(A/N I know you want this to be longer. I do too. But sometimes a chapter just declares that it is over bc if I continue it, it will become meaningless.
Thank you so much for all your reviews! They make my heart swell!
So, sorry it's so short, but I hope you like it anyway!)
Artemis
"Congratulations, Perseus. You are now in complete control of yourself." She was delighted to see Percy grin back at her.
"It's Percy, and I have an excellent teacher to thank for that."
Artemis felt a small blush creep onto her face at his compliment and recalled her visit with the demigod back in New Rome. Calling up her aura she hid her gold kissed cheeks, much as she had before.
Only this time, his barely repressed smirk informed her that he could now see through that false aura. This, of course, caused her light flush to flame into a golden inferno, which cracked his smirk into a full blown grin.
She looked away and decided to change the subject, fast.
"What do you plan to do now?"
"Well, I need to figure out how to govern my domain." He lost his mischievous smile, but stayed lighthearted, even as he furrowed his brow at the heavy topic. "It's like I can envision this list of people and the oaths they've taken. I know exactly how it's laid out: the names, the oaths, the circumstances, and even whether it's been broken, fractured, invalidated, or intact. But I can't see the actual information on it."
"Well, call it to you."
"What?"
"Call it to you."
"But it doesn't exist. It's only in my mind." She continued to look at him expectantly. "I've only summoned things that are real."
"You're a god, Perseus."
"Percy."
"Make it real."
He glared for a second, but she watched as he collected himself, much as he had before retrying a technique during their training for the past week. He shut his eyes, raised his hand, and snapped.
A scroll appeared in his hand.
He looked at it in surprise, and it disintegrated, leaving a tablet in his hands instead.
He looked at her as if she'd just given him the world and she felt ichor race through her veins again.

Percy
He would never say this aloud, but her blush was so cute. The golden glow that framed the pale skin of her cheeks and throat seemed out of place on the fierce maiden, but that just made the tint that much more attractive.
He watched her eyes dart back and forth as she stared into his own, his only distraction when she bit her lip.
He needed to purge these thoughts. They'd do nothing but cause him, and those around him, pain. Not to mention Artemis could be a valued friend.
All thought left his mind as light consumed his vision and mind. He watched as an image of the moon seated itself in the center of the light, and volleys of arrows arched out from it. Everywhere the arrows touched, death was followed closely by new life. Blossoming, overwhelming life. He could hear the howls of wolves and the calls of owls set against the bubbling of a brook. He could smell the brisk twilight air. All this and more in a tenth of a second.
And then it was gone.
She was gone.
He could feel his own heart racing as heat flooded his being. That was her. Her true form. The one that no mortal could look upon and live. The one that encompassed her sense of self. She'd seen him raw and bare in the same manner countless times over the past five days, but he'd never considered his seeing her.
She was beautiful.
