Back in the Pokemon World, Team RWBY are working hard to train their Pokemon as well as train themselves with them. Ruby is running on a treadmill with her Pokemon to work on their speed as well as dodging. Weiss is doing gymnastics and yoga with her Pokemon to increase their flexibility for their rematch. Blake is working on increasing their reflexes on pommel horses with her Pokemon to increase their momentum when practicing how to dodge. Yang is weight lifting with her Pokemon to increase their strength. But given how Yang is, she can lift five times more than a normal person. Yet they later switch with Ruby doing weight lifting, Blake now doing some treadmilling, Weiss being on the pommel horses and Yang giving yoga and gymnastics a shot. Yang then tries doing yoga and gymnastics.

However, Ruby is struggling to lift the same dumbells Yang was lifting but tipped over and landed on her back.

"Oof!" she went as Cuppy laughs at her misfortune.

Blake is able to dodge the incoming balls with ease, but her Stunfisk gets caught in the treadmill and started rolling with the belt in comedic fashion. Weiss is doing well on the pommel horse but her Busche seem to have trouble getting on. Yang has proven to be quite flexible, but Tai is having some difficulty due to being super buff. But after a while, they went swimming with their water-types and try to fight the currents of the pool with Ruby being carried away due to a cramp in her right leg. Then they try out the sauna, but Weiss passed out after ten minutes. After that, they took a shower, get into their pajamas and went to bed.

Weiss groans, "Too hot. So soar." as she lies on her bed. Too tired to move.

Ruby is lying on her bed with her face on the pillow. Her voice is a little muffled as she says, "Body...hurts... Can't...go on..." She is exhausted from the training.

Blake is already asleep with a snot bubble.

Yang continues to dry her hair, "What a workout. Hard to believe a facility like this exist. It's really fun."

Weiss groans, "I hope it was worth it."

Ruby just groans and not saying a thing.

"Maybe we have gotten soft since we haven't done much with our semblances and slaying Grimm." Yang theorized. "It has been a while since we've done any sort of action ourselves."

Weiss gives a thumbs-up, "Fully agree."

Ruby just falls asleep. Everyone can hear her snoring. Weiss then falls asleep as she snores as well.

Yang just giggles, "Goodnight, everyone." Then she turns off the lights.

The next day, the team decided to take a day off from training and enjoy the sights. Some of them are still feeling soar from yesterday but they continue to walk on.

"Ow." Ruby groans. "Still soar."

"Hey, relax Ruby." Yang tries to cheer her sister up. "We get to enjoy the sights before fighting the gym and heading towards the next location."

Weiss smiles, "I wouldn't mind shopping, despite my body still hurting."

Blake asks, "Where do we wanna go?"

Yang says, "Why not check the Megadex to see where should we go."

Before they go on their tour, they hear something metallic crashing on the ground. The four stop and look in an alleyway and see a trash can lid rolling out.

"What's going on there?" Ruby asks.

Blake uses her night vision to see what is in the alley. However, she can't see what knocked the trash can and cause the lid to roll.

"Not sure." she responded.

Ruby gets excited, "Could it be a new Pokemon?"

Weiss says, "Not sure we should go into alleyways."

Yang thought of an excuse, "There might be a new and cute Pokemon in there."

Weiss storms off into the alleyway, "I'm going."

Ruby catches up, "Wait for me!"

The four entered into the alleyway to see what caused the lid to roll. Once there, they made their way towards a wide space where they see what is best described as a hobo camp. However, the place is full of grunts from various villain teams. Team Rocket, Team Aqua, Team Magma, and many more with their uniforms all torn and dirty as they made their homes out of whatever they can use as construction material. Cardboard boxes, trash cans, wooden pallets, thrown away construction materials, and poorly constructed wooden houses with tarps on them. Some of them are around an oil drum with a fire to roast some corn for lunch with an assortment of mushrooms. Others are bringing in donations such as water bottles and canned goods in order to stay alive. Some of them even managed to grow edible mushrooms and a few root vegetables.

