Set after the Conquest Ending from Rebirth2, Nepgear founds herself in a tragedy that would lead to destruction and rebirth. This is the story of a Lone Goddess to a Leader of Mech's, Monsters, and Baddies. They are known as either heroes or villains and their names are: Conquest Squad (first fanfic, sorry if there are mistakes, slight OC name)

24. Chapter 23

Hyperdimension Neptunia is owned by Compile Heart, Idea Factory, Sega, and whoever else worked on it.

Conquest ending, Nepgear Govern the whole Gamindustri, Went so well to the point she wants to spread the truth behind the Goddesses' disappearance, Chika does it anyway but sooner and in a hostile-war tone, Chika Declare war on Nepgear, Nepgear pissed at her while Gamindustri's people were complaining (Understatement), Nepgear goes to war against Leanbox (Chika) but ultimately betrayed by Histoire and those around her, Nepgear dead (Sike, Gehaburn saved her), Nepgear wants revenge over their betrayal, seeks out Deity of Sin Arfoire's soul, Nepgear becomes the new DOS, Nepgear calls out all the monsters in Gamindustri to kill off all the humans and destroy the nations, Kills Histoire, completes her revenge, Nepgear felt empty until Gehaburn cheered her up with her and their Monsters will be there for Nepgear, Nepgear happy, The two planned to rebuild Gamindustri, But first a party, Blue Haired Uzume suddenly appeared from her seal in Planeptune Share Crystal, Taken to see Nepgear and Gehaburn, the three get along together and Uzume renamed herself to Kurome Akumanuboshi, They had a meeting which resulted in a G-Farm plan that look like a Digimon farm and the plan to remake the CFW gang, they did so, each CFW govern some parts of the four G-Farms, they celebrate for their success.

Two weeks later the Sigma dimension was welcomed with a hostile black body red eyes monsters, Nepgear and Gehaburn decided to investigate and hopefully destroy's the source in Ultradimension, the two went to that dimension after preparing CME and stuff, they met Ultradimension's Arfoire in their farm, Nepgear negotiate a cooperation with Arfoire, Success, Nepgear and Gehaburn were close to the source of the Hazard monsters, Magic had become the third CPU of Sigmadimension as Scarlet Heart, Nepgear remake Rei (as Lei) and Nynamyrin and CP8, Rei Ryghts was inside Lei Willivena and hold a grudge at Nepgear, Nepgear and Gehaburn and Kurome attack the Black Neptower in the V-shaped Island while the others protect the Ultra Dimension's nations (and Eden), Gehaburn meet another dimension's Gehaburn named Evolry, Nepgear and Gehaburn and Kurome fought Evolry, they won (sike again, Evolry is alive), Evolry kills Kurome, Angry mode Nepgear and Gehaburn, almost killed Evolry but the two was exhausted, Ultra Dimension's nations survived but Kurome didn't.

Without further ado…

Chapter 23

The next day in the morning, after Hazard's invasion attempt.

After a good day's rest, Plutia, in her CPU form Iris Heart, had gone to where Magic and Warechu had gone ever since the Hazard's invasion was a flop. Yesterday, Magic had a bad feeling, so she called her other members to come with her to the V-Island. Iris Heart planned to go after seeing Magic's worried look before, but she must take a rest and attend to her Planeptune. Once she did, Plutia let Ultra IF, Ultra Compa, and Ultra Histoire take care of her home while she was away.

While on her way to the island. In the sky, Iris Heart met Ultra White Heart, Ultra Black Heart, Ultra Green Heart, Yellow Heart, and even Ultra Rei Ryghts in her Goddess Tari form. They all had agreed to meet up here en route by Iris Heart to see what was on the coordinate. Their pathway had led them to the V-shaped Island, which they forgot had existed in the place.

They expect that the island was in optimal condition. But when they arrived, all they saw was that some parts of the island had been burned, trees destroyed and cut off, and some black debris had ruined the terrain. From above, it looked like the red V had some mold it in or that it was chewed by some hungry animals.

"Oh, dear…. It looked like the V got chewed off by bugs" Ultra Green Heart worryingly said with her left hand on her cheek and her right arm under her left and her big boobs.

"From the looks of it, some kind of fight happened here without us knowing yesterday. That is probably why that fatty Trick and the…'Another' Copypaste were so quick to this place after helping me. And could you PLEASE stop bouncing your thunder tits for FIVE seconds?!" Ultra White Heart got angry quickly at Ultra Green Heart's subtle act of shaking her tits as she wondered what becomes of Nynamirin and Lei Willivena.

"No, I don't think I will," Ultra Green Heart said with a faint smug.

"We got to meet together like this without any shit happening for once in a while and this is how you wanna go? Let's round the fuck up!" Ultra White Heart angrily said fists ready on front.

"Cut it out you two! Can't you see that she's not in the mood right now?" Ultra Black Heart cut the two in between and pointed at Iris Heart who looked down on the V-island with a troubled look.

Ultra White Heart and Ultra Green Heart thought that she was pissed because they were arguing again, so their bodies ran cold sweat and reconciled with one another. The two wouldn't want to face a pissed-off Iris Heart with maximum sadism.

"U-um..Uh... We weren't really going to fight, right?" With a nervous smile, Ultra White Heart soft-tackled Ultra Green Heart with her elbow.

"Y-yes, no fighting between us, hehe…" Ultra Green Heart with a nervous smile.

But Iris Heart did not respond to their reconciliation, instead, she kept on looking down on the V-Island with the same, troubled look. This made everyone around Iris Heart grow even more worried for her, even though they were wary of Iris Heart before. Yellow Heart looked sad seeing Sadie, Iris Heart's nickname, putting up that face. She hovers towards Sadie to ask her what's going on in her head and, if can, try to comfort her.

"Ploot? Are you okay, Ploot?" Yellow Heart called out to her while patting Sadie's shoulder, though Yellow Heart nudge Sadie's head slightly due to her Claw Gauntlet was still on her arms.

But thanks to that nudge, Sadie was snapped back from what she was thinking deeply in her head. She then looked at Yellow Heart beside her and scrub her hair gently.

"I'm fine, Peashy. Don't worry too much about me….. But thanks for the nudge you gave me" Sadie said with a soft smile.

"Nudge? Peashy was giving Ploot a shoulder pat" Yellow Heart said as she scratch her head with her hand.

"Fufu, silly. Your Claws are still on your arms, Peashy" Sadie giggled a bit and pointed out Yellow Heart's weapons. Yellow Heart was surprised at this and hurriedly unsummoned her claws and laughed innocently.

Sadie sighed with a smile and took a short glance at the V-Island below before turning over to Ultra Black, Green, White Heart, and Tari Heart.

"So what did I miss?" Sadie asked the four, which made the four shakes their head sideways.

"N-nothing, You missed nothing at all. Moreover, what was on your mind exactly? You've been putting up that troubled face ever since we arrived here" Tari Heart said to cover Ultra Green and White Heart while also moving on to a serious matter.

"I…." Sadie looked away for a moment as she reminisced what happened yesterday with Magic.

Initiating Flashback Mode

Yesterday, after Iris Heart, Scarlet Heart, Kaichu, Ultra IF, and Ultra Compa averted the Hazard invasion inside Ultra Planeptune with their army, they all went on to clean up the Hazard's mess. Iris Heart took her time to heal the injured ones with Ultra Compa and IF, and when there were almost no more Injured people, she went over to Magic who was outside near the Hazard remains. But just before she gets closer, iris Heart turned back to Plutia and relaxed her energy. Then she called out to Magic.

"Um, Maggy, Got time to talk?" Plutia called out to Magic, which startled Magic, and she turned back to face Plutia.

"Hmm?~ Something the matter, Maggy?" Plutia asked with a slow tone.

"There's nothing to be mattered about," Magic said with an honest look, though deep inside she has to hide the fact that she was extracting the CME Remains from the Hazards.

"You sure? Well okay then…" Plutia shrugged it off as she trusted Magic.

"Now that we are talking, what do you want to talk about?" Magic gets back to the main point, which is the point where Plutia wanted to talk to her.

"I just… wanna thank you for all you did, on behalf of everyone here. I wouldn't really know what to do if you and your master-"

"Lady" Magic corrected quickly.

"...Right, Your Lady, didn't help all of us. With all the restrictions these monsters made us by being invincible to all of our attacks, and their frequent daily appearances, I almost ran out of energy to fight back…. Until you came along" Plutia said.

