CHAPTER 13.4: TECHNODROME (PART 4)
BURNED BLACK HILLS NATIONAL FOREST
After the heroes and villains regrouped a few minutes ago, the four turtles saved Jennika and Venus' lives by sharing their blood with them before they died. Still, it results in them mutating the two sisters into mutant turtles. Booster Gold's droid sidekick, Skeets, begins scanning Jennika and Venus' bodies.
"Turtle's blood made them one hundred percent fully mutant. P.S. Heart pumping normally like the rest of our teammates." Skeets explained.
"This robot is smarter than you, Booster," Flash smirked.
"Very funny…" Booster Gold was annoyed, and Flash walked away.
"I have already seen mutagens creating a lot of mutants. But today, the turtles using their blood to save Jennika and Venus' lives seem to be the right choice." Batman said calmly.
"How are you two feeling now?" Master Splinter asked, walking up to Jennika and Venus.
"I… feel the same, master," Jennika answered, looking at her new mutated turtle body. "Except we both look like the four turtles. "Are we going to be like this… forever?" She asked.
"Positive. Unless you want the cure anytime." Batman replied.
"Where are Leo, Raph, Mike, and Don?" Venus looked around.
"They both rest quickly after using their blood on you." Splinter looks at Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello lying near one of the burned trees.
"Meh. I can wait." Jennika didn't mind as she and Venus sat beside the four turtles.
Omni-Knight is looking at the drawn paper, which is the coordination to get inside the shielded Burnow Island. "You sure that you find a way we can enter Burnow Island and then the Technodrome?" Omni-Knight said.
"Spartan also let the government join at our side, so we had more reinforcements coming from around and outside planet Earth," Rook answered.
"Good work, Spartan." Superman was impressed.
"You're-" Spartan is about to continue when he notices a line of bright purple light appearing in the distance. "Wait, what's that?!" He pulled out his uzi.
Everyone saw the line of bright light, thinking that the Technodrome was coming, and they prepared to fight back. However, everyone soon learns that the line of bright light isn't the upgraded Technodrome. Instead, a hologram screen shows Kraang Subprime inside his Tetsu-Oni android body onscreen.
"This message is for all our remaining opposition hiding around this planet. You're wasting your time trying to stop our Technodrome, but we're giving you an offer." Subprime said with a small laugh.
The hologram screen changes and shows more Kraangdroids and Rock Soldiers aiming their weapons at several hostages.
"Anything you wanna say to your guardians?" One of the Rock Soldiers said to the hostages.
"What are you saying?" The scared US president asked, not understanding the Utrom language.
"Kraang will warn the Earth's guardians watching this broadcast by eliminating one of Earth's leaders." Said one of the Kraangdroids, and they began to aim Brainiac's weapons at the president.
*BANG*
The weapon killed him, making the crowd gasp and scream. Then the hologram screen changed back to Kraang Subprime.
"If you don't come to Los Angeles to surrender and call off your reinforcements in one hour, we will kill these hostages. Either you surrender, and we will imprison you, or they will die, and we will imprison you anyway and make you suffer." Kraang Subprime warned before he switched off the hologram screen.
All superheroes and villains were concerned about what to do next. "They're going to act on their threat if we don't do something," Jennika grunted.
"Hold on, newbie. If we go to Los Angeles now, they'll level the whole place, like New York." Titano interrupted.
"Titano's right. It could be a trap. We may have found an alternate entrance to Kraang's island base, but we need a better idea to confront them." Omni-Knight said.
Just then, Raphael finally woke up from his rest. "It's been fun having a dream about me creating a DJ farm." He yawned.
"Good, you're awake. There is something I wanted to tell you." Alopex said.
"Are you telling me something significant instead of Leo or Splinter? That's cool of you, Al." Raphael smiled.
"Oh… right." Alopex facepalmed while blushing. "Remember that phone call I got back when we searched for an alternate way to the island? It's intel from Angel Bridge."
"The armored girl who helped us stop the Purple Dragon? Please tell me while we let my brothers get back up." Just waking up, Raphael was looking at Leonardo, Donatello, and Michelangelo.
"Hey, Raph… You've been to the land of pizza cats as well." Michelangelo yawned, not knowing he was talking to Jennika and Venus in his blurry vision.
"Is it electric?" Jennika teased.
"BAH!" Mikey jumped, then carefully looked at the two sisters' new turtle looks. "Jenny, Venus?"
"Yeah… In time to say thank you for saving our lives?" Venus smiled.
S.T.A.R'S SECRET UNDERGROUND BASE, NEW YORK
Meanwhile, all staff members quickly packed their stuff in the S.T.A.R secret base hiding underground in New York before evacuation. Blasting out of the doorway nearby was a massive crowd of mutants, including the Mutanimals. Herman fired his shell Gatling gun at the ceiling to get the scientists' attention.
*RAT-ATA-ATA-ATA-ATA-ATA-ATA-ATA*
"Get down, all of you humans!" Old Hob shouted and ordered all mutants to destroy the mutant cure. "Destroy the cure!"
"Over here, shitheads!" Groundchuck fires his twin machine guns to destroy some of the formulas.
"'Alert the security,' my ass!" Dirtbag ripped the alarm wire with his bare hands.
These mutants smashed the cures found around S.T.A.R Labs while Man Ray readied his flamethrower to burn down a room filled with ingredients to cure mutated villains. He stopped when he noticed something through the doorway next to him. He goes there to take a look.
"Prototype vehicles?!" Man Ray looked at the prototype vehicles used for land, air, sea, or space. Then Man Ray began to smirk.
"What are those things?" The arriving mutant spider looks around at the prototype vehicles.
"Vehicles we can use for our getaway later. Get anyone to guard them while I focus on my actions." Man Ray ordered and returned to burn down the cure ingredients with his flamethrower.
BURNED BLACK HILLS NATIONAL FOREST
"Mutants are going to destroy the cures?!" Raphael shouted after hearing what Alopex said. Then he punched the tree. "Old Hob, you hairy bastard!"
"Who's Old Hob?" Venus asked, confused.
"Long story, he was pretty much the head of the mutant rebellion, if you remember," Leonardo replied.
"But why do the mutants want to destroy the cures?" Supergirl asked.
"The mutants don't want to change back into ordinary people, even after many reckless actions over the last few days. We can't cure anyone, even if we face other mutants later." Batman answered.
"Uhh. I hate to say this a bit late. But remember back when the Mutanimals went to Canada a few months ago before I got fired? Old Hob attempted to find the mutagen, only to fail and kill that welder guy." Mondo Gecko said.
"Dogwelder? Ugh, Waller and her task force. The cat wanted to protect all mutants, but that's not the right way." Nightwing replied.
"Mondo Gecko, you made the right choice by explaining more about the mutants' actions." Said Leonardo, then he sighed deeply. "If we return to New York and stop them, we'll break Slash's promise not to harm each Mutanimal. Now we have to change that."
"Might be tough for you when you've got a bargain to uphold. Wonder how your friend would react if I went to do your dirty work?" Deathstroke said to the turtles while Leatherhead and Mondo Gecko glared at him.
"That part is for heroes only, and I wanna see what this Hob guy is like," Jennika replied.
Soon all heroes and villains were preparing to set off to Los Angeles. At the same time, the six turtles, Splinter, April, Casey, and Alopex, did the same before returning to New York.
"Arrowette. Are you sure you're ready, even when we encounter Chrome Dome?" Said the worried Rook.
"I know… Perhaps I needed protection even more." Arrowette answered. Then she held Rook's hand, which made him smile.
"Yuck… Young love." Count Vertigo is disgusted by their intimate action, as is Scarecrow, who watches them.
Omni-Knight needed volunteers to help him get through Burnow Island and find a way to enter the upgraded Technodrome. He has already picked Titano and Zeno.
"You need more than one big guy, so I'm coming along." Leatherhead volunteered, and Omni-Knight agreed to let Leatherhead join the mission to breach Burnow Island.
Just then, Mondo Gecko walked up to the group. "Would you guys mind if I come with you?" Mondo Gecko requested.
"This mission is for grown-ups only, boy. Go wait until you're the same age as my pal." Titano denied, loading his weapons.
"You know that I can camouflage because I'm the gecko chameleon. The Kraang have Lucy on that island." Mondo Gecko ignores the denial.
Titano is about to talk back when Omni-Knight interrupts him. "Let the kid come with us. I remember seeing her a few days ago. She knows Mondo more than us."
"Okay… Hope your sludge girlfriend isn't in another base." Titano understood, and he carried on loading his weapons.
"Thank you- Wait, does that make me remind her even more, Titano?" Mondo asked, confused, while Zeno chuckled.
Master Splinter walks up to Jennika, putting on her tekko-kagi claws. In comparison, Venus is ready with her tonfas and tessens. "Jennika, Venus, a private word." He said, and the two turtle sisters moved towards him.
"I know you two are practicing to earn my trust after quitting the Foot Clan, but your actions have shown you have already reached the highest level I have seen… I want you to have these." Master Splinter gives Jennika the yellow bandana and the cyan bandana to Venus.
"Your old bandana, Master?!" Leonardo was surprised.
"Are you sure?" Venus looked at the cyan bandana, and Splinter replied with his head nodding and smiled. "Thank you, sensei," Venus said happily, putting on the cyan bandana. At the same time, Jennika tied up her yellow bandana.
A few seconds later. The six turtles, Splinter, Alopex, April, and Casey, went into Dr. Fate's golden ankh portal back to New York. Shredder halted Jennika and Venus.
"I'm still displeased about you changing to become just like my enemies. You better still know your old Foot training more than anything Splinter teaches you." Shredder with narrow eyes.
"That would be the last thing you give us, the violent personality lesson. Goodbye, Master Shredder." Venus said, then she and Jennika walked into the golden ankh.
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK
When the Turtles' group popped out of the golden ankh portal, they looked around in shock to see the destruction caused by the Technodrome. The Technodrome zapped Manhattan and reduced it to an enormous crater.
"Whoa… the whole city's gone!" Casey Jones said.
"What should we do now?" April asked.
"Find Angel Bridge first before stopping the mutants. I want to know if she's still alive after our phone call." Answered Alopex, and everyone agreed with her.
Finding Angel Bridge, also known as Nobody, around the city ruins took a few minutes. She had hidden in the alleyway while repairing her exo-suit, damaged after being shot by mutants.
"Angel!" Casey Jones is happy to see his old friend alive, while Alopex hugs Angel.
"Nice to see you again!" Angel Bridge smiled, then became confused when she looked at two new turtles, Jennika and Venus. "Who the hell are you supposed to be?"
"We're new." Jennika simply replied, while Venus was embarrassed and waved hello to Angel Bridge.
Leonardo went straight to business and asked her a question. "Have you tracked down the mutants?"
"Sorry, but I lost sight after they shot my suit. The shots destroyed the tracking device." Angel Bridge shows the whole group her exo-suit in the process of being repaired.
"Okay, but how will we find the mutants in this city?" Donatello said.
Then Michelangelo noticed a figure in the distance. "Guys, I can see someone over there in the middle of the road by himself… or her."
The person is Vigilante, upset about failing to defend New York. He placed two pictures of Peacemaker and his deceased girlfriend on the ground near him, his guilt over his failures haunting him, only to be interrupted by a voice.
"HEY! What the hell are you doing, Vigilante?!" Raphael shouted.
"Wait… You guys know that same person we saw in the sewer?" April asked, confused.
"Well… That man is the same guy who's been following us. Vigilante made us stop the Rat King from unleashing a sewer flood." Donatello explained.
"You know I was not alone before he got arrested." Vigilante sighed, and he sadly ran out of humor. "Look, I failed at defending the city. I did have a good moment of my own life, including the part where I found that secret STAR base so I could have a bathroom break-"
"Hold on… You've been to S.T.A.R's secret underground base?" Venus interrupted.
"Ugh, I slipped up and spoke too soon!" Vigilante shouted, and he was about to stab himself with his sword.
"STOP!" Master Splinter stopped him by yelling. "Look, we're sorry about seeing the destruction of our city, but you still have a lot to protect. You've been to the underground base before, and if you don't tell us where it is, then everyone we know remains a mutant forever. Is that what you do?" Splinter asked a favor.
Still holding his sword, Vigilante shakes up, thinking he should kill himself. He even looks at two pictures of his girlfriend and Peacemaker. Vigilante finally changed his mind by throwing his sword down to the ground.
"I'll show you where it is…. For my city." Vigilante stands back up, ready to help defeat the Kraang once and for all.
BURNOW ISLAND/KRAANG'S SECRET BASE, ATLANTIC OCEAN
Cyborg's boom tube opens on Burnow Island's underground floor. Omni Knight, Titano, Zeno, Leatherhead, and Mondo Gecko enter the storage room through it.
"The coordinates Rook gave us work. We are near the shielded area and can pass through it." Titano is looking at his scanner device.
"There is one problem. If we get spotted by any Kraang, the whole island possibly alerts the Technodrome and strengthens its defense." Said Leatherhead.
