everyone stared at the orange haired figure.
"who are you exactly?" Danzo asked.
the orange haired figure then spoke "I'm Pein. leader of the Akatsuki, and Kami of the new world."
Naruto narrowed his eyes "Akatsuki? are you fucking kidding me?"
meanwhile within Naruto, the bijū stared at the orange haired man, more specifically, his purple eyes.
"those eyes, they can't be." Kurama said in disbelief.
more figures then appeared. all with the same purple eyes.
Pein then looked at the blonde "Naruto, come with us quietly. there's no need for pointless violence."
Danzo then spoke "you're not taking my weapon."
Pein then looked towards the warhawk "are you challenging me?"
"ANBU, deal with him."
5 root agents then rushed at Pein, who raised his arm and hand out.
"Shinra tensei"
as Sasuke and Orochimaru went down, avoiding the chaos, Orochimaru couldn't help but smirk.
the plan may not have gone without major problems, like how Sasuke and Naruto didn't get matched up against one another thus making them separated, but the ultimate goal was achieved.
it seemed like everything was going well for the snake sannin.
"where do you think you're going?"
Orochimaru and Sasuke quickly turned around and went wide-eyed at who was there.
there, wearing a black cloak with red clouds and a scratched leaf headband, was Itachi.
Orochimaru stood there horrified 'no, if he is here then that means.'
Itachi looked at his younger brother "Sasuke."
Sasuke rushed at him, kunai in hand "I'LL KILL YOU!"
Itachi quickly dodged the attack "I'm just here to talk."
"SHUT UP!" Sasuke yelled angerly as he continued to attack the man responsible for his clan's death.
Orochimaru was about to say something, until 2 figures made themselves known.
"there you are, you fucking snake."
Orochimaru turned around to see his former Akatsuki partner and a blonde with a ponytail.
"so this is Orochimaru, hm?" the blonde said with excitement.
Orochimaru quickly ran off.
"Oh no you don't." Sasori said.
Sasori and Deidera then ran after the snake sannin.
meanwhile Sasuke continued fighting his older brother.
Itachi meanwhile, mentally berated himself 'dammit, I should have known that Orochimaru would have gone after him.'
Sasuke then activated his curse mark.
Kisame watched with interest as a snake fought against a toad and a slug.
"man, if only Itachi didn't run off, then I could enjoy this spectacular fight with him." the shark like man said with a grin.
eventually, after laying down humiliated, the snake yelled "damn you Orochimaru, if you dare summon me again, there will be consequences." he yelled before poofing away.
Kisame frowned "aw, it was just getting good."
he sighed, there was nothing to do but wait for Pein to eventually get the bijū brat, and then quickly seal the bijūs within some statue.
he then saw 2 jonins fighting oto nins. one of them was wearing a ugly green spandex and another was wearing a face mask.
his grin returned "maybe they can entertain me."
he then pulled out his samehada.
meanwhile as chaos ruled Konoha, a man wearing a orange spiral mask that had one eye hole watched on top of the head of his former sensei.
"hm, this makes the nine tails attack look desirable in comparison."
it was then a half black, half white creature sprouted from the ground.
"I'm surprised that you aren't participating." "yeah, we would have thought that you would be there with Pein."
the masked man turned to Zetsu "there's no reason for me to risk myself. the bijūs may be powerful but the Rinnengan is more so."
Naruto and Danzo looked on in disbelief as the man effortlessly destroyed ANBU sent to him.
Pein, not wanting to waste anymore of his time, deciding to kill the warhawk now.
"banshō ten'in."
Danzo was then suddenly pulled into the man's grasp.
Pein then used the human path to rip out his soul, killing him instantly.
Naruto stared at the now dead Danzo, seeing the eyes, including the ones he didn't use yet, on his arm close.
Naruto sensed around to see if Danzo was still around, and to his surprise, he couldn't.
Danzo was now truly dead.
Pein then turned his attention towards the jinchūriki "as I was saying, come with me Naruto, there is no need for anymore senseless violence. just come with me and help me bring peace to this world."
Naruto did his best to give a brave face "and how would I be helping in that case."
Pein, seeing no harm in telling the blonde, answered truthfully "by allowing me to extract the bijūs inside you, I can revive the Jūbi, and then I will use it to force everyone to live in peace."
Naruto snarled "like hell I'm going to hand my friends over to some wannabe dictator who thinks he's a Kami."
"foolish kid, I am a Kami."
