the urge to grab the red-haired male and sighed silently to himself.
With Jackie, he was indeed at the factory with him explaining his reasons for being there and was shown around by the owner with him telling him then, "You see, Mr. Chan, Great-Great-Grandpa Furko devised a unique method of melting mass quantities of cocoa beans, but grandpa was a superstitious man, and took the secret to his grave. So the modern equipment you see around you performs essentially the same task, locking in wholesome chocolaty goodness."
"Oh, interesting." Jackie tells the owner of the factory with a thought as the owner nods and admitted to him, "Grandpa was also a very generous man, and donated the clock tower to the town." Jackie stilled and asked the owner then in a way he wanted to know, "What can you tell me about the peak, Melvin?"
The owner, Melvin Furko, laughed lightly before telling him in a jolly way, "Everyone loves helping Schwien, Grandpapa considered pigs to be his lucky animal, hehe." He paused before thinking for only a moment and told Jackie then, "No one quite knows why."
Jackie made Melvin blink as Jackie confused him over what he said, "Or perhaps he found a Pig Talisman," and Jackie heard the 'Oh sorry' bit from people always confused at times and stated then, "Nothing."
Meanwhile, Uncle, Jade, and Camelia were all dancing to the music that was being played in the square of the town, before both he and Jade did laugh with Camelia joining in silently as they headed over to one of the many free tables filled with food, as for some reason Camelia was more hungry than normal with eyeballing it, to amuse the two with her as Jade confessed to Uncle joyfully, "And I thought your hip didn't hop."
Camelia did astonish a few crowd members as she managed to somehow, in a cartoonish way, place a whole cooked turkey into her mouth before pulling it out perfectly clean as simple bones in placement, back onto the table as Uncle grabbed some fancy sliced bread and a chunk of cheese to which Jade noticed, as Camelia was getting into more food, "Uncle! Hello?"
"Cheese yummy," Uncle told Jade with her blinking back in surprise before reminding him, "But cheese gums up your-" She was suspicious as he easily ate the cheese with her thinking and stated quietly to herself, "Something's different about you." He did hear this.
"Like what?" Uncle asked her without hiding anything to know he was nervous about her look still, and the two didn't see Camellia head over to more turkeys and did the same thing to make the crowd take snapshots of a child like her easily doing this feat, before heading over to the sausage competition, "Well, for one thing, you haven't said 'One more thing' since we got here."
Uncle looked wary then Jade stated to him in growing concern, and other things, with her realizing that he was hiding something, "Come on Uncle, please?! You can tell me!" Knowing she could be trusted like Camelia was, he reluctantly showed her the Dog Talisman.
"No way…" Jade stated to herself aloud in realizing things in moments as he nodded, and placed it back into his shirt, in agreement, "Way."
"Uncle! That is so cool! It's giving you the power to, uh… Be cool and stuff!" Jade exclaimed happily to him as he only smiled at the way she stated things due to her age, but looked crossed with himself by her words then, "Gonna keep it, right?"
Before he could say anything, they heard chanting to confuse the two before jaw-dropping slightly at watching Camelia outeat the competition with seeing her eyes were dimly glowing green to worry them on things, and the timer stopped with the competition announcer making the Potter Child shake her head and blink with seeing him raise her left arm, and the crowd cheering at her before giving her a trophy of sorts that was oddly an eastern dragon similar to Shenron and with it also having an armored noble-like pig bowing down in respect, out of gold.
Dragging her away with her looking sheepish and placing the medium-sized trophy into her bag, the trio glanced at the clock tower and saw to their equal disbelief at seeing the tower mascot having the Pig Talisman etched perfectly within the hat it has, as it clanged 2:00pm, before being moved the other way into the tower.
It was then later in the day with Jackie, around 7:32PM, that he snuck into the factory to try and find the talisman somewhere and kept his guard up.
He did get startled after inspecting the machine by a male voice stating to him firmly, and turned to see who it was, "Seeking a talisman?" It was Hak Foo, and he casually flipped a piece of candy like it was a coin to soon reveal it, "Only counterfeits here."