"Then we'll make that giant eyeball unable to see the island. Titano, Zeno, and Leatherhead, you guys find and disable the communication and plant bombs around the island while you are at it. Mondo and I will find Lucy. We will regroup at the teleportation room and assault the Technodrome when we finish here." Omni-Knight said.
"Good choice on bringing me!" Mondo Gecko replied quickly before ripping off his clothing to become entirely invisible.
"The hell, kid! You could have just taken them off!" Titano is disgusted to see Mondo Gecko naked, as everyone else, except Leatherhead because he already knew, has the same expression.
"This mutant boy has no penis." Zeno tried so hard not to be grossed out by this sight.
"Okay… Let's focus on the mission." Omni-Knight said, readying his Ultimatrix while Mondo Gecko turned invisible. "Good luck again." Omni-Knight presses his Ultimatrix to become Spidermonkey.
After the whole group split up, Spidermonkey and Mondo Gecko sneak through the underground hallway. But when they saw Kraangdroid patrols approaching, Spidermonkey hid behind some crates while Mondo remained still due to his camouflage.
"Say, Kraang, does Kraang's android body make Kraang look fat?" One Kraangdroid said to another while patrolling down until they were out of sight. Spidermonkey is about to carry on moving when he notices Mondo Gecko is further away from him.
"Mondo, wait!" Spidermonkey shouted quietly to make him stop as he saw one of the Rock Soldiers' patrols walking to the right.
"Mondo, you gotta take it easy. Is this something to do with Lucy?" Spidermonkey walked up to Mondo Gecko.
"Sorry, Ben. When I first saw Lucy walking out of the sleeping tube, she was cute, and we have gone pretty well through a few weeks, and I don't know when I should ask her something special." Mondo Gecko answered as he admitted he had a big crush on Lucy Mann.
Spidermonkey chuckled. "You remind me of myself when I first met my girlfriend shortly after the Triceratons' invasion. You will get your big chance after we find that mutant sludge. Now come on." So Spidermonkey and Mondo Gecko carry on finding Lucy.
Cut to Zeno and Leatherhead planting many remote bombs hidden around the island so the group can destroy the island. "Stupid villains forgot that this island has fueling pipes." Zeno giggled while planting some remote bombs onto the gas pipe.
"Our monkey pal said that every planted bomb we put secretly can cloak away from being seen by any invaders. That's good, and speaking of monkey pal, I'll check up on him." Said Leatherhead began to press his comms after placing the bomb around. "Titano."
"I heard ya, and stop calling me monkey, pal!" Titano sounded annoyed, climbing up to the top of the communication relay tower while avoiding getting seen by some security probes. When he reached the top, he went through the vent and planted the EMP device onto the relay core, disabling it.
"Good night, tower of bastards!" Titano smiled after disabling the communication's core.
Kraangdroids and Rock Soldiers were investigating one of the base's destruction. Without them knowing, Spidermonkey web zipped above them while Mondo Gecko sneaked through while camouflaged.
"How come you guys created and used the robot doppelgangers of each Legion of Doom member to break them out?" The Rock Soldiers asked and picked up the head of a fake Klarion.
Spidermonkey and Mondo Gecko went inside one of the base's buildings and reached the gate to the private lab room.
"This must be the room Karai talked about." Mondo Gecko saw the gate while turning visible again. He tried to open the handle. "Ugh… It's locked!"
"I got it!" Spidermonkey replied and slammed his Ultimatrix symbol on his chest to transform into the humanoid beetle known as Portaler. He grabbed Mondo Gecko and teleported both into the private lab room.
But when they entered, both realized that some Kraangdroids were working on dead aliens and mutants in each capsule area. The Kraangdroids then turn towards Portaler and Mondo Gecko.
"Uhh… Meow!" Mondo Gecko nervously with a funny smiley face.
"Intruders sighted!" Said one of the Kraangdroids, and they began to fire Brainiac's weapons at them. Portaler and Mondo Gecko dodged the firepower and used some items for cover.
Portaler saw one of the Kraangdroids moving towards the alarm button wall. "Oh no, you don't!" Portaler shouted as he dashed towards the alarm button quickly. He dodged multiple gunshots before breaking the button. When it broke, Portaler bounced and hit the Kraangdroid in the face.
"Did… Did you get those things? How did you do that?" Mondo Gecko realized the Kraangdroids had no protection by shields while ducking and took cover from the gunfire.
Portaler notices that he can hit the Kraang forces.
"I don't know! The Kraang are not protected because the whole island already has a shield! We can now fight back!" Portaler says to Mondo.
While avoiding the gunfire, Portaler teleports himself and then air spin dashes at one of the Kraangdroids, repeatedly doing the same to the other Kraangdroids while avoiding the attacks one by one.
Mondo Gecko throws a box lid at one of the Kraangdroids to knock it into one of the capsule tubes and drop Brainiac's weapon. Mondo grabbed Brainiac's gun and used it to fire a few remaining Kraangdroids and cameras in the area while avoiding gunfire. Portaler finished clear of the site with his spin dash at the Kraangdroids.
"Mondo? You know how to use a gun?" Portaler is surprised, then automatically changes back to Omni-Knight, due to his alien's time limit.
"I learned that from playing Call of Duty." Mondo Gecko answered. Then he and Omni-Knight went into the chamber room in the lab.
While searching for Lucy around the chamber area, Omni-Knight noticed each chamber had dead bodies of supervillains killed by the Kraang: Hellgrammite, Eraser, Lady Lunar, Nightfall, Psycho Pirate, Fastball, and Tsukuri.
"These brain invaders are insane!" Omni-Knight looked away from some of the dead supervillains, remembering arresting Nightfall with Lucky Girl a few months ago.
"Ben! I think I saw her!" Mondo Gecko saw the purple figure inside the torture chamber not far away, and he happily ran toward it. But when they went near, Mondo Gecko looked closely at Lucy and saw that her body was now somewhere nearly frozen and dried from the heat.
Mondo Gecko is shocked at what has happened. "Wha? No, no, no, no! Lucy! Wake up! WAKE UP! Please…." He shouted in tears, but Lucy didn't respond.
"Oh man, I'm so sorry, Mondo." Omni-Knight is horrified to see him upset. However, he slowly remembers something about the sludge. "Although…."
Omni-Knight presses his Ultimatrix after it recharged and transformed into Water Hazard. He ripped the chamber door with incredible strength and fired his water pump at Lucy Mann's dried-up body. The wetness on the mutant sludge woke Lucy up, and she started breathing and slowly got back up.
"Ugh… Wha, I'm alive?" Lucy Mann looked around and then Water Hazard. "Who are you?" She asked the Orishan she had never seen before.
"It's okay." Water Hazard presses his symbol to change back to Omni-Knight. "I'm a friend."
However, when Lucy looks at Omni-Knight, she is now angry. "You… human!" She started to jump at Omni-Knight.
"Argh! What the hell are you doing?" Omni-Knight asked on the ground while Lucy shifted her right arm into a blade and aimed at Omni-Knight's neck.
"Your people lied to us! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT HUMANS AREN'T PERFECT ALL ALONG!" Lucy Mann yelled in tears, and Mondo Gecko grabbed Lucy away from Omni-Knight.
"LUCY, STOP!" Mondo Gecko tried to calm her down.
"You too, Mondo? Ugh, Mr. Hob is right. How could you betray all of our mutant friends?" Lucy Mann glared at Mondo Gecko while trying to break free.
"Some humans are our friends. Now, what are you talking about?" Mondo Gecko asked.
"My people… They were not born in space, but on Earth, and humans kicked them off to space and left them all to die by those invaders." Lucy begins to look down.
"You mean there are no space mutants? Instead, they've banished earth natives?" Omni-Knight gasped. "Listen. I know many people are going to be hurt by the truth. What you have isn't a good thing. Some humans are monsters, but the rest, like me, are protectors, and I managed to save you. I'm sorry about the truth and that you're the last of your kind." Omni-Knight said.
Realizing that she tried to kill someone, Lucy sobbed, and Mondo Gecko hugged her just as Omni-Knight began to hear his ear-comm calling. "Go ahead." Omni-Knight turns around.
"Ben, did you and that bare chameleon have some dumb ideas? I saw a group of Rock Soldiers moving towards your location." Zeno said on the comms.
*BANG-BANG-BANG*
Everyone heard a banging noise from a distance. Omni-Knight returned to the lab room and saw a locked door hit by a battering ram from outside the room.
"Just get over here and clear our way out!" Omni-Knight ordered Zeno on the comms. Mondo Gecko and Lucy left the chamber room and saw what had happened.
"Hope you learn to fight." Omni-Knight gives his gun to Mondo Gecko and then presses his Ultimatrix to transform into Eye Guy. "Cause EYE wanna see you better moves!"
"Well, we did encounter that weirdo twice, Lucy?" Answered Mondo Gecko, the weirdo he is talking about is Vigilante.
"Uhh… Well, I did give that night goggle weirdo my callback name!?" Said Lucy, still worried.
A minute later, a group of Rock Soldiers smashed the locked door open using the battering ram they saw and aimed their weapons at Eye Guy alone.
"Alright! I SURRENDER!" Eye Guy shouted with his hands up, and then Rock Soldiers fired Brainiac's weapons at him. Still, when they hit the Opticold alien, the laser went through his body, a body made of sludge.
"PSYCH!" 'Eye Guy' smiled, meaning it was Lucy in disguise. She ducked and covered as the real Eye Guy popped out and fired many laser beams from his eyes, blasting the entire Rock Soldiers' group into the rubbles.
Eye Guy, Mondo Gecko, and Lucy Mann, the sludge girl changing back to her usual self, ran out of the lab and headed for cover. Just as the Rock Soldiers continue to fire, Eye Guy and Mondo Gecko fire back. Lucy changes her right arm into a Gatling gun and uses it to fire at the Rock Soldiers. However, their bodies are too strong.
"Uhh… How do we destroy those pebble henchmen?!" Mondo Gecko shouted while firing Omni-Knight's gun at Rock Soldiers until his shot revealed a bright spot on the body of one of the Rock Soldiers.
"Oh, EYE, get it now!" Eye Guy understood Rock Soldiers' weakness while avoiding gunfire.
"Stop with the 'eye' word puns!" Mondo Gecko was annoyed. Then he revealed the Rock Soldier's bright spot by continuing shooting. Lucy moves both her arms elasticity towards the other Rock Soldiers and Street Fighter-style punches at them, showing their weak glowing spot. This attack allowed Eye Guy to fire his laser beam at all of the Rock Soldiers and manage to destroy them all.
"More behind us!" Eye Guy sees in his back vision that some Kraangdroids are approaching. But they all got shot down by Titano. Zeno uses his mallet to smash these Kraang down while Leatherhead rips their android parts with his mouth.
"Anyone alright?" Titano asked, then he took a first look at Lucy. "Oh, for god sake. Are we looking at more naked mutant creatures? This mission is getting pretty odd?" Titano was annoyed.
"I'm what all along?!" Lucy Mann shockingly looked at her own body and covered it.
"Okay, enough issues are given from the ape." Eye Guy said. "Now Eye say-
"NO PUNS INTENDED!" Titano, Zeno, Mondo Gecko, Lucy, and Leatherhead all interrupted by yelling in annoyance. "Stupid." Leatherhead continues with the facepalms.
"Alright, let's move to the teleporter room somewhere on the island to assault the Technodrome." Eye Guy now understood his allies' criticism about his eye jokes.
*WOOP-WOOP-WOOP-WOOP*
Just as the alarm goes on, more Kraangdroids and Rock Soldiers approach. Eye Guy, Titano, Zeno, Leatherhead, Mondo Gecko, and Lucy Mann dash off. While Titano secretly placed some sticky bombs around the ceiling.
The whole group managed to find a doorway leading to the teleportation room. Eye Guy, Titano, Zeno, Leatherhead, Mondo Gecko, and Lucy Mann run toward it. At the same time, Mondo Gecko uses Omni-Knight's gun to shoot down a few security probes out of their way.
"The young man got some skills. When we leave the island, we can see just in time for the biggest fireworks." Zeno smiled and readied the detonator without knowing that one of the Rock Soldiers was aiming the rocket launcher further away behind them, ready to fire at them.
Eye Guy notices the rocket launcher enemy, preparing to attack. "GET DOWN!" He warned the others.
Eye Guy fired a laser beam toward the Rock Monster and hit the weak spot. When the soldier got hit, he fired the rocket launcher and hit the ceiling instead.
*KABOOM*
The rocket impact knocked the group away and collapsed the ceiling. Eye Guy is further away, avoiding the fallen roof, which also blocks the path for the other five from entering the teleportation room. The explosion also made Zeno drop the detonator simultaneously to the ground, button side down.
*KABOOM*
This press started the extensive chain reaction around Burnow Island too early. Everyone quickly tried to lift the destruction pile out of the way. It was too heavy, and Eye Guy automatically changed back to Omni-Knight due to the time limit and to recharge the Ultimatrix.
"Argh! Just get out of here. I'll be fine handling this myself!" Omni-Knight yelled.
