"We still can't hear you!" Brooklynn said to Darius. "Just start hitting buttons." She told Yasmina and Sammy.
"Don't start hitting buttons. I've almost got this, just give me a moment." Cass said to them as he was going through the different button patterns and codes on the console.

"I said Tiff is going to kill all the dinosaurs at the watering hole!" Darius shouted at the speaker in an attempt for them to hear him, but it still wasn't working. "She's on her way now! I-" He paused as he took a deep breath before looking at the ground. "I know what I have to do." Darius spoke in a much lower tone.

IN THE CONTROL CENTER
"Guys, what's Darius saying now?" Ben asked inquisitively as he stepped forward.
"We're about to find out." Cass told him as he moved over to the center part of the console.

WITH DARIUS
"I have to do this! This is all my fault." Darius said to himself as he just needed to get all this off of his chest, and what better time when no one can hear him?
"I'm the reason that Mitch and Tiff even knew about the watering hole because I showed them. And now… Tiff is going there to kill all the dinosaurs and I don't even know what happened to Mitch, but good riddance." He let out a sigh. "I didn't listen to Brooklynn, and now the dinosaurs are in danger because of me." Darius kept blaming himself over and over again.
"I had promised them that I'd get them all home. And I… I already lost Ben… and I don't even know where Cass is..." Darius somberly remembered, before shaking his head. "Mitch had said their boat is at the northwest dock. If only I could tell the others to get off the island while Tiff is busy." He said in a more serious tone.
"As for me…? I have to make this right." Darius said to himself.
* static crackles and sniffling *
"We got your back, Darius! Forget the boat. Tiff is going down!" Ben exclaimed into the mic.
"Ben?! You're alive?!" Darius shouted as he heard his voice.
"Oh, right! You didn't know. Yeah. Also, Cass found the sound button, so we can hear you." Ben told him.
"Sup." Was Cass's one-word response to prove he was still alive as he continued monitoring everything.
"And I defeated Toro." Ben added on.
* Bumpy growls *
"Bumpy also says hi." He concluded his response.
Darius could only stare up at the speaker in absolute shock with his mouth hung open as he heard not one, not two, but three voices of people he thought had died on the island.
"I think I broke him." Ben stated as they saw their young leader just stand there frozen.
"Yeah, Ben and Cass are alive, we're super happy about it." Yasmina said into the mic.
"Some more than others." Sammy added on, referencing both herself and Yaz when it came to Cass.
"Point is we're not going to let you do this alone. We're in." Brooklynn cut them off as she responded to Darius's plan to go off on his own.
"You don't get it. You guys could get to the boat, save yourselves." Darius told them.
"No, you don't get it. You're one of us." Yasmina told him.
"Mhm, you guys are about the only thing I really care about at the moment, so like… you're kinda gonna get saved, D." Cass said as he went over the monitors and checked the cameras.
"And we're not going to let Tiff get away with killing dinosaurs." Brooklynn stated.
"I never liked her or Mitch anyway." Kenji randomly popped in to say.
"It's dino-savin' time! Camp fam for life!" Sammy happily exclaimed.
"Okay, now that we've established lifelong camp family status, how do we stop Tiff?" Yasmina asks.
"Feed her to the Mosasaurus! And Mitch if we can find him!" Ben exclaimed before getting looks of shock and horror from the other campers… except for Cass because he's already done way worse. "Really feels like we're not getting our full use out of the Mosasaurus, guys." He said dejectedly before getting a pat on the shoulder from Cass who was kinda onboard with his thinking.
"Wait, if she's going to the watering hole to kill dinosaurs…" Brooklynn trailed off.
"Then we just have to make sure there aren't any dinosaurs there for her to kill!" Darius finished off the girl's sentence. "It's time for us to do what we do best." He stated.
"Cause chaos?" Kenji questioned.
"Get stuck in the middle of a lot of angry dinosaurs?" Yaz added.
"Stress me out?" Cass threw in.
"Defeat Toro again?" Ben asked.
"I mean, yeah? Except for the last three." Darius stated. "Brooklynn, you're gonna be our eyes and ears. Kenji and Sammy, grab a bike and pick me up. Ben, Cass, and Yaz get big and loud. I've got a plan." He gave out all of their roles, which everyone seemed to agree with.

Brooklynn began going through the controls as she clicked buttons and flipped switches as she controlled the cameras. She had found one of the cameras that focused on the watering hole labeled "312", but she promptly changed it to "WATERING HOLE" so she could keep track of it easier, as well as it permanently showing up on the map that appeared on the monitor before her.
She quickly flipped through the cameras until she found who she was looking for at the moment, which was Kenji and Sammy. Going through cameras "712", which was just a random view of the jungle, "918" and "912" were cameras that were inside the tunnels, but she did see Kenji and Sammy running past them before eventually coming to the motorcycle and shakily taking off as the rich teen had no clue how to control the bike, let alone with the weight of a second person on board. But the pink-haired girl saw them leave on cam "913", and marked it with their names as the security system would automatically track the two.
Brooklynn flicked a single switch before she was given the view of Ben, Bumpy, Cass, and Yaz all running up to a warehouse on camera "914". She watched as the three teens stepped out of the way so Bumpy could blow the door down with her clubbed tail.

