The New Game/Dragon Maid Crossover!
Chapter 10
'Welcome to the New Staff Welcoming Party!"
"Oooh," Elma Joui looked around the restaurant eagerly. It was a fancy hotpot type, with a bubbling pot, ingredients, and a call button for staff and refills.
Takiya settled into a seat, "Thank you for this, Umico."
The attractive, darker skinned woman smiled, "It's sort of an Eagle Jump tradition."
Kobayashi sat by Takiya on one side of the table, while Elma sat with Umico.
A waitress in traditional outfit popped up, smiling. "Would you like drinks?" she asked, and everyone ordered.
"How are you all settling in? Any issues?" Umico asked warmly.
With some bosses, Kobayashi would be worried about answering. However, she had found Umico to be a straight shooter who liked directness.
"The programming style guides were very clear, and I don't expect any problems," Kobayashi nodded.
"I noticed the guides were very clear and to the point," Takiya noted. He smiled, "You wrote them, didn't you?"
Umico looked amused, "Not telling."
"We need more meat," Elma noted as she dished up food for herself. Again.
"Elma," Kobayashi scolded.
Umico called the waitress, got a refill on drinks. "Just keep the meat coming until we say stop," she requested.
The waitress looked at bit scandalized, "Yes ma'am."
Booze flowed, food was ate, and everyone got a bit tipsy.
"What is UP with Rin and Ko?" Takiya asked. He paused, "And why does Rin GLARE at me?"
"Rin is MADLY in love with Ko," Umico explained, "but Ko is pretty clueless. I think short of Rin tackling her, she's not going to figure it out."
"And the glaring?" Kobayashi asked curiously.
"She also is scared Ko will suddenly like guys and leave her," Umico explained.
"That's just messed up," Elma blinked.
"Are you STILL eating?" Umico had to ask.
"I was hungry," Elma defended herself.

All four shuffled into work the next morning hung over. Well, Kobayashi, Takiya and Umico anyway. Elma, being a dragon, was only slightly under the weather.
"Poor things," Rin noted.
"I'll put extra coffee on," Aoba noted a bit smugly. Because she wasn't old enough to drink, she hadn't gotten drunk last office party...
"Don't gloat," Ko noted, amused.
Aoba smiled devilishly, "They're lucky I don't have donuts or something to bring over."
"That'd be cruel," Rin agreed.
Hifumi nodded. 'Evil' Aoba was a rarity, but she did pop up every now and then.
"We're having a meeting tomorrow to start running through game proposals," Ko reminded everyone, "if you want to enter, make sure you're ready."
The younger staff hurried to their desks, even as Ko went to work.
"Are you entering this time?" Rin asked curiously.
"Thinking about it," Ko admitted. "It's a bit unfair to the others though."
Ko had been head artist for two versions of Fairy Story, as well as head designer of other games for Eagle Jump. She also knew Shizuku well, which would give her a edge in the competition.
"Well, Christina Yamato from the publisher will be helping with judging," Rin noted, "you'll have to win her over."
"She appreciates quality," Ko waved that off.
"Well, either way," Rin smiled. "Lunch later?"
"Sure. Please," Ko agreed.
Rin hid a smile as she left. As much as she loved Ko, it was nice to occasionally puncture her confidence. Besides, it was good for her.
Rin went into the Character Design section, where all four women were working in different ways. Aoba, interestingly, had abandoned her computer for a pen and paper.
"Character designing?" Rin asked as she saw a well drawn female knight.
"Yes," Aoba admitted, "I'm not really confident in making a concept for a game, but maybe I can create an interesting character."
"That's good," Rin nodded.
Hifumi was working on something, but Rin decided not to bother the usually shy woman. 'Tho she's been opening up for Aoba lately. Interesting.' she mused.
"Not entering the contest?" Rin asked Yun, who was puttering about on her PC modifying a existing monster design.
"Nah, it's not really my thing," Yun admitted, the fancy dressed woman shrugging slightly. "I do hope whatever it is has interesting villains," she added.
"Let's hope," Rin agreed.
Hajime was typing away at a document, and it appeared several pages long already. Looked up as Rin neared, smiling.
"Working on a game concept?" Rin asked.
"Yup!" Hajime beamed then burst into a description of sentai-like magical girl adventurers fighting against evil.
'I didn't realize she was into Tokusatsu,' Rin thought. Mind you, with all the figures she collected for 'reference' she shouldn't have been surprised.
"Anyway, what do you think?" Hajime beamed.
Rin was tactful, "It's interesting, but it might be a little cluttered. Maybe pare down to a couple of main ideas?"
Hajime just nodded cheerfully, "Right!"
Rin watched her getting back to writing, undeterred. 'She's going to hit Shizuku with that whole thing, I bet,' she thought.
Leaving there Rin headed over to the programming area, where she noted everyone seemed mostly recovered.
"If you're here with food, go away," a still kinda green Umico said.
Rin smirked, "Aoba wanted to bring you donuts."
"Thank you for stopping her," Umico noted, sitting at a computer in front of her huge collection of airsoft replica guns.
"Not planing on entering the game design contest?" Rin asked.
"Not unless we do a first person shooter," Umico said dryly.
"No, probably not," Rin agreed.
Elma was snacking as she worked on a basic practice program. Both Takiya and Kobayashi were working on documents, presumably game ideas.
"What are you working on?" Rin asked Takiya.
"A treasure hunting game," Takiya admitted, "I got the idea from my roommate. You compete with other characters to make the best horde."
"Different," Rin admitted.
"Would be an interesting multiplayer," Kobayashi observed.
"And what are you working on?" Rin asked her.
"A kind of undercover monster game," Kobayashi offered.
"Huh," Rin blinked.
"You're a monster that can look human," Kobayashi explained, "but other than the language, you don't know people. So you have various challenges to maintain your secret."
Rin nodded thoughtfully, "Interesting, but I'm not sure you could make a game out of it."
"Oh, agreed," Kobayashi admitted, "but it's interesting to plot out."
"Well, good luck," Rin nodded.
To be continued...
Notes: Yeah, short chapter. I had mentioned that Umico was gonna take them out to have a welcome party, but forgot to write it. So there we go.

