Disclaimer: Don't own Naruto or the Hulk. The story is written purely for entertainment purposes and no profits are made on the Fanfic.

Author's Notes: This is a follow-up from the previous chapter where the alternative decision is made from the Daimyo.

Personally, this is more of an omake and not part of the main story because I didn't like the Fire Lord acting like the corrupt Leader in my story. However, I still wrote it because I couldn't help likely the theme 'Hulk in Prison'. It would be an interesting tale of what kind of chaos our green friend could bring to the Fire Prison.

Alternative Prison Scene

Unfortunately, the talk with the Daimyo didn't go as well as the Hokage had hoped. So as punishment, Naruto is sentenced to Fire Prison for a few months.

"Don't worry Naruto, just think of it as a vacation away from the village."

'Vacation?!' thought the nearby guards having heard the exchange.

Very few would consider prison as the ideal vacation spot. Then again, there had never been a prisoner like him, so who knows what it'll be like for him.

While not understanding the full story, they recognized Daimyo's personal seal so they had to process his entry. Whatever the big guy had done must be something serious if he's personally involved. Hence, no-one questioned the order nor did they consider the consequences of housing him. Nevertheless, the feeling is like trying to get an elephant into a dog house. Well, at least the main entrance is wide enough for the big guy. As for the inside, they were relieved that's someone else's problem.

Despite that, the Fire Prison was built for the sole purpose of housing all kinds of prisoners. This means dangerous missing-nins including those with special bloodlines. It's well funded thus have the state of the art facilities to contain these prisoners. There are special cells for ninjas such as the Hozuki clan where they couldn't escape even when they are in their liquid form. Aside from specially designed Chakra suppression seals, the prison even has rumored adamantium suppression chains that can both suppress Chakra and ninjas with abnormal strengths.

That's probably the main reason why the Fire Daimyo is sending him in there. Rumored that the design was originally configured against the Raikage. Of course, it's not widely circulated. Even if it's found out, the Fire Lord could always deny them citing them being rumors. Since it's never been used, no-one could verify its existence.

Anyway, long explanations short, the prison is well funded thus is capable of holding any prisoner known in Fire Country or any way in the elemental nation. At least that's what they thought until the Hulk's existence became known. That's because there's never been a prisoner like him, therefore the staff and facility will be tested to their limits. Aside from being the result of a failed experiment, the Hulk is also not your everyday 'ninja'. The Sandaime tried to warn the Daimyo but the man wouldn't listen. He thinks anything that came out of the Hokage's mouth as an excuse to not prosecute his ninja.

True, he can understand the old ninja have some sentimental attachment with the kid but the kid's a ninja. So he couldn't see what the big deal was.

"But my Lord, I implore you to reconsider." the Hokage continues to persist.

"Sarutobi, I have already explained to you my reasoning. Why couldn't you understand?!" the Fire Lord continued, not giving him a chance to answer.

"This is just a farce, a show for the public and only for a short while. Surely your shinobi can handle a couple of months in my prison."

Then he added. "Think of it as an active mission."

Clearly, the Fire Lord wants the public to think that attacking his son isn't without any repercussions.

"But... but... my Lord..." unfortunately the Fire Leader's getting impatient.

"Answer me this, Sarutobi. Can't your shinobi handle himself?!"

"You reassured me that he's perfectly capable of handling himself. Is that not true?!" he demanded an immediate answer.

"It's true. But I am more concerned about him on the other matter. He's quite a handful and can be very difficult."

What he's trying to get the Fire Leader to see is that Naruto is dangerous to everyone around him but he didn't want to make it sound like the kid is a catastrophe. Well, he is but that depends on how you manage him.

"You let me worry about that. As I said it before, it's only for a few months and I will inform the guards to take it easy on the kid."

That seals it, as clearly the Fire Lord had totally misinterpreted the situation. Or, that he just did not want to hear it in the first place.

Either way, Naruto will be fine. What the old ninja more concerned about however is the facility as he heard that the Fire Lord had placed some substantial investment into it. The whole scenario reminds him of all the new reconstructions they had in Konoha. From what he knew, nearly the whole village was completely rebuilt. He kept telling himself.

'All for the better of the village. Old things eventually have to be replaced.'

'... Just like Hokages.'

Despite that, he still couldn't help reminiscing the old. Hence, whenever the big guy destroys another landmark, he couldn't help but get a little angry. Still, he couldn't get too mad as the kid worked hard to contribute to everything he broke.

Sighing internally, he reaffirms himself.

'I guess things need to change to adapt for the better.'

Still, the mountains of bills and building contracts on his desk are daunting. He hopes the Fire Lord won't be blaming him for this.

The kid means well, in both forms he does his best to help others. Hulk or not, he would have probably done the same. It's just his larger form is more devastating. Accompanied by his ignorance and accident-prone built, the effect was magnified in proportion to his size. It's things like that making him beat-up missing-nins being the norm.

The Sandaime knew some when down the line, the kid would land himself in hot waters. It surprises him that it hadn't happened sooner. He assumed it might have something to do with his luck. He had seen Tsunade beating up some poor ninja thinking they had cheated her. Perhaps the kid's now cashing that luck that fate had cheated out of him.

Whatever it is, the Sandaime hoped his streaks of luck wouldn't stop. On the other hand, the other reason he took so long talking to the Daimyo was to delay the inevitable so he could talk to Naruto. Not Hulk Naruto but Naruto Naruto. He had hoped to give him some last-minute advice and encouragement but to his surprise, he stayed the Hulk the whole time. The Sandaime can see the damage he had already done as the broken bench and ceiling were big clues on what happened. It's pointless talking to the big guy as he would forget them in a matter of minutes. When he's just Naruto, he could at least reduce unnecessary collateral damage. He meant it both for the palace and prison.

The wrecked bench was probably from him trying to not accidentally destroy anything. The palace guards were in their right mind to not give him any more instructions as it would only make it worst. Then again, it's probably his ninja guards that gave them that advice. Seeing the large bowl of Ramen he's eating, that's probably the incentive they used.

As being said, it wasn't just the poor bench and the ceilings, the room had seen better days. Based on the trails of destruction, the Hokage can roughly guess what had happened. There are even Hulk shape dents and imprints on walls and ceilings. He wondered if the Fire Lord would bill him for this.

So hurriedly, the Sandaime left the scene with his entourage to avoid the fireworks. He still needs to brief his thick-headed giant subordinate/grandson-figure of his new mission. The Hokage tries to delay it as long as possible, however, they have to depart halfway as he had to return to the village.

"Remember. This is a mission. You just have to remain in place for 3 months."

He tries to use simple words so he can understand and keeping them short.

"Naruto, repeat my orders." he wanted to make sure he understands so he asks him to repeat it.

"HULK STAY, 3 MONTHS."

Seeing how he understood his order, the Hokage nodded.

"Right, very good Naruto. I am afraid here is where we part ways, these ninjas will escort you to the place. Just follow their instructions, ok?"

Again the green giant nodded in understand but the aged ninja can see a bit of sadness through his eyes so he gave him some encouragement.

