Chapitre 19: Hook, Line, and Screamer
Yassine789: Thank you very much, yes the elimination of Shawn was a bit easy but honestly I didn't know what to do with him, he was a bit lonely in his corner, it was quite hard to do something good with him in this current context
Duncan for ever: Thanks, the rivalry between Scott and Duncan is not over yet but it didn't last very long. For Shawn I can't say if he'll be back in Total Drama action I haven't cast him yet
"The last time on Total Drama Island. The contestants had to build their own bikes and then participate in a course. Scott and Duncan almost got into a fight, which increased the tension between them. Idris wreaked havoc by forgetting to put screws on his bike, which caused a major accident. At the end of the challenge Shawn was eliminated because he lost the final race. Who will be the next winner? Who will be the next loser? Will my contract be renewed for next season? To find out, watch the new episode of TOTAL DRAMA... ISLAND
After the introductory song we find the forest in black and white, we could see a silhouette. Up close it was a killer with a chainsaw ready to kill someone. But in the end this was just a movie that the campers watched
"He comes out of the woods with a chainsaw! That's so cool" said Scott.
"No, the psycho is heading for the van" said Idris
"The sick couple! Stop kissing and get in the car" said Leshawna while throwing popcorn on the screenpop-corn
"He'll cut them all up! "said Sammy.
A scream of horror could be heard in the film
"As luck would have it the car doesn't start" said Dave, quite annoyed by the film
"Oh man! I hate horror movies" said Dj
"Run! The psychopath will catch you!" said Idris very involved in the film
Duncan grinned with pleasure, while Dj was so frightened that he hid his eyes.
"It's going to end in a bloodbath" said Gwen
On the screen a scare session could be seen.
Duncan and Gwen enjoyed the filming very much, unlike Dj who was still hiding his eyes.
"Oh my god! I can't see this anymore" said Sammy before throwing himself into Idris' arms.
"Don't worry I'm here" said Idris
He looked at Dave and Duncan who gave him a thumbs up
The movie stopped
It's finally over, I really hate horror movies" said Dj.
"Really? What scares you the most is the part where everyone dies" said Duncan while imitating a strangulation
Dj started to get scared.
"Or the one with the bloodthirsty psychopath with the hook" said Duncan pulling out a hook.
Dj jumped behind Leshawna, panicked.
Confessional: Dj
That was really uncool Duncan
End Confessional
"For a horror movie, it wasn't that scary," Gwen said.
"There wasn't much death. Not in Bloodbath II: Terror Raid," Duncan said.
"Really. It's one of my favorite horror movies. I love when the killer puts the guy's hand in the lawnmower," says Gwen.
Dj started to panic even more
"Or when he pushes the girl off the quaid and she lands on a thruster blade that cuts her in half" said Duncan.
"Or when he pushes the guy into the wood chopper" said Gwen and Duncan.
Dj jumped on Leshawna in fear.
"That's strange, I've never heard of those movies" said Idris.
"What! Are you serious?" said Duncan.
"I'm dead serious," said Idris.
"Even I've heard of it," said Scott.
"Horror movies aren't my thing anyway, the only ones I like are Scream, It and Fridey 13" says Idris.
"I've never heard of those movies" says Gwen.
"Are you sure you didn't make it up?" said Leshawna, throwing Dj
"You don't know these movies that are just cult" said Idris.
All the other campers answered in the negative.
Confessional: Idris
There is definitely something wrong with this. How come you don't know about these movies? They are a classic in the history of horror films.
End of the Confessional
"All horror movies are really the best thing ever," says Gwen.
"Yes, you're absolutely right," says Duncan.
"That's cute, it sounds like you guys have more in common" says Scott.
"We didn't ask you, farmer," said Duncan.
"Maybe, but horror movies really suck," said Scott.
"Horror movies don't suck," said Gwen.
"She's right, there are a lot of psychological challenges to overcome. The proof look Dj" said Duncan pointing to Dj who was still scared.
"Anyway, some of us know what this week's challenge is" said Scott
"That's right, where is Chris?" said Sammy.
A sound of boats can be heard. The campers went to check out
They found Chief Hatchet putting luggage on a boat.
"Chief! What's the emergency?" said Duncan.
Chief Hatchet, terrified, says nothing, then leaves with Chris in the boat.
"Look, they forgot a bag," says Idris.
A newspaper fell out of the bag and Idris read the headline.
