Chapter 20: Visions of the Future ~ The Song Through God's Sight
Head's Up: I'm going to have a song in English and Hebrew side by side. Because it is close to being a Celestial language. I don't want to offend anyone but I thought it would connect well with the chapter. If I have offended anyone of you. Please forgive me for this. Hope that you like the song.
While Keith and Aurora are walking in the hallway, Keith's cat-like ear twitches to his right every ten ticks. Every single time whenever he turns around, all that he could see is an empty hallway. Within the hallway is just only shadows, but it has seemed strange to him. The shadows are darker than it has been a few hours ago. Believing that Twilight is going to prank him again and he needs to be prepared before than ever. Keith grinned as he shrugged it off as kept on walking with Aurora.
On the Noth side of the palace, Keith and Aurora stood at a big crystal-glass door that is decorated with strange symbols that Keith couldn't understand. Keith wants to ask, but his mouth stays shut as he continues to look at it. "Okay Keith," Aurora spoke. Keith turned to her, "We got to be very quiet, the performance is about to start."
"Performance," Keith echoed. "What performance?"
"You'll see," Aurora smiled as she opened the door. Both she and Keith slipped into the room. Aurora closed the door quietly, "Stand right here."
"Why?" Keith asked.
"Once Violet's done," Aurora began. "We have to escort her back to her room."
"What do you mean? And what about Violet?" Keith becomes more curious.
Aurora pointed down towards the center of the room, and Keith look down.
Keith's eyes widened as he saw King Duncan, sitting on his throne and Violet. Standing on the surface of the water, calming with grace and purity.
"That water that she is standing on is Holy Water," Aurora explained. "It purifies and boosts every Celestial being's strength to hear the people's prayer. But to a Royal One, the water gives them extra strength to do something very special."
"Like what? And what's got a do with Violet?" Keith continues to ask.
"You'll see," Aurora smiled.
"Violet," King Duncan spoke. "It's time."
Violet nodded as she closed her eyes. Suddenly, the wind started to pick up. A sudden breeze blew into the room with music strangely appearing in the air. Violet began to sing in a different language that Keith was never familiar with.

But ancient to the Celestial Beings. Keith have never heard such language that is in the Celestial tongue before but heard how beautiful and something Violet's voice is singing. Keith began to feel his cheeks burning as he keeps on listening.

Suddenly, Violet began to glow. Her clothes disappeared with her shoes, sash, necklace, bracelets, and roses. Her caramel-blond hair began to flow like the wind, wings expanded to four, her mask began to turn into a glowing tiara with cosmic stars on top, and Violet is now wearing a long-white flowing dress with a white, long flowing veil around her arms and sides. Along with her peach skin and flowing caramel-blond hair that has turned to silvery-white. Within a tick, Violet opens her eyes which have turned pearl white as she continues to sing. Violet is floating in mid-air, cupping her hands as looked up to the ceiling. All at once, all of Keith's senses have begun to fade as his vision has turned blurred to black.

Keith can feel a strange breeze flowing around him, but all he could see is darkness and he could not move. Suddenly, he heard Violet's voice that is still singing, then his vision has shown images of stars, planets, suns, moons, colors, and the whole galaxy. He was floating around them, flying past them as Violet's voice led him in a direction that he doesn't know where to.

As Violet's voice sang, Keith began to see more images. Images of his hand, holding someone else's hand. It felt warm and welcoming. Above it, the symbol of the Blades of Marmora is shifting against with the Celestial seal. Then the image shifted to planets with stars again.

Suddenly, he saw Voltron formed but with strange armor and details that has built to. It reminded him of Voltron which had merged with Atlas, but this is different. It was more powerful than Ultra Voltron. Within the newly looked Voltron, he saw the paladins of Voltron. But it wasn't five paladins, it was six paladins. Keith couldn't see their faces but did see their armor is different than the original armor. Feeling depressed, he heard Violet's singing voice has grown stronger and louder.
Keith moved to another image that have shown a battlefield that he had not recognized.

Suddenly, the images have shifted from battle to peaceful life that lives within all planets. But he noticed that he is near the planet Heaven, showing him an image of two figures at the Royal One's Palace. He could not see their faces, but he can see that the figures are wearing royal clothing and crowns. The feeling of energy is full of hope and peace that has now thrived within all creatures and planets alike.

Before Keith could say a word, his world has dark again, and everything has become quiet and still.

