Chapter 9

After the mini-vacations, the group of five travelers rendezvoused at Mauville City, the central hub of the Hoenn region. Refreshed after their time away from long days of traveling Ash, May, Brock, Max and Brendan were eager to see the foremost member of the squad take on the fifth gym leader Norman, in Petalburg. The five decided to meet in front of the Pokemon Center in order to grab a hearty meal before setting off to their next destination. To Ash and Brendan's surprise, the other three had beaten them there and appeared to have been waiting for quite some time. The two lovers walked up to the group rubbing the back of their heads and sweating in embarrassment. After seeing the two starting to arrive May stood, hands on her hips, in disappointment.

"You two! Always lazing about!" exclaimed May, "we've been waiting here for two hours with no reception waiting for you two! What do you guys have to say to that"

"I don't really know what to say to that," mumbled Ash awkwardly. May scoffed at that response.

"We are sorry May," Brendan apologized, rubbing the back of his head and letting out a sigh.

"Glad to see there is still some courtesy in this world," murmured May, crossing her arms and closing her eyes.

"May, I think you're overreacting just a little bit," interjected Brock.

"What do you mean!" replied May, flailing her arms up in protest, "don't make me get out Combusken to teach you a lesson!"

"No I-uh-I-there's no need for that!" Brock replied.

"Let's just get some food and get outta here," said Max panicked at the sight of his angry sister. The group of five shuffled into the Pokemon Center and made their way to the cafeteria. They all ordered their meals and then proceeded to sit down to a meal. May munched on her meal, now finally happy to have food in her belly. Brock and Max also did the same, taking hearty bites out of their rice balls. Ash and Brendan shared a meal together, fighting for bits of food against each other and chuckling and smiling at each other. Under the table the two lovers held hands. Max taking notice of the playful behavior between the two blurted out:

"What's with you two? What's with all the giggles?" Ash's eyes opened wide and he took his hand away from Brendan's. His newly found closer intimacy with Brendan made him forget for one second about the uncertain nervousness he held around his still closeted sexuality until Max shocked him with those words.

"Did you guys have... fun during your getaway?" asked May with a chuckle.

"Wha-what does that mean?" asked Ash with frustration in his voice and his cheeks beginning to blush.

"Oh, don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about, Ash," May said with a wry smile.

"No, I don't know what your talking about," Ash retorted.

"Oh I mean-"

"Hey cut it out, May," interrupted Brendan seeing that Ash was clearly upset, "don't agitate."

"I agree with Brendan," Brock concurred.

"I was just kidding, sorry, Ash," apologized May. Ash accepted the apology and eased up. Brendan tried to hold hands with Ash again to comfort him but the raven haired boy did not return the gesture. Despite Ash being able to be comfortable with his sexuality just a moment ago, he could no longer thanks to May and Max's comments. He reverted back to his ashamed state. May, now realizing how upset this made Ash, tried to make some light conversation.

"So Ash, are you excited for your gym battle against my dad?" asked May with radiant smile.

"Haha, yeah I guess," replied Ash.

"I'll tell him not to take it easy on you, I know you're always looking for a strong challenge to overcome," May stated cheerfully.

"Oh yeah, Dad doesn't take it easy on anyone," Max added in, "it's gonna be hard for sure."

"I know Norman's Slaking can doze off a lot but they're always hard to face off against," Brock chimed in, "isn't that right, Brendan? You've faced off against May and Max's dad before."

"Norman definitely shouldn't be underestimated, you've got quite a battle coming up against you, Ashy," confirmed Brendan, "me, Marshtomp and Larion had a hell of a time going up against him." Hearing Brendan call Ash by his pet name calmed him down.

"Alright! I'm excited for this battle now, I can hardly wait!" proclaimed Ash with his fist raised in the air.

"Oh Brendan, you're dad will be there at the battle too right? I'm sure he will want to see you and how we are all coming along on our journey," said May.

"Wha-wait your dad!" Ash proclaimed, "he knows us already?"

"Yeah, Professor Birch," stated Max, "you didn't know he was Brendan's dad?"

"No! Professor Birch never said anything about that! He never mentioned anything about you to me!" Ash responded with genuine confusion in his voice.

"Haha, well now you know," chuckled Brendan rubbing the back of his head, "yeah I'll tell him to be there. Petalburg isn't too far from Littleroot, plus he's got a vacation house there off the coast right next to Mr. Briney, and I'm sure he will want to see everyone again. Especially you, Ash. I think he'll enjoy talking to you again." Brendan finished his sentence by giving Ash a soft, gentle but mischievous smile that made the raven haired boy's heart melt. The words at the end and Brendan's smile did pique Ash's interest, as if Brendan was planning something. The group of five quickly finished their meal, made sure every Pokemon in the party was fully healed, and then began to make their way to Petalburg City.

The journey to Petalburg City was eventually completed by the travelers after some days and upon entry in the city, the five made their way to the Gym so that Ash would have his show down with Norman, a strong specialist of normal type Pokemon. Both Professor Birch and Norman were standing outside the gym to greet them.

"Hi Dad!" exclaimed May and Max happily waving their right hands in the air towards Norman.

