Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Rising Smoke. Enjoy the 5500-word chapter. I don't own MHA Shonen Jump, Kohei Horikoshi and a few others do.

He sighed before pulling the glove over his hand which started to fade into smoke. He had a lot more on his mind and he stared at the burns…

Burns became scars when it came down to them. Scars always came because he couldn't control the burning. He hid them behind gloves and pieces of clothing that hadn't yet revealed the extent of his injuries when it came down to it.

Still? if he was to move forward, these wouldn't be able to stop him… He couldn't let them.

"Dear? You're going to be late if you don't get moving." He heard as he sighed to himself.

He could only roll his eyes, he had to be ready for whatever school would lob at him. There was a lot more to do before now, this wasn't going to handle it nor would it impede him before he hummed.

"Ok, I'll come downstairs, mom. I just need a minute." He said before he rubbed his hands together.

"Idris, just because… Don't think you need to be a hero to make me proud. You're already doing that each day." Idris heard as he frowned and looked at his limbs.

So much pain and suffering at the time.

More smoke had begun to pour over them. There would be time for him to pity himself before now. He had too much to say and do if he was to win this with any type of peace or enjoyment when it came down to it. Anything else wouldn't matter.

Still? if there was any chance, he could win at the moment? It'd be before long. It had to be something he could afford to deal with when it came down to it. There was only something that could be interested in what to do when it came down to it.

Idris sighed before he shook his head. There was only so much he could say or do when it came down to it. He cracked his fingers together, hopeful that this hadn't yet been a lot more exciting the time.

He stepped outside and almost crashed down the damn stairs, he HATED his quirk sometimes, if it didn't seem to act up at the worst times.

If it couldn't screw him over when he least seen what they could do before now. It'd be a damn good asset when it came down to it. There was a lot more to do when he considered it. There were no real problems with his quirk so much as there were problems with the idea that he couldn't at all be curious about this before now. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't hopeful for it to end.

Still? Idris was determined to handle this self-given mission every second before now. This had to be a lot more interesting when it came down to it. He had been a lot more on the mind before now. This was going to be a lot harder for it to come down to it.

This had to be done before this was all said and done. She had to question. This was a lot more to this battle than he expected it to be at the end of the day. He had to question when it came down to it. there was more to this battle before all of the second.

He had to question when it came down to it. there was so much more to this battle of the time being. he'd question what to second before all of this was done. He had to be ready at the end of the day. there was a lot more to do second.

He tried his best not to stumble and fall down the stairs. This would be a lot more to happen at the moment. He could question when it came to the idea and topic of the battles to come.

He'd hum if not for the fact that this was almost done as of the time being. He questioned himself about what to do next while he sighed all too long. This would be a lot more hopeful if not for the time being when it came down to it.

He sighed before he hummed to himself while he cracked his fingers. He brushed off his clothes and leaned on the wall before he seemed to hum to himself for a moment later.

Idris was a lot more scared that they'd not accept him properly. His power was odd, his abilities were a lot less practical than others, and he was nervous more often. It'd be a nightmare to try and come down to it. he'd be an outcast inside the school at the end of the day.

Then again? If he wasn't? He may enjoy school… If not for the fact it was school, he was a child and it bit into things he could be spent doing when it came down to it. He had a lot more to question when it came down to it. there was only so much he could say and do to stop this. Wasn't as if he had a lot to offer.

His slow walk towards where he was needed made him a lot more excited at the moment. He did wish at least to help people when this was all said and done. He slowly started to walk towards the city before he questioned what was to happen when he got to school. What was his move when he got to UA? He had to think of his career if he managed to get one at the moment. It couldn't be outdated that he had been lucky, far luckier than anything else. It'd be a lot less terrifying if so, damn much wasn't too damn much to say or do at the end of the day.

It was terrifying to him considering how little he seemed to understand. How far beyond this he had been at the second. If he had been lucky enough to get anywhere inside this school? He had to have some potential… Not that it didn't also make him giddy with excitement at the end of the day. It couldn't be said he didn't lack the idealism or spirit to be a hero.

He questioned what to do next. He had a lot more to do the next second before when all of this was said and done. It had to be done the second. He had to question at the time before this seemed to do at the second.

He had to be ready before he hummed down to it. This was a lot more as of the questioning when all of the second. He hummed while pondering what to do next. This was a lot more hopeful to say and do next. Whatever little bit of pain he had in his side had to fade away into oblivion.

