Chapitre 14: Bunch of Disgustingness

Last time on Total drama island. A secret fan's poem caused Sky and Sammy to get into each other's business, Dj accidentally knocked Dave out of a plane and sent him crashing to the ground. Shawn showed everyone that rodeo was not hard to do as evidenced by his performance. Brick proved that he was an ace at catching flags, but he didn't know how to keep them, which led his team to defeat. In the end it was Shawn who was going to be eliminated but it wasn't an elimination challenge. And now let's see what we have in store for our campers in this new episode of TOTAL DRAMA... ISLAND
After the end of the ceremony of marshmallows we find Sammy who catches up with Idris
"Idris wait I have something to show you" said Sammy
"Ok but hurry up. I'm tired" said Idris
"Okay look at this" said Sammy
She showed the video to Idris
"Wow... I can't believe it" said Idris
"It's the truth," Sammy said.
"Samey... I mean Sammy... I want to apologize for being an idiot and not believing," said Idris.
"Oh... You know, it's okay, I'm used to Amy putting me through a lot worse" said Sammy.
"What a bitch. But now that I think about it, why did you show me the video now" said Idris.
"To be honest I was too afraid you wouldn't believe me" said Sammy
"Well I believe you Sammy" said Idris
"Well... then I guess... I'll go check it out" said Sammy
"Yeah...I'll see you tomorrow" said Idris
After the introductory song we meet in the refectory. Chris and Chef Hatchet were standing by the door as the campers came in for breakfast. They were all confused as to why they didn't see us on the table.
"No breakfast?" said Idris.
Chris and Chef just laughed.
"You look disappointed" said Dave not understanding Idris not seeing breakfast
"Don't worry guys, there will be enough to eat all in one hour" said Chris
They started laughing again
"Why is he laughing, it's two idiots" said Scott
Chris and Chef continued to laugh. Now all the candidates had returned and were sitting in teams.
"We congratulate the eleven contestants who have survived this stage of the competition. You will all be part of the jury in the final of the show" said Chris
"On est les meilleurs !" a dit Idris
"Well now we're going to make some changes in the teams," Chris said.
The campers stopped clapping and listened carefully.
"Let's see... Sky and Gwen trade places with Dj and Scott" said Chris.
Gwen and Dj shrugged their shoulders.
"See you guys later, I enjoyed being on the same team as you" said DJ
Gwen just left without saying anything
Sky and Scott had a different attitude. Scott was thrilled because he figured he could sabotage another team. Sky looked sadly at Dave
"Wow... I guess I have to go," said Sky.
"It doesn't change anything, does it?" said Dave
"Yeah... We'll always be... friends" said Sky
"Friends?" said Dave in his head
"Goodbye sodats I will not forget your efforts for the team" said Brick
"Thank you Brick" said Sky
The teams were now all in place
"Well now what can I say about what the team has in common" said Chris
"The Gophers have all girls and the Basses have all boys" said Duncan
"Exactly, we're going to do a challenge as old as mankind: the gender war
"Great, a simple challenge for us," Duncan said. Leshawna frowned.
"Okay, now it's time for the good news! This week no one will be eliminated, it's a rewarding challenge.
The campers all cheered enthusiastically. All except Scott

"All right! First things first! Sky and Gwen will move into the Bass booth and DJ and Scott will move in with the Gophers. Once everyone has settled in and familiarized themselves with their teams, I'll announce the challenge. And then we'll have something to eat! "said Chris before talking to Chef.
The team left the dining hall. Four of them went to put their things away while the others waited.
As Sky put her things away, a great sense of sadness appeared on her face
"Are you okay, Sky?" said Gwen.
"Yes. I'm fine, I'm just disappointed that we have to switch teams," said Sky.
"If that's all it is," said Gwen as she left.