"What is...this place?" Yang asks. "It looks like a den of defeated bad guys."

Blake has her Megadex out, "I got nothing on my Megadex. But I did found something on the net. This place is, Defeat Lot. It is a place where fallen villainous teams go when they have been abandoned or unable to adapt to society after their disbandment. Even though a few cells are active, many prefer to be outside of public view in order to avoid the shame or mostly because of stubbornness since the law took what they had left."

"Yikes." Ruby went. "Now I feel kinda bad."

"Well..." Weiss is a bit conflicted.

"HEY!" one of the female Galactica grunts went and is completely annoyed, "Who are you?! This is our turf!"

Ruby quickly apologizes, "Sorry, our bad! We saw a trash can lid rolled by and thought a Pokemon knock it over!"

"Smooth." Yang says in a subtle sarcastic tone.

The grunt simmers down a little, "Sorry. We don't take kindly to trespassers. And that was me that knocked over the trash can when I was coming back from the Pokemon Center to heal up my Stunky and Glameow. In any case, welcome to Defeat Lot. A refuge for defeated villainous teams from across the world that try to make it big in this land of new beginnings, but ended up getting clobbered by the strongest trainers there are. So, some of us decided to band together to make ourselves stronger, but lost. Some still cling on since we refuse to be part of society."

Blake looks around and see the various defeated grunts. Yet in her mind's eye, she see defeated members of the White Fang and various criminal organizations of Remnant forced to live like this. She shake it off and stops imagining that situation.

Weiss asks, "So, how come you guys refuse to do something different for a change? Afraid of jail or something?"

"We would. But society has already labeled us as criminals so having a criminal background can't guarantee a proper working environment. Or a proper job for that matter."

"I see." Weiss gets it...mostly.

Yang says, "Well, I'm Yang. This is my sister, Ruby."

"Hi" Ruby says nervously.

"This is Blake."

Blake remains silent and raises her right hand in hello.

"And this is Ice Queen."

"A pleasure to me- HEY! My NAME, is Weiss. Weiss Schnee."

"I didn't ask for your names, but nice to meet you. Anyway, at least we're getting by by donations by those that took pity on us. Some of us have started growing our own food to make sure no one hear their stomachs rumbling at night. We do have enough water to sustain ourselves though some say we should make a well."

"TANIA!" a male Team Rocket grunt runs up to the woman Team RWBY was talking to. He sounds like he's in a panic.

"What's going on?!"

"Those guys are back! This time they got axes to tear down our homes!"

"Them again?!" Tania says with the sound of agitation in her voice. "Why can't they just leave us alone?"

"What's going on?" Ruby asks.

"Just some local punks that like to pick on us from time to time." Tania explains. She mumbles to herself, "Don't they have something better to do?"

From outside the alleyway, they can hear rowdy cheering as people wearing punk attire with one wearing red-rimmed sunglasses and having a red mohawk is leading them. He chuckles as he approaches with a gang of twenty people behind them with various axes such as fire axes, wood axes and two have medieval battle axes (don't ask). The former grunts get together and have their Pokeballs ready to fight against them.

"Hey! Team Losers!" the guy with the mohawk says. "Come out! We're here to make a deal!"

Tania walks past to grunts, "What is it this time, Red?"

The gang leader name Red gives a menacing smile, "Oh nothing special. We just want all your Pokemon."

The fallen grunts hold onto their Pokeballs with their lives. Out of everything precious to them, their Pokemon are the most important things in their possession. To many, losing their Pokemon is like losing a piece of themselves. Same that could be said about any trainer or regular people.

"Why would we do that?" Tania is angry.

"Heh." he acts all high and mighty, "Come on now. You all are suppose to be the bad guys and we're the good guys. So, we good guys are suppose to take away anything the bad guys have. It is only logical. Plus, how is it any different than stealing other people's Pokemon that you have done in the past?"

He is not wrong though. However, to Team RWBY, Red and his gang are the bad guys here.

"So cough them up. Unless you want to lose these shabby homes you built. They are a perfect fit for trash like you." He grins from ear to ear.