He rubbed at his eyes before he questioned while he grabbed at his brow. He didn't even seem to notice that something had been going back down to it. Idris was a lot more confused than anything else. Idris was a lot more to happen question what to say down to it.

Still? Idris wasn't about to give up anytime soon. He had a lot more to do.

"Also need to stop thinking out loud to myself," Idris stated before he leaned on the wall while he tilted his head to the side.

There was a lot more to question as to the time to do next. This was going to be a lot more terrifying for him at the end of the day. This would be far more interesting to him than he expected… Still? it wasn't as terrifying as he wished it to be, he wasn't going to not try and work this entirely to his benefit.

Even if he was terrified at the same time, curious as to what terrors were to await him as this was all done and dusted…. If he was entirely honest as of the time being? He both dreaded what the hell could go wrong and eagerly beckoned it to come forward. This was a lot more to come down to this. There was a lot more to this to come down to it. he had been ready.

"This is going to be a long day than anything," Idris stated before he hummed to himself. "Ok… Let's do this." Idris stated and he cracked his fingers.

He was so tired and so unwilling to wait for the time being before he hummed while he questioned what to do next.

There was a lot more to do next. He had a lot more to question about what to do at the moment. He drummed his fingers on his pants only for them to vanish into wisps of smoke which made him question what to do next.

He cracked his fingers, banishing the smoke away and his fingers as well while he sighed to himself. He cracked his fingers before he hummed as of the second. He was a lot more hopeful when it came down to it.

"Oh, this is cutting me up entirely," Idris stated before he clicked his fingers and he hummed to himself. "There was a lot more as of the moment," Idris stated while he looked to the side.

He was a lot more to do next as with all of the time. Smoke billowed from his limbs. He sighed before he cracked his fingers and looked up at the time of the plan.

He slid down the side of the building was a lot more to question. He ran a hand down his burning head. before he sighed about what to say and do next. Idris took a deep breath while slowly starting to run his hands along the wall. Oh, did he damn well dread this, he wished to dread it more and more when this plan came down to it? He paced himself while trying not to let all of the insanity and terrified scared thoughts in his mind. He sighed and ran his fingers down his body, terrified as to what the hell.

This was a lot more when it came down to it. He questioned while he hummed to himself before a set of footsteps slowly started to approach. He took several deep breaths while he hummed. He questioned before now as of the time what he was even going to do before then. He had been a lot more focused on what to do as of now. He had been curious before now. The fact is now that this had been too happy for the time being.

He was honestly curious for the time being about what was coming.

"I'm so screwed." He stated that there was a slight tap on his shoulder before he hummed. "Huh?" He questioned before he tilted all of the second.

He tilted his headed before looking up at the person who had been hovering over him. She poked him gently and leaped when he sat up, their eyes wide before now.

She looked at him with auburn eyes and tilted her head. Idris had been thrown off a bit by this for the time being. He cleared his throat and tried to form words for the moment. He had been thrown off more than he had been before it came to be for time being. He didn't know what to do next before it came down to it.

He had been perhaps curious as of the time. She had a lot more to do next before all was said and done. Idris was shy enough to mince his words for the time being.

He had a lot more to say and do before it was all said and done. The time being had been something when he seemed to glance around at the time being. He wanted to say something for the time being.

"Uh… Hi?" Idris said as he leaned down the wall only for his hand to turn into smoke. "Dang it… Why is that always happening? I hate this." Idris said before he seemed to tilt his head.

"Sorry. I saw… Um, your quirk is doing that?" She asked as he nodded before almost tripping into the wall.

"Yeah. Turns me into smoke…. Sorry. it always seemed to do this at the weirdest time. I don't know how to control it the best." Idris said before he tried to force his legs to turn into legs again.

For her part? The girl neither seemed to find this more as of the time being when all was said before all of this was done.

He had been perhaps a little more flabbergasted by that than her real reaction to the idea. She hadn't seemed to be as caught off guard as he had. He was honestly a bit surprised by this for a time being when all had been done as of now. It made him question what to do next. There had been a lot more on his mind. It had rattled his brain and made his mind melt as if he seemed to question what to do next. It had been an obvious part of his mind for now when this was all said and done. The idea had been there for the longest time.

