Chapter 20

Upon entry into Bob's mind, we emerged from the Psycho Portal onto his beach, only to see that the area looked a lot different than what it was supposed to. And by that, I meant that the islands weren't made from Bob's psyche, but from the Psyche of Giygas. How could I tell? It looked more like the Cave of the Past with fog water instead of an ocean with islands.

"This... is creepy," Raz admitted as we then saw that Bob wasn't at the garden... instead, what we saw was actually the final form of Giygas form the first Earthbound, who looked at us in hostility, and I could guess as to why.

"You! Naraku told me you'd try to get here! You should've just left well enough alone!" Giygas growled at us, his voice sounding a little bit... off. It sounded like a slightly deeper voice than Alvin the chipmunk. Not what I expected, for him to sound like that. Regardless, he immediately tried to attack us with his insane Psychic strength!... Only, it only dealt 2 damage to a 100 hp stat thing that he showed off, which he growled at before stomping his three-toed foot.

"Um... I thought he was supposed to be stronger? Like, a world ender? Why was that hit so pathetic?" Raz asked.

"BECAUSE PSYCHICS RULE THIS WORLD!" Giygas exclaimed at us before then stomping his foot again and simply sitting on the ground. "I came here because Naraku told me of my upcoming death in my own dimension, caused by a time-traveler killing me as an infant. And that, if I did what he said, I could rule a world that could never kill me in that way! Had I known my powers would be considered weak to other Psychics in this world, I wouldn't have agreed!" he growled before then shouting angrily and causing the place to suddenly change to what was in the game, and for 7 different seeds to pop out of the water along with Bob, who looked shocked, especially at Giygas.

"Whoa... you look freaky," Bob said.

"If I were you, I'd not make fun of me right now, bastard," Giygas growled, Bob scoffing at him as I frowned.

"Well, I knew you were a negative Nancy, Giygas, but I didn't know you were also a whiny brat," I said, him glaring at me. "Besides, you and I know that you don't hate ALL humans. What about your parents? Not your original ones, but the ones that found you and nursed you to health after you were almost about to die from the Earth's atmosphere?" I asked, him frowning at me.

"If you're thinking I'm going to join you in your quest, you're sorely mistaken. I want world domination, NOT friendship, especially when it comes to you disgusting humans!" he growled at me. His mind said he was lying, but I knew not to say anything to anger him when in Bob's mind.

"You avoided the question," Raz frowned.

"Shut up!"

"Just a yes or no. Do you hate all humans? Yes, or no?"

"I'm not saying a word to you."

"Those were words."

"SHUT. UP."

"Open Down," Raz said, me then literally laughing at the super smart back sass match that Raz was winning against Giygas as Bob proceeded to plant the different seeds, which I saw that, rather than being from his own memories, they consisted of characters from Giygas's past, those being Ninten, Ness, Paula, Porky, Ana, Lucas, and the Ultimate Chimaera. And Bob looked surprised by them before then looking at us as Giygas and Raz continued to square off in their sass match.

"SHUT UP!" Bob shouted for me, the duo then stopping right away. "I feel at ease right now, and I don't need you two children ruining it! Why don't you go get me some more seeds, huh?" he asked, me looking at the two 'children' and then simply knocking the Psi Portal onto the water and hopping onto it.

"Well? I have room for two more!" I said, them grumbling and simply complying and getting onto the portal.

"This doesn't change a thing. I'm still not helping," Giygas frowned at me.

"That's perfectly fine, we'll just place you in Psychoisolation for the crimes you've already committed in your own world," I said, him looking at me in confusion.

"What's that?" Giygas asked.

"It suppresses your psychic powers and prevents you from seeing people with your mind and your eyes. It's pretty much solitary confinement for Psychics. And since you're made of pure Psychic energy, I'd assume that death would follow suit, right?" I asked, him frowning at me.

"Is that what your world says? Because it's completely false. I'm half Psychic energy and half of my species of alien, which I never learned of what it is," he frowned.

"I know what species of alien you are," I said, which made him frown. And I was actually telling the truth, since I had sensed his essence or something similar to it from a former friend at camp.

