"My dreams are useless," Sam said resentfully. "By the time we got -" His eyes went to Dean, who was suddenly looking unsteady on his feet.
"He okay?" Wiley asked.
Sam nodded, looking grim as he guided Dean back to the bed. "He just needs to stay in freaking bed and heal." That last seemed to be directed at Dean just as much as Wiley.
After a minimum of backtalk, Sam managed to talk his brother into swallowing a handful of meds along with his water, which in itself was a pretty good indicator of how crappy Dean felt.
