Chapter 24: The Ball
Part 1: The Princess's Entry
As Violet, Twilight, Keith, and Aurora are heading to the ballroom. Keith has noticed that Violet is nearly shaking with fear. He thought it might be cold feet, but he wasn't sure at first. But he will have his guard up as he keeps on walking with the others.
At one area that Keith was not familiar with, he stared at a golden-wooden door for a few ticks. Suddenly, he heard the trumpets sound as the doors has begin to open. "Presenting their royal highnesses," the announcer spoke. "Princess Violet and Princess Twilight," both Violet and Twilight stepped forward to the balcony as people applauded. Both princesses waved to the crowd as they enter the ball.
A Night to Remember (Reprise)

Before descending the stairs, the orchestra began to play their instruments as the boys began to gather around the stairs.
(All) Sons of Dukes, Duchesses, Counts, Countesses, and Ambassadors:
Who's that girl? She's so fine

Guess we've never really noticed, but we've probably should
Twilight smiled brightly as her eyes shifted to bright yellow.
Twilight:

Twilight and Violet:
Its gonna be our night!
Two sisters stand together, side by side in the chorus.

Twilight began to become more excited. Violet becomes frowns as she looks at her sister.
Violet:
Twilight!
Twilight shrugged with an apologetic look. While her eyes shifted to camouflage with the edges of yellow.

Twilight and Violet:

In the crowd, some of the girls become jealous while their dates are singing. Suddenly, Twilight's eyes shifted to a spiral of rainbows with edges of yellow. Twilight eye at Violet then eyes at the crowd.
Violet smiled as she nodded.
Twilight and Violet:
We'll never, ever, ever forget!
It's gonna be...
As the sisters waved at the crowd, offering the girls to join in the dance. Twilight's eyes shifted back to bright yellow as the girls within the crowd joined in with their dates.
Twilight:
My sisters' night!
(All) Sons of Dukes, Duchesses, Counts, Countesses, and Ambassadors:
Oh yeah!
Twilight and Violet:
All together!
Suddenly, the dance floor becomes a full blast of excitement.
(All) Sons of Dukes, Duchesses, Counts, Countesses, and Ambassadors:
Say it loud!
Twilight and Violet:
Come on now, everyone!
That's right!
It's gonna be the night!
Violet giggled.
Violet:
You know it!
Twilight and Violet:
To remember!
Both sisters are in the middle of the dance floor while the crowd is in the back.

Hear the crowd!
The crowd of guests cheers as they join in.
Twilight and Violet:

When everyone is calm from intensity, the guest bowed once more to their princesses. Both Violet and Twilight bowed in return as the party continues for Violet's Name Day.