"Ran out of energy, huh? That explains why you look exhausted on your face" Magic said, thinking that this information might be important to look back at Sigma Dimension.

"Mhmm. With that all said, to repay you. How about we hang out in my Basillicom later? We got a lot of snacks and drinks there, and I could even make a fluffy doll for Maggy and your Lady" Plutia offered with a sincere smile.

"Fluffy Doll?" Magic asked.

"Yep, I can make a doll that looks exactly, or similarly, on how they look. Once I get back home, I can start working on it and it'll just look like how I see Maggy now" Plutia explained with her right hand pointing out in the air as if there was a bubble explanation on top.

"Ahh, I see. We'll look forward to it" Magic said with a nod.

"Yay!" Plutia hugged Magic.

Magic was surprised at first, but she hugged back Plutia with comfort. In Magic's mind, this will be a start of a healthy relationship between Ultra Dimension and Sigma Dimension which may lead to further prosperity for Sigma Dimension, that is if handled well.

'And I could even have a doll that looks exactly like my Lady, KYAAAAA!~' Magic screams happily internally with the imagination of her hugging a Nepgear doll tightly as she soundly sleeps.

The two then let go of their hug, thinking that it was enough.

"Well, I should go back to my people…..and watch over Warechu having googly eyes at Compa…" Plutia said with a smile, though Magic can see that behind that smile is the sadistic side of Plutia brewing.

"Don't worry about Compa, you can trust Warechu by her side. Plus, he's powe– URK!" Magic kneeled as she experienced an extreme amount of pain inside her body, particularly at her heart.

And it's not physical pain, but emotional pain.

"MAGGY!" Plutia crouched near Magic and she quickly used her healing skill, thinking that Magic has some kind of injury. But Maggy gently waved her hands, gesturing that it was useless because the pain was something unusual.

"This pain….. Grr, It stings a lot within me, but…. I'm not even hurt" Magic said as she struggled with the pain.

"W-what do you mean, Maggy?" Plutia asked with anxiousness.

"...My Lady….. MY LADY!" Magic blurted out, she couldn't understand what she was experiencing right now, but she can feel that her Nepgear is in trouble.

"Your Lady? Talk to me Maggy, what is it?!" Plutia asks while getting Magic to stand up on her shoulders.

"No time to explain….. I need to call the others and go to where my Lady is right now. Can you transform into your goddess form and….. carry me? This pain here is preventing me from opening my black wings" Magic said as they walked to where Ultra Compa, IF, and Warechu.

"I'm sorry, but I can't. My energy to transform is too exhausted" Plutia said while looking down.

"Then Warechu's my ticket to fly… Warechu, come here!" Magic shouted to call Warechu.

Warechu heard Magic calling him and he immediately rushes to her, along with Ultra Compa and Ultra IF following him because they wanted to know what was going on. When the three see Magic looks like she was in pain, they wanted to take her to bed and heal her up, but Magic and Plutia shake their head as Magic needs to be somewhere else and it is useless to heal it.

"Shit, what happened? You look like you're pretending to be sick but you're actually sick inside" Warechu asked.

"That's because I'm not pretending. Stop joking for now and carry me to the V-Island ASAP!" Magic said with a stern tone to make Warechu realize that this is a serious matter.

"Using the ASAP word? Now, this is legit serious. Sorry angel, I have to go now" Warechu said goodbye to Ultra Compa.

Warechu opened his maroon wings and swiftly carried Magic with her arms and off they go into the skies. While they were in the sky, Magic notify all the other family members to urgently mobilize themselves to the V-Island without delay. Plutia looked up to the sky at Warechu and Magic before their image fades as they were getting farther and farther.

"Warechu, Miss Magic, be safe…" Ultra Compa mumbled, hoping that Warechu would be okay.

Plutia clenched her fists as she was powerless to help her new friend. Plutia looked down miserable, but Ultra IF and Ultra Compa comforted her that they would be fine. After being comforted, Plutia would plan her next move once she recovers, which is checking on the other nations and proceeding to the V-Island.

Terminating Flashback mode.

After reminiscing yesterday's memory, Sadie looked back to her fellow Goddesses and explain what made her call out to the others to come here with her.

"I see, no wonder Arfoire skipped away without letting me talk to her after the battle we fought together. The same goes for the others as well?" Tari Heart said to the other Goddesses, to which all replied with a nod.

"Okay, I say that we investigate the remains on the Island, find something noteworthy if we can, and figure out how to get the gate to Hyperdimension back up and running," Ultra Black Heart said.

Everyone agreed to Ultra Black Heart's approach and flew down to the torn V-island. They landed on the most eye-catching round spot that was filled with black debris, destroyed trees, and battle marks all over. Everyone began searching for something to help them or at least understand what happened here. Minutes pass by and they aren't able to find anything noteworthy, all they see are the same things all over. They all sat down in dismay, except for Yellow Heart as she was happy to make a mess around the area.

"Urgh, what a pain, there's nothing here that's worth the haul. Only these rocks!" Ultra White Heart said while punching hard at black debris near her, making cracks all over it and ultimately breaking it down into bits.

"Not entirely, these rocks exude some kind of energy. It's faint…..but it's here, you feel it too don't you, Sadie?" Tari Heart said as she felt the energy on one of the debris through her palm.

"Yes, you're right. Feels like it's the power of the CPUs, particularly… Planeptune" Sadie said to them, but she was in disbelief that it was similar to her powers, more specifically that it was a planeptune.

"Even so, are we gonna carry all of this piece by piece across the sea?" Ultra Green Heart pointed out.

A short silence moment went through the atmosphere with a slight breeze of the wind and some leaves flew through. Then, they all sighed at the feeling of lifting these all through the sky.

"It'll be already dark when we get through half of these! And it's not like we have an infinite amount of inventory" Ultra Black Heart protests at that idea after imagining the time it would take to do all that.

"Sadie, Everyone! I found something here!"

Yellow Heart called out to everyone from a distance as she waved her claw gauntlets above her with a cheerful face. Sadie and the others rushed to where Yellow Heart was, and when they arrived, they saw a single folded note below a rock and some kind of a black device in the shape of a cube beside it. Yellow Heart flung away the stone, hitting a passing bird in the sky.

"Sorry! Here Ploot, the mysteeeeerious…..paper~" Yellow Heart says dramatically.

"Thanks, Peashy," Sadie said while smiling at her and patting her head, which made Yellow Heart giggle.

"Awww how cute~, I wish I could do that to Peashy" Ultra Green Heart said.

"Are we not gonna talk about how Peashy presents the paper that dramatically? No? Okay," Ultra White Heart pointed out shortly but brushed it off as the paper was more important.

Sadie started to open the folded note so she could read the contents inside while the others were holding and observing the mysterious black cube with a medium-sized blue lens on one of the sides. Yellow Heart wanted to play with the cube as it looks similar to one of those cube toys in toy stores, but Ultra Green Heart forbids her as they don't know what would happen if they start to randomly interact with the cube. Thus, the two fought over the cube, with Ultra White Heart, Ultra Black Heart, and Tari Heart joining in to ease their quarrels. Sadie didn't stop them all with her usual dominating aura. She was fixated on reading the note, which reads…

'Dear reader, no not the reader of this fic, but the one who's holding this very note. Which I had predicted is Iris Heart herself, given that she's the one who knows where Magic headed before AND would be the most worried, courtesy of Miss Magic's Intuition.

Oh, where are my manners? I'm Nynamyrin~. The very person who wrote this note on behalf of My Lady and Miss Magic. Your fellow Goddesses, Yellow and Green Heart should know who I am, I helped those two during the Hazard Invasion.

Sadie stopped reading for a moment and named Yellow and Ultra Green Heart to come and read with her. They did so and went on to Sadie's side, followed by the rest of them. Sadie told them the part about Nynamyrin's introduction and the two know who she is.

"I know, I know! She looks just like Papa but in a different color" Yellow Heart explained in her own way.

"Nynamyrin is basically their dimension's Anonydeath" Ultra Green Heart told the gang, and Ultra Black Heart shook the most out of all the 6 Goddesses.

"Oh no….Two Anonydeaths….."

For Ultra Black Heart, one Anonydeath is enough. But after hearing there were two Anonydeaths, She was horrified over her imagination if there would be two Anonydeath. Ultra White Heart understands her fear as she was also aghast by the thought of two Copypaste.