I didn't really lie to Gwen, if I change teams I'll be away from Dave... "Sky said with a blush "Wait! That's not what I meant, I don't like him... Let's say it's a blessing in disguise

Dave waited outside the girls' door, which was pretty quick because Sky had just come out
"Oh hi Sky" said Dave
"Hi Dave" said Sky
"It's been really cool being on the same team as you" said Dave
"I'm glad we had the opportunity to... get to know each other better," said Sky.
"Yes. I too... " said Dave
"Because I... " said Sky at the same time as Dave
"Excuse me" said Dave
"I didn't mean to interrupt" said Sky
A great silence installed the two looked at each other with a notice to kiss. Until Chris came along and spoiled their moment of intimacy.
"It's going to be a long day" Chris said as he took Sky by the arm and pulled her out.
"I'm going to miss you" said Dave.
At the same time Scott and Dj arrived and bumped into Dave with their suitcase.
"Hey guys, where do I set up shop" said Scott.
Meanwhile, in the Gophers' cabin
Sky and Gwen were standing at the door ready to go inside. Sky had a smile back on her face just to look happy.

"Hi girls how are you doing" said Leshawna
"Hi Sky I'm so glad we're on the same team" said Sammy
"You can have one of these beds" said Leshawna pointing to the beds left by Amy and Izzy
"What a nice welcome" said Sky
"It's true thanks girls" said Gwen
"My god your hair is so beautiful" said Sammy to Gwen
"Thank you I don't do much to them" said Gwen
"It's great that we are all on the same team" said Leshawna
"Yes, we can tell each other about our lives and discuss" said Sammy in excitement
"Easy Sammy she just arrived" said Leshawna
"Sorry, it's just that I always wanted a sister that didn't put me down" said Sammy
"No. No. It's cool" said Sky

Meanwhile, over at the boys' cabin

"The new recruits are here," said Brick.
"Great, I love it when there are new students" said Duncan
"Watch out, they might be zombies" said Shawn
"Shawn, what are you doing here?" said Idris.
"I've decided to move here for good" said Shawn.
"But that's great" said Idris
TOC ! TOC! TOC !
In their discussion they forgot to open the door for Dj and Scott.
"Go open the door" said Duncan
Idris opened the door and let the new guys in
"Hey guys" said Dj
"Yo hey man" said Idris giving Dj a high five
"Hey" said Dave, depressed
"Welcome cadets" said Brick
"Oh yeah we're a one hundred percent boy team" said Duncan
"You're okay man" said Dj to Dave
"No, not really" said Dave
"Anybody on your team you miss" said Dj
"Yeah Sky. If we're on different teams how am I gonna date her" said Dave
"Simple, brother. Show them we're the strongest" said Duncan.
"Gentlemen" began Brick "I know most of us have good friends on the other team. But that's what they are! The other team! Today we face a battle of the sexes. One that we will win! We are soldiers! We are survivors! We are heroes! We have intelligence, brawn and courage on our side! No matter what challenge we face, we will overcome it! Because we are a team of guys" said Brick
"Here's to the guys' team," Idris said. The boys put their hands in a circle
"To the boys' team" shouted Duncan, Dj and Shawn.
"Guys to the end" said Brick and Scott. Dave hesitated a bit.
"... Okay. Okay, long live the boys' team" said Dave, putting his hand in the circle.
"That's coll. I bet the girls don't get along so well.