"Hey Dad!" Brendan shouted, also with great enthusiasm directed at Birch. The group of three children ran towards their respective parents to greet them with a warm hug.

"Well what a special meeting this is," commented Professor Birch.

"Of course it is Dad," replied Brendan, "Ash is here to take on Norman, you remember Ash, right?"

"Of course I remember Ash!" Birch proclaimed with a hearty laugh, rubbing his large gut, "I don't give just everyone a PokeDex. Welcome Ash, good to see ya!"

"Haha, nice to see you too Professor Birch," replied Ash with a large grin.

"How is that PokeDex coming along anyway? Seen any really rare Pokemon lately?" interrogated Birch.

"Oh yeah it's getting along great," stated Ash, "me, May and Brendan have been running into some really great Pokemon."

"That's fantastic to hear!" Birch exclaimed with cheerful attitude, "I'm glad to see that Norman's kids and my own have been here to accompany you on your journey through Hoenn. Isn't that great Norman?"

"It is great," Norman replied, "Max and May have described you as a brilliant trainer in all of the notes that they have sent home. I expect our battle to be intense. Please don't let me down, Ash."

"I don't plan on it!" exclaimed Ash powerfully planting his feet into the ground.

"Excellent, Slackoth, Vigoroth, Slaking, and me will be waiting for you inside, you may enter the gym when you are ready," Norman declared with a fierce look in his eyes. Norman then entered the gym, with May and Max following in after him.

"Well looks like the battle will start soon, would you like to join me inside Brock?" asked Birch. Brock agreed and the two headed inside the Pokemon gym leaving just Brendan and Ash outside. The two boys began to talk to each other.

"How are you feeling before the fight, Ashy?" asked Brendan with a sincere look in his eyes.

"Well, now that I've seen Norman and how intense he is... I'm kind of nervous now," Ash answered truthfully, "but to be honest if I have you here to cheer me on I think I'll be able take him down and get that badge!"

"Hell yeah! That's the spirit! You and your Pokemon got this!"

"Thank you, Brendan. You're always here to make me feel calmer before any major battle, and I don't know what I would do without you."

"I will always be here for you, Ash. I love you, didn't you know that?"

Ash paused. His cheeks turned a deep crimson red. Hearing those words escape Brendan's gentle lips always sent warm blood rushing throughout his whole body. The calming softness of his voice and his encouraging demeanor always relaxed Ash and made him feel special—made him feel wanted and loved. Deep down Ash knew what he said was absolutely true, that he didn't know what he would do without Brendan in his life right now. Brendan patched a hole in Ash's heart that had been growing larger for a long time.

"Of course I know that," Ash responded, "I love you too." The two leaned in for a short but sweet kiss that charged Ash with energy.

"Oh Ash," started Brendan, leaning back after the kiss, "when you win the battle I have something special planned later tonight."

"Brendan, everything you do for me is special. You should let me do something special for you—you deserve it more than I do."

Maybe another day, Ashy, but I've been planning this for a couple days. I want to show you how much I love you, because not only do you make me feel amazing when I'm around you, you also teach me so much, so please enjoy it tonight." Ash gave an affirming nod and the two entered the gym together, both to experience Ash's upcoming fight, one as a participant and the other as a spectator. As the two entered the door a flurry of Taillow and Swellow abruptly flew off into the sky, setting the tone for the duel.

The battle between Ash and Norman ended in a challenging victory for the raven haired boy. It was an incredible battle, with both trainers displaying fierce determination and battling knowledge. Ash, relying heavily on Grovyle, Swellow, and Corphish, was able to narrowly defeat Norman. By the end of the battle both trainers were on their last Pokemon, neither wanting to give in to the other; Grovyle was able to land the finishing leaf blade on Norman's Slaking, granting Ash the fifth badge in Hoenn, making him one step closer to his main goal being the Ever Grande League. Brock, Brendan, and Birch were the first to congratulate Ash on his victory, and May and Max, while initially disappointed by their father's defeat, did commend Ash on a well earned victory.

"You've done well earning that badge, Ash," Norman commended, shaking Ash's hand.

"Thank you for an incredible battle," replied Ash, happy to have won his fifth badge.

"You and your Pokemon make a fearsome team. It was a pleasure to battle you," Norman stated.

"I agree," interjected Professor Birch, "you clearly have been training your Pokemon well during your time here in Hoenn."

"He sure has," added Brendan, placing his arm around Ash's neck in a gesture of closeness.

"Haha, it's all thanks to Brendan," Ash stated rubbing the back of his head, "and Max, May and Brock—they've all helped me so much during my time here."

"Well, should we all celebrate?" asked Brock, "I've been wanting to cook a special meal for some time now."

"That sounds like a great idea," said Brendan, "however I think me, Ash, and my dad are gonna celebrate by ourselves at his vacation house. I'm sure that my dad would appreciate looking over Ash's PokeDex." Professor Birch nodded his head agreement.

"The rest of you guys should hangout at Norman's." Brendan's idea was initially met by some disappointment from Brock and May, who always felt excluded from Brendan's ideas, however they eventually came around to his suggestions.

