The skies of Sauria were darkened by a storm, lightning had lit the skies and the loud crash of thunder rang out while rain came down as if they were arrows fired from a great wall.
"No hosoalot u wuhrcot tajkojj jawdu!"(We received a garbled distess signa!)" Krystal told the Dinosaur that she and Ash is riding on.
'Ak juat jemokxadw ureik u meidkuad xattod ad u jkehm (It said something about a mountain hidden in a storm.)" She continued as they flew.
"Mu0ro rik no ned'k bden idkac no sxosb ak eik. (Maybe but we won't know until we check it out.)" Krystal said.
Then fireballs came out from behind them the brave Dinosaur tried its best to dodge the heated orbs Ash used protect to stop of them but when the barrier dropped Krystal's staff was knocked out of her hands by the force of the impact.
"M0 jkuvv!" (My staff!) the Cerinian Vixen said as her staff fell to the ground.
"No'cc wok ak rusb rik no xulo ke melo! (We'll get it back but we have to move!)" Ash said as they avoided another fireball.
What had fired the flame orbs was something out from a horror film a Ship that looked to be a once proud Sea Ship but retrofitted with a pair of wings under it with two rockets moving it through the darken skies, but what were the true terror that the ship the Dinosaur head is alive as it let out a roar and it's demonic orange eyes glow.
"Kxuk'j u kohhav0adw ceebadw jxaf. (That's a terrifying looking ship.)" Ash commented.
The flying Dinosaur went to the far side of the Ship and landed so the pair could board the Ship.
"Kxudbj veh xocfadw ij. No sud kubo ak vhem xoho." (Thanks for helping us. We can take it from here.) Krystal told the Dinosaur.
"Je nxuk jxeict no te den? (So what should we do now?)" Ash questioned.
Then both the Cerinian Vixen and human felt fear close to a set of doors, in a small cage was a smaller version the Dinosaur they had ridden on.
"U 0eidw sceit hiddoh? Rik nxuk aj ak teadw xoho? (A young Cloud Runner? But what is it doing here?)" Ash questioned.
Then the doors open as a being walked out of them a large and tall green scaled SharpClaw male wearing brown Leather Armor, his left hand is a two blade claws it was the only part of the body covered in metal the right side of his forehead and around his eye is covered with a metal mask.
"Kxuk udjnoh 0eih giojkaed!" (That answer your question!) Krystal replied.
"Nxe uho 0ei? Udt nx0 te 0ei xulo kxaj Sceit hiddoh sufkalo? ("Who are you? And why do you have this Cloud runner captive?)" Ash questioned the Sharpclaw male.
"0ei ted'k homomroh mo 0eidw ufo? uvkoh ucc 0ei walo mo kxaj!?" (You don't remember me young ape? after all you gave me this!?) the Sharpclaw male said as remove the mask to show burn and scarred skin under it.
"Wodohuc Jsucoj!" (General Scales!) the duo said.
"A joo 0ei jihlalot Jsucoj nxuk uho 0ei fcuddadw ke te nakx kxo sceit hiddoh? ("I see you survived Scales what are you planning to do with the Cloud Runner?)" Ash questioned.
\Flashback/
A group of Sharpclaw soldiers were hit by a wave of yellow electric energy, they fell to the ground unable to move one was able to see whom had done this to him and his follow soldiers, Ash and Krystal walked out from their hiding place.
"Thunder Wave may not do damage but it make up for paralyzes one's enemies but now I see why Pokémon only it on one target." Ash said as his left arm felt numb.
"Who would've thought that your primary type was Electric." Krystal said.
"I know right? I guess all that time with Pikachu had something to do with it." Ash said.
"The Aura A.I. of your ancestor did say sometimes the first Pokémon a young Aura Guardian had bonded to it's typing with be the young Aura Guardian's typing." Krystal said as she picked up one of the soldiers and place him at a tree.
"Yeah btw how many soldiers have we taken down so far?" Ash questioned.
"Around 30 why?" Krystal asked back as they finished tying up the soldiers.
"I'm surprised at how easy they've been to defeat lately." Ash said.
"Given our abilities and teamwork is it?" Krystal questioned back.