"Hey, Naruto. 3 months will be over in a flash."

After pausing for a moment, he then added.

"Listen, when you come back. You get an all-you-can-eat at Ichirakus."

Seeing how his eyes almost lit up, he knew that last trump card worked.

As a fair leader, he wouldn't give unrealistic demands to his ninjas. This is especially true on his grandson-figure that can sometimes turn into a behemoth of a giant. He's someone that complains about the 3 minutes it takes for his instant noodles to cook, so one can understand how bad 3 months would be for him. Even telling him to stay in one place is a challenge because, with nothing to do, that's no different to torture for a hyperactive kid like him. It would be like telling a toddler not to move or sit still.

Thus, in order to motivate him, he gave him an incentive to stay in that place for a fixed period of 3 months. And since it's Naruto, he knew he can somehow fulfill that. The old leader pats him on the arm giving him encouragement and signaling his about the departure. He would have to pat him on the shoulder or head if he can but his giant form is just too tall unless he's jumping.

"See you in 3 months, Naruto. Take good care of yourself."

The group splits into two, 2 ninjas escorting Naruto to prison and 2 guarding the Hokage. That's how the 3 came to the Fire Prison as the ninjas hands over the papers. While the guards were aware of a new prisoner but even they were shocked by his size. Even then, his size was the least of their problem as it was his mountains of muscles that are seriously threatening them.

That's why they had 8 guards to try to distribute the differences.

"Don't worry, he's harmless." voiced out one of the ninjas.

Sadly, they didn't seem to believe him as they steal nervous glances at the giant. They even backed a huge step when the giant grunts in response.

Somehow the ninja escort seems to understand him.

"Don't be like that Naruto." after a while he added.

"Think of it as a vacation."

'Vacation?!' that's what the gate guards were thinking as they repeat the notion in their heads.

They have mixed feeling on this but seeing his built, he could well be a tourist because they doubt their concrete walls can stop him.

While prison life has its own drama but no-one would dare to challenge a guy whose fist is the size of your head. The whole thing is like poking a bear with a stun rod. Therefore only a fool or an ignorant would do it. Once they realized that, they came to the same conclusion.

'Maybe they were right, it might be a vacation for the green guy.'

On the other hand with the ninja escorts.

'Naruto's been Hulk for a while now. Will he change back?'

They were still hoping to see the smaller version of him before leaving but they assume he will stay Hulk for a while. The geeks back home may not have any evidence but the working theory is that he's like that to protect his other half. Based on past experiences and observations, it doesn't seem wrong.

The big guy has a sharp and powerful instinct, thus he probably unconsciously kept himself in control. Instinctively, he knew he's in big trouble. So it's either he's protecting the weaker Naruto or that he's stepping forward for the punishment. From what they know of him so far, it's like watching their children growing up and taking responsibility. It was for this reason that both Naruto and the Hulk earn many ninjas' respect and support.

For that reason, his ninja escorts made sure the warden was warned and giving him a letter to pass on to Naruto after he de-transform. Sadly, despite their warnings, the warden still has to follow his boss's (Fire Lord) orders. Which is keeping the big guy inside his facility. The moment he saw him, the warden had a bad premonition. Like guiding an elephant through a glass display museum.

Still, he had to process him because of the Fire Daimyo's seal. As the warden oversees the proceeding, the bad feeling continues. So far, nothing out of ordinary happens as they led him deeper into the prison. On their way, they attracted many wide-eyed onlookers. Some of the prisoners even cross their hearts as if making a prayer.

It wasn't just prisoners as the guards too stare disbelievably at the new addition to their life. Is the Daimyo or warden punishing them? They knew there's no way they could do anything against this mountain of muscle. Few swallowed hoping their shift would end soon so they can start calling in sick. If that's not bad enough, they soon came into some obvious complications. He's too big! There may be missing-nins and several oversized prisoners but none of them were anything like the Hulk.

Like he usually did in Konoha, the Hulk forces himself through before anyone could stop him. He did it by remodeling every entrance he goes through, making every guard gulp nervously.

'Did you see that?!'

'...' clearly, this one is speechless.

'He just tore through the entrance like it's nothing!'

Since there's no use in crying over spilled milk. They acted professionally and lead the massive giant to his cell.

"Prisoner 10013650, this will be your room for the duration of your stay."

"You will remain in there until we tell you otherwise."

During that exchange, the Hulk only stares at the guard dumbly. Over time, the prison will learn that communication is another issue. From the look on our hero, he's not even sure if he's talking to him. Hence, the number wouldn't mean anything because he probably wouldn't remember it. Again, they will learn that latter. Like in Konoha, it will take time getting to know him before they can properly communicate. From that conversation, the Hulk probably only understood two words 'your room' thus proceed to enter. Again, he's breaking protocol because normally he has to wait until the guards open the cell before he can enter.

Either way, it doesn't matter as they will soon find out how secure their cell is to the Hulk. So before the guards can stop him, he casually rips the steel door open. Staring at it dumbly for a second, the Hulk probably just thought that he really shouldn't have done that. It's a sliding door so pulling it would rip it out of its frame. Seeing there's not much he could do about it, he proceeds to give it to the wide-eyed guard. Without thinking, the poor guard instinctively took the offered item. By then, it's too late as the heavy-duty cell door slowly tips over and crashing on top of him.

This was witnessed by many wide-eyed prisoners and guards as they stare unbelievably at the walking nightmare.

'This our new inmate?!'

'That door must have been over 100 kilos (220lbs).'

'You saw he tore it out like it was paper?!'

'Is he even human? He's more of an Ogre from another dimension!'

Up close, he's more like a moving mountain thus making everyone swallow nervously.

The term normal is out of the question, what the hell is he?

'Can't they see something's seriously wrong here?'

Even they can see his size wouldn't get him through most parts of the prison, let alone his cell. Apparently, the warden was a little careless in this aspect as he just stamped his entry. Since it was a direct order from the Daimyo, he sees no reason to not process it. They were well funded to hold all kinds of criminals, this includes 'ninjas' and those with special bloodlines.

Well, almost anything as the big guy already started several incidents. The commotion alerted a few guards to the horrific scene as they stare in shock at the spectacle.

"Hey, get me outta here!"

Only then did they moved to save their trapped and crushed colleague. The re-enforced door is extremely heavy as it took all of them some effort to lift and move it. While their attention should be on their actions, they couldn't help but have their eyes set on their new prisoner. Seeing how he tries to force his way into his cell is a sight they will never forget.

For any normal person, they would try to squeeze themselves in but the Hulk is anything but normal. Instead, he angrily forces his way in and remodeling the entrance as he sees fit. Since the bars were made of reinforced material, they wouldn't give so easily. As a result, it had the opposite effects on cracking the foundation as he squirms and wiggles his way in. As if that's not bad enough, cracks start to appear around the area.

"What's happening over there?" screams the neighboring cellmate since he couldn't see anything.

He's in severe distress seeing how his walls might come down over him. It's no wonder why he's shouting in alarm as he couldn't see anything.