"Well, once you two put your mind to something, it's hard to convince you otherwise," stated May, with her arms on her hips, "so I guess we will see you guys later." The party of travelers split off from each other and went their separate ways. Brock, Max, and May heading towards Norman's house, and Brendan and Ash heading towards Professor Birch's vacation home on Route 104, by the western coast of Hoenn. Ash headed there feeling a great exhilarating rush from his victory, complimented by a genuine curiosity about what Brendan had in store for him at the house. The raven haired boy couldn't comprehend how much and how often Brendan showed his love towards him; it made Ash feel so comforted and confident; it made him feel as if Brendan completed him in so many ways. Ash, Brendan, and Birch all arrived at the vacation house right as the sun began to set, casting a gentle golden orange glow over the soft rolling waves splashing upon the shoreline. Wingull cawed and flew over the sky, capping off the eventful day with a picturesque view of nature that was uniquely Hoenn. The vacation house itself was small and humble and colored a pastel blue; it merely contained five rooms, a patio to enjoy the sunsets and a spacious backyard, clearly intended to act as play area for one's Pokemon. The three entered the house and made their way to the kitchen.

"Well how about I cook dinner for you two," stated Birch, "I'll try to make something delicious. You two can relax in the den." The two left Birch in the kitchen and made their way to the den where both of them sat on a large and comfortable sofa, which was designed to look like a Snorlax.

"How are you feeling after your victory, Ashy?" asked Brendan with a warm smile and a glimmer in his eyes.

"I'm feeling great," Ash joyfully replied with a wide smile to match Brendan's, "I always feel great when I have you there to cheer me on." Brendan blushed, causing his cheeks to become a rosy red.

"But Brendan, what is this surprise that you have waiting for me?" questioned Ash with deep interest in his voice.

"You'll see," Brendan stated, "I hope you'll enjoy it." Brendan ended his sentence with a reaffirming smile, causing Ash to trust Brendan. Brendan leaned to give Ash a soft kiss on his warm cheek, and laid his arm around Ash's neck; Ash tilted his head on to Brendan's chest, causing a greater intimacy between the two. The two lovers relaxed on the couch, watching TV and waiting for Birch to finish cooking the meal. The scent of a mouthwatering and delicious meal began to waft around the house after some time, reeling in Brendan and Ash to the source of the scent, the kitchen, where they found Professor Birch happily standing over the stove, stirring numerous savory ingredients in a large pot.

"Oh, that smells delicious!" declared Ash as he inhaled more of the scent.

"Haha!" loudly laughed Professor Birch, "I hope the two of you enjoy it—it is spicy leek curry, made with the spiciest cheri berries."

"That sounds great!" exclaimed Brendan with a sparkle in his eye and jubilation in his voice. Professor Birch removed the curry from the heat and then proceeded to fill three large bowls with healthy helpings of the spicy curry. The bowls were placed on to the table and soon all three were greatly enjoying spoonful after spoonful of the spicy curry. The blend of strong spices, the creaminess of the sauce, and the soft texture of the perfectly cooked leek created a fulfilling mouthful with every scoop. Before long, the meal was devoured and all three sat at the table, content and with full bellies.

"That was so delicious, Dad," remarked Brendan, with the flavor of the curry still lingering on his tongue.

"It was amazing, Professor Birch," Ash agreed with glimmering eyes, "it was the most delicious thing I've every had—but don't tell Brock I said that—he still thinks that the savory ramen he made for me back in Johto is my favorite dish."

"Don't worry, Ash, it'll be a secret just between us three," retorted Birch with a soft chuckle, "so how is your journey through Hoenn going so far? Has my son been proving himself as a valuable traveling partner?"

"It's been going great," Ash started, "and yeah everyone in the group has been a great person to have on my journey, especially Brendan, he's been amazing to be around." Hearing Ash's words made Brendan begin to blush slightly, adding a tint of rose to his cheeks.

"Wonderful to hear!" remarked Birch, "and Brendan, tell me what you think of Ash and his Pokemon?" Brendan's eyes shifted to give Ash a playful glance before replying to his dad's question.

"Ash is amazing. He's a fantastic trainer and the way he cares deeply about his Pokemon has taught me so much. It's been great to learn more about him and to travel with him. I'm so glad that I've got to meet him and I'm looking forward to traveling around the rest of Hoenn with him, and who knows, maybe we will travel together to even more parts of the world."

"Wow, it seems that you two have developed quite the friendship," stated Birch with a hearty grin creeping across his face. Hearing Brendan say those words about him made Ash feel warm and euphoric all across his body—as if every part of him was in perfect sync. His heart began to flutter and his stomach tingled with a strange but pleasurable discomfort; the way he felt was only matched by how he felt when together with Gary at the peak of their relationship.

"Dad," began Brendan with sincerity in his voice, "there's something else I want to tell you about Ash—about me and Ash." Birch shifted his head and gave his full attention to Brendan.

"A-Ash and I are dating," Brendan stated bluntly, but with only the slightest hesitation in his voice, "we are in love with each other. We've been a couple for some time now." This sudden statement stunned Ash for a moment; Birch took a few seconds to process the words that came out of Brendan's mouth. Brendan didn't know how his father would receive this revelation, considering his abrupt nature in delivering the declaration. Professor Birch eventually responded:

"Brendan, that is wonderful to hear. I am happy for both of you." the Pokemon professor let off a gentle smile after stating his feelings. The warm reception from Professor Birch gave Ash relief as he was uncertain how he would react.

