the mizukage, Temari Mei, was currently groaning.

"damn papers."

it was then a knock on the door was heard.

"thank Kami, come in."

it was then a man with moused-up blue hair and an eyepatch covering his right eye entered "the delivery boy is here."

"thanks Ao. send him in."

Ao nodded and went to get the delivery boy.

Mei smiled, she had heard that the person delivering her package was one of the "new sannin".

Ao then entered along side said delivery boy.

the boy was blonde and had blue eyes, the most distinguish part of his face were his whiskers. he wore a black outfit with a jonin flak jacket. on his back was a orange, cylinder gourd that he wore like a backpack. on his hips, were two holsters that held knives, and a bamboo jug.

Mei looked at the blonde 'oh man. I had no idea this guy would be so cute, so handsome, so... HOT!'

the blonde went up to the red haired woman, pulling out a package "here you go mizu-"

"Mei-chan."

"huh?"

"call me Mei-chan."

"ah, well in that case. Naruto."

Mei smiled "what a nice name."

Naruto then put the package on the desk "here's the package."

"thank you, Naruto-kun."

Naruto yawned "well, I am going to take a quick rest and then head off. it was nice meeting you Mei-chan."

as Naruto went for the door, Mei spoke "if you want." Naruto turned around back to the mizukage "you can rest at my place, there we can have some fun." she said the last part in a sultry voice. she then winked.

Naruto smiled at the mizukage "I have a girlfriend."

Mei pouted "phooey."

Naruto was walking.

while walking, he was whistling aimlessly.

it was then, black vines grabbed a hold of Naruto's wrists and Achilles tendons.

"what the?"

it was then Naruto saw a bunch of feathers falling from the sky.

"Naruto."

Naruto then looked up to see 9 giant creatures.

to the the left was Gyūki the Hachibi, Saiken the rokubi, Son Gokū the yonbi, and Matatabi the nibi.

to the right was Chōmei the nanabi, Kokuō the gobi, Isobu the sanbi, and Shukaku the ichibi.

and in the middle was Kurama the kyūbi.

Kurama continued "wake up."

"KAI"

the genjutsu was broken.

Naruto then pulled out his knives.

it was then 2 nins came out brandishing tantōs.

Naruto then noticed their headbands "ARGH! why can't you Iwa nins just leave me alone?"

one of the Iwa nins rushed at getting ready to strike.

Naruto added wind release to his knives to block the attack, Naruto then kicked the Iwa nin away.

the second Iwa nin then rushed at him before hearing "DYNAMIC ENTRY!" he was then kicked into a tree.

It was then a green spandex wearing individual made a pose.

the other Iwa nin was then knocked out by Naruto punching him.

Naruto the turned his attention towards Lee, his 'eternal rival' "I didn't need your help but thank you anyways. by the way why are you here?"

Lee smiled "you're welcome and I was doing a mission in a nearby village, but that's not important, I've come to challenge you to a race."

"you do realize that as your superior, you being a chunin while I'm a jonin, you can't exactly challenge me, right?"

Lee grew a frown.

"but what the hell, I'm bored. let's go."

Lee's smile quickly returned "YOSH!"

the two quickly got into position.

"ready?" Lee asked.

Naruto nodded "set?"

Lee nodded.

"GO!" they both shouted.

and like that they were off.

Sakura was just standing at the front entrance waiting for Lee to return.

"hey billboard head."

she sighed "hey Ino-pig."

Ino appeared next to her best friend "so Sasuke-kun took me on a date yesterday."

Sakura smiled "good for you."

"argh, it's no fun if I can't rub it in." Ino said while pouting.

Sakura, thanks to Kurenai, long got over her Sasuke fan girl phase. she still loved him and was heart broken when he started dating Ino, but she got over it, and she then decided to give Lee a chance.

Sakura then looked at the front entrance and saw 2 clouds of dust coming "aw, Naruto must have been in the area."

she then got into position to see and declare the victor.

then in a flash, Naruto and Lee passed the front entrance.

Lee quickly turned to Sakura "HAS MY YOUTH SURPASSED NARUTO!?" he yelled with stars in his eyes.

Sakura sweat dropped and gave a sorry look "sorry Lee-kun, Naruto won. it's now 34-32."

