Hello once more my ever lovely and my ever loyal peeps!

Here we are, once again with a perquel to the first chapter of the "Until Dawn Arc" and well be seeing a little bit more into Xero's past before we go full throttle into it. But first, i'm going to give a little explanation on Xero's and Gudako's magic, along with how Xero's religion was born. We will also be learning how magic and magecraft itself came to be, along with how the "Magic circuits" came to be.

The origin of magic and while you can decide if it's true or not, this'll be apart of Xero's religion and belief of how magic came to be and his "Goddess of magic". It'll also tell what happened to Miria and the other sliver eyed warriors, why there no longer around anymore or what they built isn't even in recorded history.

There is a good reason for that and it ties into the modern day.

We'll also be learning of HOW Xero learned when and what time Mikasa was kidnapped and why he risked the future, by saving her. Along with Pieck and a few others like Levi and Reiner. Along with some new characters to add onto Xero's merry band of misfits and will gain some new enemies along the way. As, lets be honest, not everyone here in the room won't want to allow Xero and Gudako their freedom.

If not for the fact they believe they are simply to dangerous to be left alone, then

By the end of this, some will believe it's just better to work with Xero to help create a new world, while others will want him either dead or on a preferable thumb. I will also say this, as some people might change as they watch this, Cinder will NOT change, at this point in time, this woman is too far gone and will want his power, regardless if she could wield it or not.

There is no chance for redemption for her, unlike some people.

Now, again this chapter will contain some spoilers for what you will see and see some references to other games, that will be named along the way. Sadly i have, for some reason been gaining a bout of uselessness and feelings of "Oh god, i'm so tried, why do i feel so tired and lazy like" so here's the deal for you all:

I'm cutting this into two parts.

The first one, we see how Xero is holding up and just HOW he knew when and where to save Mikasa and even Pieck before it was too late. Their will be a few references, ones NOT involved within the original Grand Order but that's how it goes, every Chaldea has a different master and different story to tell.

But honestly, trying to stuff everything into one chapter sounds like a massive undertaking and with my current mood swings, i just feel like this be the easier of two options. Plus it's Sunday night and in about two days, Back 4 Blood is coming out and i am DYING to play it.

Along with the next game in the Dark Pictures series:

House Of Ashes!

We shall finally see what kind of monster is down in those ruins and i cannot wait to see what it is. So as always i own nothing.

So please read, review and "What the fuc-BOOM"

Chapter 7: Revelations And Explanations Part 1

"Clam down Xero, you're alright, you're fine."

Xero, inside the secret room that the Curator pointed out to him that would allow him to strip out of his armor and put on some more causal clothing, breathed in and out looking at himself in the mirror, after splashing his face with water The room itself was large in size, covered in red velvet rugs, with dark blue wall paper and a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. There was no bed but on the sidewall, was a massive dresser in the center of the room, brown in color that was filled with clothes that Xero would need, in order to complete his trails. On the left side, was a marble faucet with a large mirror.

It was the same room he always used, before he departed for one of his trails.

Looking at himself, he couldn't help but laugh bitterly,"What the hell are you doing Xero? You agreed to this, you can't back out now, this has been a long time coming anyway. So, why the hell do i feel so anxious, why am i so nervous?"

Because he was going to have his past revealed to the world?

Because he was going to be forced to watch ever past mistake he ever made and then some?

Because he was allowing this to happen, when just a couple of words could stop BB from doing this or trying ever again?

Because, despite all he done, all his experience and training wasn't able to stamp out the fact he was still a human being, despite what some people thought? Because he felt like his stomach was filling with a million tiny knots, just like the first time, when Roman told him the world ended and it was confirmed?

"Goddess, what is wrong with you? You knew this was coming, so why are you so nervous?"

Because try as he might, he was still human and like all humans, they get nervous about shit like this. Nothing and no one could have prepared him for this, no matter what he did. Logically and strategically, this was the best course of action. What happens in the dark, comes to light.

Always.

"You alright?"

Strong arms wrapped around his midsection, as a chin planted itself on his shoulder, making Xero sigh again but this time in relief. He felt his anxiety flee like foxes being chased by dogs. Looking over his shoulder, he saw one of his first husband's, Arthur Pendragon. One of his first, since he technically became his consort, when he accepted Artoria's proposal on his birthday.

"I'd say i am but then i'd be a lair. I'm a lot of things Arthur but-"

"A lair isn't one of them."