"I feel you….." Ultra White Heart shared the same sentiment as Ultra Black Heart while also patting her back.

"Oh it's not so bad, Nynamyrin is a girl. Not a guy who's always creeping over a certain someone, at least that is what Lei told me" Ultra Green Heart said to make Ultra Black Heart feel better.

"Who?"

"Who?" Ultra White and Black Heart asked in unison who Lei is.

"Their dimension's Rei. Surprisingly, not as crazy as ours. No offense by the way" Ultra Green Heart answered while looking at Tari Heart.

"None taken….. Can we go back to the note now?" Tari Heart replied while also moving on to the note that Saide still held.

Sadie cleared her throat before she continued to read the note while the others saw the context beside Sadie.

Finally, done with my introduction? I'd guessed that darling Green Heart there would also introduce our darling Lei~. And was there a chance that Black Heart would be terrified of two Anonydeaths? Given my counterpart's past with her? If so, my condolences. And don't ask how I include those predicting bits in this note. Let's just say I have a knack for calculating several high-chance outcomes based on past-collective events.

"Show off" Ultra White Heart commented.

And I'm guessing that someone would be jealous or annoyed by one of my perks. Anyway, I had known that some of you Goddesses would come to check up on the location where Magic had blurted out near someone important, I'm referring to you Iris Heart. If you're reading this, don't worry about our darling Miss Magic~. She's currently treated by our best doctor named Mr. Trick. The same can be said for our Queen.

"Phew….I'm glad…*sniff*" Iris Heart's eyes were a bit teary when she read this part. She's relieved that Magic and her Lady are okay.

Now that's out of the way, I'll keep this brief. Bring the black debris around the area to any engineer or craftsman that you all have. All of the debris can exponentially enhance everyone's weapons and armor. Also, it can return the gate to Hyperdimension back to normal. Though you might need to give the materials and the procedure to Anonydeath, and you would also need your oracle to do the icing on top. The procedure is in the black cube for your information.

"A way…." Ultra Black Heart mumbled.

"... To restore the locked gate?" Tari Heart said.

Everyone in the Ultradimension's Gamindustri knew that the gate was locked due to an unknown force. Even Ultra Histoire doesn't know how to crack the forced-closed neighboring gate. But when the Goddesses read that certain part, they all see hope that they would be able to meet everyone from the other dimension again, even….

"NEPTUNA! We can see Neptuna again! YIPEEEE" Yellow Heart said while flying around in circles with delight.

Aside from Yellow Heart, Sadie and the others were in their own thought of meeting with Neptune and the others. Ultra Black Heart missed the time when she had to act as a big sister for Uni and the time when she argued against her other self. For Ultra White Heart, her counterpart's twin sisters Rom and Ram. For Ultra Green Heart, competing against Hyperdimension's Vert in their MMO game while fighting over Peashy. And Sadie, her lazy time with Neptune and her family time with Ultra IF, and Compa with Neptune by her side. As they finished remembering their good times, they all continue to read the note. Except for Yellow Heart since she is too excited at the thought of meeting and crashing into Neptune again.

Let me guess, most of you had stopped reading for a while because of something related to Hyperdimension. I get it, the feeling of longing for a fellow companionship during these circumstances is a feeling that I understand.

"Again, how is she doing this?" Tari Heart commented on this almost accurate prediction on the note.

For this last bit, assuming that some of you would be too lazy slash exhausted at the thought of bringing those black debris one by one, we had prepared a highly-conventional dimension pocket Inventory cube. Made from CME, a material that I would not tell its contents, liquids that we have solidified and crafted into something useful. Just face the cube's round blue lens to the front and say 'Absorb' to put the debris into the cube, and say 'vomit' to let out all of the cube's contents outside. Don't ask why I used the word vomit, you'll get what I mean soon enough.

Now that I have given and told you what you need, I believe that you all would put this to good use. I hope that we can meet again in better circumstances.

Sadie folded the note and put it inside her inventory after she is done reading the note out loud so the others can hear it. Then, she inhaled and exhaled her breathing before she hand out her hand to Ultra Green Heart, signaling to Ultra Green Heart to give her the black cube. Once Sadie held the cube, she directs it to a nearby Black Debris and said…

"Absorb," Sadie said near the cube, which made the cube's blue lens shine and extracts the debris in the front by changing it into data bits and sucking it all up inside.

"Well, what this Nyna girl said was true. Everyone, and Peashy" Sadie said Yellow Heart's name to call her.

"Gather the black debris that you all could find and bring them all to this location. If there's no more notable black debris, you can wait here until we are all here. Then, we bring this up to Anonydeath and Histy so we can fix up the gate to Hyerdimension to help out Neppy and the others…This problem is not over yet and It's time for us to work together to repay what Magic and the others had for us, all of us. Everyone in?" Sadie asked for their cooperation as she put her right hand on her front.

"I'm in! I'm in! Whenever Sadie goes, Peashy goes" Peashy immediately put her hand out on top of Sadie's hand.

"Them Sigma Dimension fellows still owe me some of the CPU Crystals, and it'll take more than just a butt load of money to clear it all up. I'm in" Ultra Green Heart put her hand out as well.

"Me too! And all this trouble is over, Imma get my payback at that Rogue!" Ultra White Heart said and joined in.

"Though I had reconciled with Arfoire, I feel like I should have thanked Rogue for this. So I'll join up until this is all over and until I can say thank you for what Rogue did for me and Arfoire" Tari Heart said, joining in on the hand groupie.

"And of course, I'll join as well. Both as the Lastation's CPU….. And your friend, Sadie. It'll be just like old times with Neptune" Ultra Black Heart lastly joined.

Sadie looked at Ultra Black Heart, then at everyone, filled with the determination to go together as one and help out Hyper Dimension and, if possible, meet with the Sigma Dimension's gang. Sadie smiled and put down her hand, followed by the others doing the same thing that Sadie did. Afterward, Sadie looked at Ultra Black Heart.

"Thanks, Noire. And yeah, it does feel like we're back as a team…Everyone…"

Sadie turned back and opened her black wings with a wide magenta color on each of the wings' centers. Then she looked back one more time to say something that everyone did not expect to come out of Sadie's mouth.

"Let's get working….For once"

Sigma Dimension, Planeptune's NepTower, around 18:00, in the dark red night.

"Come on Burn! Open the door this instant! We're worried about you and My Lady" Magic, in her black armor bikini clothes, said while banging her fists on the door to Nepgear's room with one arm and the other holding a food tray that consists of food and some drinks.

"Shut up! Just Shut Up!... Leave me alone for a while…" Gehaburn said from Nepgear's room, telling Magic to go away.

"But…..You've been there ever since we got back last night….." Magic said, feeling down after many attempts to comfort Gehaburn.

When Magic heard no reply but only some sniffing and crying noises from Nepgear's room. She decided that Gehaburn needs to be left alone and not need to be bothered, again. Magic put the food tray near the door went away from Nepgear's room and walked toward the living room with the rest of their family members sitting down on couches, bean bags, and on the floor. As soon as Magic entered the room, Judge, Brave, Trick, Warechu, Arfoire, Nyna, CP8, and Lei looked at Magic with faces that spelled 'How did it go?'. Magic, in her loss for words, only shakes her head telling them all that she failed again to get Gehaburn out of Nepgear's room so they all could comfort her after losing Kurome. Everyone felt down and contemplated deeply what they should have done. Their guilt for not being there for Gehaburn and Nepgear had brought deep pain.

'Hah! That's what she gets for trying to play family after doing that unbecoming of a CPU!'

Sigma Rei mocked Nepgear inside Lei's head. It stunned Lei as she grieved over their loss for Kurome and grew worried about Gehaburn and Nepgear's current feelings. Lei wanted to say her piece at Sigma Rei, but it would ruin the current atmosphere if she spoke from her mouth. As a temporal approach, Lei talked to Sigma Rei in her mind.

'What the heck was that for Rei?!' Lei said in her mind to Sigma Rei.

'You would think that Nepgear wouldn't get karma for her actions? Thinking that it'll be all okay at the end? No. What she had done will not be forgiven. Will not go unpunished! Nepgear didn't have the will to sacrifice herself for Humanity as a CPU should, unconditionally. Just look at me as a live, spiritual example. I had to sacrifice everything to revert everything to normal in my time….. My friends, My Goddesses, Even People's memories about me and anything relating to my past, I did all that because I. Am. Willing… And what about your dear 'Queen'? Hm? She only lost one from her 'family' and she's already gone moppy like her cursed sword. Thus, she'll undo what she has right now when her family breaks apart and against each other!'

