Here is a New Year's Gift for you. After this, I'm going dark for the whole of January, so I thought you should have this.
It was almost time for the last Duel of the School Duel to commence and both sides were preparing themselves.
"Big Sis Yuya won…" Ayu said.
"And Big Sis Yuzu lost…" Futoshi added.
"So, it's one win, one loss." Tatsuya kept score.
Gongenzaka balled his fists. "I, the man Gongenzaka, want nothing more than to avenge Yuzu, but…since this involves students of You Show…as the successor to the Gongenzaka Dojo, I am just an outsider!"
Gongenzaka turned to me, who was face to face with Yaiba. "Listen up, Noa! This is a do-or-die situation we're in, so you had better win!"
"Thanks for the vote of confidence." I said, giving him a thumbs up.
"Just to let you know, I'm the strongest out of the three of us." Yaiba revealed. "I won't be holding back at all."
"That damn Yaiba! He's talking like we're weak!" Hokuto growled.
"Didn't you lose?" Yuri asked, not looking up. Hokuto felt and arrow pierce his heart and slumped into the corner in shame.
"The opponent is Yaiba Todo… Yaiba…Katana…Sword…alright!" Shuzo said, pressing a button. "Field Magic: The Keyblade Graveyard!"
I'm sorry… THE WHAT!?
And sure enough, we were in a wasteland, surrounded by Keyblades. There was even a moon resembling Kingdom Hearts up top. "Oh man, I wish I had my playlist here." I said, trying not to geek out.
"Noa! Use this field to bury enemy's blade!" Shuzo encouraged.
"Mr. Hiiragi, if we win this Duel, both You Show will become LDS's." Himika reminded Shuzo of the terms, acting smug. "Agreed?"
"Hey, Bitch!" I yelled out. "Don't forget about our deal when we win!"
Himika growled at me, to which I flipped her off.
"Wow, you must really hate our President." Yaiba said. "What did she do?"
"She is on my shitlist, and trust me, you don't want to be there." I merely said. "Also, can we skip the freaking chant?"
"Sure." Yaiba said.
"DUEL!"
YAIBA: 4000 LP
NOA: 4000 LP
"The opening act is mine. My turn. I set one monster face-down and end my turn." I said
"That's it!?" Yuya shouted.
"He is most likely trying to gauge his opponent's strength." Sora said.
"And given the stakes, he can't exactly afford to be reckless." Gongenzaka added.
"My turn! Draw!" Yaiba drew his card. "From my hand, I summon XX-Saber Boggart Knight in Attack Position!" A beast like warrior appeared.

"When this monster is summoned, I can Special Summon one Level 4 or lower X-Saber monster from my hand! I Special Summon the Level 3 Tuner Monster, XX- Saber Fulhelmknight in Attack Position!" A human warrior appeared.

"Next, when I have two or more X-Saber monsters on the field, I can Special Summon XX-Saber Faultroll in Attack Position!" A large human warrior with red armor appeared.

"He summoned multiple monsters with no problem!" Tatsuya said.
"Amazing!" Futoshi was amazed.
"Now here's my Synchro! I'm Tuning my Level 4 Boggart Knight with my Level 3 Fulhelmknight!" Fulhelmknight turned into three green rings and Boggart Knight flew through them and turned into four stars.
"Wielder of crossed blades of light, trample over this mountain of corpses! Synchro Summon! Come forth! Level 7! X-Saber Souza !" A buff warrior wearing gray armor, battle scarred red cape and twin swords appeared.

"And I'm not done yet! Once per turn, XX-Saber Faultroll can Special Summon one Level 4 or lower X-Saber from my Graveyard! The one I bring back is XX-Saber Fulhelmknight!" Yaiba brought back his Tuner.
"He brought back his Tuner, which means…" Yuya knew what was coming.
"That's right! I'm Tuning my Level 6 Faultroll with my Level 3 Fulhelmknight!" The process happened again.
"Let your silver armor shine and crush the hope of everything that opposes you! Synchro Summon! Come forth! Level 9! XX-Saber Gottoms (ATK: 3100, LV: 9)!" A large fully clad warrior in silver armor, red cape and wielding a large sword appeared.