The blonde finished, as he squeezed his husband's hands for confront,"This will change things, everything will change ya know. Are you ready for that?"

"I don't know but like i told everyone else, this is the best course of action."

"Logically yes but i'm not asking about if this was the best course of action. I'm asking how YOU are and if YOU are alright?"

The blonde said, a bit sternly then his normally smiling persona. His hand wondered his master's body, as he felt the muscles coiling under the skin,"You're muscles are so tight, all but full of knots. You're body is acting like it's a spring, ready to go off at a moments notice, you need to relax my queen."

"Easier said then done."

Xero said, sagging a bit into the blonde king's arms. He was wearing nothing more then a simple black t-shirt with the "Rick And Morty" logo of the two stars of the show on it, with a portal behind them. He had one a pair of blue jeans with a simple black belt and a pair of black slip on shoes. Arthur hummed and ran a hand through Xero's unbraid hair, letting the wild nest that was his hair lay limp on his back.

"You know we're with you."

"And you know everyone's going to see everything right?"

"I do."

Arthur paused and looked down at the young man in his arms, looking like he aged twenty years,"But that's not what's bothering you, is it?"

"No."

Xero breathed out a shaky breath, as he leaned into his king's embrace,"It's the fact i'm going to watch a lot of my friends die all over again with me watching and knowing i could have done better...i should have done better. Hindsight is 20/20 and it's a complete and utter bitch."

"We all make mistakes my queen. You we're just a child and even as you grew, it didn't change the fact you we're well in over you're head. No one can blame you for it."

"Yeah, that may be true. But let's be honest here, not everyone's mistakes result in the deaths of hundreds, if not thousands even and complete destruction of entire worlds, now do they? Ah hell, who am i kidding, my body count is probably in the millions."

"Maybe but you were able to save you- OUR world, regardless of all the things you screwed up or had to do. You're only human my queen, stop beating yourself up for being what you are, it's okay to be human ya know. As a human, you had to make choices that someone you're age should have never been forced to make and in doing so, saved our world. The ones you...destroyed, you known they wouldn't have lasted more then fifty years, maybe less. As cruel as it sounds, it was for all intents and purposes, a mercy killing. Destroying them and being done with it, rather then giving them false hope, knowing full well that hope wouldn't amount to anything. It's was either a quick and painless death or a slow, dreadful one instead."

"That's not what i'm talking about and you know it."

Xero said sharply, making Arthur wince. Oh, right how could he forget him? The one that made his master/queen doubt himself more then anything or anyone, the one that made him question everything he'd done up until that point.

Avenger Xero was one of the most dangerous foes they had ever faced and one of the most powerful too boot. Armed with the power of an Avenger, his unique Noble Phantasm and even the Mazoku Grimoire, he'd been all been a juggernaut, an unstoppable force of nature. The Avenger had taken a page out of Emyia's book and tried to kill his younger self, in order to prevent a tragedy that would destroy not only his life but the lives of many more. It was this tragedy, his look into the future that could have been, SHOULD have been had Solomon not made it so his Servants we're contracted to him, not Chaldea. It was the events that lead to the creation of Avenger Xero that caused present Xero to allow BB and the Curator to show the world his past.

To prevent catastrophic

The stress of the Grand Order, fixing the Singularities, destroying entire worlds within the form of Lost Belt and losing not only friends along the way but losing all his Servants along the way had left Avenger Xero's mind very fragile. The death of his wife and their children had simply been the straw on the camel's back. With the war breaking out, he was more then ready to just fucking kill everything in his path.

The war he feared that would break out between the Magus and normal people had indeed happen and by the end of it all, nobody won. Earth was damaged beyond repair and the human race was on the brink of extinction, ready to collapse.

A true pyrrhic victory.

By that point, Avenger Xero believed humanity was better off staying dead if THAT was to be their future, then why delay the inevitable? And if that saved him from feeling all the pain he felt during the Grand Order and Lost Belt, well that would be a bonus, wouldn't it?

And that wasn't even mentioning The Dead War and the Six Dark Purveyors.

The world couldn't be so badly destroyed to the point where humanity would collapse, not because of one man. But it could however, be destroyed by the fools, who wished him and his remaining allies dead. In their arrogance and desperation to win against him, to prove themselves superior to the Magus, those damned fools just had to summon the most deadly, intelligent, regenerative and elite zombies fighters he's ever had to face in battle against. To make it worse, they had the skills and magical power equivalent to Arch-Magus with their undead thralls too boot.