Sigma Rei let out her thoughts at Lei.

Lei understood some of what Sigma Rei said, But the last part had stuck in Lei's mind and made her scared of what she had meant.

'W-w-what do you mean 'b-breaks apart'?' Lei stuttered when she asked Sigma Rei.

'Try to observe everything around you, especially at that big skully there. I can see his rage swelling up, mixed with his grief over your fallen Kurome' Sigma Rei directs Lei to someone.

Lei was confused at first, then she looked at Judge. This was the start of what Sigma Rei had meant that would dreaded Lei.

"Darn It! If only we had cleared all the Hazards sooner" Judge frustratingly as he punched the light purple table near him, leaving some cracks and almost destroying the table.

Judge tried to calm himself by drinking his Judgester drink, but when he drank its goodness, he was reminded of how Kurome loved his drinks. With no Kurome in the family, Judge was too bitter to finish his drink as it made him feel worse than before.

"FUCK! Can't even enjoy my homemade drink!" Judge throws his Judgester bottle to the nearest purple trash bin. Then he continues to sulk on his green blue bean bag.

"This Evolry had held back the entire time while toying with our Lady, Burn, and Kurome for an hour. And when she did not, Evolry had the upper hand with ease. How would we make a difference if we–"

"AT LEAST WE SHOULD TRY, ALL OF US SHOULD! And yet…..we weren't there for Boss Lady…. Don't you hate it that you, or we could've done something?" Judge cuts off Brave words as he couldn't control his rage over losing Kurome, then he asks that question not just to Brave, but to everyone who were near him.

"...Yes, I do, Judge. Even when I'm this cool-headed, my soul is currently hating those who hurt my lady…and I also hate myself" Brave said while he stood up and looked at Judge.

The tension between Judge and Brave was tense like they were about to fight it out. Instead, they nod after they understand each other, thus making Brave go back to his couch. Everyone in the living room shares similar sentiments as Judge and Brave. What would happen if they had cleared the Hazards sooner? What happens if we bail the plan for the safety of Nepgear, Gehaburn, and even Kurome?

Then there's Nynamyrin, standing up to say some of her insight about what had led them to this point.

"How should I say this… But perhaps we should've gone together with our Lady from the beginning. Or prepared even more before our plan in our dimension for a couple of days" Nynamyrin said in her piece, which surprised everyone.

"And leave those Goddesses and people to exhaustion and struggle?! That's not what our Lady would've wanted!" CP8 protested, he was outrageous at Nyna for saying such a thing.

"I know that, We all do. But at what cost… I've known Kurome for a short while but it's enough reason to cherish her dearly as I would for our lady…" Nynamyrin grimly said as she stood and looked at CP8, then she looked down.

CP8 couldn't respond to what Nyna had said, as it was partly true. He knows that their actions before had made a good start of good relations with the neighboring Ultra Dimension. Alas, because of the loss of Kurome, he, and everyone else, felt like they'd traded something for Kurome. CP8 moved back and tried to think this through.

A few seconds later, Judge had enough of moping around and grieved for Kurome. His grievance had switched into a bitter rage. All he could think about is getting Ultra Dimension to submit fully to Nepgear's reign and destroy Evolry. Judge stood up and shouted in rage, startling everyone around him.

"ARRRGGHHHHH, THAT'S IT. I'M GONNA MAKE THRASH EVERYTHING IN ULTRA DIMENSION, AND I'LL BREAK THAT BITCH EVOLWHATEVER!" Judge, after saying his declaration, Hovered over the light purple automatic door to exit the room.

"Wait wait wait wait wait. Are you seriously going to mess up my home dimension?! How am I supposed to go on with my sales?" Arfoire Protested when she walked fast towards Judge's way.

"You can just sell your Eggplants here when we've got our currencies straight. Now step aside!" Judge countered Arfoire's objection and moved his right hand to hit Arfoire's face.

Just before Judge's slap hits Arfoire, Warechu had already turned into Kaichu and grabbed Judge's big right arm from the side. Arfoire was stunned to see Warechu's new form and his action that defended her. Even when Arfoire knew from Magic and the others that Warechu had achieved some kind of a new form, it was still shocking for her to see it live and near her. Moreover, Arfoire liked his new looks and attire, considering that Warechu looked like a gang biker with all the black leather jackets and pants, purple-grey tight muscle T-shirts, some steel accessories, etc.

Kaichu slowly moves away Judge's right arm from Arfoire and lets it go. His action had made Judge focus on Warechu, or Kaichu, who was almost as tall as he is.

"Knock it off, man," Kaichu told Judge to stand down.

"Are you in my way too? Hah! Just because you've outgrown my hand and gotten taller, doesn't mean you get to go way ahead of yourself against me" Judge said to Kaichu, telling that his new form would not deter his anger.

"Aren't you being the one who's way ahead of yourself? Deciding that 'Oh I am pissed so now I'm gonna kill somebody' by yourself? Whatever your tempers are right now, I won't sit idly by in these bean bags if you threaten My angel….. And destroy what Nepgear had chosen to protect" Kaichu poked at Judge's current emotion and stated that he is in Judge's way.

"WHAT WOULD YOU KNOW OF WHAT OUR BOSS LADY WANTS?!" Judge asked in rage at Kaichu's audacity, thinking that he knows Nepgear more than he does.

"I DON'T!... But I do know that she always respects what I do, the same as she respects mine. And what you want to do right now is the opposite of what Nepgear's goal in mind" Kaichu tried to reason with Judge, but knowing Judge, he would be too enraged to calm himself.

"Fuck the goal if it cost one of ours! I'm going out there and you two won't stop me!" Judge glared intensely at Kaichu with his arms shaken slightly, hinting that he would proceed to go physical at Kaichu and Arfoire.

Kaichu glared back at Judge, with Arfoire standing beside Kaichu. Though Arfoire's standing position was a bit behind Kaichu.

Lei was looking at them with her utmost worry. She feared that those three would be fighting at each other, not fighting like it was a joke as they usually do as seen from Lei's eyes, but a serious fight that would seriously injure someone….. Or worse, would get someone killed. Lei wanted both of them to stop, alas, her being timid and docile toward her family had made her think twice. Then, Lei tried to get Magic to stop them in a quiet tone.

"Magic, Magic. Can't you stop them?" Lei said in a quiet voice.

Magic ignored Lei because she was in deep thought of Kurome, her Lady, and Gehaburn. Lei tried again to get Magic up to take action, but the result remained the same. Lei gave up getting Magic to act and went on to someone else like Brave and the others.

"Brave? Trick? CP8? Nyna? Anyone?" Lei said to almost everyone near her.

Her words didn't reach anyone as they all were fixated on grieving or were in similar opinions as Judge and Nyna, or both. Not Judge's way of being frontal and brute, but the opinion of his and Nyna where they had saved Ultra Dimension but lost Kurome in the process. In their minds, it wasn't fair for the Ultra Dimension to thrive while Sigma Dimension had lost a family member. Somebody, or someone, needs to compensate until it is equal to what had been lost.

Lei grew more anxious and concerned about what was going on in everyone's minds. But at the very least, she could tell that no matter what her efforts in preaching to others, it won't budge them the slightest. Lei looked down and thought fast about what she and everyone needed to do right now, while also figuring out how to get everyone to act together.

At that moment, Sigma Rei interrupts her.

'See what I mean? In mere seconds, Nepgear's gonna get what's coming when her whole family breaks apart. Once that happens, you and her will be vulnerable for me to exact punishment! And I shall rid of this–'

"EEEENOOOOUUUUUGH!"

Lei had enough of the current mood and Sigma Rei's ramble. She stood up from her lilac couch and screamed in the living room. Some of the monsters near Planeptune's G-Farm NepTower could hear Lei's scream, albeit muffled. Everyone snapped away from their deep thoughts and looked at Lei with a hint of dread due to Lei's face which looked angry paired with an immense evil aura. Even Judge, Kaichu, and Arfoire were shocked and had already forgotten their grief and anger, for now.

"You SHUT UP with your rambling! I'm the one that is in control of this body and you WILL NOT have it! YOU will not deter MY will and you WILL not mock my Geary and MY family! Now zip it!" Lei said out loud to Sigma Rei, which can be heard by everyone in the room.

