"So... What did you want to show me?" I look at Wendy with interest. She shows me pretty cool stuff most of the time, never been let down by her before.

"Oh yeah! That's right, here come, follow me!" Wendy sits up from the cashier seat. She approaches a curtain in the corner of the room. She moves the curtain aside to reveal.. a ladder leading up, "Check it!"

"Whoa.. Where does that lead?" I asked intrigued.

"Where else? To the roof dummy!" She laughs at me, well I.. she got me there.

"I thought it would lead somewhere else okay?" I cross my arm at her.

"Yeah yeah, let's just go man, roof time!" She says climbing the ladder.

"Yeah! roof time!" I follow after she had gone through. It leads to a trapdoor which leads to the roof.

She then climbs up beside the sign of the Mystery Shack. The letter 'S' fell down so it actually spells 'Mystery hack'... How unironic...

"Wait for me!" I climb after her. Just above the window, there was a flat surface, where we could

"Check it out! What do you think?" She asks.

"Whoa.. Pretty cool" I say with amazement, "Did you put everything up here?"

"I may or may not sneak up here during work, all the time," She calmly says.

Looks like my statement stand. This place is awesome, it has a nice view. There's even those umbrella beach chairs that you can lay down on. If you get thirsty there's a cooler with beverages here.

"You don't mind me going here sometimes right?" I nudge at her while smirking.

"Of course dude" She gives me the thumbs up, "You aren't gonna tell Stan about this, are you?"

I gestured to her, zipping my life. "Of course, if it means getting to slack off" I laugh.

"By the way, how long have you lived here in Gravity Falls" I take a seat while asking her, I never really got to know her much, I guess this is a good enough time.

"Oh, I lived here all my life," she replies also taking a seat beside me, "You see everyone in my family is a lumberjack."

"Oh? Interesting.." I look at her, "When did you start working here at the Mystery Shack?"

"Hmm.. maybe about a year," she shrugs, "never noticed how long it's been, but not as long as Soos tho, he's been working here for years."

"Uh-huh.. kinda makes me wonder how long I'll work here," I ponder to that thought for a moment.

"Don't think bout that too much man, you can at least hang out with me when we're working here," she chuckles.

"Yeah, got nothing to do so I'm stuck here in Mystery Shack," I smile, "Just don't get bored of me."

"I won't, probably won't be much boring with you guys here," she confirms, "Kinda sucks that Dipper and Mabel will leave after summer."

"Yeah.. they're fun to hang around with, never gets boring," I sigh, "How long would you work here by the way?"

"Eh, just like you, I've got nothing to do so yeah-.. I'm staying here at the Mystery Shack for now," she shrugs.

"That's nice... Looks like it won't be boring much here."

"How bout you, dude? How long are you going to stay here?" She turns to me.

"Eh, I don't know yet... It's only been a week since I came here... Honestly it's been more fun here than in the city." I try to be optimistic, "My mother wanted to go back here in Gravity Falls, apparently she went here before."

"Oh... How about your father? Where is he?"

"I... Uhmm.. never met him before, I never even saw his face once," I didn't know how to feel about my father. I never met him so I didn't know if I should be sad or not.

"Sorry bout that dude," genuine in her voice, "Sorry if this is too personal."

"No no.. it's fine, I only wish I could've met him" I shrug it off, "Oh yeah I never really got to explore the town, wanna go?"

She thought about it for a few moments, "Hmm.. Sure thing, we can take the golf cart," she agrees, "I'll race you there."

She sits up and jumps into a tree which bends to another as she jumps into the other tree and it also bends towards the ground, she gets down like a badass.

"Okay, that was badass, you showoff!" I say loud enough for her to hear, "My turn!"

This was probably a bad idea, I jump towards the tree luckily I caught it as it bends towards the other tree.

I jump towards the other tree, unfortunately, I'm pretty sure I accidentally hit a branch or something because I tripped.

Now I'm heading towards the ground face first, with nothing to protect myself with, I put my arm on my head as I wait for impact.

Moments later still no impact, I open my eyes, I'm... A few inches towards the ground, I look around me nothing holding me up. I was.. levitating?

Another moment passes by I fell to the ground. That was-.. weird.

"You okay dude?" Wendy comes to check up on me.

"Yeah... I'm fine not a scratch," I try to rid her worry.

"Well maybe next time don't do what I do," She chuckles.

"Try not to show off next time.." I argue, "I wanted to be a little cool ya know."

"You're cool enough dude," she laughs a little, "Now let's go before it gets too dark."

We hop into the golf cart, Wendy was the one driving while I sat on the right side.

It was pretty peaceful around town. Wendy showed me where the diner is, it's pretty close to the shack. Maybe I could ask the twins to eat with me there.

We also checked up on the graveyard. There were two creepy married couples there, they liked burying dead people... I hope not everyone was as weird as them.

Wendy said it was his friend's parents. Which we also met, his name was Robbie, he was a douche not gonna lie.

Robbie Valentino; He has pale skin and black hair. He had this black jacket with a broken heart symbol in the front and an.. emo hair. Yep, definitely emo or goth. Personally, never really knew the difference.

He was also eyeing Wendy, which means he likes her.. definitely.

We also met her friends in Thompson's house. Which is another one of her friends.

There were four of them.

Thompson; has Brown hair and has light skin. He wears a green shirt and brown shorts.

His fat-no offense- compared to the others. He was the kinda guy that gets bullied. Probably cause he wants to stay friends with them.

They were trying to make him do stunts or something when we arrived there.

Nate; has dark skin, brown hair. He wears a black shirt with a melting skull on it and blue jeans. He also has tattoos on his arms.