Not good and very, very difficult to defeat, let alone kill and make sure they stay dead.

It was only the promise to change their future and nearly dying at his hands, did his Avenger counterpart simply asked his younger one to "End the pain. Please, for the love of the goddess and all things holy, good or even demonic, DON'T let this happen to us. Promise me."

He always kept his promises.

Always.

His Avenger self knew that and thus made the present Xero promise him and he did. He promised the Avenger he would prevent their dark future. He knew that it would not change HIS future, but Xero, even when he was consumed by his own hate and pain, liked helping people for the sake of helping them. So, while his Avenger self couldn't change his own future, he could prevent the younger ones dark future from ever coming true.

And he did.

After present Xero swore, Avenger Xero started fading away. A sign that he had either, ran out of mana or the younger Xero did or said something that altered the timeline, to the point his Avenger self would never come about.

At least in his present timeline that is.

At the time, the younger Xero could only hope it was one of the two, as the third option, was that something FAR WORSE would happen, if he was wrong. He prayed to the goddess it was the second but Xero decide to just keep going as he had. The future had already changed, as he kept his Servants this time and found his father, unlike his Avenger self.

He hoped that was a sign of good things to come. But after all this, Xero honest to goddess, didn't know what was right or wrong anymore. Therefore, he allowed both logic and his heart decide for him.

While he did what his heart commanded more then once, Xero liked to think he is a man of logic and could be reasonable. He knew logically, even if the world publicly accept him and hopefully the rest of Magus kind, he wasn't foolish or naive to believe EVERYONE would accept them. No matter what he did, their would always be people who will seek their power and will do anything to take it, even if it was futile and they knew it.

That was of course, not counting other Magus who would come. None of them would be foolish enough to go for him but Gudako? She was the weaker link between the two and if the Magus felt confident enough(Or arrogant enough) then they'd try it.

But it ultimately didn't matter if the world decide it was better off without the Magus.

There were just simply too many variables to considered all at once and with the death of his friends, wife and children it was little wonder why Avenger Xero was pushed over the edge, into the depths of insanity. Cause his Avenger self was clearly was more insane then he was now, cause the world decide it would be safe to wipe out anyone that was a Magus or at the very least, allied to them.

No matter who it was.

Man, female, adult, teen, kid, baby, smart, retarded, poor, middle class, rich, straight, transgender, gay, lesbian, bi, black, white, hispanic nobody was safe. Everyone was killed that dared try and help the Magus. At some point in the future, Avenger Xero lost all hope and reason to live, so he decide with the power given to him by Gaia and Alaya to prevent this dark future...by ensuring it never happened.

If there was no future, if he didn't save the world from Solomon and eventually the Lostbelt's, then he wouldn't have to suffer. Simple but very twisted logic for a man broken beyond all repair. Ironically, broken by the very world he tried to save.

However, if the present Xero could find someway to overcome his Avenger self, to find a way to prevent the dark future rather then kill him, his Avenger self would give him the knowledge to change the course of history, to prevent their dark future.

Just like how Emyia went back in time, to kill his younger self, only for his younger self to convince him he COULD change their fate.

It was how Xero knew when and where Mikasa would be taken by her kidnappers. While he was seconds too late to save her parents, he could at the very least, save their daughter from the hell that would have broken her. The same could be said of Pieck's village, as he tried to find them, to warn them of the Ten Ring's coming for them but he was too slow.

"It seems i'm always simply too slow."

He smiled bitterly at that thought. In a lot of ways, he understood how Peter, the Quick Sliver one that is, felt at times. He was one of the fastest people on the planet and yet, he always seemed too be to slow when it counted the most. Much like his own devil's luck, it has it's draw backs. Luck was like a double edge sword and even armed with knowledge from the future, it makes little difference if you can't act on it properly or worse, something changes.

Hence, there was the massive problem with knowledge from the future.

It didn't even have to be a big change, just a tiny, minuscule thing to be out of place and it would change everything in a heart beat. All that useful knowledge goes right out the window, leaving him blind without realizing it, till it was far too late.

That was the danger of foresight.

"Well, at the very least, i was able to save some of my-AVENGER Xero's friends."

In making sure his younger self knew, when and where, the future Xero dumped all of his history into his present self's head. Much like how a master can see into a Servant's past, he made a temporary contract and basically force feed the younger one his history. But in doing so, he was able to change and shift some events to suit both, his needs and change them for the better.