"Shut your hole, just stand well away from the wall and keep quiet." the cellmates from the opposite shouted.

They too weren't faring any better. What they witness is somewhat a nightmare they couldn't unsee. Unfortunately, right at this moment, their concerns are not attracting its attention. Whatever that green thing is, looked angry enough, they didn't want to redirect that anger by adding fuel to an already burning fire.

The guard didn't dare to stop him seeing how he literally bent the re-enforced metal with his bare hands.

"What're you waiting for? Stop him! He will bring the whole prison down on us."

"Stop him? How?!" obviously that's a very good question.

In the end, all they could do is stare.

"Use your stun batons, they aren't decorations."

"No way, sir. What if it doesn't work."

He's right, 'what if it doesn't work'.

The big guy looked like he can withstand anything, a stun baton would be like a mosquito bite to him. More importantly, what if the giant gets even angrier! He's looked pissed enough, for better of their health they certainly don't want to add more fuel to an already burning fire. Understandingly and thankfully, the lead guard didn't act on his own foolish suggestion. Now that his colleague mentioned it, he too has a very ominous feeling it's a very bad, bad idea.

Thankfully after remodeling the entrance, he's through and the ceiling stop collapsing. Just when they thought it was over, the huge giant then proceeds to strip the bed. He took off the mattresses and start crushing the beds into one huge metal ball. The scene was so shocking that no-one spoke, they somehow knew he can do it but to actually see it is another story. Especially the guards, as they thanked themselves for not being rash. The fate of the beds could be any of them.

There's no mystery on why he did it as the beds were obviously no use to him. Hence, he got rid of them and laid the mattresses on the floor. From the way he laid them out, it looks like he's using them as pillows. Once again, why hadn't anyone thought of that before putting him in there?

The drama finally ended when the giant settle down and went to sleep. He covered himself with a blanket that's obviously too small for his size, one can't help but be a little sympathetic. However, what's still disturbing and distracting is his feet sticking out of his cell. He could have squeezed himself inside more to fit in but his reluctance to sleep too close to the toilet is understandable. Thankfully, there's also a wall that separates his sleeping quarter from it.

On the other hand, there's also the matter of how he's going to use that facility. For obvious reasons, none of them want to know, nor do they want to find out. They will leave it to the higher-ups to figure it out. Unfortunately, regardless of what they do, they have a feeling there will be a lot of improvisation. Even then, they doubt it will be very useful as they have a feeling won't stray very far from the helplessness they have now.

Luckily the clean-up from the incident was more manageable. Due to safety concerns (damaged walls and structure), they had to relocate the adjacent prisoners. It took some time and effort because the doors were ruined or bent out of shape. In the end, they moved prisoners from either side of his cell and above. Just in case, they also relocate prisoners another cell away to be safe.

In time, they will learn to have all the doors opened in their path to reduce damage. Instead of having him wait, they made sure they are all opened in advance so he wouldn't tear or rip them off. That way, they can reduce another casualty waiting to happen. At least this way the poor guard nearest to him won't suffer from another door that's too heavy for him.

'Why do they take the door?', one might ask, it's a conditional reflex.

Like catching an object thrown to you, you would unconditionally accept something that's passed over to you. So what the Hulk is doing is lethal and almost 100% successful. Then again, once uses those doors/gates, are more or less damaged beyond repair, so the prison will have no choice but to leave them open.

He's simply too big, thus most entrances had to be re-modeled. 'Re-modeled' is just a nice term they use because they didn't exactly hire builders or construction workers to do it. This was all because of him, and it's easier to let the big guy take care of it than to wait for an agent (remodeling agent). Not to mention he's quite accident-prone as he sometimes forgets to duck thus destroying the overhead entrance.

'Why did they sent him here?'

It's a question that's frequently brought up and circulated around the prison.

"I heard that he's actually 12."

"No shit?! He certainly looks nothing like 12."

"Yeah, you said it. My cousin's kid's 15 and he looked nothing like him."

It's hard to see whether he's joking or not as the others stare at him.

"Never mind that, what I want to say is. Since he's 12, he's probably in his growth spurt, therefore more accident-proned."

"You mean he's going to be like this the whole time?!"

"Most likely."

The guards sighed, they will have to be extra cautious around him.

"What kind of sicko put a 12-year-old kid in that body?! What if he goes on a temper tantrum?"

In their minds, they can see what a kid could do with that power. Unfortunately, no matter how they want to see it, the prison wouldn't be in one piece. They can picture how a kid would trample over an art exhibition of sandcastles during a temper tantrum.

"We are doomed aren't we?"

The others couldn't help but nod solemnly.

On the next day, a new shift of guards came in. They were surprised to see the exhaustion on their co-workers. Night shifts are usually quiet and uneventful, so they had no idea what happened. Since the Hulk came in late, they all missed him during the exchange.

"What happened?! What's going on?"

The new shift guards want to know.

"You will find out." tiredly, the night guards responded as he picked himself up and make his way to the changing rooms.

Not knowing what's going on, the new arrivals watch the night shift guards leave exhaustedly.

A little confused, the group move on ahead and found the mess that awaits them.

"What the hell happened here?" then another added.

"More importantly, what the hell did this."

Seeing the entrances bent out of shape, they could not see how it was possible.

'These are re-enforced steel that can neglect Chakra.'

The first thing they thought of was.

"A jailbreak?"

"That doesn't seem likely, have you seen this?" responded one as he exams the tear closely.

"This looked like it's been ripped off. It looked like they were trying to get in rather than get out."

Just then they were in time for the breakfast shift.

"Prisoner 103650 time for breakfast. Get up and follow me." they heard and turn to the commotion.

That's when the monstrosity appears and all they could do is stare and stare. The extra emphasis on 'stare' means just that because all they could do is stare alarmingly. The poor guard in charge of him was in no better shape mentally as he's closest to him.

It was his mistake in coming in early as he was called to his supervisor's office.

"Hari, I have a delicate job for you. Yesterday, we admitted a new prisoner and I want you to lead him to the canteen."

"Sir, I was not aware of a VIP prisoner?"

He's right, prisoners don't usually get special treatments.

"This one's a special case. You will know when you see him. He's in H block."

"H block, sir?" he wanted more details, like the cell number, etc.

"Just head to H block, you will know immediately. Just be very careful not to antagonize him."

A little confused by the cryptic message, Hari left scratching his head.

'What does he mean not to antagonize him? Just what kind of criminal do we have?'

On the way, he starts to see what his supervisor meant and dread his meeting. The broken gates and destroyed entrances left very little to the imagination.

'What kind of monster did we admitted?'

Instead of criminal, his mind interprets it as some kind of monster.

As there are no missing-nin that he know of capable of accomplishing what he saw. By the time he reached H block, the bad feeling he had became reality. It's like a horror movie he watched last night, something about an ogre snatching victims from within a dark cave.

'I knew I shouldn't have watched that damn movie.'

The huge nightmarish pair of green feet out of the broken cell left very little to the imagination. Sadly, like the movie, the cell inside is very dark so he can't see into it.