Chapter 11
"You have the weekend off?" Tohru noted cheerfully on the Friday evening.
Kobayashi smiled back as they sat at the kitchen table, eating. "Yep. What did you want to do?" she asked her.
"I could suggest a few things...," Tohru purred.
"You DO know Kanna will be around," Kobayashi noted dryly as she sipped some soup. Tohru was a pretty good cook at this point, except for her randomly trying to feed her dragon meat.
Tohru pouted.
Speaking of Kanna, she was frowning as she read a manga at the table. They should be scolding her for that, but...
"Kobayashi, there is going to be a Magical Girl Moon Ranger film," Kanna held up the book, "could we go see it this weekend?"
Kobayashi hesitated, but they really hadn't done a lot just for Kanna recently. Plus, Kobayashi did like animated films, too so...
"Okay, we'll see what showings are on this weekend," Kobayashi said.
"Yay," Kanna smiled.
0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0
"You like Magical Girl Moon Ranger too?" Aoba Suzukaze asked as they met at the snack counter that Saturday night.
Nene Sakura waved, "Hi, Ms Kobayashi!"
"Hello," Tohru blinked, recognizing the two from when some of them visited Eagle Jump a few weeks ago.
"Kanna wanted to see it," Kobayashi explained to Aoba.
"Hajime and Yun are here too," Nene noted.
"Seriously?" Kobayashi blinked.
"Yun for her little sisters," Nene looked amused, "Hajime is a fan though."
"Catch you later," Aoba added warmly as they collected their drinks and snacks and headed back to their seats.
Kanna was also issued a replica Moon Ranger wand, that was glow in the dark. Apparently you were supposed to wave it when the heroine did.
"MEGA PARTICLE REQUIEM SHOOT!" all the kids called out as the heroine did, launching a attack against the villain.
"You know, that wasn't bad," Kobayashi admitted after it ended.
Tohru beamed, "That was so cool! Can humans normally do that?!"
"Sorry, no," Kobayashi chuckled.
"Hey, Kobayashi-san," Yun looked a bit sheepish escorting her sisters.
"Kobayashi," Hajime nodded, apparently there helping Yun.
"She's so cute!" Yuu's siblings quickly surrounded Kanna, who didn't mind TOO much.
"Ah! I missed watching this with you!" Riko Saikawa, Kanna's school friend, rushed up to the group too.
"We can watch it again, later," Kanna reassured her.
"Hoeeee!" Riko made an incoherent noise when Kanna touched her arm.
'Weird kid,' Yun noted mildly.