"I know that this is sudden," Brendan said with a calm, soothing demeanor, "and I've been meaning to tell you, but I thought that telling you about me and Ash would be better in person."

"Brendan..." began a somber Professor Birch, "I'm glad that you and Ash have found each other. Both of you seem like a wonderful fit in each other's lives. My only wish is that you told me about you two sooner."

"I'm sorry, Dad, I would've told you sooner but I think that introducing you to me and Ash being together just would have been better in person," stated Brendan, rubbing the back of his head in slight embarrassment.

"I really do mean what I say, Brendan, and Ash," Birch said, "I'm happy for the both of you." Ash, still a little shocked from what Brendan had to say, was able to take in the words from Professor Birch.

"Thanks, Dad, it means a lot to hear you say that," said a confident Brendan. Birch reached over the table to hug both of the boys, giving them a warm and caring embrace.

"It means a lot to me to hear you say that as well," declared a still shocked Ash, "more than you could know." Hearing a parent be so supportive about a gay relationship made Ash feel a way he had never felt before. His stomach fell to the floor, but in strangely comforting way that made him both uneasy and reassured at the same time; for Ash this was an entirely new experience that he did not know how to comprehend, and it almost made him want to shed a tear, a tear of happiness and sorrow. Happiness for the way that Brendan's dad was able to react in such a positive way, and sorrow for the deeply hidden fear that Ash held; the deeply hidden fear of Ash's mother rejecting him for his sexuality—rejecting him for who he was. It was a fear that Ash had for all of his life, and one that he thought he may not be able to get over, but in this moment he felt a brief respite, as if he would finally be able to get over that fear slowly with the help of those around him. Ash did eventually end up shedding a single tear, which he promptly wiped away to hide it from Brendan and Professor Birch.

"I am sorry to leave on such short notice, you two," began Professor Birch, leaning away from the embrace that he gave to the boys, "but there is so much work that I have to do at the lab that I have to return home and I need to catch the last bus back. Ash, would you mind if I quickly downloaded the data that you have collected from your PokeDex? I am sure it will help me in me study of Pokemon habitation."

"Of course, Professor Birch," retorted Ash, handing the Pokemon professor his PokeDex out of his back pocket. Birch quickly fitted a sort of thumb drive device to the PokeDex and downloaded all of the information contained on it. After only a few shot moments Birch handed Ash back his PokeDex and began to make his way towards the door. Ash and Brendan followed after him.

"I'm glad that we were all able to share this dinner together," Birch said with a joyful grin on his face, "It's been great to see both of you."

"I'm glad I got to see you, Dad," declared Brendan happily.

"Me as well, Professor," Ash chimed in, also with a happy demeanor.

"Brendan you are welcome to sleep in the bedroom, and Ash, the sofa is ruinously comfortable, so I am sure you will be able to have a great night's sleep on it, just make sure the house is in the same condition as you found it," Professor Birch stated, not knowing the two boy's intention to disregard what he had just said.

"Sounds great, Dad," Brendan replied with a mischievous grin. Birch leaned closer to give the two a final hug before departing. He embraced Ash and Brendan, and then made his way out the front door after giving both of them his final good bye for the evening, waving as he exited the house, leaving only Ash and Brendan to themselves. As the Pokemon professor closed the door, the two boys made their way back to the den to collect their items before spending the rest of the night in the bedroom. As the two were picking up their backpacks, Brendan turned to Ash, giving the raven haired boy a handsome smile.

"That was what I had planned for the night," stated Brendan, his deep blue eyes glimmering.

"The dinner with you dad?" replied Ash.

"Yes, that was part of it," Brendan said, "another part was me telling him about you and I, Ashy. That was the big gesture I had planned for tonight—I hope you enjoyed it..." Brendan ended his sentence with an uncharacteristic sense of uncertainty.

"Of course I did!" Ash declared without hesitation, "it was incredible! I can't believe that you did that for me. I'm sure that it must have been somewhat hard for you to do that." Both of the boys picked up their backpacks and began to make their way to the bedroom, with Brendan stopping for only a moment to grab a few items from the kitchen and Ash waiting for him.

"It was a little difficult," stated Brendan, "I came out to my dad a year ago, but I've never brought a boyfriend home with me and shown him off to my dad, so yeah it was a little difficult." The two continued to proceed to the bedroom.

"But this was something I've been wanting to do for a while, and I'm glad that I did it," continued Brendan.

"So does that mean I'm the first—that I'm special," Ash replied with a cocky grin. Brendan stopped in his tracks and turned his head to look Ash in his darkly colored eyes.

"Of course it means that you're special. Ashy, I love you, and I want the whole world to know that. I understand that you are a little hesitant to put all of it out in the open, and I understand that to a degree—being different from everyone else isn't easy, but the love that we have for each other is not something to be ashamed of, and I hope you understand that." Ash paused for a moment before responding.

"I do understand that, Brendan, it's just going to take me a little time before I'm ready for that."

"I understand, and I'll be there for you every step of the way, so long as you are willing to show commitment towards that goal."