'SHIT, SHIT, SHIT...' he couldn't help cursing his life and what he's about to do.

Standing as far away as he possibly can, he taps the bar lightly with his baton.

'No reaction. Shit.'

He did it again but a little louder.

*TAP* *TAP* *TAP*

Again no response.

'Damn it, Hari. No-one can hear that in their sleep. I hope he won't wake up grumpy.'

'Here goes nothing.' this time, he put a bit more effort in it.

*Bang* *Bang* *Bang*

Thankfully, there's a response as the feet stirred.

After a while and to his horror, a huge head pops out. It's more intimidating up close, he expects him to be big but seeing it in person is another story.

"Pri.. Pri.. Prisoner 103650. Time for breakfast. Get up and follow me."

He managed to split out what he has to say thus earning himself a little breathing space. Despite that, he's still wasn't prepared for the giant when he emerges with his whole body from his cell. He's twice his size, not to mention very muscularly.

"Co.. co.. come. Follow me, I will lead you to the cafeteria." Hari couldn't help but swallow loudly.

He's also moving a little faster because he didn't want to be trampled. Unfortunately, no matter how fast he walked he could never shake the loud stumping footsteps behind him. Stopping at the checkpoint, he steps aside to make sure the giant wouldn't run over him and shouted to the control room.

"Open H14."

However, what he couldn't anticipate is for the giant to step forward and opening the gate himself. Of course, the term 'opening' isn't conventional true. Technically, it is opened, but it's ripped open.

On the other hand and from the Hulk's perspective, he thought the guard was talking to him. So, seeing the 'H14' sign above, he proceeds to 'open' it. By then it was too later to stop him. No-one told him it's a sliding door controlled remotely by an electronic switch, he pulls the whole thing out. It's a massive gate, so it's no surprise that everyone's shocked. All they could do is stare at the spectacle with their mouths wide open. What's more daunting is that he made it looked easy.

The guard now remembered his supervisor's warning.

'Be very careful and not antagonize him!'

'Yeah, right. Like anyone can be careful of that. Like anyone stupid enough to antagonize him.'

There were other guards showing up because of the commotion, even they didn't know what to do at the scene.

'Should we arrest him?'

'Dude, we are the prison.'

'Do we detain him?'

'You are joking, right? I doubt even a 100 of us can stop him.'

Despite that no-one dared to take a step forward. Their instinct while not tuned like animals, they were wise to go near or they might incur unnecessary injury. Worst of all, he might hand them the huge gate.

They were right, as the guard next to him alarmingly responded.

"DON'T HAND IT TO ME."

Thankfully, he was just in time or the whole thing would crush him. Breathing a sigh of relief, he orders.

"Just settle it down and follow me."

Not knowing what to do, the Hulk shrugs his shoulders and slams the gate closed after him. Obviously, it's broken thus wouldn't be functional anymore. True enough, a matter of seconds the entire thing tips over and crashing heavily to the floor. Before he can do any more damage, the guard hurried him along.

"Leave it, let's get going."

This time, upon the next checkpoint he made sure to stand between him and the gate.

"Wait here, don't do anything," he said that making sure he's facing him and paying attention.

Seeing him nod, he turns to the control room.

"Open H15."

After a pause, the door opened. Feeling a little relieved, he walked proudly through the gate.

"Come on, follow me."

His steps have a little skipped in it as he felt proud he single-handedly averted a disaster.

Unfortunately, because of that he probably jinxes it when he hears a loud metal groaning, snapping, and crashing sounds behind him. He didn't need to turn around to know who's responsible. True enough, his green giant charge couldn't get through this had to awkwardly squeeze through. That includes remodeling the gate and resulting in another damaged entrance.

Over on to the next gate, the guard gave up. If he will break it, either way, he might as well prepare for the inevitable. Of course, they could bring the food to him but at the time the guard hadn't thought of that. Besides, it's also the path to the yard and other parts of the prison, so it's better they let him through than waiting for the technician or constructor or whatever. So, he might as well let him do as he wants.

"Just do as you want," he said as he stands aside.

This time, the Hulk understood very well. So confidently, he strolls to the mighty gate and gave it the 'kick the door down' treatment. Unfortunately, he didn't quite get it right as the entire gate was blasted off, crash through another entrance, and ultimately destroying it, including the control room. Again, panic and more guards came to see the spectacle.

Groaning loudly, the guard accompanying is both horrified and mortified. White-faced, he had both hands on both of his cheeks. He couldn't decide whether he's having a migraine or screaming soundlessly in frustration. Probably both, but most importantly of all.

'I hope that's not coming out of my next paycheck.'

Thankfully, the next is the last door. This time it's a double door and it's not closed.

"Here is the cafeteria, go queue up with the others."

Just when he's about to turn around to report to his superior, another crash happened.

'No, no, no?! He wouldn't, he couldn't?!' even the guard finds it impossible.

'The door is wide enough for five people.'

Unfortunately, when it comes to the Hulk, anything is possible. He's right, the entrance is wide enough but it's the overhead that's ahead too low for the big guy. Somehow, he must have bumped into it thus taking a chuck off. Having realized that, the guard's speechless as he thought internally.

'He's a walking disaster!'

That's his final conclusion.

Then he starts to think.

'Perhaps it's time to take a long vacation.'

It's probably the right decision, but unknown to him he will find it hard to pass over that request because with the Hulk around there will always be something to do. Meanwhile, the guard's twitching his eye as he quickly turns around and walks off pretending he didn't see it. More importantly, he hopes he wouldn't be held accountable for all this mess.

By the time he shows up in the mess hall, all the eyes were on him. The room was silent as they had never seen anyone to 'accidentally' headbutt the overhead, let alone crashing through it. Hence, it's not surprising how every prisoner gave way to him. They obviously don't want to be in his way if he can causally wreck the wall like they were nothing.

Seeing he had a free line to the kitchen, the Hulk proceeds to pick up his breakfast. Unfortunately, since no-one told him how to get his breakfast, he act like he usually does.

"RAMEN?!"

His strange request silenced the whole kitchen as they turn to stare at him.

The head chef was still shocked by his size to hear what he said. By the time he woke up, he was contemplating what's being said.

'Was he asking or was he ordering?', that's the first thing that came into his mind.

Then again, it didn't matter as no-one dared to ask him or tell him that there's no ramen.

The same goes for the guards stationed in the room. While they were debriefed, they were specifically ordered to leave the big guy alone and try to minimize damage. Despite that, they were still ill-prepared to see him in actual person, let alone standing in the same room as he. Then there's the 'ramen', even they were at a loss in what they should do. Where on earth do we get ramen, it's not exactly common prison food.

Similarly, his odd request was heard not just by the cook and guards. The entire canteen heard him, hence the stunned silence.

'That guy just tears through that door like it's nothing, you think they're just going to tell him no.'

'Holy shit.'

'Ramen for breakfast?!'

'Shut it, he might hear you.'

'...'

Of course, some people just didn't know how to respond to that statement. Many others had yet to pick up their jaws from either the stupid request or the wrecked entrance.