'Tch….. We'll see,' Sigma Rei said before she slumbers deep inside Lei.

Lei had exhausted some of her breath after yelling, so she took a breather for a while. The others were confused hearing those words from Lei, but they quickly guessed that it was for the other Rei inside her. Except for Judge as he was a bit slow on what had happened.

"Uhhh, who's Lei referring to?" Judge to Arfoire and Kaichu.

"You forgot that there's a Rei inside her? I mean, the presumed 'ancient' Rei?" Arfoire said to Judge, which had hit a memory inside him.

"Oh yeah, that! Yo Lei! What did she say to–"

Lei swiftly turned her head to Judge and glared at him intensely. It caught off Judge's guard and made him shaken a bit. Suddenly, Lei put up a smile to look positive. Although, putting up a smile with a devilish aura and angry eyes made her look like a smiling sadistic devil. Arfoire and Kaichu know that smile well from their past experience and it made them shiver in fear, to the point that Kaichu deactivated his Kaiser form with a poof. Swiftly, the two hid behind Judge and crouched as they shiver. Judge was confused about their behavior.

"H-Hey! What are you two–"

"Listen here, Judge!" Lei cuts off Judge's words while she walks fast with that evil smile of hers.

"Eep!" Arfoire meeked.

"Bro, whatever it is between us, just save us from her, chu!" Warechu said while his heart's tail shook.

"What are you–"

"I said LISTEN!" Lei grabbed Judge's black bottom hover and shook Judge to look at her face to face. Judge nodded his head with confusion mixed with some obedience as Lei was highly demanding his attention to hear what she is about to say. When Judge was quiet and not stubborn, Lei took a breather and calmed herself down before she talks to Judge.

"We had already lost one of ours and you going out there lashing out there won't bring our Kurome back… Are you sure that this will make our Geary happy?" Lei reasoned Judge.

"... I don't know…. I just thought that we need to do something to make this right…. Something to make our Boss Lady and Burn happy like we used to…" Judge said with a saddening tone.

"We know, Judge. We know… But I believe that going out there and attacking what we had protected is not the best way to do things" Lei said while patting Judge's bottom hover part, then she turned back to tell everyone what they should be doing.

"What we should do right now is to soothe Geary. We need to be there for her, just like she does for us. If we don't….. Then our family would've been meaningless. More importantly, our true threat is still out there making or planning their move by the second, and if we don't pull ourselves together… I fear that our home and family would be destroyed completely. And I don't want that to happen to us, or anyone for that matter, no longer. Don't you guys feel the same way?" Lei asked with a few teary eyes.

"Yeah! Lei's right. We shouldn't be sulking around while our bond is shaken. Kurome would've seen us like a laughing stock! But Lei reminded us how we should be during these times" CP8, with rekindled spirit, hop off from his gigantic bean bag and tracked near Lei.

"CP8…. Thanks" Lei thanked CP8 for his additional encouragement.

"I should be thanking you, Lei. I meant that with all my spirit. Now, what about y'all?" CP8 turned to everyone who was wavering.

Everyone, except Lei and CP8, looked at each other. And when they see Lei's and CP8's eyes filled with resolution and tears. They all agree that they need to comfort Nepgear. To each one in the room, they all turn to think that what's important right now is to be there for Nepgear and keep the family together. A family should be there for their family.

"I suppose It is unsightly of us to mourn like this and grew bitter at each other or ourselves, or both. No, I won't take back what I said before about our predicament" Nyna said to Lei as she stands up and walked to Lei after CP8

"We won't ask to do so, Nyna. It's part of your charm….. And for us to be in check of our reasoning" Lei said while tapping Nyna's shoulder.

"Heh, you little darling~" Nyna scoffs at Lei

Magic gazed at Lei and smiled as she was proud of her, standing up to keep the family together with, surprisingly, no stutters so far. Magic stood up from her lilac couch and walked towards Lei in front of her, Followed by the others closing in on Lei from either their seats or leaning from the wall or window. Arfoire and Warechu, who were still behind Judge braved themselves near Lei, although it was because Lei was gentle in her words. Judge was reluctant at first, but he was convinced as well and he drops his anger.

Everyone was rounded up near Lei and their faces were packed with the will to get the family back up and running. Lei's will to not let what Sigma Rei wanted to be had worked, which made Sigma Rei inside Lei pissed as it didn't go as she thought. All because of Lei's action to be brave and firm with her thoughts.

Lei was happy that everyone wasn't sad anymore, she realized that her will was fully conveyed at it affected everyone around her. Though when she was aware that everyone was within feet distance, her face was red as she was embarrassed to be the center of attention. Lei instinctively hid behind Judge and shivered timidly.

"And she's back to her shy trait, but it is an endearing charm of yours," Trick said that complementing Lei.

"T-t-thanks…. And s-sorry" Lei stutteringly said.

"And her stutters have returned as well. Just like my cute Lei always been, though her bold version was awesome as well. I'm feeling joy inside me again!" CP8 said excitingly.

"More like a frightening version of Lei, but I've seen worse. Anyway, shall we go to the Sharicite Chamber and comfort our Lady?" Magic said to everyone, to which all replied with a nod.

"Just one thing. Shouldn't we bring our lady something before we head on over? Maybe like some food? Considering that all of us had forgotten to bring her, Including me, which I am honestly surprised by my memory capabilities" Trick said to remind them all while mentioning the part that Nepgear didn't have any food to eat ever since she returned home.

A moment of silence was available for a while, then all of them in the Living room widened their eyes and shrunk their pupils when the sudden realization hits.

"How could we have forgotten to feed our Darling~~. Her delicate belly must've been starving by now…" Nyna said while dramatically falling down in disappointment, added by some spotlight from above that popped out from the ceiling.

"Calm down, it is just that we forgot to attend to our Lady as we grieve for our fallen Kurome" Brave reminded them all.

"Nah, it's Granny's fault. She forgot to put Nepgear into account when she makes our food, chu" Warechu pointed at Arfoire while looking innocent. He took the chance to joke at Arfoire.

"What the– Don't talk like you're the Innocent one around her, you Rat!" Arfoire stretched Warechu's grey cheeks to punish him.

"OWWIEE, CHUU!" Warechu squealed in pain. In return, Warechu pinched Arfoire's hands that were stretching his cheeks.

"Even though I said to calm down…." Brave face palm himself.

Magic and Judge separate the two before they further escalate their violence at each other's throats. Magic pulled off Arfoire while Judge grabbed hold of Warechu, then the two calmed them down. Everyone then recounted how many times Nepgear missed her daily intake of food and drink, which was two dinners, one breakfast, and one lunch. The missed intake was dire from their point of view, so they all worked together in haste to make four dishes and four drinks for Nepgear. It took quite some time and once they were all finished with the right temperature and delicacy, they all headed on to the Share Crystal Chamber in the hopes of comfort and cheering Nepgear up while also feeding her. And with a few rock-paper-scissors, the finished meals were carried each by CP8, Judge, Warechu, and Arfoire. CP8 voluntarily carried one of the meals, but the other three were voted in because of their rash actions that would've progressed into something awful if it weren't for Lei stepping in.

When all of them were on the way, Lei asked everyone how to approach Nepgear when they arrived at the place.

"G-guys, how should we e-ease up Geary?" Lei asked.

"Hold on, we thought that you know what to say to our Boss Lady" Judge noted while holding Nepgear's Breakfast.

"Haha….. I-I didn't think that f-far" Lei said while twirling her index finger.

"At ease, Lei. We all have tendencies to not think far enough…. But eh, there are some Individuals that usually, or mostly, do that. Not gonna say who though" Trick said while he rolled his eyes at Judge and CP8, and it was unnoticed by the two because they were at the back of the line.

"O-okay…." Lei nodded.

"More importantly, let's talk about it while we are walking in the hallway," Magic said.

"Agreed. Plus, I may also predict what we should say and do depending on our darling queen~. Making sure that it won't go south and awkward" Nyna said confidently with her hands on her purple-blueish mecha hips.

"That's reassuring. Then, first off….."

Magic said her piece of approach. Then they all give turns to each to give their way of approaches and additional suggestions. Some are silly, polite, and there's even a brash approach. They took a while to debate as they were en route to the Chamber.

Sigma Dimension's sole Sharicite Chamber's hallway, Deep inside Planeptune's G-Farm's NepTower, 20:00.

