Update on my stories:
I know it's been years since I have posted a new story, but I am excited to share with you that I will be posting a new Anakin and Padme story very soon. I've already written over 30 pages of new dialogue for my new story. This new story just seems to want to be told. Recently, I read my Anakin and Padme stories again. I had forgotten how much I loved writing them. I loved writing these magnificent deeply layered characters. I hope to have the first chapter up for my new story in the next few weeks. This new story will be a continuation of my Anakin and Padme AU series: Last Night of Innocence, The Day After Innocence and Honeymoon on Naboo. My new Anakin and Padme story is called Dawn of New Innocence. The story will start off from where Anakin and Padme concluded their journey in The Day After Innocence. I am very excited about the story and I hope you will all enjoy it. It will have lots of fun, flirty, funny dialogue and character development like Last Night of Innocence.
I want to thank you for reading my stories. I truly appreciate all your reviews over the years. I'd also like to thank those who chose my stories as one of their favorites to follow on this site. I have decided that Honeymoon on Naboo will be a one-shot chapter story. When I first wrote Honeymoon on Naboo, I did have the intention for the story to be more than one chapter. However, I never knew what I wanted to write next. I'm a writer that can't write a story without a strong purpose and offer something artistically that is unique from what has already been shared. I love to challenge myself.
Star Wars fans new love for the prequels:
Anakin and Padme will always be my favorite movie ship. The Star War's Prequels and its characters got so much hate in the early 2000's. It was such a disappointment that so many people did not embrace the story George was trying to tell. But over the last few years the Star Wars Prequels and the love story of Anakin Padme has finally received the love it has always deserved by so many more people. A large part of this seems to be because the new trilogy was so poorly written and directed that now people appreciate the Star Wars stories and characters they already knew. I knew when George sold his baby to Disney it was going to be horrific and sadly, I was right. I also think Star Wars fans were not ready for a powerful, passionate, complex love story to be in Star Wars. The tragic love story of Anakin and Padme was ahead of its time. Another factor I believe is fueling this new warmth for the prequels is the fact that all of us are desperately trying get through a global pandemic. We are searching for simpler times and great stories that help us escape.
The story of Anakin and Padme is a great one and people finally seem to be appreciating it. Hayden and Natalie's chemistry together was off the charts hot and sweet. Recently I saw a video that stated that Hayden and Natalie dated during the entire year they were filming Attack of Clones. I don't know if it's true, but it would not surprise me. Lastly, I'm excited at the prospect that Ewan and Hayden will be reprising their roles as Obiwan and Anakin in the upcoming Kenobi streaming series. I hope Natalie will also make an appearance in the show as well. It's been way too long since we've seen this power trio work together and play these legendary roles again. I'm crossing my fingers it will happen. To close, all of these factors have inspired me to continue to write my Anakin and Padme fan fiction AU series and I hope you will login to read my new story when the first chapter is posted.