Ash hesitated before responding to what Brendan had to say. Whereas Gary had simply given Ash a harsh ultimatum, Brendan was willing to help Ash work towards his goal. The empathy and sincerity that Ash felt from Brendan was enough to make him tear up.

"Th—thank you... thank you Brendan," said Ash, choking on his words as a few tears began to flow down his soft cheeks, "it means so much to me to hear you say that. The two boys stopped in front of the door to the bedroom.

"You promise me that you will try make progress in accepting who you are?"

"I do, Brendan—I promise. I love you."

Brendan leaned closely towards Ash to give him an embrace on the lips. Ash accepted him and both of the boys kissed, exchanging a dance of tongues with one another, and lingering upon each other's lips so that the intimate connection between the two would never end. Brendan's right hand gently caressed Ash's cheek as Ash wrapped his arms around his counterpart's back as if to pull him closer to enjoy every moment of their embrace. Brendan leaned away from the kiss and opened the door to the bedroom and gestured Ash into the room. Both boys walked into the room, Ash making his way toward the bed and Brendan walking to the window and opening it. Only a faint sliver of the orange sky was left on the horizon as the sun faded away and the newly born moon and shining stars began to take over the now purple colored evening sky. The faint breeze rustling the leaves of the trees and the soft cooing of a flock of Wingull were the sounds that enriched the atmosphere of this evening scene.

Ash laid down on the bed and Brendan began to light numerous candles which he grabbed earlier from the kitchen, placing them in various places around the room, illuminating the bedroom with soft and pleasant lighting. The blue eyed boy then turned to Ash was sitting at the edge of the bed; Brendan removed Ash's hat from his head and tossed it to the ground with confidence. He then proceeded to place his right hand on Ash's shoulder and his left hand on Ash's chest, and guided the boy to lay down on the bed. Ash bit his lip as he looked into Brendan's beautiful eyes which were glistening from the soft light radiating from the candles in the room. Brendan leaned over above Ash to place a few gentle kisses on Ash's neck, slowly moving downward to Ash's chest. Warm blood began to rush around Ash's body, focusing on his cheeks and forehead. His heart began to beat faster. With help from Brendan, Ash removed his shirt revealing his tanned stomach which received a faint orange hue from the candles' light. Brendan began to rub on Ash's member, causing it to become erect and uncomfortable in his tight pants. Brendan unzipped the boy's pants and dragged them off of Ash's body, now leaving his erect member only in his underwear.

"You're spoiling me, Brendan," moaned Ash, gazing into Brendan's cerulean colored eyes with pure adoration.

"I'm spoiled every day I get to spend with you," replied Brendan, having a tone of attractive swagger and confidence in his voice. Brendan removed Ash's underwear, tossing it on to the floor, allowing Ash's member to erect itself upright. Brendan swiftly took off his beanie and shirt, throwing them across the room; he then knelt down and leaned closer to kiss Ash's navel, making his way leisurely down toward Ash's now throbbing penis. As he made his way closer, his mouth began to water. He hovered his mouth above Ash's member; using his abundance of saliva, he spat on Ash's penis before gliding his mouth on to the head and upper half of the shaft. A warm Hoenn breeze blew into the room, bringing with it the scent of the ocean.

"F-fuck," moaned Ash as Brendan slid his mouth further down and using his tongue to massage Ash's head. Motivated by his partner's pleasure, Brendan used the entirety of his mouth to fully envelope Ash's dick, the head reaching into Brendan's throat. The cerulean eyed boy bobbed his head up and down on Ash's member, sending shock waves of euphoria all throughout Ash, making his toes curl from powerful sensations. Brendan's soft tongue rubbing against the sensitive head of Ash's member began to be too much for the raven haired boy to handle; sweat beads formed on his forehead and his breathing became heavy and breath increasingly hot.

"His eyes are so beautiful," Ash thought to himself, glancing into his lover's eyes, "everything about him is beautiful—he's so perfect... I don't deserve him."

"Ergh," Ash moaned loudly, closing his eyes and tossing his head back in pleasure. Brendan withdrew his mouth and began to use his hand, gliding it up and down Ash's wet shaft.

"You can't be close to cumming, Ashy," retorted Brendan with a seductive smirk, "I have so much more I want to do with you tonight."

"Ugh, I can't help it," groaned Ash. His penis violently pulsated in Brendan's hand and his balls quivered as he fought off a powerful orgasm. He let out a loud sigh and gazed back at Brendan. Brendan gave Ash's dick a kiss before standing up and quickly stripping off his shorts and underwear revealing his already erect seven inch member. The cerulean eyed boy put aside the clothes and pushed Ash further on to the bed so that he was laying completely on his back and spread his legs apart, further displaying Ash's tight pink hole. Brendan spat on his penis and stroked it, rubbing in his saliva and pulling back his foreskin. Ash's heart began to swell and his mouth to water once he saw how hard Brendan was; he began to desire him so much.

"Fuck me, Brendan," Ash moaned lustfully while captivated by Brendan's radiant eye color, "stick it in me." Brendan obliged his lover and slid his penis into Ash's tight hole, slowly moving it in inch by inch. Brendan groaned as he forced himself into Ash who also whimpered in pure pleasure. Brendan began to thrust, moving his hips back and forth, his dick sliding in an out of Ash, grunting each time he entered Ash again. The raven haired boy wrapped his legs around Brendan's back, keeping him closer. As Brendan increased his pace his breathing began to become heavier to match that of Ash. Both boys were exhaling hot and heavy air onto each other, escalating the intimacy between the two lovers. Brendan and Ash both looked lovingly into their eyes.