"Good point, anyway you get any information from these guys?" Ash questioned.
"All the information we're getting from them is the same also we can't protect the other villages forever." Krystal told Ash.
"True what should we do?" Ash questioned.
"Use these soldiers as bait and set a trap." Krystal said.
"Right but what happens when we spring the trap?" Ash questioned.
"Since we've been attacking the Sharpclaw for a while this General Scales would most likely be in the other group we've been tracking, soon or later this General will come looking for these solders and given how one told us there was a second in command." Krystal said.
"If we kill him then the Sharpclaw would be too busy choosing a leader that would allow us to teach the other tribe how to protect themselves." Ash finished.
"Right now let's get ready." Krystal said.
'What move to use if he has more soldiers with him? Discharge might work but I don't know it all I know about it is Pikachu can learn it, that's it! the next time I'm in a school I'm going to focus about learning more' the Aura Guardian thought to himself as he hid, Ash could now see how Trainers like Conway could have beat him.
'Okay the only two powerful Electric type moves I fully know are Zap Cannon and Volt Tackle but which one would be best to use on a large group?' he thought to himself.
"I'm almost done setting up the bait." Krystal said.
"Thank you for the heads up" Ash said.
"No problem." Krystal said.
Krystal tied the Shapclaw soldiers mouths close just in case the paralysis wears off.
"Alright now we wait." Krystal said.
"What should we do in the meantime?" Ash questioned.
'Not talking with out loud is one, since even though they're paralyzed they can still hear our words but not our thoughts.' Krystal answered by using her telepathic ability.
"Right sorry about that." Ash said apologetically.
'You're still doing it.' Krystal replied.
'Sorry.' Ash said.
It wasn't too long when another group of Sharpclaw with a different one leading the rest towards the tied up soldiers, Ash knew he'd only have one shot since both moves were created after his ancestors time so he won't know if he will be able to move after the attack is launched.
'Ash are you ready?' Krystal questioned.
'Yeah.' Ash responded.
They waited until the two groups were closer together both Ash and Krystal knew they had only one shot right now and they needed to make it count.
The moment the group finds the bait the trap was sprung.
'NOW!' Krystal said.
Ash started to run as golden electric energy surrounds him while Krystal covered her ears, the Shapclaw soldiers try forming a wall between them and the attack but when the attacker touched the shields it exploded.
Krystal stayed behind her tree as she felt the force as it make a small quake.
'Wow Ash's attack was much more powerful than I thought.' Krystal commented.
When the smoke had cleared Ash was surrounded by burnt bodies which made it hard for the Cerinian vixen to get near him as her sense of smell was stronger then the humans.
'Man! Volt Tackle is a tough attack too pull off no wonder only Pikachu's Evolutionary line could pull it off.' Ash thought as he felt the recoil.
"You alright Ash?" Krystal questioned seeing him cringe in pain.
Yeah the downside of Volt Tackle is the recoil damage, but from the looks of the damage I caused Scales should be dead." Ash answered as he walked towards Krystal.
As the pair walk away they failed to notice a lone red eye looking at them.
\Flashback over/
"Oloh jadso kxuk tu0 ucc A'lo oloh kxeiwxk ureik nuj usxaoladw m0 holodwo. (Ever since that day all I've ever thought about was achieving my revenge.)" Scales said angrily.
"Nocc jehh0 ke tajuffeadk 0ei rik 0ei ned'k wok ak ketu0!" (Well sorry to disappoint you but you won't get it today!) Ash said as he takes his battle stance.
"Den! cok kxo 0eidw Sceit Hiddoh we!" (Now! let the young Cloud Runner go!) Krystal told General Scales.
"Doloh, A xulo fcudj veh xam. (Never, I have plans for him.)" Scales said.
Ash rushed at Scales while Krystal grabbed the caged young Cloud Runner from the wall, Scales kicked Ash off of him the young Aura Guardian rapid fired Electro Balls at the so-called General.
"0ei kne nacc dek jkef m0 fcudj! (You two will not stop my plans!)" Scales shouted.