Cass and Yasmina rushed toward one of the unmarked backup trucks that the park had stored away. (It's the same type of Jeep/truck that Roxie and Dave drove, but was metallic gray and black.) Cass hopped into the driver's seat while Yaz got into the passenger's side, with the older teen reaching back and placing his rifle in the back seat before taking the keys that Yaz was holding out for him and putting them into the truck and cranking it.
* engine turns on *
Cass and Yasmina merely let out a small laugh as the vehicle actually started up and had fuel in it as Cass revved the engine.
* knock knock *
The two campers in the vehicle snapped their head to the left where the noise came from before seeing Ben illuminate his face with two flashlights that he had miraculously found in the pitch-black warehouse.

Brooklynn swapped through the cameras again, going past the watering hole, and spotting Darius walking along the path of the camera "722", and watched Kenji and Sammy haphazardly ride through the jungle and onto the road before stopping, patting the side of the bike as an invitation to get on and offering the young leader a helmet as they already had theirs, and he could only look at them as he questioned the safety of letting Kenji drive them.
The pink-haired girl kept going through the cameras as she tried to find one last person. Going through "723", "875", "733", and "510". Before going back to "733" she had spotted Tiff walking down the path and swapping to camera "755" before marking the woman so she'd show up.
And on the map, she had everything marked, from the watering hole to Kenji, Sammy, and Darius's location, to Ben, Bumpy, Cass, and Yaz's location, and even Tiff's location. So now, she could easily track where everyone was and how close they were to where they needed to be.
"Gotcha." Was Brooklynn's only word as she gave a confident smirk at her ability to find her.

IN THE JUNGLE
The three Baryonyx, Grim, Chaos, and Limbo were all sleeping together while curled up next to and on top of each other like cats. The three of them, all snored and let out small growls in their sleep, with the occasional tapping of their tails.
"I don't know why he didn't listen to me. I told him those kids would be a problem." Tiff had said off in the distance.
Though her voice was loud enough for at least one of the trio to pick up on in their sleep, Grim shot her head up suddenly with a trill before looking off in the direction she heard the voice coming from and letting out a small screech.
"Mitch said he had a plan, which went perfectly, as we're both safe at home with our trophies and not traipsing through the jungle! Oh, wait! We are traipsing through the jungle! Ugh!" Tiff complained as she had begun to grow tired of being on the island while following the ACU tablet to the watering hole.
"His plan was, oh, what's the word? It's on the tip of my tongue here. Oh, bad!" The woman whined. "If we had gone back to Kenya like I suggested in the first place, we wouldn't fucking be here." She complained. "Hell, I don't even know where Mitch is! He could be dead for all I know, and I'm wasting my time here."
Tiff let out a sigh before shaking her head. "I'm halfway to the watering hole. And I'll feel a lot better once I get the chance to shoot some…" She cut herself off as she looked at what was before her, and saw one of the many enclosure fences blocking her path.
"Are you kidding me?" She shouted as she stomped her foot in aggravation before walking toward the fence. "I'm going through this thing one way or another. I didn't get dragged to the world's tackiest abandoned resort for nothing, and I'm not returning empty-handed-" She spoke to herself before being violently cut off as she had placed her hand on the fence and had gotten heavily shocked on blown 20-30 feet from the fence, before rolling onto her back and letting out a groan of pain.
* static crackles *
"What's good, Isla Nublar?" Brooklynn's voice cut through the quiet jungle from the speakers that were built onto the fence. "Tonight, we've got a very special, very shocking, "Brooklynn Unboxes Live" going out to Tiff. Kapow." She said before flipping a switch on the console.
An automated female voice for a PA. "And we've electrified the fences of bigger dinosaurs because safety is our number one priority here at Jurassic World."
The last thing Tiff heard was Brooklynn giggling before she cut off the connection for the mic.
"I hate children!" Tiff shouted as she got up off the ground. "Botswana, the Amazon, Siberia… I have hunted tigers, and hippos, and snow leopards, and none of them had given me the trouble those five kids have."
"I'm not beat yet, though. I am getting that T. rex head for Mitch's man cave and the head of every dinosaur I have ever wanted."
* roar in the distance *
Tiff let out a gasp as she turned around and saw a dinosaur charging at her, and with little to no hesitation, she grabbed her rifle, took aim, and pulled the trigger. Causing the ring out from the rifle to echo through the night as she dropped the dinosaur dead with a single bullet.
She let out a sigh. "Oh, I was right, I do feel better. I'll come back for it later, right after the watering hole."

Chaos and Limbo were standing atop a rock as they let out their call for their third sibling before hopping off of the said rock and trotting forward into an opening where they saw her laying on her side. They walked over to her body and gave her a few sniffs as they looked over her.
But they knew she was gone. Grim was dead.
Chaos and Limbo let out roars of anguish and anger at the loss of their youngest sister before rushing over to the nearby dirt path and began sniffing the air as they tried to catch the scent of the one responsible, which didn't take more than a few seconds.
The two angry and mourning Baryonyx let out their roars as they charged down the path where the scent trail led toward the one who had taken their sister from them.

