We're back on chapter nineteen.
REMINDER: I DO NOT OWN LEGEND OF KORRA, TMNT AND WINX CLUB OR ANY OF THE CHARACTERS.
At the lair, at the dojo, Korra was ready herself to meditate. But Vaatu had a better idea in his mind.
"Korra, take a break from it." he said.
"Why, Vaatu? I'm trying to find a way to restore you and Raava back into Raavu." Korra said.
"Yes, but in that case, I'm going to the Netherworld." Vaatu said before shocking Korra and Raava.
"Why the hell would you go there?" Raava asked.
"To ask the very same demon that made us. The one that split Raavu into two. Kavaxas." Vaatu said.
"The turtles told us Kavaxas tried to conquer both worlds after he resurrected the original Shredder." Raava said.
"What makes you think he would tell you how to break his curse?" Korra asked.
"Because I'll force him, old Vaatu style. Don't worry, I won't go evil on him." Vaatu said.
Korra and Vaatu thought about it. Then for a moment, they agreed.
"How can you go to the Netherworld?" Korra asked.
"I'll re-enter you, Korra. If you meditate, I'll be there for the time being. At least longer to two." Vaatu said.
"Dark Avatar meditation?" Korra asked.
"Yeah, I figure if I fuse with a human as a Dark Avatar, it would need meditation to visit the Netherworld, and you're the first to do that now."
"I guess that's true. When I fused with Wan as the Avatar, we meditated to visit the Spirit World." Raava said.
"Ok, I trust you for this. But we have to make it quick. Azula came to April's apartment and tried to get Bloom and kill Asami, April and her dad." Korra said.
"All right, all right. Just let me breath for a second." Vaatu breathed in and out. "Ok, here we go."
Vaatu re-merged in Korra's body. She enters the Dark Avatar State and meditates.
Vaatu was in the Netherworld. He flied above to find Kavaxas, then he was attack by and identified figure. He fell down the ground in pain.
"OW! Jesus Christ! What the hell hit me in the…" Vaatu saw the figure. "Face…"
It was Oroku Saki the original Shredder. He was still a zombie since his resurrection. But he regained his blades and purple cape.
"Oroku Saki?" Vaatu asked.
"Back in the living and here they call me the Shredder." the undead Shredder said.
"Ok, the turtles told me so much about you, but I don't have time for this first fight I'm getting." Vaatu said before he tries to fly, but the original Shredder grabbed him.
"Has the turtles sent you to destroy me?" Saki demanded.
"No! I'm not here to kill you, you're already dead!" Vaatu said.
"Shredder, release him." A voice was heard. Vaatu and the original Shredder looked a t who it was.
It was Kavaxas. He remembered Vaatu since the time he split Raavu into Raava and Vaatu.
"Vaatu." he greeted.
"Kavaxas." Vaatu said.
"I wasn't expecting to see you after all these years. How's your battle with your other half?" Kavaxas said tauntingly.
"That's all in the past now." Vaatu said.
"Yes, I head you were locked in the Tree of Time for ten thousand years, then got released by a power hungry water tribe chief who wanted to fuse with you and becoming a Dark… Avatar, was it? Such a new kind of being. Then you fused with the reincarnation of the first one Raava fused with, then turned your back on evil. Why would you do that?"
"I've forgotten what was love about because of you." Vaatu answered. "Being an evil half of Raavu erased my memories of who Raava and I were. Korra changed me since I shared her body with Raava. She became my best friend."
"And? So, why are you here?" Kavaxas asked.
"I'll bet you know why. Fusing with Wan was the beginning of restoring her memories, and me fusing with Korra, mine was getting there, then since our battle with Meldora, our memories and the power of Raavu were growing. We need some answers of how to merge the two of us back to Raavu."
"You want to break my curse?" Kavaxas was surprised, yet smugly. "Why would I help you?"
"Because an alien and an ancient witch is threatening those we love. Raava and I want to be one again. We want to be Raavu again. Tell me how to break the curse you cast."
"You're the Spirit of Darkness and Chaos, figure it out." Kavaxas said sarcastically.
Vaatu was angry. "You tell me, demon, or I'll…"
"Vaatu, Vaatu. I'll only tell you to meditate deeper if you want to break my spell. Lot of mortals meditates to break my spells for ten thousand years." Kavaxas said.
"Korra tried that, she gets some dead ends." Vaatu explained. "What does that help?"
"The Spell of Separate Sides worked in different ways. It's been deeper in your very essence for numerous years before the Avatar Cycle and the rebooted one. You would need Korra's inner, cosmic spirit's help to go and clear the curse."
"Wait, that's it?" Vaatu asked in disbelief. "That inner spirit defeated Meldora two years ago."
"That was only the beginning of the return of Raavu." Kavaxas said.
"And what about the turtles and the other allies of theirs, even my daughter, Spirit?" zombie Shredder asked. "Do they know about this one being you and this Light Spirit were?"
"No. and by the way, this alien from the Kraang I talked about made Korra's uncle the new Shredder to succeed you. Guess he's doing a good job. Furthermore, Karai is not your daughter, pal."
"I raised her. cared for her." Shredder said. "She was my daughter until Yoshi brainwashed her."
"See, that's the main reason Unalaq never realized what kind of man you were, Saki." Vaatu said. "And you're no better than he is."
"This Unalaq, the new Shredder. What is he like?" Saki asked.
"He tried to fuse with me to bring order to spirits and humans. He's only interested in power. Which is why he makes the best Shredder than you are." Vaatu said.
"Hmm. I would never think he would surpass me like that." Shredder said with guilt. "You are right, Vaatu. Karai is not my daughter. I was blinded by my ignorance since my jealously."
"And what are you hoping for, Oroku Saki?" Kavaxas asked.
"Redemption. If you and the turtles are to fight your enemies. I and others will fight by your side. I… I just want a second chance from God."
"Gotta admit, Kuvira needs a second chance after what she did." Vaatu said. "Ok, but no going back on your word."
"When the time is right, Vaatu, even if you and Raava merge back into Raavu, use the summoning word, 'La Kavaxas'. We'll be assisting you." Kavaxas said. "No double cross."
"Fine, fine, fine. But you'll only be in the mortal world until Ch'rell and Lythra are defeated. I mean it." Vaatu said.
"You have my word." Kavaxas said. "Remember, look deeper within the Avatar's inner spirit, then you and Raava return to your true form."
Vaatu flies above the Netherworld and vanished to the mortal world.
At the mortal world, the Dark Avatar Spirit returned.
"So what did Kavaxas say?" Raava asked.
"Did he tell you something?" Korra asked.
"Well, he said to look deeper in your inner spirit, Korra. And he's formed a temporality alliance with us to fight Lythra and Ch'rell."
"Look deeper in my inner spirit? Last time you told me to look in my inner spirit, then I fought Meldora." Korra said.
"Yes, but that was before Raavu's powers had been growing." Raava said.
"The answer to restore us into one had been in every past Avatar's inner spirit the whole time." Vaatu said with truimph. "Why didn't I think of that before you killed that alien bitch?"
"That's great! You two re-merge with me in my body, I'll do the same thing back in the Spirit World, meditate in the tree, then you two can become one again!" Korra said excitedly.
"Ok, it's our chance. Let's do it." Raava said.
"If we do become one as Raavu again, make sure us halves are always remembered." Vaatu said.
"I will." Korra said before Leonardo entered.
"I've got a message from Suyin. She said she found Ch'rell's hideout. And Donnie said the weapons are done." he said.
"Perfect. Let's check them out." Korra said.
Chapter twenty will come.