"But it's too dangerous to go alone, and I haven't given your gun back!" Mondo Gecko replied, trying to move the destruction ceiling out of the way.
"You can keep it, Mondo! Pretend that you're one of the Call of Duty heroes!" Then Omni-Knight dashes toward the teleporter before the falling rubble can crush him.
"Look! A clear doorway that leads to the vehicle teleportation room in front of us!" Leatherhead shouted, and the whole group went to the other room ahead just as the ground began to crack up, and water came out of it.
Titano, Zeno, Leatherhead, Mondo Gecko, and Lucy quickly enter the giant truck. Titano starts the vehicle, even though setting up the teleporter gate for their escape is unauthorized around here. Zeno looked out and saw many Kraangdroids and Rock Soldiers moving toward the giant truck. So he controlled the vast truck's turrets and fired at them.
"C'mon, targets, I would survive having the gauntlet match with the lot of you," Zeno shouted while firing the turrets as Lucy noticed a teleport control switch.
"Mondo, I need you!" Lucy shouted, and she opened the other truck door.
"Lucy! What are you doing now?" Leatherhead said while throwing a barrel at the probe.
"Getting away from being grounded…. And please call me Sludge-Shifter!" Lucy transformed into a hoverboard.
"COOL!" Mondo Gecko said, very impressed with Lucy becoming a hoverboard. He rode onto her and flew out of the giant truck as it moved while they avoided gunfire and falling rubbles. "WHOOOOO!" Mondo Gecko said happily and shot down a few of the Kraangdroids.
Just as Mondo and Lucy/Sludge Shifter almost towards the control switch. Two Kraangdroids appeared and tried to shoot them down, but Lucy's sludge manta ray fins popped out. She used them to slice both droids' heads off. At the same time, Mondo Gecko deactivated the override by carefully pulling and ripping the switch lever, making the portal appear. The two mutant teenagers flew back to the truck quickly. Leatherhead grabbed both Mondo and Lucy safely into the vehicle.
"We're going back to wherever. See you, asshole!" Titano raised the lever to make the giant truck enter the portal quickly and exit Burnow Island just in time.
One of the Kraangdroid turns to the whole group. "Doesn't Kraang meant-"
*KABOOM*
The explosion destroyed Burnow Island.
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK
When the giant truck popped out of the portal, the cracks in the road damaged the wheels, sending it into a building's ruins. Titano, Zeno, Leatherhead, Mondo Gecko, and Lucy Mann/Sludge-Shifter get knocked out from the crash but are still alive.
"This happens when we let Titano drive the ground vehicles." Zeno teased while getting back up.
"Don't remind me." Titano was annoyed, scrubbing computer bits off of his chest.
As everyone got out of the destroyed truck, Lucy Mann/Sludge Shifter laughed. "I'm back acting myself again!"
"Indeed you are!" Mondo Gecko smiled joyfully. Then he kissed Lucy on the cheek, surprising her and Mondo himself. "Oh crap, I'm sorry, Luc- I mean… Sludge Shifter-"
Lucy grabbed Mondo Gecko and kissed him back. Leatherhead, Titano, and Zeno smiled, watching them kiss.
"We finally got Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose from the SEGA games." Leatherhead smiled. Then Mondo Gecko and Lucy Mann do the lizard kiss, which gives disgusted faces to Titano and Zeno.
"Okay, now our version of Moxxie and Millie from the Helluva Boss web series on YouTube." Leatherhead continued, still smiling.
"Ugh… Teenagers. What would we do now that we are all in New York?" Titano looked away, and his words made the kiss stop.
"New York?!" Lucy gasped. "We need to find a team of Mighty Mutanimals. Now!"
TECHNODROME, COMMUNICATION ROOM
Meanwhile, in the upgraded Technodrome, Kraang Subprime, still inside his Tetsu-Oni android body, arrived in the room with Captain Traag and Sergeant Granitor.
"Kraang lost contact with other Kraang in Burnow Island." One of the Kraangdroids typing on the computer said.
"I believe they destroyed our entire island." Said the voice of Brainiac.
"We might have an intruder soon!" Kraang Subprime was disappointed, then he thought about who the attacker could be. "Of course. It always had to be that wielder of the collection of alien lifeforms!"
Just then, Kraang Prime appeared on one of the computer screens. "Our army is ready. You sure that Brainiac's plan would work." Kraang Prime worked.
"It's hard for them if our droid spotted them." Kraang Subprime replied.
Chrome Dome appeared on another computer screen. "Chrome Dome detected lots of enemies approaching on the street." He reported.
"It's time." Kraang Subprime grinned along with Traag and Granitor.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
Like every city the Kraang invaded, Los Angeles has a crater caused by the upgraded Technodrome. The sky is gloomy, and a group of superheroes and villains enter the city by Klarion's red portal.
"Great. It looks like this whole battle would be a bit interesting." Ester groans, looking at the approaching storm cloud.
Just then, a 50-foot Kraang in the android body appeared. It was Kraang Prime. He looked down at the group of heroes and villains. "You finally come to surrender." He said.
"We'll answer if you show us many people you have hidden." Lex Luthor replied.
Kraang Prime shows them the approaching group behind him. It was an army of brainwashed people. Half were average, while the other half were already turned into mutants by the Kraang's mutagen.
Lucky Girl looked at the mutant beetle and mutant leopard. "Mum, Dad!" She is horrified.
"Now, tell us your answer. Already called off your reinforcements?" Kraang Prime smirked while turning back around.
"You've killed so much life around this planet, turning humans and the entire universe into mutants, then mind-controlling them as killer animals. You and your people are worse than the Triceratons!" Superman glared.
"If that sounded like you refused, you made a terrible choice." Kraang Prime understood, then he snapped his android finger, which signals a tremendous army of Kraang and their machines and vehicles to appear, including the upgraded Chrome Dome.
*RIPPED*
The upgraded Technodrome also appeared from the ground behind the group of heroes and villains. Then begin to fire lasers toward them.
"Everyone move your asses!" Vandal Savage shouted, and everyone avoided laser blasts, which made them split up. All the Kraang fired back at their opposition just as it rained.
"RAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Kraang Prime laughed, watching all of his army chasing after each opponent, joining his army on the hunt.
TECHNODROME, TELEPORTATION ROOM
Omni-Knight popped out of the teleporter inside the upgraded Technodrome, looking out the window to see the Kraang attacking everyone.
"Damn it, I gotta act fast!" Omni-Knight thought. He activated his Ultimatrix, but it was still charging up. "Seriously?!"
When Omni-Knight heard someone coming from outside the room, he hid somewhere while his Ultimatrix finished charging up.
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK
Back at the ruins of Brooklyn, while Zeno was having a pee break, Titano found footprints on the road and began scanning with his device. Leatherhead, Mondo Gecko, and Sludge-Shifter checked around the street to see if any invaders were nearby.
"Chicken, Scorpion, and Lemur. That's the mutant people and some that we never meet." Titano scans the footprints. He discovers that the group of mutants went the upper-right route.
"Odd. Where is everyone?" Sludge-Shifter notices there are no nearby enemies. "Oh well, we will find Mr. Hob in time."
"Hold on, Lu- I mean, Sludge-Shifter. The Kraang would be looking around much harder than before, and they won't let you off so easily this time." Leatherhead interrupted.
Sludge-Shifter suddenly agreed with Leatherhead. "Even after the human saved my life. I might wanna see what it's like, to become like them." Lucy looked at her sludge hand.
Mondo Gecko didn't mind. He replied with his smiling face and his hand held to her hand. Then Sludge-Shifter transformed herself into the human form of herself. Lucy now has long blond hair, purple eyes, and red lips, even though she is still naked.
"Ohh!" Mondo Gecko blushed, seeing his new girlfriend's cute human face.
"You're both just like humans, running around, not dressed. Now put them back on, love creatures!" Titano groans and throws a bag of clothes near Lucy Mann and Mondo Gecko.
"Calm down, Blitz." Grunted Mondo Gecko. He remembers one of the main characters' names from Helluva Boss.
Meanwhile, somewhere in Brooklyn as well. Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, Jennika, Venus, Splinter, Alopex, April, Casey, and Angel Bridge still follow Vigilante to S.T.A.R's secret underground base.
"So if Old Hob mutated by the same mutagen spill that created you guys, does that mean he is your uncle?" Venus asked, still following Vigilante.
"Only if he hadn't tried to eat me." Raphael pointed at the crack shell scar on his chest.
Everyone was approaching the destroyed Verrazano-Narrow Bridge. "There. We're here!" Vigilante pointed at the secret open path under the bridge.
"Crap. We're too late!" Leonardo looked at the smashed open door.
"You think so? I wanna see that hairy bastard!" Raphael ran into the underground base.
"Raph? Wait!" Alopex shouted, and everyone followed.
"Relax, winter dog. I'll protect the red one by putting bullets into the animal's asses." Vigilante said, ready his pistol.
"We don't want to kill them," Alopex replied.
"Right. Putting darts into the animal's asses." Vigilante places the sleeping dart onto his pistol instead.
S.T.A.R'S SECRET UNDERGROUND BASE, NEW YORK
As all the mutants continue destroying the remaining cures, Old Hob, Man Ray, and Sally Pride are setting up prototype vehicles for their getaway. At the same time, Groundchuck and Dirtbag watch Lindsey Baker and the hostages remotely.
"Setting up the vehicle for our escape is almost done. We will need another pilot like me to fly this thing." Sally Pride informed after placing a supply crate onto the air prototype vehicle.
"We should give the space prototype ship to every alien to leave Earth now that they are no longer safe on our planet during the invasion." Old Hob answered, looking around the prototype inside.
"Agreed. Soon those humans no longer treated us as wild animals." Said Man Ray.
Old Hob left the prototype airship and saw Groundchuck and Dirtbag making fun of the hostages.
"Here. Have a drink." Groundchuck passes a bottle of water to one of the humans. "PSYCH!" Groundchuck tossed the bottle away and laughed until he got by a screwdriver thrown by Old Hob.
"Would you stop making jokes about our young fallen teammate!" Old Hob yelled.
"Uhh… Sir?" Dirtbag confused.
Old Hob realized he had just hit one of his mutants. "Ugh, forget it. Just carry on your bullshit attitude." He calmed down. Then he heard his walkie-talkie calling. "Report."
Herman, the Hermit Crab, is in the security room, using each camera around the underground base to look for intruders or invaders approaching. Herman looks at one of the camera footage and sees that Vigilante is coming.
"Sir, we have a problem. The same person in the black swimsuit we fought in Central Park and Undertown is returning for more attack." Herman said to the walkie-talkie.
"That guy again?!" Old Hob sounded annoyed on the walkie-talkie. "For god sake, just informed a few of our mutants to guard the entrance and kill this stupid-"
"Hold on, sir. The enemy is not alone." Herman interrupted, noticing something behind Vigilante. The six ninja turtles, Splinter, Alopex, April, Casey, and Angel, had come along to enter the base. "Sir. I detect that six ninja turtles and their allies have already found us. We must be on alert!"
Cut back to Old Hob, looking confused. "Six turtles? Don't you mean four? Just alert every mutant to a defensive position." Old Hob ordered.
"Yes, sir." Herman understood and switched off the walkie-talkie while Old Hob turned his attention to Man Ray, Sally Pride, Groundchuck, and Dirtbag.
"People! Regroup with Herman and prepare your weapons. The ninja turtles are heading this way. But don't kill them. They are the friends of Slash."
"What about you, Hob?" Sally Pride asked while Man Ray, Groundchuck, and Dirtbag moved out of the bay.
"To move and get rid of those humans before they get to them. And Sally, there can be no retreat or disobeying an order." Old Hob warns Sally Pride.
All the mutants gather in their defense position while Sally Pride catches up with the whole group. "Remember, set to stun and knock them out alive. Except for humans." Herman ordered.
Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, Jennika, Venus, Splinter, Alopex, April, Casey, and Angel, the last of whom has already put on her exo-suit to become Nobody, run into the room. They see mutants all aiming their weapons at them.
Vigilante ran into the room late. "Always missed out on the epic pose." He was disappointed, which made all the good guys look at him with funny confused faces.
"You turtles are on the assassin's side now? You did choose the wrong side." Man Ray stared with his narrow eyes.
"And we have no idea you guys had sisters?" Dirtbag is looking at Jennika and Venus.
"We don't have time to talk about ourselves. You're making a big mistake destroying the cures!" Venus said.
"Big mistake?! You made a big mistake by letting every mutant die." Groundchuck said crossly, and all the mutants moved toward the whole group.
"In case they go for the sneak gunshot, so…" Vigilante punched a mutant kangaroo in the face, which started the whole fight.
Master Splinter uses his cane to defend himself from any mutants' attacks. Casey Jones helps Splinter by swinging his cricket bat at a few mutants. Nobody fired her taser wire at a mutant snake, only for a mutant raccoon to knock it from her claws. Alopex knocked the raccoon out with her elbow. A mutant scorpion disarmed April's tessen fan during the fight with his tail.
