Scooby and Shaggy were both running out of the hollow tree, the hungry duo stopped for a moment and turned around.

Shaggy realized something he and Scooby did and grinned, "Scoob, do you realized what we just did?"

Scooby shook his head with confusion, he had no idea what his owner was talking about, "Ro."

"Like, we didn't eat any candy!" Shaggy said excitedly.

Scooby felt pride swelling up inside of him, "Re did that self-control thing Rourage was talking about."

"The little pink dude is gonna be so proud of us!" Shaggy exclaimed, with excitement. He still couldn't believe that he and Scooby didn't eat any candy!

Heading back to the farmhouse, Shaggy and Scooby were gonna tell Courage of what they just did.

"Okay Scoob, we're gonna tell the little pink guy how much we are sorry," Shaggy instructed, "You got our apology cake?"

Scooby held up a cake that said 'Sorry' and give Shaggy a thumbs up.

"We're ready!" Shaggy announced.

"Ray!" Scooby cheered, hoping Courage is not angry with them anymore.

They entered the farmhouse to see Muriel knitting a quilt and Eustace reading the newspaper.

"Hello dears," Muriel greeted, with a warm smile.

"Hi Aunt Muriel/Ri Ruriel," Shaggy and Scooby replied in unison, as the both went upstairs.

Getting to the attic, Shaggy opened the door to see Courage chewing a boot.

Courage looked up to see his best friends, he felt a pang of guilt, he shouldn't of yelled at them like that, especially since he got upset over candy, "Hi guys, I just wanna say I'm sorry for yelling at you about the candy. I just sometimes wish you both have some self-control."

"We'll me and Scoob got great news to tell you little pink dude, you see, me and Scoob here found this land where everything's made of-" Shaggy was about to finish his sentence, but he fell silent when the first rule that Velvet Cupcake had told him and Scooby flashed through his mind. 'Rule number one! Tell no one about Sugarland!'

Scooby covered Shaggy's mouth whimpering, as he also remember Velvet's rules.

Shaggy sweated nervously, hoping Courage wasn't going to question them, but unfortunately that wasn't gonna be the case, as Courage looked at the two with suspicion.

"What? Made of what?" Courage questioned.

"Nothing!" Shaggy chuckled nervously, "Yeah, like nothing at all."

Scooby was pulling his ear with anxiety, he was not good at keeping secrets, he felt like he was about to explode from not telling Courage the truth.

"Uh, what's wrong with Scooby?" Courage asked.

"Um…" Shaggy faltered. He quickly thought up a lie, "He's just feeling about when we ate up your candy," he explained, as he hold onto his cowardly Great Dane's head.

Courage crossed his arms and glared. He wasn't stupid and knew they weren't telling the truth at all. He was silent for a moment, before saying, "Alright you two, what's going on?"

Shaggy whispered into Scooby's ear, getting more nervous now, as he saw Courage wasn't buying into his lies, "Exnay, on the candy, nay."

Scooby yelled, unable to take it anymore, "RE SAW A PLACE MADE OUT OF CANDY!"

Shaggy groaned, he had broken rule number one!

"Rorry Raggy," Scooby apologized, he wasn't just good at keeping secrets.

"What?" Courage asked, before turning to Shaggy with a furrowed brow, "Shaggy, what's he talking about?"

Shaggy sighed, he knew now that Courage wants to know the truth and besides, he and Scooby owe him for the candy, "Okay, Velvet Cupcake told us not to tell you this, but like, if we told you there was a place where everything's made of candy, would you wanna go there?"

This was raising more questions into Courage's brain, what did Shaggy mean? "I guess so….but wait a second, who's Velvet Cupcake?"

"Like, Hopefully, we'll avoid her she's a little creepy," Shaggy replied.

"Rand crazy," Scooby added, before nudging the little pink beagle, "Rut we won't be avoiding her candy!"

"Alright you two, I heard of plenty of crazy stories from you two, and we live in Nowhere where every impossible thing has happened," Courage responded, as he crossed his arms and rolled his eyes, "Do you two expect me to believe that there's a whole world made of..."

"…Candy!" Courage yelled, looking around really surprised of what he saw.

Shaggy and Scooby both had taken Courage to Sugarland, and he is amazed, surprised, and astonished. The little pink beagle is practically more eager than ever to see the world of sugary sweets.

Then Scooby asked, "Roes this mean you forgive us Rourage?"

