"Why didn't you come to me?" Charlie said through gritted teeth.

Arabelle sighed dramatically, trying to cover up her nervousness of Charlie's anger. Sure he could be childish and downright selfish sometimes but even though they had fallen out loads of times before she had never seen him this angry with her.

"I don't know what you're talking about Charlie" she said moving away from the kettle on the stove. She looked down at her arms although covered by the jumper she remembered all too well what had happened last time she and Charlie had been in a similar situation.

"You damn well do know" he spat moving towards her. "I wrote to you telling to come to me, I was asking every wizard that showed up to the sanctuary if they had seen or heard of you, showing them pictures of you like a fool, worrying non stop. I had no idea where you were, as always you never wrote back, I didn't know if you were okay, hell I didn't even know if you were alive."

"Oh Charlie" she replied lightly, "don't be such a drama queen, you knew full well I was alive because I wrote to Molly and Arthur telling them I was fine every so often, and don't make out like they kept that from you, you're not making me feel guilty, I did what I did to keep you all safe."

"Don't lie to me Arabelle" he whispered grabbing her wrist and pulling her towards him.

Arabelle panicked, she tried to pull her arm back but Charlie overpowered her.

"Charlie you freak, let go, what are you doing!?" She hissed.

she swung her free arm round to grab her wand from her back pocket but she was too slow. Charlie grabbed her other wrist, and eyes flashing dangerously he pushed her just hard enough to send her crashing into to stove. Her fingers clutched the edge to keep herself from falling, as she felt sudden searing pain in her fingertips. A cold flush was then replaced by an intense burning sensation. She flicked her head down to see the fingers of her right hand emerged in the dark blue flames of the stove. She screamed in pain as she pulled her hand away. Tears blurred her vision as her head began to spin. She crashed to the floor and before she could focus Charlie was on top of her. The voice in her head was screaming telling her to get away from him as he covered her hand with an old ratty tea towel. Her hand was throbbing and the pain made bile rise in her throat. She mumbled for him to stop. But when she looked into his eyes the anger was gone, replaced by something else, guilt? Shame? Worry? Arabelle wasn't sure, but neither was she afraid. It had happened so fast she wasn't quite sure what had just happened.

"I'm so sorry Arabelle" Charlie whispered holding the towel tightly around her hand "are you okay? I don't know what happened to me. I swear I didn't mean to hurt you."

"Its okay, I'm fine" she was confused herself. She had always been the one with the temper, who could become violent in an argument. Charlie was always so good natured and easy going. How had he been so angry with her?

She let him pull her to her feet and stand behind her as he placed her hand under the tap of running cold water. The pain became more intense as she pushed back into him to try to remove her hand, but he held it tight. Not in the same way he had just held her but in a gentle caring way, like he would have when they were together.

Behind them the tent opened up "what's going on?" Bill asked behind them. "I thought I heard you scream Arabelle?"

"Yeah" she said turning her head to look at Bill over Charlie's shoulder. "I, uhh..." She considered telling Bill the truth about what happened. How Charlie had gotten angry at her but something inside her told her that he hadn't meant to hurt her, that he was just hurt and confused by her. She felt Charlie move closer towards her, as if he was trying to reassure her she didn't need to be afraid of him; and she wasn't. So she lied.

"I, uhh... haha just my hand, slipped and I burnt myself on the stove. No big deal. I specialise in burns after all. Didn't realise exactly how much they really bloody hurt is all." She said forcing laughter into her voice.

"Yeah they can be a bitch" Charlie agreed and smiled towards Bill. "We'll bring that tea out in a sec once we've finished here" he said indicating that Bill should leave.

Bill took the hint. "Alright but hurry up we're leaving for the match pretty soon." Then he turned around and left the tent, and they were alone again.

They said nothing for a while, the sound of the water filling the air. Arabelle breathed in through her nose trying to drain away the pain in her hand. She could smell Charlie. The smell of grass and trees mixed with the smoke from the fire. Her thoughts began to blur.

"You're right Charlie, I treated you awfully, I'm so sorry. I just wanted you to forget me so you could move on and be happy" she whispered.

"I can't forget you Arabelle. I need you." He replied gently. He turned of the tap and replaced the towel gently around her hand, then pulled her around to face him. "I love you Arabelle" he whispered in her ear. "I know you love me too" resting his forehead against hers "we are supposed to be together. Just stop trying to fight it."

He looked into her eyes and all thoughts of the pain in her hand vanished, and were replaced with thoughts of Charlie. Four years they had been apart and each day she had told herself since that she didn't need him but now she couldn't stop herself. She needed him. She wanted him and now he was really here, in front of her.

His rough strong hands moved up her arms over her shoulders and into her hair. "I love you, and I want you Arabelle, you're still mine and I need you." Her heart was beating so loud it filled her ears and her vision blurred again. Time around them froze and she couldn't control it anymore.

"Charlie. I love you" she murmured as he pulled her towards him. Their lips connected and the years they were apart washed away over them. She let the towel on her hand drop to the floor as she ran her hands over the muscles on his back and up his neck, wrapping her arms around him and pulling him closer. "I need you Charlie" she moaned as their kisses became more urgent and passionate. They crashed into the dining table as Charlie wrapped an arm round her waist easily lifting her on top of it, she wrapped her legs around his waist as he began kissing her neck and chest. She pulled him down towards her, pulling at his shirt, urging him even closer as he began to climb on top of her, placing his arms either side of her head he kissed her hard. She wrapped her hands into his firey hair pulling him down as the world continued to spin around them.

"What the hell is taking you two so damn lon...Oh...damn" Bill stood frozen in the doorway mouth held wide open at the scene before him.

"Shit" Arabelle cried pushing Charlie up off her. Reality came crashing down on her and the though of all the other weasley's sitting just outside along with her life that she had chosen over Charlie slammed into her hard. She struggled to breath. The pain in her hand returned searing badly and the tears returned to her eyes.

"I should go" she sputtered.

"Wait, what?" Charlie cried looking down at her still sitting on the table.

She got up and tried to make her way towards Bill and the exit. Charlie grabbed her arm but she pulled away roughly. He caught her bad hand and the floor swayed as the pain striked at her. "I need to get back to the girls" she mumbled, she looked apologetically towards Charlie but the expression on his face hurt more than her fingers. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have, I can't" she whispered towards him as she flew towards the door and out into the darkness.
