Chapter 3: Route 1 and first capture
Our story continues as we see our protagonist walking along a path of route 1. As he walks he scanning all the Pokemon with his Pokèdex... but they all came up weak and pathetic he thought that he would look around a bit more and ended up running into a... Spearow he checked it and saw that it know strong and pretty good moves so he sent out Bulbasaur.
The Spearow immediately took a battle stance as Ash ordered Bulbasaur to use Vine Whip as two whips extend out of Bulbasaur and attack Spearow as it flies up and uses Air Cutter as it hits Bulbasaur doing some damage. Ash then tells him to use Vine Whip again but grab Spearow and slam it which damages Spearow greatly.
It gets out of the vines and uses Quick Attack as it launches it self at Bulbasaur Ash orders a Tackle as the Pokemon run at each other and collide both are sent flying but Bulbasaur lands safely as Spearow faints. Ash takes the opportunity to throw a PokeBall at it catching it and being his first capture.
After this Ash returns Bulbasaur and continues on to Virdian City as he smirk at his successful capture.