"A psychopathic killer is breaking out of prison. Be careful if you see a man wearing a field hockey mask hanging out with a chainsaw" said Idris
"Wait what? This is serious" said Sammy
"Of course it's not, we just happen to be watching a horror movie with a guy who kills his victims with a chainsaw and now we learn that a man who does the same thing is on the loose. It seems very streange to me" said Dave
"I don't know about that. Chris and Chief looked scared when they left" said Dj
"But don't you see that this is all organized by Chris" said Dave
"If this was the challenge Chris would have forgotten..." said Idris looking for something in the bag
"His hair gel" said Idris
All the campers were shocked except Dave
"So this is for real" said Gwen
"If I understand correctly, Chris left us the only one while a psychopath with a chainsaw is loose on the island" said Dj in fear
"No. We're all alone on this island, and the psycho. HAS A HOOK!" said Duncan.
"AHAHAHAHAHA" screamed Dj in fear.
"I told you man, this isn't funny" said Dj
"Calm down Dj, stop being scared for nothing" said Leshawna
"Sorry, I can't help it. I feel like I'm being spied on" said Dj
"I told you all this is just Chris' challenge" said Dave
Confessional: Dave
Why doesn't anyone believe me, I mean it's obvious Chris is challenging us
End Confessional
A screen with Dave's head in the confessional.
"Dave is right, and tonight we'll know who will survive the horror movie, played for real with the exceptional participation of... Mr. Psycho escaped with the chainsaw and his hook" said Chris.
Back with the campers
"Look, we don't care if it's real or a challenge. We need a plan" said Gwen
"Yes, yes, we need a plan" says Dj.
"Seriously, do you really believe that?" said Dave.
"Dude, imagine it's true, we better not take any chances" says Idris.
"Ok I'll go with you but I have to warn you that this is all fake" said Dave.
"I for one am not following you, it is predictably wrong" said Scott
"WHAT! Scott not come with us ? " said Dj
"Nah, it's no use, next time Chris will just rent a movie set in a summer camp so we'll fall even more into the trap" said Scott as he left
"I tried, but all the DVDs were already rented" said Chris.
Scott returned
"I have nowhere to go, so I'm staying with you" said Scott
"Great, so we're all here, let's go to the campfire and strategize" said Gwen
The campers went to the campfire until Sammy stopped Idris.
"Let's go for a walk at night," Sammy said.
"But didn't you hear, there's a killer on the island" said Idris.
"You haven't heard, Dave. It's a game" said Sammy.
"Well... Okay, let's go for that nighttime walk" said Idris.
Forest
"So you don't know the Matrixe movies?" said Idris.
"No, but maybe you can help me find out about them" said Sammy.
"Are you asking me on a date?" said Idris.
"No, just a loving moment" says Sammy.
"Then I'll ask you to see him" says Idris.
"I accept with pleasure" said Sammy
"By the way, where are we going" said Idris
"We're just walking in the woods" said Sammy
"Yeah. The woods. The woods. Why do I feel so nervous?" said Idris.
Campfire
"So rule number one: you never walk alone. Rule number two: if you go for a walk alone never go into the woods. Rule number three: If you ever go into the woods never ever flirt in the woods or you die in the woods" said Gwen
"I wouldn't worry about it but where are Idris and Sammy" said Dave
"They're breaking rules one two and three" said Duncan
Forest
Idris and Sammy walk again
"Doesn't it make you nervous to be there ? " said Idris
"No, Amy used to lock me in the basement so I'm pretty used to that plus I've completely forgotten about the whole killer thing" said Sammy.
"That's it! The psychopathic killer!" said Idris worriedly
Sammy looked at Idris
"In the movie that's how the couple dies" said Idris
"Don't worry, it was just a movie," Sammy said.
"Sorry, I'm a little nervous about this story," said Idris.
"I know a way to relax" said Sammy.
She grabbed Idris and pulled him into a bush where they began to make out.
Chainsaw noise*
"Did you hear that noise," said Idris.
"Yes, but what is it?" says Sammy.
They came out of the bushes and saw the killer.
"Oh shit, run Sammy," said Idris.
The killer started chasing them. It was a long chase until they came to a ravine.
"What do we do now?" said Sammy.
"We have no choice but to jump" said Idris.
