Individual thoughts/Mindscape talk with the twins

...
Safe to say, Rose has never seen the Guild Hall be so crowded. Well, that's a lie. The werewolf was swamped in paperwork and that was because of Denatus. Every three months, this event takes place, and with it an increase in workload. While Rose gives her all sorts of crap, Eina is quite the hard worker. The half-elf is more than just a pretty face, yet her approach to adventurers leaves something to be desired.
That's why Rose never attempts to date one, if she finds out, then she leaves them. She's sparing herself the heartbreak. Sure, it makes her seem heartless, but in reality, she's saving her own heart. Call it selfishness if you'd like, but it does help.
Rose looked through the list of nicknames that the Gods finally decided, but once she reached the end of the list because they oh so nicely put the names in alphabetical order. The crimson werewolf rolled her eyes, if her internal sarcasm wasn't obvious, they decided to put it in any order they want, making the already oversized workload that much bigger. There was even one time where they put it in the language of the Gods.
The Guild was outraged that day. The Gods never did that again, even though they still found it funny.
"Hey Rose," Misha, the pink-haired human, "have you seen the aliases they came up with? Poor Bell I think has it the worst."
Rose's ears perked at the Cranel boy, which made her think of her two recent charges, "What about the twins?"
Misha perked up as well, "As it turns out, I heard a rumor that the Gods actually took them seriously and gave them a name that doesn't mock them, as they believe they have potential, like really high potential." Misha was notorious for having an ear to the ground about anything and everything. Gossip was her livelihood so most in the Guild did not take her seriously.
"Misha, have you been gossiping again?" Rose asked, not looking away from her work, signing another paper that confirmed expenses and other various items.
"But this time, I'm being serious. Just look at the bottom of the aliases, you'll see what I mean," Misha pouted before heading to the counter and dealing with another adventurer asking the same thing when the aliases were getting released. Misha, again, had to tell them that in the middle of the day, noon, that they would be public for all to see.
Rose, for once, followed Misha's advice and looked at the bottom of the list and what she saw surprised her. Her eyes went wide as she looked at the last name. "There is just no way…" she mumbled. She immediately stood from her station and went to the archives. She was practically rushing. She had to confirm something and it was in the old records, dating back fifteen to twenty years ago. Thankfully, the records of the Guild were spot on, save for a few dark areas. That was to be expected in over a thousand years of record keeping.
Rose quickly found the room she was looking for, dated eighteen years ago, and she was desperate for her to be right. If they were hers, then why have they come to Orario? Rose opened the cabinet dated with names from W to Z, and she searched. She quickly headed for the Vs and she found the one name she hoped/didn't hope to find.
Vlahos, Sofia. High-Class Adventurer, Level Nine
Executive of Zeus Familia
Alias: Hecate
Nickname: Great Mage
Note: Often referred to as Hecate's mortal reincarnation. Believed to be the strongest Mage in existence, just short of Godhood.
Status: Missing in Action, post-One-Eyed Black Dragon expedition. Believed to be Killed in Action. No known/recorded family.
Rose almost fainted right there. Not only was she named after an ancient Titan—an honor rarely bestowed upon mortals—but she was the strongest mage of all time, and no one came close. Rose continued to read the file and the status sheets—only one was required by the Guild every year for record's sake—and the last one shattered her expectations.
All of her stats were level S, and one of them even reached SS, her magic stat. Her mage development skill was at SSS. She had at least five developmental abilities and about seven different spells, or more! The sheet was actually two pages! These spells on this sheet look insane, and they probably were too. Rose's ears twitched because they couldn't decide whether to cower, perk, or remain neutral.
No wonder her magic was so powerful, it's because she was powerful. She broke the norm of people having three magic slots. Rose checked the names on the paper she brought with her and looked at the names. Vlahos, Isaac and Vlahos, Irene. "May the Gods have mercy on Orario," she whispered to herself. The aliases they received will certainly bring attention to them, and if they are anything like her, then they will not be happy.
The twins sneezed randomly, confused, but passed it off as nothing. The two of them were out and about in the streets of Orario. They chose to avoid the Pleasure Quarter, for very obvious reasons, but they were waiting for their aliases. After Dentaus, Dia told them to not worry because she said they'd like them, but their tastes of liking something vary. Even still, they also wanted to hopefully run into Bell and ask if he leveled up.