Kenji shakily and slowly drove the motorcycle forward a few feet at a time as he wasn't used to driving it yet, let alone with a third person on board.
"Brake, then turn. The clutch is by my hand." Kenji said to himself as he kept accelerating and decelerating the bike as it wobbled.
"Can't you go faster?" Darius asked as he sat between Kenji and Sammy.
"Not unless you want to fall!" The older teen exclaimed. "I'm balancing three people on this thing." He said as before he accelerated and jerked the bike left and right in order for it to not fall over.
"Just keep going!" Sammy told him.
Kenji let out a groan before doing as she said and just held down the gas and tried to keep the bike steady, which was definitely assisted by them actually contentiously moving rather than stopping and going every few feet.

"The fastest way is through." Tiff said as she looked down at the ACU tablet. "There!" She exclaimed to herself before shooting the power box for the electrical fence, essentially making it harmless to touch. And right before she was about the start climbing the fence, she looked over to her right and saw one of the park's cameras, with a grunt, she took her rifle and bashed the camera, cutting off the feed.

WITH BROOKLYNN
Brooklynn jolted back with a gasp as the sudden sound of static and the disruption of the feed caught her off guard.
"No." She said worriedly as she started clicking buttons and flipping switches as she moved the map a bit backward and saw the dot that was made up of Darius, Kenji, and Sammy. She went through the cameras until she got a decent idea of where they were at.

WITH THE MENTIONED TRIO
"Guys!" Brooklynn's voice was suddenly heard from within the jungle, causing the three teens to let out gasps of shock at the sudden sound, but Kenji stopped the bike as they waited for her to speak.
"Tiff is about to get to the watering hole, and Ben, Cass, and Yaz aren't there yet." She told them as the trio pulled up alongside one of the many speakers disguised as rocks.
"How far away is the nearest tunnel to them?" Darius asked her.
"Uh… If you go back the way you came a bit, there's a tunnel entrance that would put you out in front of them." The resident pink-haired girl told him.
"Okay, you guys keep going to the watering hole. Meet up with Ben, Cass, and Yaz like we planned." Darius said as he got off the bike and took a few steps away from it. "You'll move faster without three kids on one bike. I'll see if I can slow Tiff down." He said before tossing Sammy his helmet.
"Good luck, dino-nerd." Kenji told him.
"Be careful." Darius said back.
* motor engine revs *
And with that, Kenji and Sammy continued on the bike without Darius and the young leader took off toward the tunnel entrance.
"Okay, Darius, what's the plan?" Brooklynn asked but got no response. "Darius. Darius!" She called up but still got nothing as Darius had made it to the tunnel entrance and opened it up.
"Oh, you noble dumbass, you don't have a plan, do you?" She asked him.
"Once this is done, get everyone out. Get them home." Darius said as he looked up at the nearby camera.
"You're still trying to do it alone! Darius!" But she was too late, as he had already gone down and closed the latch on the secret door.

WITH BROOKLYNN
"Ugh! There's got to be a way to help, there's gotta be…" She spoke to herself as she flicked through multiple different cameras, hoping that she'd find something useful. And something caught her eye as she had to go back as she went through them so fast.
It was a door simply labeled "E750".
"E750." Brooklynn read the name as she finally found something about that mysterious code that she saw back in Wu's lab over a month ago. She looked over to the next set of cameras and let out a gasp because sitting right in one of the nearby garages was a gyrosphere.
And with a determined look on her face, she turned around and took off out of the room, completely focused on helping her friends. But she had one thing on her mind…
'Cass is so going to kill me and Darius after this…'

