Once again brought to you by me and SuperSentai199, we bring you a follow up to our retelling of the OG Star Wars trilogy, by doing the sequels! Some big changes will pop up in this story, as we follow Sam and Alastor's son, Anakin Junior, as he joins Rey and Finn on their journey to find his uncle Luke.

2. Chapter 2

We're Wizards, Not Warriors: What If

Volume 5:

Chapter 2: The Garbage Will Do!

We cut back to Niima Outpost.

BB-8 is dropped into the sand, right next to Ani and Lola.

Rey said, "don't give up. He still might show up. Whoever it is you're waiting for. Classified. I know all about waiting."

Ani asked, "are you waiting for someone, Rey?"

"For my family. They'll be back. One day", Rey said as she tried to force a smile.

Ani, Lola and BB-8 glance at one another.

Rey sighed and said, "come on."

The trio follow Rey into the town.

….

Later at the trading structure, Rey stands with her new friends at Unkar Plutt's window.

Unkar looks over the pieces Rey has brought, glancing at BB-8 and says, "these five pieces are worth…. Let me see here…. One half portion."

Ani muttered, "bantha fodder."

"Last week they were a half portion each", Rey said as she glared at Unkar.

Unkar ignored her comment and asked, "what about the droid's?"

Ani and Reu glanced at BB-8 and Lola.

Rey asked, "what about them?"

Unkarr said, "I'll pay for them."

Rey is awkward about the situation. BB-8 doesn't like the way the fat alien is staring at him, neither does Lola for that matter, and Ani is fuming.

Unkar slams down a bunch of pouches of food on the table.

Unkar offered, "sixty portions!"

"Rey, please, don't do this", Ani said.

Rey nearly goes for the deal, but Ani's words, and the frightened way BB-8 and Lola look at her makes her say, "actually…. The droid's aren't for sale."

Ani gives a sigh of relief as he looks at Rey with respect for turning down such an offer.

Rey takes her half portion as she looks to BB-8, Lola and Ani and says, "come on."

Unkar looks furious.

Before they walk away, Ani says, "for the record, the droid's are in my care. Not hers. And I wouldn't give them away for anything!"

Ani and the group then walk away.

Unkar watches them go with dark eyes. He picks up a communicator and growls, "follow the girl and her friend and get me those droids!"

He slams the service window door shut.

As Rey walks with her friends, Ani says, "thanks, Rey. I'm glad you didn't give into that slimo's deal."

Rey said, "I couldn't do that to you three. You're the first friends I've ever had on this planet."

Ani smiled, but then looked down and said, "Rey…. I need to tell you something."

Rey asked, "what?"

Ani pulled Rey, Lola and BB-8 into a hidden area and whispered, "we're with the Resistance."

Rey was in awe for a moment as she asked, "the Resistance? Why are you here on Jakku?!"

Ani said, "me, Lola and BB-8 are on a special mission. We need to wait for our friend. After all you've done for us, I feel like you deserved to know."

Rey smiled and said, "I'm grateful that you trust me."

The two both blushed as their faces got close to one another.

But when they heard Lola beep, the two moved away from one another and the group walked off….

….

Back on the Star Destroyer….

Poe is in his cell, until we see a familiar scout enter.

He tells the guards, "Ren wants to see the prisoner."

Poe is unshackled and given to the scout.

Soon we see an exhausted, handcuffed Poe walked down the corridor by the scout, who holds a blaster at Poe's body.

The scout whispered, "turn here."

They enter a narrow passageway, and after a few feet, the scout stops Poe and says, "listen carefully: you do exactly as I say, I can get you out of here."

Poe asks, "if…. What?!"

The scout removes his helmet, revealing himself as FN-2187!

FN-2187 asked, "this is a rescue, I'm helping you escape. Can you fly a TIE fighter?"

Poe asked, "you with the Resistance?!"

FN-2187 asked again, "what? No no no! I'm breaking you out. Can you fly a TIE fighter?"