Was it manipulative?

Yes.

Was it self-severing?

Absolutely.

Was it right?

Who can say. Things happen for a reason and while Xero could find no reason(A good one that is) for Mikasa, Pieck and even Levi to suffer, why shouldn't he change it? True, he wasn't able to save Levi's entire team and even then, him being there, down in the ruins with them was by pure dumb luck.

In the end, he was unable to save Guther, Eldo, Oluo and even Bertholdt, Levi did not blame him. It was something Xero carried with him, along with all the others he was unable to save but he didn't let there deaths weight him down. After all, Levi's entire squad was suppose to die that day and he was able to prevent that. The fact remaind was this: He couldn't save everyone.

But he damn well could save as many as he could.

"You known Mikasa and Pieck love you right?"

Xero went still in Arthur's arms as he was brought out of his thoughts at the sudden question, making him tense again, as he peered at the blonde man. Even though he wondered why the blonde suddenly changed the subject, but was grateful for it"I'm aware blondie, i'm not THAT oblivious yeah know. Comes with both, being one of the smartest men on the planet and the fact i have a harem of both men and women. That tends to teach you a thing or two, you should know, you're one of them so that must mean i'm doing something right. Don't know what, but clearly it's something."

"So...what are you going to do?"

"I honestly don't know, you all made the first move and even then, you all had years to decide if you wanted to be more then just master and Servant with me. Even then, i know i'm not exactly the picture of sanity or remotely normal in any shape or form, even before the Grand Order. Being with me...it'll make them targets and i don't want them getting into something that they'll regret later on in life."

"To be fair my queen, Mikasa is already a target. If not for her bloodline then it'll be her newly acquire magic and that's not even mentioning the enemies she made during her time as a SHEILD agent. Plus, lets be honest, a blind guy and moron can see that girl wants you. Badly. She's an Ackerman and you known what happens when they "Imprint" on someone, they don't let go. Ever."

"Goddess, you're making her sound worse then Kiyohime."

Ow, that was a bit below the belt but it was kinda true. Arthur feared that if this wasn't addressed soon, Mikasa will become another Kiyohime or Mordred, his Mordred. Not the one his queen summoned of course, but the one in his own timeline. Unlike the Mordred they had with them, his Mordred become obsessed with him, to a far worse degree then Kiyohime and he destroyed everything he built, out of sheer spite when Arthur rejected him. He tried to let the boy down gently but Arthur's Morgan had severe fucked the boy up mentally.

It didn't help that Mikasa or at least, one version of her was Avenger Xero's wife. The one that was died, protecting their children, their daughters, the quadruplets from the Witch Hunters. The difference between Xero's Mikasa and his Avenger's one?

Avenger's Mikasa never unlocked the hidden potential within her bloodline and was thus, doomed. It was pure luck the present Xero's Mikasa was able to unlock her's at a young age, allowing her to reach a completely different level of power that her future self could never hope to achieve. The young Xero wasn't a fool, he knew he basically held Mikasa's heart and she was putty in his hand but he didn't want to put her in danger, the same way his Avenger self did.

Intentionally or not.

Arthur knew that and no matter what he or anyone did for that matter, Mikasa would never stop loving his master/husband. He knew Xero only wanted to save Mikasa from her horrible fate and make sure she was strong enough to fight off, whoever else came for her and live her life as she saw fit. To make her own destiny, not so she could spend so many years looking for him instead, all but throwing away any semblance of a normal life away.

Though, many of his friends joked that was the start of their master's hero career by saving Mikasa from her horrible fate. While that was arguable, no one could argue that it was his queen, who had molded Mikasa into the woman she is today, setting her on this path when he saved her life. Without him, she'd either be some worn out whore in a high class brothel or worse, dead in a ditch somewhere.

Forgotten by a cruel but beautiful world.

Even if the woman became like Kiyohime, that was a fate better then what could have, what SHOULD have been. Avenger Xero had saved the future Mikasa when she was sixteen and afterword, she never left his side.

He already changed the future by keeping his Servants and saving Mikasa before her dark future could come true. Arthur just hoped that was a sign that things will get better. His master/husband and Gudako had more then earned their rest and reward for saving the world at least three times.

Four if you count preventing the Umbral Star fragment from reaching Earth sooner then the rest of it. His master didn't, cause he only destroyed a PART of it, thus did not defeat it.

Yet.

"I don't know about that but i do know a head over heels in love girl, when i see one kiddo."

