They somehow managed.
In a short amount of time, Toshi and Sukuna brewed enough to distribute, strangely enough. "Doesn't sake take time to mature? I feel that these have mature a lot faster than normal…" Toshi said offhandedly.
Each day they have to sample and test the brew, when they had finished with their taste testing the day before, they had bottled and set everything aside for proper aging. However, when they tested everything today, it was as if it had been done so!
"Is this right?" Toshi asked once more.
Even Sukuna appeared rather surprised to it. "Perhaps this is your doing?" he said offhandedly.
"Mine?"
"You have your brothers techniques now, correct? Perhaps your rot technique is being used unconsciously when you brew. Lady Tiamat said she has given you all knowledge when it comes to brewing… and perhaps by your own instinct have used your curse energy on the brews…"
"Can you taste curse energy?"
"Slightly," he said. "This wouldn't harm a human and it's mainly on the bottle not in the sake, it's just the right amount to age the batches… not bad, brat."
Toshi wasn't certain if it was true or not, either way he won't look down on it.
"Mmm, I do admit, this is far more mellow than your usual stuff…"
Sukuna sneered, he turned and saw Suiryu at his desk, chugging a bottle down all to himself. "I never gave you permission!"
"Yeah, well, consider this quality control. But I admit, you are right, I can taste Toshi's curse energy in this. But once it flows off of the bottle, the energy dissipates so it isn't harmful to humans… mmm… this is delicious though." He then paused. "You wanna start selling this?" he asked of Sukuna.
Sukuna sneered but nodded.
"You need to advertise yourselves, not to mention get your faces out there. I mean, you are a brand spanking new brew company and are a minnow in an ocean."
"I could care less about it becoming popular!" Sukuna snapped back.
"I am just saying, you need to advertise a little to get this off the shelves…"
"Who cares!" Sukuna snapped back.
"Pppffff!" came out of Toshi as he snickered to it all.
"WHAT!" the two demanded of him.
He continued to chuckle a little before stating. "You two are quite something. Suiryu is offering to help you Sukuna without saying so, he WANTS to help you."
Sukuna himself paused as he glared at Suiryu who peered away rather bitterly. "I could have kept this mind game going you know…" he muttered.
However, it didn't set Sukuna's mind at ease. "Why would you help me?" he asked curiously. "You NEVER wanted to before."
Suiryu peered at Toshi oddly enough. "It's more for his sake than yours. Besides, this gives you something to do. Toshi is enjoying the hobby so you might as well make some money off of it."
"We're not keeping any of the money we make from the sake." Toshi said gently.
"Oh?" Suiryu appeared curious and naturally, he turned right to Sukuna once more for the answer. "Care to explain?"
He was silent on the matter, but he also glared at Toshi, he doesn't want Suiryu to know the reason.
"What's the point?" Toshi said offhandedly. "The brothers told me about the bounty money you got from the divine users who were after Itadori… Yuuji. There is little point in keeping money that isn't needed. So, Sukuna is allowing me to do with it as I wish."
Suiryu's curiosity peeked a little. "And?" he asked offhandedly.
Toshi smirked a little. "I want to help the people around the mountain. Mainly the temples, despite the fact that they are dedicated to him, I know the monks do good work here and the people are happy."
He appeared to think over the notion, but then nodded. "Tomorrow, you two are coming with me to see D'angelo. Wear your mask." He ordered Sukuna.
"D'angelo? The divine sorcerer?" Sukuna asked yet kept his back up on the notion. "Why?"
"You'll see… oh… I heard you got a talent no one knew of until recently…" Suiryu's smile suddenly grew oddly. "Bring it along with you tomorrow."