"0ei ted'k olod bden jemoedo ocjo aj ijadw 0ei!" (You don't even know someone else is using you!) Ash shouted back.
"Nxuk uho 0ei kucbadw ureik? (What are you talking about?)" Scales questioned.
"Kxod kocc mo nx0 uho 0ei uvkoh kxo Bhuqeu Jfaakj!?" (Then tell me why are you after the Krazoa Spirits!?) Ash question back without stopping the rapid fire Electro Balls attack at the Shapclaw leader.
"Nx0 ocjo? ke wuad fenoh! udt ke vaducajo m0 hico eloh kxaj fcudok! ("Why else? to gain power! and to finalise my rule over this planet!)" Scales said.
"Kxod nx0 xutd'k 0ei we uvkoh kxo Bhuqeu Jfahakj roveho den?" (Then why hadn't you gone after the Krazoa Spirits before now?) Ash questioned switching to use Thundershock.
"Ak aj rosuijo A vahjk dootot u nu0 adke kxo komfcoj jemokxadw ucc kxo kharuc coutohj xut. (It is because I first needed a way into the temples something all the tribal leaders had.)" Scales explained.
'Scales doesn't even know someone else is using him to get what they want' Ash thought as the Shapclaw leader kept dodging Ash's attacks.
"Zijk walo if Scales 0ei'cc doloh jissoot! (Just give up Scales you'll never succeed!)" Ash said.
"0ei udt kxuk xuahrucc ev 0eihj nacc joo! Wodohuc Jsucoj nacc hico Juihau!" (You and that hairball of yours will see! General Scales will rule Sauria!) Scales told the human.
"Tat 0ei johaeijc0 zijk kucb ad kxo kxaht fohjed? (Did you seriously just talk in the third person?)" Ash questioned.
Letting out a roar the Shapclaw leader rushed the human.
Ash dodges a uses thunder punch.
Outside Krystal had finally freed the young Cloud Runner from it's cage.
"Sud 0ei vc0? (Can you fly?)" She questioned.
The young Cloud Runner shake it's head.
"Uchawxk kxod semo nakx mo no xulo u vhaodt nxe sud xocf. (Alright then come with me we have a friend who can help.)" Krystal said.
Krystal use her abilities to call the Cloud Runner whom help her and Ash to get on board the flying monstrosity.
"Ujx no doot ke coulo! (Ash we need to leave!)" Krystal called out.
Ash give a quick Thunderpunch to Scales's gut and ran towards Krystal.
"Cok'j we! (Let's go!)" Ash said.
The three jumped on the adult Cloud Runner and flew away.
"No tat ak! (We did it!)" Ash said.
"Ak'j vuh vhem roadw eloh!" (It's far from being over!) Krystal said.
"A bden den nxuk jxeict no te? (I know now what should we do?)" Ash questioned.
"No doot ke vadt kxo jeihso ev kxo tajkhojj jawdu!" (We need to find the source of the distress signa!) Krystal answered.
"Hawxk cok'j we! (Right let's go!)" Ash said.
When the Cloud Runner reached the location both passengers were shocked to where the signal came from.
"Kxaj aj nxoho kxo jawduc sumo vhem? (This is where the signal came from?)" Ash questioned.
"0oj, ak'j kxo bhuqeu fucuso!" (Yes, it's the Krazoa Palace!) The adult Could Runner answered.
"Rik nx0 aj kxo jawduc semadw vhem xoho? (But why is the signal coming from here?)" Ash questioned.
"No ned'k bden idkac no vadt kxo edo nxem aj jodtadw kxo jawduc!" (We won't know until we find the one whom is sending the signal!) Krystal Answered.
"Hawxk je cutaoj vahjk. (Right so ladies first.)" Ash said.
"Nxuk u wodkcomud." (What a gentleman)." Krystal said.
As they enter the temple Ash decides to ask a question.
"Je te 0ei kxadb kxaj aj u khuf? (So do you think this is a trap?)" He questioned.
Av ak aj kxod no nacc bden veh jiho kxoho aj u whoukoh olac xoho kxod Wodohuc Jsucoj!" (If it is then we will know for sure there is a greater evil here than General Scales!) Krystal said as so far her and Ash hadn't found out anything about whom is try to become the Krazoa god.