The twins were also aware of the eyes on them, sending chills up their bodies, but they contained it. Adventurers usually had better awareness of who was watching them, but this particular set was constant, no matter which alleyway or side street they went down. It was like they were right behind them, peering over their shoulder like an annoying fly.
"It's bugging you too, isn't it?" Irene asked, looking at the map of Orario they bought from one of those tourist stands. A little expensive, but eight hundred valis was cheap when they make over a thousand times that in a day.
"Yeah, and it's super annoying. Thankfully, I haven't felt it in my sleep, otherwise, I wouldn't sleep at all. My privacy would have been invaded," Isaac said, his hand not leaving his throwing knives.
Neither one discussed what happened with Riveria only a few days ago. It was a process for what they had to discuss, but their hearts felt a little lighter when they left Twilight Manor. They still hadn't cracked open the seal on any of the scrolls. While they want to believe what the High Elf had to say, it still hurt on an emotional level that she was closer to her than them. Was it jealousy? Or spite? It could be a little of column A, a little bit of column B, and column C was both.
The little voice in the back of their heads still says it was because she resented them. To prove that point, they've been resented all their lives, except by their mother and father, and even their grandfather. Their grandmother held them, sure, but that doesn't mean anything. She was probably trying to not make her daughter sad that she wouldn't hold her grandchildren. Sure it seems irrational, but with so little evidence to point out the contrary, it fit the bill.
"Don't worry, I'd protect you," Irene joked with a giggle. It was around this time where the names were getting posted, and everyone was clamoring to see them. Some were excited, some were in despair, and others were indifferent.
"So, want to get it over with now?" Isaac questioned, seeing the crowd at Pantheon, and the looks.
"Shouldn't we wait for Lady Dia?" Irene asked, carefully folding the map and putting it under her hood. The twins never go anywhere without them. The symbol of Dia Familia was their coat of protection if you will.
"No, but keep your hood up," Isaac advised. "If Dia said our names are symbolic, be prepared for secondhand embarrassment." Irene nodded and threw up her hood, hiding her beautiful features. Isaac did the same, hiding his handsome features. The wonders of having traces of elven blood coursing through their veins.
As they approached the Guild's bulletin board, they noticed there were many different races there. A couple of werewolves, a couple of Cat People, and Elves. The latter was looking at the paper in shock, for reasons only other elves or veteran adventurers know. A small crowd formed as two different figures approached. The taller one of the two reached a finger out and started scrolling down the list.
The second figure reached her dainty hand out and pointed to the bottom. Their names were at the bottom, but not at the very bottom. The two figures looked at each other and only they could see their grimaces.
Vlahos, Isaac: Harpe
Vlahos, Irene: Aspis
The two spoke softly, "Sword and Shield, hm?"
"Brother, it could have been worse," she spoke before turning away, the taller one following.
"Looks like she was a badass, now we just gotta catch up. If we're named this now, we just became a hit topic," the elder figure said, gesturing to the awe-filled crowd.
The younger one had a retort, "Great, center of attention again. I hope Lady Dia has an explanation. Now I want to know."
"Ditto."
Some of the elves turned to them in stunned shock. That was when they heard the whispers, "Only one other person was named after a Titan, and she had the same last name."
"Dude, you can't be serious," another said. "There's no way, after the incident fifteen years ago, she was declared dead."
The first continued but denied the latter half of the second's claim, "Dead serious. They called her Hecate, the Great Mage. Her magic was so powerful that she couldn't even walk the streets because her aura was so powerful that knocked everyone level three and below to their knees. Even Nine Hell doesn't hold a candle to her power. She was believed to be the reincarnation of Hecate, hence her alias."
This was interesting information, to which the twins saw the elves that gathered around them. "Isaac, it's starting."
"You have three seconds to back up before you get a knife through the shoulder. Do not approach us, do not ask us anything about her," Isaac threatened, raising his intent, but that did not deter them.
"We want to know about her!" They cried. A knife whizzed by them and impaled into the wall. The motion was fast, and some felt a small sonic boom, or it was their imagination.
"Join the club," Irene muttered. To the skies?
Isaac cast a glance at Irene, "Back up, now… We don't need other elves involved with our business." To the stars, and we better make it snappy.
With that being said, Irene took off and leaped to a rooftop on Adventurer's Way. Isaac immediately took off in the opposite direction, surprising everyone around them. Getting an alias was a big deal in Orario, but getting an alias named after a Titan, or even a God who hadn't descended was a big deal.
