Hey guys! I was bored so I decided to post a chapter early. Idk why, but I am. Anyway, I hope you enjoy! (And this is the last short chapter, I promise. Chapter 5 so far is about 1000 words, and Chapter 6 is roughly 1500 words.)

arrowchristian: XD Thanks. I just don't like using excuses too often, because then it just seems like I'm doing a terrible job covering up sloppy work. Yeah, the story did take an unexpected turn. I actually didn't plot out the first four chapters, only five and beyond because for some reason when I was plotting out the story it didn't cross my mind that I would have to explain how Lloyd got sent back in time lol. TL;DR, I had no idea what I was doing in chapters 1-4. XD
Lloyd was shocked. He couldn't speak, instead sitting with his mouth wide open.
"A-are you okay Lloyd?" Jay asked, putting his hand on the Green Ninja's shoulder. Lloyd snapped his mouth shut, gazing at the master of lightning. He shook his head, utterly disturbed by the thought of his uncle being killed.
"I'm so sorry Lloyd," Nya whispered, leaning slightly forward so she could actually see Lloyd.
"It's fine. I- I just wish I could've done something…" Lloyd sighed, pulling his knees into his chest and wrapping his arms around them, curling into a ball. He didn't want to think about what Jay just said; it was too much for him. He didn't want to believe it.
"Lloyd, there was nothing any of us could've done," Nya explained, trying to lean forward further to comfort the distressed ninja before promptly realizing that that was a bad idea, as she ended up partially lodged between Jay and the engine. She tried to wiggle out but it just squished Jay a bit and provided no progress for escape. Nya sighed before giving up, awkwardly sandwiched between her boyfriend and a large rusty machine. "This is not what I intended to do."
"Well at least you're stuck with me!" Jay pointed out, grinning at his girlfriend as she scowled, likely uncomforted by the pressure on her abdomen. She turned towards Jay and leaned close to him. Lloyd turned away, fearing he would watch his friends make out in front of him. However there was soon a loud thump noise and when Lloyd turned back around, Nya was no longer stuck. She had her hand on Jay's face, and it appeared she had forcefully pushed him into the wall in order to un-wedge herself. Jay looked less than enthusiastic about the recent events, a disappointed frown spread across his face.
"Much better," Nya whispered in approval as she peeled her hand off of Jay's face, the master of lightning still pouting next to her.
Several minutes of silence passed as the trio sat in their incredibly uncomfortable hiding spot. Lloyd still wasn't sure how they were able to save him, treat his wound, and hide from the Hands of Time successfully, but he didn't complain.
At least, he didn't until there were footsteps right beyond the engine.
"I know you are here ninja. Come out wherever you are!" Acronix's voice rang through the mostly empty room. Lloyd turned to face Jay, who was hyperventilating. Nya swung her hand over the blue ninja's mouth as a way to keep him quiet, but Lloyd doubted it would be of any use at this point.
"Acronix, stop fooling around. There are only two main spots for them to hide, and remember, they have the unconscious Green Ninja with them," Krux pointed out, footsteps growing closer.
"Your point?" Acronix asked, and there was a slight shuffle noise; perhaps the twins fighting.
"They would have to be in a spot that would be suitable for a limp body to hide," Krux elaborated, and after a long pause added, "So they couldn't hide somewhere high up, for example."
"Oh. You could've just said that," Acronix complained. "In that case I know where they are."
Suddenly there was a loud crashing sound as the Forward Time Blade stabbed through the engine right in front of Jay. The blue ninja screamed, flinching away from the glowing weapon and hitting his head on the wall behind him. Nya pried her way up to the top of the engine, preparing to fight the twins presumably. Lloyd tried to squirm out one way, but immediately crashed into Krux.
"Hello there! No longer unconscious I see," Krux cackled, grabbing the Green Ninja by the arm. Lloyd struggled but it proved useless. Lloyd seemed weaker than he remembered.
It's from blood loss, isn't it?
Lloyd was harshly yanked out of his hiding spot before promptly being chained by Vengestone cuffs and tossed at Acronix's feet, quickly joined by Nya and Jay.
"Let's knock 'em out, at least for easier transportation," Acronix suggested, glancing at his brother before hitting Lloyd over the head with something big and heavy.
Lloyd awoke in the meditation room, the other ninja and Wu's bedraggled corpse accompanying them. Lloyd checked out the room, trying to avoid the blank stare of his deceased uncle. He noticed that the Time Twins weren't in the room currently, providing Lloyd temporary relief. However he did notice that he was oddly distanced from the others. He wasn't sure why, but he had a pretty solid hypothesis that it wasn't a good thing.
After much time waiting the Hands of Time trudged into the room, sans Acronix. Lloyd stared the old ex elemental master in the eyes, watching him as he stood in the doorway, perhaps contemplating his plan of attack. Then he raised his hand with the Reversal Blade on it, pointing it at Lloyd.
"I believe that some arrangements should be made. You are too a Master, just like your uncle, correct?" Krux asked, turning his gaze to Lloyd. The Green Ninja nodded, not sure why Krux would care. "So you would be the one to replace Wu if he died?" Lloyd hesitated before nodding his head once more, Krux seeming satisfied with the results.
"Well then, I must get rid of you. Goodbye, Green Ninja," Krux snarled before blasting Lloyd with the time blade, orange light engulfing the once green master. Lloyd felt mild pain dance along his skin as he began falling. In a moment of unknowing, Lloyd realized his hands were somehow freed. Lloyd flung his hands out, trying to grasp onto anything to stop or at least slow his fall. However soon he felt himself land roughly on the ground, knocked out.
Finally I get to actually write the main plot!
Anyway, I hope y'all enjoyed, and please leave a review! All of the chapters (beyond this point) I put a lot of time and effort into, even looking up the transcripts for the show and rewatching specific episodes so it's as close to the original show as posible. Point is, please review and stick around! :D