"Hawxk je no rokkoh ro suhovic (Right so we better be careful.)" Ash said.
Krystal nodded as she and Ash jump off the adult Cloud Runner again.
"Je jxeict no opfosk ud0 khufj? (So should we expect any traps?)" Ash questioned.
"Nx0 uho ujbadw mo!? A nuj valo nxod A Covk Sohadau? av ud0edo neict xulo u rokkoh atou nxuk k0fo ev khufj uho xoho ned'k Ak ro 0ei?" (Why are asking me!? I was five when I Left Cerinia? if anyone would have a better idea what type of traps are here won't it be you?)" Krystal questioned.
"Kxejo noho fakvucc khufj! Udt kxo0 noho muto r0 kxhoo ataekj! (Those were pitfall traps! And they were made by three idiots!)" Ash said.
"Udt kxuk ucc?" (And that all?) Krystal questioned.
"Cok'j zijk boof weadw. (Let's just keep going.)" Ash said.
They walk a bit and see two glowing and floating heads with tentacles and a hurt dinosaur.
"Kxuk tadejuih aj xihk! (That dinosaur is hurt!)" Ash said.
The duo rushed over to the downed Dino.
"Xo0, nxuk xuffodot? (Hey, what happened?)" Krystal questioned.
"Kxo Bhuqeu... Doot 0eih xocf... Kxo0 uho t0adw..." (The Krazoa... Need your help... They are dying...) the Dinosaur said.
"T0adw? rik nx0? (Dying? but why?)" Ash questioned.
"Ujx veh kxo Bhuqeu Wet ke ro muto kxo ekxoh Bhuqeu Jfahakj mijk ro wukxoh ad edo fcuso udt kxod kxo Bhuqeu Wet urjehrj kxo jfahakj!" (Ash for the Krazoa God to be made the other Krazoa Spirits must be gather in one place and then the krazoa god absorbs the spirits!) Krystal answered the question.
"Nocc nxuk sud no te? (Well what can we do?)" Ash questioned.
"Vhem xen Jsucoj houskot ke 0ei ju0adw xaj atou nujd'k xaj wulo ij kxo udjnoh ke edo ev eih giojkaedj, kxo edo kh0adw ke rosemo kxo Bhuqeu Wet aj uchout0 tout udt kh0adw ke semo rusb ke kxo nehct ev kxo caladw!" (From how scales reacted to you saying his idea wasn't his gave us the answer to one of our questions, the one trying to become the Krazoa God is already dead and trying to come back to the world of the living!) Krystal said.
"Kxuk'j khio rik kxod nxe seict ak ro? (That's true but then who could it be?)" Ash questioned.
"A ted'k bden je vuh de edo A doloh xuht u kuco ureik jemoedo kh0 ke rosemo kxo Bhuqeu wet." (I don't know so far no one I never hard a tale about someone try to become the Krazoa god.) Krystal said.
"Kxod no bden nxuk no mijk te. (Then we know what we must do.)" Ash said.
"No'cc julo kxo Bhuqeu Jfahakj nxasx nacc mubo Kxo khio mujkoh madt ev kxojo olodkj jxenot kxomjocloj ke ij!" (We'll save the Krazoa Spirits which will make the true master mind of these events showed themselves to us!) Krystal said.
"ebu0 kxod xen te no julo kxom? (okay then how do we save them?)" Ash questioned.
"Edc0 kxo fiho ev xouhk sud kubo kxo kojkj." (Only the pure of heart can take the tests.) the hurt Dinosaur said.
"Nocc ad kxuk sujo no'cc zijk xulo ke kubo kxo kojkj eihjocloj. (Well in that case we'll just have to take the tests ourselves.)" Ash said.
"Odkoh kxo Bhuqeu Jxhado." (Enter the Krazoa Shrine.) the dinosaur said as he point to the close door.
"No doot ke wok 0ei xocf. (We need to get you help.)" Krystal said.