"Um… Who are you?" Jackie asked with Hak Foo narrowing his eyes and informing him then, and making Jackie guarded fully, "The last human you will ever lay eyes upon."
Jackie ducked in time of that candy he held, easily cut through the machine's few tanks of chocolate with it dribbling, and then began to dodge by taking a few hits as Hak Foo began to assault him with styles he was saying out loud.
After several hits, Jackie held his stomach before looking wary by Hak Foo's foot right near his face, and stating to him with a grin, "Flamingo Stance." Jackie grabbed the foot and stated knowing his style, "And these little piggies went to the market-" Hak Foo managed to dodge the upcoming style by stating, flying dragon, before stating firmly to himself, "Cat lands on his feet and bears claws!"
Hak Foo then began to assault Jackie with him trying to evade and defend himself, and managed to leap back by shaking his arms in surprise and pain before hearing the man say something and began running, ran up one of the chocolate tanks, and landed gracefully on his feet with seeing Hak Foo making a large dent on the tank itself before he tried to run and held his behind from Hak Foo kicking hit in amusement.
"Baboon leaves tookus exposed," Jackie stated to himself as he turned around to see Hak Foo growling at him and in mid-leap, and said more words that went over Jackie's head as he grabbed his midsection, and he began to try and flip him with only Jackie quickly dong the same… Until Hak Foo succeeded and tossed Jackie, back first, into the brick wall.
He landed on him from jumping very high, and stated in satisfied words firmly to Jackie, as Jackie moaned in unexpected pain, "Black Tiger crushes Chan."
Hak Foo paused from his task, and glanced at a voice telling him firmly, "You, Tiger Man." It was Uncle with Jade and Camellia right next to him, as the duo of Chan Family Members trusted Camelia with Deathwing heightening her sense of smell to try and find Jackie, after feeling something was wrong with signing to them on that.
"Remove your feet from Jackie." Uncle finished in firmness with Camellia quickly being calmed down by Jade rubbing her friend's back at them seeing Jackie was looking delirious and was about to pass out, and commented to himself in confusion, "What's a Jackie?"
"Take your leave or feel the burn." Hak Foo tells them after stomping once more on Jackie, and begins to head over to the three, and Uncle disagreed with Jade and Camellia worried for the old man, as he had his hands on his hips in accusation, "You talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?"
It was here Jade voiced her worries to him, as he glanced at her alongside Camellia then, "Uncle. This guy beat Jackie-" Uncle gave them firmly yet gentle looks to stop her talking, and to know that was true, but shoved them gently to the sides to know in wordless meanings to not interfere, as Hak Foo charged right at the old man stating loudly, "Monkey plucks two peaches!"
To amaze the two girls, Uncle easily stopped him with his hands up and was sideways in front of his face, and after that, began to easily outmaneuver Hak Foo and whatever he kept saying was like Jackie, the red-haired man's words kept going over their heads.
Jade and Camelia ran over to Jackie with Camelia helping him to sit up, and Jade stated his name as he soon gazed at both Uncle and Hak Foo in utter shock, as the three watched how easily Uncle still outmaneuvered Hak Foo and didn't get hit by any of his name-worded attacks.
And with Hak Foo saying something about 'Angry Crow's', Uncle was able to defeat him by cleaning his glasses afterward as if it wasn't much of a challenge and got into a stance once again.
Camelia looked to Jackie and back to Uncle as he mainly asked his impressed niece then, in disbelief, "Jade, Uncle just leaped twenty feet into the air!" Jade, however, cheered with Camelia wordlessly doing so, "Go, Uncle!"
Camelia didn't like the posture Hak Foo had from sensing something was about to go the other way, as he sharply turned around and leaped at Uncle while stating, "Elephant thrusts its leg!" Uncle wasn't deterred by the red-haired man, and Uncle was going to defend himself from a kick but was stunned by it being a harsh punch right into the brick walls behind him.