AT THE WATERING HOLE
Stegosaurus, Sinoceratops, Ankylosaurus, and many more types of dinosaurs were all gathered around the watering hole, drinking, resting, and just all around just having a peaceful gathering with each other.
But that wasn't going to last long as Tiff had just arrived on a hill that overlooked the watering hole, with the woman chuckling to herself as she finally made it. She raised up her rifle and began scanning the dinosaurs at the watering hole, looking to see which would be the first target she would bring down.
First, she looked toward a Parasaurolophus, but that seemed so… mundane considering she could find them all over the island. So she moved her rifle to the left where she saw two Sinoceratops drinking together, but they too were something that she could find in bulk on the island.
But right as she was about to move her rifle away, something caught her eye, something that had stepped out from behind the Sinos and toward the edge of the water…
A lone Velociraptor, one with grayish scales with a unique blue stripe that ran from its eye all the way to its tail. Tiff knew that this was a very special, if not rare, find. Especially since she knew from Mitch that Raptors were pack animals, and usually came in colors that blended with their environment.
So to have one on its own, and with a very eye-catching scale pattern to boot, she knew she couldn't pass this opportunity up. So Tiff aimed her rifle at the beast as it moved its way to the water and drank from the pool, and with each passing second, she took one more step to line up her shot and prepare to nail the dinosaur. And just as she put her finger on the trigger and the Velociraptor poked its head up…
"Hey, Tiff!" Darius called out to the woman as he stood before her, causing her to gasp at his sudden appearance. "How's the vacation shaping up?"
"Ugh! I assumed the T. rex would eat you, but I guess she has taste." Tiff said to him. "Now get out of the way, Darius. Be smart about this. The rest of your friends are dead weight, but Mitch would want you to still get out of here." Tiff told him.
"No. I'm going to save them, and I'm going to stop you." Darius said to her. "Whatever it takes."
"Oh, really?" Tiff questioned sarcastically as she started taking steps toward Darius.
* mechanical whirring *
Tiff quickly turned to her left before being violently hit by a gyrosphere and send skidding and tumbling a few feet away as she grunted and groaned in pain.
Darius looked down at his feet and saw Tiff's rifle before kicking it off to the side away from them all and turning back toward the gyrosphere. "Nice driving! I-"
Brooklynn cut him off as she got out of the giant ball. "What the hell are you doing? I thought we were a team."
"I couldn't put you guys in more danger. This is my fault." Darius responded to her.
"No, Darius." Brooklynn said as she stepped forward and grabbed the boy by his shoulders. "You and Cass have been trying to get us home since the moment the Indominus rex broke out. The only thing either of you and especially you are guilty of is keeping us all alive. And I'm sorry it took me this long to say that."
"No, I'm sorry. You were right to be suspicious of them." Darius told her.
"Hey, next time you two wanna have a touching moment, maybe kick my gun a bit further away. I'm armed again!" Tiff said as she had gotten up and grabbed her rifle.
A noise was faintly heard off in the distance.
"Huh?" Darius let out.
"Hmm?" Brooklynn hummed.
* music playing in the distance *
Darius and Brooklynn share a look with each other before turning back to Tiff.
"We're armed, too, with friendship." Darius confidently said.
"We are not armed with that." Brooklynn said in a deadpan manner as she did not want to be associated with that trope.
"No, it's, it's, like, a cool-guy thing to say." Darius turned to her and tried to explain.
"Dude, it so isn't." She told him.
"Agree to disagree?" The young leader questioned.
* horn honking in the distance *
* motor approaching *
Tiff let out a gasp of shock as the noise drew closer and closer, with Darius turning to look at her and cross his arms and Brooklyn put her arm on his shoulder and leaned on him.
"What my cornball friend here was trying to say is that you may be armed, but there's seven of us, one of you." Brooklynn told her. "And most importantly…"
"We were just stalling." Darius finished the statement.

WITH THE OTHERS
"Whoo-hoo!" Sammy shouted out as both she and Kenji ramped over a hill before landing, with Kenji grunting as he controlled the bike.
Cass and Yasmina were the next ones over the hill in a similar fashion as the teen girl laughed in enjoyment at getting some air in the large vehicle, with her driver merely chuckling to himself at her reaction.
And finally, Ben and Bumpy came over the hill with the large Ankylosaur jumping over the top of the hill to mimic the bike and car, with Ben riding on her back waving flashlights, letting out a "Whoa!" as the two landed.
Yaz reached over and began honking the horn on the truck, trying to cause as much noise as possible, with Kenji and Sammy blazing past them on the motorcycle. And with the rapidly approaching lights and noises, the dinosaurs weren't too happy about that, letting out snarls as they backed away from the incoming chaos.
"Oh, yeah!" Ben let out as he continued to scream celebratory noises as he waved his lights around. And with him and the other campers all rushing toward the animals, the dinosaurs all began to move away from the watering hole as the teens guided them away from it.
"Yeah! Bye, dinosaurs!" Yasmina yelled out from her open window as Cass just smirked at her enthusiasm while he focused on driving.

BACK WITH DARIUS AND BROOKLYNN
* constant beeping *
"What?" Tiff asked herself lowly as she pulled out the ACU tablet and looked down at it and saw all the trackers were moving north, and away from the watering hole. She clenched her teeth as she looked out over the hill and saw the lights off in the distance before turning around and letting out a growl toward the other campers.
But Brooklynn and Darius had already decided they didn't want to be there any longer than they needed to be, so they had both gotten into the gyrosphere, with Darius taking control of the ball and U-turning back into the forest and away from the crazy hunter.
But Tiff has had enough of the campers getting in her way, so with a growl of irritation and anger, she took off into the jungle after Darius and Brooklynn.

WITH TEAM CHAOS
"Yah! Keep it moving! Oh, yeah!" Ben yelled out as he was still waving the two flashlights around as he and the others corralled the dinosaurs. "Whoa, yeah!" He let out to Sammy as she and her driver rode right past him.
"Oh, we got this, y'all!" Sammy shouted out with enthusiasm.
"Yeah!" Kenji yelled in agreement as they all were just having fun while doing this. "Keep it moving, people!"
"Come on, dinos! Yee-haw!" Sammy said in her Texan accent as she was just laughing and cheering the whole time.
But soon, the whole group came to a stop as they watched the herd of dinosaurs all run off out of the open field and over a hill, presumably to go split off into the jungle where they'd be safer.
"Whoo!" Sammy shouted out as she had gotten off the motorcycle and began cheering, soon being joined by Ben, Kenji, and even Bumpy.