"April, catch!" Venus shouted, tossing a tessen fan to April, who used it to fight the mutant scorpion. Venus switches her weapon to tonfas to block Dirtbag's pickaxe attack.
After Jennika jumped over Groundchuck's bull-charged attacks, Groundchuck fired his crossbow at her. Still, she defended herself by destroying all the approaching arrows shot with her tekko-kagi. Man Ray ripped his shirt off and began to attack Donatello with his manta ray fins. Donnie keeps attacking the mutant manta ray but then slices his bo staff in half with his fins.
"Argh! Not again!" Donatello looked at his destroyed staff, and then he got punched by Man Ray.
"I want to help, but I have no choice!" Sally Pride pulled out her gun, ready to fight Leonardo.
"Neither do I," Leonardo replied while Vigilante fired his darts gun at some of the mutants behind him. Sally Pride tried to fire her weapon at Leo's leg, but he deflected it with his twin ninjato blades, so Sally swept his leg down.
Michelangelo shows Herman his nunchuck skills during the fight. Still, the mutant hermit crab doesn't care, and he fires his submachine gun from his shell in safety mode. While avoiding, Michelangelo ripped Herman's submachine gun off with his Kusarigama.
"Raph. Help me give this crab-" Mikey realized that Raph was nowhere in the battle. "Raph?" Herman blinded Michelangelo with his smoke bomb.
"Don't tell me he's going after Old Hob alone." Leonardo worried while focusing on fighting Sally Pride.
Raphael did go after Old Hob alone. He went through the hallway while slamming each door next to him open to find him. "Where are you!" Raphael grunted, looking around.
In one of the rooms, Old Hob forced Lindsey Baker to set up a time bomb near the crowd of bag face cover hostages. "When the timer starts, those humans will begin to find their way to break the locked door the hard way." Old Hob is watching Lindsey Baker setting up the bomb.
*SLAM*
"Wha?" Old Hob turns around and sees that the mutant octopus got thrown through the door, then Raphael enters the room and doesn't look happy.
"THIS HAD TO STOP, FLEABAG!" Raphael shouted.
"You never learned about my trust in you, Raph. You don't have to break Slash's promise." Old Hob warned.
"Tell that to Jerry the fist!" Raphael refers to his fist, and he punches Old Hob. He tried to hit him again, but Hob blocked and countered Raphael by kicking him out of the room in Street Fighter style.
Hob walked up to Raphael, grabbed him, and was about to slam him into the wall, but Raph grabbed and threw Hob. Then Old Hob gave him a punch combo until Raphael blocked one of his strikes and threw the mutant through the door. While Raph was walking towards Old Hob, he pulled out his sai. Hob fired his gun at his legs.
*BANG-BANG-BANG*
Raphael got pinned down by the gunshot, but he wouldn't give up as he threw a few of his ninja stars at Old Hob's arm, making him drop his gun when Raphael got close and was about to kick the cat in the face. But Hob punches his shell and then uses the ninja stars still stuck in his arm to slice him as the weapon. He attacked him until Raphael stabbed Old Hob's chest with his sai. However, Old Hob didn't fall. He's still standing. After kicking Raph back down to the ground, he looked away to pull a sai dagger out of his chest, ready to carry on fighting. When he turned around, he saw that Raphael had slipped into the storage room.
Cut back to a group of heroes continuing to battle against the Mighty Mutanimals and the crowd of mutants. Vigilante spins around using his sword to disarm some of the mutants' weapons off their hands and then puts them to sleep by firing twin dart machine guns. Just then, he noticed something approaching the doorway he had entered earlier.
"I'm not driving away this time, dinosaur." Vigilante is preparing his machine guns.
"Dinosaur?" Master Splinter is confused, still fighting against a few mutants. Then he remembers who it is while Venus is about to throw her tessen fan at the doorway. "No, wait!"
Zeno is the dinosaur that enters the room, and Venus throws her tessen at him, only hitting his brow horn, so he takes no damage. "Eh, not the first time." Zeno smiled.
Then Lucy, in her black-sleeved dress with a red collar, a star on the chest area, white socks over her knees, and red shoes. Along with Mondo, Gecko wearing his black t-shirt, black gloves, black hat, dark cyan skateboard shorts, and blue shoes, shows up and yells at the mutants.
"GUYS, WAIT! WAIT! MR HERMAN, MS PRIDE, MR FILLET!" Lucy shouted.
"A human has arrived and knows our identity… Sort of." Herman shouted and kept on firing in safety mode at a few heroes.
Sally Pride backed away from Leonardo's attack. "Wait, that voice… Is that Lucy?" She looked carefully at Lucy's human body.
"Lucy is alive and already here in the battle?" Man Ray was surprised. "STOP! ALL MUTANTS, HALT!" Man Ray ordered, and Sally Pride helped him to stop the fight.
"STAND DOWN, STAND DOWN!" Herman halted Groundchuck and Dirtbag, and the fight stopped just as Titano and Leatherhead entered the room.
"Aw, great. There goes the fun part I'm about to use." Titano was disappointed and lowered his weapons.
"That can wait." Lucy Mann smiled while Herman, Man Ray, and Sally Pride ran up to her.
"Lucy, you're alright!" Sally Pride was pleased to see her. "In the forbidden body," Herman replied, looking at Lucy's human body.
"I would tell you a big explanation if I could see Mr. Hob again," Lucy asks, then she notices Vigilante. "You're in it as well."
"It's when I decided to make them sleep instead of killing, sludge shit," Vigilante answered everyone, all staring at Vigilante about him swearing at the mutant girl. "What?"
Back to Old Hob searching for Raphael, he sees an ingredient spilled on the floor, a purple goo. Suddenly Raphael appeared from the shadows and tried to attack Old Hob from behind. Still, he countered by avoiding the chop, grabbed the hot-headed turtle, and tossed him into the nearby racking.
"I'm not falling by that this time!" Old Hob won't forget the time Kevin defeated him back in Canada. "Turn yourself in, Raph, before you become like those monsters." He moved in closer.
Raphael grabbed the steel pipe and hit Old Hob with it. "Humans are your people too!" He shouted and swung the tube for the second strike. But Old Hob caught it and made Raph drop the pipe by firing his gun at his hand. After he gets shot, Raphael uppercuts Old Hob and knocks him into the wall. Then he repeatedly punches the mutant cat, and one of Raph's strikes makes the eyepatch fly off Old Hob's head.
"Raphael, STAND DOWN!" Master Splinter yelled, entering hurriedly with the crowd of heroes and mutants.
"Are you trying to act like Venus and me or making mutants hate humans even worse?" Jennika replied. Raphael snapped out of his anger and realized he was about to kill the leader of Mutanimals, so he stopped.
"Sorry… I lost control." Raphael calmed down. Luckily, Old Hob didn't get hurt too badly. Groundchuck and Dirtbag get him back on his feet.
"Those turtles don't even try to save other mutants." Dirtbag glared along with the crowd of mutants while Mondo Gecko and Lucy Mann ran up to Old Hob.
"I… laid you off the team, Mondo." The weakened Old Hob with his left eye narrow.
"I know, but I managed to bring her back this time." Mondo Gecko answered, and Lucy returned to the mutant Sludge-Shifter form to show Old Hob she was alive.
"Lucy… You're not allowed to disguise as the hu-"
"A human saved my life! I know humans banished my people. I blamed them but learned that humans aren't all monsters. The Kraang are behind the stuff we accused humans of doing. Knowing that space mutants are all lies doesn't make me the chosen one. It sounded like I was the last of my kind. With these invaders plotting to put the universe at risk, there is still a chance for redemption. If they created new mutants, they would kill the old ones." Sludge-Shifter explained.
Everyone went silent until Old Hob said, "We don't recommend a very long speech from the chosen one." Sludge-Shifter responded with her smile, too, as she knew that Old Hob cared for her as he did other mutants.
Nobody arrived back and informed Splinter. "Almost all cures were destroyed, meaning it won't be enough to cure the other mutants." She looked down.
Master Splinter looked at the crowd of mutants. "I supposed we should live on without it." He replied.
"Master?" Donatello surprised.
"I know, it's for mutants only. Old Hob is right about humans treating us like enemies, but as the young girl said, there is a chance for their redemption. We both could learn to get along." Master Splinter explained.
"I used to be human, but after I got splatted by the mutagen… I seem to have a better life than my previous one." Mondo Gecko said, which Sludge-Shifter understood by wrapping her arm around Mondo's shoulder.
Leonardo walked up to Old Hob. "You want mutants redeemed? Your team must focus on helping everyone worldwide before the Kraang forces succeed with their plan. Will you?" He asked.
"Show them the prototype airship and every human we capture." Old Hob ordered any of the mutants and put his eyepatch back on.
Soon, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, Jennika, Venus, April, Casey, Nobody, Alopex, Leatherhead, Old Hob, Herman, Man Ray, Sally Pride, Groundchuck, Dirtbag, Mondo Gecko, Sludge-Shifter, Titano, and Zeno got aboard the prototype ship. In comparison, mutants free the hostages and escort them out of the underground base. They are being watched remotely by Vigilante, who decided to stay behind in case any mutants backstabbed any humans.
"Listen up, people. I'm the city protector. I'm in charge of the eye and ears." Vigilante with his arm crossed.
"Have you done anything like that before?" Lindsey Baker asked, unimpressed.
"I got expelled from school. Now get back to being escorted by the animals," Vigilante answered. At the same time, the prototype ship flies out of the underground base.
Titano and Sally Pride were piloting the prototype ship. "I hope we get to Los Angeles in time. I don't want us to be the last superheroes." Titano showed his worries.
"You mean you're a Justice League member?" Sally Pride was confused.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
Meanwhile, back at Los Angeles ruins in the stormy weather. The upgraded Technodrome and the army of Kraang continue their battle. Some heroes and villains tried to fight back, but the shields were still up for their opponents.
Lucky Girl attempted to pull the mind control device out of Frank Tennyson, now a mutant beetle, but she couldn't as the Kraang placed the machine in hard. John Constantine uses magic to prevent Lucky Girl from getting shot by Kraangdroids.
"Pull yourself together, Gwen!" John Constantine shouted at Lucky Girl while Obsidian threw a shadow ball at the approaching walker. Still, it didn't work due to the shield.
Karai uses her sword to deflect lasers shot by a Kraang spider gunner. "Ugh… Those Kraang would kill us any moment." Karai grunted.
"KARAI, LOOK OUT!" Koya looked up and shouted and pushed her down along with herself before the Technodrome's laser beam hit. Bludgeon ran towards Karai and Koya while using the destroyed pieces to block the attack from the laser shot from the Kraang and Brainiac's drones.
"Good save, Koya!" Bludgeon gets Koya back up.
Upgraded Chrome Dome is having a fistfight with Rocket Red until he secretly fires a knee laser shot at Rocket Red's leg, making him collapse. Chrome Dome is about to kill Rocket Red until Miss Martian appears in the shapeshifted form of a Vaxasaurian to restrain the giant robot and allow Dmitri Pushkin to remove his damaged armor.
"Weakness mode activated." Said Chrome Dome, who fired the flamethrower at Miss Martian and made her fly away and land near Rook and Arrowette.
"She is still alive!" Rook checks if Miss Martian is alive.
"It's okay, Megan. We'll get you to safety." Arrowette worried as she was about to drag her up. But then Chrome Dome shows up and aims his laser gun at Rook and Arrowette. The two heroes fired arrows back, but Chrome Dome still had a shield.
The upgraded Technodrome switched to tank mode, firing lots of lasers and smashing through buildings out of the way, which made the allied forces struggle to keep going.
TECHNODROME, BRIDGE
Kraang Subprime sat on the captain's chair. He was pleased to see the battle went well. He turned his attention to Sergeant Granitor on the hologram screen.
"Sergeant, I want you to lead the air force in case their reinforcements arrive. The outsiders won't be able to destroy our ships as well since our shields are still invisible." Kraang Subprime ordered with a smirked face.
Granitor understood his orders with a salute. He switched off his hologram just as Kraang Subprime received another call from one of the Kraangdroids.
"Kraang called Kraang Subprime to tell Kraang Subprime bad news. The intruder continues to assault through our war machine and continues to head towards the war machine's shield gener-" Kraangdroid got frozen solid before finishing the explanation.
"The intruder is heading towards the shield generator." Kraang Subprime doesn't look happy now. When he heard many laser shots from a far distance, he growled and turned to Captain Traag.
"Search around the Technodrome and kill him before he reaches the shield generator!" Kraang Subprime said to Traag in Utrom language.
"Yes, sir!" Captain Traag granted, and he and some of the Rock Soldiers dashed off.
TECHNODROME, INTERIOR (FIVE MINUTES EARLIER)
Many Kraangdroids, Rock Soldiers, and drones were moving toward the teleportation room, ready with Brainiac's weapons. They wait for Omni-Knight to come out of the door so they can blast him down while one of them begins to open the door. But then, after a Kraangdroid opens it, a freeze ray blasts through the open gap and freezes some of the enemies.
