Dipper is still falling, struggling to fly in his half-Iron Man suit, and lands on a catwalk, but he slides down as it tilts downward. He grabs the railing at the edge, looking up as the whole metal-building structure falls apart.
Dipper groans as he lets go, still trying to balance himself up. Mabel/Iron Woman suddenly catches him, and she loses control. They both land on the ground, her on Dipper's right.
The whole structure collapses, metal debris still falling, Dipper covering his head as the metal piece falls around him and Mabel. Dipper turns over to see Mabel/Iron Woman not moving and quickly opens the facial mask to see her unconscious. He then looks over to see Mark 42 helmet fall and land in front of him. He sits up, staring at it, waiting, the fire around melting the helmet, and the facial mask pops out to reveal it empty.
Dipper scoffs as he looks away. He then hears metal creaking. He looks over to see Bill groaning as he's standing up in the fire. Dipper's eyes widen in shock. Bill lumps over to Dipper, who backs away.
The EXTREMIS heals Bill as he tells Dipper, his voice rough and strained, "No more false faces. You said you wanted the Mandarin. You're looking right at him." Bill stops walking as Dipper stops, "It was always me, Dipper. Right from the start." He opens his arms up as he shouts, "I am the Mandarin!" He then suddenly gets smacked away by a metal pole.
Dipper looks over to see Pacifica holding the pole, breathing and glaring hard as the EXTREMIS glows in her eyes and veins. She carelessly throws the pole away. Looking at Pacifica in shock, and thinking she was dead, Dipper tells her, "I got nothing."
An Iron Man suit turns, flying towards them. Pacifica looks up when she hears a whooshing sound, the EXTREMIS still glowing in her veins. EXTREMIS healing Bill stands and turns to Pacifica and Dipper. The Iron Man suit flies closer, scanning, seeing two EXTREMIS heat signatures.
Dipper tells JARVIS/Iron Man, "Jarvis, subject at my 12 o'clock is not a target, disengage!" He doesn't hear a reply and quickly touches his ear and doesn't feel his earpiece. He looks to the side and sees the earpiece lying on the ground a few feet from him.
The Iron Man suit's repulsor powering up raises its hand and shoots at Pacifica. She quickly dodges the shoot, taking a step to her left, then looks up to see the suit turning back around to her.
Pacifica turns her head to glare at Dipper with her orange EXTREMIS glowing eyes. She growls angrily, Dipper a little taken back by her look, "What?" She runs towards him. Dipper is a little afraid but hides it as he bravely asks, "Oh, what, are you mad at me?"
Pacifica jumps up and uses Dipper's right bent knee to leap up further in the air and punches through the Iron Man suit's reactor with her right arm before slamming it down to the ground, landing on her knee, flicking her hair back, and breathing hard.
Dipper watches Pacifica in awe as she rips her arm out of the dead suit, then quickly slides her arm into the right arm of the suit, ripping it out of it.
Bill growls as he runs to Pacifica, she quickly turns and backhands Bill with the metal arm, making Bill spin as he flies away. Dipper cheers, impressed, "Whoo!" Bill falls hard on his back.
A missile rolls out of the destroyed suit. Pacifica turns and quickly kicks it toward Bill as he gets up. She quickly raises her hand and blasts the missile, making it explode along with Bill.
Pacifica panted in anger before calming down. The glow in her eyes disappeared. Dipper calls out, "Honey?"
Pacifica turns her head to Dipper, lowering her arm. She glances back at the fire, "Oh, my God." She is a little surprised at herself. She looks at Dipper, "That was really violent." She realizes, "Haven't had that in a while." She's talking about how she is a mother now and hasn't been on an actual mission in a long while.
Dipper was still in shock to see Pacifica alive, "You just scared the devil out of me. I thought you were..." He trails off, not wanting to say it.
Pacifica cuts in bluntly, "I was dead. Why? Because I fell 200 feet?" She walks closer to Dipper. He raises his hand and goes to say something to defend himself but stops in defeat, giving her a pointed look as if saying 'yeah, pretty much'. Pacifica, breathing hard, looks at Dipper, smirking, "Who's the hot mess now?"
Dipper went back to his usual self, "It's still debatable." He looks and grabs his earpiece, "Probably tipping you way a little bit." He looks back at Pacifica as he puts his earpiece back in his ear. He nods his head, gesturing towards her appearance, "Why don't you dress like this at home more often? Hmm?" She's looking down, thinking as he continues, "Sports bra. The whole deal."
Pacifica looks at Dipper as she takes off the Iron Man arm, "You know, I think I understand why you don't want to give up the suits." She shrugs a bit, smirking playfully, "What am I going to complain about now?" She tosses the arm to the side.
Dipper stands up, shrugging, telling Pacifica, "Well, it's me. You'll think of something." Dipper goes to hug her.
Pacifica protests as she steps back, "No, don't touch me." She doesn't want to hurt Dipper.
Dipper steps closer, refusing, "Don't worry about it."
Pacifica takes another step back as Dipper goes to touch her waist again. She tells him, "No, I'm gonna burn you."
Dipper shakes his head, "No, you're not." He touches Pacifica's upper arm before touching her waist, his hand not burning, "Not hot." As they were talking, Pacifica calmed down, making the EXTREMIS heat and glow fade to when she was touched. She won't melt anything or burn anybody.
Pacifica asks Dipper shakily, "Am I gonna be okay?"
Dipper tells Pacifica, "No." Pacifica's face drops, "You're in a relationship with me. Everything will never be okay." Pacifica relaxes, smiling slightly, Dipper looking her over, "But I think I can figure this out, yeah." Pacifica looks at him as he tells her, "I almost had this 10 years ago when I was drunk. I think I can get you better." He breathes out softly, "That's what I do. I fix stuff."
