Lucy spent an hour going over the t cog, but couldn't really figure out how to work it.
"You're never going to get that thing to work" said Fluttershy
"Why the heck would these people want this?" Lucy asked
"Isn't it obvious? They want their stolen tech to transform. That's what a t cog is, it helps a transformer transform" said Fluttershy "I know that because I treat soundwaves minicons and we talk"
"I still find it surprising you can talk to robot animals. It's pointless, I'll never figure this stupid t cog out. I'm gonna die, probably permanently. Add this to my long list of problems, and it's your species fault I have problems"
"What? My species?"
"I built your species a home planet, I gave your species a place to be yourselves. You ponies should be thanking me and you ponies helped overthrow me. Have you ponies forgotten how litwaks citizens feel about you? Lower life forms" Lucy ranted
"I am not a lower life form. I am just as sentient as you, Lucy" fluttershy angrily pointed out
"Oh for the love of mod, shut the hell up you 2" the guard shouted
"I don't think you're a lower life form, but lots of others do, my brothers no different, he finds unicorns difficult and tricky creatures. But I can't put all the blame on you. My mom is also to blame. She started my problems with the empire" said Lucy
"I'm sure your mom-
"My mom started a war she couldn't win. Destroyed my ships, my army, my brothers castle is in ruins, I got coal for Christmas because of what my mom did with my troops, I got blamed. My mom is worthless to me now. Even if she did support me when everyone else betrayed me. Even if she did take care of me, feed me, got me my jewelry without complaints, taught me to drive, makes sure the banana splits at the Ghirardelli in the Disney sites have no pineapple because I'm allergic" said Lucy
Fluttershy took a seat next to Lucy on the cell bed as tears started to form in her eyes
"Sounds like you still love her" said Fluttershy "and you still need her"
"Well it doesn't matter if I still need her. I haven't given her a reason to love me this past month. She doesn't even know I'm here probably" said Lucy with tears in her eyes
"Lucy, I know queen Vanellope still loves you. She's probably worried sick right now about you and-
The 2 were startled by loud music that played in the cell by the guard
'I used to rule the world. Seas would rise when I gave the word. Now in the morning I sleep alone, sweep the streets I used to own'
"Ugh, I hate this song so much" Lucy complained
"I don't get it, what is this song?" Fluttershy asked as guards came into the cell
"It's that stupid Coldplay song people use to mock me" Lucy complained
The guards grabbed fluttershy and dragged her out of the cell and into another next to Lucy's.
"I told you to shut the hell up. As it's clear you can't work the t cog, you are of no further use to us. Any last meal requests before your execution tomorrow afternoon?" A guard asked
"Sure. I'd like a spicy bacon chili cheeseburger with a side of chili fries and an orange soda. And while you're at it I'd like a filet mignon steak cooked medium well and exactly 8 ounces with a baked potato filled with cheese and sour cream. A lobster with the meat removed from the shell, I hate those shell cracking things. Maybe a slice of cheesecake topped with-
Before Lucy could finish, the guards held electrified weapons up to her neck and face.
"Just that first thing with a bowl of ice cream" said Lucy nervously
The guards left the cell after that. Lucy reached into her jean jacket and pulled a photo she kept of her family. As she looked at it, she curled up in the cells bed and began to cry softly
"I'm sorry for everything mom and dad. I'm sorry I'm your biggest mistake" Lucy cried
'I hear Jerusalem bells a-ringin, Roman cavalry choirs are singin'
"Thought you'd like this since I know it's your favorite song" the guard told her
This just made Lucy cry even more.
(Early the next morning)
Over at hells gate, the attack force was preparing to take off. The last of the missiles were loaded onto gunships as pilots and soldiers boarded their ships. Amp suits were lifted into a droid ship where they'd be dropped off later. Quaritch and Vanellope sat and readied their own suits.
"Let's do this queen vanellope, let's make some history" said Quaritch
Rancis readied his own gunship on the ground while Ralph and Kevin would be in Lucy 2 monitoring the droids from the bridge control room.
Outside hells gate, a crowd of people watched and cheered for the soldiers, including honey. In the control tower of hells gate, the crew gave their signals.
"Red team cleared"
"Blue team cleared"
"All teams ready for takeoff. Let's kick some ass ladies and gentlemen"
All at once, the ships took off and into the air as the crowd cheered.
"This is papa dragon, let's keep this mission tight, I wanna be home for dinner" said Quaritch