"You bluff," he frowned.

"No, I'm being serious. In fact, I met one of your kind at camp, her being 9 years old. You come from Pluto, from this world, a race of creature known as Plutonii," I smirked, him looking at me before then gasping.

"I... I know that word! Plutonii... Y-You're right! That's my species!... C-Could it be?" he asked as I simply smirked.

"The only thing I don't get is that your appearance looks vastly different to theirs... are there different races of Plutonii? Because the ones I met were bald, looked mostly like a normal human, and didn't have mouths," I said, him thinking before then clacking his fingers together.

"I remember that there were 20 different Plutonii races and that mine were the strongest of them in PSI... but why would I be sent to another planet in another universe as an infant?" he asked, me seeing that he was genuinely confused as we got to the first island.

"I don't know to be honest. Maybe it involved some kind of super-strong machine? I think that mainly because I don't know how you were warped from this reality to the reality of Earthbound as a fetus and then sent to this one again as an adult by Naraku," I frowned.

"There's only one way that could be the case, then... the Astralathe must be the cause," he said, me then thinking hard and deciding that, aside from Naraku, the machine that could alter Psyches and required Psychic energy from Psitanium to function... it was probably the only plausible explanation!

"Well, when we get finished with getting the thing set up, I'll see if it's the machine that caused it by turning it on and testing it on one of my mental projections, maybe Jenna. If it teleports her to another reality, that's the answer we have," Raz said, Jenna speaking up at that.

"You seriously think I'd want hooked up to that monstrous machine?" Jenna frowned.

"I could be the one to try it instead," said the voice of Bill Cipher as I saw him appear in the mind with us.

"You'd be willing to take one for the team?" I asked Bill with a smirk.

"Oh please, Rosie. If anyone needs to get a bit of payback for what they did in the past, it should be this polygon. I know I hurt a lot of people, so I'm willing to risk it all to see if the Astralathe is the cause for all this teleportation nonsense we've been experiencing," Bill spoke.

"Okay, you can be the one to do so, if you can get a seed from that island over there," I said as I pointed to the one to the left and showing the giant bottle that was on the island that would lead to the repressed memories of Bob's nephew, Truman.

"Easy as pie," he said as he then floated over to the bottle and went inside of it, me looking at his mind from afar, just to check it out and seeing that, on the inside, he was still a good guy. No evil thoughts whatsoever and no evil plans, no matter how deep I looked.

"What's the hold up?" Raz asked me as he got the bottle opened.

"Nothing... just making triple sure that Bill really is a good person," I frowned.

"Why would that guy be helping you anyway? I saw in his thoughts that you erased his mind with the memory gun, and he knows you were the cause, so why is he helping?" Giygas asked as I frowned and shrugged my shoulders.

"That's why I've kept looking into his mind to see what he thinks on the inside. I look numerous times as much as I can and only when his guard is down, since, when he did have his original mindset, he was a chess master and was always a parallel universe ahead of everyone he screwed over," I explained, him nodding at that.

"I see," he spoke as Jenna and Gloria then split off from my group of me, Raz, and Giygas so they could go to the final seed, the one for Helmut Fullbear and his marriage with Bob. We then moved forward in our bottle and soon found the seed at the start of the place, but it was guarded by the stupid moth.

"Okay, this should be easy, maybe?" I asked as I then simply grabbed the seed with telekinesis, which immediately made the moth shocked and try to fly towards me to grab it, but I held it tight and started to run from her.

"HEY! Be careful with that! You might explode with that thing! Give it back!" the moth shouted at me, which I just ignored as I kept running away from it and Giygas then grabbed the moth with his own PSI powers, which made it strain slightly.

"If it hasn't exploded by now, then it's clear that it's a seed, not a bomb," Giygas frowned at her.

"Shut up! Let me go! You don't know how dangerous that thing is!" the moth shouted.

"Then you clearly haven't understood what danger is. We had to deal with a monster that was 100 feet tall, and we managed to defeat it. And we have limited time or else the world will be in danger," I said, the moth speaking afterwards.