Meanwhile, on the girls' side
Scott never thought girls would get along so well or better than boys. Sky told all the girls about all the great people she met on the island
"Yeah my old team was pretty cool especially Dave. Too bad we're not on the same team anymore" said Sky.
"It's not a big deal. Now it's just us girls" said Sammy
"Yeah, plus we can focus on the competition and not be thrown off by the boys" said Sky
"I guess you're right" said Gwen
Okay girls" begins Leshawna. We are going to fight the boys. We will show them that we are not easy to fight against, that we are not pretty girls, we are fierce lions ready to win everything", says Leshawna.
The girls applauded
Meanwhile the boys were having a party
The guys were partying, drinking pop and listening to music, and everyone was having fun. Everyone except Dave
"What's wrong with you" said Scott
"Nothing" said Dave.
"Is it because you thought you and Sky were the perfect couple and now that you're on different teams, there's no way you're going to get together" said Scott
"That's exactly it" said Dave
Scott laughed at him while the other boys stopped having fun
"Hey, man, cheer up! Sky and Sammy are on a girl's team so no one can pick them up" said Idris.
"I guess you're right" Dave said before realizing what Idris had just said
"Wait since when do you care about Samey, she didn't break your heart" said Dave
"It's a long story but to make it short it wasn't her but Amy who was dressed as Sammy" said Idris
The teams gathered at the main pavilion and sat down at their respective tables. Chris and Chef were waiting, but there was no food.
"It's time for today's challenge" said Chris
"What about breakfast. Where is it?" said Leshawna. Chris and Chef laughed again.
"You can stop" said Dave annoyed
"It's time to tell them" began Chris "Today's challenge, is the sickening brunch. The meal served will consist of nine courses. To get a point. Each member of the two teams will have to finish each course. Never knowing if the next course will be more disgusting than the previous one, or less disgusting, or just as disgusting
"Tell them what they get if they win Chris," said Chef with great enthusiasm.
"The winning team gets to spend two days at a local five-star resort where they will be pampered, eat gourmet food and receive antibiotics for whatever they catch from participating in today's challenge! The losing team will go hungry tonight. And will spend the next two days here. On Total Drama Island. With Chef" said Chris
The Chief waved with a sinister smile on his face. The campers were scared
"Wait a minute Chris" said Sky
"Yes who is it" said Chris
"The boys are more than us" said Sky
"I don't see what the problem is, the boys will have to eat more, so it's an advantage for you" said Chris.

"I knew it was a red flag when Chris said antibiotics would be offered as a reward. And I really don't like eating questionable foods. But hey, antibiotics sound good! And if I want to impress Sky, I have to show him that I'm a fierce competitor

The teams sat down while the Chef brought out several covered trays.
"Take a deep breath boys because it smells like victory for me and the girls team" said Leshawna
"I'll eat anything" said Scott as he pulled out a piece of dirt and ate it
"Let's start the challenge" said Chris
Chef lifted the lids of the trays, revealing several strange looking pieces of meat. They were a purple color. Several campers looked at the dish with uncertainty
"Awesome! Meatballs!" said Idris as he ate his plate all at once
"Well... technically you're right, but these are special meatballs" said Chris
"What do you mean" said Idris while still chewing on the meatballs
"They are beef bourguignon testicle dumplings" said Chef
The boys' eyes widened in horror
"Beef testicles" said Idris with his mouth full
Idris' mouth opened and spit it out
"Burk" said Dave turning green
The boys looked at their plates and reluctantly took the meatballs. Dj had tears in his eyes as he saw his plate
"It's the hardest thing a man can do," Chris said sympathetically.
On the girls' side it wasn't any easier. Sky was the one who had eaten the most, having eaten four. Followed by Leshawna who had eaten three, followed by Gwen who ate two and Sammy who only ate one
"Please Samey go faster" said Sky
"I can't do it, it's too hard" said Sammy
"Say you're eating a hamburger" said Gwen
"I can't do it like this" said Sammy
"We're going to try" said Gwen as she got up from her chair
She grabbed Sammy and asked him to close his eyes. She tried to do a hypnosis
"Listen to the sound of my voice, what you're eating is a hamburger, a hamburger" said Gwen as she gave Sammy a bite to eat
Gwen's technique worked, all the girls were motivated
"Come on girls, let's go for it" said Sky
"Come on, let's go! We're not going to let the girls win" said Shawn
"He's right, this is our manhood at stake" said Duncan
The boys did their best, but only Scott had finished his plate
Idris watched Sammy struggle to swallow his beef testicles

"Look Sammy, I know you don't like it but you can tell yourself that you eat candy or something you like" said Idris giving the same advice as Gwen
"Thanks... Idris," said Sammy.
Duncan glared at Idris.