Is it always going to be like this? Isaac reached out to his sister.
Well, we are in her shadow, whether we like it or not, and that means the attention is always going to be on us, Irene responded. How many pursuers do you have, I got at least three. Irene leaped to another rooftop as she heard them try to flag her down. Multiple different familias were all looking to speak to her to ask questions that she didn't know the answers to. They'll have to invest in disguises.
Isaac scoffed, I have like seven, probably eight. Wanna head to Daedalus to lose them, then head back?
Bold of you to assume I'm not already there, she retorted.
Who knew coming to Orario would incite so much excitement? The Gods must be ecstatic. Also, how many admirers did you have chasing you? Isaac grinned.
I'll answer you if you answer me, she cleanly replied.
Nu-uh, I asked first, Isaac could tell this was going to devolve into an argument. As this always happens, it did take the edge off their current situation, despite being in the middle of it.
I think I lost count at fifteen, some male, and even a few Amazons. I don't want my pelvis to be broken either. Isaac winced sympathetically at that.
Death by snu snu does not seem to be a great way to go out. The elder twin jumped to another rooftop and glanced behind him, Wait, no one's chasing me?
What?! That's so unfair! Irene mentally responded. She was currently jumping across different rooftops, wall-running around corners, and just displaying acrobatic skill. How was he not having anyone chase him?
"Well, it seems like you found out your alias, eh, Mr. Harpe?" A cheery voice spoke from his left. There on an adjacent rooftop sat Tiona Hiryute, her double-bladed weapon sitting beside her.
Isaac looked around first before leaping up to the Amazon's rooftop. He sat down, slightly winded. Using his mindscape spell with Irene takes more Mind in order to use it at long distances. "Hey, Tiona. Yeah, we did, and apparently, everyone in Orario knew our grandmother. Makes me jealous, honestly."
"Can't say I feel that, but how does it feel to be named after a Titan?" Tiona turned her curious brown eyes on the quarter-elf. She was really trying to reign in her excitement but seeing his mood made that objective easier.
"Like can we be even further in her shadow? We don't even know how big that shadow is, so while I'm happy to receive an alias, I feel as if every Deity in Orario will be attempting to poach us," Isaac vented, arm over his eyes. He could feel the sun's warm rays on his face, had he not noticed the weather lately?
That excitement went away as Tiona's eyes seemed to darken, unseen by Isaac, "They wouldn't dare…" That statement, coupled with the intent, made Isaac curiously glance over to the Amazon. His earthly hazel eyes peered from under his arm. Tiona was looking right at him, eyes serious. "Loki gave us the rundown. She has no interest in stealing other members of any familia, she only takes members who want to join or convert with the adventurer's consent. The only one who would stoop to that level is Lady Freya."
Isaac debated on asking, but went with it anyway, "Who's the captain of that familia?"
"You don't know who the King is?" Tiona asked incredulously.
Isaac groaned, "Just please answer the question."
The Amazon sighed, "He's tall, muscular, has two great swords on his back, he's a Boaz, and rarely talks. He has a really intimidating presence, and he's the captain of the only other familia comparable to us at Loki Familia."
"Wait…" Isaac thought back over the past two weeks. They… oh shit… He sat upright, cursed in the Elven language, and left, "We've met him already. This is really bad!"
Whether or not Tiona responded, he didn't know, but he had to get to Irene now.
Once Irene stopped responding to her brother, she found herself close by to the Coliseum, and she turned to look to see no one was chasing her. Wasn't she just being chased by like fifteen different adventurers, or did she lose them somewhere along the way?
"So, Miss Aspis, how do you like the alias?" A sweet voice came from her right. It was Tione Hiryute. "Relax, I'm not here to chase you or whatever." Irene felt the tension in her body relax at that, sitting on a rooftop close by. "If I wanted you, I would have had you already~" Irene squeaked, which set Tione off in a fit of giggles, "Finally I got a reaction out of that. Don't worry you're safe, I have eyes for someone else."
"Why are you here?" Irene questioned.
"I'll assume Tiona found Isaac already and gave him the rundown, but after we figured out who your grandmother was, Riveria did some research, and she was in mama mode. The last time someone was named after a Titan, well, every Deity in Orario wanted her. At that time, the Zeus and Hera Familias were at the peak of their power," Tione explained.
"Ah great, further into her shadow," Irene sighed dejectedly. However, that information could be useful. Those two familias don't seem to be around anymore, and Irene wants to know why. Maybe she can ask Rose at the Guild sometime later.