Poe asked, "I can fly anything. Why, why are you helping me?"

FN-2187 said, "because it's the right thing to do."

It hits Poe, who says, "you need a pilot."

FN-2187 said, "I need a pilot."

And Poe, seeing this is for real, smiles at this unexpected ally.

Poe said, "we're gonna do this!"

FN was unsure, but hopeful and asked, "... yeah?"

….

We then see FN wearing his scout mask again, and he's escorting Poe, as if to look like he's escorting a prisoner.

FN-2187 mutters, "okay, stay calm. Stay calm."

Poe said, "I am calm."

FN-2187 said, "I'm talking to myself…."

The two then spot a TIE fighter and head towards it.

FN-2187, "not yet. Okay, go. This way."

FN walks quickly toward the far wall with Poe on his heels up the stairs to a two-man Special Forces TIE Fighter.

Both men drop into the ship, back to back. Poe winced in pain a bit

FN-2187 pulls off his helmet as Poe removes his cuffs and jacket and fires up the ship with excitement.

Poe asked, "I always wanted to fly one of these things. Can ya shoot?"

"Blasters, I can", FN-2187 said.

"Okay, same principle! Use the toggle on the left to switch between missiles, cannons, and mag pulse- use the site on the right to aim, triggers to fire", Poe explained.

FN-2187 said, "this is very complicated."

The TIE Fighter lurches forward.

"I can fix this", Poe said.

We then see the ship struggle to rise, cables connected to it, preventing it from flying off.

….

"We have an unsanctioned departure from bay two", a technician said.

A first order colonel responds, "alert General Hux and stop that fighter."

….

The TIE Fighter lifts off from the bay, ripping the charging cables that kept it there!

FN-2187 opens fire on the scouts.

His blasts manage to hit the control room! The windows are blown in by the blasts!

In the cockpit, Poe yells, "I got it!"

The TIE Fighter blasts from the ship!

Poe pilots, amazed by the power of the TIE fighter and almost enjoying it.

Poe yells, "woooaaahhh! This thing really moves. All right, we gotta take out as many cannons as we can or we're not gonna get very far!"

"All right", FN said.

"I'm gonna get us in position, just stay sharp", Poe said.

The TIE Fighter arcs back, dives through the opening between the levels of the massive ship, then flies down and back, along the ship's belly.

Poe flies the ship towards the cannons.

"Up ahead! Up ahead! You see it? I've got us dead centered. It's a clean shot", Poe said.

FN-2187 said, "okay, got it!"

He gets a target and fires!

Lasers blast from the TIE, causing a series of canons to explode, and allowing the Fighter to slice through the debris!

FN yells in celebration and says, "yes! You see that? Did you see that!?"

Poe said, "I saw it! Hey, what's your name?"

FN-2187 says, "FN-2187!"

Poe reacts very concerned.

Poe asked, "FN-whaa?"

"That's the only name they ever gave me", FN-2187 said.

Poe said, "well I ain't using it! FN, huh? Finn. I'm gonna call you Finn! That alright?"

FN-2187, or rather, Finn, can't help but smile, despite the madness around them.

Finn said, "'Finn.' Yeah, 'Finn', I like that! I like that!"

Poe said, "I'm Poe. Poe Dameron."

Finn said, "good to meet you Poe."

Poe said, "good to meet you too Finn!"

….

General Hux looks over the shoulder of Lieutenant Mitaka, at a console.

"Sir, they've taken out our turbolasers", Mitaka said.

"Use the ventral cannons", General Hux said.

Mitaka said, "yes, sir. Bringing them online!"

"General Hux. Is it the Resistance pilot?"

Hux turns to see Kylo Ren enter.

Hux said, "yes. And he had help. From one of our own. We're checking the registers now to identify which scout it was."

Kylo Ren said, "... The one from the village. FN-2187."

Hux is unnerved that Ren knows. He chalks it up to Ren's abilities with the force. Kylo Ren heads off, leaving Hux relieved for a moment.