"Uncle!" Both Jade and Jackie state in worry at the same time, as Camelia grabbed the sides of her head and tried to shake the feeling off once again, and managed to succeed with the aid of Deathwing this time as they watched Hak Foo grab his wrist while looking smug at the pile of bricks, "I meant fist."
Camelia grabbed her head once again with Deathwing trying to prevent another emotional outburst from within her, and this time was struggling as both Jackie and Jade uncovered a downed Uncle with them asking the old man if he was alright, and Hak Foo approached them from behind.
They turned to Hak Foo as he told them then in a way, do it or else, "Retire from talisman hunting, Chan. It is a hazardous occupation." Once Hak Foo left, they stated his name again with Jackie getting more bricks off the old man's body, as within himself, he was being berated by himself, "What happened? You got such a whooping!"
"Big Mouth had a big fist." He tells himself to which the floating head of himself didn't look bothered, and told him, "One more thing. There's work to do, you must acquire the Pig Talisman, and discover the power it possesses!"
"But, I am dead." Uncle admits before looking at the floating head of himself as he disagreed with him, "Ah-Ya! How can you be dead, when you are wearing the immortality talisman?!"
"Oh… Right," Uncle stated to himself in forgetting that, and saw himself telling him firmly then, "One more thing…" he then got two-fingered slapped by himself and quickly stood up and said, ow, as Jackie stated to the old man in utter relief with Camelia overhearing it and her emotions settled down, "Uncle! You're ok!" Knowing he had to try and explain things, he quickly thought then and stated, "Uh, see? Lots of garlic is good for you!"
Uncle then looked determined and told Jade, Jackie, and Camelia then, and began to go on ahead of them with the three soon catching up, "We must get the Pig Talisman before the Big Mouth finds it." Jade agreed with Camelia silently nodding to the old man, "Let's roll!"
Jackie made them pause and they turned to him with his words then, "We don't know where it is." Seeing their equal sharing looks to each other, Jade admitted to her uncle with Uncle smiling wisely, "Oh yes we do."
It was getting dusk outside around 8:36PM when only Jade, Camelia, and Jackie came to the clock tower, with Uncle doing swift research back at the hotel they were staying and managed to climb up to the very top via the stairs, and Jade points up above them and told Jackie as he saw it then, "See the oinker at twelve-o-clock? The thing is sporting a porkie pie hat. We saw it earlier when the clock chimed."
Not known to them, they were followed as Tohru unexpectedly grabbed Jackie from behind and both children backed up a few steps, Jade trying to not blush and Camelia took her hands away from grabbing her chest by sheer accident, out of worry for each other and Jackie, and with the Potter Child's other goal was to shove Jade away in case things went sour for them too.
"Many thanks for leading us to the prize." Hak Foo tells Jackie mockingly with him in turn, struggling within Tohru's grip before shocking Hak Foo with Jade and Camelia being equally smug at the outcome as Uncle came up from the use of the clock mechanism to the floor, "You are not welcome."
"You?! But Elephant Fist?!" Hak Foo states more to himself in shock at seeing the old man was alive and kicking, and the girls were the only ones that detected the smug hint from Tohru as he still kept Jacie at bay, and taunted Hak Foo, "Why so afraid? He is an old man."
Without warning, Uncle used Jackie's arms as battering rams against Tohru's stomach and then easily climbed up and head-butted him, hard, releasing Jackie, and making him do a backflip to land perfectly onto his feet.
The reason he came back to them earlier than intended, was a bad feeling that would occur if he did not, as Uncle soon got into a stance, and Jade agreed with them being confused at the strange stance Camelia got into when Jade told Hak Foo off, but it was mainly got herself, "Four against one. We can take him."
Jackie stopped her from about to charge head-on with Jade dragging Camelia away to aid her then by his words, with an oh-like face, "Jade, the talisman."
"You, family size! Stop the two girls and sit on her-Them! Do something!" Hak Foo ordered Tohru as he struggled to get up, and began to chase both girls with Jade gasping at this, as Hak Foo began to take on both Jackie and Uncle.