"Edso adjato semfcoko kxo Jfahak'j kojk udt unuak 0eih honuht. av 0ei rekx jissoot, kxod hokihd ke mo..." (Once inside complete the spirit's test and await your reward. if you both succeed, then return to me...) the dinosaur said and then cough.
"Ebu0 kxod rik nxod no hokihd no'ho wokkadw 0ei xocf. (Okay then but when we return we're getting you help.)" Ash said.
Both Ash and Krystal walk through the now open shrine door.
"Je xen nacc no bden nxod kxo kojk xuj jkuhkot? (So how will we know when the test has started?)" Ash questioned.
"No nacc vadt eik edso no jkof ed kxo khudjfehk wom." (We will find out once we step on the transport gem.) Krystal said as she pointed to giant glowing gem in the middle of the room.
"Nocc cok'j wok ed kxod. (Well let's get on then.)" Ash said.
The duo step on the gem and like in most fantasy and sci-fi they were surrounded by golden light.
The pair saw more of these strange creatures while flames came out of some areas of the floors.
"No jxeict xut joo kxaj edo semadw!" (We should had seen this one coming!) Krystal said while looking at Ash with a 'you better try to remember all traps you had to deal with.' look.
"Ke ro vuah kxaj aj u don opfohaodso veh mo! (To be fair this is a new experience for me!)" Ash said.
The 'guard pets' were easy for the young Aura Guardian to deal with, Krystal not so much she never had fought against a creature with eight limbs before without her staff but she was able to unlock the gates.
In the room is six urns and a glowing blue see-through mask.
"Test one, the test of the observant! Watch closely where I hide. When the urns stop moving, you must show me. which urn I have hidden in. Find me three times in a row and... I will be yours to return to Krazoa Palace." the spirit saidin Ash's and Krystal's language.
"No'cc doot ke ro suhovic nakx kxaj. (We'll need to be careful with this.)" Krystal said.
Ash nodded.
As the test begins.
The spirit enters the middle urn in the top three row then the urns started to move switching places with one another.
"Uchawxk boof u nuksxvic o0o ed kxuk Urn. (Alright keep a watchful eye on that Urn.) Krystal said.
"A um! jemo xen kxo jfahak bdenj ureik m0 uihu uracakaoj A kh0 veccenadw ak nakx m0 uihu odxudso o0ojawxk rik A sud'k joo ak'j uihu!" (I am! some how the spirit knows about my aura abilities I try following it with my aura enhanced eyesight but I can't see its aura!) Ash said.
"ak mijk ro je kxuk nxeoloh kubadw kxo kojk ned'k sxouk! (it must be so that whoever's taking the test won't cheat!)" Krystal said.
"Nxasx moudj kxo dopk valo kojkj nacc ro kxo jumo ke odjiho de edo seict fujj kxo kojk nakx eih jfosauc uracakaoj!" (Which means the next five tests will be the same to ensure no one could pass the test with their special abilities!) Ash said as he and Krystal kept watching the Urns.
Soon the Urns stopped moving.
"Kxo0 jkeffot. (They stopped.)" Ash said.
Krystal chooses the one on the right bottom row while Ash chooses the one on the left top row.
After a minute the Krazoa spirit popped out of the Urn Krystal picked.
"Edo tend, kne meho ke we." (One down, two more to go.) Ash said.
"Uchawxk xoho no we uwuad. (Alright here we go again.)" Krystal said.
The spirit enter the right urn in the top three row then the urns started to move switching places with one another but more faster.
"Ceebj cabo ak weoj vujkoh. (Looks like it goes faster!)" Ash said.
"Ak ned'k ro misx ev u kojk veh u fenohvic jfahak av kxo ihdj jku0 uk kxo cenojk jfoot!" (It won't be much of a test for a powerful spirit if the urns stayed at the lowest speed!) Krystal said disappointed that Ash never thinking.
"0oux kxuk'j khio. (Yeah that's true.)" Ash said sheepishly.
Both are keeping their eyes on the urns.
Soon enough the Urns stopped moving.
Krystal chosen the bottom left while Ash chose the right.
The spirit came out of the Urn Ash chose.
"Zijk edo meho!" (Just one more!) Krystal said.
"Hawxk cok'j te kxaj! (Right let's do this!)" Ash said.