His gang chuckle as they are about ready to tear down the shelters.

"After you give us your Pokemon, we'll have them chase you guys out of our city."

Tania is even more upset. She says, "We will not. You may take down the only homes we got, but we will not let you have our Pokemon. And honestly, do you really think that chasing us out of here would make you a hero? In truth, you are no better than we were before we lost our way and ended-up here. And you cannot just kick us out because-"

One of them went ahead with the battle axe and destroyed a shelter with tarp on it.

"You done talking now?" Red grins with his henchmen chuckling. "Now, just give us your Pokemon and get out of the-"

Yang has had enough and punches Red right in the face that sent him flying right through the building on the other side of the street. The gang see the big hole that was made and look back at Yang, who is lost her temper.

"Why you!" one of the gang members try to attack her with the fire axe, but Yang managed to punch it to pieces. "Huh?!" he looks at the broken remains of his axe before getting deck in the face and ended up in the same hole.

"That's enough!" Yang says with her eyes all red. "You guys aren't heroes! You guys are a just of punks who think they can bully those that have been beaten to the ground-"

"Rude!" Tania is offended.

"-and tried their best to find a new life? Guess again!"

"YEAH!" the rest of Team RWBY agrees.

"You guys think you just come in here, take down everything that these guys built because it make you more of a hero? No! No, it doesn't! As a matter of fact, you guys are the bad guys in this scenario!"

Weiss steps up, "Not to mention that your outfits are horrible!"

Ruby places her hand on Weiss' shoulder, "Not the point we're trying to make."

Blake says to the gang, "And taking other's Pokemon doesn't make you a better person. These people have learned that lesson and look at where they are now."

One of the former grunts whispers, "Is she praising us or insulting us?"

The other just shrug and hums, "I don't know."

Blake continues, "Do you want to end up like them when some trainer come along and take you guys down?"

Tania, "We do appreciate that you're defending us, but do you really need to rip open some old wounds?"

And one grunt with Team Rocket clothes yells, "And you're leader that has the same name as the trainer that beat us and our boss gives him a bad name! You should be ashamed of that!"

The former members of Team Rocket agree.

The opposing gang then pull out their Pokeballs and decide to settle this. Red staggers with his face all bruised up, sunglasses completely ruined and head covered in bumps.

"Why are you defending these scum?" Red asks. "They're the bad guys. Well, were, but still! They don't deserve any pity after all the terrible things their organizations did. They deserve to be treated like the trash they are!"

Ruby says, "And you're no different? You're exactly the same!"

Police sirens are heard outside the Lot as police officers came in.

"Ah, Officer Jenny." Red says. "Help us kick this trash out of our city!"

But Officer Jenny handcuffs Red.

"What?!" Red is confused.

"Johnathan 'Red' Simon." Officer Jenny says, "You are under arrest for disturbing the peace, stealing Pokemon, and carrying illegal weapons.

Yang says, "And one of their guys committed attempted murder!"

"You have the right to remain silent." She takes him to the car, "Anything you say will be used against you."

"But they're the bad guys!" Red keeps saying. "You should be arresting them! They're the ones who caused many problems across the world! Team Rocket, Team Flare, Team Plasma and all of them are the real bad guys! And those girls are defending them!"

Officer Jenny shoves him in, "The only bad guys I see here are you, and your gang." and slams the door on him. She turned to the former grunts and ask. "Are you all alright?"

"We did lost one shelter, but we can rebuild." Tania says. "These four girls defended us."

Officer Jenny look at Team RWBY and says, "Thanks for defending these people. Wish there are more people like you around to help others. True, they were part of criminal organizations, but they've already paid their dues."

"You're welcome." Ruby says.

"And we may need a witness for the trial since you said one of the gang members attempted murder tomorrow."

As the police leaves, all the grunts started packing up everything they have.

"What are you guys doing?" Blake asks.

"We're packing up to get somewhere safer." Tania says. "Best to find a new place where others like Red can't find us. There are more like him and his gang out there. In order to survive, we have to move."
