After the fight with the Hitei last episode Takeru and Satsuki along with Arco and Vita were explaining some things to Akihime.
"So these agents of the darkness have returned and we have got to stop them again" Akihime said
"That is how it goes.~vit. We have to find the other 4 Pretty Cures as well~vit!" Vita said
Takeru looked at Vita "The thing is that we'll never be able to know who is one of us." He said. Satsuki and Akihime nodded
"Well you do have practice in a few minutes." Satsuki reminded her brother
"Well I have to go then!" Takeru said as he immediately ran out knowing exactly how the coach would react to him being late.
As Takeru was on his way to practice Masami was hiding behind a bush and saw Takeru walk by him
"Looks like someone is about to run into my prank." Masami said
As soon as Masami said that, Takeru slipped on a banana peel that Masami had placed on the path. Masami immediately broke out into laughter certain that he wouldn't be caught. However what Masami didn't expect was Takeru to spot him behind the bush
"Hey you! I can hear you laughing over there!" Takeru said clearing referring to Masami and holding the banana peel.
"Oh crud!" Masami said in exclamation as Takeru walked up to him. "There you are! You're just a little kid."
"Little kid! I'm only 11 and the name is Masami!" Masami said irritated and Takeru went off to practice
After practice Takeru went and told Satsuki, Akihime, Arco and Vita about Masami's prank. "So there was this 11 year old boy and he put a banana peel on the path you were walking on. Anything else?" Satsuki said
"He said his name was Masami and that was it." Takeru responded
"Well he clearly thinks he's very humorous" Akihime remarked
Vita was deep in thought however "Humorous~vit? I remember that humor is represented by green on the Heart's Rainbow~vit. He must be the fourth Pretty Cure!~vit"
Meanwhile in the Agent's hideout. Lalakus was talking with Julikus with Sarikus watching with a angry expression on his face.
"Lalakus, Since Sarikus failed his last mission. It's your turn now. Don't be like him." Julikus said. Sarikus preceded to scowl
"Yes Julikus. I'll give those Pretty Cure a fight they'll remember." Lalakus said before teleporting away
Takeru, Satsuki and Akihime were chatting while they were walking to the mall.
"I'm not sure how you got me to come with you." Takeru sighed
"Well we've got to stick together just in case another Hitei appears!" Satsuki said
"That's right~arco!" Arco said with her voice clearly being heard. Vita stuck his head out of the bag and looked at her
"Arco~vit! You can't speak that loud~vit. Everyone can hear you at that volume~vit" Vita told Arco
Meanwhile Masami was walking nearby when he heard Arco. He immediately ran over to them "Hey it's that kid from earlier!I'm certain that I heard those plush toys in your bag talk" Masami said to Takeru
"Oh crud." Akihime muttered clearly Arco had once again broken their cover
Takeru immediately began to hesitate. "What? Talking plush toys! You must be imagining things." Takeru lied and Masami looked at him skeptically. "You sound like my mom when told her I saw a bright light near my home" Masami said
"Ugh. Looks like we'll have to tell him." Satsuki said clearly he lives near the park
After Arco and Vita finished explaining, Masami was chatting with the others
"So you're like superheroes!" Masami said
"You could say that. Only there's four others and we don't know their identities." Takeru said
"Well there is this mysterious hero that's been on the news." Masami said
"What!" Takeru, Satsuki and Akihime said in unison shocked
"Well can you explain what you know about him~vit" Vita said
"Well the hero is a boy in a red outfit and seems to have fire powers" Masami said
Arco and Vita looked at each other and thought about the possibility of this hero being the Warrior of Empathy
What they didn't know was Lalakus was looking for someone to turn into a Hitei nearby. Then she spotted a boy caused his team to lose a soccer match walking angrily home
"I've found the perfect victim. It's showtime!" Lalakus said
"Power of darkness! Blacken this heart with endless despair!" Lalakus called out removing the boy's heart and blackened it.