As Keith regain his senses, he blinked a few times to get the blurriness out of his eyes. As he regains his sight, he found himself standing at the entrance with Aurora and the Altean mice. In confusion, Keith looks around and rubbed his head. "Hey," Aurora spoke. "What's wrong?"
"I'm not sure," Keith slightly shook his head. "But...while Violet is singing...did anything had become or felt different to you?"
"Not that I'm aware of, why?" Aurora becomes confused.
"Umm, just curious." Keith spoke, "I just...thought that I saw something while Violet is singing."
"Like what?" Aurora nearly widened her eyes.
"The galaxy," Keith began.
Aurora jumped with eyes widened.
The Altean mice tilted their head in confusion.
"The stars, the planets, everything. Including the strange occurrences about..." Keith continued.
"Stop," Aurora interrupted. "I have to stop you right there, I just know where you are going and I have quite figured out what it is."
"You do?" Keith's left ear tilted.
Aurora nodded.
"Figured out what?" Keith asked.
"You saw the future," Aurora sighed. "Violet is a Universal Celestial Being, who holds the power and the voice of God's Cosmic Sight. To see the past and future that would live within all worlds. But only a few Celestial Beings are chosen or either allowed to see God's Cosmic Sight. Such as me and the king."
"Does Violet see it?" Keith wondered out loud.
"Sadly no," Aurora nodded. "She wasn't allowed to see it; all she could do is sing that song to activate her power. But the thing is how come you were able to see it? You're not a Celestial Being, how did that allow you to see it?"
"Honesty, I have no idea either." Keith shrugged, "Perhaps I was allowed to unnoticed for some reason."
"Possibly," Aurora shrugged.
To the water, Violet has stopped glowing along with her eyes. The glow has disappeared and has returned to her form. Her caramel-blond hair is pulled back in a bun, with leftover hair gently flowing over her left shoulder. Roses are clipped around her head. Her skin returned to fair peach her eyes are an orchid-pale rose mix. Wears a white and silver dress with a long silver sash around her waist that flows right behind her. A pair of gold bracelets and a pair of silver bracelets around her upper arm to hold silver glimmer fabric. Her four wings returned to the form of a bow. Also wearing a mask that is decorated with silver edges and a turquoise gem at the middle of her forehead. Wear a white choker with an amulet that is made of silver, carved in a shape of a swan, and a dove with a ruby in the middle of it. Finally, she is wearing a pair of silver high heels.
As Violet is back to her original form, she looked up at her uncle tirelessly. Seeing his expression is full of shock and anger. In confusion, she weakly walks to the surface. "Did I do something wrong within my song uncle?" Violet asked.
"No," King Duncan nodded. "I was just startled by what I have seen within the vision. No need to worry about it."
"Oh," Violet was about to step off the water. Before she could take another step, her dizziness invaded, and she was about to collapse. Suddenly, she felt a presence have caught her from falling.
"Are you alright?" Keith's voice asked her.
"Don't worry, I'm alright." Violet weakly smiled as she looks at him, "Just lightheaded, but thank you for your concern, Keith."
Keith nodded as he helped her to stand. King Duncan stared coldly as he watches Keith helping her.
"Good catch Keith," Aurora spoke. "You may still limb, but your reflexes are still intact."
"Umm, thanks. I guess," Keith nodded.
"Well," King Duncan spoke. "I take that his training is done for a day."
"Yes sir," Aurora bowed. "He is progressing very well, but he still has much to learn before his true task begins."
"I see," King Duncan stood up. "Now, would you escort my niece to her quarters? She needs some rest."
"Yes sir," Aurora bowed. Keith followed.
"Rest well, my niece." King Duncan spoke kindly to his youngest niece.
"Thank you, uncle." Violet bowed. Slowly, Keith and Aurora started to walk Violet out of the room and enter the hallway. Leaving King Duncan all alone.
Once King Duncan is alone, he growls under his breath as the shadows around him have grown darker. "No!" he shouted as he broke a vase. King Duncan growled loudly as he started to notice something about the vision that he has seen.
Within the hallway, Keith, Aurora, and Violet are walking to the East Wing of the palace. Keith looks at Violet, starting to notice how pale Violet is getting than the last time he saw her. "Hey," Keith spoke.
"Yes?" Violet replied.
"Are you sure that you are okay?" Keith asked, "You look like that you're about to fall over."
"I'll be fine," Violet weakly smiled. "It's just…just some side effect for using God's Sight whenever I sing."
"How many times do you have to use that power?" Keith wondered out loud.
"Violet usually sang that song once per week," Aurora answered. "The Day of the Sabbath, in other words; Sunday. But since her uncle took over, he allowed her to use it twice per week. Both Sunday and Saturday."
"And now," Violet added. "It has got up to three times per week. Both Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday."
"What?" Aurora jumped.
"Three times a week?" Keith asked.
"Yes," Violet nodded. "It does bring tiresomely, and other side effects. But…I'll manage."
"What type of side effects does it have?" Keith asked, "Other than being tired and looking pale."
"It's complicated," Violet answered.
"Violet," Aurora spoke. "Has your uncle lost one of his burnt feathers? You know your limits about this, including if this keeps up. You will…"
"I know Aurora," Violet sighed. "But that's what he has scheduled me to do, and including about that…" Violet lost her words.
"About what?" Keith asked.
"Umm, never mind. It's just a thought," Violet shook her head as the three keep on walking. "Just don't worry about it," Violet sighed as she looks down for a little bit.
Aurora nodded as she got her mind back on track. But to Keith, within his heart and head. He knows that something is up and noticed that Violet doesn't what to speak out loud. Keith fully understood it, but he knows his guts keep on turning whenever he sees Violet in pain. He started to gather up clues as he slowly began to become eager to find out why this keeps on happening to Violet. And finding the mystery about it.