It's not just the mess hall, chaos was also happening within the kitchen.

'Ramen?! Where do we find him any Ramen?!'

Surprisingly while it's a simple dish, it's not on the daily roster of prison food. Sure everyone eats ramen, but it's not a dish made for the prisoners. (I have no idea if they serve them or not in a Japanese prison, but for comedy reasons let's say they don't)

'What do we do, I don't think any of us wants to tell him there's none.'

For some unknown reason, there's suddenly a huge space between the cook and the giant. Clearly, they sensed it's currently unanimously marked as a danger zone. The poor cook behind the kitchen knew his response could be the life and death of his kitchen and his life thus contemplating what he should say. Under normal circumstances, he should outright just refuse him like he should be doing. However, after taking another look at the aftermath of the heavy re-enforced entrance he had to reconsider his answer. Then again the truth would irk the giant anyway because they have no ramen in prison storage.

In the end, for both his kitchen and his own benefit.

"Of course, we will have ramen. Just a moment."

Having said that, he grabs the nearest assistant and looks at him seriously.

"I don't care how you do it. Go and find me some ramen before he destroys my kitchen."

The cook then turns around putting the happiest smile he can on the giant.

"It will take some time. We will have to make it fresh and just right for you."

It's an excuse and hopefully will buy him some time.

"Please take a seat, we will have it brought to you when it's ready."

Making ramen isn't difficult, but it's definitely a challenge to make ramen for someone like the Hulk. One important item he will need is a very large pot, but serving it is another issue because there's no bowl the giant's size nor are there any chopsticks. He got a feeling the giant wouldn't know how to use them anyway. Luckily his assistant managed to find the main ingredient, the noddles as he found them in some guards' locker room and young apprentice cooks.

Of course, there's some drama involved but that's quickly resolved.

"Hey, that's my lunch."

"It's an emergence."

The young man didn't know about the Hulk so he feverishly defends his food.

"Look, we are in a serious situation. It's a matter of life and death. Just let go of your ramen."

"It's my only lunch, I don't have many expenses. It's all I can afford."

"Hey, just let go. When this is over, we will make you your lunch."

Clearly, he's desperate thus winning over the packed noodle. Unfortunately, he will need to salvage more because he doubts the big guy will be satisfied with just a few packs. Similarly, the chief was not idle. He didn't ask what ramen and he dared not approach him without his ramen in his hands, so he had to improvise. For some reason, the top of the list is meat, lots of meat.

Mizuki

Coming back to our hero, having made his order he did as instructed and find himself a place to sit and wait. Unknown to him, one person had been paying extra attention to him more than the others. Although everyone in the canteen is watching, this one however had a different kind of intention towards the Hulk. It's Mizuki as he happens to be in the same prison. Even to this day, he had been unsuccessful in breaking out the umpteenth times. He still curses the 'demon brat' for all his failures.

Somehow he thought god must have finally heard his prayers and delivered him the target of his prey. He may not have everything for another breakout but more than enough to enact his revenge. The shiv he acquires was perfect as he slowly made his approach. Once he made it through the crowd he knew he had to act fast because he will be the only one stupid enough to cross the 'danger zone'. However, just as he's in range to stab the 'demon' the said 'demon' turn around.

So instead of driving it into the monster's gut as he intended, Mizuki ran headfirst into its arm thus knocking himself out. If that's not humiliating enough, his target didn't even felt it as he literally walks over him and crushing him beneath his foot. Unfortunately, this was witnessed by the prisoners, kitchen staff, and prison guards as they flinch at the brutality. There were even loud cracking sounds of the idiot's bones breaking. Some inmates lost their appetite whereas the more unfortunate ones lost their breakfast. They may not have much sympathy for the ex-Chunin but that's not something they want to see on anybody. Miraculously the fool's still alive, but it might be more humane to put him out of his misery.

Nevertheless, they took him to the infirmary. He will be in there for a long while so he wouldn't bother the rest of the prisoners as well as the guards. When he does recover there will be another private one on one and investigation on how he acquire another tool. The prison regulation had been constantly changing since he came in. Security has been constantly improving all because of him.

Prisoners are now regularly checked. For this reason, no-one can sneak drugs, cigarettes, or weapons around as easily. Obviously, they have all been very pissed at him. Ironically Mizuki's position is similar to Naruto's when he was younger. Yet the ex-teacher only thought about his own revenge and being a victim of unfair treatment.

Anyway, while the guards clean what's left of Mizuki, the rest of the prisoners learned to stay well away from the green giant. Only the Hulk went on as nothing had happened. Unknown to the canteen, the warden was also there watching the whole event unfold. He was there because of the incident yesterday as he wants to personally verify it himself. Unfortunately, it's worst than he thought as he watches the kitchen change the menu because of him.

Mizuki's action and aftermath only cemented the seriousness of the situation. Even he had to swallow hard at Mizuki's condition. It's no wonder why the kitchen is now worst than an active war-zone.

"Is the beef ready? It needs to be in perfect slices."

"How's the seafood coming? That needs to balance one another."

"What about the pork? Are they done?"

Everyone worked hard on the preparation, whereas the head chef works out how to balance all ingredients proportionally. They maybe use instant noodles as a base but the side dish, toppings, and soup are all fresh. Therefore, while his assistants handle the main toppings. The head chef works hard on the ratio and mixtures in order to combine them. It's not as simple as dumping them in one pot, the ingredients need to balance one another. Otherwise, it would be like oil and water, which will ruin the taste.

Once he has his ramen, he starts eating them. It's more like he's drinking them. Despite the chef providing a pair of make-shift chopsticks that suspiciously looked like it came from the legs of a table, he didn't use them and proceed to pour it down his throat. That's probably why he drew the whole canteen's attention as they watch him eat in stun silence. Funny enough, he tilts to the side as if he's not willing to share.

The others couldn't help rolling their eyes.

'As if we want to steal your ramen, not that we could anyway if we value our lives.'

It's little things like that that make people love him. As long as you're not stepping on his toes, you won't have a problem with him. However, that doesn't make him less dangerous.

Meanwhile, the kitchen breathed a sigh of relief. They managed to survive a major crisis but it was not the end. True enough, the head chef barks.

"Hey, don't relax. The breakfast isn't over yet. Get back to work."

It's a major mood killer but truthfully he had to that because the whole kitchen atmosphere is like they were about to take the rest of the day off.

"More importantly, we need to get more ramen fast. I have a feeling he will be ordering it for lunch and dinner."

Despite how ridiculous it sounds but his assistant strangely agreed thus rushing off to make the order. The assistant is indeed talented, while the head chef didn't give him all the details, he had anticipated what he wants. Thus, by lunchtime, all the ingredients for all kinds of ramen are in place. The head chef is obviously pleased, thus will be asking the Hulk which ramen he wants.

So when that time came, his hulky voice is heard and they were more prepared for it.

"RAMEN."

"Ha, yes. Ramen, we have all the ingredients. Do you have a particular favor? Miso, Beef, Chicken?"