When Uncle gave a swift round-kick to Hak Foo's face, Jackie stated to Uncle once again being stunned, with it also being a hint as a stunning question, "You've been working out?" And Uncle only replied cheekily with them going back into a stance, "Just riding like a bike."
As Camelia and Jade avoid Tohru, Jackie was led by Hak Foo into the gears and began to yell in one circular loop before Uncle easily grabbed him, and as Jackie went after Hak Foo, Uncle got an idea and ran-climbed the gears before leaping back into the air and landing gracefully behind Hak Foo as both Chan Clan Men began kicking his behind when the red-head went back and forth.
Once they nodded to each other, both Uncle and Jackie began round-house kicking Hak Foo back and forth then until they both kicked as equals into a wall, and made him fall onto his stomach.
With both Jade and Camelia, they were near gears now as Tohru cornered the two, and Jade made Camelia give a silent yelp from grabbing her collar and helping her onto the gear going around to head up, and gestured at Tohru cheekily, "Going up!" Camelia grabbed Jade then and they both jumped onto a gear that was flat but going the way to the left as Tohru tried to nab them from below, but was failing.
The two then balanced each other out as they were on the pole that was spinning like a log in the water, and leaped together and climbed up gears to try and get to the talisman together.
Once they finally managed to make it to the top seeing the clock mascot just bowing with the symbols to tell the time being closed together, down below as Jackie and Uncle began to try and ward off Tohru, Hak Foo saw both children were going after the Pig Talisman, and hastily got up, and began to maneuver himself in haste to get to it before them.
Just as Camelia was about to nab it with her being on top of Jade, they fell at least onto the large enough plank as Hak Foo made them look at him both children being startled as he had the talisman within his hands.
"Jackie!" Jade shouts to get both Uncle and Jackie's attention as Tohru was on the ground, and began to try and get up there somewhat the same way as the two children did, as Hak Foo held back Jade with her saying, give me it, and Camelia holding onto her stomach as it had a sharp pain of sorts, before shakily getting up with stilling like Jade was, at Hak Foo unknowingly activating the talisman within his other hand.
Camelia ducked just as both Uncle and Jackie did as Hak-Foo's eyes were glowing with energy, and fired an equal-shared heat beam that missed them.
"The lucky pig was how the chocolate candy founder got his cocoa beans melted!" Jackie stated in realizing it alongside Uncle knowing what the pig did as well, and Hak Foo shoved Jade away with him muttering, heat beam eye blast, in a brief self-question before shouting with the direction being right at Jackie, "Heat Beam Eye Blast-" Without warning and Camelia caught by Jade moving to catch her hand from tripping and nearly falling to her demise, and everyone and even Tohru shaking in his firm steps, as the clock tower began to chime 9'o'clock.
The platform behind both Chan men began to crumble away as Jade nearly let go when she almost lost her grip as Hak Foo was twirled around the outside, and was in the ironic sense, gonged by the clock mascot and tripped and began falling as when the mascot went back in, Jade, Jackie, Uncle, and Camelia was there gazing down to see that Hak Foo managed to land on the main clock hand.
"Time is not on his side," Uncle tried to let out a joke without them but Camelia turned back to see Tohru somehow managed to get up here, and was joyous and commented to himself to make the child look it up for later, "Tch, Freelancer."
Uncle did turn once he heard Tohru, however, and Camelia looked worried with her being the one to see the Dog Talisman was exposed and made the large sumo man try to nab the old man… For only Uncle to dodge by leaping into the air and making Tohru fall with wide, comical eyes and grabbing the tip of the larger clock hand to try and save himself from falling.
Below him, Hak Foo managed to find footing, and the Chan Clan Family Members alongside Camelia saw him activating the Pig Talisman, and were setting up and getting ready to shoot their spots… Until the clock hand, Tohru was on, went backward and landed on top of the red-haired man, and with them falling, the beam was tearing right into the clock itself, and out of sheer luck, landed on a box of chocolates from the factory.
