The game was one that would make history, with krum and catching the snitch but Ireland still winning the game. Charlie had enjoyed it but now it was over he couldn't stop himself from thinking of what had happened earlier with Arabelle. The way she had run off from him, had she been embarrassed? Not in front of Bill. He had been around when they were together at school. But then what had happened, had she just been lost in the moment. Charlie felt like a fool and his pride had been hurt.

They were all making their way back to the tent, Ron Harry and Hermione were ahead chatting loudly about the game and the twins were holding back whispering and planning in secrecy as they so often did these days.

The walk back from the stadium was loud and boisterous. Everyone was laughing and singing and celebrating the brilliant game they had just witnessed. Charlie felt himself be pushed forward as Ginny jumped into his back giggling loudly in his ear. He spun her round and she shrieked loudly.

"Whatcha thinking about?" She Laughed.

"I'm thinking about what you've been eating to make yourself so heavy!" Charlie teased.

"Well maybe you're just getting weak in your old age Char" she teased back.

Charlie laughed and swung her round into his arms.

"Weak huh!" He cried and threw her five feet into the air where she landed nimbly on her feet like a cat.

She Laughed and ran at him again and he threw her over his shoulder and began spinning her again.

"Charlie stop" she chuckled and screeched. "Hey Charlie look isn't that Arabelle over there?"

He stopped spinning and followed the direction she was pointing in with his eyes.

He spotted a large powder blue tent with two storeys about 20 meters in the distance. Clearly a Beauxbaton's tent if ever he saw one. A large fire roared outside as loud music emanated from it. There were 10 or so girls dancing around the fire singing loudly and creating quite the scene. Each girl was gorgeous with long flowing hair and a beautiful face. They were attracting plenty of attention from passers by, especially male attention. Each of them had a glass or bottle in their hand and from the amount of noise they were making Charlie guessed it was alcohol of some sort they were drinking.

It took him a moment to find her amongst the other girls, she was dancing with the blonde girl she had seen earlier, a glass bottle in her hand, her hair long and tangled with loose curls. She still had the same denim shorts on from earlier with ankle boots, her top was loose and necklaces hung round her neck and beaded bracelets were stacked up her arms. She had the halo of flowers in her hair again and the flames flickering against her skin make her skin glow. He stopped so suddenly that Bill crashed into him.

"Charlie move it" he cried, but stopped when he saw what he and Ginny were looking at. "Hey isn't that"

"Yeah it is" Charlie said making his way towards their own tent again.

"Well it seems those French girls really know how to party huh?" Bill laughed eyeing up the blonde girl Arabelle was dancing with.

Arabelle hadn't noticed them but the blonde girl had. She kept shooting glances in Bill's direction which irked Charlie a little. Apparently Arabelle was having too much fun to even notice them.

"Come on, let's go" Bill said pushing Charlie who still haf Ginny still flung over his shoulders in the opposite direction, before he took one last glance at the blonde girl.

A few hours later the rest of the family were in bed, the noise from outside still continued in the darkness as Charlie lay looking up at the canvas above him in the room he was sharing with Bill.

He heard someone stumbling around in the lounge, probably Ron wandering into the kitchen but instinctively he clutched his wand in his hand anyway. He could hear the steps of shoes on the wooden floor of the tent moving closer to his room when suddenly the canvas separating their room was yanked back. Charlie bolted upright. He couldn't see anyone in the darkness. He was about to light up the room when they began to speak.

"Charlie" Arabelle whispered not so quietly as she had probably meant to.

"Over here" he said in an annoyed tone.

She moved towards his bed and he heard her foot collide with the steel bed frame as she swore loudly.

"Shh shut up, you'll wake everyone up" Charlie hissed. But Bill's deep breathing continued steadily.

Arabelle made it into his bed, he could smell a floral perfume mixed with smoke and an strong alcohol smell on her breath that made him cough. As she moved towards him he could see the outline of her brown eyes were tinged red.

"Are you drunk?" He hissed.

"No" she whispered back although the firewhiskey smell that surrounded her suggested otherwise.

Charlie rolled his eyes he didn't really feel like having a conversation with Arabelle that she wouldn't even remember in the morning. "What do you want?"

"I need to talk to you" she whispered loudly again and moved closer to his face than she would of done if she had been sober.

"I needed to see you" she said sitting on top of him, her body swaying from intoxication. Charlie could feel himself getting more annoyed.

"Oh now you want to come crawling back into my bed huh" he said bluntly.

"I didn't mean to run off, I was just confused, you suprised me, it all happened so quick. But you have to believe me that I really do love you too." She leaned in toward him and gently pressed her lips against his.

Charlie wanted more than anything to kiss her back. To pull her into his arms and into his bed, but the taste of drink in her mouth made him realise that this wasn't really Arabelle saying these feelings. He pushed her away, harder than he meant to and she landed painfully on his shins. Despite the haze that glazed her eyes the look of hurt on her face still made Charlie feel guilty. He could see tears welling up in her eyes but he just shook his head "I don't want to hear it right now Arabelle, just go back to your tent, go to bed and we'll talk in the morning."

Her eyes flickered suddenly as he had seen them change before, to a look of anger. "But I'm telling you what you wanted. I'm telling you the truth and now you don't want to hear it?!" She shouted.

"Be quiet Arabelle" Charlie hissed.

But Bill had already woken and was sitting up on his elbows. "Whats going on?" He asked yawning.

"Oh" Arabelle cried at him "why don't I tell you what's going on! Charlie is..."

"Nothing is going on" Charlie snapped angrily over her "Arabelle was just leaving"

"You're going to regret this Charlie" she spat back rising up as the bed frames began to shake.

"Is that a threat?!" Charlie said jumping to his feet.

"Charlie chill out" Bill cried. "Look Arabelle you're drunk and I think it's best you leave, you look cold, come on I'll walk you back."

"Dont bother" she snapped "I'll be just fine alone." She stormed out of the tent not bothering to be quiet and left the brothers alone in silence.

" you think I should go get her?" Bill asked Charlie.

"Don't bother" Charlie said bitterly "she'll be just fine alone."

Bill flung himself back onto his pillows and sighed "ten years on and you two are still creating drama, will it ever end?" He joked.

Five minutes later Bill's had fallen asleep again but Charlie was still sitting up replaying all the perfect moments he had shared with Arabelle so many years ago. That's when the celebrating outside the tent stopped and the screams of terror began.
