The Egomaniac
Inko and Shota had been distraught when the news hit the public with Izumi and Toga being named the sole survivors against a Heartless Mercenary and a literal Psychopath, Inko wouldn't let Izumi leave the house for a week alongside Toga who had bunked with Izumi during the supposed prison sentence, the two had grown closer during the time towards the Funeral of Hisashi Namikaze.
Toga had gotten a letter telling of a will reading, which stunned Toga the most as Izumi was also requested with Inko, Shota was mentioned as well.
Though the main focus was the Funeral, where Toga stood in a black dress beside Izumi, the two staring at the gravestone beside another who shared Hisashi's name. Toga leaned against Izumi who held her with the pack coming out, sitting in silence before Raksh gave a small howl before Toga turned to the wolf before embracing her, making the pack hug her with Izumi holding the Umbrella above them all.
Stepping into the courtroom for the reading, Izumi's eyes against her will and thought process zeroed in on a man at the front with wolf ears on his head, beside him was a man in a hoodie with a leather jacket over it. The two were having silent conversation that she failed to hear, Inko gently pulled her to a seat, Shota watched an assortment of people enter before a large grey man entered, looking like living Marble, his long, large right arm left Toga shivering at the sight before steeling herself, but when he turned to Izumi, his eyes took on a glow before they faded as he approached calmly.
"You must be Midoriya Izumi, my condolences for you and Namikaze Toga's loss I was a friend of Hisashi, Doctor Victor Ballas" giving him a thankful nod, she couldn't shake the unnerving feeling from the scientist.
"Hisashi, was a good man, and a good friend, you are lucky to have met him" seeing him give a gentle smile, Izumi couldn't help but think it was fake, narrowing her eyes at him, she spoke in a neutral tone.
"Thank you, Doctor Ballas" getting a nod from the man as he stepped to his assigned seat, Toga and Izumi shared a look with Inko and Shota, the hero easily noticing the vibe of the man who had spoken to Izumi.
Looking ahead as more people entered, Izumi and Toga blinked as a lanky man with messy blonde hair very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck long and his eyebrows absent, he wore an extremely loose Suit, Izumi noticed him sporting a saddened look as he sat down in silence. Looking around as others arrived from the Funeral, Izumi kept looking to the man before she sent Raksh out discreetly.
Waiting for the moment as people continued filing in, she sent her faithful pack member to comfort the man.
Watching the wolven walk quietly to the saddened man, he felt his right hand nudged into what felt like a snout, turning to look down he felt himself flinch at the sight while the creature gave a low whimper.
Looking around for the owner, he spotted a pair of Green eyes staring at him, he blinked as the little girl made a patting motion with a small smile, getting one back, Toshinori Yagi looked down to the wolf creature before lifting it onto his lap, allowing it to nudge into his left hand as he began scratching its chin.
Looking up as the solicitor finally stepped onto the podium as the doors closed with the gathered crowd sitting in wait, Toga sat with bated breath as necessities were given to those named in the Will, it came to a shock when her name came up at the end, with the solicitor speaking further.
"And it is with all my heart that I, Namikaze Hisashi leave my finances and household to my adopted daughter, Namikaze Toga once known as Himiko Toga, along with the Midoriya family access to my research to continue on aiding those who've been given a low hand in life, and that to Toga, you've become the Daughter I never got to Raise and thank you for opening my eyes to more than a mere test tube" looking up as eyes moved to Toga and Izumi, Ballas had an unreadable look to his features, his eyes however held Rage held at bay before he sighed. Moving to speak a bark echoed with the sight of Raksh moving to Toga who was wiping her eyes, the wolven was trying to cheer her up while Izumi got a tail to her face in the effort, leaving her sputtering as Toga gave a weak laugh.
Sitting in wait for the gathered group to vacate the building, The Midoriya's and Toga waited for her inheritance, the skinny man stood up to approach the family with a thankful smile.
"I wanted to thank you for trying to cheer me up, Miss Midoriya" smiling at the girl who blushed, she smiled sheepishly.
