Same Night: Tennessee

Inside: Giffany's Car

Dipper is driving, Jazz in the passenger seat, Mabel in the backseat behind Jazz, and the Iron Woman's suit is sitting beside Mabel behind Dipper.

Mabel leaned her head against the window frame while holding her side, hugging the blanket around her, and trying to sleep. Jazz studied the file in her lap, her elbow on the window frame, her hand on her forehead.

Dipper glances at Jazz before turning back to the road. Seeing how sleep-deprived she is, he asks, "What did you do with the guys who attacked you?"

Jazz looks at Dipper and answers, "Mabel, got the Iron Woman suit to get them far away from Timmy's House."

Dipper is relieved but doesn't show it, "Good."

Jazz smiles a bit, "Admit it." Dipper looks at her. She gives him a teasing smile, "You care for the kid."

Dipper scoffs a bit, looking back to the road, "No, I don't."

With her eyes closed, Mabel smirks in amusement, "Yeah, you do."

Dipper looks through his rearview mirror to look at Mabel, "No, I don't, Mabel."

Mabel opens her eyes and lifts her head off the frame to look at Dipper in the eyes through the mirror, "Yes, you do." Dipper shakes his head in denial, not saying anything else.

Jazz turns and looks back at Mabel, who nods her head and mouths 'He cares'. Jazz chuckles quietly and turns back around. Mabel leans her head back and looks out the window.

Dipper tells Jazz, "Give me that." He grabs the file from her. He quickly reads through it before taking out a page or two and set it back on Jazz's lap, then takes the hat off the dashboard and tosses it in Jazz's lap. Jazz gives him a look before throwing the hat in the backseat. Dipper sighs in frustration, his elbow on the window frame, rubbing his head as he continues to drive, muttering to himself, "Man. Soos, Soos, Soos." He realizes something and looks at the papers, seeing one that says 'MIA'. He grabs it.

Jazz narrows her eyes in confusion, "What?" Dipper turns the paper to show the letters saying 'AIM'. He scoffs quietly before putting it back down.

Dipper flips and handing pages to Jazz. He stops at one of the pages and reads it. While reading it, he looks through his rearview mirror to look at Mabel, who is looking out the window. He asks Mabel as he continues to read the page, "Hey Mabel, your redesign, your big rebrand, that was AIM, right?"

Mabel is confused by the question but answers, "Yeah."

Dipper is angry at the information and throws the page aside, "I'm going to find a heavy-duty comm sat right now. I need your login."

Mabel tells Dipper, "It's the same as it's always been, 'WarMachine68.'"

Dipper asks as he looks for something, "And password, please."

Mabel tells Dipper, "Well, look, I gotta change it every time you hack in, Dipper."

Dipper retorts, "It's not the '80s. Nobody says 'hack' anymore." He demands, "Give me your login."

Mabel sighs before she reluctantly tells Dipper, "'WAR MACHINE ROX' with an 'X,' all caps."

Dipper laughs when he hears the password.

Mabel smiles, hearing Dipper laugh, knowing that's the reaction she was going to get, "Yeah, okay."

Dipper, laughing, looks at Jazz, who is chuckling in amusement. He says as he stops laughing, "That is so much better than 'Iron Woman.'"

Outside: On The Road

Dipper brakes and turns the car around, the tires screeching before he dives in the opposite direction he is heading. He passes a building with a sign in front saying, 'MEMORIAL HALL'. Underneath says, 'MISS CHATTANOOGA CHRISTMAS PAGEANT'.

Inside: Memorial Hall

The Emcee on stage with women in bathing suits lined up, as he interviews one, "Very nice. Very nice. I have one question for you. What would you like for Christmas this year?"

The girl grabs the mic and starts, "Well, David-"

Inside: Giffany's Car

Dipper grabs the cowboy hat from the backseat and puts on sunglasses. He tells the two women, "Okay, I'll be back. Don't leave the car." He opens the door and gets out.

Outside

As Dipper rounds the car, the back door opens, and Mabel comes out with Jazz following to help Mabel stand.

Dipper sighs as he walks over to them, "I told you to wait in the car."

Mabel asks Dipper, ignoring what he said, "What are you planning on doing?"

Dipper is not happy but tells them, "I'm planning to hack into the satellite to find information about AIM."

Jazz sasses at Dipper, "I thought nobody says 'hack' anymore, Dipper." Dipper gives her a look. She gives a pointed look and smiles back.

Mabel nods as she breathes, "Okay. I'm going with you."

Dipper shakes his head, "Absolutely not. Jazz put her in the car." He demands. Jazz doesn't move. She glares at him.

Mabel shakes her head, "I'm going, Dipper. Wendy taught me how to hack into things and told me I'm way better at hacking into anything than you are."

Dipper denies, "Debatable." He thinks for a second, "Fine. Get rid of the blanket and put on Jazz's coat." Jazz looks at him in disbelief.

Jazz argues, "What? I'm not-" Mabel takes off the blanket and tosses it in the car.

Mabel looks at Jazz pleadingly, "Please, Jazz." Jazz sighs and reluctantly takes off her jacket and gives it to Mabel, "I'll give it back." Mabel puts it on and pulls up the hood to cover her face.

Jazz nods, "Yeah. Be careful. You're still recovering." Mabel nods in reassurance. Jazz opens the door. She turns back to the siblings who are walking away. She is about to say something but doesn't, looking at Mabel worriedly, and gets back in the car, waiting until they come back.

Crowded Area

A crowd of reporters, news crew, firefighters, and others all spoke indistinctly as Dipper and Mabel disguised, Dipper carrying cables with Mabel carrying a small box, as she shouldn't stress herself out as she is still injured.

They get through the crowd unseen. They pass a guy that just got out of the news van, talking on the phone, "Do not erase a program from my DVR unless you are 100% sure-" The guy walks away. Dipper opens the back door and quickly helps Mabel inside before going in and closing the door behind him quickly.

Inside: News Van

Mabel hisses in pain as she sits down on one of the chairs and pushes the hood off her head.

On-screen, the Emcee, announces, "One more time!" A man is voting and holding up a sign saying '10'. It's the Marvel Creator Stan Lee, "Ms. Elk Ridge, everybody! All right." He laughs before Dipper presses a button, and the sound cuts from the broadcast.

Dipper asks Mabel as he plugs something into the system, "You good?"

Mabel holds her side for a moment before removing it and going in front of the laptop, "Yeah."

The cameraman that came out of the van moments before they went in, still talking, "Because you erase my shows!"

Mabel types while Dipper looks over her shoulder. Looking at the screen, he says, "That ain't gonna cut it."

The cameraman opens the back door, still talking on the phone, "We talked about this." He notices two figures in the van but doesn't see their faces, "Excuse me, sir, ma'am. I don't know who-" Dipper turns his chair around to the guy. The guy looks at Dipper in shock. He looks at Mabel, who turns her head to look at the guy.

Dipper puts his finger up to his lips, "Shh." He puts down his finger and smiles at the guy.

The cameraman talks on his phone, "Mom, I need to call you back. Something magical is happening." He hangs up the phone and starts freaking out, "Dipper and Mabel Pines are in my van."
