Chapter 22: The Ball
Part 1: The Guest's Arrival

Head's Up: I'm not putting all of the Regions into this chapter. I got bored or lazy about it. It almost made my head explode to put that many people into this chapter. So I am getting to the main point of the chapter before moving on. Please forgive me for this confusion.
Enjoy the chapter.

A few days went by, Keith learned quickly to be a bodyguard of a Celestial Bing. Even though he has given Violet some space for quite a while. Ever since he and Violet have realized it wasn't the first time that they have first met. It was depressing and Violet haven't spoken to him since that day. It pains him to see Violet sad and in pain, he wishes to hold her. To see her smile again. But he knows that it would let her feel worse if he does. So, he kept himself quiet as he still stands by her side without any physical or eye contact.
Keith's leg has fully healed but has a nasty scar. He will limb for a while but not overdo it by doing anything serious. For Keith, he will do defense instead of attack to protect Violet. If necessary, he would use his leg to attack once he or the princess is threatened. That's when he knows when he is ready.

In the bright, cool sunlight of the afternoon. Everything in the Kingdom of Heaven is peaceful and calming, suddenly a few carriages with flying stallions have flown into the quart yard of the Royal One's Palace. The news to the people knows that the big day has finally arrived for something special for the night.
At the Bodyguard Training Room of the palace, Keith, the Altean Mice, and Aurora has finished training, Luther dashed from the hallway and entered the room. "Luther?" Aurora raised an eyebrow, "Why are you out of breath?"
"The guests for the ball," Luther began as he regained his breath. "The first few have just arrived."
"What?" Aurora jumped, "They're here already? Why didn't anyone say anything?"
"Just got the information about a few minutes ago," Luther answered. "Right after they just pulled up from their flying carriages."
"Oh, my," Aurora lightly panics.
The Altean mice squeaked in confusion.
"Umm...why do we have guests arriving here?" Keith asked, "And what is the purpose of it?"
"Oh, yeah." Aurora hit her head, "I forgot to inform you about this."
"Inform me about what?"
"Today is Princess Violet's Name-Day," Luther began. "In other words, her birthday and the ball...her party starts today."
"You got to be kidding me," Keith nearly jumped.
"Afraid not," Luther shook his head.
"But...how many will be there?"
"Only a few Counts, Countesses, Dukes, Duchesses, and advisors will be attending." Aurora began, "Along with their first born or other children that are old enough to attend."
"There will be some Non-Royal, Non-Dukes, Non-Duchesses, Non-Counts or Non-Countesses will be there too," Luther answered. "If they have the personal invitation as a family friend."
"But since you, Luther, and I are the bodyguards of the princesses." Aurora crossed her arms, "We don't need to have the invitation to the party, we are welcome to be there. But still got to do our duty for the princesses' sakes."
"Now you're making sense," Keith spoke loudly as his eyes widened.
"Well, we better hurry." Aurora spoke, "Before the introduction will start without us."
"Right," both Luther and Keith nodded. Then the three bodyguards started running through the hallways to the throne room.

Within the throne room, five thrones are on the stairs for each Royal One. At the top of the stairs are two thrones; one throne on the right is where King Duncan sits. The throne is in the size of large, it is made and carved in marble stone that is decorated with gold and rubies. Above his head is the Kings' Crest with a faded-out image that no one could see. The second throne that is right next to him is an empty throne that is for a queen. The throne is in the size of large-medium size, it is made and carved in marble-emerald stone that is decorated with gold and pearls. On the headboard is an empty Queens' Crest with no image to show upon its seat. King Duncan is sitting alone with pride as he stares straight forward to the door.
At the few steps below the king and queen's throne, two other thrones stand peacefully with grace. On the right side of the steps is a throne where Violet sits calm and nervous. The throne that she sits upon is a size of medium-large, made and carved with pearl-silver stone that is decorated with platinum and roses. Above her head is the Heiress' Crest with an image of a swan and a dove, circling a star. Shining bright as the sun. Standing at each other on Violet's side is Aurora on her right and Keith is standing to her left. Standing behind the throne, they would disturb anyone of their Royal Ones or their guests. On the left side of the steps is a throne where Twilight sits. The throne that she sits upon is a size of medium, made and carved with coral-ruby stone that is decorated with paint and black roses. Above her head is the Second Heiress' Crest with an image of the galaxy, swarming around the star that will soon become a new world for another being. On Twilight's left side is Luther, standing right behind Twilight's throne quietly as he too does the same as Aurora and Keith.
A few steps; below Violet's throne is an empty throne that no one hasn't sat on in years. The throne is in the size of medium-small, made and carved with turquoise-silver stone that is decorated with sword and shield and blue forget-me-nut flowers. On the headboard is the Third Heir Crest that soon to be a Celestial Knight Crest with an image of a falcon, a hawk, and an eagle, circling a Star Constellations of Sagittarius. Empty and cold for anyone to be on.

As the Royal Ones are waiting patiently, Keith wonders why it is empty and where is this person. Holding onto the thought, he waits for the guests to enter.
As the throne room is quiet, King Duncan, Violet, Keith, the Altean Mice, Aurora, Twilight, and Luther are ready to be introduced to the guests. Keith, Aurora, the Altean mice, and Luther stand quietly as the guests enter. Keith nervously stares at the door as he stands right next to Violet. "Breath normally Keith," Aurora whispered as she was on another side of Violet's throne.
Keith nodded. Suddenly, trumpets sounded.
"Your majesties," the announcers spoke. "I presented to you...Great King Duncan, Princess Violet and Twilight, and guardians. I present you Seminar, the Duke of Spring Winds. His wife, Lady Hermia, and his son, Arthur."
The Duke of Spring Winds and his family bowed to the Royal Ones.
"Sir Taylor, the Duke of Diamond Seas." The announcer continued, "And his advisor, Luke Teal Skies."
Sir Taylor and his advisor bowed to the Royal Ones.
"Roynia, the Duchess of Sumerbelles." The announcer continued, "And her son and daughter, Conner and Rosaline."
Roynia, Conner, and Rosaline bowed to the Royal Ones.
This is going to take a while, Keith thought as he felt his ear twitched in irritation. But he kept on listening to the introduction of the guests to the Royal Ones.