"He performed a Double Synchro." Yuya was amazed.
"Battle!" Yaiba declared. "I attack your face-down monster with XX Gottoms!" Gottoms charged and fired a beam from his sword, destroying the face-down monster. "Now my Souza will-"
"Purple Poison Magician effect!" I suddenly declare. "When this card is destroyed I can target one face-up card on the field and destroy it! I choose Souza."
A pool of acid formed beneath Souza, before erupting, destroying it.
"Damn." He looked at the cards in his hand, no one of them helping at the moment. "I end my turn."
"My turn. Draw" I said, drawing and looking at the cards in my hand. I should try and end this duel in a draw, given that's how it happened in the anime. It's going to be harder, not to mention it would suck that I have to end this in a draw, but I have to follow the rules. Still…
I briefly looked at Yuri, who went back to her playing videogames.
Why am I following the canon when it's clear it's going to be different? Not to mention, I am curious about the changes. What would happen if I won this duel? Would Reiji still duel Yuya, or me? Would LDS leave?
I began chuckling.
"I pity you, Todo Yaiba." I said. "Normally, I would like to prolong the duels, but I'm dying to try something out, so unfortunately, this performance will end in the second act."
"What!?" Yaiba yelled. "Don't joke around! There is no way you're going win!"
"I, using the Scale 1 Odd-Eyes Mirage Dragon and the Scale 8 Odd-Eyes Persona Dragon, set the Pendulum Scale!" I said as my monsters appeared. "With these, I can now summon Monsters between Level 2 and 7 at the same time."
"Cry of my soul, surge across time and space and resonate to those sleeping in the fifth! PENDULUM SUMMON, Come forth, my allies! From the extra Deck, we have Purple Poison Magician! Then from my hand, the Tuner Monster, Nobledragon Magician and And the dichromatic eyes from the Underworld, Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon!"

"A Tuner Monster!?" Yaiba, as well as the LDS group, was shocked. Yuri looked up, suddenly interested. "You can Synchro Summon!? As well as Pendulum Summon!?"
"Wait a minute!? How did Purple Poison Magician return!?" Hokuto asked from his group.
"Pendulum Monsters go to the Extra Deck when they are destroyed." I explained. "And if you're shocked now, wait until I show you this! I tune the Level 3 Nobledragon Magician with my Level 4 Purple Poison Magician"
As Nobledragon Magician turned into three green rings that Purple Poison Magician went through, I chanted.
"Dragon with the most beautiful wings! Fly in the sky high and dazzle your enemies with your speed! Synchro Summon! Arise, Level 7! Clearwing Fast Dragon"