Yaz threw her head back against the headrest of the seat as she let out a laugh with Cass joining her with a small laugh of his own as he finally took both of his hands off the wheel and let his arms rest, especially the right one, as he had already been pushing it with the injury he had gotten not too long ago.
Yasmina looked down at his right arm that he had begun resting in between them and hesitantly reached for it with her left hand, she tried to place her hand on his, but she chickened out last second and opted to just rest her hand on the older teen's forearm and just rub his bandages with her thumb.
Cass took notice of the girl's hesitation to touch his hand and just let a small smile grace his lips before ultimately just letting her do what she was comfortable with at the moment.
"So…" Yaz quietly breaks the silence. "Are you really gonna tell me what happened to your arm..?" She asked as she looked down at his covered appendage. "And some more of your past…?" She hesitantly added on.
"Of course." Cass gently told her. "After all this is said and done, I'll tell you what happened to my arm, and I'll show you the stuff I got you." He let out a sigh. "As for my past..? Yeah, I'll tell you what you wanna know, no point in hiding anything from you." Cass turned to her with a small smile and let out a chuckle.
She returned his smile and closed her eyes as she kept holding onto his arm, for she knew he would never lie to her, and after everything that had happened, after everything he had done… she would be as patient as she needed to be.
* rumbling in the distance *
"Huh?" Both Cass and Yaz said at the same time as they opened their eyes and looked toward where the noise was coming from. Their eyes soon widened as they could now make out the figures of the dinosaurs, all running back toward them.

Ben, Kenji, and Sammy were all wondering why the dinosaurs were running back this way, too. But a noise cut through the air like a hot knife through butter.
* roaring *
Sammy let out a gasp and took a few steps back as she and the others instantly recognized that roar, as it was burnt into their memory.
And coming up over the hill, was none other than the Tyrant Queen herself (or Rexy, whichever you prefer), stomping along and trying to take a quick bite out of a nearby pteranodon, but missing by a few inches. She stopped on top of the hill and let out a roar that was heard by everything on the plain.
With a yelp, Kenji turned the bike around and began to drive off, and Sammy hopped onto Bumpy and rode with Ben. Cass tried to start the truck up again, but nothing happened, again and again, he tried to crank the truck but it didn't work.
"Yaz! Cass!" Sammy yelled out as she looked back and saw that the truck wasn't moving.
Second by second, the dinosaurs got closer and closer to them, with the T. rex running amongst the group while trying to take bites out of any prey she could sink her teeth into that had gotten too close.

"Come on!" Cass said to himself as he stepped on the gas to try to get something to work, knowing that Yaz was freaking out as she had closed her eyes and tightened her hold on his arm in panic, and as much as he didn't care for himself, he definitely cared about her, so he was trying his fucking hardest to get this truck to start working.
* roar *
Cass snapped his eyes forward and noticed that he didn't have much time left with the herd of dinosaurs rapidly approaching, but he noticed Ben and Sammy coming back for them out of the mirror on his left.
The young adult opened up his door before reaching over and unbuckling Yasmina from her seat before grabbing her, causing the girl to open her eyes and look at him.
"I'll catch up to you in a bit, okay?" Cass said to the girl who looked at him in confusion before realizing that they were about to be separated again, and before she could say anything, he threw her out of the vehicle and into Sammy's arms as they rode up to the side of the truck just in time before having to pull away as the stampede of dinos were upon them.

"Cass!" Yaz called out as she watched as the truck was slammed into by a Sinoceratops and a few other fleeing dinosaurs, causing the windshield to shatter and the truck to flip over onto its roof. But they had other things to worry about as the three teens looked forward and let out gasps of fear as they saw that they were riding straight into the herd of dinosaurs.
But Bumpy let out a snarl and kept charging forward as she tried to find a way to get herself and her passengers out of this situation, occasionally but not purposefully knocking into the other dinosaurs, resulting in them stumbling and losing speed, allowing the group to get away.
That wasn't stopping the T. rex though, as she had already chosen her next targets, and with them all being on one dinosaur… that just made her job easier. The Tyrant Queen quickly began closing the distance between her and the others with her massive booming steps before letting out a roar from right behind the campers.
The three campers all screamed out in fear at the close proximity they were into the T. rex. While Bumpy zigzagged as she tried to keep dodging all the Theropod's attacks.

"Ugh… Thank fuck for seatbelts." Cass groaned out as he basically hung upside-down inside of the truck from his seat. "My arm is gonna be sore as shit once all this adrenaline is gone." The young adult complained before pulling his knees to his chest and aiming his feet to the ground as best he could, and once he was confident he wasn't going to bust his ass on a pile of broken glass, he unbuckled himself from his chair and landed on his feet.
He looked down at the roof of the truck and into the back half of the cabin and saw the rifle that he… acquired from Mitch, which he grabbed before slowly and carefully getting out of the ruined vehicle.
"Lady Death, I'm not sure whether you're trying to keep me from dying or if you're actively trying to kill me. But thanks anyway." Cass mumbled to himself. "As for Lady Luck… You seem to be actually trying to make things easier on me… for the most part."
The traumatized meat shield of a camper just chuckled to himself before looking around at his surroundings and figured that the best way to get out of here would be to catch up with Bumpy and the others, so with no time to waste, he looped the rifle strap around his torso and began sprinting forward, hoping that they'd be able to meet up somewhere in the field instead of him having to haul ass through the jungle to find them again.