"I don't want anything bad to happen to Bob! Just leave him be, okay?" the moth said as I finally understood what it was. It was his alcoholism made flesh. How could I tell? It smelled as such, and its mind was very slurred in speech.

"Sorry, but we're cutting him off from the poison," Raz said for me as we then left the bottle and went back where we came from, managing to get to Bob's island along with the others at nearly the same time. We then proceeded to plant them in the ground and Bob looked at them in concern.

"Um... you sure this is a good thing?" he asked, me nodding.

"Booze is toxic, especially if it's drunken all the time. If we don't kick this addictive behavior at its core, then you're never going to improve," I said, him looking at me in surprise.

"I... I know I have a problem, but... I can't take all the loneliness! I don't want to lose anyone again!" he shouted as I saw that the plants started to shake rigorously and violently as I then simply gave him some clarity.

"You didn't lose Helmut," I said as I gave him the knowledge of what we'd found out about Helmut. That we found his brain, still intact, and it was currently inside of a new, younger body until we could find Helmut's old one. And when I showed him this, the plants stopped their shaking and Bob looked at me in shock.

"I-Is that... are you pulling my beard?" he asked, me shaking my head no at the statement.

"It's 100 percent true, Bob. His brain was rescued by Ford before he could be frozen in Grulovia's lake and he planned to give it a new body, but then he got his mind fractured. Otto found it at the Astralathe and, 20 years after that fight, he's now in the body of the mailman at the Motherlobe. And... we kind of need your help for a couple of things," I said, Bob then looking at the plants from Giygas and they started to speak.

"Trust her, mister. I can sense she's being truthful," said the voice of Paula, who sounded like a little girl, of course. And Bob then sighed and looked at me.

"I'll hold you to that... but I still feel a bit of the urge to drink," he said honestly.

"And that's fine. You just need to learn how to drink responsibly. Drinking once in a while is fine but relying on it for every bad thing that happens in life is not healthy, both for physical and mental health. Any psychic can tell you that the brain is impaired by booze. It makes you not who you really are... whether it be absolutely angry or acting like a complete doofus," I said as I showed him some small footage of a show called World's Dumbest from my world, where people were given sobriety tests and couldn't even stand up straight or say the alphabet.

"Okay, I got it... just promise me that you can let me see Helmut again, in his original body," he said, me nodding at that.

"All I need is two things. One, to finally defeat Maligula for good. And two, get the knowledge of where Grulovia used to be. That way, I can try to find out where his body is with my mind," I said, him nodding at me.

"Understood," he said as we then left his mind, with Giygas, and we were back at his house where we saw the others were shocked by him.

"Is that what I think it is?" Milla asked when she saw him, the alien looking at her with a frown.

"Don't say a word, I only want to go home to Pluto," he said as he then instantly flew out of the room and I could sense him teleport himself far away, me sensing him going straight to the planet... I only had to hope he'd be good and not a world ender.

"Is he going to be okay?" Milla asked for me.

"I sure hope so. He seemed to have a similar essence to Chloe and her family..." Kanna said afterwards as Bob then proceeded to have his vines recycle and throw away the numerous flasks and bottles, me smirking at him.

"Um... Mister Bob?" I asked, him looking at me with a nod.

"Yes, what is it?" he asked me.

"We wanted to know if you could assist in a little bit of uh... yard work? Involving the Astralathe?" dad asked from Lili's mouth, which Bob was surprised at when he heard the voice before Lili spoke after.

"Before you ask, it's because of a similar reason to Raz and Rose. I have some of the latter's family in my head, and we take turns for control of the body. This is my voice, the others in me are her cousin and father," Lili explained as he looked at me and then at Lili.

"Sorry, I feel a bit... confused," he said as I simply smirked.

"So is every one of us when it comes to this adventure," Norma said, me looking in her head and seeing that her mind was saying something interesting. "What in the world is going on? Why can't we just have a normal adventure?" she asked as I simply shook my head.

"This adventure is so abnormal because of Naraku, keep that in mind, Norma," I said, her yiping at that as we then left the house and went to the Astralathe, which Bob looked at and nodded.