"Ko! Are you up?"
The next morning, Ko groaned as she rolled over and sat up in her bed. She liked to sleep in on the days she had off, especially weekends. But she recognized Rin's voice, and knew she had to go answer the door.
"Morning," Ko yawned, dressed in just shirt and panties.
"Morning," Rin beamed. "Have you ate? I was going to do breakfast!"
"You don't have to...," Ko started.
Rin bustled in, carrying several bags. She cheerfully noted, "If I don't cook, you'll just make cup-noodles."
"Well, yeah," Ko had to concede.
Rin set down the bags of groceries then donned an apron, before starting to cook. "How was your visit with Mother?" she asked.
Ko groaned loudly, "Same as usual. I could be making millions and she'd still want me to marry a rich doctor."
Rin stirred something as she noted, "Mine too, though more general. She wants me to settle down before I'm thirty."
"That too," Ko agreed.
Rin REALLY wanted to suggest they marry each other to shut their parents up...
"Hmm?" Ko asked.
"Nothing," Rin chickened out.
"Have I thanked you for doing this, lately?" Ko added after a moment. "I really appreciate it," she added warmly.
Rin blushed faintly, "You're welcome. I like doing it."
"Still. Maybe I can take you out next week," Ko mused. "I remember that spa day we did," she noted, smiling.
"That was fun," Rin agreed. Plus, she would get to see Ko naked, again...
"Hey, Rin! Your nose is bleeding," Ko blinked.

Hifumi watched with a certain amount of awe as the woman went up to the buffet and loaded up for a fifth time.
(Hifumi liked buffet restaurants. She was socially awkward, and it was nice to just pay, then get her own drinks and food.)
Several of the staff were looking perturbed, talking together off to one side. Which Hifumi understood, of course... the place advertised 'all you can eat' but they clearly hadn't expected this. With a silent shrug, she went back to her food.
"I'm sorry ma'am, but we have to limit you to five servings," a staffer finally told the other woman.
"Your sign says all you can eat," she noted mildly.
The poor lady staffer looked hugely uncomfortable. "I'm very sorry," she bowed a bit.
"All right... one more go?" the woman asked.
A male staffer blurted. "No."
The woman pouted.
Hifumi finished up her dinner at about the same time, and both left. "You're Hifumi, from the art department?" the woman noted cheerfully.
Hifumi froze and squeaked, "Ah... yes?"
"Elma Joui," she bowed a bit, "I'm in programming, under Umiko-san."
"Oh!" Hifumi realized she vaguely recognized her. "Sorry."
"It's fine," Elma waved it off, looking amused.
They walked along a moment then Hifumi HAD to ask her, "Do you get kicked out of buffets often?"
Elma just laughed, "What can I say, I have an appetite."
'Still, FIVE refills?' Hifumi thought.
They reached the corner and Elma headed off. "Nice talking to you," she smiled, "see you at work."
"You too," Hifumi waved.

Takiya spent the weekend gaming with Fafnir. Nothing at all even vaguely yaoi happened. Then Monday morning came.
"Oh poo," Aoba pouted, having shipped them.
"You could always write real person fanfic on them," Hajime suggested. The sporty young woman was heavily into fanish stuff.
"That is SO creepy," Aoba blurted.
Hajime didn't mention her 'Aoba and Hifumi' fanfics, posted on a original fiction site. Anyway...
Aoba frowned at her, having picked up something.
"Morning," Hifumi said as she came in, then smiled at Aoba.
"Morning!" Aoba smiled back brightly.
'Damn those two are cute,' Hajime noted, then went back to work.
To be continued...
Notes: Magical Girl Moon Ranger is an actual thing in the New Game manga. Kinda cute really.

Chapter 13
"Come and get me, if you're hard enough!" Kobayashi cheerfully declared, her knight attacking the enemy.
"I'm sure no one in the game would say that!" Takiya chuckled.
They were playing Fairy Story 3, while on break between programming jobs. Both for fun, and so they'd be familiar with the game when it came time to do part four.
"I should get this when it officially comes out," Takiya added. He chuckled, "I think Fafnir would like it."
"Hmm," Kobayashi agreed.
They hit an important Non-player Character and both froze.
"That's TOTALLY Aoba," Kobayashi blinked.
"Yup. How...?" Takiya asked.
"Hey! Boss!" Kobayashi called.
Umico came over, then chuckled seeing the screen they paused at. "Yup, that's Aoba," she agreed. "What's really funny is Ko assigned designing the character Sophia to Aoba."
"Seriously?" Kobayashi blinked.
"And she didn't realize Sophia was HER until she finished," Umico chuckled.
"Ouch," Takiya laughed.
"Have fun," Umico said as she went back to work.
They played on a bit... "Hey! Sophia DIES?" Kobayashi bitched.
"Maybe we did a route wrong," Takiya mused. "Back up a bit."
"Nope. Died," Kobayashi noted.
"Well THAT sucks," Takiya noted. He added, "You CAN get Sophia in a protected spot here and keep fighting, but that just stalls the game. You can't save her."
"That's a bug, I bet," Kobayashi agreed.
Umico confirmed that YES, it was a bug. It was very hard to get the 'protect Sophia' option going, so after some debate just left it in there.
"I bet you gamers are going to hack a way to save her," Kobayashi added.
"Agreed," Takiya nodded.