Once again, the T. rex kept trying to take bites out of the campers and the Ankylosaurus but was still missing. Eventually, Bumpy got tired of zigzagging and just took a hard right through the stampede of dinosaurs, essentially managing to put layer after layer of obstacles in the carnivore's way from reaching them.
The Tyrant Queen eventually stopped next to the flipped-over truck, planted her foot on it, and let out a loud and long-winded roar. Which all three campers looked back and watched, but since they were distracted, they didn't see what was rapidly approaching them from the side.
But they soon felt the extra weight on Bumpy, as well as felt something get close to them, so they all turned their heads to the right and saw it was Cass who had jumped up onto their dinosaur.
"Cass!" Yasmina yelled out in relief as she threw her arms around the older teen.
He merely wrapped his left arm around her. "See? Told you I'd catch up." He gently said as he adjusted himself onto Bumpy's back to get into a better sitting position.
He was more or less back-to-back with Ben, allowing the younger teen to lean on him, figuratively and literally if he needed to, as well as them both covering the front and back of their little caravan.
Yasmina was sitting directly between his legs as she held onto the young adult as she was merely taking in his presence and trying to calm her heart and mind after she saw what happened to the truck and what he did for her.
And Sammy was sitting behind Yaz and just opted to reach forward and grab Cass's hand and pat his leg as she too tried to calm herself after what had happened, sure, she didn't see Cass the same what Yaz did, but the older teen definitely meant a lot to her.
Suddenly, Yasmina reached up and grabbed Cass's face, and looked into his eyes. "What the hell were you thinking? You could have been hurt! Or worse! You could have…! You… could have died…" She shouted but slowly got quieter as she went on and looked down at the end of her sentence.
Ben, Cass, and Sammy all had wide eyes as they haven't heard her yell like that since the day everything went to hell. Ben gave the older teen a soft elbow to the back as Sammy looked at him and gave him a small nod as she gestured to the girl he was holding.
"I'm… I'm sorry." Cass said softly as he brought his left hand up and ran it through her hair. "Didn't mean to make you worry like that."
Yaz looked up at him again and said in a lower tone than before. "Just… don't do something like that again, okay…? We need you… I need you." She whispered those last three words, but Cass heard her loud and clear.
Cass pulled Yaz into a one-arm hug which she recuperated by wrapping her arms around his torso and putting the girl's head on his chest as he rested his head on hers. "I can't make any promises about that, sweetheart. But I can promise that I'm always going to be here for you… all of you." He said gently before pulling his head back so they could look at each other.
"You can't get rid of me that easily." Cass said with a smile and a soft laugh. The other three campers all gave their own similar gentle laughs at the sensitive and personal moment that had just happened.
"Of course." Yasmina mumble to herself as she just tried to take in her crush's presence as much as she could at the moment.

WITH DARIUS AND BROOKLYNN
Darius and Brooklynn were speeding down one of the dirt roads that littered the jungle as they tried their best to escape from Tiff and to just get the hell away from the watering hole at the moment. But luck would not be on their side as they had hit a large rock that was in the middle of the path, and with how fast they were going, they ramped right off of it and the path before slamming into a boulder and essentially killing the engine in the gyrosphere.
"No, Come on, come on! Come on, come on, come on, come on! Go!" Darius chanted as he fidgeted with the yoke to try and get them moving again, but to no avail. (Also, I'm calling it a yoke because I'm tired of calling it a lever.)
"Hurry! Tiff is…" Brooklynn was saying.
* Tiff groans *
"Kids!" The woman yelled out, causing the teens to let out gasps as she ran by them before turning back around at looking at the campers she almost ran by. She proceeded to stalk toward them with a smirk on her face, which the teens were more than a little creeped out by.
"What's wrong? Turn it on, get it-" Brooklynn started saying.
"I'm trying! I'm trying!" Darius told her as he continued to fidget with the yoke.
* knocking on glass *
The two campers looked up from the console and saw Tiff standing right in front of them as she retracted her hand from the glass.
"I was definitely right about them." Brooklynn whispered to Darius.
"You can't stay in there forever." Tiff said to them as the ACU tablet started rapidly beeping from her back pocket. "And when you come out, I'll be right here waiting."
* roar in the distance *
Tiff let out a gasp as she took her eyes off of the kids and looked out past them and saw the stampede of dinosaurs that were forced out of the plains running straight at them. And with a yelp, she turned around and began running away as fast as she could.
Brooklynn began freaking out as she tried tapping the screen and moving the yoke around in an attempt to get the gyrosphere moving again. "Come on!" But once again, nothing seemed to work and the campers began panicking as the dinosaurs got closer and closer, with them trying to unbuckle themselves in an attempt to escape, but they were too late as a Sinoceratops slammed into the gyrosphere and sent the ball tumbling away.
Darius and Brooklynn let out screams of fear and panic as they spun in every direction while inside the human hamster ball, being occasionally knocked about by a Sinoceratops and a Brachiosaurus, but eventually, after enough bumping around and momentum, the engine kicked back on for the gyrosphere.
With both of the campers letting out shocked gasps before pressing on the small monitor and Brooklynn taking control of the yoke, they were finally out of danger as they took the gyrosphere and drove it off into the jungle and away from the stampede as they knew where they had to be.