"Not that excited, hmm?" Tione asked. The Amazon ended up next to her and sat down.
"Well, it's not that we expected it, we didn't, but the amount of looks we got from other adventurers and Gods makes my skin crawl," Irene mumbled.
"Best keep your eyes peeled then, some may go to great lengths to get you," Tione warned.
"Figured that too. Our last name holds a greater deal in the Far West," Irene said.
"I didn't know there was a forest out there," Tione commented, kicking her legs over the edge.
Irene chuckled, "Neither did most of the world, and that's why the forest there was perfect," her mood plummeted soon after.
Tione glanced over at the younger Vlahos twin, "Judging by the look on your face, something happened, didn't it?" Irene didn't respond. "I won't pry, but I can say that we won't be trying to recruit you. Lady Dia got to you both fair and square."
"Irene!" Her brother's voice echoed in her ears. The younger elf shot up and looked to see Isaac running with panic in his eyes. Behind him was Tiona.
"Isaac?" She said before he collided with her and hugged her fiercely. "Hey what's-"
"Remember that bulky guy on the fourth floor? The one who said we had to get stronger?" Isaac said in a rush.
"Yeah, what about him?"
"That guy's a part of the Freya Familia and I've heard rumors about her methods of recruiting. She's the one who's going to try to poach us, I'm sure, b-but that's only a theory. I-I don't have enough evidence to make any other claims," Isaac rambled on. I don't want to be separated, once was bad enough.
Tione and Tiona shared a look, they'll have to tell Loki about this.
"So that means…"
"...we have to be on our guard, always," they said in unison. Their eyes met and they shared a smile before Isaac stood up. Irene reassured him, I told you long ago that if we did get separated, we'd find a way back to one another. It sounds sappy, but that sentiment was forever.
The twins were always together when they were younger and probably developed separation anxiety as a result. It further strengthened after… what could possibly be described as the worst day of their lives.
Irene followed after him, now standing on the rooftops, and the sun was slowly lowering on the horizon, "Should we go see Lady Dia about this?"
Isaac took a deep breath, recovering from his ramble/potshot theory, "Chances are, she knows already. The Gods have known one another for lifetimes. They know all of their tricks."
"Hate to break the moment, but did you happen to see what Mr. Argonaut's alias was?" Tiona asked shyly. Tione face-palmed.
Thankfully, they did, "Little Rookie. It should have been Record Breaker, personally," Isaac added his two valis.
"Anyway, we should thank Riveria for telling us to watch you guys today. We had to be a little stealthy with that, but it allowed us to ward off your pursuers and potential admirers," Tione said.
Irene and Isaac looked back at them in confusion but quickly wrote it off. Riveria's task was broad, so it came as no surprise. "Tell her thanks," Irene said. "We'll be seeing you?"
"Sure thing!" The Amazon sisters chimed before they dashed away, presumably back to Twilight Manor.
"Oh, before we go, we're going on another expedition tomorrow, but only down to the fiftieth floor. Hope to see you on the way down!" Tiona shouted as Tione smacked her sister upside the head. "Ow! Sis, you're so mean!"
"Only the fiftieth?!"
Isaac and Irene shared a look of shock before they both suggested, "Race you home?"
The Goddess of Beauty was pleased with seeing her three new favorite souls shine. Her clear soul, Bell Cranel, the Little Rookie now was on the outer wall with another soul. This one was almost pure gold, except for a black spec. It seems to Freya that these were the flames of hatred. As to what that hatred was directed towards, she didn't know. But she watched with delight and jealousy as his soul shined brighter and brighter each and every time he was knocked out.
Ais Wallenstein was giving her Bell what has been called 'lap pillows' and she was stroking his hair. Freya wanted to do that! She had a pout on her face as she looked into her Discerning Eye. She eventually shut it off as she turned another Eye onto the newly named twins Aspis and Harpe. Shield and Sword. An honor bestowed so rarely that the Gods all had to be in agreement. It was actually Freya's influence that they are named with such an honor. Partially because she knew of the previous one and second she desired to see them grow into strong adventurers.
She certainly enjoyed seeing their Goddess's surprise at her insistence of naming them as such. The names seemed fitting as well, from what her faithful captain told her. The male preferred fighting upfront, while the female stayed behind and defended them all, but she would keep an eye on the male in the midst of battle. He was the sword and she was the shield, hence their aliases.