Camelia and the others stood on shaky feet, realizing the tower was now starting to collapse, and dust and debris were being shown easily down below knowing the tower was collapsing into itself, and not out of it.
Jackie caught Jade with him running with her, and trying to get a frightened Camelia to let go of the side-barring of the tower itself by Uncle, exclaiming loudly, "Save Jade! I will get Camelia!"
As Jackie was sliding downwards while holding onto Jade with ease, with modesty forgotten due to fear between the two, Uncle managed to grab Camelia and began running and catching up to once again bewildered Jackie, down the sides of the building.
As one, both Jackie and Uncle leaped from the tower as it was falling quicker, and by sheer luck, landed on a large enough hanging tarp that made them all gently bounce, and then land on it while watching the tower finish falling.
It was then that Jackie spotted the reason for his relative's unusual behavior and outcomes, around his neck, and Uncle, tried to figure it out in an excuse, with Jade and Camelia, no longer afraid, saw Jackie wasn't buying it. "I will just go fetch the Pig Talisman while I am up."
"Uncle." Jackie stated firmly with the old man sighing and understanding he was caught, "Explain?" Jackie though had his arms crossed with a pointed look when he said that.
What he didn't expect was that Uncle to take the Dog Talisman from around his neck, and tell him softly to make Jackie soon understand his reasons without wording it all out, before Camelia caught it from the ground shaking in a slight rumble from the aftermath of the tower itself, "Jackie, thank you for allowing me to re-experience my youth." Uncle then startled them as he exclaimed out to them with small amusement on their faces by his words firmly, "But being young is too dangerous, and exhausting! Uncle needs a nap." At the end of the old man's words, he did sound exhausted.
Jade hugged Uncle as Jackie looked on warmly from her hugging the old man, and didn't notice the slight glow the Dog Talisman did when Camelia lightly closed it around her left hand, "You deserved it, Uncle," and Jackie agreed and added, "See Jade? As Tohru demonstrated, one cannot turn back the hands of time."
It was then they felt movement with Jackie catching the Dog Talisman from it being tossed randomly into the air, and with Jade coming over to Camelia with them all seeing her gripping her neck with both of her hands and with Uncle trying to move her hands away as if she was struggling to breathe, before passing out, and with Uncle irked at this as Jade grabbed the Pig Talisman, headed to the hospital with seeing she was barely breathing and looked feverish, and at times, hacking up unconsciously black sludge the three were grossed by.
After a while with the two goons for the Dark Hand heading back with nothing, the doctor in charge of Camelia checked her over and told them in a way they were rather stunned by, "It seems the girl is decently alright, but she seems to have some kind of poison she orally ate, and she shows no signs of being a permanent mute, from what I was told… Which one of you is Jackie Chan?"
"That will be me," Jackie tells him with Jade giving Uncle a wordless look with an example of the Pig Talisman, and gets the old man to think what the Dog Talisman has done, and was wary as to what letting the child on holding the last remaining ones would do to her, and the doctor continued with looking into the diagnostic reports and stilling the three with not seeing a brief eye glow from Jade's irises at the report, and hoping it to be false, "It seems that Miss Potter may have had a child when she was raped by the lab reports, as there were very faint traces of leftover and sticky remains of embryotic fluid on her walls due to a nurse ordering a uterus scan, from blood leaking from her passage... Well, remaining fluids that are of something unusual being the father, and blood that stayed in her."
"What do you mean by that?" Uncle declared with the doctor looking at the old man, and then to Jackie himself to explain better, "The report we ran into the labs stated the genomes were not known at all from any human at all, and we thought about some rape cases being kidnapped and forced onto animals as the other option, but that isn't it either."
Jade and both Chan men thought one thing equally that was truly wrong, before Jade asked worriedly to the doctor, "Is she fine now?"
"She is stable, yes, as we found this within her stomach once we pumped it from her unconscious body," the doctor states with them all being perplexed at seeing it was a black shard of sorts in a shape of a perfect rhombus and it was within a protected sealed ziplock bag and handed it, Jackie, as he pocketed it carefully, "I guess that she ate it during the competition she won, as there was a rumor one of the slaughtered pigs breed for slaughterhouses for the sausages before the event, ate something unusual. And that had to be it and would be best if you send it to Black."