Mitaka said, "Sir. Ventral cannons hot."

Hux ordered, "fire!"

….

Massive Warhead launchers spin and fire blasts toward the TIE fighter.

It flies evasive maneuvers, with most of the blasts hitting debris. The TIE fighter then pulls a big turn, back towards Jakku.

Poe said, "fighter's coming towards you. My right, your left. Do you see it?"

Finn yelled, "hold on! I see it!"

Finn then fired upon it and it blew up.

"Nice shot", Poe said.

Poe then turns the ship around and it heads towards Jakku.

Finn asked, "where are we going?"

Poe said, "we're going back to Jakku. That's where."

Finn yelled, "no no no! We can't go back to Jakku! We need to get outta this system!"

Poe pilots aggressively, nearly missing laser blasts from their pursuers as he sayd, "I got to get to my droid and friend before the First Order does!"

Finn asked, "what- a droid?! And one guy!?"

Poe said, "two droids! A BB unit! Orange and white: one of a kind. My buddy happens to be a member of the Jedi order! And his droid's with him as well!"

Finn yelled, "I don't care what color the droid is! No droid can be that important! Or one Jedi!"

Poe said, "these guys are, pal."

Finn exclaimed, "we need to get as far away from the First Order as we can! We go back to Jakku, we die!"

Poe said, "that droid's got a map that leads straight to Luke Skywalker! And my friend's the Jedi sent to find him!"

Finn said, "oh, you gotta be kidding me! I-"

The ship is then hit!

The TIE fighter sparks and smokes, spiraling out of control toward the surface of Jakku!

….

Captain Phasma and General Hux stand before a holographic projection detailing Finn's service records.

Phasma said, "FN-2187 reported to my division, was evaluated, and sent to Reconditioning."

Hux asked, "no prior signs of non-conformity?"

Phasma said, "this was his first offense."

General. They've been hit", a technician said.

Hux asked, "destroyed?"

"Disabled. They were headed back to Jakku. The fighter's projected to crash in the Goazon badlands", the Technician said.

Hux said, "they were going back for the droid and his companion. Send a squad to the wreckage."

….

Finn wakes up, going from unconscious to terrified in less than a second. He sits up and looks around. He's in a large desert, dunes as far as the eye could see.

Then he sees, over distant dunes, rising black smoke, Finn runs towards it.

"Poe! Poe", Finn shouted.

Finn scrambles over the massive dune to the TIE fighter, smoking and on fire, small debris around it. He thinks he sees Poe's arm. He pulls on it, but it's Just Poe's jacket. He throws that off and tries to find a way in. Even a way to look inside, but the smoke and heat make it impossible.

Suddenly the ship begins to sink, like it's being consumed into quicksand. Finn is slipping in too!

Finn yells, "POE! POE!"

It becomes clear fast: if Finn doesn't get away, he's gonna get sucked in too! So Finn jumps away from the TIE Fighter as it sinks into the sand! A few moments, and it's gone.

Finn's out of breath. Horrified. Then, an explosion erupts from below, sending sand and debris everywhere!

Finn sees this. He is disoriented, scared, exhausted and defeated.

And all alone….

….

Finn walks through the desert, removing pieces of his scout gear, using Poe's flight jacket for shade.

Exhausted, Finn continues his trek across the endless, sandy nothingness. Finn, parched and losing hope, walks to the edge of a massive dune, looking out into the epic valley below. Miles ahead: Niima outpost.

….

As we return to the Star Destroyer, we see General Hux and Kylo Ren walking down the bridge.

Hux said, "Supreme Leader Malakis was explicit. Capture the droid if we can, but destroy it if we must. And if the son of Sam Skywalker is as important as he thinks he is, capture him at all costs."

Kylo Ren said, "how capable are your soldiers, General?"

Hux said, "I won't have you question my methods."

Kylo Ren said, "they're obviously skilled at committing high treason. Perhaps Leader Malakis should consider using a clone army."