Then, a new thought came or Freya as she fixed two separate eyes in their vicinity. When they were conscripted into her familia, she thought about the names she would personally give them. She would allow Ottar to train them, the King. He would refine them into a fine fighting force. The King's Aspis and Harpe. Not forgetting the Rookie, he would fit in just as nicely.
While she was certain her familia would be up in arms about it, Freya does pride herself on sharing her love with those she finds worthy of it. They, in turn, give their love and devotion to her.
Peering back to her Discerning Eyes, she watched as the twins' souls burned for each other. The male with the black dot's soul burned warmly as it traveled across Southeast street. That black dot in his soul was burning as well, much to Freya's interest. When she looked at the female's soul with the white dot, she found it burning too.
How can she trigger this reaction again? Her thoughts ran rampant as to when they saw each other, they burned as bright as she's ever seen them. The Goddess of Beauty felt a warmth in her loins, making her thighs rub together. She would definitely need to sleep on this. The euphoria for witnessing this was almost too much, so she had to shut the Eyes down just to maintain her composure.
So, as her next move, she summoned Ottar. When he entered the room, not two minutes later, "You summoned me, my Lady?"
"I have a task for you, my captain, one that I believe will bring you joy," Freya said.
The Boaz's ears twitched once, the only emotional cue that was noticeable, otherwise, he remained stoic. She explained her task to him in great detail and the Boaz smirked, "When will you want this task completed?"
Lady Freya hummed, "Whenever it suits you and you see an opportunity. Enlist as many members of the familia as you think necessary. I have faith in you."
Ottar nodded, "It will be done, Lady Freya." Free reign on a plan of his Goddess's own creation. Perfect.
Once they reached home, each insisting that they won, Dia emerged from her office at the commotion. "Hello, my children, how was your day?" Dia asked with a small knowing smile.
"We got chased around the City because everyone wanted to know about Grandma," Irene said, waving her hand.
"So it went about as expected," Dia murmured, shaking her head.
"While we were running, we saw the Amazonian sisters. Then, in turn, gave us a warning," Isaac said, his smile dropping, and the mood changed. "I have a theory that the Freya Familia is going to poach us from you. Their captain visited once before, but you already knew who he was, didn't you?"
"Isaac!" Irene scolded, brows furrowing, hazel eyes narrowing. "Stop accusing her!"
Isaac backtracked, "It's not meant to be an accusation, just asking to confirm a part of my theory."
"No Irene, Isaac's right. I do know who that was but didn't tell you because I was being selfish," Dia sighed, pushing some of her hair aside so she can look at her children with both of her eyes. "The last thing I want is a conflict with other familias, especially hers. Freya's method of recruiting is simple: claim them however possible, regardless if they are in a Familia already."
Isaac shouldn't have been shocked that he was right, but he was, and he listened as she explained. "Lady Freya wants us in her familia? That's not happening, even if my life was threatened. But-"
"Wouldn't she come after you?" Irene asked her twin's next question.
"She could, but they would be under orders to not harm me. Mortals are not allowed to kill Gods, and Gods are not allowed to kill other Gods. That's the rule, that's the law, otherwise, there would only be two Familias in Orario, quite possibly one," Dia said, sighing. "Back to my main point, Ottar—the man you met—is extremely dangerous and you are to never get on his bad side. He's fast, perks of him being the top adventurer in Orario. If he wanted to fight, it would be over before you could blink, his level difference is simply too high."
Isaac apologized, "I just don't want anything to happen." Isaac's real point didn't go unnoticed by the women. "Too much has already happened to us and I want it to relax, if only for a little bit. Speaking of which, who gave the final go-ahead on our aliases? Being named like this was something that shouldn't have been done unless we have great potential." Isaac wasn't bashing him or his sister's skill, but it was the name itself. It felt like they were wearing armor that wasn't theirs, using weapons that weren't theirs, and being a different person than they are now...
Irene cleared it up, sitting on the couch, "What he's trying to say is that our Grandmother was named Hecate, the Goddess of Magic, witchcraft, and other things. So us being named Aspis and Harpe bring a giant flag of attention to us."
Dia nodded, "All the Gods present at Denatus had to agree and there were at least sixty of us. So, while I agree the attention may be a bit much, the fact they didn't write you off means something. They were the most serious I've ever seen, even back in Tenkai." Dia still had a look on her face, one Irene could see but not what it meant.