"Ah, fuck, this is too good," Ash whimpered passionately as he felt Brendan hit his sensitive prostate. Ash wrapped his hand around his still moist penis, stroking it while moaning in pleasure.

"You are so beautiful, Ashy," Brendan responded, "ergh, f-fuck you feel so good." With each thrust Brendan tried to use the momentum to propel himself further into Ash. His large and heavy balls began to slap against his lover's ass cheeks, creating loud sounds each time both body parts made contact. Brendan grabbed both of Ash's wrists, and planted both of the boy's arms firmly on to the bed causing him to lean closer down to Ash.

"Mmm... I feel so good," Ash groaned with lust. He shifted his head back and closed his eyes. Brendan removed his hands way from Ash's wrists and placed his left hand on Ash's chest to feel his heartbeat, and then placed his right hand behind Ash's head. He pulled Ash's head closer to his own so that their soft lips would meet in a kiss. The tongues of the two boys met and passionately danced with each other, both lovers moaning as they connected with each other. Brendan removed his dick out of Ash, allowing the raven haired boy to switch positions. He got off his back and shifted on to his knees and elbows, raising his ass up higher. Ash looked back and gave a seductive wink to Brendan who returned it with a warm smile.

Brendan raised his right foot and placed it on the bed; he then firmly grasped Ash's hips to pull the boy closer to him. The cerulean eyed boy grabbed his member and guided it into Ash. After inserting it, Brendan began to thrust inside Ash again, moving his hips back and forth in a fluid motion and slowly but surely building momentum. Ash moaned gleefully each time time his lover entered him again, the echoes of his moans making their way outside and waking the group of sleeping Pokemon right outside the opened window. Sweat began to drop further down Brendan's body, streaking all the way down his shirtless torso giving it a glistening glaze in soft candlelight. Brendan moved inside Ash further with each thrust that he gave, the head of his member making contact with Ash's most sensitive body part, sending immense sensations of pleasure throughout Ash's body. Ash's arms and legs began to shake from the incredible euphoria he felt. Ash took his left hand and once again stroked his dick with it.

"Ah, f-f-fuck, Brendan," Ash groaned uncontrollably, "this feels too g-good!" Sweat dripped off of Ash and fell onto the bed. Brendan leaned over to Ash and wrapped his left arm around Ash's body; he kissed Ash's neck, planting numerous loving kisses up and down his lover's neck. Ash stroked his penis faster and faster. Brendan's increased paced and the tightness of Ash cause him to come closer to his climax; the combination of Brendan striking Ash's g-spot inside him and Ash's hand gliding over his member caused the raven haired boy to near his climax once again. He let out many uncontrollable moans, trying to hold back his orgasm so that he could get as many more euphoric seconds as he could. Eventually it was all too much for Ash to handle.

"A-aa-ahhh, I'm cumming, Brendan," Ash moaned passionately with his eyes turning back in his head and his toes curling. He shot out several hot, white strings of semen with much of it landing over the bed, painting the bed sheets a creamy white. Brendan continued to thrust for a few more moments while letting out heavy moans of pleasure; it soon became too much for the cerulean eyed boy to handle as well and he climaxed.

"Ergh, I-I'm cumming, Ashy," Brendan groaned lovingly as he exited his lover. Ash turned around and knelt down on the ground, placing before Brendan's pulsating member and shaking balls. Brendan could not hold himself anymore and he released shot after shot of his own hot semen; most of Brendan's cum landed on Ash's face and upper chest, leaving the raven haired boy with drips of white falling off his face. Exhausted from the exertion, Brendan collapsed, falling into Ash's arms, making both of the boys cuddling together on the floor. After all of this the two lovers looked intensely into each other's eyes, Brendan's light cerulean blue and Ash's dark brown;both boys felt in perfect harmony with each other.

"I-I love you, Brendan," Ash declared, entranced by the shimmer in Brendan's eyes. Ash's heart fluttered every time he said these words

"I love you too," replied Brendan with stunning sincerity in his voice.

"I'm so glad I found you," began Ash, "you make me feel so happy—more happy than you could know. I felt lonely before you, but now I feel complete with you. You make me feel a way I haven't felt in a long time."

Brendan took a few seconds before responding.

"I feel the same way," started Brendan extending his hand to place it onto Ash's shoulder and giving his lover an intense but loving gaze, "I'm glad that we have each other in our lives. I feel so close to you and all I want to be with you. I love you for so many things, Ashy—your motivation and ambition, the way you treat your Pokemon, and just how you make me feel when I'm with you. I'm glad that ran into you at May's contest that one day because you've changed my life forever, and I have to thank you for that." Ash tilted his head down and closed his eyes; he felt so comfortable with Brendan that he felt able to share the vulnerable side of him that he did not like share with other people.