Hux said, "my men are exceptionally trained. Programmed from birth-"

Kylo Ren interrupted, "then they should have no problem retrieving the droid. Unharmed."

Hux sakd, "careful, Ren. That your 'personal interests', not interfere with orders from Leader Malakis."

Kylo Ren said, "I want that map. And the Jedi. For your sake, I suggest you get them."

Ren heads off as Hux watches him with pure hatred.

….

Sun-scorched and exhausted, Finn stumbles out of the desert into the Outpost. In a heatstroke daze, he moves along.

Finn mutters, "water…. Water…. Water…."

He sees a water trough, where a filthy, slobbering Happabore, drinks. Finn moves to it, and uses his hands to desperately drink the filthy water. After a couple swallows he spits it out, disgusted.

Finn, "awgh, GAH!"

But he's parched and immediately returns for more.

We then see Rey, Ani, Lola and BB-8.

Ani then finished telling a story.

He was saying, "and then Polly smashed the scout's foot."

Rey giggled at the story.

Just then, two of Unkar's thugs approach and stop them. One clearly tells her and Ani that they're taking the droid.

The other thug puts a sack over BB-8.

One tries to grab Rey, but Ani quickly punches him in the face!

The thug retaliates by tackling Ani as Rey fights off the other thug!

In the tussle, Rey knocks over metal urns for sale, as Ani wrestles the other thug on the ground.

The thug manages to grab Rey and she bites his hand! The thug screams as Rey gets the upper hand, as does Ani!

Finn, still drinking, is pushed over by the happabore. He falls to the ground, then turns to look when he hears crashing. He sees, through the tents, Rey and Jace fighting.

He runs over to help them….

But Ani and Rey soon get the upper hand and manage to take out the thugs!

Finn just watches, stunned.

Rey moves to the covered BB-8 and pulls the sack off of him.

Finn cannot believe his eyes. It's Poe's droid! And the man must've been Poe's friend! Lola sitting on Ani's shoulder confirmed it.

Ani said, "nice work, Rey. How'd you learn to fight like that?"

Rey said, "I've been on this planet for years. Fighting tooth and nail comes naturally."

Ani said, "well, I gotta say, you wield that staff well."

Rey chuckles at the compliment.

BB-8 then sees Finn and he starts beeping like crazy.

Rey asked, "who? Him?"

Ani said, "hey! I recognize that jacket!"

Finn is confused as Rey stands, staring at Finn defiantly.

Ani has a glare, looking just as angry.

Finn can feel trouble coming, and the two begin charging at him, quarterstaff in hand as Ani pulls out his blaster!

Finn then runs off through the market.

Ani, Lola, BB-8 and Rey go after him. Finn turns a corner, then another, and then….

BAM!

They've gotten ahead of him and Rey slams him to the ground with her staff.

Rey said as she glared at Finn, "what's your hurry, thief?"

Finn is on his back, out of breath and freaked out. She holds the staff on him threateningly.

Ani had his blaster pointed up, making sure Finn knew he had an effective weapon.

Ani asked, "gonna steal someone's pants next?"

Finn exclaimed, "what, thief?!"

Lola and BB-8 both zap Finn.

Finn yelled, "OW! Hey! What?!"

Rey said, "the jacket! This droid says you stole it!"

Finn said, "look, I've had a pretty messed up day, alright?! So I'd appreciate it if you stop accusing me- OW!"

Lola and BB-8 had zapped him again.

Finn yelled, "stop it!"

Rey asked, "where'd you get it?"

Ani said, "it belongs to our friend, his master!"

Finn looks at Rey, Ani, and the droids, his mind racing. He puts it all together. He's frustrated, but sighs heavily. So he makes a hard decision: to tell the truth.

Finn said, "it belonged to Poe Dameron. That was his name right?"

"Yes", Ani said.

"He was captured…. By the First Order! I helped him escape but our ship crashed. Poe didn't make it", Finn said sadly.

BB-8 beeped sadly as Ani gave a pained look as Rey looked at them in regret.