"You might wanna chill out with you people because my puns are starting to get annoying." Arctiguana walked out with a smile. While avoiding gunfire from the enemies, Arctiguana keeps firing his freeze ray from his mouth at the enemies and then ground so he can use it to slide away.
Arctiguana keeps icing away further from the enemies and even freezes one of the Kraangdroids out of the way. Then Arctiguana encountered Rock Soldiers right in front of him.
"There's that alien transformation bastard! Target any of his four legs!" One of the Rock Soldiers shouted, and they fired Brainiac weapons at Arctiguana, who created an ice wall to block the attacks and went to the other room next to him.
However, Arctiguana went into the wrong room, the droid factory room, where Kraangdroids and one Dracodroid noticed the intruder.
"Hold that pose!" Arctiguana teased. Then Dracodroid and every Kraangdroid begin shooting their firepower at the intruder. Still, he dodges it and uses the table for cover. "Never mind."
Arctiguana fired his freeze ray at the Dracodroid's mouth, but their jaws broke free quickly and shot a lightning beam at him. When Arctiguana got back up and realized that some Rock Soldiers had entered the droid factory room behind him, he knew the enemies outnumbered him.
"Okay, time for the big freeze!" Arctiguana smiled. He pressed the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest to become Ultimate Arctiguana.
Ultimate Arctiguana aims his two ice cannons front and back at both groups and fires. Freezes both Kraangdroids and Rock Soldiers, but Dracodroid remains, and it fires lightning beam attacks at him. Still, Ultimate Arctiguana protects himself with an ice body shield from the attack. While carrying on avoiding the lightning attacks, Ultimate Arctiguana fired both his ice cannons at Dracodroid, and this time he managed to freeze the hybrid dragon android. Ultimate Arctiguana pushes the frozen solid Dracodroid with one tap, smashing it to pieces when it hits the ground.
Ultimate Arctiguana soon found and approached the shield generator room. Captain Traag and some Kraangdroids and drones were guarding the generator on the upper platform. They fired at Ultimate Arctiguana, but he avoided the shots and fired back with his ice cannons. Traag jumps off the upper forum to prevent getting hit by a freeze ray and hits Ultimate Arctiguana with his beam sword.
"Die! Earth hero!" Traag shouted until Ultimate Arctiguana shook his body off of him and fired an ice cannon at him. Traag defended himself by firing a flamethrower from his beam sword at the approaching freeze ray. He then fired Brainiac weapons at the Ultimate Arctiguana but avoided and kicked Traag into the wall.
After that, Ultimate Arctiguana jumped towards the shield generator, shielding himself with an ice shield, and smashed through the generator. He lands on the other side and dashes off.
Traag returned and saw the shield generator destroyed "NOOOO!" He yelled, horrified.
TECHNODROME, BRIDGE
"Captain Traag. Status report!" Kraang Subprime said to the comms in Utrom languages. Then his answer came when he heard a warning.
"ALERT, ALERT! The shield generator is disabled. All shields on the Technodrome and other machines are offline." Said the computer in the Utrom voice.
"GAHH!" Kraang Subprime crushed the comms with his android's hand. "Our army in the kill zone is no longer invisible! It doesn't matter, though. They won't be able to stop our unleashed shockwave in time." Kraang Subprime went from furious to grinning when he looked at the shockwave charge status in his datapad, reaching eighty-five percent.
Kraang Subprime stood up from his captain's chair. "Ben Tennyson, if you want to destroy Brainiac, you must go through me first." He activated his blaster on his Tetsu-Oni android wrist and walked away.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
Still in the middle of the storm, the army of Kraang keeps attacking each of the superheroes and villains around Los Angeles until they hear something strange.
"Kraang quote; what was that?" Said one of the Kraangdroids, and they soon realized their shields were gone. Martian Manhunter and Omen sense that the Kraang's shields are now disabled.
"Their shields are now gone! We can fight back!" Martian Manhunter turns his attention to a few of the heroes behind him.
"ALL FORCES. ATTACK!" Nightwing ordered, and all superheroes and villains fought back against the army of Kraang, and now their attacks can finally land.
"WHAT?" Kraang Prime is shocked to see some of the Kraang machines beaten. Then he got punched by Wonder Woman.
"You and your people are no longer invisible!" Wonder Woman shouted. She tried to strike Kraang Prime with her strike, only for him to zap her with his plasma lightning coming out of his android's head.
"Not if we come out of our shielded barrier! NO!" Kraang Prime yelled, meaning his army would not give up and continue attacking. Kraang Prime uses his android tentacles to attack Captain Atom and Queen Bee, then blocks the incoming yellow missile attacks from Sinestro and the energy blast created by Jade.
Cut to Spartan firing his pistols at the approaching Kraangdroids and shooting down some of them, but carefully not to hit the brainwashed people, when a clone army of Klarion shows up, charges towards the Kraangs, and attacks them with red bursts of magic.
"Shit, kids play too many violent games." Spartan groans, watching the action.
"I'M NOT A KID!" Klarion overheard, then he got hit by a Brainiac's weapons fired from one of Kraangdroids, which made all of his clones disappear. After Spartan shoots down the remaining droids trying to kill Klarion, he notices something in the distant sea, which is hard to see due to the storm.
"Are those reinforcements?" Spartan tried to look carefully and used his binocular on his helmet instead. He could see lots of battleships approaching. "I know you can do it, Lyla!" He smiled.
Suddenly some of the upgraded Technodrome's turrets change direction and fire at the approaching battleships and the sky.
"I'll block the laser for the military!" Hal Jordan shouted as he flew out of the city.
"Why is the Technodrome firing at the sky?" Grandpa Max looked up, confused. "It must be our forces from outer space."
STORMCLOUD, ABOVE LOS ANGELES
And it was. Popping out of the storm cloud were Green Lanterns and Rannians who arrived to help and fight off against the military of Kraang.
"Everyone, show them the power of the ring!" Kilowog shouted, and the Green Lanterns fired energy blasts toward the Technodrome's tank form. It was too strong, the war machine fired back at them, and the forces avoided the attacks.
"We should get close. It's the same thing that launched missiles at our home planets!" Adam Strange ordered, and he flew his jet pack with the army towards the Technodrome and fired at the war machine.
At the same time, however. The Technodrome begins to deploy its air forces, and Sergeant Granitor is inside one ship leading the group.
"Enemy's reinforcements have arrived. Shoot them all down!" Granitor ordered, and he sped his ship further to target a few Green Lanterns, firing at them, but they blocked it with their energy shield by using the rings. So Granitor fired missiles at them and pinned them down while Adam Strange chased after Granitor.
LOS ANGELES, BACK ON THE GROUND
The battleships arrived at the docks, and troops ran out of them, ready to fight against the Kraang.
"Hard to believe that we will see more of us team up." Maxwell Lord is loading his machine guns.
"Think that it will be one time only if you want. Just target the enemies' machine only." Lyla Michaels said, and the whole troops ran out of the battleship.
Rick Flag is catching up briefing the mission for Task Force X, but he could be happier when Amanda Waller brings the villains back to stop the invasion.
"Okay… Unfortunately, we couldn't get the rest of you back. However, you still have the most special part of whipping out the invaders easily due to your surviving a lot of suicide missions." Rick Flag sighed, talking to Kevin Levin, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, Harley Quinn, King Shark, Enchantress, and Weasel.
"Someone discovered my pie bomb is the smartest." Harley Quinn smiled, ignoring the raindrops melting her face paint.
"At least I got my arse captured because those utter brain people ruined my chance to rob a bank. I bet the creator of Futurama would sue them." Captain Boomerang grunted, then turned to Harley. "And bloody hell, the murder of your clown ex. Your face melted."
After the Suicide Squad runs out of the ship, a battleship begins to aim its cannons at the Technodrome.
*BLAM*
The upgraded Technodrome got hit by the cannon blast. Still, it didn't do much damage, and the war machine used the giant laser cannon to destroy the whole battleship.
Klarion uses his red lightning spell at the Walker until he notices King Shark and Weasel making a double-team move by ripping the Kraangdroid in half with their mouths.
"I didn't know we could send out more of our friends," Klarion said, impressed. So he sent out a few red portals to summon Black Spider, Cheshire, Scandal Savage, Knockout, Black Adam, and Rahzar, and they landed on the ground.
"Wha… Why am I back here?" Black Adam hovers back up and looks around, confused.
"Just bring you all here for the planet's biggest cleanup," Klarion answered.
"Meow." Said Teekl
"With a big hard issue with the team up, Follow me, and I'll explain on the way."
"We're not going to have our great moment again, are we, dear?" Knockout looked at Scandal Savage while following Klarion.
A spider gunner surrounds Tokka. He tries to fire his ice breath at them until Rahzar shows up and attacks many spider gunners with his claws.
"RAHZAR!" Tokka is happy to see his old partner again.
"Thank the witch boy, I just got out of prison and even saw you alive," Rahzar smirked. Then Tokka and Rahzar looked and saw Rook and Arrowette still carrying the injured Miss Martian and passing it to Lady Shazam.
"She'll be safe. I'll find somewhere to protect her from getting shot even worse." Said Lady Shazam, and she flew away while carrying the injured Miss Martian.
"At least we lost sight of that giant robot." Rook sighed. But he was wrong. A lightning strike shows a silhouette of Chrome Dome not far behind them, and he looks like he is about to slam into the ground to unleash his Chrome Shock attacks.
Arrowette noticed a silhouette. "ROOK, LOOK OUT!" She shouted.
*SLAM*
Rook and Arrowette both avoid the incoming Chrome Stock attack. After dodging, Arrowette now realizes that Chrome Dome is attacking her. Arrowette fearfully tried to fight back with her bow, but the flooded road made her slip. So Rook quickly fired his Proto-Tool grappling hook mode, and Arrowette caught it. Rook pulled her to him before the upgraded Chrome Dome could punch her to crush her to death.
"Our forces must eliminate targets." Said Chrome Dome, and he fired his laser from his shoulders and knees at Rook and Arrowette, but they dodged and entered the building. Chrome Dome follows them and smashes through the entrance.
INSIDE THE BUILDING
"We are so screwed…." Arrowette is very worried.
"No. This attack is our chance to avenge our fallen friends as I did to my family." Rook said to her, as Arrowette now knew that he was right.
*SMASH*
Upgraded Chrome Dome smashed through the building wall. "Destroy targets!" He said, and he began to fire his plasma gun at Rook and Arrowette, but they dodged it.
Green Arrow, Black Canary, Shazam, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, John Stewart, Tigress, Starfire, and Omen continued battling until they noticed Rook and Arrowette were fighting Chrome Dome.
"Guys, look! Rook and Arrowette couldn't handle defeating Chrome Dome with two guys." Black Canary shouted.
"Well, we'll give them billions of extra help now that big robot is like the rest of the droids' army." Shazam flew into the building while the rest of the senior members followed.
"Some of us should try to use the upper ground up there to attack the robot!" Said Hawkman began to attack Chrome Dome with his mace.
"On it!" Omen understood, and she teleported herself into the forum before fighting against Chrome Dome. The giant robot kept fighting against Rook and Arrowette until many projective attacks hit him. Such as Green Arrow and Tigress's arrow shot, Starfire's energy blast, Black Canary's sonic scream, John Stewart's green minigun, Omen's telekinesis throw.
"More enemies detected." Upgraded Chrome Dome said as he turned around and fired both arm plasma blasters at the major superheroes.
Shazam knocked his arm down lower, and then he quickly avoided Chrome Dome's shoulder laser. Black Canary is about to use her Canary Cry until the giant robot opens up his cybernetic dish to defend himself from sonic attacks. Hawkman and Hawkgirl tried to smash the cybernetic plate, but Chrome Dome blocked their maces' attack with his sword and pinned them down with his laser eye. While avoiding Chrome Dome's steps during the fight, Rook and Arrowette continue to fire their arrows at him.
"Target any of his parts!" John Stewart shouted as he used his ring to create a chainsaw and was about to slice Chrome Dome, but it got blown to bits by the cloaking missiles. Chrome Dome looked down and continued trying to stomp Rook and Arrowette with his metal boot.
"BACK OFF!" Arrowette shouted after avoiding one of the stomps. She fired the iron arrow at Chrome Dome's eyes and broke it.
Chrome Dome is now blind and can't see. "WARNING! Chrome Dome's vision. Damaged! All weapons, Fire!" He said, beginning to spin around.
"What did he say?" Tigress was confused. Chrome Dome spun around and fired every weapon at the whole area. All of the heroes avoided the attacks.
"Ugh! His attacks are tricky to avoid when he loses his eyes!" Omen shouted, defending herself from the laser fire with her psionic shield. Then she teleported away before the upgraded Chrome Dome's extending arm attacks could hit her.
Starfire fires laser eyes to destroy the cybernetic dish still shown on Chrome Dome's chest. After Chrome Dome knocked Starfire down with his whip, Black Canary stunned the giant robot with her Canary Cry. At the same time, Shazam broke Chrome Dome's left arm with his few punches, and Omen ripped it off with her telekinesis. Unfortunately, many plasma electric sparks emerged from the upgraded Chrome Dome's broken arm body part. They hit a few of the heroes around him.