"I didn't think anyone would help me feel loved again," Ash said with a glimmer of weakness in his eyes, "that anyone would help me be able to get over that boy I loved in Kanto. After he left me I didn't know what to do with my life... I've been going on my journeys just to get away from him—I felt a sort of depression, but with you with me now I don't feel like that anymore—that I can enjoy the time I spend traveling around the world, and it's all thanks to you, Brendan. I really do love you."

"I'm glad I've been able to help you move on from a painful past and to grow as a person, because you've done the same for me, Ash," Brendan replied, looking intently into Ash's eyes, "I feel thankful to be in your life and that you are in mine." Brendan leaned in to give Ash a kiss, but Ash moved his head backwards.

"What's wrong?" questioned Brendan with a shocked expression and a concerned resonance from Ash's actions.

"I don't want you to kiss me with all of this on my face," retorted Ash with a sense of playfulness in his voice. Brendan gave a soft chuckle.

"That doesn't matter to me," he laughed as he leaned in closer to Ash again, this time his lips landing on Ash's and his left hand being used to caress the side of the boy's head. The two boys connected in a passionate kiss that lasted for moments. Once they broke their connection they both stood up from the floor. Brendan went and looked for a towel so that Ash could clean his face.

"We should clean this up," mentioned Ash looking at the mess that their love created all over the bed.

"Tomorrow," declared Brendan with seduction in his voice as he handed Ash the towel, "let me take off the sheets so that you can lay here with me all night." After finishing his sentence Brendan gave Ash a wink that made the tanned boy's heart melt. Brendan took off the bed sheets and found another blanket that the couple could lay with. Once Ash had cleaned himself, he crawled on to the soft and downy bed that softly sank in underneath the weight of the two boys, creating a heavenly nest to sleep in; he made his way into Brendan's warm and embracing arms, surrendering himself for the night to the one that he loved. Brendan kissed the top of Ash's head, and tenderly made his way down to the neck, planting more kisses with each movement until Brendan rested his head, nuzzled on Ash's shoulder. Comforted by each other's warmth, the two closed their eyes. Having their relationship reaffirmed and grown even more intimate with each other, the two lovers laid on the bed all night, listening to the coos of the wild Pokemon outside as they comfortably drifted off into a blissful and dream filled sleep.

The next morning the two awoke after hearing the cries of the early rising Wingulls. Brendan was the first to wake up and waited for Ash to do the same, caressing Ash's bare chest with his gentle hand. As Ash awoke, he was greeted by an embrace on the lips from his lover. Both rose out of bed and made their way into the shower where they washed themselves in hot, steaming water together, Brendan holding his arms around Ash's glistening wet body; he tilted his head to Ash's ear and whispered soft, loving words into Ash's ear that made the boy's cheeks blush with fondness, and his heart jump with affection.

After the shower, the two dressed, grabbed the items that needed to be washed, and made their was downstairs to begin the day. Ash volunteered to cook breakfast while Brendan washed the items by hand, as the vacation home lacked a washer and drier. As Ash made the simple breakfast he glanced out the window in to the backyard where he saw Brendan; Ash stood for moment, neglecting the meal that he was cooking, just to stop and watch Brendan, admiring all of the details about the boy that Ash loved. The shape of his biceps and how the clothes contoured around his muscles; Brendan's friendly and outgoing countenance, his warm and caring smile that made Ash's heart skip a beat each time he looked at it; and the air of sincerity that surrounded the cerulean eyed boy. It was the last detail that made Ash truly love Brendan. Ash felt that his lover was so genuine and sincere with every action and gesture that he made not only to Ash but everyone else in his life. It is the characteristic that Ash admired the most about Brendan, and it is the the one trait that Ash wished Brendan also saw in him, however unlikely Ash believed that to be true.

After remembering the declaration of their love to Professor Birch the night prior, Ash wanted to repay the favor to Brendan in someway. The relationship between the two to this point had been only romantic actions and gestures made by Brendan which significantly weighed on Ash's heart, however Ash wanted to change that. Brendan caught a glimpse of Ash peering at him through the window, causing the cerulean eyed boy to give a seductive smile and wave to Ash. Ash returned by sending a cherishing smile back. Brendan quickly finished his chores outside, leaving the bed sheets to hang and dry in the bright Hoenn sun. He returned in the house to see Ash had finished the meal, a simple bowl of noodles to share.

"The noodles look delicious," mentioned Brendan adoringly, making Ash blush. Brendan noticed a change in Ash's posture and demeanor—just as if something was different about him.

"Haha, thanks," replied a modest Ash, rubbing the back of his head and glancing down at the floor, "but I think you're being too kind—I'm not a good cook. That's one bad thing about leaving the others behind all the time, we can't have Brock make his delicious meals for us."

"Any time I get to share a meal with you I know I will love it," Brendan confidently stated placing his hands on his hips. He looked into Ash's eyes and saw a twinkle of playfulness in them causing Brendan to think that Ash was up to something.

"What is with that look that you have in your face?" Brendan questioned lightheartedly, "do you have something else planned?" Ash smiled and didn't respond right away. A rush of excitement overtook Ash; he felt ecstatic to finally do something that he thought Brendan might like. Brendan's countenance became excited as well to match Ash.