Naruto then made some hand seals "fireball jutsu"
Pein used the preta path to absorb the chakra.
the bijūs continued to stare in disbelief, that this man seemingly possessed the abilities of their pseudo father, the Sage of Six paths.
"there's.. there's no way, that's impossible. he shouldn't have any those abilities, no human should." Shukaku said.
"but then how does he?" Matatabi asked.
"guys."
they all stared at Gyūki.
"right now, it doesn't matter how he has these abilities, what does matter is that this man clearly has bad intentions. intentions that cannot be allowed to be fulfilled."
they all nodded in understanding.
Itachi stared in sadness at his younger brother.
Sasuke breathed heavily as black flames covered his body.
Sasuke then rushed at Itachi and actually landed a hit on his brother.
Itachi got up "Sasuke please."
"I SAID SHUT UP!" Sasuke yelled as he threw shurikens at him.
Itachi easily dodged them.
as the two brothers continue to fight, Itachi continued to mentally berated himself.
he thought that after he dealt with Danzo, Sasuke wouldn't have any face any danger of that magnitude, he didn't believe that Sasuke wouldn't face any danger, he was a shinobi after all, just not anything like Danzo.
but then Orochimaru had to get interested in the sharingan.
he should have done something, he should have warned that damn snake that he would kill him as painfully as possible if he ever went near his brother.
but no, he foolishly believed that Orochimaru would just stay away from his brother and not use his desire for vengeance to make Sasuke another one of his tools.
'forgive me mom and dad, I promised that I would protect Sasuke and I failed.'
Kisame laughed in enjoyment.
Guy was currently entrapped in a water prison.
Kakashi then yelled "fire bullet"
Kisame quickly used his samehada to block and absorb the attack.
'dammit, why did we have to fight an opponent that can drain and absorb chakra?'
Guy then pressed the top of his head.
"Fuhrsrt gahte: gahte ov ophening" he mumbled in the water
Kisame raised an eyebrow "what?"
the water prison was then destroyed.
Kisame went wide-eyed "how the hell-" before he could finish that sentence, Guy had kicked him.
Kisame was then launched several meters away.
"second gate: gate of rest"
before Kisame could properly get up he was suddenly picked up and thrown into the air.
Kakashi used his sharingan, and threw several kunais with explosive tags at the Samehada user.
once the kunais landed, the all exploded.
when Kisame fell down, he quickly got up.
"THIS IS FUN!"
"stand still you damn traitor." Sasori said, angry that he was unable to hit the snake sannin.
"yes, please do so that I may show you true art." Sasori's new partner, Deidera, said.
Orochimaru was running for his life.
Sasori and Deidera then were attacked by one of the other snakes that joined the invasion.
Sasori sighed "guess we'll deal with you first."
Naruto was heavily injured.
he tried his best but he was no match for the man known only as Pein.
as Pein walked towards his target, he suddenly felt someone.
"Rasengan." Jiraiya yelled as he launched his attack at the preta path, destroying it.
Naruto was relieved.
Jiraiya, who entered sage mode, looked at the leader of the Akatsuki, he thought that the man looked familiar.
"hm. you destroyed one of my paths. not bad." Pein said in a calm voice, but he was upset that he lost his most defensive path.
"Naruto."
'yeah Gyūki?'
"look I don't have time to explain, all you need to know is that they these guys share the same vision, blinding one of them is pointless, you need to blind all of them at once."
Naruto said nothing and quickly got in front of Jiraiya.
before Jiraiya could protest this action, Naruto shot a huge cloud of ink that blinded all the paths.
"these guys share the same vision, you destroyed one, I'll destroy another."
'how does he know that my paths share a vision?'
Jiraiya nodded and went for the bald one and Naruto went for the female one.
they both destroyed the paths easily.
"ENOUGH!" Pein yelled.
the man then started floating.
as the man flew higher, Jiraiya realized something.
'Yahiko? but how is he alive? and why is he acting so differently? most importantly, why does he have Nagato's eyes?'
Pein then pulled out his hand.
"Shinra tensei."
as Pein launched his attack, everyone stared in horror at the devastation that came.
Naruto laid weakened, half of his home was destroyed.
as Naruto tried to get himself up, a bunch of chakra rods fell from the sky and pierced Naruto.
Pein then appeared in front of Naruto.
"Nagato."
he then froze and turned to see a heavily weakened Jiraiya.
Jiraiya with tears in his eyes, spoke "is that you?"