Despite that, he's still unprepared for what came after.

"ICHIRAKU RAMEN."

"!"

Once again, the big green giant stumped him as he had no way knowing how to cook it. Of course, he knew Ichiraku, nearly every chef in Fire Country had heard of him. Teuchi Ichiraku had been a winner to every ramen cooking contest. Thus, for that reason, he had to surrender.

"Sorry, anything but Ichiraku. It's their secret, so no-one could make it."

It was courageous of him to admit it but for some reason, he thought it's best to say that than to try to con him.

Just when everyone thought he's a dead man, the green giant stared at him deeply before saying.

"RAMEN."

To the head chef, it was a huge weight off his shoulder. It was a switch from "ICHIRAKU RAMEN" to just "RAMEN", so he interprets it as 'any ramen'. So he gave everything to produce ramen with everything.

Unknown to anyone, it will later become one of his specials. It may not be Ichiraku, but it has nearly every Ramen favor known to the elemental nation. Miso, seafood, chicken, beef, pork, just about every major ingredient combined into one bowl. When it comes to cooking, some ingredients may not go well with the others. Like salt and sugar, oil and water, they do not combine well and some can even counteract with one another thus destroying the original favors. Hence, once he succeeded, he's qualified to challenge the gourmet world because it's never been done before. Well, that's another story.

Reporting

Anyway, by the end of the day, the head guard tally up the damage in front of the warden, he couldn't help but ask.

"Warden, why did you accept him here? You know we have no means to restain him, let alone stopping him."

Sighing to himself.

"I know, but it's a direct order."

It's obvious whose order it is as the Fire Daimyo is responsible for their paycheck.

"With no disrespect, sir. Why would he do that?"

"He probably wants to use him to test the facility. There's a lot of investments in place and the big guy happens to be the perfect guinea pig."

"So, what do we do? The prison can't accommodate him."

"Do what we can. We only have to keep him in prison, there's nothing about containment." the head guard nodded in agreement and the warden continues.

"Just focus on minimizing the damage, I will write a report to the Daimyo. Please find me a fast courier."

"Yes, warden."

What he meant is he will appeal the issue to his boss in the hope he will understand the situation. Of course, he will have to be though in his explanations and reasons. Simply complaining won't do, he will have to briefly write about their countermeasures to show how he and his guards at least tried. Unfortunately, while his report and delivery were flawless, the message was not read. Not because the Fire Lord ignoring his pled but it was resting at the bottom pile of paperwork that he chose that day to take a break from.

It will later fall further to the bottom as more documents pile over it until it's forgotten. As a result, the warden assumed for the worst and that he didn't want to hear any of it. Despite that, his report continued but for some reason, one way or another it never quite reached the man in charge. One of many reasons is the secretary starting her vacation, thus a newbie took over in her place and miss filing it. Not only that, it's like the universe is making sure it never reaches him (not the universe, it's the author's doing).

The first time, it was lost during transit, not the fault of the ninja courier because they are that reliable. It was mis-relocated by the inexperienced secretary, instead of the Daimyo's desk, she sent them off to administrations and somewhen in the process, the report was forgotten. Other times, it was her dropping all the documents in an accident thus scattering them. The report disappears as it was hidden behind some potted plant. When the latest report finally reached the Daimyo's office, it's his wife's cat that shreds it into unsalvageable pieces.

The Escape

If they thought the first day was bad, a few days later he simply disappeared. Obviously, alarms were raised and the guards turn over literally the whole prison just to try to locate him.

'How did such a big guy just disappear?! He's bright green for heaven's sake.'

On the other hand, thanks to Mizuki's relentless attempts to escape, the prison security was top-notch. Hence, for that reason, they didn't think they could miss anything.

They checked every wall, every room, and grounds for tunnels yet nothing came up. However, they did find a few new projects from the ex-ninja Mizuki. He will hear from the interrogation team when he gets out of his recovery. Then, after hours of relentless searching, the big guy just appear.

Obviously, they want to know what happened but no-one's volunteering. It's understandable, who would dare to interrogate someone like him. Then again, when asked, all they got was.

"HULK TIRE, HULK SLEEP."

"Eh?... Where were you sleeping."

Unfortunately, they couldn't get an answer for they paused too long and he had already moved on. He didn't seem to be lying as for the short time they knew him, the big guy had been found sleeping in various odd places. One tower guard by chance found him snoring on the rooftop. Since it would take a lot of effort to get up there, they let him be.

They couldn't bring him down anyway, so they had the tower lookout to keep an eye on him. Like those from Konoha, they learned it's best for him to not do anything as disaster tends to follow. He's not fond of crowds and loud noises, so everyone lets him do as he pleases. Most of them learned that lesson on their first day.

Hence, in short of interrogating him nobody wants to force him to talk. So in the next days, they followed him discretely to find out where he went. Like magic, somehow or for some reason the moment he gets out of their sight, he vanishes. He's like disappearing into thin air, but the supervisors wouldn't take any of it.

"What do you mean he disappeared again. You must have missed something."

"Check with the tower guards. Don't cover your screw-ups with your incompetence."

"Yes, sir."

Sadly, the tower guards reported negative of the big green giant.

"Damn it, he's making a fool of us. He can come and go as he pleases."

As days pass, the guards intensified their watch over him. They tried various tactics to catch him in the act but were never once successful. Some even came to the conclusion that there's a trap door or even a magic door somewhere. What's even more outrageous were they drawing the conclusion that there's more than just one as the green giant can disappear in other locations too.

"South Tower, the subject just disappear from my vision. He should be coming your way, can you see him?"

"Yeah, target confirmed. About to lose visual he's coming below me. I repeat I am about to lose visual."

That's where the guards below had to hurry if they still want to have eyes on him. As expected, when they came into full view of the yard the giant's once again gone.

"South Tower, he's gone. Can you see him anywhere?"

There was a moment of silence as the tower guards check everywhere on the horizon, both inside and outside the prison. They were equally baffled.

"No, not a thing."

Even if he somehow got out, there's nothing for miles to see. That was another mystery that the whole prison has been trying to figure out. They have heard he could jump so they didn't rule out the skies but visibility is clear but there's still nothing. Hence why they thought there must be a secret door they didn't know.

Unknown to them, our green friend didn't leap directly into the skies. He did, however, go over the wall but stayed out of view. Only when he's sure they were not looking did he shoot himself away like a bullet. As insurance, he even went around to the other side before disappearing. He didn't make it into the skies, instead, he kept it low on the ground level.

Had anyone from Konoha witness it, they probably wouldn't believe it because this is a side of the Hulk they never knew existed. However, to those that knew Naruto personally. They would recognize traits of his genius rubbing off the big guy. All that sneaking around, it's no different from the pranks he did in the past.

As it turns out, the Hulk took a detour back to Ichiraku. He was quite clever about it as no-one saw him until he's on the ramen stand. The first day he showed up, Teuchi was shocked.

"NARUTO?! How did you get here, the Hokage said you were in Fire Prison."