"It's no problem sir, you look like you needed the help" getting a chuckle from the man, he gave a cough suddenly with a wince, wiping his mouth of blood that stunned the four, he winced.
"Sorry, it happens at random and I cant tell when it happens" smiling weakly to the family, Izumi looked down in thought.
Looking to Toga who was speaking to the man, she turned to him to speak.
"What happened that's making you cough up blood, if you don't mind me asking?" getting a small snort from the blonde as he slowly sat down with a wince, he spoke.
"Well, a year ago I got into an accident against a, unsavoury character, half my stomach got damaged and I had to get emergency surgery… as you can tell it hasn't really stuck yet" smiling at the teens, Izumi winced as Raksh set her head on his lap once more, making him laugh gently while petting the creature, he spoke in curiosity.
"What is this, doesn't look like any dog I know?" perking up with her inner nerd coming out, Izumi spoke.
"Oh, she's an aspect of my Quirk, her names Raksh, she and her brothers are my wolf pack, never alone" getting a look of interest, Yagi spoke.
"Really, well that's neat, another sentient quirk. You looking to be a Hero?" smiling with pride, Inko spoke as Shota smirked.
"Oh she would never stop about being a hero, when her Quirk finally appeared she kept switching names for her debut because none stuck" getting a sheepish laugh from izumi, Inko spoke.
"She decided to try the name Žvorūna but she could never pronounce it correctly" getting the interest of Yagi as he rubbed his chin he spoke.
"If it's hard to say the name as it is, why not take a letter off and change the pronunciation, Voruna" getting stunned looks from Izumi she gave a groan at the easiest fix.
"Voruna… IT'S SO DAMN EASY" getting a Giggle from Toga she spoke teasingly.
"Voruna, the Wolven Queen" smiling as her girlfriend blushed, Izumi spoke.
"At least it sounds better than Garuda the Gore Queen, just because you got arm length claws doesn't mean you need to sound so sinister" getting a groan from Toga she spoke in her defense.
"But Gang Orca pulls it off and he's the nicest guy to meet, he gave me and my-" seeing her pause in her words, she continued with restrained anger.
"Sorry, my Sperm and egg donors, a tour in his Aquarium in Okuto island" seeing her reign in her anger, Yagi gave her an impressed nod while Shota rubbed her back reassuringly.
"Both names sound good, just keep the titles to yourselves in the future, maybe use it to intimidate villains into surrender" shrugging with the suggestion being made, Izumi and Toga sat in thought before they nodded.
"Yeah, sounds good"
"Definitely, sounds good" turning to yagi as he began laughing, Izumi watched her tense up a she stood up.
"I enjoyed the talk, Miss Midoriya, Miss Namikaze, I hope you both become great heroes in the future, I'll be sure to call for you when I get into a jam" waving to them as he left, the family moved to leave after Toga got a set of housekeys from a suited lawyer, she was also told of various buildings owned by Hisashi Namikaze where he set side projects at, known to only himself until his death.
And seeing the amount of buildings she now owned, Toga was left in tears as the last one had photos of her and Hisashi getting ice cream, her second month of being left in is care.

Alright people, I've been thinking on it, while also playing the game, I have made a list of those who will have they're Quirks evolve to Warframe status, haven't thought of an Arc Yet but I've had idea's for a Hunhow confrontation for Toga/Garuda.
The names below will/may become warframes.
Tenya Ida will become Gauss in my currently under development Hunhow Arc
Sato Rikido will become Atlas but in his Prime form, because his Prime form looks much cooler than his normal form.
I'm though conflicted in making Fumikage Tokoyami the Warframe Sevagoth.
I'm completely tempted to Make All Might Rhino because Rhino and Atlas were in a tie on my choices between All Might and Sato, but if you guys want me to change my choices just either review of PM me.
Also finally, I'm tempted to make Jiro Kyoka, Banshee.
Melissa Shield she'll become Khora but her prime varient.
haven't thought on who to make Valkyr yet but it'll happen, also, if you're curious, Yes, Excalibur Umbra will make an appearance in this fic.