Looking up from his husband's embrace, Xero saw his father leaning on the doorway, as he tried to put a brave face on for his son. The sight before him didn't reallys surprise him as he, Tony Stark the man of tomorrow and ever supportive father, did not care for same sex relationships, let alone marriages. He was surprised to hear that his son had, not only married many of his female Servants, even more so when some of them asked him for permission like this was some kind of old timey period era that nearly made him bust a lung laughing, but married a couple of the males as well.

Again, even then Tony did not care and gave them his blessing and had done everything he could to ensure his son knew, Tony was on his side and would love him no matter what, even if he told Tony he was marrying the devil. Though, it did throw him for a loop when he learned that some of his son's wives were in fact demons or as they call themselves, Oni's.

The Japanese term for demon but that did little to change his mind and he even congratulated his son for seducing a demon of all things.

But now wasn't the time and Tony needed to address the elephant in the room,"You okay kid and don't give me the 'i'm fine'. I'm asking you, as you're father, are you really, TRULY okay? Cause it sure as hell don't look like it kiddo, you known you can relay on you're handsome old man, right?"

Tony said, half joking and half serious, trying not to sound too imposing or demanding. Pushing his son for answers would get him no where, as he had been living with him for nearly two years now and Pepper had beaten it into his head to let his kids set the pace. Both he and Gudako were entitled to their secrets and if they wanted him to known them, they would tell him within due time.

Even if it drove him up a wall, Tony had to summon his non-exist patience and wait.

Xero said nothing, even as the little white fur ball known as "Fou" Fou'd as he crawled up his hair like a ladder and laid on the teen's head. Fou padded his paws against his forehead, making the master chuckle.

"Yeah, i'm fine Fou. Just got a lot on my mind, thinking of how this'll end and what now."

He spoke, as he rubbed Fou's head, with his index finger.

"And how do you see this ending?"

Arthur asked, as Xero sighed and tilted his head upward, not enough to knock Fou off but enough to look at the ceiling,"Well, for one i'm going to have to cancel my plans to go to space."

"That's a given."

Tony said, more then happy to see his son would be staying on his planet, rather then go chasing ghosts, in fucking space no less. A place where he couldn't help, let alone keep his son safe.

At least on Earth, he have the rest of the Avengers and his father to back him up, along with SHEILD.

"And those two aren't getting apart of the harem, unless i approve of them dear husband of mine."

Spoke a sharp voice, laced with a smoking hot French accent and smelled of fire.

Xero didn't even have time to think, before another pair of arms, ones much slimer then Arthur's and the owner's skin looked like they'd been kissed by the moon itself. The master didn't even have to see the owner, already knowing who it was, while his head was forced to turn and-

Chu.

A pair of plump, soft lips kissed his own, as slim arms coiled around him like a snake, while Jalter's tongue poked his lower lip, demanding entrance. It didn't stop there, as she boldly pressed her sinfully sinfully beautiful body onto his, pressing her large breasts into his back. To call Jalter possessive and affection staved, would be like saying the sky is blue. The Avenger is, in her own words:

"I'M the Alpha Bitch of this harem. If any other slut wants in, they've got to get past ME first."

So yeah, one can image she was none to happy, when Berserker Morgan "Staked" her claim on him. The Avenger and Berserker almost came to blows and it was only because Artoria Alter didn't like this new Morgan, did the Jalter relent. Anything the dark Saber disliked, good chance the Avenger would like.

Just out of spite, if nothing else. Even if they were "friends" in their own way, Jalter was spiteful like that.

He honestly found the entire thing funny:

Jeanne had been the first to win his heart, then Artoria Saber had been the first to take his hand in marriage and finally Jalter had been the first to take his virginity.

It was something out of the blue, shortly after Artoria had proposed to him and all the other Servants started doing the same, having already decide to share their master, as they knew he wouldn't date(Or marry) one Servant if he knew it would break the hearts of all the others as a result.

And in all fairness, that's exactly what he would have done that.

But it was only later, after Jalter had tried to fuck him into a coma, did he learn of a certain detail. Mainly, who was going to be at the top of the "pecking order". It was made to ensure some of his lovely wives, such as Kiyohime and, shockingly enough Brynhildr of all people, from causing too much trouble and to make sure there was no infighting. While his newly summoned Jeanne's, the Archer one did an amazing job of keeping order, Jalter is the proud owner of the title, Alpha Bitch.