"I see the problem here. Overgrowth of vines and a big hive of bees. I can deal with the vines, but the bees will need to be dealt with by Cassie. Her house is high on a hill nearby, surrounded by a ton of beehives," Bob said, me nodding at that... but then, as he got rid of said vines, we heard a voice.

"I've finally found you," said a voice that... I didn't recognize. I looked around, but it was Sasha that spoke.

"Ah! Agent 33! Where are you? And why are you here?" Sasha asked... and then, I saw the owner of the voice appear roughly five feet in front of me. And when I saw her, I literally fell on my ass from shock and fear.

"N-No! I-It can't be you!" I shouted in fear as I then tried to back up as the 'agent' then changed into her adult, emaciated form, just with clothes. Who was it? "A-Alma Wade..." I gulped in F.E.A.R. (her game of origin) as she then giggled before gaining an angry glare on her face as I felt a sharp pain in my head. A pain that I'd never felt before that felt like the worst hives you could ever get. Insane pain and insane itching!

"I knew it. You know everything that your grandfather has done to me," she said, me gasping at that... when she said that, I was in utter confusion instead of pain.

"What? What are you talking about? My grandfather was dead before I was even born," I said, Alma growling as she then grabbed me with telekinesis and the other agents and interns tried to stop her with their own strengths, but Alma turned herself intangible, since she was a ghost! "And aren't you from a game?" When I said that, Alma then grabbed me with her hands and growled at me.

"Save the lies for when you die," she said, me gulping as I then sent her the memories of what I'd had, that being that my grandfather was dead for 10 years before I was born, with his death being in 1990 and that I was born in 2000. And that I only knew about him from what my parents described him as, that being a scientist that used to work at Area 51 and was not allowed to say anything about what he worked with.

"I told you not to lie to me, so tell me the truth," she growled as I looked in her creepy eyes and, instead of seeing her future, I saw her past! And I saw... the most horrible sights I could've seen! I saw her from 9 years old to 26, which was the ages she was sent to experimentation, which included her getting prodded with shock sticks and spears, getting burned by fire, sprayed by a firehose, forced to give birth to three different people starting as a teenager, and then placed in a comatose state before they pulled the plug on her! And my grandfather was the one in charge of it! I was so shocked, that I ended up producing tears at how a member of my own family could be such a horrible person!

"You don't know the half of it, do you?" she asked, me gulping as she then did something different. "It's time that you see the truth of why we were sent to this world," she said as she then placed a Psycho Portal on her head... and she forced not only me, but every one of my family into her mind! I even saw my mom and Susan go into her mind, which meant that Mirtala and Frazie were also nearby! And when we were in her mind... I saw that I was in the area of F.E.A.R. that was depicted as the lab setting... only... it was from my world! I then saw that there was something that was nearby, that being a sight from Alma as she was looking to attack a worker, that being my grandfather! And when she was about to attack, he then activated a machine that I could tell hurt even her ghost form, which was some kind of interference machine that created a powerful blast of anti-psychic energy! It managed to send Alma from my world to this one! And when she arrived, she found her powers to be the same, but just as dangerous. And she had been sent into the same area as we were, right next to the Astralathe! And it was just at the same time that the Psychic 6 were finishing up the final test with it, that being Compton and Cassie using it one last time after Ford had shattered his mind.

"My dad... he did that?" mom asked with shyness as Alma then appeared right in front of us with her creepy giggle and she spoke.

"Yes, he did. And you knew it all along, according to what Naraku said," she said, me smacking my face at that.

"You're trusting the words of a demon who's plotting to resurrect himself in the form of Maligula to rule the world? We're in your mind, which is easy pickings for you to see our minds! All of our brains will say the same thing. We knew NOTHING of this!" I said, her then doing just that, inspecting every one of our brains one by one, spending a good 30 seconds of looking at our memories, her creepy smile fading shortly after sensing us one by one, before she then stopped when she reached Zeke.

"I can't believe it... I was... Naraku lied to me?" she asked, dad nodding at her.