Pacifica knowingly and a bit questionably points out, "And all your distractions?"
Dipper tells Pacifica, "Uh... I'm going to shave them down a little bit."
They get interrupted by a gasp behind them. Pacifica turns her head to the right as Dipper turns his to the left, they watch as Mabel sits up, gasping as she moves her leg like a child wanting out, and the suit opens, "And I think my stitches opened up more. Ohh, that hurts." Mabel leaned forward as she held her wounded side in pain.
Dipper calls out as he and Pacifica look at Mabel, concerned, "You okay, Mabel?" Mabel doesn't move and doesn't look up as she gives him a thumbs up with her left hand as she holds her side with the other. Dipper looks away as if saying 'she's fine'.
Suddenly, Wendy and Candy/Ruby flew down towards them as their facial masks opened up. Wendy yells to them, "Hey!"
Dipper and Pacifica turn around as Dipper smiles widely, "Wendy! Thank goodness!" He ran up to her and hugged her.
Wendy hugs back and smiles, "Nice to see you again, Dipper."
Pacifica looks over and gasps as she sees Candy, "Candy! You're here!" She ran up to Candy, who walked up to Pacifica, and they both hugged each other. Pacifica asked softly, "Candy, how- what are you doing here?"
Candy prepared to answer before being interrupted by Dipper, who talked in his earpiece, "Jarvis." He taps his earpiece in his ear a few times, "Hey." He sniffles as he puts his hand down. He looks at Pacifica.
JARVIS's voice informs Dipper, "All wrapped up here, sir. Will there be anything else?"
Dipper tells JARVIS, "You know what to do."
JARVIS's voice asks Dipper knowingly, with a hint of amusement, "The Clean State Protocol, sir?"
Dipper looks over at Wendy as if asking for permission. She hesitates before sighing and shrugs carelessly, saying, "Screw it. It's Christmas."
Dipper sighs and nods, answering JARVIS, "Yes, yes." Dipper hugs Pacifica tightly. She wraps her left arm around his shoulder as the other is under his arm, holding his back.
Pacifica looks up and watches as a suit suddenly explodes like a firework. Wendy watches with a sad expression as more suits explode.
Candy walks over to Mabel and offers to help her back to her feet. Mabel looks at Candy and grabs her hand, and stands up. Mabel coughs as they both stand beside each other and watch the suits explode.
Dipper doesn't watch as he holds the love of his life tightly in his arms and looks at his sister in relief, very relieved that the two important women in his life are safe and alive.
Pacifica watches the suits explode with tears in her eyes, knowing it was hard for Dipper and Wendy to make this decision.
All the suits flying around the area explode in mid-air like fireworks.
Dipper kisses Pacifica's temple, then her jaw, before laying his temple against hers, asking her, "Okay, so far? Do you like it?"
Pacifica smiles and sighs, telling Dipper, "It'll do." She closes her eyes, hugging him tighter. Dipper smiles before closing his eyes, swaying her a bit.
After a moment, Dipper pulls away from the hug with Pacifica to look at both Wendy and Candy. He calls out with a hint of confusion, "How did you guys end up here?"
Wendy looks at Candy and sighs as she answers, "Okay. Candy and I were taking care of your son because Pacifica told us to. So we both took good care of him at my place, and everything was going so well. However, some woman came in and shot Candy near her head. So I ran outside to chase after her and kill her. But she got the upper hand on me and captured me and took me to a weird mansion building where they tortured me for a couple of minutes, and then they brought me here..."
Pacifica and Dipper both exchange a shocking look at each other as they look back at Wendy. Pacifica speaks up, "Okay, first off... Candy got shot?!"
Candy says to her, "Yeah... but don't worry, I'm fine."
Pacifica continues speaking, "Second, where is my son? I told you two to stay with him and not abandon him! What if he's-"
Candy interrupts her, "Pacifica, it's okay. He's at my parents house right now. They're taking good care of him, okay?"
Pacifica says, "Yeah, but I'm still worried about him."
Dipper comforts Pacifica, rubbing her shoulder, "It's okay, honey, he's fine. They both said what they had to say, alright? Phillip is fine and safe with Candy's parents."
Pacifica felt relaxed now, "I'm sorry... I can't imagine what our child is going through right now..." She sobs.
Dipper whispers as he hugs her, "Pacifica. Pacifica, it's okay. He's safe. That matters the most. We're going to see him again, don't worry."
Pacifica says, wiping her tears, "You're right, honey. You're right."
Dipper stops hugging Pacifica and looks at Mabel, asking her, "And how did you find me when I was held captive by Bill and his stooges?"
Mabel looks at Dipper and shrugs as she answers, "Bill's men found me." She quickly looks away to continue watching the suits explode.
Dipper tilts his head as he walks towards Mabel, knowing she's lying, "Mabel, I know you. And I know you so well that you are hard to find when you don't want to be found." He stops in front of her, giving her a stern, pointed look, "Now, how did you know? How'd you find where I was at?"
Mabel smiles with a closed-lip smile and admits, "I tracked your suit."
Dipper nods as he adds smartly, "And Jarvis told you."
Mabel looks sheepish as she nods. Dipper scoffs a chuckle, muttering as he wraps her into a hug, "What am I going to do with you?"
Mabel looks up at Dipper with a small smile, "Thank your best sister in the world for saving your life."
Dipper scoffs, rolling his eyes, "Yeah, okay." He hugs her tightly, resting his head on hers. He mumbles, "Thank you, Mabel." Pacifica, Wendy, and Candy all smiled as they walked over to them, and they all pulled each other in a group hug, happy to see each other alive.