"Mais tu est fou" a dit Sammy
"But you are crazy" said Sammy
"Nah look there's a bush just below us if we can fall in it we won't get hurt" said Idris
"It's too dangerous" said Sammy
"Don't worry I'll go first so I can catch you" said Idris
He jumped except he hit several things. A rock, brambles, a goat, a fire hydrant, a cactus, an explosion and a campfire.
"I'm fine, you can come" said Idris
She jumps and unlike Idris she dodged everything
I got you" said Idris
His moment of joy was cut short by the killer who was already there
"Oh no not again" said Sammy
"Sammy go quickly, I'll hold him back" said Idris
"What! No way" said Sammy
" Go away let me do it I promise you that I will survive" said Idris
"You better keep your promise" said Sammy as he left.
"Okay. Between us the killer is trying to catch me" said Idris
He didn't have time to run away, the killer had already caught him
"Let go of me, I promised my girlfriend I wouldn't die" said Idris
The killer took her to a cabin with Chirs in it.
"Chris? So Dave was right all along" said Idris
"Exactly this was all a game" said Chris
"Then who is the killer" said Idris
"It's Chief Hatchet" said Chris
"How could I have been fooled" said Idris
"You're not the only one who got screwed" said Chris
Chief Hatchet came with Sammy in his hand
"Idris! I was so scared," Sammy said, jumping into Idris' arms.
"Sorry, but at least we managed to create an emotional and epic scene" says Idris.
"It's true that the audience has never been this big" says Chris.
"In fact, where are we?" says Sammy.
"You're in the observation room. This is all a challenge" says Chris.
"The others were right. I was right to believe them," Sammy said.
"You're both out, you can watch how the leader catches the others" said Chris.
"Cool, a horror movie without the murder" said Idris.
Campfire
"I made a chart with the eight candidates still on the list" says Gwen.
"You can cross off the couple already," says Duncan.
"Where are Scott and Dj?" said Gwen.
"Dj had to go to the bathroom and needed to be accompanied," said Duncan.
Toilet
"Well whatever happens, you don't move from here even if you hear a psychopath even if you see him" said Dj
"Don't worry I won't move" said Scott
Confessional: Scott
Normally I would have gone to get rid of him but I'm in an alliance with him so I had to stay
End Confessional
Dj went into the bathroom
"Get in the ice cream truck" said Chris
Sound of ice cream truck *
"Ice cream! We're the ice cream truck" said Scott as he drove away
Dj inside the toilet was terrified
"Is there anything" said Dj
No one answered
"You have to calm down I have to be a man" said Dj
Dj finished what he had to do and went out to the bathroom
"Scott! Scott! Where are you" said Dj
He was terrified because he was alone in the forest
"Scott! You abandoned me. Why! Why! " said Dj
"Dj. DJ. Dj" said a terrifying voice
"Who said that. Duncan this is not funny" said Dj.
"Dj. DJ. DJ" said the voice
He ran from because he was too scared and ran across the whole island at full speed until he arrived at Chris' tent shouting
"Calm down, Dj is finished" said Chris.
"Is it true?" said Dj
"It was just the Chief, he just wanted to scare you, that's all. But apparently he didn't have to, obviously" said Chris
"Then who yelled my name" said Dj
"You must have been hallucinating from fear" said Chris
"You're serious, he literally said my name several times" said Dj
"I'm serious, it happens a lot" said Chris
"I'm not crazy for waiting for votes" said Dj
"Whatever you got scared without Chief even needing to intervene" said Chris
Toilet
"Is everything okay in here I heard someone screaming" said Gwen
Gwen did not find anyone
"There's no one here it looks like Dj and Scott got caught" said Gwen
"So Chris is still on the island" said Dave who had followed Gwen
"What are you doing here" said Gwen
"I wanted to take a shower," said Dave.
"A shower? You'll be an easy target for the killer" said Gwen
"Seriously Gwen I thought you were smarter than the others and that you understood" said Dave
"I know but we can't take any chances" said Gwen
"Okay you know what Gwen. If I'm right you should not vote against me tonight" said Dave
"Okay I accept" said Gwen
They went back to the campfire
"Did Dave just call us stupid" said Sammy
"Nah, he probably meant Gwen has a higher intelligence" said Idris
"Are you sure" said Sammy
"Yeah I know him I know who won't insult us" said Idris
Confessional: Idris
Okay I had no idea but knowing Dave he never insults for free
End Confessional
When Gwen and Dave returned they found Duncan alone
"Where is Leshawna?" said Gwen.