"Wait, you have the programmers playing Fairy Story? That is SO unfair," Aoba pouted.
Rin chuckled, "You're all busy developing ideas for the new game, remember? Besides, we all know another Fairy Story is coming, and they need to be familiar with it."
"True," Aoba admitted.
They were all submitting ideas for the next Eagle Jump this afternoon, and everyone was working on their projects. Hajime's project, alone, was several pages of descriptions.
"I haven't dealt with Ms Yamato yet," Aoba said a bit nervously.
"She's nice," Rin reassured her, "a bit shy. Just try not to hug or kiss her."
"Eh?" Yun blinked.
"We'll keep it in mind," Aoba nodded.
Aoba had a pile of 'character idea' sketches, but no real concepts for a game. Which didn't really bother her, though she was nervous about competing with Ko. She HAD been head designer of several games, of course.
"That is SO CUTE," Yun noted.
Aoba blushed as she realized Yun had seen the catgirl she had been sketching.
"How would that work as a game?" Yun wondered.
"I was thinking the main character could take on various animal powers for different missions," Aoba explained.
"That could work. You could make hybrid villains too," Yun noted, the creature designer clearly interested in that idea.
"Yeah!" Aoba agreed.
Time went by, and soon the staff interested in submitting ideas were called to a meeting room. Rin was there, along with Shizuku and Ms Yamato. Christina was a attractive, slim young woman, and seemed the serious sort.
"Hajime, there's some interesting ideas here," Shizuku nodded to the documents, "but there's just... too much."
"I got carried away," Hajime admitted sheepishly.
"Narrow it down and focus on one concept," Christina nodded, "there ARE some interesting things in here."
Hajime took her papers, smiling, "Yes ma'am."
They then reviewed Kobiyashi and Takiya's proposals.
"I like the idea," Christina told Kobayashi, "but I'm not sure how the gameplay would work. And I think it would be VERY complicated to make."
"Oh, agreed," Kobayashi nodded, "you'd need multiple character paths. Something like the Persona series."
"Not really our thing," Rin admitted.
"Takiya, we also generally don't do dungeon crawlers," Shizuku admitted, "but Rin suggested this might make an interesting mini-game in a larger Fairy Story chapter."
"Oh," Takiya blinked, "yeah, that would work, I think."
"Write it up as a full proposal, we'll bounce it back to head office," Christina added.
"Will do," Takiya agreed.
"Okay, Aoba, Ko, you're next," Rin said.
"Ko, your designs are as fine as ever," Shizuku noted, "but nothing really peapt out at us."
Ko had a moment of shock, but bottled it up.
"Aoba, I wanted to ask about this," Christina held up a cute, but comic, sketch of a bear=girl sort of fused with a plushie.
"Oh! I didn't intent to include that," Aoba admitted sheepishly.
Rin noted, "It's rough, but we want something very different from Fairy Story for our next game," Rin noted. "Could you develop this as a concept and come back to us with it?"
"Yes," Aoba squeaked.
"All right, that's it for now," Shizuku said briskly, "thank you for all your time."
As they went their seperate ways, Kobiyashi quietly noted to Takiya, "That really surprised Ao, I think."
"You think she figured she had it in the bag?" Takiya asked quietly.
"Looked like it," Kobayashi agreed.
0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0
Ko WAS in fact, kind of stunned, and even was bitchy towards Aoba a little. But her sense of professionalism (and a talking to by Rin) won out, and she even assisted Aoba in fine tuning the rough drawing into a working design.
"So the character is roaming a land of plush creatures, she defeats an enemy then wears them?" Hifumi blinked.
"Pretty much," Aoba admitted.
"Weird, yet adorable," Yun noted.
Ko chuckled, "The villain designs are going to be a challenge, Yun. You'll need to manage both scary AND cute."
"I can manage," Yun sniffed.
"It looks like it'll be fun," Hifumi agreed.
Elma had gone for a snack run (again) then stopped in to look at their work. She was friendly, but not everyone appreciated her looking in.
"Are you guys STILL playing Fairy Story?" Aoba pouted.
"Yup," Elma chuckled. She added, "Kobayashi and Takiya have already finished it, of course."
"They're both gamers too?" Yun asked.
"Hmm," Elma agreed. She saw Aoba's rough sketches, "Oooh. So cute!"
Aoba blushed, "Thanks."
Elma eat her crackers, heading back to the programmer's area.
"Are you two STILL playing?" Elma asked as she arrived.
"We're trying to unlock all the various character routes," Kobiyashi defender herself.
"Riiiiight," Elma drawled.
"You can try too if you like," Umico offered.
"Eh. I'd rather have my lunch first," Elma predictively replied.
To be continued...
Notes: I need to figure out how to advance the Aoba/Hifumi romance. Hard to do, since canonly Hifumi is so damn shy. May also add some Nene/Umico, at some point.
The New Game & Dragon Maid Yuri Crossover
Omake the Second!
"The final volume of the manga is out!" Shizuku noted.
"I thought we already DID a omake on this?" Aoba blinked.
"There was an added bit that the author just saw scans on," Hifumi noted shyly.
"Oh?" Yun asked.
"Ko and Rin are actually CANON! They get together and get married after the series ends," Shizuku said.
"But it's not shown in the manga, itself?" Aoba asked. "Just a afterword?"
"Yup," Hajime nodded. "All the manga has is Rin lusting after Ko."
"That kind of sucks," Yun opinioned. "It would have been nice to see it in the main book, you know?" she said.
"Agreed," Aoba nodded.
"Well, that's what fanfiction is for!" Shizuku decided. "Shanejayell, get to it."
"By the way, where ARE Rin and Ko?" Hajime wondered.
"They haven't left Ko's apartment, apparently," a blushing Aoba noted.
"Ha!" Shizuku smiled.
Meanwhile...
"Okay! Round ten!" Rin declared cheerfully.
"I NEED TO REST, WOMAN," Ko groaned.
"We are making up for me lusting after you for thirteen volumes! Suck it up," Rin ordered.
"Yes dear..." Ko sighed.
Back at Eagle Jump
"Rin's not THAT crazed... is she?" Yun asked.
"Well it HAS been a long time," Hajime noted.
To be continued...
Note: Yeah, just a short bit. I'm kind of annoyed that after all the Rin/Ko teasing in the manga, we only get a tiny note at the end of the last book that YES they got together and eventually married.
REALLY? You couldn't even do a short chapter on them?
The New Game & Dragon Maid Yuri Crossover
Chapter 14
Shizuku Hazuki oversaw Eagle Jump, but in a loose, sort of informal way. Rin sometimes lectured her on that, too. 'You can bee TOO relaxed, you know?' and that sort of thing. She mostly just ignored it...
"Well, the game design has been chosen?" Rin asked.
"Our head office in France also liked Aoba's concept, though she'll need to work with Ko on refining the various characters," Christina Wako Yamato noted, the slightly shy older woman sitting at the meeting table.
"I'd like to have Aoba also be lead designer on this," Shizuku noted.
"Isn't she a little new for that?" Rin asked.
"Ko was a lead designer at that age," Christine noted.
"And that didn't work out that well," Rin noted mildly.
Ko had had a hard time, being in charge. To put it mildly. One could argue it had set back her development as a manager in the industry...
"Obviously Ko would stay in charge of the art department," Shizuku reassured her, "and she's already mentoring Aoba."
"Ko was a bit annoyed not to get her design chosen," Christina fretted.
While Christine presented the image of the cool, capable career woman, she ACTUALLY had confidence issues. Not to mention feeling the weight of her responsibilities, etc etc. And she felt guilty over business decisions.
"She's a pro," Rin reassured her, "she and Aoba were even working together later to refine the designs."
"Have we got a title yet?" Shizuku wondered.
"They're debating that... Peco was suggested," Christina said.
"Pet Coat, kinda," Rin nodded thoughtfully. "Well, we'll see..."
Shizuku stretched, "Anything else we need to go over? I need more coffee."
"No, it's fine," Rin got up, "excuse me."
Christina waited until Rin left to give Shizuku a thoughtful look. She asked, "Are you still seeing that blonde?"
"Er...," Shizuku blushed.
Christina sighed as she complained, "REALLY, Shizuku? I don't see what you see in her."
Shizuku wanted to say 'Great body and inexhaustible energy.' but didn't. "She's... nice," she protested weakly.