"He is now looking weak. Keep attacking!" Rook fired his Proto-Tool pod launcher at the broken, ripped arm part of his body and blew some of his pieces away. Everyone can see Brainiac's chips through the destroyed back part of the upgraded Chrome Dome's head. Green Arrow, Tigress, and Arrowette fired their explosion arrow at Brainiac chips and beat them. The upgraded Chrome Dome fell to the ground.
"We got him down. We did it!" Arrowette said happily.
"Sys-s-s-s-stem fa-a-A-A-A-A-ailure. *BZZT* Brainiac's CHIP, destroyed, Chrome DOME'S data-ta-ta-ta-ta lost, destruction *BZZT* critical! Activating, *BZZT* Activating, Activating, Activ-, Act-, *BZZT* Self destructed mode… Automatically." He said Chrome Dome with a broken voice and began to shake up even more, and the heroes nearby heard a loud blinking sound.
"Crap, not for long. Everyone, let's get out here. NOW!" Green Arrow shouted, so everyone ran out of the building just in time as the building exploded along with Chrome Dome.
*KABOOM*
OUTSIDE
After escaping before the explosion, Rook, Arrowette, Green Arrow, Black Canary, John Stewart, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Shazam, Tigress, Starfire, and Omen look at the building's destruction. The destroyed Chrome Dome's head part landed in front of them.
"At least you're the one who made that robot destroyed this time," Rook said to Arrowette, and she agreed.
Cut to Shredder and Ra's al Ghul fighting against one of the Kraang's walkers. Black Spider lands on the enemy's vehicle and uses his dagger to stab a Kraang to death. He then landed near his master and Shredder.
"Try breaking through the glass with the weapon hard like I did unless you defend too much!" Black Spider shouted.
"Your suicide mission has changed you well, kid." Shredder impressed, even Ra's al Ghul. Suddenly they saw a few of the Kraathatrogons popping out of the ground nearby.
Sewer monsters surround Cheshire, she fights back with her sai blades, but then one of the creatures destroys her weapon with an acid shot. The Sewer Monsters knock Cheshire to the ground with their tail until Arsenal shows up and whip out all of them with three arrows.
"There, the red predator comes to save the day." Cheshire smiled.
"What are you doing here in this warzone?" Arsenal walked up to Cheshire while staring.
"Tell that to the witch boy. at least we would die together in the battle trying to close that eyeball over here on a wet day." Cheshire answered, then Arsenal noticed one of the energy blasts fired from the Technodrome, and it was heading towards them, so Arsenal grabbed Cheshire and avoided the blast.
*BOOM*
"Heh, you give me a rescue again, red." Cheshire smiled, then they saw the Technodrome change from tank mode to air mode and move up with four trident shapes popping out.
"Oh god no… It's starting." Arsenal is now horrified looking at the Technodrome.
"What started?" Cheshire asked, confused. She soon began to feel worried.
SKY ABOVE CALIFORNIA
Meanwhile, back to the Turtle's group still on the prototype ship piloted by Titano and Sally Pride, it soon reached California and approached the storm area.
"We'll be arriving in eight minutes. No time to joke around." Titano uses his comms to inform everyone on the ship. Mondo Gecko has entered the cockpit.
"Hi, Titano. Sorry to interrupt. There is something I don't understand about the gun. Ben allowed me to keep it. How much ammo does that thing have when it has nothing inside?" Mondo Gecko asked, showing Titano Omni-Knight's gun.
Titano takes a look at the gun. "For your information, you're lucky that you got a powerful gun with unlimited ammo for your early birthday, kid." Titano smiled, and he passed Omni-Knight's gun back to Mondo Gecko.
"Kickass." Mondo Gecko smiled, and he walked out of the cockpit.
Mondo Gecko sat back down on the airship seat next to Sludge-Shifter. At the same time, the turtles and their friends were watching Herman, Groundchuck, and Dirtbag loading their weapons.
"The Mutanimals are working with us once again. Hope these guys already understand Slash's words." Michelangelo said.
"Possible. The Mutanimals won't be even after what I did to Old Hob earlier." Replied Raphael.
"Raph, We won't allow you to make the same mistake again, so you should focus on the main objective other than glaring at the cat boss." Alopex was holding Raph's arm.
Sludge-Shifter looks at Splinter talking to Old Hob on the planning table, which is not far behind the passengers' seats. "Excuse me, Mondie." Sludge-Shifter patted her boyfriend's head before walking to the planning room.
In the planning room, Master Splinter, Leonardo, Jennika, and Venus were discussing their deal with Old Hob and Man Ray. Sally Pride is also there, but she is busy healing the wounds on Old Hob's chest after he gets stabbed by Raphael's sai blade during the fight.
"Alright, how about this? After defeating the Kraang, we will tell every superhero not to throw your Mutanimals team in prison if you stop making more mutant attacks." Leonardo offered.
"Only if those caped people promised to keep us alive from being executed by the government." Old Hob with his arm crossed.
"Mr. Hob," Sludge-Shifter asked as she was about to enter. "Not now." Old Hob halted her.
"Master, should we tell them more about the invaders' plan?" Venus whispers to Splinter.
Master Splinter utters with a small sigh. "Maybe we should, but it would be very tricky if asked about the mutagen after what Mondo-"
"We'll give you the incurable mutagen." Jennika interrupted, which made both Old Hob and Man Ray surprised and confused.
"What mutagen?" Man Ray asked.
"Jenny. What are you doing?" Leonardo glared at Jennika.
"Doing the final lesson from our former master. I know it's wrong, but it might be the only way to improve the mutants' world and stop all chaos." Jennika answered.
Leonardo and Master Splinter silently looked at each other after hearing a wrong choice made by Jennika, but they soon knew that she had a point. Soon they just finished explaining to Old Hob and Man Ray about the incurable mutagen that the Kraang uses for their shockwave.
"Okay… We find the mutagen and give it to you, then you won't get arrested by superheroes, and the mutants don't die. But. You should all promise not to use it on any human around the cities like New York." Master Splinter warned.
"Deal." Old Hob agreed, and then he shook hands with Splinter. After leaving the planning room, Old Hob looked at Sludge-Shifter approaching him.
"Mr. Hob. Now that I return to the team alive, I wonder if you could answer a big request from their chosen one." Sludge-Shifter asked, but secretly nervous. Suddenly they feel the whole ship shake, meaning something hit it.
"Just make it quick." Old Hob accepted.
Cut to Titano still piloting in the cockpit. The prototype ship reached Los Angeles, but laser fire from enemies' ships was attacking.
"Lion queen, I need you back on avoiding getting killed again!" Titano shouted while controlling the ship to dodge laser shots, just as Sally Pride arrived at the cockpit. She went back to piloting the prototype ship with Titano.
"Does anyone know if this ship has any weapons?!" Sally Pride looks at the buttons and switches while moving the ship away from getting hit heavily.
"There is. This ship has some turret cannons!" Leatherhead answered, entering the cockpit.
"Then use it! We are about- LOOK OUT!" Titano yelled. He and Sally Pride pulled the ship upward to avoid Bloodsucker's arm swing. He appeared in Los Angeles at the same time as the Dimension X creatures' arrived.
"RAAHHH!" Bloodsucker roared, and he never felt the damage from the Green Lanterns.
"Argh! I told you this kaiju is always too hard to hit!" Guy Gardner is annoyed. Then he gets hit by Bloodsucker's punch. While attempting to shoot down the giant mutant leech, Adam Strange flew his jet pack past Bloodsucker and flew toward the prototype ship.
Titano looked through the ship's window and saw Adam Strange. "I got this." He activated the radio to contact Adam Strange. "This is your ape pilot buddy calling a Strange guy who came to help the world," Titano said to the radio.
"Nice to hear you alive, Titano." Said Adam Strange pressing his comms on his headgear.
"Listen, we must get into the Technodrome and ensure we have nothing behind us!" Titano ordered. At the same time, Adam Strange notices that Granitor and Rock Soldiers' ships are beginning to follow the prototype ship.
"Alright. I'll contact my forces to escort you and your friends." Adam Strange understood and fired his laser guns at the enemy's ship. Granitor's ship managed to avoid the shot.
"Impress aim, soldier. How about this?" Granitor smirked and fired missiles at Adam Strange, forcing him to fly away from being chased.
When Bloodsucker sets his eyes on the prototype ship, Zeno, Leatherhead, Man Ray, and Herman fire each turret cannon at the giant mutant leech. Nobody opens the cargo hatch and fires her wrist laser beam at Bloodsucker. The turret's gun keeps damaging Bloodsucker until he grabs the destroyed building and uses it to block the attacks. Then he tosses it toward the prototype ship.
"Aw… crap!" Nobody/Angel Bridge backed away, seeing the building flying towards the ship until it got blown to bits by the unexpected spaceship after it appeared at lightspeed.
"Is that the same prototype spaceship we originally gave the aliens?" Man Ray looked at the prototype spaceship. Then a familiar person opened up the spaceship's hatch. It was Vigilante.
"You think I would sit around doing nothing? Well, I still have a lot to defend!" Vigilante shouted, using the microphone. He returned inside and readied his parachute.
"Uhh… I know you let us fly to Los Angeles for you, but will we get paid after this, right?" Asked one of the pilots.
"Here you go!" Vigilante tosses two pennies to the pilots. Then Vigilante jumped out of the prototype spaceship and parachuted safely, just as Bloodsucker crushed the prototype spaceship to bits with his bare hands.
Bloodsucker sucked lots of forces' blood to death, but a giant Atom Smasher appeared and started attacking Bloodsucker. "RAAHHH!" Bloodsucker roared.
"Oh, please." Atom Smasher smirked, and then Bloodsucker knocked him onto the tall building. Still, the giant superhero fought back with a punch combo he gave the giant mutant leech.
As the fight continued, Vigilante fired his pistols at a few Kraang flyers trying to shoot him down until his parachute got shot. But luckily, he landed on one of the tall buildings nearby. Vigilante looked down and saw Atom Smasher still battling Bloodsucker. He used the building parts to damage the giant leech until Bloodsucker kicked Atom Smasher into the tower behind him.
Vigilante pulls out his sword and knife. "Hey, you! Jack may have run from a giant." He jumped out of the top of the building towards Bloodsucker. "BUT DAVID SLAYED ONE!" Vigilante's sword stabbed Bloodsucker in the forehead.
"GAHHH!" Bloodsucker yelled in pain, and he tried to get Vigilante's sword and knife off of him. But he slid down the entire giant mutant leech's body. When Vigilante finished and began to fall, Atom Smasher grabbed him.
"BAHH… ahhh…" Bloodsucker tried to hold on to the line of swords sliced on his body. But he lost too many mutant leeches, lay down on the ground, and died.
"Holy shit! HAHAHAHA! I have killed a giant!" Vigilante shouted happily to himself.
"Well, you did, but you're an idiot letting out the giant's spawn." Atom Smasher dropped Vigilante down while looking at the little leeches popping out of dead Bloodsucker. Atom Smashes, stomping on the mutant leeches, while Vigilante throws grenades at the whole army of little creatures.
Cut to Adam Strange still being chased by Granitor and a few of the Rock Soldiers' ships. He shot down part of a tall tower and collapsed it onto one of the enemy ships. Adam Strange then flies into the hole in the building wall, and so do the Rock Soldiers' ships. When they went through, they saw Red Tornado, and he began using his tornado power, making both ships lose control by the wind.
"Mayday, Mayday, I couldn't break out of this-" One of the Rock Soldiers' shouted, and he crashed into the buildings. Only Granitor managed to escape Red Tornado's wind and was about to attack him. As Granitor kept trying to fire his ship's laser, Adam Strange came back towards him swiftly. He kicked the ship's wing away, breaking it and making Granitor struggle to steady his ship. This attack allowed Red Tornado to blow the enemy ship toward the ruined building.
"Argh! The sergeant is now on the ground!" Granitor shouted and quickly ejected himself from his ship before it crashed.
Back on the ground, Robin, Spoiler, Bebop, and Rocksteady all saw the spawn of little mutant leeches approaching. "Use this!" Bebop tosses the machine gun to Robin.
"Not my style.." Said Robin, dropping the guns.
"Pussy…" Rocksteady teased, and he fired a machine gun at the approaching leeches.
"Dick…" Spoiler shot back, and she threw an ice bomb at the leeches. Then some of the leeches got blown up by cannon turrets from the prototype ship above in the sky.
Orphan is running back while deflecting her sword from Brainiac's drones until she gets shot down by a Kraangdroid. But then Lady Shiva appeared and sliced the Kraangdroid's head off with her sword.
"You're still mad at your mother for thinking I should leave you here to die in this battle." Lady Shiva shouted and used her sword to defend herself from laser shots.