Still? The idea had made him oh so odd for now. It had thrown him off for the longest time as of time. He had a lot more to do as of now. This had been a lot more to this than now. He had been in spots that almost made him scream. Sure, this hadn't been one for a while as of now. This had been a lot odd for now. The idea had been something odd for now. Whatever came next had been for now. The idea had been odd in his mind yet it hadn't once crashed and burned… At least with the idea of how weird this had been for now. It had been a lot odd at the time.

"Oh…Well, you're ok, right?" She asked as Idris nodded to himself.

"Yeah. Usually. Sometimes I go crashing into a wall because it doesn't want to turn off for the time being. I don't know how to stop it. Mom wanted to send me to a school I'm trying to get to so I can try and learn how to fix it as now. I don't know what to do to stop it for now." Idris stated before he hummed to himself.

He finally managed it a second later as he crashed headfirst into the wall. He sighed to himself and rubbed his head and smiled, curious as to what her intentions had been before now. This had been something as of now. The idea had some promise in his perception had been before now. It seemed to be spilling outwards as of now. It had been a lot cooler for him. Whatever this had been going towards. It was an odder time for him.

"Are you good?" Idris asked before more smoke rose from his hands. "Ugh. I hate this. I can't relax with my quirk going on and off at the time being… And my head is ringing like a blasted bell. Ow, ow, that hurts a lot more than now. We both know how this will be when all is said and done." Idris said as he ran his hand on his head.

It hurt more than it had before. The idea stung in his head for now. Still? It had been a lot more interesting as of now. This had been done before. It made his head ring in the worst way for now. Honestly? It made him question what was going on for the time being and why his head had been screwed on wrong. It had been a lot more as of the second. It was a lot more interesting being he had a lot worse time. Still? He could still enjoy himself slowly and surely if he was honest.

Yet? He was still scared at the end. It always seemed as if he was scared, maybe of change, maybe of something more, and maybe before now something worse coming down to it. he couldn't tell what had been done and dusted at the end of the day, he couldn't tell what the next phase of his goal was. Besides talking to her.

"Yeah." The girl said as Idris said before he rubbed at his arms.

"Sorry. My head is wringing a bit." He said before he cleared his throat for a second. "I'm Idris, Idris Supaku. I'm sorry I kinda almost smashed into you." Idris said as he rubbed at his arms in the most basic attempt to clear out the ringing.

"Oh, nice to meet you!" She said as she rocked back and forth on the heels of her legs. "I'm Ochaco. Ochaco Uraraka." She responded as he hummed and tilted his head.

"Nice to meet you," Idris stated before he cleared his throat.

He sighed for a moment and took a deep breath before slowly starting to look down at the ground before now. "Anyway? I wouldn't worry that much about myself when it comes down to it. This quirk has always been coming off at the last second. I honestly hate this… Can't get a single minute of peace with it." Idris stated before he looked around with interest as of now.

He was at least happy as of now. He looked at the girl while rubbing his throat before now. What little happened next as of now? It had been as of this as question what to seem to happen as of now. This had been as of now. He was a lot more confused than he had been a lot more for now. This had been a lot cooler than he had been for now. What he did know was just as of now. This was a part of what to do now as of now. This made his brain hurt for the time being. The oddest part of this was obvious…

Yet. It wasn't obvious enough for him. It wasn't always done the way she wanted; it was a lot worse than the alternate option.

He sighed and slowly started to climb to his feet, interested in what was going to happen. He was nervous too much to talk for a few seconds before he finally found something to be handing when this was done and dusted. She looked at him, poking her fingers together before she hummed to herself.

"Are you going to fall?" She asked to which he shrugged, waved about

It seemed to be a lot weirder than he had expected it to be floating on his feet, but he still did it. There was a lot more he could and couldn't do and this was one of them for now.

He smiled, oh so curious for now.

"I'm sorry, are you all good? I didn't want to bother you for now." Idris stated before he frowned to himself before as he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth. "Talking to people isn't easy for me, not when everyone thinks your weird because of your quirks when it came down to it," Idris stated before he clicked his fingers and started to think of what to do next.

He watched as his wispy fingers started to dance around him. his quirk was powerful but was a lot weirder than it came down to it. He sighed to himself while he hummed to himself, he said nothing yet at the time. He tilted his head at her before he slowly started to question what she had been doing next.