It was really nice of him, maybe we can be friends again. Or more" said Sammy blushing

"I can't do it," said Brick, giving up. Dj pulled a piece out of his tongue with a napkin
"It looks like the boys lost this round. It's the girls who get the first point" said Chris.
"Thanks for helping me" said Sammy as he left
"It was smart to help them out. It just cost us a round" said Duncan.
"I'm allowed to talk to whoever I want. Leave me alone," said Idris.
"Calm down, guys," said Shawn.
"You blew it," said Duncan.
"I'm not the only one, Brick quit" said Idris
"You've got to be kidding me" said Duncan
SIFLEMENT
Chris whistled for them to stop
"Are we here to argue or to eat a series of disgusting dishes?" said Chris.
"All right" said Duncan
"Yeah right" said Idris
"Sorry buddy" said Duncan as he held Idris' hand.
"Sorry for everything" said Idris shaking Duncan's hand

"The score is now one for the girls and zero for the boys. Let's go try the second course of the nauseating brunch" said Chris. The chef came up with a tray "you like pizza" said Chris
"I prefer hot dog but I love this" said Shawn
"Yeah, especially this with pineapple" said Brick.
Everyone looked at Brick strangely
"What did I say?" said Brick.
"Let's pretend I didn't hear that" said the Chief
"Then you won't have any trouble eating this. It's topped with live grasshoppers with a spicy jellyfish sauce and live anchovies" said Chris. The chef unveiled the pizza and it was just as he described
"I hate anchovies" said Sammy
"Great, I'm going to enjoy it" said Scott
The Chef gave the shares to the candidates
"This is really too disgusting for me girls. No way am I going to eat this" said Leshawna
"Come on Leshawna, think of the nice pool and spa you'll be able to win" said Sky
"It's not human to make us eat this" said Gwen
"This thing is still alive" said Sammy
"Come on Sammy you can do it" said Idris before Scott hit him
"Don't help them" said Scott
"Hey, don't hit me, man" said Idris

"Sorry! Sorry I didn't mean to" said Idris.
"That's okay soldiers. Now eat your share" said Brick.
The boys had an easier time with the second course than with the first. Scott had already finished his portion, which was normal for him. Duncan, Dj, Idris, Brick and Shawn ate steadily
Sky and Gwen ate their share quickly and Leshawna hadn't started yet.
"There's no way I'm eating this thing alive," said Sammy.
"Okay, let's try something else again," said Gwen.
"Even with hypnosis it won't work" said Sammy
"I'm not so sure" said Gwen pinching Sammy.
"Ouch" said Sammy with his mouth open
While Sammy's mouth was open Gwen put her part in Sammy's mouth
"Wow... I hardly felt anything" said Sammy
"Well done, that's what I call teamwork" said Leshawna
The only boy who has not yet eaten his share is Dave.
"Hurry up, you wimp" said Scott. He intended to win since no one would be eliminated.
"Uh... I don't really like eating questionable food" said Dave "Wait".
Dave ran outside and threw up. He ran back in but still didn't eat his share
"Okay Dave, we're gonna have to do this the hard way" said Idris.
"What do you mean the hard way" said Dave
But my parents kept me in a chair, eating broccoli. I'm still traumatized by it" said Idris
"I'm not sure I want to do it," said Dave.
"I'll take that as a yes. Dj! Get him! Brick you'll shove the food in his mouth" ordered Idris
"Okay" said Dj
"On your command chief" said Brick
Dave tried to run away but Brick quickly caught him, he didn't even manage to get through the door
"Let go of me! You can't make me do this! My dad knows a great lawyer" Dave protested loudly. Brick shoved the pizza slice in whole. He swallowed hard, his eyes became like a baby's and he hit Dj with it.
"Mommy" said Dave as he looked at Dj and fell asleep in Dj's arms.

It wasn't that bad, I did it on purpose because of the cameras, I don't mind eating beef tensile" Dave's face changed as if he was scared