"You're lucky that I don't see any fingers crossed on your back." Orphan got back up and joined her mother to fight against the drones. At the same time, the prototype ship's cannon blasted away some of Brainiac's drones.
The prototype ship managed to get close to the upgraded Technodrome, and two Rannian ships were escorting the ship. But when they get near the war machine, it begins to fire many turrets and even destroy both Rannian's escort ships.
"Our escorts are being whipped out!" Donatello shouted, looking out of the window to see the turret cannons get destroyed by enemy shots. "All turrets offline!" Herman replied.
Titano and Sally Pride continue to make the ship avoid the turret shot. But too much damage was sustained, so much so that the control panel began to be damaged.
"Argh… No use. That blast destroyed my control stick. We're going down." Sally Pride covers her face from the sparks.
"Not if we do the same thing to the Triceratons. Everyone strap yourself in and brace for impact!" Titano yelled, and he moved the ship quickly towards the Technodrome.
"Impact?! Are you crazy? We're both gonna- TITANO!" Sally Pride screamed. While the prototype ship got too much damage from the turrets, it crashed through one of the docking bays.
*CRASH*
TECHNODROME, DOCKING BAY
The prototype ship crash-landed in the docking bay. Some of the Kraangdroids and Rock Soldiers arrived and began to fire at the destroyed ship. But then Old Hob, Herman, and Man Ray popped out, fired their weapons at some Rock Soldiers, and shot down their weak glowing spot, killing them. While Jennika ran out and sliced apart several Kraangdroids with her tekko-kagi, Venus used her tonfas to disarm their weapons and then crushed their heads.
Leatherhead jumps out of the destroyed prototype ship and smashes the glowing bit out of the Rock Soldiers' bodies with his fist. "I'm getting sick of nearly getting killed by any vehicle crash." Leatherhead groans in response.
"Least it's more fun than the truck," Zeno smirked, leaving the destroyed ship with the other group members.
When more Kraangdroids opened the gate to enter the bay, they saw Zeno aiming his minigun at the whole group.
"Remember me?" Said Zeno, and he fired his minigun at the group of Kraangdroids. When the enemies fired back, April defended Zeno by throwing her tessens to slice Kraangdroids' heads off. Meanwhile, Sally Pride fired her red dot gun at a few Brainiac's drones approaching further away after leaving the docking bay. Dirtbag uses his pickaxe to stab the Rock Soldier in the weak spot. At the same time, Groundchuck avoided the laser shot and fired his crossbow at the Kraangdroid.
"Charging the shockwave is now at ninety-five percent." The Utrom A.I. voice informs.
"Ninety-five percent until the other planets are mutated." Zeno worried as he understood the Utrom language.
"So let's go to the core and destroy it." Casey Jones asked.
"Halt. Our main objective is to secure mutagen for the mutants first." Herman interrupted.
"Guys! We should split the group into three. But first, I gotta find where Ben is right now." Titano began to use his hacking device to control the Technodrome's camera.
Leatherhead walked up to the Mutanimals. "You better not try to escape from us if you are going for the incurable mutagen." He glared.
"Easy, Leatherhead. We still have a deal and are both doing it for mutants." Old Hob replied.
"In case I see you do that, I am returning to the team!" Leatherhead said, which surprised everyone.
Titano managed to find Ben on screen in his hacking device. However, when Titano looked carefully, he became terrified. "Oh… god!" He was shocked.
"He's not in danger?" Zeno asked.
"I wish," Titano answered, still terrified.
"The turtles can help Ben, while the Mutanimals should recover the mutagen. The rest of us are with Zeno and me." Titano orders, and everyone dashes off. "That'll be cool? Cool…"
"Wait, who am I with?" Mondo Gecko asked.
Old Hob sighed in annoyance when Sludge-Shifter gave a cute reminder look to him. "Mondo, as requested by the chosen one for rescuing her, I decided to give you another chance." Old Hob answered.
"For now." Old Hob continued but glared very narrowly. Then he dashed off.
"Thank you, Lucy!" Mondo Gecko hugged Sludge-Shifter, which made her smile.
TECHNODROME, CORE (SIX MINUTES EARLIER)
While Ultimate Arcticguana is dashing towards the Technodrome's core room, he presses his Ultimatrix symbol on his chest to change into Swampfire. But when he entered, Swampfire looked up and saw Kraang Subprime inside his Tetsu-Oni body, falling from the forum and firing cluster missiles from his shoulders toward Swampfire. He quickly dodges the incoming attacks.
*BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM*
Kraang Subprime landed in front of Swampfire. "I'm impressed, Ben. Tetrax has taught you well. Your skills also resulted in you protecting us from the Triceratons." Kraang Subprime smirked.
"Don't flatter yourself, and let's finish this already." Swampfire is ready for a fight then he transforms into Ultimate Swampfire. He threw some seeds, which turned into vines that entangled Kraang Subprime. He dodged it with a boost jump before flying down to kick him. Ultimate Swampfire got back up and shot a blast of fiery kerosene at Subprime until his android body protected him from the fire. He then tossed Ultimate Swampfire into the wall with a rocket punch.
Kraang Subprime fired his rocket punch toward Ultimate Swampfire again, but he dodged it and then fired his vines at him. However, Subprime destroyed the vines by firing his Tetsu-Oni body's wrist laser blaster, then at Ultimate Swampfire. However, Ultimate Swampfire fired more vines which trapped Tetsu-Oni's legs, moving his wooden arm straight toward his wrist to grab off his blasters. Ultimate Swampfire runs toward the trapped Kraang Subprime and punches his android body. After a few seconds, before Subprime broke free, his wrist blaster flew back onto Tetsu-Oni's arm and shot Ultimate Swampfire's arm off.
"ARGH!" He yelled, and Kraang Subprime's Tetsu-Oni android body punched Ultimate Swampfire's body hard. Ultimate Swampfire pulled the android's arm off his body and grabbed the human cover identity's chest until he got shot by the shoulder missile launcher. This attack knocked him further to the ground. As Ultimate Swampfire slowly gets back up, he can hear his Ultimatrix beeping, meaning his alien time limit is up.
However, Ultimate Swampfire presses his chest symbol. "Override the time limit." He said, weaken.
His Ultimatrix has given a warning note. "Caution. Staying in this different life form for unlimited time would result in the base form becoming infected by other DNA-"
"I SAID OVERRIDE!" Ultimate Swampfire yelled in anger! While the android Tetsu-Oni reattached the arm back behind him.
"I guess I was wrong when we last met. You're useless without your weapon." Kraang Subprime chuckled, feeling confident this battle was about to go his way. Ultimate Swampfire transformed back to normal Swampfire to make his arm grow back, then changed to his Ultimate form again. The overriding effect has made him weaker.
"My aliens are my weapons." Ultimate Swampfire yelled and fired his kerosene at Subprime, and then he ran toward to strike him.
Suddenly a lightning strike appeared from the Technodrome's core and hit Tetsu-Oni's body, filling it with electricity. Kraang Subprime used it to fire lightning at Ultimate Swampfire's leg. Then Kraang Subprime switches his Tetsu-Oni's arm to a buzzsaw and begins slitting down Ultimate Swampfire's neck like a chainsaw to the tree.
"ARGH!" Ultimate Swampfire screamed, and then he broke free by firing vines through Tetsu-Oni's android body. But after that, Kraang Subprime knocked him down further by using electric punches on Ultimate Swampfire's symbol on his chest, changing back to Omni-Knight.
Omni-Knight is struggling to get back up. "Rahahaha, RAHAHAHAHA!" Kraang Subprime laughed. He used his android leg to kick him in the head, knocking Omni-Knight out cold, defeated.
"We will not be defeated by some Earth monkey who thinks he can destroy the Kraang!" Kraang Subprime placed Tetsu-Oni's foot on Omni-Knight's head.
Then his chest got hit by a thrown tessen. Kraang Subprime looked up and saw six turtles approaching from the doorway. Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, Venus, and Jennika had arrived to defend Omni-Knight.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
Meanwhile, back in Los Angeles, the upgraded Technodrome is retreating halfway through the storm clouds and firing lasers at the ruins and reinforcements around the war machine. Kraang Prime continues to fire plasma lightning beams at his opposition. Scarecrow's fear gas scares the army of mind-controlled humans and mutants.
"We'll be toast if we don't focus on the leader of the Kraang." Said Tiger Claw.
"Then I say, we should all weaken the big one at once!" Troia shouted, and everyone moved towards Kraang Prime.
Every force converged at his position, surrounding Kraang Prime. "Technodrome, minimize the fusion cannon firepower and fire around the city." Kraang Prime ordered as he shot out his plasma lightning wave and knocked some of the forces away.
*PKOW-PKOW-PKOW-PKOW-PKOW*
The upgraded Technodrome fired its fusion cannon at Los Angeles on its lowest setting. "That war machine has just fired fusion-" Tomar-Tu yelled until he got blown away by the explosion.
"Wildcat! LOOK OUT!" Sandman shouted, getting hit by Kraang Prime's plasma lightning beam, as Wildcat got hit by the same attacks as well. The smoke from the explosion blinded Enchantress, preventing her from seeing rubble falling on her. However, she quickly broke out from this.
"So much for modern technology!" Enchantress complained as a Dracodroid shot her to disrupt her spell, but the enemy didn't hit her as hard as they had hoped.
Rook, Arrowette, the other Justice League members, and the other Titans moved toward Kraang Prime, shooting at him. Kraang Prime shot them back by firing twin laser balls. Some heroes were injured and couldn't get up.
"We need to do something about that fusion cannon!" Hawkman shouted while Omen used her psionic shield to protect herself and her teammates from Granitor and other enemy gunfire.
Cut to Lyla Michaels getting back up after getting blown away by the wind from the explosion. She looked up and saw the Technodrome continuing to fire around Los Angeles.
"Ugh… Screw this." Lyla Michaels had enough. She pulled her sleeve and aimed both arms at the Technodrome's fusion cannon. "AAAAHHH!" Lyla screamed as her eyes glowed purple, firing energy balls to destroy the gun.
Everyone avoided the falling pieces of the cannon. Kraang Prime continuously fired plasma lightning waves at the heroes but stopped to recharge for a few seconds. Superboy and Supergirl moved to punch at Kraang Prime's android body.
Spartan witnessed Lyla's incredible powers. "Lyla, you have powers?" Spartan asked with a surprised face.
"Should I only answer the part where I got my powers from my mentor from another dimension?" Lyla answered. "Wow." Spartan impressed his ex-wife, then they both avoided the incoming plasma lightning beam.
"This is for New York!" Vigilante yelled and fired a bazooka at the leg of Kraang Prime's android body. Atom Smasher runs towards Kraang Prime to punch at him while the head of the android body is about to fire a plasma lightning beam. Arrowette fired her explosion bow toward the fully charged head and destroyed it, preventing the attack from firing. Kraang Prime kept on attacking the forces with his android arms until Atom Smasher ripped one of them off and used it to break his android legs, making him fall.
"RAHHH!" Kraang Prime roared, and he climbed out of his giant android body. He carried on attacking every hero and villain with his tentacles.
"That leader is out of the machine… and ugly!" Flash shouted, and he spun around Kraang Prime to punch him. His body was too strong, as Kraang Prime used his tentacles to trip Flash.
TECHNODROME, BRIDGE
Titano, Zeno, Master Splinter, Alopex, April, Casey, and Nobody broke into the bridge and started attacking every Kraang controlling the Technodrome. Avoiding the gunfire from the Kraangdroids, Zeno uses his mallet to smash his enemies out of the way and pull the lever. The lever stopped the mind control of each army.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
All mind-controlled humans and mutants snapped out of mind control. "Wha… What are you doing here as mutants?!" Asked Natalie, the mutant leopard, confused.
"Look. I think our guys found a way to disable mind control, including mom and dad." Lucky Girl said happily, and she ran up to her parents. A Dracodroid interrupted by firing a lightning beam right near Lucky Girl, but then Kevin appeared in his steel body and destroyed Dracodroid by ripping one of its heads off with his hands.
"Go back to the robot dungeons, dragon. I find Dungeon and Dragons very boring." Kevin teased at the destroyed Dracodroid. Then he looked at Lucky Girl. "Ohh… Someone lost a missing cat."
"Wait, you're Kevin? The same guy who absorbed my teammates' powers." Lucky Girl glared.
"The old me? Tell your caped people that my darkened mind was giving me a hard time after I mutated. My bad." Kevin Levin replied. Then Kraang Prime appeared and crawled towards Kevin and Lucky Girl. "I had enough of seeing more people die near me like Dogwelder!" Kevin was annoyed, and he grabbed a street post to defend himself.
"Wait, you're from that Task Force on the news?" Lucky Girl joins Kevin and uses magic to fight Kraang Prime, avoiding the blob alien's bites.
TECHNODROME, SHOCKWAVE GENERATOR
Captain Traag and his forces guard the shockwave generator with the incurable mutagen still inside. Then the Mutanimals popped out and fired their weapons at Traag and some of the Kraangdroids around the area.