Finn said, "look, I tried to help him. I'm sorry…."

BB-8 then rolled away in sadness.

Rey watches BB-8, then asks Finn, "so you're with the Resistance?"

Finn's mind races again. He makes an easy decision: to lie.

Finn said, "obviously. Yes. I am. I'm with the Resistance, yeah", he whispers, "I'm with the Resistance."

Ani looks at the man. He could sense he was lying, but he had gone out of his way to save Poe, so he decided to trust him for now.

"Well you are the second Resistance fighter I've met today", Rey said.

Ani gave a light wave.

Finn regarded Ani for a moment as he said, "well, this is what we look like. Some of us. Others look different."

Ani said, "heh, you sound like my brother Jesse."

Rey snickers at her friend's words.

"Well, both Ani and the droids said they are on a secret mission and they have to get back to base", Rey said.

Finn said, "apparently they're carrying a map that leads to Luke Skywalker, and everyone's after it."

Ani groaned internally at Finn spilling the beans like that.

Rey said with wide eyes, "Luke Skywalker?"

Ani said, "yeah. He's close to my family. So I took this mission to try and find him."

Rey asked in shock, "you knew Luke Skywalker?"

Ani nodded and said, "all my life. I can explain more later."

Just then, BB-8 beeps frantically!

Rey asked, "what is it?"

Ani asked, "those thugs coming back for another butt whooping?"

BB-8 beeps again.

The group ran over to check and they saw in the distance, two scouts speaking with the thugs.

Ani muttered, "oh grape nuts."

The scouts then spotted them!

Finn urgently grabs Rey's hand and heads for the tents!

Ani finds himself growing jealous of seeing Finn holding Rey's hand as he and the droids race after them.

Rey yelled, "what are you doing?!"

Finn yelled, "come on!

The group ran through the tents as the scouts fired at them.

Ani yelled, "c'mon, BB-8! Hurry up, Lola!"

Rey yelled, "let go of me!"

Finn yelled, "no, we gotta move!"

Rey pulls her hand back and says, "I know how to run without you holding my hand! BB-8, stay close! This way!"

Ani said, "I recommend you listen to her man. You saw how she made short work of those thugs, and then you!"

We then see the scouts coming out of a tent and having lost sight of the group.

"Call in the air strike", one scout said into the comlink.

Ani, Rey, Finn, Lola and BB-8 duck into another tent.

They move through rusty wares and take cover.

Rey yelled, "they're shooting at all of us!"

Ani exclaimed, "we noticed that!"

Finn shouted, "yeah, they saw you with me! You're marked!"

Ani said, "I was already marked the moment I landed on this planet!"

Rey yelled, "well, thanks for that!"

Finn exclaimed, "I'm not the one who chased you down with a stick! Does anyone have blasters around here?!"

Ani said, "I have mine, but I ain't giving it up!"

Rey then went over to BB-8 and asked, "are you okay?"

BB-8 beeped.

Finn quiets her with a gesture, hearing something. Whatever he hears alarms him greatly. He grabs Rey's hand again and pulls her away.

Rey yelled, "stop taking my hand!"

Ani quickly pushes them forward as they race from the tent. A TIE Fighter screams into view.

From behind the tents, a second follows close behind. It fires at them.

A massive blast sends the group flying, and BB-8 rolling!

Ani yelled, "KRIIIIIIFF!"

The two TIE Fighters scream over the town, the explosion throws sand and debris fifty feet into the air.

Lola beeped as she flew over to Ani.

"I'm okay Lola", Ani groaned.

Lola nuzzled close to him as they got their bearings.

Rey is thrown hard to the ground. She is rattled, and then turns to see Finn lying nearby, unconscious.

Suddenly afraid, she scrambles to him and rolls him over. Ani and Lola notice and speed over.

BB-8 rolls over, beeping in concern.

"Hey", Rey said softly.

Finn then wakes up and he asks, "you two okay?"