"Uh-huh. Uh-huh," Courage answered with a nod, looking like he's gonna explode from the excitement.

Shaggy giggled and said, "Come dudes. Let's go have some candy."

Welcome to this land of sweets

Where the streets are lined with goodies

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage run up the hill made of ice cream and slide down, face first to devour them.

In this land of tasty treats

Have a stick of sugar candy

Then Shaggy, Scooby and Courage are licking some candy cane trees.

Fill your mouth with sugar balls

Have a little or a lot Better yet, try them all

Shaggy then dived into the pool of fudge, and Scooby is practically swimming in it. Courage finds some sugar plums and ate some of it.

Welcome to this land of sugar

Everything is simply grand

Then Scooby grabbed a giant Jawbreaker, devoured it in one gulp, and his body looks like a ball.

Everything is super yummy

Shaggy and Courage both ended up doing the same and Courage rolled down on his back.

In this place called Sugarland!

After having their helping of candy, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage are full and with their bellies bulging and were walking down the path.

"Like, wow," Shaggy said, very satisfied.

"You took the words right out of my-" Courage agreed, and hiccuped, "...mouth."

"Rhat was like a five star meal, but with sweets" Scooby added, feeling like he gone to heaven.

The three best friends laughed at Scooby's statement.

"You can say that again Scoob," Shaggy agreed, "We should probably go before Velvet Cupcake shows up. After all, we broke rule number one." He then turned around to Courage, "And you're breaking rule number two as we speak."

Scooby looked to where Shaggy was pointing and his heart nearly stopped, as he poke Shaggy nervously, "Ruh..Raggy?"

Shaggy looked to where Scooby was pointing and gasped in shock and horror to see Courage has already taken a piece of Velvet Cupcake's castle.

Scooby cried out, "Rourage, no!" as he and Shaggy ran over, "Ron't eat the castle!"

Courage turned licked his lips guiltily, hoping to wash away any traces of the frosting he'd just swallowed. Then he looked at Shaggy and Scooby and the castle that he just taken a bite out of. His mind reeled, suddenly fearful of what would happen to him. "Oops….I guess I got carried away."

Shaggy now feeling anxiety washing down on him like a tsunami and responded to Courage in a urgent tone, "Courage, there's something me and Scooby got to tell ya."

But before Shaggy could finished, they heard a sinister laugh that send chills up in the cowardly trio's spines.

"Now you three broke a rule. Naughty, naughty!" Velvet Cupcake said, tsking.

Shaggy began to trembled with fear, shaking like a leaf, "Zoinks! Velvet Cupcake!"

"Hmm, she doesn't seem so creepy or crazy," Courage whispered to Scooby and Shaggy, but he couldn't shake the unease off of him, as he looked at the pinkish woman.

"Rum, Rourage you sure about that?" Scooby asked, as he pointed a trembled paw up to the lady.

Courage's fears were confirmed, as Velvet started to laugh like a psychopath.

"Oh. Yeah, I see it now," Courage replied, feeling his stomach sink, not just from eating too much sweets, but also the pit of anxiety rising in him.

"Like, let me guess, yo-yo-you're gonna ea-ea-ea-eat us after all," Shaggy stammered with fright, afraid of the answer.

But Velvet sticks her tongue out in disgust, "Blech! For the last time, I don't eat disgusting children or disgusting dogs. Only sweet treats."

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage all sighed with relief beyond belief, even though they're still in trouble, at least they didn't have to worry about being the main course.

"Roh good, I was worried there for a second," Scooby said, his worries dying down.

Suddenly, there's a strange popping sound. Shaggy and Courage turn their heads and gasped in shock.

"Scooby, what happened to your tail!?" Shaggy asked with a panic tone.

Scooby looked behind and gasped in shock and in horror to see his tail has turned red and GUMMY. "Ry tail!" Suddenly, his legs feel rubbery, as they turn red and gummy too. "Ry legs! Raggy, Rourage, help me! Raggy? Rourage?" Scooby felt the blood drained from his face as he saw that both Courage and Shaggy were transforming as well.

"What's happening to me?!" Courage screamed with panic, as he turned into a Gingerbread dog.

"I turning into…into…chocolate!" Shaggy stammered, with terror filling in him, with each pass second.

Then Scooby has turned into a gummy dog. The boys screamed with horror and shock.

Velvet started to laugh evilly, "Now you're delicious!" she declared as her eyes turned from green to red showing off sharp teeth and claws.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage hugged each other, with terror screaming again.