"She went to get something to eat," said Duncan.
Confessional: Gwen
No one listens to me at all
End of the confessional
"I'll get it," Dave says as he leaves.
"You can cross them off the list already, the killer will catch them," Duncan said.
Dining Hall
Leshawna entered the dining hall and walked slowly until the door slammed.
Her moment of fear was interrupted by the delicious smell of brownies.
"Just what I was looking for," Leshawna said.
She grabbed the tray of brownies and left until she heard a voice...
"Leshawna. Leshawna. Leshawna. Brownie. Brownie" said the terrifying voice
"Who said that?" said Leshawna.
The lights went out
She tried to run away, but when she opened the door, the leader was in front of her. Leshawna backed away.
"That's right, I'm sixteen and I have all my teeth. Come on, I'm waiting for you," Leshawna said.
She tried to run away but the chief quickly caught her.
"I didn't see it coming. Unbelievable," said Leshawna.
"You challenged her too. It wasn't safe" said Chris as he ate a brownie. "But you scored points for coming here with that delicious cake" said Chris.
"Wait, there's a point system?" says Idris.
"Not for the challenge but in my esteem" said Chris.
"Does it bring an advantage in the game? " says Sammy
"No, it doesn't" says Chris
Forest
"Where is that ice cream truck?" says Scott.
He kept looking until Chef Hatchet followed him.
"How does he not notice someone following him?" said Idris.
"The Chief patted Scott on the back.
"Hey, you didn't see an ice cream truck," Scott said.
The Chief didn't say anything
"Stop it, you can't scare me" says Scott
He took out a chainsaw
"Okay, maybe this story is true," said Scott.
He screamed and the Chief grabbed it and took it back to the tent
"Poor boy he's such a jerk" said Chris
"He took me to the bathroom and you never leave a friend when he pees" said Dj
"Waw it's cowardly to do that" said Idris
"So we are only three" said Gwen
"Nope, only two more to go, Dave isn't back yet" said Duncan.
"I'm not even surprised that people are disappearing anymore," said Gwen.
"You know what pisses me off the most is that I'm trying to help them," said Gwen.
"That's life, baby," said Duncan, who had two burning sticks in his hands.
"You're a real arsonist, Duncan!" said Gwen.
"Yeah, I like it when it burns," said Duncan.
"That's why you went to juvee" said Gwen
"Like I'm going to tell you why," said Duncan, setting the board on fire.
"But you're crazy! I'm going to get some water," said Gwen as she left.
"And I'm the only one left" said Duncan.
"Duncan, Duncan, Duncan, Juvee Juvee," the voice said.
"More than you and me psycho," Duncan said as he went to pick up the killer.
Gwen returned with the bucket of water and put out the fire.
"Duncan, Duncan?" said Gwen.
Dave returned.
"I looked everywhere for Leshawna but couldn't find her," said Dave.
"You're alive! I thought you were dead," said Gwen.
"Where are the others? " said Dave.
"Forget it, nobody listens to me" said Gwen.
"I'm going to make a sandwich, you want one" said Gwen.
"Yeah, sure," says Dave.
Duncan arrived at the Dock of Shame and the Chef was in front of him.
"Oh my God! He's going to fight him," said Idris.
"He's in front of the psycho" said Dj.
"The audience is going to go through the roof" says Chris.
Confessional : Duncan
I'm not afraid of psychopaths, the winner will be the one who is still standing.
End of the confessional
"I have a feeling you and I are going to have a lot of fun," Duncan said with a thud.
Chief Hatchet approached him.
Duncan threw a wooden chair but the Chief knocked it down.
He tried again with a wooden boat, but the Chief cut him down again.
He started again with a life jacket, but the Chief cut it down again.
He started again with a surfboard but it was cut off.
Duncan tried one last thing and caught a fish in the water and threw it to the chief.
"What? I had nothing left to throw to you," Duncan said.
The Chief tried to strike but Duncan dodged it.
He broke the handle of the chainsaw, then got up and cut the Chief's hook.
Refectory
Dave and Gwen eat sandwiches while talking
"and it's like I survived my high school year," says Gwen.
"Wow, your life is more complex than I thought" says Dave.
"So how's it going at home" says Gwen.
"I'm not very interesting, I'm just a regular guy and I'm fine with that," Dave said.
"I'm happy to meet someone normal," said Gwen.
"Yeah, it's true, the people on this island are pretty strange. The craziest thing is that there's a girl who can see auras" said Dave.
