So…. I think I should post a chapter dedicated to our guy Jason David Frank.
He was the ultimate power ranger. He wore so many uniforms, played multiple characters over the years, was a bad guy turned good guy as the green ranger in mighty morphing and ended with the black dino ranger in Dino Thunder. I will never forget meeting him at Comic con in 2016 before I moved away from home. He was so nice and sweet when I met him and was understanding when I was visibly nervous. I got to take a picture with him, and even an autographed picture of the whole Mighty morphing crew. I went to his panel and I remember telling him that his career as a power ranger had really helped me over the years with being bullied for being into Power rangers. I was introduced to the world of power rangers late and only really started appreciating it when I watch Dino thunder, and it quickly became my favorite version. I was so sad when I learned he had taken his life due to depression and couldn't go on Tik-Tok or Facebook for a while with out seeing a tribute video of him and crying all over again.
Tommy Oliver will forever live on in our hearts as the greatest Power Ranger of all time.
I pray his family has found peace in knowing he is not suffering anymore and is at peace.