Black tendrils formed around the boy revealing a Hitei that looked like a soccer ball. "Hitei!" It said
Takeru, Satsuki and Akihime noticed the Hitei and that it seemed to be spreading anger instead of sadness.
"Arco! Vita! Stay here and watch Masami-kun!" Takeru said as they nodded before he and the others went to find a place to transform
"Pretty Cure Rainbow Charge!" Takeru, Satsuki and Akihime called out as they transformed into Cure Bravery, Cure Honesty and Cure Wisdom
"The intense blue light, The warrior of courage, Cure Bravery!" Cure Bravery said
"The gracefully flowing indigo wave, The warrior of sincerity, Cure Honesty!" Cure Honesty said
"The raging thunder of wisdom, The warrior of wisdom, Cure Wisdom!" Cure Wisdom said
The three Pretty Cure went out and fought the Hitei which was shooting soccer balls at him. Then Lalakus began to fight the Pretty Cure.
"Who are you?" Cure Wisdom asked
"The name is Lalakus and I'm gonna be your worst nightmare!" Lalakus said
"Hah! That's not gonna happen! No one underestimates my unbeatable power!" Cure Bravery said
While the Pretty Cure were fighting the Hitei and Lalakus. Masami was still with Arco and Vita
"If these guys spread negative emotions then why am I not affected?" Masami asked
"Knew it~vit." Vita mumbled to himself. "Masami~vit! That means you're the fourth Pretty Cure!" Vita told him
"Really? If I'm really the fourth Pretty Cure then I should be able to fight that monster! I'll bring the cheer back!" Masami said as his left wrist grew warm as green light surrounded it when the green light subsided he was wearing a green bracelet
"Pretty Cure Rainbow Charge!" Masami called out as he transformed into Cure Joke. "The green wind that makes everyone smile, The warrior of humor, Cure Joke!" Cure Joke said
His hair had turned bright green had become longer and wilder. He was wearing a green shirt with a light green stripe going down the middle and white shoulder pads with green accents. There was a green bow on the back on the top. He wore green tights with a green belt with light green bags on each side. He wore green boots and white gloves with green accents. His bracelet was on his left wrist.
"Woah did I just transform?" Cure Joke said to himself and he preceded to join the others
When Cure Joke showed up everyone was shocked. Masami had transformed into a Pretty Cure
"So a half-pint had become a Pretty Cure. I'll get you too!" Lalakus said she charged at him. Cure Joke however dodged and kicked her right to the ground
"I'm not a half-pint! You must be the one causing this!" Cure Joke said
The Hitei threw soccer balls at the Pretty Cure and Cure Bravery simply kicked them towards the Hitei
"Hitei!"It said. Cure Bravery smirked "If you're gonna throw soccer balls at us then I'm gonna kick them away. Game on!" Cure Bravery said in a taunting manner
Cure Joke jumped up and formed a ball in his hands seemingly out of wind. Words came into his mind as soon as it was formed "Pretty Cure Funny Gust!" He called out as he threw the ball of wind at the Hitei which purified it on contact. The boy returned to normal as his heart returned to it's normal color.
A small green shard was dropped by Cure Joke's feet which he picked up. "So we're supposed to find these right?" Cure Joke said
After having defeated the Hitei. Takeru, Satsuki, Akihime and Masami decided to chat with each other alongside Arco and Vita of course
"So we have four Pretty Cure now." Takeru said
"We just need to find three more!" Satsuki said
As the four kids giggled with each other, A boy with short messy dark red hair and brown eyes was watching from behind a tree. "So I'm not the only one" The boy said as he looked at his left wrist which had a red bracelet on it
Meanwhile at Takeru and Satsuki's house. Kenji and Rei were watching a news broadcast about the recent attack
"The people on the scene seem to have no memory of what happened. Now back to Yuna in the station." The news reporter said
"So after twenty years the agents have really returned" Kenji said to Rei
"We need to let the others know" Rei said to him