The gang had almost arrived at the door to the Sharicite chamber. They meet two Small Epsilons guarding the Hallway. Their notions and gestures were sad as they had seen their Queen's breakdown and the news of their fallen family member Kurome. The Two Smaller Epsilons move away so Lei, Magic, and the others can proceed to the Sharicite Chamber's door.

Magic had noticed the two small Epsilon's glanced at her specifically while she passed them. She can tell that their face, despite being stoic and mecha-like, expressively hope that the gang could heal their Queen Nepgear during her mourning. Magic only faintly smiled at them before leaving, telling them that she and the others will handle it.

When they reached the giant door, they looked at each other and were quiet for a while. Then Warechu breaks the silence to ask what was in his and everyone's mind.

"Did we decide on who goes first? No way we are going in there at once" Arfoire asked.

"...Good question. We didn't" Nyna remarked, and that realization made everyone groan, except for Magic who scoffed a bit.

Then Magic recomposed herself, took a breather, and got near the Chamber's door with the intent to go on first. Everyone looked at Magic with awe as she volunteered to be the first to approach their queen when she was currently miserable.

"Everyone…" Magic said, which made the gang anticipate what she was about to say.

"Wait for a certain signal, then come in and go with the flow. Until then, stay quiet and be ready. I mean it" Magic said calmly.

Everyone nodded and some added a thumbs-up with serious faces. Magic nodded back and went inside the Sharicite chamber alone. Inside the chamber was dark around, but the chamber was shone a bit dark, but bright Lilac light in the center originated from the sole light source which was the Lilac Sharicite that is shaped like a power button. Being a CPU herself, Magic can feel the warm and soothing energy of the Sharicite, accumulated by the happiness of every monster inhabitant around the Gamindustri. Near the Sharicite, lies a silhouette sitting near it, and Magic immediately recognizes it as her Queen Nepgear. Magic put on a smile and walked towards her. But before Magic could strike up a conversation, Magic hesitated for a bit when she looked at her Lady gazing emotionlessly at the Sharicite in front of her.

"Hey, Magic… Are you worried about me?" Nepgear asked with a tired tone and without batting an eye at Magic. Nepgear just kept looking at the Sharicite.

"Indeed, My Lady. Everyone's worried for you and Burn. You haven't eaten since you've gone home" Magic said.

"Isn't that because my meals haven't been delivered?" Nepgear noted.

"Well, err….." Magic tried to think of a way to justify their mistake.

"...I'm just kidding. I am the one at fault, sitting here all-day mourning for Kurome while even thinking…. Was I a good friend to her? A family to her? …. I remember I was here with Kurome and Burn after we had built the G-Farms and our family, looking at this very Sharicite in front of us. We talked a lot about how we've gone this far after all we atrocities we had done, and the experience we endured. *sniff*... And then Burn got bored and poked Kurome's pig-tailed hair, spinning it around like a fortune wheel. Kurome's face was pissed while Burn laughed at her own 'Self-creativity' and then those two punched it out at each other. I can only sigh at their childish behavior" Nepgear said to Magic, still not batting an eye to Magic.

"That is so Gehaburn, messing around at others after talking something bitter," Magic said while looking at the Lilac Sharicite after Nepgear had not looked at her directly. On the Sharicite's reflection, Magic can see that Nepgear was looking at her the whole time through the reflection.

After seeing Nepgear's face, Magic could tell that Nepgear was too scared to see herself face to face. Magic didn't mention this and go with her Lady's flow for now.

"Not this time apparently. She's still locked up inside my room?" Nepgear asked, and it was answered with a nod by Magic.

"Haahh….. We both look pathetic aren't we, Magic? I don't mean me and you, but me and Burn" Nepgear asked another question, but this time, Nepgear moved her head to her right to see magic face to face. Magic Responds to Nepgear's sudden turn of the head by looking at Nepgear as well.

"... I would usually say that you both are amazing, and beautiful and such to soften you up. Alas, I have to refrain from doing so, since it's not the truth…. Yes, My Lady, you look awful" Magic said forcingly to herself like she was stabbing herself in the back for mocking her beauty queen.

"I guess this is what I get, for being soft, for feeling so sure that it will be okay like it was in the past, and by past I mean when I was my sister. I told myself that it will be fine, everything is going as planned, et cetera et cetera. I even thought that deep down, I would change for once by saving the Ultra Nations. But when I couldn't save Burn from her demise and instead Kurome took the blast for Burn… The feeling of helplessness haunted me once more, Magic…. I am never going to change" Nepgear said, with teary eyes.

"You don't need to change, My Lady. You're as beautiful as you are, as the day I pledge myself to serve you, and as you are now" Magic kneeled down in front of Nepgear, put her hands on Nepgear's shoulder, and said her words.

"But Kurome died!... She died for Burn. Kurome died because I thought that the three of us would be enough…. Because I was weak" Nepgear's tears starts raining down slowly from her eyes, which made Magic act by wiping them off with her fingers softly.

"Then forgive yourself and be stronger, My Gear. For our family, for Kurome, and for you. Be the Gear that you want to be. Don't worry about the process. Believe in yourself, and Believe that WE…" Magic emphasizes the word 'we' as a signal, which made Nepgear flinch for a bit while she heard the sounds of a door automatically opening and letting everyone outside go inside the chamber.

Magic took a small step away from Nepgear and gets near everyone who was now inside the Sharicite chamber. Then, she kneels down once more in front of Nepgear, but with her head bowed as well. Everyone else had already planned this before, so they all proceed by following Magic's gesture. Almost all of them kneeled down and bow their heads down. Brave, Judge who was still holding Nepgear's meal tray, Trick, Lei, CP8 who was still holding Nepgear's meal tray, and Nynamyrin had all kneeled down in front of their Queen Nepgear. Except for Arfoire and Warechu, but they weren't noticed since they blend in the dark part of the chamber. Nepgear was surprised at them kneeling in front of them. Magic then continued from where she left off.

"Believe that we will serve you, my Queen, with every inch of our power. As we are all your subjects that will fight by your side, defend you with all our might… And aid you with by any means necessary" Magic stated firmly and strongly to Nepgear.

"You guys…" Nepgear felt reassured that they all still see her as their queen even after one of her family had fallen, especially after she had thought that she would've been hated by some of her members after letting Kurome die.

"There's also one more thing you should also believe, My Gear" Magic stood up and walked close to Nepgear. Everyone, including Nyna, wondered what Magic is planning to do. But Magic's next action surprised everyone and made them gasp, even Nyna.

Magic smiled at Nepgear, then she hugged her. Magic's hug was so close to Nepgear's body to the point that Nepgear could feel Magic's sincere warmth.

"Believe and remember that we are also your family. We will always support you no matter what happens. No matter how far we are, we will always be by your side" Magic said while she hugged Nepgear.

"Kurome is not even here….." Nepgear felt grim a bit, but Magic tightens her hug.

"Kurome will always be here by our side, My Gear. Within us. Each time we remember her, she's there by our side. As long as we hold her to our hearts and mind"

Magic started to cry after saying her own words and Nepgear cried even more than before. Nepgear knew that Kurome was not with them physically. Despite that, as long as Kurome is remembered, she will always be with everyone, the same as Neptune had said before her death. That Neptune will fight alongside her.

Their tears rundown at almost the same time and they continued on for quite a while. Lei wanted to join their hug as well, and then Nyna, then CP8 after putting down the tray he was holding before, then Trick, and then Judge after putting down his tray, and finally Brave as he felt left out of the group hug. The hug had turned bigger from Arfoire's perspective, which made her in awe and worries for Nepgear as she was the center of the hug.

"Uhhhh, shouldn't we be worried about Nepgear suffocating there, chu?" Warechu asked Arfoire.

"Maybe just give them a little bit more time," Arfoire said while putting down the meal tray that she was holding.

"Looks cramped though, chu" Warechu added.

"Oh relax it's not like Gear's gonna run out of breath from that tight, big… fat… hug- Oh alright I can't stand it! Okay, everyone stop hugging Nepgear else you're suffocating her!" Arfoire, with her hands on her hips, yelled at them as she walked further, but not close to them.

Everyone let go of their hug and dropped Nepgear to the ground. Nepgear looked satisfied on her face but her muscles and limbs were a bit stiff and hard for her to move. Magic and Lei helped Nepgear stand up and slightly heal Nepgear's muscles.