WITH TIFF
Tiff was panting as she ran as fast as she could through the jungle and away from the stampede of dinosaurs that was heading her way. Before coming across a tree that was big enough to be able to hold her and had a branch low enough for her to get up in.
But trying to climb a tree when one of your hands is full was pretty hard to do, let alone do when a herd of dinosaurs were rushing beneath you, so her left hand which was holding the gun, slipped off the tree, causing her to let go of the rifle and pull herself back up just a little higher.
After a few more seconds, all the dinosaurs had passed, allowing the woman to drop out of the tree and onto the ground where she picked up her now completely ruined rifle. The barrel of the rifle was bent all the way to the right, with the scope facing a similar fate as it was now sitting at an angle instead of straight on the gun, not even to mention how dented and warped the stock and body was now.
"No! No, no!" Tiff whined as she examined her now useless piece of weaponry. "This was a custom job!"
* dragging noises and footsteps *
Tiff became ramrod straight after hearing a noise from behind her and slowly turned around before spotting what was making that noise. Lo and behold, it was a dinosaur, but not just any dinosaur. It was a Teratophoneus (Which she didn't know what it was.), but the dino didn't seem too interested in her at all, as it was focused on whatever it was dragging across the ground, but when she looked at what it was dragging, that's when her heart dropped and she grew scared.
What the Teratophoneus was dragging, was none other than Mitch's corpse, with blood and bite marks littering his body as well as missing an arm from where the carnivore… tasted its meal. But as the dino dragged away its food, something slipped out of Mitch's pocket that caught Tiff's attention.
It was the key to their boat that they had brought, but in her panic to get off the island, she had forgotten that Mitch had kept the key on him as she was about to run all the way to the dock for nothing, but in a twisted fucked up sense of luck, finding her dead husband's body led her to acquiring the keys.
Tiff merely stood there as she waited for the dinosaur to get far enough away so that she wouldn't have to worry about becoming its next meal when she tried to go get the keys, and after a few more seconds, she was in the clear.
* thud in the distance *
Tiff let out a gasp as she knew what that booming sound was, it was the T. rex, and she really didn't want to stick around to find out if she was correct, especially without a weapon now that both are either ruined or gone.
* thuds continue *
The woman rushed toward the key and picked it up right before she began sprinting her way toward the North Dock so she could get the hell off the island.
But the T. rex and the Teratophoneus weren't the only carnivores in the area. Chaos and Limbo were hiding in some foliage maybe 30 feet from where the woman had stood, but after a few quick sniffs in the air, they definitely knew that she was the one that had killed their sister.
So before the T. rex decided to show up, the two Baryonyx got out of there and began following after Tiff. Letting out short and simple growls and screeches to each other as they got ready to avenge their fallen sibling.

WITH BROOKLYNN AND DARIUS
Brooklynn was driving herself and Darius to the North Dock in an attempt to stop Tiff and be able to secure themselves a way off of this island. And while they haven't run into anything dangerous on the island, that doesn't mean everything was smooth sailing.
After they had crashed the gyrosphere and got it… working again, they began to have some… mechanical issues, such as the inside of the gyrosphere like the seats and console completely shifting on the inside of the ball, occasionally making them dangle from the ceiling or even having them become reclined, making it just a bit harder for them to see where they were going.
But after the two teens gave each other an awkward laugh at how they were being jostled around in the ball, Brooklynn took a sharp right just as she passed a sign that was marked with "DOCK".

AT THE DOCK
Tiff had finally arrived at the dock she stopped at the front gate and tried to catch her breath, but she didn't have any time as the low whirring of a gyrosphere from behind caught her attention, so she turned around and saw that was Darius and Brooklynn heading her way.
So with a deep breath, the woman slammed her shoulder into the gate and opened it enough just so she could get through before rushing toward her boat so she could get the fuck off the island.
Brooklynn saw the gate that stood in their way, and it would take too long for them to get out of the gyrosphere and then walk through it, so she got an idea and shoved the yoke forward, causing the ball to go its max speed before ultimately slamming the sphere into the gate. But since the gyro was already damaged and it wasn't exactly meant to be used as a battering ram, the gyrosphere tumbled a few times before coming to a halt as the engine finally gave out.
But by the time the two teens had managed to open the doors on the gyrosphere and get out, Tiff had already made it onto the boat, with two certain dinos running along the cliff edge as they tracked them.
And as fast as Darius and Brooklynn ran, they still weren't quick enough to stop Tiff before she had started the boat and turned the rotors on full blast. Just as Darius got within ten feet of the boat, Tiff's speed ripped the boat cleat from the dock, no longer anchoring herself to the island.
"No!" Brooklynn exclaimed at two things, the first being that Tiff got away, and the second being that Darius almost fell into the ocean, but she managed to grab onto him and keep him on the dock.
"I am out of here! And you're never getting off this awful, awful island!" Tiff yelled from her boat as she looked back at the campers. "In fact, I'm going back and I'm not telling anyone you're here!" Suddenly she was jolted to the side as her boat hit the side of the island before correcting itself. "You are gonna rot here, you little shits!" Tiff concluded before going back inside the boat and returning to the wheel.
Darius and Brooklynn could do nothing as they watched her sail away and behind the island. With nothing but the feeling of shock and defeat registering in their minds as they stood still at the dock.