"I think that's pretty scary" said Gwen.
"Yeah, so do I. But there are also some really nice people" said Dave.
"Yeah. Leshawna, Sammy and Dj are pretty cool" said Gwen.
"There's also Idris and Duncan," says Dave.
"Duncan? Nice, no, I don't think so," said Gwen.
"But it's true, he was nice to me," said Dave.
"Maybe it's just strategic," said Gwen.
"His strategy helped me a lot and I'm sure there's good in him," says Dave.
"He's always stayed at Juvee. I guess he sees you as a partner and not a friend," says Gwen.
"Do you really think so? " said Dave.
"Yeah, I don't think friends are his thing" said Gwen.
"Now that you mention it. He made me promise not to vote for him in exchange for his help" said Dave.
"He's smarter than I think. He's a big threat," says Gwen.
Their discussion was interrupted by a guy with a chainsaw and a hook.
"Look Gwen, it's the killer," joked Dave.
"He really thinks we're going to believe him" says Gwen.
"I guess, but we're not naive" says Dave.
Observation Room
"Did someone lose this?" said Duncan as he brought back Chief Hatchet.
"Good job, buddy," said Idris.
"And look, Gwen and Dave are in front of the psycho by themselves," said Sammy.
"Not so fast! If the leader is here, then who's the psycho with Gwen and Dave?" said Duncan.
"What a horror! There really was an escaped psycho from the asylum with a hook," said Dj.
The candidates went to warn Gwen and Dave.
"There's going to be a lot of hearings, but we're going to have a lot of trials on our hands," Chris said.
Refectory
"I know actors don't talk and don't get paid much but you could at least say a word" said Gwen.
"Don't talk at all, it stinks from the mouth. I can recommend a good toothpaste" says Dave.
Confessional: Psycho Killer
He smelled her breath
End of the confessional
"Maybe he wants a sandwich before he impales us," Gwen jokes.
"This story is getting long, so Chris is hurrying to finish this challenge," Dave says.
"We know he's an actor with a fake hook and besides, you don't look that scary.
" says Gwen.
He took off his hook and we saw that he didn't have a hand.
"How horrible, I think I'm going to throw up," said Dave.
"How did they do that?" said Gwen.
The other candidates entered the dining room.
"It's really the psycho who escaped from the asylum with his hook," say the campers.
"What!" say Gwen and Dave.
Gwen chained him up with several kicks to the face.
"Ouch. That really wasn't necessary to do that. I'm out of here! I was treated well in prison" said the killer as he left.
Dj passed out and Gwen and Dave had a five-way between them.
Campfire
"Obviously we can say we have three winners. Dave, Duncan and Gwen. For tonight, no vote, I'll pick who goes," says Chris.
"Wait a minute. You didn't say that," said Scott.
"I choose to eliminate...

...
" Dj. Sorry but you got scared without Chief having to intervene" says Chris.
"Too bad for me but I will finally be able to see my mother again" said Dj.
"Goodbye Dj, you were a good guy" said Leshawna.
"Goodbye giant" said Duncan
"Goodbye Scott, thanks for being nice to me" said Dj.
Scott grabbed Dj's ear.
"I'm not your friend, I've been using you all along" whispered Scott in Dj's ear.
"Wait what!" said Dj.
"Come on Dj, you have to leave. But we still love you" said Chris.
"Scott... Why?" said Dj
The leader grabbed him and put him in the losers boat.
Epilogue
We find Idris alone in the forest at night.
"Is there any? "says Idris
But nobody answered. We could see a white light
"What is it?" said Idris as he approached the light.
"SOON YOU WILL BE THE TRUTH" said the voice of the white light.
"What truth and who is talking to me?" said Idris.
"SOON YOU WILL FIND THE WAY" said the voice.
"But what are you talking about?" said Idris.
"SOON, SOON, SOON" said the voice.
Idris woke up shaking with fear
"What was that and who was talking to me. It sounded so real" said Idris.
End of Chapter 19
Author's note: Hello everyone. I know you are shocked to see a new chapter so early but I wanted to do it. Not much changes in the chapter, even the person eliminated doesn't change, pretty sad ending for him. But as you saw, something is happening but I won't say more.
Opinion about Dj : Dj is a character I like a lot and I don't understand why he wasn't in All starf. Certainly in World Tour he is not very interesting but he knew to mark the series.