Kobayashi looked at the art and blinked. "Could you do a dragon girl?" she had to ask.
"Eh?" Aoba blinked.
"Tohru is really into dragons," Kobayashi smiled slightly. "Or Kanna, for that matter," she added thoughtfully.
"Huh. You know, we could do a flying level in a dragon mode...," Hajime mused aloud.
"Oh no we're not," Yun jumped in. "Flying animation in games is notoriously hard to do," she added firmly.
"Awww," Aoba sighed.
"Oh, if someone asks you to do a drawing or something, tell them they need to pay a commission," Yun addressed Aoba. "You're a pro, you should get paid."
"Sorry, I hadn't thought of that," Kobayashi quickly said. "Let me know what your rates are," she added warmly.
"Er...," Aoba blinked.
"Anyway, catch you later," Kobayashi waved as she headed back to the programmers area.
"Hello, everyone," Rin then breezed in.
"Morning," Aoba smiled.
"We're working on figuring out the levels," Rin said briskly, "Aoba, we need fairly easy villains to start with, obviously."
"And we probably should include a intro explaining the game," Hifumi added quietly, "we dont want the Super Mario problem."
"Super Mario problem?" Aoba echoed, blinking.
"A LOT of players starting the game never realized the little turtle at the start could kill them," Ko came in, chuckling. "I guess you're too young to have played it?"
"I feel old," Rin sighed.
"You are not," Ko smiled charmingly, and Rin blushed.
Hifumi watched the two, smiling faintly at how cute they could be...
"Hmm?" Aoba looked at her questioningly, and Hifumi blushed.
0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0
"That's SO CUTE!" Tohru exclaimed as she looked at Aoba's sketch.
Kanna nodded, also looking it over.
"Aoba's really good," Kobayashu agreed.
"It also looks a bit like Kobayashi as a dragon," Kanna noted mildly.
"We should get her to draw all of us," Tohru declared.
"She IS busy with work," Kobayashi reminded them. "Anyway, what's for dinner?" she changed the subject.
"Roast!" Tohru beamed.
"... it's not your tail, again?" Kobayashi demanded.
"Well...," Tohru pouted.
":No, I will NOT eat your tail," Kobayashi insisted.
Thankfully, Tohru had dragon magic and could whip up something else fast.