The question deeply touches Rey as she says, "yeah."

Ani asked, "anyone got any broken bones?"

Finn said, "I don't think so?"

Rey extends her hand and says, "follow me."

Grateful, Finn takes it. Ani helps with getting all of them up, and they're off, their droids in tow.

The group then began to race for the spaceport.

"We can't outrun them", Finn shouted.

"We might! In that Quadjumper", Rey shouted as she pointed to the ship.

Finn exclaimed, "we need a pilot!"

Rey yelled, "we've got one!"

Ani shoutex, "make that two! I've been learning to fly since I was ten!"

Finn asked, "you guys", he pointed to a nearby ship, "what about that ship?!"

Rey yelled, "that one's garbage!"

They run for the jumper but the passing TIE Fighters fire at it, blowing it apart!

Rey, coming to a quick stop yells, "the garbage will do!"

The group then turn around and race to the other ship.

Ani and Lola instantly recognized the old Corellian ship.

It was the Millenium Falcon!

Ani whispered, "sonnuva Mynock! So this is where this old girl's been?!"

Lola beeped.

"I know, uncle Han is gonna be so happy", Ani said.

They group ran into the ship.

Rey hits a control, making the door descend closed as she races to the cockpit.

Rey yelled, "gunner position's down there!"

Ani shouted, "those old guns get stuck often, so keep that in mind!"

Finn asked, "y'ever fly this thing?"

Rey tosses her staff aside, jumps into the pilot's seat and frantically flips switches. BB-8 rolls in behind her as the engines whine to life.

Ani gets into the co-pilot seat as Lola perches on the console.

Rey yelled, "no! This ship hasn't been flown in years!"

Ani thought, 'oh, you have no idea!'

We then see Finn buckle into the gunner's seat.

Finn said, "great", reacting to his seat jerking around, "whoa! I can do this, I can do this-"

Rey muttered, "- I can do this. I can do this-"

Ani muttered, "- we can do this. We can do this!"

Lola and BB-8 beeped.

Rey pulls the yoke, making the Falcon engines light up!

The Falcon rises, wildly, causing its tarps to fly off. The ship spins and slams into and crumbles the town's archway.

From the tents, Unkar Plutt runs out and yells, "HEY! THAT'S MIIIIIIINE!"

The Falcon blasts away and two TIE fighters chase after the ship!

Rey pilots, headed for the sky!

Finn tries to work the guns.

Finn exclaimed, "whoa! Hey! Oh! Stay low! Stay low!"

Rey yelled, "what?!"

Finn shouted, "stay low! It confuses their tracking!

Ani exclaimed, "how the Hell do you know that?!"

Finn yelled, "I'll tell ya later! Let's get outta this first!"

For an instant, Rey lets go of the yoke, and stretches it to the co-pilot controls, while Ani grabs it to help pilot the ship.

"BB-8, hold on back there", Rey called out.

Rey reaches the switches as Ani works the yoke, stabilizing the ship.

Rey yelled, "I'm going low!"

The Falcon dramatically banks at an upward arc, upside-down, then swoops perilously low across the sand.

Two TIE Fighters scream after it!

In the cylindrical corridor, BB-8 rolls to the ceiling!

Both Rey and Ani look back and TIE fighters pass by and the ship is rocked by a blast.

Rey shouted to Finn, "what are you doing back there? Are you ever gonna fire back?!"

Finn flicks switches, making the gun targeting light up.

Finn yelled, "I'm working on it! Are the shields up?"

"They'll be up in a second", Ani shouted.

Rey exclaimed, "thank kriff for a co-pilot! This ain't easy to do!"

Finn yelled, "try sitting in this thing!"

Finn finally fires back at the two TIE Fighters!

Finn's shots miss. The TIE Fighters arc back in pursuit and scream towards the Falcon, firing away!

The Falcon is rocked by another blast!

Finn yelled, "we need cover, quick!"

"We're about to get some", Rey shouted.

"I hope", Ani said to himself.