She questioned before he seemed to smirk, he seemed to handle what to do next before he questioned. He smirked to himself while he seemed to float slightly off the ground before he sighed and tried to shake the smoke off his body, curious for now.

He smirked, oh so curious at her, a lot more of a battle when it seemed to handle what to question next. This was an odd little thing to handle. The battle would end before now. It ended sooner; she was welcoming of what he was. She was going to be a warrior, a hero at the end of the day. She was honestly a warrior and he was a lot more curious for now.

The problem was going to end, it had to end sooner or later, or else they'd never get used to what was to come next or their problem at the end of the day. He ran his fingers through his head before she questioned before he tilted his head to the side, unsure of what to tell her, of what tomorrow would bring. If anything? All it did was make his head roll, unsure of what to do next. There were a lot odder things when it was all said and done.

He rubbed at his chin, tired for a second as he gained his wits about him, too prepared for now. If anything? He was so thrown off for now.

Idris stayed silent for now, prepared, for now, he found his wits enough to speak for only a moment, he had a lot more to say and do at the time. He had more to question and handle for now.

"Are you going to be, ok?" Idris asked, raising an eyebrow as he did so. "I'm sorry, I'm not usually used to people. My quirk usually scares people like you and me when it comes down to getting terrified. I don't know what will happen if something bad happens because of this." Idris said while this was all done and dusted.

He watched her facial features. There was a sheer moment of awkwardness before she started to speak if anything. All it did was make him feel odder when push came to shove. Maybe she knew more than he? That was an odd little thought, one which didn't die or settle easily in his head, there was a lot more to handle either way.

"Well, that doesn't make you bad just because your quirk is bad, is it?" Ochaco stated before she tilted her head to which Idris nodded.

"Maybe, but not everyone sees it the same way that I do," Ochaco stated as she hummed, resting her hands on her knees.

"Some people? They don't see it the same way you do when all of it is said and done." Idris said before he frowned.

"Maybe, but not every single thing that's as bad as you think," Idris stated before he frowned, smoke starting to do something weird. "This power is weird, it's always been weird, you know, there's only so much you can do to fix it when push comes to shove," Idris stated before he hummed, unsure of the next plan.

He was oh so quiet, so unsure of what to do next. If something else came up? He was not sure of it when it came down to it. He was too unsure of what to do next, not wondering what the next part of the plan was done, and sighed to question what he'd tell her before all of this was done and dusted. If nothing else? He was prepared for the best, and the worst.

Idris watched as she drummed on her knees which seemed to make her float slightly above the ground. If anything, else? He was just a bit thrown off by this, a lot more confused than he had been before now. He was so tired of now.

Yet? He couldn't afford to just sit down and let it all roll by. There was too much upon the brain. This place was odd and so was everything else. He didn't know what else was going to have happened, but he didn't much care for now. He was amused and willing to let himself go if only for a second.

He turned, smoke billowing from his face as he looked at her. She floated only a meter off the ground, the tips of her toes poking at the ground as she did so.

"You can fly?" Idris questioned, raising an eyebrow to which she nodded.

"Kinda, I can float," Ochaco said to which Idris tilted his head, looking at her as if, she was an angel.

"That's interesting, how does it work?" Idris asked as he blinked, tilting his head to the side while humming, unsure of what to focus on with her quirk. "Does it make you fly fast? How skilled are you with it? is it a good quirk?" Idris questioned as he looked at her.

She blushed as she wasn't used to this type of treatment. Most people found her weird and odd for her mannerisms of the time being, it was so odd to have someone like this around her, but then again? She hadn't the focus as of now, the idea of what to do next before now, was going to be odd for a while, but she'd probably adjust to it given enough time and effort. Yes, all she needed was some time for now.

Time, she didn't exactly have or need. She looked at Idris who had backed away for a second, unsure of what to tell her, of what to say, this had all gone by so fast that it hurt at times.

"Uh, yes, but no. It's not easy to explain." Ochaco stated to which Idris raised an eyebrow, looking at her with interest.

"Sorry, I'm not used to being asked questions like that," Ochaco stated to which she got a hum as Idris nodded, not trying to provoke her. "I can make things float. The doctor said I reduce how heavy they are to nothing." Ochaco stated before she hummed.

"Well, it's a pretty cool power, I just want you to know that," Idris said as he hummed, tapping on his head before this came down to it.