"Push through the enemies, Mutanimals!" Old Hob ordered cover behind Herman's shell while firing his machine gun at a few Kraangdroids.
"How about going over them!" Sludge-Shifter shouted as a hoverboard, with Mondo Gecko riding on top of her while he fired at the Rock Soldier.
Herman keeps on firing his Gatling gun at any Kraangdroids he sees. "Target all Kraang, the mutagen must be -" Traag runs up to the Mutanimals, using his beam sword to slice Herman's left claw off. "ARGGHHH!"
"HERMAN!" Man Ray shouted and used his fins to eliminate the Kraangdroid near him.
"Argh… Man down, Man down! I need a medic!" The weakened Herman lay down. Traag prepared to stab the injured mutant hermit crab, but Old Hob and Leatherhead pushed Traag away and began fighting. At the same time, Sally Pride gave Herman medical support by using her jacket to stop the bleeding.
Cut to Old Hob and Leatherhead using their bare hands to battle against Captain Traag. When Traag uses his beam sword to stun Leatherhead, Old Hob kicks the captain out of the generator room. It continues to fight until Traag pushes the mutant cat to the ground.
"We are about to give what your people wanted." Traag said in Utrom to Old Hob. "Turning the whole universe into mutants." He spoke in an Earth language.
"Not interested in traveling to other planets!" Old Hob talked back and fired his gun to blast Traag's arm off. Leatherhead ran up and kicked Traag away through the protected window, making the captain fall out of the Technodrome.
"GAAHHHH!" Traag yelled as he fell towards the city in the distance below.
Cut to Mondo Gecko and Sludge-Shifter landing down. They moved quickly toward the mutagen on the shockwave generator. Many spider gunners crawl down the wall and try to shoot down the mutant couple, but they are interrupted by Man Ray, Groundchuck, and Dirtbag gunshots.
"Grabbed the mutagen!" Groundchuck shouted while firing his crossbow at the spider gunners. When Mondo Gecko and Sludge-Shifter were about to grab the mutagen, they nearly got shot by a Rock Soldier.
"Stay away from the mutagen!" The Rock Soldier warns with his weapons aimed.
"I don't give a shit about what you said." Sludge-Shifter was unimpressed and fired her sludge to blind the rock soldier, allowing Mondo Gecko to fire Omni-Knight's gun at the weak glowing spot. After that, Sludge-Shifter pulls the incurable mutagen out of the generator. "I GOT IT!" She said.
TECHNODROME, CORE
Back to Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, Jennika, and Venus beginning their fight against Kraang Subprime.
"Come to save your friend? You turtles are too late. The Kraang will reign supreme over your universe when the shockwave goes off!" Kraang Subprime grinned.
"If the generator is completely protected." Michelangelo teased with a glare.
"Since you won't stop, try as you might and fall before me!" Kraang Subprime then fired his lightning attacks at the six turtles. They dodged them and ran toward Kraang Subprime while using their weapons, blocking the firepower from the wrist blaster on his android body.
When Kraang Subprime punched at the turtles, Leonardo sliced one of his arms in half with his twin ninjato blades. Kraang Subprime changed the broken arm of the Tetsu-Oni body into a minigun and began firing it. Each turtle moved out of the way of his shots, continuing to dodge his attacks. Kraang Subprime tried firing missiles from his android body's shoulders at them until Michelangelo threw his Kusarigama to break Tetsu-Oni's right missile launcher. Subprime then used a buzzsaw to break the Kusarigama chain in half before firing wrist laser shots at Mikey. Donatello uses his damaged bo staff to defend his brother from the attack. When Raphael repeatedly stabbed the back of the android body with his sai blades, Kraang Subprime hovered above the turtles, then fired lightning at them. They dodged until Venus threw her tessens at both the android legs to make him fall. Jennika slices him down to the ground with her tekko-kagi. While Kraang Subprime got back up, the blob alien still inside his android body, he began punching and firing his minigun toward the six turtles. They continued avoiding his attacks until many lightning bolts from the core zapped around the turtles.
"Gah! That core's blasting us!" Jennika grunted while using her tekko-kagi claws to defend herself from the sparks.
"Of course, there is going to be interference. It must be Brainiac!" Donatello shouted, ran towards Kraang Subprime, and struck him repeatedly with his bo staff. As Donnie kept hitting Kraang Subprime, his android body fired lightning at his bo staff and disintegrated it. Venus throws her tessen at Tetsu-Oni's wrist blaster before Subprime fires at Donatello.
"Hope you can hold on to my weapon!" Venus said and gave her tonfas to Donatello.
"All your weapons continue to break when you face the Kraang. Sooner or later, you'll fall and be our captives to watch your world become ours!" Kraang Subprime boasted as the fight continued.
Omni-Knight was slowly starting to wake again, weakened. He could vaguely see around him that the other turtles had distracted Kraang Subprime. When Leonardo moved at him again with his ninjatos, Subprime would not lose his other arm that quickly and fired lightning to briefly stun him before disarming one of the ninjatos out of his hand. This attack knocked the ninjato closer to Omni-Knight. As Subprime started firing at the turtles again, he was unaware that he was backing up toward Omni-Knight. The hero met him with a surprise attack. The ninjato stabbed him in the back through the chest of his armor, doing enough damage to force Subprime out of the husk of Tetsu-Oni at last. "Why, you!?" He used his tendril to smack the weakened Omni-Knight down again as the blob crawled toward the shockwave controls.
"Not this time!" Jennika shouted, and she threw her katana and stabbed the control panel.
"Argh… No! What have you done!" Kraang Subprime is shocked to see that she destroyed the panel, then turns around and jumps towards Jennika, trying to attack her. Venus hits Subprime with her tonfa, knocking him into a nearby pit.
"We know what side we're on now, choosing light over darkness, being ninja turtles!" Venus replied.
"TURTLES-S-S-S-S!" Kraang Subprime yelled while falling. After his defeat, the six turtles look at the core, shaking from the destroyed control panel. Jennika quickly grabbed her katana out from where she had thrown it.
"Someone grab Ben, and let's get out of here!" Leonardo ordered as the turtles ran out of the core room. Jennika and Venus dragged the fainted Omni-Knight along as well.
Further down from where he fell, Kraang Subprime climbs back onto the forum to see the ceiling beginning to fall apart. "Brainiac… Your last chip." Kraang Subprime shouted. He was trying to reach for the final chip of Brainiac as the explosion within the core was imminent.
TECHNODROME, SHOCKWAVE GENERATOR
The shockwave generator malfunctions, and with nothing on the generator, the entire machine begins to overload with energy.
"This thing is going to blow!" Sludge-Shifter shouted, still holding the incurable mutagen.
"Mutanimals! Let's get out of here!" Old Hob ordered, and everyone ran out of the room quickly.
TECHNODROME, BRIDGE
"There! I found a nearby ship for our escape! Let's move our asses!" Titano shouted, looking at the computer, and the whole group left the bridge.
Every hero inside the Technodrome enters the last remaining Kraang ship. He escapes just in time as the gigantic eye-shaped weapon explodes.
*KABOOM*
The upgraded Technodrome exploded into a purple fireball with an energy wave coming out of it.
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
The battle in the city continued until everyone saw the Technodrome's giant explosion. All Brainiac drones and weapons shut down as a result.
Captain Traag runs up to Kraang Prime after surviving the fall. "Kraang Prime! We are losing the battle. What should we do?" Said Traag.
Kraang Prime begins to look around. "Retreat to Dimension X. We have lost." He spoke in the Utrom language.
The remaining forces of the Kraang still had a way out because they still had the portal to Dimension X, which they used to escape.
"We did it… It's over…." Rook said in relief while the ship landed in front of the crowd.
When a group of turtles and Mutanimals climb out of the ship, Adam Strange is the first person to notice something horrifying. "Uhh… guys." He said sadly, pointing at Titano and Zeno dragging Omni-Knight out, which made every hero look concerned at what happened.
Omni-Knight had been hit hard during the fight. That ruthless attack from Kraang Subprime left him in a coma. The first to come to check on him is Supergirl. She felt distraught to see her boyfriend in this condition. "Ben, are you okay?" She asked him, as she could still hear a faint heartbeat. "We're going to take care of you, Ben," Supergirl told him as she cradled his body.
WATCHTOWER, MEDICAL ROOM
Three days passed, and Omni-Knight rested in a private Watchtower's medical center. He finally woke up, rose in bed, now awake from his coma, and saw Supergirl standing in the room. She happily came over to see him.
"Ben, you're awake!" Supergirl told Omni-Knight.
"Sorry I worried you. How're the mutants holding up?" He would try to ask her.
"It's okay. You did the best you could. After several hearings, many government leaders rewarded the mutants and aliens for their victory. Everyone had to clean out whatever the Kraang had tricked everyone into doing. That included learning to accept them both." She explained that now, everyone accepts mutants and aliens and no longer views them as a threat. Omni-Knight smiled as he reached over to hug Supergirl. She put her arms around him and kissed him.
"So, I've been thinking. I have a new home on Earth. Would you like to move in with me?" Omni-Knight would ask her. There is a brief look of shock on her face before she then smiles.
"We might have to ask my cousin, but I'd like to move in with you." She accepted his offer.
"We may have stopped the Kraang, but what about all those supervillains?" Omni-Knight then asked, wondering about the fates of the Foot and the Legion of Doom.
"They got a five-minute head start. After the Justice League considered arresting them all." Supergirl answered back.
"Okay, Kara, we'll relax for now, but when any of them start doing evil again, it's hero time," Omni-Knight replied, ready to continue battling those groups if they did cause trouble again. Still, for now, he was in for some much-needed rest.
Elsewhere, Rook was with Arrowette. He had been thinking about something.
"Cissie, you know, after Vilgax attacked my homeworld and killed my people, I never knew what it was like. To be part of a family and have people I cared about until I met Ben," Rook said to her, acknowledging how much the Galactic Guardians have become family to him. "Then, I met the heroes of Ben's homeworld, and for the first time in a long time, I finally felt at home."
Arrowette smiled at him, and maybe she could see a faint hint of blush on his fur. "Got something else you want to tell me?" She said playfully, then chuckled a bit.
"When I'm with you, Cissie, I feel something warm I've never felt." He was about to tell her about his feelings for her when she leaned much closer to him.
"You don't have to tell me one bit. I feel the same way." She suddenly kissed him and wrapped her arms around him. This kiss surprised Rook, but he wrapped his arms around her, reciprocating her love for him.
CRATER, MANHATTAN, NEW YORK
In Manhattan, New York. Many workers were repairing what remained of the city now that the invasion was over. Still, clearing the giant crater away from the big city took a long time.
On the destruction of the ruins of Undertown below, Old Hob and the Mutanimals, along with two recruits: Groundchuck and Dirtbag, are watching as the whole city is under construction. Herman, the hermit crab's left claw, is now replaced by a metal claw after he got severely injured.
"There are more mutants than before, now that humans won't hurt or banish them away to space." Old Hob said as he looked at any mutants still at work.
"Hoping this lasts forever, they are responsible for giving us a better life, even though I'm still the last remaining mutant sludge, but at least I am with you guys." Sludge-Shifter smiled, holding Mondo Gecko's hands.
"More like we have the mutants safe after so long." Old Hob, with a slight smile and stroked Sludge-Shifter's head.
Somewhere in the destroyed lair, the six turtles and Leatherhead grabbed some of their stuff to find their new home in New York.
"These are some of the few remaining cures that we got. Your parents won't stay mutated if you give them these." Master Splinter gave the last remaining cures to Gwen Tennyson.
"Thank you, Splinter." Said Gwen proudly, and she walked away. Just then, Alopex arrived wearing her green bandana.
"At least we will not act like a dojo club or something," Alopex smirked, and she kissed Raphael's cheek.
"Heh, Raph got a girlfriend." Michelangelo teased.
"At least I have a life." Raphael bantered back, which made Leo, Mikey, Donnie, Jenny, and Venus nervous but chuckled.
"Maybe I would find something like yours, Raph," Jennika smiled.
"It just feels sad to move our home." Said Donatello picking up his bag.
"Time may have changed, but you guys got new things that improve you. Plus, we might plan on having a hobby," Venus replied.
"You are a good ninja. So is your sister. Now we better get going to find a better place." Leonardo smiled, so the six ninja turtles, Splinter, Leatherhead, and Alopex, walked out of the sewer. Michelangelo flicked the light off before leaving.
FIRST EPILOGUE: OUTER SPACE
A large ship was off in space far from Earth. Several drones detected the readings caused by the Technodrome's explosion. Psyphon approached to see these readings.
He grinned as he pinpointed the source of the blast. "It's time to make your return… master…." He said to his drones as he prepared to search for his master.
SECOND EPILOGUE: ST. SEBASTIAN'S CHURCH, EXETER, ENGLAND
There was a church, St. Sebastian's Church. A man in a dark mask named Darkstar entered it and went over to the church's head priest, Brother Blood.
"What is your business with my church?" Blood would ask him.
"I've come to learn about the demon you worship, your master." Blood had a sinister grin as Darkstar told him this.