This now made all three members of the Chan Family blink in utter bewilderment at the doctor, as Jackie asked him then, "What sector are you from?"
"Sector 10, which deals with viruses and whatnot that would be harmful or beneficial to the state of the world, even alien viruses not from Earth as we share with other Sectors for that, and I came to this hospital due to hearing these unusual shards doing weird things to animals and people, as Bavaria was the starting case."
Jackie nodded with Jade once again having the dream to be an agent, as, after a few hours of care, Camelia was up and about, and they were on the plane back to San Francisco with Jackie and Uncle behind the two girls, sleeping.
Camelia was glad that the Dog Talisman managed to somehow fix her damaged voice box, and other things by removing the impure aspects, and all that black sludge from her system, but from what Jade quietly told her from what they found out… Brought out bad memories once again, and with Jade, herself feeling guilty at telling her but from what she figured out by not only Uncle, but Jackie, and possibly when he was told, Captain Black, they would have waited to the point she would have trust issues with them.
"So, I'm a young mom?" Camelia warily asked as truthfully, she wasn't ready at all to be a mom with Jade seeing what she signed out, sighed and nodded as she felt mixed on this, and oddly enough, felt like harming whoever did that to her, "I guess… I'm not sure how they would do it unless they drugged you back then, and whoever did it, well…" Camelia simply nodded wordlessly as she stared at her hands, and clenched them a few times with Deathwing agreeing with what he sensed the feelings of the Chan Girl, "Even though I feel like I'm not ready as a mom due to how young I am, I just hope wherever she is, she's alright."
"She? How do you know it's a girl?" Jade curiously asked Camelia to make her pause, but looked unsure as she shrugged with a yawn that made them both wince, as it sounds scratchy, "I just have a feeling that the baby was a girl, not sure why."
Jade just nodded before forming a grin on her face to confuse her, and saw the Pig Talisman within her hand from keeping it on herself the entire time, and asked her to which Camelia soundlessly sighed to herself as she was glad the topic changed, and was then curious about it too, "Do you want to see what this thing will do to you then?"
Camelia hesitated, before she gently grabbed the Pig Talisman, and blinked with both girls seeing the dim glow it gave off and faded, with her soon feeling like her blood was on fire for a few moments before it settled, and Jade was worried she may have done something wrong as Camelia excused herself, and went to the bathroom for mere moments later, Jade hurried to it from hearing scratching screams coming from Camelia, and warily knocked on the door with stating to her friend in concern, "Amy, you ok?"
Hearing the door unlocked was an answer enough to make her be stunned at seeing what transpired within the bathroom in moments.
From within Camelia's hair, were two brown horns that curved across her forehead like a crown, and a single medium black horn protruding from the center of her forehead to which the base was wrapped around markings of an octagon on her skin, and that horn curled upwards in a cute way.
From her mouth were longer canines and even longer fangs that didn't at all feel sharp, but looks can be deceiving. She also gained pointed elfin ears with the sides having three jagged edges like a skeleton key's teeth, claws on her fingertips to where her nails were, like a succubus, from seeing minor blood and the old ones in the sink, and her tongue was also longer when extended and forked.
She even gained a reptilian and hairless monkey tail of sorts that matched her hair, and it was not only slender looking but had at the tip of a black ivory scorpion stinger similar to an emperor scorpion.
Jade ignored this as she hugged Camelia who began to cry not regular tears, but sparkling ones which she wipes away with some spare toilet paper, and tried to calm her down as she regretted not waiting to try doing the talisman at home, as it seemed to Jade with each touch her friend did, was by blessing her with whatever was lost, and also from recalling Faolan's words to her in secret.
Camelia was still able to sign out to her friend shakily, seeing she was looking ready to puke, made Jade feel like she was punched in the gut by her, and with her still crying, "I didn't expect this at all! This is probably the worst thing that the talisman touching has done to me, Jade."