"Since you told you dad about us, I was wondering if you'd like to meet my mom?" began a giddy Ash, "we can make a face call to her on the computer while we eat breakfast. She had always enjoyed meeting with the people I've traveled with in the past." Brendan's signature grin turned into a smile after he heard those words come out of Ash's mouth. His cheeks began to blush, turning into a rosy red and he felt a swelling in his throat.

"I would love that, Ashy," Brendan confessed, his eyes shining in the light that was pouring into the room, "that sounds amazing." Brendan walked closer to Ash and embraced him, wrapping his arms affectionately around Ash.

"Awesome!" exclaimed a jubilant Ash, "it's probably close to mid afternoon in Kanto, so let's hope she isn't too busy right now. Let's hurry up and call her!" The two excitedly (Brendan being the more thrilled of the two) rushed into the den where the computer was located, Ash making sure to bring two pairs of chopsticks with him. Brendan swiftly turned on the computer then allowed Ash to enter in his mother's number so that they could call her. It took a minute for the call to go through as the signal had to reach all the way to Kanto, but eventually the video call went through and the two boys saw Ash's mom sitting in front of her computer with her faithful Mr. Mime standing behind her. The loving brown eyes of Delia saw Ash and visible expression of enjoyment enveloped her face.

"Ash! I haven't heard from you in a long time," began Delia Ketchum who looked overjoyed to see her son. Mr. Mime waved to Ash from the background. "Are you in Hoenn still? How is everything going? Who is that standing with you? Where is Brock?" Overwhelmed, but ultimately understanding of all of his mom's questions, Ash let out a laugh and smiled.

"Haha, I know I haven't talked you in a while, Mom, and I'm sorry about that" apologized Ash, rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment, "I've just been having so much fun here in Hoenn that I sometimes forget to check in with you."

"That's alright, dear," replied Delia, "I understand that it's hard to remember stuff like that when you're having so much fun—but who is that with you?" On the computer screen Delia's eyes shifted toward Brendan, eyeing him with an intense gaze, causing Brendan to uncharacteristically flinch.

"Oh, this is Brendan, he's been one of my traveling partners here in Hoenn,"declared Ash proudly, placing his arm over Brendan's neck, "we've been traveling together for a while with Brock, May and Max, and I thought that you'd might like to meet him."

"Oh that's wonderful, Ash," Delia said in a caring and motherly voice that soothed Ash and Brendan's ears, "it's great to meet you Brendan. I hope you've been taking care of my boy and that he hasn't been too much of a bother for you." Hearing those words caused Ash to groan and his jaw to drop in confusion; Brendan started to laugh.

"Haha, it is great to meet you too, Ms. Ketchum," Brendan replied gleefully after laughing, "and don't worry, both me and Ash have been taking care of each other. We've had a lot of fun going around Hoenn together."

"Oh, and what are you boys going around Hoenn doing together?" asked Ash's mom with a soft, playful chuckle.

"Ergh, battling—uh, lot's of battle," Ash retorted hastily, rubbing the back of his head, "Brendan's gone through the Ever Grande League before, so he's been a really big help with all of my gym battles. I don't know what I'd be doing without him right now." Ash turned his head and smiled at Brendan.

"That's so nice to hear!" exclaimed Delia, clasping her hands together; Mr. Mime also responded with a joyful exclaim. "Well I hope that Brendan will help you win the Ever Grande League soon so that you can come back to Pallet Town and visit me and Mr. Mime again, this time as a league champion!"

"Yeah I hope that happens too!" shouted Ash raising his fist into the air.

"And Brendan, you should come with Ash to Pallet Town as well," mentioned Delia, looking at Brendan with a warm, motherly gaze.

"Oh, you want me to come too?" asked Brendan with a slightly shocked tone.

"Of course!" replied Ash's mom jovially, "any friend of my Ash is welcomed to come and stay—plus with how highly Ash has been talking about you, I would like to meet you in person!" Ash's heart warmed hearing how friendly his mom was behaving towards Brendan; it made him want to immediately fly to Kanto and give her a long hug.

"That sounds incredibly fun," Brendan stated, placing his arm over Ash, pulling his lover closer to him, "I'm looking forward to it."

"Me too!" shouted Ash ecstatically, "I love you, Mom! Thanks for being so nice to Brendan."

"Well now all you have to do is win the championship, Ash!" exclaimed Delia, cheering on her son, "oh, tell me, Ash, how many badges do you have right now? How many new Pokemon have you caught in Hoenn..."

Delia continued to bombard her son with questions, possessing the level of curiosity that only a mother could have. The three all engaged in lively conversation for a long duration of time, the two boys now sharing the bowl of now lukewarm noodles with each other while answering Delia's questions in detail. Ash's mom enjoyed getting to learn more about Ash's time in Hoenn and getting to know more about Brendan, who she seemed to take a liking too. Ash frequently glanced at Brendan, reading the expressions that the cerulean eyed boy held on his face; he was overjoyed to see Brendan greatly enjoying the time he spent talking to Ash's mom, making Ash finally feel for once, that he had done something special—that he had done a romantic gesture for his lover. At the end of the call between the three, Ash explained to his mother how deep the relationship between Brendan and him was, however, he stopped short of explaining that the two boys were lovers, a fact that Ash was deeply concerned she would not be able to accept.