"Thanks, Magic" Nepgear thanked her on her right.

"No no, it was our fault that we hugged you in such a tight way," Magic said.

"Not that, though I appreciate that, I am thankful for everyone's company here" Nepgear thanked Magic specifically this time.

"Well, I may be the one who attends your therapy session first, but it was Lei who made us go all the way here for you" Magic give the credit for their actions to Lei.

"Lei?" Nepgear turned to Lei on her left.

"O-oh, e-er umm, I just d-don't want our f-family to be sad all the t-time. A-and I can't h-help but to do something a-about you and B-burn" Lei stutteringly said.

"You should've seen her new side, my darling. Lei devilishly handle Judge before he goes on a rampage" Nyna said to Nepgear while teasing Lei and Judge

"D-don't say that!"

"Don't say that!"

Lei and Judge said in unison, then they turned in another direction and whistled innocently. Nepgear wondered what Nyna had meant while Magic chuckled a bit.

"Ehem, I'm glad that we are feeling better than before, but our deary Burn? She's locked in our Lady's crying as we speak " Trick reminded them all.

"How about we tell Burn to let it all out at Brave? It worked last time when she felt bad, chu" Warechu suggested, and he felt a chilling glare from Brave, even though his face was stoic.

"I remind you that this is a different type of feeling bad. A repeated spar won't be enough for this. Or is this a signal that you want to spar with me?" Brave said, menacingly.

"N-no thanks, I'm fit enough, chu" Warechu nervously smiled and hid behind Arfoire's legs, and it made Arfoire groan at Warechu.

"Oh I got that covered, just need to cook some persuasion. Speaking of cooks, how about we eat in the Living Room instead of in the Sharicite Chamber? Assuming Burn hasn't flooded that room with her tears" Nepgear said with her hands on her hips as she visualize Gehaburn flooding her bedroom.

"Luckily it's not been flooded. Can't say for sure for your bedroom, My Lady" Magic clarifies one of Nepgear's assumptions.

"Figures…. Alright, let's get her out of the bed and lighten her up" Nepgear said while she walked towards the Chamber's door to exit the room.

"Wait we're not gonna eat here?! We brought these trays here and I thought we gonna have a picnic or something in this, partially-bright room" Arfoire complained.

"Sorry, Arfoire. This is my home and you have to do what I say. Exceptions can be made but this time, nope" Nepgear said with a grin at Arfoire before she exits and heads to the Living Room. Followed by Magic and the others, until Arfoire was the last one in the Sharicite room.

"Heh, clever Gear, using my words against me," Arfoire said whilst referring to when she was the boss in her home and Nepgear was her employee.

When she was alone in the Chamber, Arfoire rewinds the scene she saw before, when everyone, except Warechu and herself, kneeled and bowed to Nepgear. To her, it was a right that was a beautiful theme of a queen and her subjects. Arfoire daydreamed for a bit where she was also in the scene but the Queen was herself. It's one of her past goals where there are Arfoire's subjects that treat her like a lord or a queen.

'I should request Gear about that, maybe she'll let me feel like an Overlord for a moment. Oh, that will be so exhilarating~' Arfoire thought in her head. But for now, she is glad that Nepgear has cheered up, and it's enough for Arfoire.

Arfoire finally exits the chamber to catch up to the others whilst bringing along the food tray that she held before. And the room finally shuts itself, leaving the Lilac Sharicite alone.

21:45, Sigma Dimension's Nep-Tower, Nepgear's Room.

In Nepgear's room with lights off, Gehaburn was sitting on Nepgear's Lilac bed with both of her knees up to her chest. Her head was buried in between the knees and she wrapped her hands around her head crying. Gehaburn's tears had soaked almost every part of the room. Nepgear's bed, floor, chair, desk, and even her wardrobe had all been flooded by Gehaburn's tears which were clear white. Gehaburn was devastated by Kurome's death. She blamed herself for being weak, so weak that Kurome had saved Gehaburn from her supposed death.

There wasn't a single speck of what was left after Kurome's demise, only her single Dark-blue Megaphone was left which was placed in front of Gehaburn who kept crying for Kurome.

During Gehaburn's mourning, she can feel that Nepgear was not sad anymore. Instead, she feels that Nepgear has stopped feeling gloomy. Instead, Gehaburn felt that Nepgear was more determined to keep on fighting. Whereas Nepgear was ready to get her game back up, Gehaburn couldn't find the energy to continue.

"I'm sorry, hiks…. Kurome. I just… I'm scared of what comes next… If we, if I continue this… I fear that I will be alone…." Gehaburn talked about her reason why she wouldn't join the others while looking at Kurome's Megaphone.

Gehaburn gazed upon the Megaphone in silence, then went back to feeling depressed and buried her head between her knees whilst crying. Gehaburn couldn't forgive herself for being so weak.

"You're not alone, dum-dum"

Gehaburn heard a familiar voice from her right. She lifted her head and turned to the right to see Nepgear near her, wearing a soft smile.

"Gear…. How did you get in? I thought that I had sealed the door" Gehaburn was surprised to see Nepgear.

"You did, it's just that I directly share your power, remember? We are one, you know" Nepgear said, then she walked a bit towards the wardrobe and opened the furniture to see almost all her clothes were wet.

"Goodness gracious, Burn. You have an infinite amount of tears or something? How am I supposed to change my black parka coat and my black sailor uniform? I haven't changed for a day and I feel icky" Nepgear scolds Gehaburn.

"I'm sorry, okay! I just…. Could you leave, Gear? I'm not in the mood…" Gehaburn buried her head again after telling Nepgear to get out.

"Are you sureeee? I can't eat this Meat Pudding that I just made alone. Oh if only there was someone that I could share with and eat this pudding together" Nepgear said while getting a Meat Pudding from her inventory.

Once the meat pudding was out, Gehaburn's purple nose caught its scent and made her flinch. Gehaburn lift her head to see a juicy brown Meat Pudding in front of her, held by Nepgear's right hand.

"..." Gehaburn couldn't say a word, but her mouth watered at the sight of the meat pudding in front of her since it was one of her favorite meals.

Nepgear slightly grinned and stood up from the bed and walked midway to the room's door with the Meat pudding at hand.

"But since Burn is still a moody girl. I guess I should ask Lei to help me finish this Juicy, Wobbly, Tasty, meal of mine" Nepgear said before continuing to step out of the room.

"Wait!"

Nepgear stopped after Gehaburn had told her to wait. Nepgear turned to Gehaburn who couldn't hold back her desire to eat the meat pudding that Nepgear had made.

"I-I want to eat it…" Gehaburn said.

"I didn't hear any please~" Nepgear teased.

"Urk, Pretty Please?" Gehaburn begged even more.

"...Promise me you won't cry any further?" Nepgear puts a condition at Gehaburn.

"...I won't" Gehaburn wiped off the rest of her tears with some tissues beside the bed to prove her words.

Nepgear smiled and went on closer to Gehaburn and sits near her. Nepgear gave Gehaburn a spoon and a fork so she could eat the meat pudding with her. The two started to eat the meat pudding together, they even fought over some part of the meat that was bigger than the others. Gehaburn was quick to finish her side of the meat pudding and began to invade Nepgear's side. At first, Nepgear held back with her spoon and fork, but in the end, she let Gehaburn finish the rest of the meal. Gehaburn let out a big burb and pats her belly.

"Ahhhh~~, that's the stuff," Gehaburn said.

"Glad you still love my self-made meat pudding" Nepgear was relieved that Gehaburn was still capable of eating her meal.

Nepgear took the leftover plate of the meat pudding from Gehaburn and put it back in her Inventory. Next, Nepgead stood up and started to walk away from Gehaburn. But suddenly, Gehaburn grabbed Nepgear's arm. In response, Nepgear turned back to have a conversation with Gehaburn.

"Where are you going?" Gehaburn asked.

"...We're going to Hyper Dimension. I discussed our next approach and we all agreed to build a temporary base at that dimension. By doing so, we can investigate the dimension's condition while also training together until we are stronger than before. That way, we can help each other faster" Nepgear told Gehaburn their plan that she and the others discussed while they were en route to the living room and Nepgear's bedroom.

"Hyper Dimension? That's where the other Neptune lives…." Gehaburn said to Nepgear.

"Yeah, and possibly the other goddesses that I'm familiar with, myself included. That place is also where Evolry and her master reside" Nepgear told Gehaburn.