The rest of the guys finished their slices
Leshawna had not yet touched her slice
"You know what, I don't plan on doing that. She didn't do anything to me that little grasshopper, I don't see why I should rip her head off" said Leshawna
"The winners of this round are the boys" said Chris
The boys cheered and screamed. The girls looked at Leshawna with annoyance
"What?" said Leshawna nervously
Confessional: Chef Hatchet
I am extremely proud of my next dish, I made it from scratch
End Confessional
"All right! Who's ready for the third course?" asked Chris. The chef pulled the concercles off the plates
"Spaghetti! Finally with earthworms for the noodles, snail slime for the sauce and hair balls instead of meatballs" said Chris
"NO! I CAN'T DO IT" said Dave running.
Dave ran out of the dressing room. He ran a lot farther than last time but Brick caught up with him quickly
"I DON'T WANT TO DO IT" said Dave
"Learn to be a soldier" said Brick
"You think Sky wants to date a laker! Shake your head! And show him who's the champion," said Duncan, who had been following Brick.
"You're right, I will," said Dave.
They went back into the dressing room
"Okay guys I have a plan" all the boys listened to him "We're going to blindfold each other and plug our noses with these nose clips" said Brick
"Yeah come on I'm ready" said Dave
"What did you say to him to get them in such good shape" said Idris to Duncan.
"Say I pressed a sensitive spot" said Duncan.
"Well you can eat" said Chris.
"Remember the gases! This is spaghetti! We love spaghetti!" said Brick.
Sammy tried the same technique as the boys but with wine. Sky gave it all away but the effort was not enough to win.

I've never eaten anything that bad! Except the time I was riding my bike and I swallowed a butterfly! Amazing that something so beautiful can taste so bitter

The girls did their best but their effort was not enough to compete with the boys.
"It's over," said Dave.
"And once again, the winners are the boys."
The boys clap and shout
"Don't give up, we'll show them that girls are better" says Sky.
"She's right, we can win too" says Gwen.
"Alright campers, it's time for dish number four! No meal of nine would be complete without a good soup. On the menu today, onion soup, topped with toenails" says Chris.
"You just swept your bathroom floor and put it in soup" says Dave.
The chef glares at him.
"What a plan!" says Shawn.
"I know! " says Idris.
"Speak," said Duncan.
"Uh...I forgot," says Idris.
The boys slapped their foreheads.
The girls had not yet touched their bowls. Quickly freshening up, Gwen went into the kitchen and returned with a funnel.
"Open your mouth, Sammy," Gwen said. She put the funnel in Sammy's mouth and poured the soup.
"Wow I almost didn't smell anything" said Sammy.
"Great, Sky, you're next" said Gwen.
She repeated the trick with the other girls. While the boys struggled to take a singlez bite.
"Girls win another point" said Chris.
They cheered.
"Gwen you are the best" said Leshawna.
"Thanks, that's nice" said Gwen.
"But why are you showing your talent now?" said Sky.
"If I had shown my talent before, I would have been the first to go.
"The scords are at the execo, only five dishes left to eat! Bon appétit.
Chef Hatchet ate several bowls of candy and stuck them together.
"Okay, this is going too far," said Idris.
"Shut up and eat, stupid" said Scott.
"I'm on Idris' side, I refuse to eat anything that comes out of someone else's mouth" said Dave.
"Me neither" says Sammy.
"Come on, Samey, remember the spa," says Sky.
"If you refuse to eat, you will lose! And I will put you through hell" said the hatchet man with a killer look on his face.
"Uh... Okay" said Dave in a scared voice.
"I hate my life" said Idris taking a bite.
Despite Chef Hatchet's threats, Sammy didn't touch his plate, giving the boy a victory.
"The boys won, the score is three for the boys and two for the girls" said Chris.
The girls all groaned.
"Dish number five is! Shunk Shakes" said Chris.
"A Shunk - what" said Sky.
"We extracted the juice that skunks use to produce that amazing stink and made shakes out of it" said Chris.
The chef gave the drinks to all the campers.
"You better not lose us" said Scott to Dave.
"Dave, remember you're a winner" said Duncan.
Scott and Shawn drank their drinks in one go.