"Row I'm worried!" Scooby cried, he did not expect this.

Velvet laughed out manically, as she jumped down from her castle, looking towards at the horrified trio and lick her lips with hunger.

"Like, what do we do now?" Shaggy asked, fear dripping in his voice.

"RUN!" Scooby screamed.

With that, the three make took off to escape from Velvet.

Velvet said to herself, "Ooh, I love it when they run," she then maniacally laughed as ran after her prey.

Meanwhile, the three best friends are now running for their lives.

Courage cried out, "I'm sorry I've took a bite of the castle! This is all my fault!" He was really shame of himself, why wasn't he careful or cautious like he always was. Oh why did he take a bite of the castle, why?

"Like, we should've never have come here in the first place! It's all my fault!" Shaggy yelled, he couldn't let Courage feel shameful.

"Rit doesn't matter whose fault this is, if that lady catches us, we're history!" Scooby hollered, even though he also felt guilty for putting Courage and especially Shaggy in danger.

Courage then noticed a large peppermint, rolling towards a tree, the way he and his best friends came into Sugarland. The way out!

"Hey, look! It's the way out!" Courage exclaimed," I got an idea! Scooby pushed me and Shaggy to the peppermint."

"R-R-Rhat?" Scooby stammered, "Rhat will that accomplish?"

"Trust me," Courage told him, "I know what I am doing."

The cowardly Great Dane reluctantly, pushed Shaggy and Courage on the giant peppermint rolling as he jumped on as well.

"We're getting out of here!" Shaggy yelled happily, as the three best friends started to laugh as Scooby blew a raspberry

But the celebration was cut short, as the three fell off the peppermint as it went through the door leaving the trio behind.

Courage landed on his back, while Shaggy landed on his feet as he and Scooby started to make a run for it.

"Re're gonna make it! Rome on, Rourage! Rourage?" Scooby asked for Courage, his heart pounded, did Velvet already got him? He look back seeing he was on the ground.

Scooby and Shaggy saw Courage was struggling to get up.

"Shaggy! Scooby! Help me! I can't get up!" Courage screamed frantically, still struggling to get up.

"Hang on little buddy, we're coming!" Shaggy cried, as he and Scooby rushed to their little best friend's aid.

Shaggy and Scooby grew more worried and fearful when he heard Velvet laugh crazily.

"I'M COMING TO GET YOU BOYS!" she roared out.

Scooby shrieked, "Rikes! Ruick, grab my paw!"

"I can't reach!" Courage yelled back.

"Like, almost there!" Shaggy pushed Courage back up on his paws, as Scooby helped trying to keep him steady.

"It's working!" Courage cheered, but fell forward

"Aw, zoinks," Shaggy complained.

Velvet jumping into the air, as Scooby and Shaggy were trying to help Courage get up managing to stand him.

The three screamed with horror seeing Velvet almost catching up with them. The cowardly trio wasted no time, as they run up running into the tree the crazy lady landing making some frosting go through as well.

"Aw, licorice sticks! They escaped?" Velvet groaning angrily, "They looked so tasty. But they'll be back, they always come back," she declared laughing manically.

Meanwhile, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage surfed on the frosting crash landing into the farmhouse and into the attic. A pink beam formed at them, reverting them back to their original forms. The trio looked at themselves and were surprised that they're not candy anymore.

Relief, that they're back to normal, Courage looked at his two best friends awkwardly.

"Uh….sorry about that guys, I guess I don't have self-control after all," Courage scratch the back of his neck awkwardly.

"Rit's okay Rourage," Scooby said.

Courage was surprised, "Your not mad?"

"Like, little pink dude, it can happen to anyone," Shaggy assured.

Courage give a little chuckle, a blush forming in his face, "I guess that's true."

Just then there was a knock at the door and it was Muriel, as she opened the door, "Boys, I made your favorite! Chocolate cake!"

Courage's stomach started to turned from all the sweets he had today, and moaned, "Oh no."

The cowardly pink beagle ran to the bathroom and started throwing up.

Muriel looked at him questioningly and asked, "What's wrong with Courage?"

"Like, you don't wanna know," Shaggy answered.

"Reah, long story," Scooby added.

Let me know what story idea I should do next, this is Vakarns, sighing off. I got some story ideas but I look to hear you guys of what stories I should do next. I'm gonna do forty stories, and some of you guys had great ideas, that I'll be happy to write about.