Pein said nothing.
as the silence dragged on, Naruto was dragged into his mind.
"Naruto."
Naruto then turned to see Kurama.
"I was wrong about you. I see that you aren't like the others, and that you are a truly kind person, in fact you remind me of someone long ago."
Naruto said nothing.
"you've impressed me by befriending my siblings and much more. so I think that I will accept your offer."
Naruto smiled "thank you Kurama. but I'm afraid that it's pointless, I've lost."
"no. you haven't, you can still win this. just unlock my cage and you will see."
Naruto continued to smile, he then unlocked Kurama's cage.
"so you've finally came around eh?" Chōmei mused.
"took you long enough." Shukaku said.
"like you are in any position to talk." Matatabi said.
"yes yes yes, enough talking. let's deal with this wannabe Sage." Kurama said.
"but how are we going to win?"
the bijū all smirked.
"simple, by giving you all of our power at once."
"it really is you, isn't it Nagato?"
"the man you once knew as Nagato is dead, I am now Pein, Kami of this world."
"I don't believe that, I know that deep down you're still that same Uzumaki I trained back in Ame."
"believe what you want, it doesn't matter."
Naruto then got up.
Jiraiya stared in disbelief.
"oh, you want more?"
Naruto said nothing.
it was then, an explosion of chakra appeared around Naruto.
Naruto's hair turned into a glowing white, along with his cloak.
Jiraiya stared in disbelief.
Pein however, simply stared at the jinchūriki "so that's the full power of the bijūs combined. impressive but futile."
"Shinra tensei."
Pein didn't use as much force as he used last time, but he did use half.
as the landscape was destroyed an sand clouds covered the area, Pein simply waited.
when the clouds dispersed, Naruto was still standing there, completely unaffected.
"WHAT!?"
Naruto was about to rush the orange haired man, before he was called out.
"no, destroying the paths is pointless, you need to take out the one controlling them."
'and how will I find him?'
"simple, just close your eyes and try to sense for someone."
Naruto did just that.
after a few seconds, Naruto opened his eyes and smirked "found you."
Naruto then quickly rushed at the true Pein.
"BRING HIM HERE!" Jiraiya yelled.
Nagato stared in horror.
"what happened?" Konan asked.
"I don't know." he answered truthfully.
it was then that the tree they were hiding in was destroyed.
Naruto slowly made his way to Nagato.
Konan jumped between them "no!"
"I don't want to harm him."
"I want let you get near him!" she said.
Naruto said nothing and quickly grabbed the red haired man and brought him to his sensei.
Konan went after them.
when Naruto brought Nagato to Jiraiya, Jiraiya heavily teared at the state that Nagato was in.
Naruto then cloed his eyes, trying to find someone else.
Naruto opened his eyes "I'll leave you to alone, I need to stop someone."
as Naruto left, Nagato and Jiraiya stared at each other.
Jiraiya then hugged his former student "I'm sorry."
Sasuke got up, his vision slightly blurry.
it was then he saw a white haired boy with whiskers.
Sasuke squinted at the kid "Naruto?"
it was then, Naruto hugged Sasuke "please Sasuke. don't go."
"hn. why do you care if-"
"because you're one of the few who understand."
Sasuke said nothing.
"you are one of the few people who understands what it's like to be alone, the isolation, the loneliness. everything. and I don't want to lose a friend who can understand me." Naruto said with tears in his eyes.
"Naruto." Sasuke said quietly.
"please stay, whatever you want, I'll help you with it. just please don't go."
Itachi saw the whole thing unfold.
'I can use this to my advantage.'
"You should take his advice, Sasuke."
Sasuke looked at his brother.
"if you truly do wish to kill me, then don't waste your time with people I can effortlessly defeat like Orochimaru. how do I know that I can defeat him? simple, I already did."
Sasuke said nothing.
"yes, if you want to get power to kill me, stay here and you'll get it eventually. until then, don't waste your time with snakes. goodbye."
"wait." Sasuke said.
Itachi looked back at Sasuke.
"you said you wanted to talk, about what?"
Itachi smiled "another time, Sasuke."
as Itachi slowly turned into a bunch of crow, one thing crossed his mind.
'now, to make sure that he truly doesn't go to Orochimaru.'
Orochimaru got up, coughing as he did.
"argh, shit."
as Orochimaru got up, he started to look around.
"looking for my brother?"
Orochimaru went wide-eyed, he turned around to see Itachi.
only instead of the cool, calm, and collected look Itachi usually had, Itachi had a look of anger on his face.