Lee quickly fell to the ground crying.

Sakura went up to her boyfriend and patted his back "there there Lee-kun, you'll get him next time." she then turned to Naruto and mouthed 'I'll pay you 10 bowls of ramen.' Naruto gave a thumbs up.

"oh well, I must give my report now." Lee then dashed off.

Naruto sighed "I'm glad you gave him a chance Sakura."

Sakura smiled "me too."

"NARU-KUN!"

Naruto smiled and turned to see his girlfriend "HINA-HIME!"

the two then embraced in a hug.

"I missed you Naruto-kun."

"I was only gone for 3 days, MAX."

"3 days too long."

Naruto sighed "I'll make it up to you with a date later, how about that?"

Hinata smiled "deal. anyways I'm going to enjoy some time at the hot springs."

Naruto nodded and then went to go give his report.

Naruto was halfway to the hokage's office before he heard "HEY GAKI!"

she turned to see Anko, Kurenai, and some third girl he didn't know.

"hi Anko-chan."

"Yūgao and I are going drinking much later and Kurenai is too much of a coward. wanna come?"

Kurenai rolled her eyes and started drinking her water bottle.

"sorry I can't and honestly it's probably for the best that Kurenai doesn't drink."

Yūgao raised an eyebrow, along with Kurenai who was still drinking her water "why not?"

"because of that baby developing in her."

Kurenai spat out her drink and soaked Yūgao "wh-what?" she said while blushing.

"you're pregnant, I sense two chakra signatures from you. one is yours and the other is different."

Kurenai stood there silent, before rushing off to confirm her pregnancy.

Anko laughed "oh man, I'd love to see the fallout from that."

Naruto then continued on his way before being stopped by his godfather.

"hey there gaki, how are you doing?"

"I'm doing well pervy-sage."

"well then, it was nice catching up. I'm going to do some important research." Jiraiya said while giving a perverted giggle.

"Not here you won't."

"and why not?"

Naruto smiled and gave off some killer intent "because my girlfriend is at the hot springs and if you dare peep on her for your preverted books, I'll crush every bone in your body."

Jiraiya gulped "understood."

"and that's all, Tsunade-chan."

"thank you and here's your pay." Tsunade said while handing him a envelope.

"thank you Tsunade-chan."

"anyways remember, the day after tomorrow is when you get your genin team, understood?"

Naruto nodded, and left the hokage's office.

once he did, he saw his best friend "hey there Sasuke."

Sasuke, wearing a jonin flak jacket, looked up "hey there Naruto, how was your mission?"

"good up until 2 Iwa nins tried to kill me."

"man that sucks." a third voice said.

Naruto and Sasuke looked up to see Kakashi.

"hey Kakashi-sensei." Naruto said.

"hey Sensei." Sasuke said.

"maaah guys, you don't have to call me sensei anymore, you two, along with Hinata, are my equals now." Kakashi said while being happy for his students.

"can't help it, whenever I say Kakashi, I want to follow it up with sensei." Naruto said while giving his traditional foxy smile.

"whatever." Kakashi said.

"anyways, it was nice seeing you two again but I have to go, I promised Hinata a date."

Kakashi sighed "young love."

"shaddup." Naruto said.

"good luck on your date." Sasuke said

omake: Kurenai's pregnancy.

Asuma was enjoying breakfast along side his father who was visiting him.

Hiruzen took one swig from his coffee "so when can I expect grandchildren?"

Asuma groaned "seriously? this again?"

"yes, cause I'm not getting younger dammit."

before Asuma could retort, the sound of a door slamming open interrupted them.

they both turned to see a very angry Kurenai.

"ASUMA YOU BASTARD!"

"no I assure you I was married to Biwako when he was conceived."

Kurenai then grabbed Asuma by the shirt and pulled out a pregnancy test "do you know what this is?"

Asuma was shaking in fear "a po-positive pregnancy test."

"yes. and do you know why I showed you this?"

Asuma gave a scared smile "cause you're pregnant."

she pulled him closer "you're Kami damned right." she said angerly.

"finally." Hiruzen said.

"YOU'RE NOT HELPING DAD!"

"who said I was?"