"You do Cosplay too?" Hajime blinked, the sporty young woman at a certain shop in Akihabara, the nerd central of Japan.
Hifumi looked embarrassed at being caught, the taller, dark haired woman holding a military style uniform.
"It's cool," Hajime reassured her, "I have several Sentai costumes."
Hifumi relaxed... a little. "I like to buy video game cosplay," she admitted sheepishly.
"The Tokyo Game Show is coming up," Hajime noted as she shopped and asked, "are you going in-character?"
"There's a 'female general' I'm thinking of doing," Hifumi pointed it out.
"That would be SO cool," Hajime agreed. She paused and asked, "Don't you find it embarrassing, doing cosplay?"
"It's... different being seen when I'm in costume," Hifumi admitted.
"Makes sense," Hajime agreed. Curiously she asked, "Has Aoba seen you cosplay yet?"
Hifumi went beet red, "Wh.. wh... why would...?!"
'That is SO cute,' Hajime thought, amused.

After work, Yun found herself busy helping take care of her little sisters.
"I feel sorry for Shouta," one little girl noted.
"That Big Boobed Menace is there all the time!"
"And everyone stares at her too."
"Big Boomed Menace?" Yun HAD to ask.
"Yes," the sister nodded, "she brings his lunch some times. And she was there on Sports Day."
"... and he's actually named Shouta?" Yun confirmed.
The little girls nodded.
"Poor kid," Yun shook her head.

"I'm home," Takiya called as he entered.
"Welcome home," Fafnir said gruffly, the dragon once again in his elegant butler mode. "How was work?" he asked.
"Not bad. Aoba drew me as a dragon," Takiya told him.
"Ehh?" Fafnir blinked, then looked at the drawing. "It is far too cute," he decided.
"Oh?" Takiya asked his roommate.
"There should be bodies and a mound of treasure," Fafnir added seriously.
Takiya just grinned and shook his head. "I'll put dinner on," he said.
To be continued...
Notes: Short chapter, I know. Anyway... I'm MOSTLY not going to use poor Shouta from Dragon Maid. Most of the jokes involving him are, honestly, vaguely icky.
REVISED AND COMBINED CHAPTERS.
Slightly blocked on this, but I hope to update soon.