The typical laid-back teenager, he's very sarcastic most of the time. While we were there Wendy explained that Nate and Lee were the closest of friends.

Lee; The tallest of the group. He has long blonde hair and pale skin. He wears a red t-shirt with an orange thumbs up on the middle and black shorts.

Lee and Nate, as Wendy said, are close friends, probably because they're almost the same as each other, they like goofing off with their friends and playing games, both of them are sarcastic.

Tambry; The second female of the group. She has light brown skin and short purple hair with pink highlights on her left ear. She wears a purple shirt and white shirt underneath. She wears a purple skirt, light purple leggings, and black boots.

The time that I was there Tambry had her face on her cellphone screen the whole time, she sometimes glances off her phone. She has the appearance of an emo girl plus she gives off a somewhat gloomy demeanor.

I got to know her friends a little bit. After that, we went and continued to drive through town.

I felt sad when I got to know Wendy's friends. Kinda reminds me of my friends in the city. Maybe I should see if there's some signal here on Gravity Falls, maybe I could text them.

"What's up Will?" She notices that I was making that sad atmosphere.

"Nothing much... just kinda miss my buddies at my old place." I sigh, "Heh, seeing your friends reminds me of them."

"Cheer up bud, you have us, your new friends" She's right I guess, I also have friends here.

"Thanks" I smile at her.

We also drove by the market. We got some beverages and chips, we were hungry. After a few hours out in the town, we finally arrived at the shack.

Wendy parked the golf cart just near the side of the porch. After getting out of the golf cart, Dipper comes running out of nowhere.

"Wendy! Will! I need the golf cart to save my sister from a zombie!" A zombie? Looks like my guess isn't far off.

Wendy crosses her arm while smiling, "Try not to hit any pedestrian," she hands Dipper the keys.

"Good luck dude" I give him a thumbs up. Dipper then gets on the golf cart and drives off. "Who knew that kids could drive" I look at Wendy as we walk away.

"I'm sure it's fine, it's Dipper his smart enough to know how to drive." I guess Dipper is smart sometimes. Other times he's a total derp.

We went inside the shack, there were no customers in sight.

"Wanna go back up to the roof?" I approach the ladder.

"Yeah sure man" I went up the ladder with her behind me.

Once we got to our spot on the roof, she went and played down in the beach chair. I put the beverages in the cooler, nothing alcoholic.

"I had a nice time Wendy" I sat on the floor, or should I say roof.

"No problem man, I had fun also," she says while grabbing a drink.

I also grabbed a drink, "Cheers to that."

"Cheers!" She replies as we both drank at the same time.

After a few minutes of talking. I heard something crash downstairs and some thuds.

"What was that?" I looked at Wendy as she shrugs at me, "I'll check it out."

She gave me a thumbs-up as I went up towards the Mystery Shack sign. I looked over the edge as I saw Dipper and Mabel trapped in the corner, while a huge thing tries to attack them.

Dipper throws a shovel at the thing, the creature punches the shovel without effort.

"What are those..." I looked closer and saw gnomes... Probably around a hundred gnomes which they stacked together to form a bigger gnome.

I had to do something! It was approaching them. They had nowhere else to run.

Something clicked inside me. I feel a surge of power through me. I hold out my hands towards the gnomes. My hand started glowing gold, I felt lightheaded, the sudden rush of energy which quickly depleted made me numb a little.

After that, the gnomes tripped and fell to the ground. One of the gnomes that were on top, which I assumed was their leader fell in front of Mabel. Mabel picked up the blower behind her and set it to suction. Since gnomes are tiny, half of its body went inside.

Mabel and Dipper set the blower into 'blow' and launched the gnome into the stomach area of the giant gnome.

"I'll get you back Mabel and Dipper!" I heard the flying gnome said as he gets lost in the forest.

The other gnomes scatter without their leader.

"What was that... That golden glow.. in my hand" I was confused. This has never happened before. During my time here at Gravity Falls, all sorts of crazy stuff happen, but gnomes..? That glow...?

Something weird is definitely going on here...

I went back to Wendy. I didn't say anything to her, I didn't want to explain something I didn't even know myself.

"So what did you see?" Wendy says as she stands up from the chair.

"Gnomes...?" I said quite unsure of it myself.

"Oh.. I thought Dipper said it was a zombie?"

"Then I guess he was wrong about that.." I also thought it was a zombie, "Did you know that there were those kinds of monsters here in Gravity Falls?"

"Well yeah, I lived here all my life of course I would see something like those," I could understand that. In my week of time here I already saw something that intense, then yeah I believe her.

"Let's go down now dude," I nod at her. We already finished eating and drinking what we bought.

It was time to head home. We went down the ladder. Cause I didn't want to fall again.

Fortunately, Stan wasn't there. "Goodbye, Wendy!"

I wave at her, "I'll see you, tomorrow dude!" She exits the gift shop.

I went to the living room since my bike was on the back porch of the shack. As I enter the living room I saw Dipper and Mabel heading towards the hall so that they can go up to the attic.

"Hey, guys!" I call out to them as they turn to me, "You dudes okay? I saw what happened there."

"Yeah, we're fine" Dipper nods. I just noticed it but he has a new hat. Instead of a brown hat, this time it's a white and blue hat, with a 'Pinetree' in the middle.

"Thanks for asking, you should have gone with us to battle that gnome!" Mabel replies with still so much energy.

"Well, I didn't know you guys would be battling a monster so yeah..." I chuckle, "Maybe next time then."

"Yeah okay, Will" Mabel smiles at me.

"I'll see you guys tomorrow, better rest now," I say as I head towards the door.

The twins waved at me, "See you Will" both the twins say at the same time.

I waved back at them as they went up the stair while I went out of the Shack.