WITH TIFF
"They ruined my vacation, and my marriage, and my best gun." Tiff got audibly sadder with each added part before letting out a whimper and hanging her head.
* thuds *
Tiff looks up and starts glancing side to side as she looks out the windshield of the boat before concluding it was nothing. "And they are never going home!" She confidently said as she adjusted her ascot and planted a smirk on her face.
But that was soon taken clean off as she let out a gasp of shock as both Chaos and Limbo approached the windshield from opposing sides as they looked at the now defenseless woman, letting out huffs of air onto the glass that momentarily fogged up.
* glass shattering *
* Tiff screaming *
But the two Baryonyx had finally avenged their sister as they tore Tiff to shreds, ripping her to pieces, limb by limb, and devouring her as they pleased. Before finally letting out a conjoined roar of triumph as they had accomplished what they had set out to do.

BACK AT THE DOCKS
Brooklynn and Darius walked back to the gate of the dock before the young leader leaned up against it as he tried to collect his thoughts and accept what had happened, with the resident pink-haired superstar putting her hand on his shoulder as a sign that everything would be okay, which he accepted.
* motor engine revving *
The two teens let out a gasp as they looked forward and saw Kenji slowly moving forward on the motorcycle before hitting the accelerator again and hopping off the bike, letting it slowly drive itself forward before hitting the fence and falling over, with Kenji following its lead as he collapsed to his knees before falling prone with a whimper.
Brooklynn and Darius just let out small smiles at the exhausted teen before walking over to him and helping him up as well as letting out little laughs.
"Whoo-hoo!" Sammy shouted out, catching the others' attention as she, Ben, Cass, and Yaz all rode up on Bumpy. The cowgirl laughed as she hopped off the dinosaur with the others doing the same, with Cass helping Yaz down as Bumpy let out a bellow.
Sammy giggled as she walked past Darius to give Brooklynn and Kenji a hug, being soon joined by Cass and Yasmina as they all just let out small chuckles and laughs as they were all reunited and couldn't believe how crazy the last few days had been for them. But with them all in a hug, that left Darius and Ben standing out in the open.
Darius looked at the others that had more or less officially become his "camp fam" as Sammy had put it, before turning back toward Ben and Bumpy and he couldn't really believe his eyes that they were actually there in front of him.
Bumpy grunted and gave a small nod while Ben gave an awkward smile and wave. "Hey."
But he wouldn't be able to get anything else out for a moment as Darius rushed him and hugged him as tight as he could, as he merely wanted to take in his presence as much as he could, with Ben returning the hug with equal fervor.
"I'm sorry. I tried to hold on." Darius said to him.
"Think nothing of it, kid. When you've seen what I've seen…" Ben said as he tried to act tough as he pulled back from the hug before immediately pulling Darius back in. "I missed you guys, too." He said in a more soft tone.
Darius was enjoying the hug before something clicked in his head. "Did… Did you just call me "kid"?" He asked with genuine confusion in his voice.
But neither one of them had any time to say something else as they were soon hugged by Brooklynn, then Yaz, then Kenji, then Sammy, and finally Cass who was big enough to wrap his arms around everyone.
"Camp fam!" Sammy exclaimed.
"Hugging… too… long…" Yasmina gasped out as she couldn't keep up with all this physical affection.
"Yeah, same." Cass said as he let go of everyone with them following suit and breaking the group hug as they all let out a sigh of relief before they all share a laugh at their reunion.
"So… what now?" Kenji asked as he looked toward the dock, causing everyone to do the same. "Try to find another distress beacon?"
"No." Darius said catching their attention. "We're done waiting for someone to rescue us. It's time we found our own way off the island.

ALL ACROSS THE ISLAND
The dinosaurs of Isla Nublar could once again roam freely without the fear of Mitch and Tiff trying to hunt them for sport.
With Pteranodons roosted in trees while occasionally messing with speakers that were playing automated messages, but getting spooked once they began sparking or smoking.
Three Parasaurolophus and a Sinoceratops all rushed through the abandoned camp that was set up by Hap, Mitch, and Tiff, knocking over the dining table and some other small things.
Two Stegosauruses were walking down the old maintenance tunnel (the one where they fought Toro) and let out a non-threatening growl. The two Parasaurolophus that were traveling behind them rushed forward into the room, and they were followed by three Compys.
One of those Compys let out a snarl before rushing into an open vent to its left and running through it, where it saw two more Compys chewing on some wires before finally biting through one, sending sparks flying. But in typical Compsognathus behavior, whatever they fucked with caused a way bigger issue, because once that wire was chewed through, all the power in the park was once again cut off.
One by one the shops on Main Street were powered off with the T. rex in front of the Innovation Center cut off mid-roar.

IN THE CONTROL ROOM
* alarm blaring *
One by one the monitors stopped showing the feed from the cameras and showed a red warning sign, but only one was holding on longer than the others, it was camera 990… the very same camera that was watching over the room was marked "E750".
Smoke and coolant were behind released from the seams of the door as the power was being cut off as whatever was in there began to thaw out. And all that was heard before the camera feed crackled out and was cut off for good…
… was a scream-like roar before everything went red.

Alrighty, that's the end of season two, I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
I am going to be taking the next 4-5 days off from writing so that I can spend time with my friends and family for the holidays, but in the meantime, I would like for you all to leave a review of what you think of the series so far, and whether you want the next thing that I post to be a bonus chapter between Cass and Yaz, or if you guys just want me to continue the main story.
Because depending on what you guys want is going to dictate the next thing I work on and post, so that would be very much appreciated.