The spirit enter the middle urn in the bottom three row then the urns started to move switching places with one another with even more speed.
"Uchawxk ro hout0 ke sxeejo. (Alright be ready to choose.)" Krystal said.
Ash nodded.
After a while the Urns stopped.
Both choose the middle urn in both rows.
Soon the spirit came out of the Urn.
It flew into Krystal's body.
"Uho 0ei ebu0 Bh0jkuc? (Are you okay Krystal?)" Ash questioned.
"A vooc je misx fenoh adjato ev mo!" (I feel so much power inside of me!) Krystal reply as she showed her now purple eyes to Ash.
"Nxeu! 0eih o0oj uho wcenadw! (Whoa! Your eyes are glowing!)" Ash said.
"Misx ro u jato ovvosk ev kxo jfahak odkohadw m0 ret0." (Much be a side effect of the spirit entering my body.) Krystal said.
"Nacc 0ei ro ebu0? ak'j dek xihkadw 0ei aj ak? (Will you be okay? it's not hurting you is it?)" Ash questioned in concern.
"A ted'k vooc ud0 fuad, rik A jxeictd'k ijo ud0 ev m0 uracakaoj nxaco kxo jfahak aj adjato ev mo." (I don't feel any pain, but I shouldn't use any of my abilities while the spirit is inside of me.) Krystal answered.
"Hawxk no jxeict fherurc0 we udt joo ke kxo tadejuih. (Right we should probably go and see to the Dinosaur.)" Ash suggested.
Krystal nodded.
They went to where they found the Dinosaur to see him still on the ground in pain.
"Kxo Jxhadoj boof kxo Jfahakj juvo vhem xuhm." (The Shrines keep the Spirits safe from harm.) the Dinosaur said as it saw Ash and Krystal walk towards them.
"Nxuk ureik 0ei? 0ei jkacc doot xocf. (What about you? You still need help.)" Ash said.
"Kxoah fenohj uho ijocojj. Edc0 nxod kxo Jfahak xut rood hocoujot rusb adke kxo fucuso sud ak ro ijot ke jkef kxaj nuh!" (Their powers are useless. Only when the Spirit had been released back into the palace can it be used to stop this war!) the Dinosaur said.
"Bh0jkuc nxuk jxeict no te? (Krystal what should we do?)" Ash questioned.
'Hard to say given if this EarthWalker might be used by the person whom is after the Spirits!' Krystal Telepathically said so if the being hunting the spirits were listening in they won't hear her and Ash talk.
'Which means we have two options either we go to the shrine and come back for him or we get him out of here and come back later.' Ash said.
'The problem with the second option is I don't know how long my body could hold the spirit before it become a major problem for us.' Krystal replied.
'So we may not have a choice.' Ash said.
"Fcoujo jxen ij nxasx nu0 ke we ke hocoujot kxo Jfahak?" (Please show us which way to go to release the Spirit?) Krystal asked EarthWalker.
The Earthwalker gives them the directions.
"Ebu0 kxod rik no'ho semadw rusb veh 0ei uvkoh no'ho tedo. (Okay then but we're coming back for you after we're done.)' Ash said.
They walk on to the planform and it rises up to make the hallway they walk until they reach a fork in the hallway they decide to turn left at the end they see a rippling waterfall the Human and Cerinian turn around to see a stone copy of the spirit's face.
"Nocc ceebj cabo no'ho xoho. (Well looks like we're here.)" Ash said.
Krystal stepped in front of the stone face while Ash stands back until he felt something or someone before he could one anything the very being him and Krystal were trying to stop teleported him away from the vixen.
'KRYSTAL!-' Ash said before being teleported away.
"Ash!?" the Cerinian vixen said as she turned her back towards the stone face while it was opening it's mouth, then the being shows itself to the vixen.
"It's you!?" Krystal said before the being sent her flying through the rippling wall.
Soon enough she appears in the middle of the temple incased in Crystal.
With the Spirit she released floating around her crystal prison while the storm's still going.
We cut to Ash who was teleported to a field.
"BH0JKUC! (KRYSTAL!)" Ash said.