Everyone stared at my Synchro dragon at awe.
Yaiba snapped out of his daze. "You may have two powerful monsters, but they are nothing compared to my Gottoms!" He yelled.
I smirked. "I activate Clearwing Fast Dragon effect! I can target one monster you control, change its ATK to 0, and negate its effects!"
"What!?"
"Distorted Mirror!" Clearwing's wings shined, before showering Gottoms with its light, making it drop to its knees.
(XX-Saber Gottoms 3100 = 0 ATK)
"Damn, I need to find an Action Card!" He said, running.
"Battle! Clearwing Fast Dragon attacks XX-Saber Gottoms! Helldive Storm!" Clearwing dived towards Gottoms in a tornado, piercing through it and destroying it. At the same time, Yaiba grabbed an Action Card.
"Yes! Action Magic! Damage Banish! I receive no damage from this battle!" Yaiba said as he was protected by a barrier. "Unless you're planning to go for an Action Card, I guess you won't beat me."
"The mere fact you relied on an Action Card just proves how different we are." I said.
"Huh?" Yaiba said, confused, as was the rest of the group.
"Battle! Odd-Eyes! Phantom Strike Burst!" I said as Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon fired a blue beam, hitting Yaiba.
YAIBA: 4000 - 2500 = 1500
"Odd-Eyes effect! If it was Pendulum Summoned and deals you battle damage while attacking, I can inflict you damage equal to the sum of the ATK of the monsters in my Pendulum Zone!"
"The sum of their ATK is..." Yaiba looked at the cards. "2400!"
Once again, the group was shocked. Come on people, how many times are you going to gasp!?
"Phantom Force!" The two Odd-Eyes monsters in my Pendulum Zone fired at Yaiba, who couldn't find an Action Card in time, and was blown away.
YAIBA: 4000 - 2400 = 0
Winner: NOA
The Action Field disappeared, with Yaiba slowly getting up.
"He did it!" The kids cheered.
"Way to go, Senpai!" Sora smiled.
"You did it!" Yuya clapped her hands.
"Noa! You made me the man Gongenzaka so emotional! Unforgivable!" Gongenzaka cried.
Shuzo smiled. "Three cheers for You Show's Duelist, Noa! Hip hip!"
"Hooray!"
"Hip hip!"
"Hooray!"
"Hip hip!"
"Hooray!"
I was definitely not blushing a bit. I then noticed Yaiba approaching her and he held out his hand. "My complete defeat. Congratulations." He said.
I accepted the handshake. "Thank you for the Duel. It was fun."
"Yeah. There is only one person who ever beat me in an OTK, but now I will have to add you to the list." Yaiba smirked. "Next time, I will win."
I nodded. "Sure, I'll take you on any time." I said.
Everyone was beyond happy. The school was safe and they beat the number one Duel School in the world. Not only that, thanks to my bargaining, they'll get 25% of Leo Corporation's assets, not to mention they have trademarked Pendulum Summon
Shuzo looked like he wanted to shvoe it in the Chairwoman's face, but remained professional. "Chairwoman Akaba, you said you would take this Duel School if you won the School Duel. However, we won, so I kindly ask you to lea—"
"A tie breaker." Himika interrupted.
"What?" Shuzo asked, confused.
"I demand a tie breaker."
"H-Hey!" Shuzo shouted. "That wasn't part of the deal!"
"The deal has changed. We will have a tie breaker. Unless you prefer your precious Solid Vision system to be permanently shut down."Himika smirked. Her actions surprised everyone, including the LDS students, except Yuri, who kept looking at me with a weird look.
"You can't do that!" Ayu argued.
"We won fair and square!" Futoshi agreed.
"That's right!" Tatsuya added.
"Shut up!" Himika shouted, scaring the kids.
"Here's the thing about me. If I see something I want, I take it by any means necessary. And the Pendulum Summon rightfully belongs to LDS!" Himika declared.
"Why that old hag…" Sora clenched his fist. He understood the meaning of getting a mission done, but he still had honor.
"Unforgivable!" Gongenzaka gritted his teeth.
Yuya was about to voice her concerns when she saw me walk forward. "Noa…"
I walked up to Himika and stopped in front of her. "The principal asked you kindly to leave. Accept your defeat and walk away with the little dignity you have left." I said with a calm tone
"Didn't you hear me? The deal has changed. The Pendulum Summon doesn't belong to this worthless, low-level school with a pathetic principal, three bratty kids, a boy with a sweet tooth, a loser of a girl, and most certainly doesn't belong to an ugly-"
It happened in a blink of a second. The only person who could have properly seen what happened was Sora and even for him was fast.
Himika was on the floor, a foot on her neck. I stood above her, with my hands in my pocket, a cold look in my face.
"You done goofed." I said darkly. "I don't appreciate people insulting those precious to me. Give me one reason why I shouldn't feed you to my dragons?"
I could see it in her eyes. Fear. She knew I would go through it. Unbeknownst to me, Himika saw something else.
She saw 4 dragons behind me, their forms shadowed and only their eyes were glowing. Behind all of them, she saw another dragon, bigger than all of them and carrying a scythe, holding upwards, just waiting for the order.
"If you could please take your foot out of my mother's throat."
Everyone turned towards a new voice and emerging from the hallway was Reiji Akaba, who took off his hood. "I apologize in her place. Her actions do not reflect LDS." He said.
I released Himika and faced Reiji.
"We finally meet, Sakaki Yuya." Reiji spoke, looking at Yuya and then me. "Hoshizaki Noa."
"Akaba Reiji…" I said the name slowly. Guess the fun has just begun.
So Noa decided to cut a little loose and he did an OTK as well. XD
This isn't his full strength.
Now, as you saw, I changed Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon effect. It no longer needs Odd-Eyes cards in the Pendulum Zone and it doesn't deal damage x1200. I thought it would be best to change it, considering there isn't a lot of other Odd-Eyes cards available to Noa.
Now, I leave you with a final idea. Now here are my ideas:
-An OC from the Fusion Dimension. Like Dennis, he is a spy sent to the Synchro Dimension in order to find more about Roget's situation and to locate Rin (since I doubt Yuri found her on his own in a massive city like that). Afterwards, both him and Dennis betray Academia and help the girls escape. Pairings: DennisxRuri and OCxRin. Deck: Naturia. T-Rated
-Yuya's older brother OC, who takes care of Yuya alone and thinks Dueling is a sin after being traumatized of Yusho's disappearance. He gave up Dueling and takes care of Yuya, but events lead him to use the Deck again. Pairing: Either OCxBracelet girls or OCxOther girls and all the Yu-boys have their respective Bracelet Girl. Deck: Fallen of Albaz(and its other archetypes) or Amazement. M-Rated, all characters are above 18, except the Chibi Trio and Reira.
-OC Ritual Counterpart. Similar to Fifth Factor, there is a Ritual Counterpart of Zarc and a Ritual Dragon, but no Ritual Dimension. There is also a ritual counterpart of Ray. Pairings: Yu-boysxBracelet Girls. Decks: Megalith/Nephytys for Yu-boy and Vendread for the Bracelet Girl. T-Rated
-SI Adult. OCxAdults (like Yoko,Himika, Melissa Claire). M-Rated. Deck: Amorphage.
-Evil!SI who was chosen by the Light of Destruction, to stop Zarc. Pairing: OCxBracelet Girls. Deck: Destiny Heroes (which would mean Edo doesn't exist in this story.)