Before Jade could say anything as she had the door closed, it was pounding and to their luck, it was Uncle, "Jade and Little Flower have been in the bathroom for a long time… Everything alright?" Uncle hid the urge to go his 'Ah-Ya' moment, after seeing the tears falling down Camelia's face at looking at him in a pleading way to help her, alongside Jade, and making the old man sigh as he told them then in a way it was a low chance at working, "Uncle may have some on hand ingredients that might work until we get home for a small temporary Chi Spell, but it will mean that you have to drink whatever it is, Little Flower."
After letting him use the restroom to make the concoction, and being thankful everyone was either busy or sleeping due to the flight time, Uncle came out with a foul-smelling blue liquid to which both girls wrinkle their noses, and once Camelia drank from it by holding the urge to gag, as, by the words from Uncle, they blinked at seeing her glow before looking normal once again.
"This is temporary as Uncle hates to admit… He needs help for better disguise." Uncle admits to making the two girls gap at the old man, and guess he meant Faolan back within Section 13. "So for now, take easy moments, and wait until we are back to that agency." Uncle finished with the three going back to their seats after cleaning up his mess.
Indeed a few hours later, and with them heading to Section 13, Jackie held his heart from seeing Camelia having her added features, Uncle explaining with Jade admitting and getting into trouble by doing so, and with Faolan soon meeting them alongside Amelia, Mike, and Mazuria, saw the changes and was told only Jade was to remain within their room with Camelia.
Despite this issue, Uncle, Jackie, and Captain Black reluctantly agreed once the door was shut, Faolan inspected Camelia to which he didn't flinch as her tail also secreted poison of sorts, and muttered to himself that he didn't realize he was loud enough for the girls to hear, alongside both Amelia and Mike, "Indeed like her, but the tail is unexpected…" he then was rummaging through his things and forced Camelia to drink tastier potions to which she shivered, and looked at her tail as it shifted from what it was, into more to a draconian tail that was a mix of both western and eastern in minor increases of length yet the scorpion tip was still there as Faolan stated more pleased, and confusing the children and those within the room even more, "Ah. Much better… Though it seems Chimera and that strange ape genome you previously had, is still roaming in your blood."
"You failed to mention that my Mistress had that, Faolan." Amelia firmly worded with crossing her arms, and even Mike was giving him a silent look as well, and the two children still looked utterly confused as he sighed with a head rub, "A minor setback as whoever took her before her arrival, from where she was once again placed at, was experimented by Mortal Man and was made to forget if the blocked seal on her neck has anything to say about it, as it seems to have been added onto for years."
At that, Jade did see the seal as it looked like an upside-down cross with a dragon roaming around it, an eastern dragon that is, alongside Amelia, before it faded, and ignored her look as he knew what they were originally in here for, and stated to both children with mixed hope and being sad by his words, "I can make something to where she could blend into society, but it will take time and patients to make. Until then, or if other means for travel are done due to the fears of mortals, she will probably be kept here within this Sector we call home for some time."
Here he paused before making Mike and Amelia blink before gazing at a sheepish-looking Camelia then by his words as he started on making his new project for the child, "Though a blessing is that the essence of the Dog Talisman is slowly healing her voice to the point, she will be able to speak, and to sing like to the term… A professional in any style, as there have been demons in disguise who are performers to co-exist I have seen from the mortals most marvelously made contraception: The Television."
"Demons are performing as song artists?" Jade asked skeptically, to which he only got a curt nod of 'Yes' from Faolan to know he was going to stop speaking to them, and knew once he got a project started, it would take time for him to get out of the room.
Jade turned to Camelia and tried to cheer her up by thinking, and changing the subject, "Maybe we can celebrate a Late Thanksgiving here instead of Uncle's Shop?"
Camelia smiled with her soon having an idea as to what to do, and both Mike and Amelia were smirking by overhearing the plan with Faolan doing so, in secret, as he combined potions into one with searching things within his given stash.