He couldn't say anymore as he shut him up with his massive finger to his mouth shushing him.

"SSSHHHHH, HULK RAMEN!"

Clearly, he wants Ramen and more importantly, he didn't want anyone to know he's here. From the way he expresses it, he's also in a hurry and will leave once he had his fill. Seeing this, Teuchi couldn't help but laugh.

"Bah, Hahahahahahaha. You ditched them?"

Despite the obvious, the ramen maker still couldn't help laughing loudly. However, the big guy seems to be in a hurry as he empathizes.

"RAMEN, HULK GO."

That translates to 'he wants his ramen now, then he has to go.'.

Ayame too shows up shortly.

"Hey, Dad, what's the hold-up. I thought you were taking a break."

"Ayame-chan, look who's here."

Curiously she wonders why someone would show up through the back.

"Naruto?!" she covers her mouth from almost shouting out loud.

While mildly shocked, she quickly connects the dots thus starts giggling at his antics. He obviously couldn't stay away from Ichirakus thus must have sneaked out. The prison is either didn't know better or they are already in chaos.

"Come on Naruto, you can sit by the front," she says as she tries to lead him to his usual spot.

"I am sure everyone misses you," she added.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard she pulls he wouldn't budge.

"Leave him alone, Ayame. He's probably on some secret mission or something."

"He probably had to sneak into the village without the ninjas or the Hokage knowing."

Ayame turns to him with the 'naughty boy' look and the Hulk looked embarrassed. Sighing in defeat, Ayame proceed to set-up the back of the store for him. Meanwhile, Teuchi too starts his Hulk size special. While no-one in Konoha would 'rat' him out, Naruto clearly didn't want anyone to know. It's strange to see him this way as the giant him is usually so carefree and loud.

However, this again proves that he and Naruto are the same person. Only the blond mischief could be this sneaky and capable of avoiding Konoha security. Since then, he came every 3rd or 4th day and Ichiraku kept it secret. Teuchi's clearly interested to see how long it would take until someone realizes this. It would be extremely funny when it finally gets out as no-one knew he's capable of it.

Like those still confused in the prison, he's bright green. How can he get around without being seen, especially by ninjas. Meanwhile, the prison has another dilemma they couldn't solve. There's a mystery of empty takeouts they found in the back of his cell.

In the beginning, they didn't know what it was but when some guards went to investigate the strong aromatic scent they discovered piles and piles of empty ramen bowls.

'What did he do? Did he ordered take-outs?'

Since they couldn't do anything about it, it's another thing they had to leave alone. As long as the guy return, they didn't want to escalate the situation any worst than it already is. The guy had broken enough of the prison equipment for them to know how useless it's to try to restrain him.

They did try attaching 3 heavy Iron Balls on each of his limbs only for him to be more of a disaster than he already is. Not only are they useless and not slow him down, but they are also lethal to prisoners, guards, and the prison complex. They couldn't blame him either since he wasn't doing it intentionally.

"Alright, big guy. It's done. You can go." the guard tells him once he finishes the fitting.

Effortlessly, the Hulk casually lifts the chain connected to the iron balls like they were ornaments.

At that moment, the guard knew what's wrong.

'Maybe 3 isn't enough.' he thought silently while sweating nervously.

He knew he's strong but those 'ornaments' are 50kg each and he held them like they were weightless. Before he could voice his concerns, the giant left then crashes, and screams can be heard. That would be another painful reminder of another 'cock-up' when dealing with the Hulk.

Their only consolation is they can now use the trail of destruction to track him. Too bad the idea was rejected as they are a serious hazard for prisoners, guards, and the prison itself. Especially from the way he gets around by jumping over buildings and rooftops the prison suffers major damage from the iron balls. One of the roofs caved as it couldn't sustain both his weight and the extra attachments. The final push came from series of complaints from the infirmary because of overcrowding patients.

As for the warden, it's just another page of the messy Hulk report going to the Daimyo. They even tried to chain him to the wall, but the big guy easily broke them while trying to scratch an itch. He then tries to fix it by secretly tying the broken ends with a knot. Comically, in doing so, he broke the other chain. Angrily, he shoves it into the wall and tries to patch it up with dirt.

Unfortunately, his attempt to hide it was wasted as the evidence was apparent on the other end of the wall. His action only raised panic on the other side. Additionally, there's also the live feed to the camera room as the audience sweatdrops in his antics. Like those directly dealing with him (Kakashi), the warden massages his temple for another headache that's happening.

"Just release him before he destroys anything else," he orders.

"Yes, warden." the guard acknowledged as he ran to carry out that order.

Sadly, it was already too late. First, the guard couldn't unlock the chains because the keyhole is out of shape or its internal mechanisms are damaged. They were about to call a locksmith when the big guy got annoyed and rip them off before passing them over to the very shocked guards.

Knowing that he's free, he left by stomping his way out of the room. His loud steps shook the room thus collapsing the already weakened wall. Clearly, it was weakened by his abnormal fixes. In the other room, the warden once again couldn't help but groan loudly as he massages his head with both of his hands.

'He's a walking disaster! Everything he touches crumbles.'

'No, he's a walking nightmare, menace, Bogeyman...' the warden lost count of whatever colorful nickname he can give him.

He remembered a strange report when he listened to the earlier incidences. One was the sneezing incident that literally tore the prison. Although there weren't any major damages there's enough chaos for the staff to spend the night cleaning up the place. When it happened the first time, the entire prison was in such a panic that an emergence evacuation was almost triggered. There were even casualties as guards and prisoners alike were knocked out.

The clean-up was also a mess.

"So, what happened?" enquires the warden when the guard in charge of the investigation report to him.

"Eh, sir. The green guy sneezed."

"... ... what?!"

"The new guy sneezed, sir."

"I heard you the first time, are you seriously telling me that all this mess was because of one sneeze?"

Even the guard doubt himself but that was what the investigation came to.

"Yes, sir. According to eye-witnesses from both guards and prisoners. They all point to him."

The warden didn't know what to say.

Had he been someone else, he would have laughed, but he's the warden. While he may not be the one cleaning up, he had to write a report and take responsibility. Despite that, he still hesitated because that will be a report going to the Capital. Nevertheless, everyone was thankful that the big guy didn't have a cold. If he did, that would be a catastrophe and they might have to evacuate the prison. A typhoon outside is one thing, but having one indoors is not something they can just laugh off.

In general, it's unnatural to have the Hulk in their prison as there's simply no way to stop him, restrain him, let alone contain him. So far, every idea they try had backfired spectacularly and with further damage to their facility. What makes it more humiliating is that they weren't intentional so they couldn't blame the big guy. As a matter of fact, the only reason the prison is still standing is that he's kinda docile. Had it been anyone else, they would have left on a rampage.

Then again, if he did go on a rampage, they doubt even the ninja villages could stop him. When it comes to the Hulk, all their fancy ninjutsus, genjutsus, and ninja stuff would look like parlor tricks. From the way he casually breaks and demolishes their prison, they wouldn't be surprised he could beat all the ninjas with brunt force alone. On the other hand, the warden was wondering why their Daimyo hadn't responded. He had even checked with the courier ninjas and they have shown him the recipient's stamp so he had no reason to suspect the delivery system. Sadly, due to the new secretary's lack of experience and clumsiness, the last report marked 'URGENT' was left unattended somewhere.