"Yes, he did. That same demon sent Mitsy to this world for the specific reason of ruling the world using her as a vessel. And now he's hoping to resurrect himself in Maligula's form, the same Maligula that destroyed Grulovia. So please, please, PLEASE listen to us! We need your help to stop him!" dad said as Alma then looked at me with seriousness.

"Here, use this when you encounter him," Alma said as I then felt some kind of powerful knowledge enter my head. It was... knowledge of how to do something incredible. To erase all memories with just my brain! "I call that Brain Blast... in our world of origin, it could blow up people's heads. In this one? It allows you to force specific memories to be erased forever. When you encounter Maligula and Naraku, that will be the only way to destroy them," she said as I then was sent out of her mind along with the others, us appearing back at the Astralathe with everyone else, them looking at us in shock as Alma then got trapped in a telekinetic lock by Sasha and Oleander.

"You're in major trouble for this, Agent 33!" Oleander said, me then speaking up.

"It's okay, coach. It was just a case of mistaken identity, courtesy of our old nemesis Naraku," I said, him then frowning and growling before then stopping, but Sasha wasn't so easily swayed.

"She attacked you, and it's obvious she isn't who we thought of her as. We only knew of her as 33 and her child form, yet now we know she's actually another creature summoned by-" Sasha was about to say before Raz said.

"Summoned by Rosie's grandfather and the Astralathe," he said, which made Sasha shut up.

"And none of my family knew of any of that... my grandfather used to work at Area 51, a secret government facility that was for supernatural instances. And Alma... I thought she was from a game called F.E.A.R... but it seems that same game was most likely made by survivors of her wrath, caused by my grandfather... and no one in my family had a clue, since everything done at Area 51 was not to be spoken of to anyone else, not even family," I said, Alma speaking after.

"The pain I endured was beyond anything any of you have ever seen... I was just inches away from getting revenge on that horrid man who captured me, tortured me, and then killed me... and then he uses a special machine that sent me to this world through the Astralathe," Alma said, Compton then speaking shortly after.

"So... you were the one ghost girl that we saw that day? The one that was extremely creepy? And who tried to kill me and Cassie when you saw us before we detained you?" Compton asked, Alma sighing as she showed her child form again.

"Yes... and I really want to get some vengeance on Damon Dosie, or I'll never be able to move onto the afterlife," she said, me looking at her with a frown.

"I... don't know how that would work, since he's already dead... Like I said, in my world's timeline, I was born 10 years after he passed away, and it was from being burned alive in a coal mine fire," I explained, her frowning at me.

"I really wish I could believe you, but I don't know if I can," she said, me smacking my face.

"We're wasting even more time doing this. We need to go and find Cassie and get her personal demons under control," I said as a couple bees from the beehive then started to speak.

"Cassie is at the top of the hill, but the jester is controlling her and her bees. Save her, pleese," the bees said, me nodding at that.

"The jester? Who is this jester?" Gaster asked, me speaking after.

"Not the one you're aware of. His name is Dimentio and he is a chess master that excels in teleportation, mind control, and can duplicate himself into numerous clones. I know we've said this about every single person we've come across so far, but he will be tough... though, if I could survive a powerful mind attack from Alma Wade, who is the most powerful Psychic in my world, to the point she could willingly blow people up because of what they did to her, I'd say that I'm the best bet," I said, that making Lizzie speak.

"Can some of us join you this time? We can't let you have all the fun," Lizzie frowned.

"Same?" GIFfany asked as I simply sighed.

"We'll have a small race on the way to the house. The first five interns/students that reach that place besides me and Raz will join us in the mind," I said, that making GIFfany smirk widely as I then said one thing. "GIFfany, however, will need to join someone via an electronic, as I can't risk her getting into another allergic reaction from the bees," I said, her pouting at me before then going inside of Morris's chair.

"Then let's go! Sasha and I will stay here with some of the others, just in case anything else happens," Milla said, me nodding at her as we then rushed for the hill. And I did make sure to protect as many as I could with a special shield so that we wouldn't get attacked by the bees that tried to rush at us.