"Lady Freya was the one who suggested it, didn't she?" Isaac, however, knew what it meant.
"Yeah…" Dia admitted, looking away.
"Did she charm the pants off of everyone?" Isaac asked as a joke, but he quickly paled as Dia didn't immediately respond. "Uhm…"
"Yes to the former, but no to the latter. No one has seen or heard of a Vhalos in a long time," Dia said. "Even I didn't know the extent of your family name's influence. So," she bowed at the waist, "I apologize for not stopping them."
Irene looked floored, while Isaac's gaze became empty, lost in thought.
"Your one voice of many and if you say the Gods were serious, then I'll accept being the Sword," Isaac eventually said after fifteen seconds of silence.
"I accept being the Shield, Lady Dia," Irene said after a pensive moment. "We may be in her shadow now, as far-reaching as it is, but Isaac, I think we can find ways outside of it and carve our own path, right?"
Dia's head shot up as she felt arms wrap around her. Now, Dia doesn't want to admit she's an emotional Goddess when something is this touching, but now she can't hold it back. Her arms wrapped around both of them as she cried on both of the twin's shoulders. They stayed like that for quite a while.
While the twins were having a heart-to-heart with their Goddess, a werewolf was having an existential crisis. Rose was seated back in her spot at the Guild. The aliases have been posted for almost the entire day, and the red-headed wolf couldn't help but see the path laid in front of her. She may have to pay attention to those two specifically now, just like how Eina keeps an eye on Bell. Even when she saw the status sheet, she still couldn't believe the sheer power; it felt as if it could jump right out at her. She could give anyone a run for their money. If the Zeus Familia had more people suited to other styles, then… what happened on that expedition?
"Hey Rose, are you alright?" A soprano tone spoke softly next to her. Rose turned to see Eina, the half-elf, clutching a stack of papers to her chest. "You've been spacing out today, which is unlike you."
Misha chimed in, "Did she find a boyfriend and she's not telling us?!" Everyone in the Guild, not including Rose and Eina, shouted "No!" at her and she sheepishly ducked her head down.
"I…" Rose started, but never continued as the words died on her tongue. The werewolf didn't like this. She was normally so abrasive, but now why did she suddenly care, or was it fear? Emotions she knew how to handle were one thing. More often than not, she chooses to ignore them when it's in the workplace.
"Is it about why you ran off earlier?" Eina asked gently, setting the papers down on an adjacent desk, before turning back to the red-headed werewolf.
Seeing as there was no way out of this, she relented, "I assume you've heard of the Great Mage?"
Misha withheld her gaps of shock that Rose was talking about gossip. "I have, yes," Eina said, now intrigued.
"Well, it turns out that my two new adventurers are related to that very Mage. Did you look at their aliases?" Rose said, holding out the sheet.
Eina took the offered paper and read down the list before Eina's beautiful face paled as she read off their names and aliases. "W-What?"
"My reaction exactly, and if they are anything like her personality-wise, then Orario is in for it." No one else in the Guild bothered to refute her on it. If the twins didn't like the attention they got… well, they can't exactly change it. It's already set in stone.
Okay, This is what Rose was looking at. She is meant to be powerful, I'm literally breaking the whole world's canon constraints wide open. She literally broke the world with her second magic spell.

Physically draining, causes fatigue which the Endurance stat does not cover. Chant - Healing droplets, tears of light, eternal sanctuary. Compose a medicinal hymn-three hundred, sixty, and five. The melody of the healer's almanac saves all things. Come, destruction of evil. The burial of wounds, interment of disease. Curses be gone in the light of vitality. In the name of all that is holy - I heal you
Enhanced Spirit Healing: An adaption of the development skill 'Spirit Healing' this allows a quick chant to increase Spirt Healing's effect. Less effective with each use in a given day. Chant- Spirits of Fire, Wind, Water, and Earth, come to my aid! Restore what was once lost!

So, I am not messing around, and just think, I have the next two chapters already written, which one should be uploaded on Thursday and one on Sunday if everything goes smoothly. Don't worry, things will only get more interesting from here...
Also, I realize that the names Aspis and Harpe are not actual mythological Titans, but their names have meaning, which was expressed in this chapter. It also describes what I believe to be their fighting styles. Isaac is the sword, the one who rushes into the fight. Irene is the shield, who defends right next to him. Together their styles mesh, forming a considerable duo.
