In one version of the Star Wars Universe, the Battle of Eedit Temple was the end of Master Halsey, his Padawan Knox, and half of his division. But in a different version of the Universe it wasn't the end. It was a beginning, one that no one saw coming. AKA, Commander Trauma is a Dad and adopts a child when freeing his General. This could be a problem

1. Chapter 1 Kidnapping

Commander Trauma was battling desperately to keep the droids away from his Jedi. The attack had been coming in an unending wave for hours now which had made them retreat to the immediate front of the temple in order to funnel some of the droids. He suppressed a groan as another shipful of them landed…. But what got out of the ship was not droids.

It was a giant neon orange and pitch black Zabrack with equally large horns. At a word from him the droids pulled back. And he started forward with a large spear. Quickly the troops made a protective wall, but the General told Commander Knox, "Stay here," and jumped over them to face this adversary.

This caused a pause in the giants steps but he hit the ready position and waited for General Halsey to attack which he did. The General was disarmed in a few moments before getting knocked out and hauled over the giants shoulder. As the troops stared pulling out of their shock and were firing again the droids swarmed forward giving the giant time to leave with their General. It was twenty minutes before the droids were completely defeated and and another five before they found the ships were compromised so they could not go after him.

Another twenty minutes and Trick had a comm open to receive any messages for them. Immediately a comm came in from the Jedi High Council, and General Windu looked at Traumas unbending figure, "Where is Halsey?" Then he saw the small defeated figure of Knox beside the Commander, "What happened Padawan?"

Looking up the kid burst out, "Master was taken!" As the kid looked ready to cry Trauma laid a hand on his shoulder. When Knox buried his head in Traumas karma with the tentacles from the kids head (instead of hair) waving dejectedly the Clone Commander took up the story.

After this was finished General Windu looked at General Koon, "Plo, I believe this has happened close enough to your position for you to take a hand."

The Kel Dor stroked his mask. "Yes, I will do so." Looking at the others, "My bond with my former apprentice might also help." When he had informed Commanders Trauma and Knox when to expect him they signed off, leaving the Council to their discussion and went back to aiding the wounded.