"Evolry…." Gehaburn was reminded of how Evolry killed off Kurome. Nepgear could tell that Gehaburn was still wavering to join just from Gehaburn's grim face that she puts up after hearing the name Evolry.

"Burn… If you are not ready, you can catch up with us later. Once you are in the Hyper Dimension, your Nep-Watch will notify you where we are" Nepgear told Gehaburn about what she should need to know when she's ready.

"..." Gehaburn could only look at Nepgear gloomily.

"I'll take that as yes…. Well then, I'm off" Nepgear walked away a bit from Gehaburn and headed off once more to exit the room.

As Nepgear walked away step by step, Gehaburn thought a lot inside her mind about whether she should join up now or later. In a short span, Gehaburn stopped to think as it wasn't her thing to think far and long. Gehaburn gets off Nepgear's bed and patted hard at Nepgear's shoulder just before she leaves the room. Nepgear flinched and was startled by Gehaburn's sudden movement. Nepgear looked to her left to see Gehaburn smiling at her.

"What the?! Burn!" Nepgear said as she was a bit annoyed.

"Didn't expect this, did ya?" Gehaburn said with a grin.

"Oh I did, but not this sudden!" Nepgear raised her tone a bit as her heart was still racing.

"Haha! You may be a smartass who thinks long, but you couldn't predict my mind" Gehaburn boasts herself.

"Heh, Why would I need to predict every bit of your muscle mind?" Nepgear scoffed.

"Hey, I'm not all muscle!" Gehaburn protested.

"Then continually say 'wa' right now" Nepgear challenged Gehaburn.

"Wawawawawawawawawawawawawawaaaaaa!" Gehaburn spams the word while staring closely at Nepgear.

"You look stupid right now" Nepgear smirked.

"Wha?!"

"How many times have you said it?" Nepgear asked.

"6 times," Gehaburn said innocently.

"That wasn't close. See? All muscle" Nepgear said.

"Arrgghhh, at least add cool after the muscle word!" Gehaburn said.

"Why would I? It doesn't even make sense if I just add cool in it" Nepgear denied Gehaburn's request.

"You don't even know why you should add it, so this means you're stupid like me!" Gehaburn said.

"...I sometimes don't get you…" Nepgear mumbled.

The two looked away from each other, and shortly after, they both huffed and smiled at each other. Gehaburn and Nepgear bumped one of their arms together. The two chuckled at each other, signifying that they are back at it again. Though for Gehaburn, a sense of hesitation was still inside her. However, Gehaburn formed the courage to open up to Nepgear once more.

"Gear, aren't you scared to move forward?" Gehaburn asked as she was still a bit scared inside.

"I am. Every now and then, I still fear what may come in the future. But if I don't do something with my, our problem. Then I would hate myself knowing that I had done nothing to prevent the worst outcome. That is why I will keep on fighting to reach the best outcome we all could get, even if I lose something throughout our journey… Because I have a home to protect….. And I have those that believed in me" Nepgear said with her head put up with a strong look. For a short second, Nepgear took a breather and pats Gehaburn's shoulder.

"Aren't you the same as I am? Now that you got off our bed and patted my shoulder like this but harder?" Nepgear said.

"Hah…Could you cut some slack at me for once?... Yeah, I don't wanna cry here all day long. I want to move forward no matter how painful it is. At the very least, we ride or die together"

Gehaburn went back to Nepgear's bed and picked up the sole Dark-Blue Megaphone that originally belonged to Kurome. Gehaburn handed the Megaphone to Nepgear and the two grasped it together.

"For our family," Gehaburn said firmly.

"And for the future of our home," Nepgear added.

Nepgear took the Megaphone and held it in her right hand. Afterward, Nepgear and Gehaburn smile at each other. Then, they exit the room and proceed to walk along the Nep-Tower's hallway.

"By the way, where are Magic and the others? I gotta apologize to them for making them worry…. And not even letting them in" Gehaburn asked, feeling guilty for putting up a wall, or a door in her case, between her and her family.

"And you're the one who said that we should open up to each other," Nepgear said as a joke.

"Ouch, I deserve that blow," Gehaburn said while putting her right hand on her chest, portraying someone who had an emotional injury.

"Well, I'm at fault too, distancing myself from our family. Putting that aside, Magic and the others are in Lastation's G-Farm building up a memorial statue of Kurome with the help of some Vaders and Rival Crafts. After that, we'll discuss the details of our temporary base plan in Hyper Dimension. There's also we need to decide on what to do with Evolry's arm and blood, on what to bring now that it's not just the two of us to move out to a different dimension, like the items, weapons, spare parts, food, and–"

"Blah, blah, blah! I only asked where they were. My head can't process 'em all at once" Gehaburn stops Nepgear from continuing her blabbers.

"And this proves my point before…." Nepgear mumbled.

"Did you say something, Gear?" Gehaburn noticed that she had heard something.

"Nothing," Nepgear said innocently.

"Whatever… Hey, race it to the portal room?" Gehaburn said with her purple eyebrows lifted a few times and her face smirking.

"Mmm, Alright. You go on a headstart first this time" Nepgear said while gesturing Nepgear to go first.

"Don't regret it, Gear!"

Gehaburn quickly ran down the hallway and en route to the Portal room after Nepgear accepted her small challenge. Nepgear sighed at Gehaburn for her excessive energy, though she had guessed Gehaburn was bored because of her rambling. Nepgear didn't catch up at Gehaburn for a moment and instead, she took out the Dark-blue Megaphone from her inventory.

Ever since she held it again, Nepgear felt something odd, like there was a life force in it. More specifically, a CPU's life force. It was odd for it to have that kind of energy. Nepgear remembered a lesson about this, where the CPUs weapon will lose its Wielder's signature CPU energy if the user is gone. Nepgear thought of the possibility of Kurome handing her weapon to her before she died. But Nepgear reconsiders that possibility because her death was sudden, so Kurome doesn't have time to bestow the Megaphone to Nepgear.

"Unless…. No, that's Impossible…. But if it does…."

Nepgear shakes her head and stops thinking of the right answer for the Megaphone's CPU energy. Rather, Nepgear thinks of this as Kurome passing down her weapon to her. Nepgear puts back the megaphone into her inventory and runs down the hallway to catch up to Gehaburn. But in the end, Gehaburn won the race and she gloated near Nepgear before the two teleported to Lastation.

Unknown location, Unknown time

A blue-twin-tailed girl wearing black clothing was lying unconsciously on an impure black landmass. Everything around the girl was filled with Large black pipes and littered with defunct objects like pieces of gaming consoles. The sky above roared thunderclouds and lightning, filling the air with a grim dark aura that energize the monsters in the land.

Despite the roars of the sky and monsters, the girl slept soundly with quite a loud snore. This attracts a single speck of dark blue light that was near the girl.

The dark-blue light went inside the girl through the mouth and the girl immediately woke up from her slumber.

"I'M UP! I'M UP! Leave my breakfast on the table!" The girl shouted, afterward she immediately felt something strange.

"Huh? I'm alive?" The girl asked herself and quickly opened up her status. The blue status screen showed her the name Kurome and her status stated her 'alive and well'.

Kurome had lived all this time after receiving a big red blast from Evolry. This revelation made her extremely happy.

"HAHA! I lived! I LIVEEEDD!" Kurome yelled out loud.

"Ugh, could you stop shouting like a fool? Well, I guess you're already a fool from the beginning since I laid eyes on you"

Kurome jumped from her spot after hearing something in her head.

"What the frick?! Something is inside me! Who or what are you?! While you're at it, where AM I?!" Kurome freaked out.

"At least you're quick to the point. Let's just say that I am a blue soul wandering around the Gamindustri Graveyard" The blue soul inside Kurome said.

"Ah, okay. Nice to meet you, blue soul….Wait, did you say… Gamindustri Graveyard?" Kurome widened her eyes as she heard where she was, which was shocking.

"You heard me, THE Graveyard. Where all the damned was forced to book its eternity" The Blue soul said inside Kurome.

Kurome's eyes were still widened and she looked upwards at the Graveyard monsters roaming around the roaring thunder clouds and the dark aura around the impure place. After knowing that she has an unknown soul inside her, plus where she currently is and confirming it by looking around. Kurome knew that her situation, despite living and breathing, is not in her favor. All she could do now was utter two words with a poker face.

"Fuck. Me"