The Falcon speeds through a rock formation, grazing the rock, Taking out a chunk, the two TIE Fighters in pursuit, firing!

The Falcon banks so hard, the edge of the ship rips a line in the sand as it turns, revealing the ship graveyard ahead!

BB-8 extends magnetic cables to brace himself in a corridor.

Finn continues to fire at the TIE fighters, narrowly missing them.

Finn yelled, "damn it!"

Rey maneuvers the ship deeper into the graveyard with Ani making sure to help her keep the ship steady.

Finn fires, muttering, "come on…. Come on…."

Finn swoops into frame, fires, it hits and shatters the TIE fighter!

"Nice shot", Rey and Ani shouted.

"I'm getting pretty good at this", Finn said as he grinned.

The TIE Fighter crashes amid the debris, three scavengers instantly there to collect the scraps.

The Falcon, pursued by one remaining TIE Fighter, flies through the massive wreckage, grazing the old ships as it goes.

The TIE fighter fires hitting the Falcon's lower turret, Spinning it and jamming it into forward position!

"The cannon's stuck in the forward position, I can't move it! You gotta lose 'em", Finn shouted.

The ship is hit again. Afraid, Rey's mind races as she scans the area….

And then she and Ani both get the same idea!

"Get ready", Rey shouted.

Finn called out, "okay! For what?"

Rey pilots the ship up and into the rear of a crashed super Star Destroyer! The final TIE fighter follows!

Finn peers out the window, realizing where they are and yells, "are we really doing this?!"

Ani yelled, "this is nothing! My grandpa once won a podrace at nine years old!"

The two ships fly through the debris inside the giant ship, the Falcon grazing one side, then the other spitting sparks!

They quickly run out of space in the wreck.

Rey shouted, "oh no!"

Ani yelled, "stay calm!"

Just as the TIE pilot gets a lock, Rey and Ani yank the yoke together!

The Falcon makes a hard right turn out of the Destroyer.

Rey then cuts power and flips the ship so the back faces front!

Finn can now see the pursuing TIE fighter! He fires, destroying it!

Rey and Ani guns the engines again, flips the Falcon and flies away as the TIE fighter crashes!

"Whoo", Finn shouted.

The Falcon roars off, victorious, leaving the ship graveyard and disappearing into the clouds and off into space.

Ani and Rey excitedly unbuckle their seatbelts.

The two hug one another in joy.

Ani exclaimed, "Rey, that was amazing! I could kiss you right now!"

The two stared at one another, blushing like crazy as they quickly separated.

Lola beeped in joy as she flew around.

Rey said, in slight embarrassment, "w-well, I had some help."

The two smiled at one another again, until they heard Finn moving up from the gunner.

They hurry back through the ship.

The two race past BB-8 who is retracting his safety restraints.

Finn, adrenalized, climbs from the turret, and meets Rey and Ani in the corridor.

The crew began talking over one another as they were filled with excitement about their victory.

New allies, inexperienced in such events, finding friendship in one another.

Lola and BB-8 watched them talk to each other.

BB-8 then beeps something urgent. Rey turns to the droid and kneels.

Rey said, "you're ok. He's with the Resistance, like you and Ani. He's going to get you home. We all will."

Ani looked at Finn and asked, "we don't know your name."

Finn looked down and said, "... Finn, what's yours?"

Rey said, "I'm Rey."

Ani said, "I'm Anakin."

BB-8 looks at Finn.

Finn is reminded: he's lied to these new friends of his. Rey looks at Finn with a sweet smile. Ani raises an eyebrow.

Finn tried to say, "guys-"

Across the lounge,steam bursts from under the grating.

"Help me with this, Ani", Rey said as she grabbed Ani's hand and led him over to the grating.

BB-8 rolls over and watches. Lola floats over as well.

Ani said, "this brings a lot of memories from helping my uncle with ship troubles!"

Finn, asked, "whoa! What's going on?"

Rey goes below as BB-8 beeps concern.