Itachi slowly walked towards the sannin, who while backing away, tripped and fell on his back. never taking his horrified gaze off of him.
"when I was forced to kill my entire clan, I made it clear to Danzo that if he ever went near my brother, that there would be consequences."
Orochimaru slowly crawled away.
"it's clear that when you became interested in the sharingan, I should have done the same."
Itachi then closed his eyes "but that's okay, and you want to know why?"
"it's because you will never have an opportunity to make the same mistake again."
Itachi then opened his eyes, revealing a shuriken pattern.
Orochimaru gasped in horror. fear coursing through his body.
"now, shed your skin and show me your true form."
Orochimaru, being unable to stop himself, did just that.
Itachi looked at snake "good now."
"amatersu"
black flames covered the snake as he screamed in pain.
eventually, the snake was burned to ashes.
"good, now to make sure that there are no loose ends."
the sound four, along with Kimimaru stared in horror.
"what the FUCK!?" Tayuya yelled.
"what do you think has happened to Orochimaru-sama?" Ukon said.
"I don't know, but we should-" Kidōmaru was cut off by Kimimaru slitting his throat with his bones.
the sound four looked at their former member in horror.
"WHAT THE FUCK DUDE!?" Tayuya said in horror.
it was then, Jirobo's skull was pierced by a kunai.
Kimimaru then used his bone release to impale both Ukon and Sakon.
Kimimaru then slit his own throat.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING!?" Tayuya yelled.
"behind you."
Tayuya turned around and gasped in horror.
there staring at her was one of the most dangerous missing nins of all time, Itachi.
Itachi slowly walked towards her.
'SHIT, FUCK, SHIT SHIT SHIT!'
Itachi stopped himself when he noticed the sound nin's red hair.
"you're an Uzumaki?"
"huh?"
"I said 'you're an Uzumaki?'"
"and if I am? what the fuck does it matter?" she said, knowing that cursing was probably a bad idea but this point, she didn't care, she was going to die anyways.
"well if you aren't, you will die a very slow and painful death." Itachi said, hoping she would buy it.
Tayuya weighed her options.
she sighed "yeah, I'm an Uzumaki. guess the fucking red hair gave it away. why do you want to know? and better yet, how do you know about the Uzumakis? I thought most of the world thought we were all extinct."
"you're not in any position to ask questions. but I will answer your first question. cause I am curious as to why a clan such as yours would ally itself with someone like Orochimaru."
Tayuya scoffed "that bastard? please. I don't give a shit about his damn goals. I was simply using him to achieve my goals."
"and what are they?"
"the restoration of my clan, I was banking on the bastard finding enough members to help restore my clan. once I determined we had enough, I would stab the snake in the cock and then we would settle somewhere and then restore it to the clan's original numbers."
Tayuya sighed "but that doesn't matter any fucking more cause you're about to kill me. fuck my life."
Itachi smiled "quite the opposite actually."
"huh?"
"there is an Uzumaki here, named Naruto. unlike the rest of the Uzumakis he has blonde hair."
Tayuya went wide-eyed.
"in fact, I think you should know something about him."
"what?"
"you know Kushina?"
Tayuya raised an eyebrow "yeah."
"he is her son."
Tayuya was silent. the heir to the Uzumaki clan was here in Konoha.
"why... why are you telling me this?"
"I don't need to explain my reasons, either way I'm going make a deal with you."
"what is it?"
"now I need directions, you provide me them and I will let you go and you'll be allowed to restart the clan in Konoha."
"or?"
"or I will force you to give me them and then force you to take your life." Itachi said, flashing his three tomoe sharingan.
"tough choice. but can I make one request? there's another Uzumaki under Orochimaru named Karin, can you please send her to me."
"sounds fine to me. now, where is Yakushi Kabuto?"
Nagato sighed, prepared to do one last good deed.
Jiraiya was trying and failing to hold back tears.
the conversation between him and Nagato had successfully brought his former student back into the light. it was sad however that it wouldn't last.
"gedō rinne tensei"
it was then, then that the king of hell appeared and brought everyone back to life, Nagato was careful not to bring back Orochimaru or Danzo.
slowly, everyone was brought back to life.
as soon as it was done, Nagato passed away.
"goodbye Nagato."
Konan then wrapped her paper around her last friend.
Konan looked at Jiraiya "goodbye Jiraiya, and thank you."
Konan then took off, with Nagato's corpse.