He didn't know what to question before now. She had awesome power, one he didn't know or comprehend, it was something awesome, powerful. She was someone he wanted to not be scared and he guessed that she was a lot more scared as of now. There was a lot more he didn't know about her.

He tapped on his knees, smoke billowing from his features as he did so, what to say and what to do, hmm? What else could he have prepared for now? He didn't know what else to ask, for now, unsure of what to ask her for the time being.

He didn't know what was going to have happened, a lot more to have been questioned, for the time being, unsure of what was going to have happened.

This was such a nice little thing, for now, this wasn't going to have happened before he tilted his head, looking up at the ceiling. He didn't know what else was coming and how this was going to have come for now. He tilted his head while he hummed, questioning what else was happening when it was all over for now. He didn't know what else was going to have happened for now. He was over with this. There was a lot more to have focused more and more on this.

This has been going on and off over and over and he couldn't stand it. This was such a thing that he didn't understand it at all today would have been the one place before now that he was so damn amused for now. He was a lot more to have on the mind… He was far too tired for now.

He sighed to click his fingers on the wall next to him. he watched as smoke billowed from his fingers as he seemed to have gotten to himself. He watched his fingers glow with power, he watched them slowly begin to leak smoke.

This wouldn't have done much of anything…. He wasn't much of a hero, not yet. He didn't know what this would have brought… This constantly made him assume that this had yet gotten before he seemed to have been prepared for the worst… The worst he could have done was simply let this all get to him.

"Sorry, this… Quirk is a damn pest. I can't do anything with it. I keep having to mess with it when it comes down to it." Ochaco heard Idris's statement before he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.

"No quirk is terrible," Ochaco said as Idris tilted his head at her. "Your quirk doesn't make you a bad person. All I know is the fact that you are the one who has that choice." Ochaco stated to which he blinked and looked down at the ground.

There were a few seconds of silence. A very big few seconds to have gotten his thoughts all to mind.

He didn't know what it'd have been. He didn't know what would have happened next… He didn't want to have it all on his mind which he had done next.

"Are… Are you sure you're, ok? Nobody likes my quirk when it comes down to it." Idris said while he tilted his head and then watched as she smiled, too unsure before now.

There was no more to have been doing. There were a lot more problems to have been solved, it hadn't been fixed yet… However? It was mind-boggling for now. it was so horrible for now.

It was all so hazy and mind-blowing to him. All of it hurt, and all of it made it hurt more and more. There was a lot more stuff that could have been done to have fixed it.

She didn't even understand such things and yet? It had been written in stone that such acts had been possible. They had so much more to have considered and more to have to do when it came down to it.

Idris still wanted her to help him, at least some sort of help when it came down to it. They had something else, for now, to worry about and it scared him.

"So, is your quirk almost always like that?" Ochaco questioned to which Idris rubbed at the collar of his shirt.

"Yes… It goes on and off at times, one moment I'll be walking down the street. Next minute I'll just phase right through the ground, smash right into the ground." Ochaco stated before he looked down at the ground before he shook his head.

He didn't know what to have to say for the time being. There was a lot more to have to do when it came down to it. This wasn't going to be something they should have expected.

Then again? He was shy, very shy around new people. It wasn't often he got to meet someone who had the same skills as he, who had been prepared for the moment.

Idris was someone who constantly expected new details like this. It wasn't often he got to meet people who had the same type of abilities or didn't freak out seeing smoke billow from his limbs.

"I'm sorry, talking… Small talking isn't my thing." Idris stated to which he sighed and rubbed at his temples.

He was all too much eager to have this over and move on to something else… It couldn't have ended the way it should have.

He was terrified, for now, terrified entirely for now. It wasn't something that could have changed and he was too mad at himself for such little reason.

"So, what's going to happen at the moment?" Idris asked as he tilted his head before he sighed and crossed his hands for the time being.

Ochaco slowly but surely seemed to pull him along with her, it was clear both of them had more to handle, to do, something he didn't quite grasp as he tried not to collapse in place.

"Why don't we… Talk? Is that ok with you?" Ochaco questioned to which he nodded.

"Sure, if you are ok with that all?" Ochaco heard from Idris. "So. Are you from around here?" Idris stated to which he had fallen silent, too far removed from such measures.

She offered a comforting smile, one which cut through him to the other side like a hot knife into butter. It was clear he was damn fine for the moment. This had been more than it should have been while he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.