I'm used to drinking this kind of stuff, during the apocalypse we won't have water forever

The girls tried to drink the shakes as fast as they could, but the taste was so horrible they couldn't.
"Look at Sky, I'm a real winner. You see how tough I am," Dave boasts.
"I'm trying to focus, Dave," Dave said with annoyance.
"The winners are always the boys, they get a comfortable lead" says Chris.
"Yeah, go boys team" said Dave. Idris grabbed Dave
"Dave! Dude! What are you doing?" said Idris.
"What are you talking about" whispers Dave.
"No need to brag when they lose. It'll make you look like an asshole.
"But Duncan told me to show I'm a winner," Dave says.
"He probably didn't mean it," says Idris.
"So what?" says Dave.
"Just show you're a winner, but play it cool," says Idris.
"Okay," says Dave.
The next course was flip flops that didn't look very edible. The only thing that looked edible was a whipped cream smiley face. Music started playing and a fast forward was started as well. The girls won this round because Dave recognized her flip flops which slowed her down.
The boys won the next round, which was a garbage soup. There were fish heads, banana peels, apple cores, dirt and more in the stew.
Finally, it was time for the final round. Both teams looked miserable
"We're in the last course and the boys are two points ahead. But since the girls are outnumbered I'll give them one point" said Chris.
The girls were moaning while the boys were crying their eyes out.
"It's not fair to do that," Idris says.
"It's true, he's right," said Duncan.
"Stop crying or I'll take away a point. I want to make this ordeal a little more tense," said Chris.
"That's not fair," said Shawn.
The chef served the last course and revealed that it was a hot dog.
"Great! Hot dogs" said Shawn before swallowing one in one sitting.
"You think that's good dolphin sausage" said Chris.
Dj was horrified.
"But dolphins are our friends" said Dj.
"It's not that disgusting," said Scott.
"How could you do that?" said Dj.
"Stop being a wimp and eat it" said Scott.
"I've given enough for this" said Dj.
"If you don't eat, we don't win" said Duncan.
"Get a grip soldiers, victory is near" said Brick.

I'm busting my ass to cook dolphin and no one gives me any appreciation

"And the winners are the girls," said Chris.
"What! "said Idris
"How did they get there so fast" said Shawn
"While you guys were arguing we ate" said Gwen
"Look, this is the best thing we've eaten" said Shawn
Dj gave Shawn a dark look, making him feel ashamed.

I'm not a bad guy but Chris went too far in killing the dolphins

"So what do we do now" said Sammy
Chris thought to himself
"We're going to solve this problem by eating. Pick the best candidate from your team" said Chris
"I'm going" said Dave
"Dave, my man. I like you, but you should give your place to someone else" said Idris.
"He's right, you're not very qualified for this mission, soldiers" said Brick.
"Well, okay," said Dave with a smile.
"I'll do it. I eat dirt every day" said Scott.
"I'm going," says Sky.
No girl is oposed
"It looks like the teams have picked their champions" says Chris.
Sky and Scott sat next to each other and waited for the tiebreaker. In the kitchen, the chef dropped eight large roaches into a blender. Then Chris brought in a tray of fifteen shot glasses.
"Whoever can drink the most shot glasses of freshly blended roaches will be the winner! This surprisingly satisfying blend of eight different roaches is rich in vitamins for your balanced lifestyle! The chef came out and filled the shot glasses with a brown, gooey, stirring smoothie.
"On your mark, get set, go!" said Chris.
Despite the utter disgust on Sky and Scott's faces, they both grabbed a first glass and swallowed the contents.
The second drink had the same effect as the first, although Scott was the least shaken.
The third glass made Sky shudder as she drank it, Scott drank it without much trouble
Scott started to gain an advantage but Sky didn't let go so easily.
She grabbed two drinks at once and downed them.
"Come on Scott," the boys shouted.
"Go - Sky you can do it" the girls said.
Sky finished a glass she had in her hand, but she was paralyzed as if the taste had taken away all her life.
Scott grabbed the glasses and swallowed. Sky groaned and slumped back in her seat, looking green, as Scott threw his arms up in celebration, seeming to have finally been freed from a terrible burden.
"Scott won," Chris said.
The guys cheered and screamed. The girls just looked at Sky disappointed
"The boys won, long live the men," said Duncan.
"Whatever it is, it's coming up," said Sky.

Author's note: Hi everyone I'm back with this new chapter. Yes I'm still late but it's better to publish a chapter late than never. I wanted to tell you that I would like to start another story about Total drama but it will take place in a passionna. I won't leave this story alone I'll only release a chapter when I'm ready. I know that Sammy's way of showing the video to Idris is a bit easy but I've been dragging Sammy's story out way too long.