Fire Capital - Prison Report

After 3 weeks of vacation, the secretary finally return. While she didn't expect chaos, she was surprised to find one of Daimyo's reports under her desk. Despite the mark 'urgent', she knew there's nothing she could do about it. What's done is done, so after shrugging her shoulders she adds it to the collection of reports addressed to the Daimyo.

Dutifully, she starts her day with her routine rounds that include watering the office plants, collecting and sorting documents from various departments. However, while watering the plants she's surprised to find another 'urgent' marked report in one of the plants. Coincidentally, it's again coming from the Fire Prison. Not thinking too much into it, the secretary made sure those two reports are on the very top and she will personally make sure her Lord sees them.

Oddly enough, as she went about her assignments, similar reports pop up in various places. It's not that the others did a bad job, it's just because she's extra diligent and has a keen eye for details. On her way, she even found one in the administrations as the assistant explain how it was recently discovered among their documents. As she finds more reports from various departments, she wonders if someone's doing this purposely. It's like someone targeting the prison for a prank or some kind of sabotage.

Regardlessly, by the end of her trip, aside from the shredded reports by the Daimyo's cat she managed to recover the others.

"What is this?!" questioned the Fire Lord as he sees the 'urgent' stamped reports.

He too immediately noticed they all came from the Fire prison thus having sinking feeling. Usually, he would get a bi-weekly report or a monthly one but this number is dis-concerning. Without even opening them, he knew this is somehow connected to the Green Giant he put there last month.

"My Lord, it seems they were unread report misfiled by the intern."

"What?! All of them?"

"Yeah, I don't know why but just this morning I found them scattered in various departments. It appears they all came from the same place, the Fire Prison."

"OPEN THEM, OPEN ALL OF THEM." he hurriedly orders his assistant.

His early bad premonition came true, as each and every report he read is one way or another worst than the other.

Apparently, they were mostly bills for damaged properties that needed immediate replacement.

"Re-enforced steel doors replacement order?"

That was the very first item he sees and he's already shocked.

'What the hell, those were bloody expensive.'

'Not only are the metals specially re-enforced, but seals were also carved in them to ensure their durability.'

'It was said to be indestructible, so how's it damaged?!'

He didn't have to think very hard as he can see very well who was responsible. It's hard to forget the big green giant that was once in his palace.

There are also the lasting scars he left behind. He meant the accidental damage in the palace as they were an eye-opener, the workers are still trying to fix the damage.

'I should have known then.'

'Damn, even Sarutobi warned me but I was too arrogant to listen.'

Unfortunately, that wasn't the only bill in that report.

"Rebuilding Demolished cell?! How do you demolish a whole cell?"

He cried, but he can imagine how it could happen. The cells while big enough to fit 2 people might be small for the big guy.

"Entrances Remodelling Requisition?! What more than one as in plural?!"

Once again, he can see how that can happen. Like the later re-reading it again, the requisition isn't about 1 entrance but multiple doorways. There was even photographic evidence attached to show its sorry state.

There's another strange one as the Daimyo picked up the odd bill.

"Ramen Supply Order?!"

He didn't even know there's ramen on the menu, let alone the huge supply-demand. Again, the Fire Lord can link it to the huge giant. His palace guards did mention the strange ordeal the Anbus did to keep the big guy in check. There were even talks among his staff going to visit Konoha Ichirakus because of that.

Unfortunately, after looking over this many new bills from day 1. He knew he had to do something.

"Get him out, kick him out. Do it before he destroys my prison."

The Hokage warned him but he didn't take it seriously, he was overconfident in his prison. It was as the warden had guessed, he had another ulterior motive. His prison had the most technologically advanced facilities known to the nation, along with many advanced seals crafted by professional experts. Having heard the so-called unstoppable Hulk, he wants to see if his prison can contain him.

In his mind, he thought it's a win-win opportunity. He can both test his prison while gaining recognition that he has control over his ninjas. Therefore, his true purpose wasn't punishment nor a test for his prison, it's more of a demonstration. To demonstrate that as leader of the country, he has the power to imprison him if he wants to. In another word, to scare him and proving to the ninja village that their unstoppable giant isn't as unstoppable as they think.

However, what he miscalculated was that the Hulk isn't just unstoppable. He's also the alter ego of a ninja that's also the most unpredictable. Of course, it will all be too late as he read through the rest of the reports. By then, he will realize that his prison isn't as invincible as he thought it would be. As the report indicates, the giant isn't just a menace for just being there, he's also a disaster for not doing anything. As whatever you do to him will only hurt you 10 folds in return if not more. Thanks to this one incident, no matter how much you want to salvage it, it will be an expensive setback and the Fire Lord only have himself to blame. Once he grasps the true reality of the situation, he will wonder how Konoha is still in one piece.

By the time he got through all the reports, he will realize his prison is beyond saving. The Hulk may be gentle by nature but by your everyday human standards, he's abnormal. Therefore trying to treat him like a normal human being is simply wrong in the first place. Although he's mentally human, physically he's beyond superhuman. He's literally a kid with superhuman strength, hence the headaches for those responsible for him.

In a sense, sending him to prison is simply asking for trouble. It's like sending a kid to a paper house filled with delicate glass sculptures. Even for a docile child, it would only be a matter of time that something breaks. So in the manners of hours of reading those reports, the urgent order to release him was sent to the Fire Prison and they were glad to get rid of him.

Of course, Konoha was also notified but they kicked him out before the message was sent to the ninja village. The Hokage and the ninjas can understand why. While that's true, the Sandaime couldn't understand why it took them so long. Sadly, that's one mystery he's not going to find out as the Fire Lord wouldn't admit his failure, nor will the prison talk about how he nearly destroy their facilities.

So for our green friend, he didn't really care as he went back to his daily business. Only Naruto is a little confused because he had never been stuck as Hulk for so long. That's something the Hokage and his Jonin Sensei can easily fix by taking him to Ichiraku for all the ramen he can eat. Thankfully, he kept his calm thus not letting his alter-self hogging all the delicious ramen.

Author's Note: For those wondering, the usual reporting period is weekly or monthly under normal circumstances. However, with the Hulk in prison, the warden had no choice but to write one every day or two days depending on the circumstances.

Now that I look back at the story. While I did say that this was a spin-off, I couldn't help thinking about how I can add it to the original story. If I had to do it, I would have lightened the interchange between the 2 parties (Daimyo and Hulk/Hokage).

After-all, having animosity in a relationship is never a good thing. Hence, I would write the Daimyo issuing a mission for the Hulk specifically. It would eliminate the negativity but the duration would be shorter. The secretary wouldn't go on a long vacation because you don't want to damage the prison too much. So in a way, this side story is do-able. Sadly, if I rewrite this now I will never release this chapter.
