Olivia and Elliot performed their usual morning dance in the bathroom, both trying to use the single sink and mirror to get ready, though it normally consisted of Liv's makeup and hair products overwhelming what little counterspace there was.
"How are we going to do this with a baby?" Olivia posed as she leaned closer to the mirror, opening her eyes wide as the black mascara wand brushed her eyelashes.
"We could always get a bigger place," Elliott replied as he maneuvered around his wife, trying to get a view in the mirror so he could adjust his tie. "It would also allow us to have a nursery for the little one, because trust me, having their bed in our room is not as convenient as it sounds. Kathy and I tried that with Kathleen."
"I wouldn't be opposed to looking," she responded as she capped her mascara. "It would also give us more space for, activities." She turned and gave her husband a quick peck before adventuring into the bedroom to put her shoes on.
"I'll make a few phone calls then," he teased as he grabbed her backside in passing.
"Here we have a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with 2900 square feet," the realtor introduced as she opened the lockbox, sliding the key into the lock. Amy had been Elliot's realtor when he and Kathy had bought their first home, and now she was helping him and Liv find their dream home. The house opened into a small foyer before expanding into the living room on the right. The living room had a fireplace joining the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen had new appliances, blue-gray cabinets that accented the white and grey marble counter tops, and a white farmhouse sink. Adjacent to the space was a laundry and mud room that connected to the one car garage. The floors were a dark oak with shiny finish; only the bedrooms had carpet and the bathrooms had a dark tile. The back of the kitchen had a sliding door that opened into a massive, fenced backyard and patio. Back in the foyer, stairs led upstairs to the bedrooms and two of the three baths. The master suite was adorned with a massive walk-in closet and windows overlooking the backyard, allowing plenty of natural light in. The master bathroom had a double vanity, the ornate countertops matching the ones from the kitchen. There was a stand-alone soaker tub across from the vanity, and the far end of the washroom had a tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
"How much are they asking?" Elliot asked the guide as they made their way back downstairs.
"$710,000," Amy noted as she flipped through her papers.
"Are you sure we can afford this, El?" Liv asked nervously.
"If we can sell your apartment, I'm sure we can get $540,000 for it since it is in a great location," Stabler explained. They would have no need for a downtown apartment with this wonderful space. "Can we just have a moment to talk?" Amy left the couple in the kitchen as she made herself busy in the foyer.
"What are you thinking, Liv?" El asked as he rubbed his wife's back. "You've been awfully quiet today."
"I don't know," she said, her voice cracking. "These baby hormones are messing with me." He gave her an empathetic smile.
"Do you like it?"
"I love the place. It would be perfect. It has space for our family to grow. We could play in the backyard with the kids. You could play catch with them. It's everything we could ever want in a house."
"Kids? Let's have this one first." Elliot rubbed his wife's belly, smiling. She was 15 weeks along and just starting to show, though she could still hide it well. Olivia leaned into her husband as he wrapped his arms around her, the pair staring out the glass doors, envisioning their future together.
"Have we made a decision?" Amy asked, returning to the kitchen. The pair quickly stood straight again, turning to face the realtor. El looked to Olivia for a final confirmation.
"We'll take it."
2 weeks later
The deadbolt clicked as El locked the front door behind them. "Welcome home, Liv," he whispered in her ear as they took in the empty space before them. It was really theirs. They were going to make this house their home. The two meandered into the kitchen, Liv stopping by the back door, daydreaming of all the possibilities.
"Mrs. Stabler." Olivia spun around to find Elliot extending his right hand, the music growing from the small speaker on his phone as he smiled lovingly at her. Olivia accepted his offer, returning the smile as she leaned against her husband's toned chest, swaying as they danced to Can't Help Falling in Loveby Elvis Presley. Elliot's left hand held her waist, pulling her closer to him as he took her left hand in his right, holding it out as they moved together in the open living area. No words were needed as the two enjoyed each other's presence; being fully there in the moment, fully invested in each other. Liv closed her eyes, savoring the moment as she moved by instinct, mirroring her husband's tender movements. As the music faded out, she looked up, her dark brown eyes meeting his navy blues. "I can't help falling in love with you, Olivia Benson-Stabler," El purred. Their lips touched in a soft kiss. Cupping her cheeks with his hands, he ran a tongue on her lower lip, begging entrance which was given. Moaning, he gently laid her down underneath him on the hardwood floor, stroking her sides softly.
God, what did I do to deserve him she thought, his caresses spurring her need for him. She reached up and began unbuttoning his dress shirt. Olivia wanted him, wanted him to hurry up and ease the growing ache between her legs. Pulling off his shirt, Olivia ran her hands down his chest and stomach, feeling herself growing wetter as she traced his muscles. Increased libido was a side effect of pregnancy they both happily welcomed.
Elliot groaned as her hand caressed him. Biting her lower lip, he moved his lips to her neck and started sucking on the skin behind her ear, her purrs of contentment driving him on. Slowly, he kissed and nipped his way down to her jawline and then lifted her shirt up and tossed it to the side, soon accompanied by her bra. "You're so beautiful, Liv," he husked, ghosting over her nipples. They were the epitome of perfection, round and supple with the dusky peaks contrasting well the olive skin around them. Pregnancy had only made them more perfect. Cupping them in his hands, he began to knead erotically, going by pure instinct.
Olivia blushed and moaned, arching into his touch. His hands were like fire on her skin, working their way down and removing what clothes remained. Taking advantage of his preoccupation, she reached down and guided him to her entrance. Their motions were slow and passionate, their mouths never leaving the other except when Elliot broke the kisses to suckle her breasts, a move Olivia did not complain about. Their moans, pants, and purrs grew louder and louder as the pleasure built in their abdomens, Elliot thrusting harder, Olivia tightening around him. Pulling, her down, Elliot nipped Olivia's neck and pushed upward, hitting a sensitive spot from a new angle. "God, El!"
Her words spurred him on; Elliot sped up the pace, not so much as to be rough or frenzied like they usually were, but just enough to double the pleasure and make them both gasp. He licked, suckled, and bit her neck, leaving Olivia writhing and bucking underneath him. She dug her nails along the muscular panes of his back, running them along and leaving trails as he grunted and shuddered above.
Olivia's eyes rolled back, his tip gliding over her inner walls as she felt her climax coming. Gritting her teeth, she looked into his eyes, her near blacks meeting his baby blues. Seeing his world in her eyes sent him over the edge. He thrust into her one last time, grunted, and shot inside her with explosive pleasure.
The feeling of his seed inside her caused Olivia to let go, the intensity of her release washing over her. She let out a wordless gasp as she came around his shaft, Elliot's continuing thrusts prolonging her orgasm.
They collapsed in a tangled heap of limbs and hair. Olivia nuzzled into his chest, breathing in his scent. He reached a hand over and rest it on her small bump, stroking it tenderly. "Welcome home little one."
The start of this week has been pretty relaxed, but we have a big exam coming up, so more updates will come this weekend! I hope you are continuing to enjoy as their story is evolving!
