Note: This takes place after Spice of Life
2:30 AM
As Lincoln was sleeping, he was thrashing around in his bed and sweating profusely. "No. No."
As Lincoln dreamed, an awful scene played out. His family had turned against him and said some horrible things about him.
Dream Lynn Sr. and Rita were looking at Lincoln with incredible disdain. "We never wanted a son!"
"We literally hate you, Lincoln!" screamed Dream Lori.
"Uh... Who's Lincoln?" asked Dream Leni, confused.
Dream Luna was singing. "I HATE! EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!"
Dream Luan was glaring at him. "Looking at you is enough to wipe the smile off my face!"
"I wouldn't even waste a Dutch Oven on you!" scoffed Dream Lynn Jr.
"You're worse than the black plague," commented Dream Lucy.
"We despise you!" declared Dream Laney.
"Blegh!" cried Dream Lola.
"Yeah, what she said!" agreed Dream Lana.
"You're the lowest lifeform of life I can imagine," Dream Lisa said in disdain.
Dream Lily blew a raspberry at him.
Lincoln was yelling at them, "No! No! I love you all!"
Natilee went into his room, concerned, and said, "Lincoln! Lincoln! Wake up!"
Lincoln woke up and screamed. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"It's okay, Lincoln," Natilee reassured him. "You were having a bad nightmare."
"I love you all!" Lincoln shouted.
"It was just a nightmare, Lincoln," Natilee explained. "It's all over. Tell me what happened."
"Natilee, it was horrible!" Lincoln cried.
"Let's go down to the living room, and you can tell me all about it," Natilee suggested.
"Okay," murmured Lincoln, his voice breaking.
They went down to the sofa, and everyone gathered around him.
After 20 minutes, Lincoln had finished telling them about his nightmare and was sobbing uncontrollably. They were horrified. Natilee was comforting him.
"Lincoln, it was just a nightmare," Natilee tried to reassure him. "It's not real."
"Yeah, son, we would never say such horrible things about you," Lynn Sr. added.
"Oh, sweetie, that must've been a horrible nightmare," Rita murmured.
"It was," Natilee confirmed.
"The last time I heard Lincoln scream like that was when Lincoln had a bad dream about The Harvester," J.D. recalled.
"Yeah," Varie agreed.
"Lori, were you all in Lincoln's nightmare?" Jessie K. asked.
"No, we weren't," Lori clarified.
"So Lincoln was the only one affected," Nicole noted.
"That's right, Nicole," Luna replied. "When he had a bad dream like this, it was about The Harvester, and our friends Carrie and Morgan were in it."
"That's strange," Natilee thought. "But Lincoln, your family would never say things like that."
"Yeah, bro," Luna agreed. "It's not in our nature."
"It's true, Lincoln," Lucy assured him. "I may enjoy the darkness, but I would never hurt you."
"I would never do that to you, Lincoln," Laney assured him.
Lana responded, "Me neither, Lincoln."
"I'm sorry you had a bad nightmare, Linky," Lola murmured.
"Me too," Penny added.
"Nightmares can permanently scar an individual for life and have long-term consequences," Lisa explained. "We have to do everything we can to help our brother."
Leni agreed, "That's right. Linky, it was a bad dream, and it's not real."
Most of them gasped.
"What!?" Leni retorted. "There's more in my head than just air, you know!"
"Natilee, how did you know I was having a horrific nightmare?" Lincoln asked.
"I have a special power that lets me be completely one with the dream world, and anytime one of my friends or family is having a really bad nightmare, I just know," Natilee explained.
"This is a power you can DREAM up," joked Luan. "Get it?"
They are all laughing.
J.D. laughs. "That was a good one."
Varie chuckled, "That was funny."
"We have to go back to bed now," Lily replied. "I've got work in the morning."
"Yeah," Lori agreed. "I'm sorry you had a bad dream, Lincoln."
"Will I be all right?" Lincoln wondered.
"It's a bad dream, Lincoln," Linka explained, "it's not real."
"Yeah," Janeen agreed.
"All right," Lincoln replied.
"Let's get you to bed," Natilee suggested.
They went back to sleep, and this time Lincoln had a much better dream.
7:30 AM
As J.D. was preparing pancakes for breakfast, Lincoln showed up.
"Hey, buddy," J.D. greeted. "How did you sleep this time?"
"I had a much better dream than the last one," Lincoln admitted.
J.D. sighed and said, "Well, that's a relief. I'm making pancakes for everyone."
Eddy was with him, making his famous omelets.
"And you haven't lived until you've tried one of my omelets," Eddy added.
Twenty minutes later, they sat down at the table and ate breakfast.
"J.D., these are literally good pancakes," Lori insisted.
"Thank you, Lori," J.D. replied.
"And these omelets are delicious," Luan added. "They really bring some eggcitement!" After that, she laughed. "Get it?"
J.D., Varie, Vince, Aylene, Lincoln, Linka, Lynn Sr., Rita, and Lilly laughed, while everyone else sighed.
Aylene remarked, "That was a good one.
Eddy laughs. "That was funny."
"Thanks, Eddy," Luan replied. "Your omelets are fantastic!"
"Thanks, Luan," Eddy replied.
"Even after having an awful dream," Lincoln told the viewers, "I can always count on my friends, my darling fiancé, and my family to make me feel better."
"You said it, buddy," J.D. agreed.
THE END.