Her Berserker self had to be pulled aside, in order to better explain the situation and to the annoyance of many, decide she wanted to get in on this. After all, if he made the Avenger self fall for him, then the Berserker would be sure to follow, as they're both the same person at their core.

Many would call Jalter nothing more then a control freak and a bitch of the highest order, to pretty much everyone and everything that was unfortunate enough to cross the her path. But Xero's been around the Avenger long enough to known the truth:

Jalter is a woman, who's entire life has had her screwed over from the very beginning of her existence and she's been screwed over at ever possible turn since then. True be told, she is desperate to keep her loved one safe. As an Avenger, hell as an Alter Servant in general, she was basically bile and hate given form but to Xero, she was just lost.

Someone who was filled with hate but didn't know what to do with that anger. It took him a while to break through Jalter's harsh and edgy exterior, to see the young woman that simply wanted to be loved and cherished, accepting her.

Flaws and all.

When Jalter realized her master, her husband was willing to do that, she latched onto him and did not plan to let go anytime soon.

...Or ever, if she had it her way.

"You did this to me my master, you made me love you. I warned you not to associate with a wicked witch like me, but you didn't listen. I do hope you realize this is you're own fault and you are ready for the consequences of that, cause you are NEVER leaving me. Ever my love. I don't care how many other whores you take, so long as you remember me and come back to me. You won't ever forgot me, RIGHT darling?"

"I won't."

Xero remember saying to Jalter's borderline yandere behavior, her laughter shortly afterword sounded like a mix between her normally cruel laughter and a deranged psycho's laugh. At times, he wonder if the stress was worth it but seeing the platinum blonde woman laugh a real, genuine happy laughter and give him a smile, reminded him she was worth it.

And not one of her sadistic smiles that gives her enemies nightmare, but one belonging to a beautiful girl like her. Under everything that made Jalter her, the simple fact was this:

She just wanted to be loved and cherished. For someone to hold her, not as a weapon but a lover, someone that didn't think her existence was some twisted mistake or something to be destroyed at a moments notice.

For a being that was created out of hellfire and darkness, love was like a drug to the Avenger.

Her master, her husband, was Jalter's drug and one, she had no intention of quitting.

~Smack~

Jalter made a show of smacking her lips devilishly, smirking as she licked the saliva off her plump lips, after five minutes of her tongue wrestling with his, trying to take everything he was worth with that one, loving kiss.

A sign of pure possessiveness from a very possessive and very dangerous woman.

"I do love doing that."

The woman grinned, at seeing her husband/master title slightly before regaining his footing, showing he was effected by her kiss. Smirking, Jalter leaned in and licked Xero's cheek, before sliding down to his uncovered neck, sucking on it with the intention to leave a hickey.

"Goddess, what's gotten ~Moan, into you dear?"

The master tried to question, while wandering hands were brushing through the Avenger's long platinum blonde hair, trying and failing to hold back the moan that slipped his lips. Arthur said nothing, as Fou had jumped ship and was sitting on the blonde's shoulder, watching the indecent act before them, while Tony wondered if he should leave or not. This wasn't the first time he had accidently walked in on his son's "actives" with one of his many lovers and it never stopped being awkward as hell as it was the first time.

Many of the other Avengers did the same from time to time and all agreed silently to just leave the lovers be.

On the other hand however, Tony cheered his son on, for scoring such hot babes and even handsome men too boot. The Stark didn't judge, as he had done a lot of his own regrettable and shitty things, so it's not like he could judge.

Ultimately, he decide to just endure the sight, knowing he really shouldn't be watching but wanted to make sure with all certainty, that this is what his son's play was. Having you're life broadcasted, like it was some kind of movie, even if it was only turning points in his life, was a difficult choice to make. He may say it's fine but Tony was aware of how quickly those kinds of thoughts could change, once it actually started.

Thankfully, it seemed Jalter was finished as she let go of his neck with a trail of saliva between her lips and his neck.

"Just making sure everyone knows, who you belong too. Don't want any of those bitches from Remnant getting any ideas, now do we?"

"You know i wouldn't-"

"I known but you're stupidly attractive and with that damn Goddess of whores-"

"LOVE Jalter, love. Not whores."

Jalter rolled her eyes,"Love, whores, that Kama is a bitch either way."

"Maybe in her younger form but she isn't all that bad."

"Tch, of course you'd say that. Even if she is nothing but a bratty bitch."

The Avenger rolled her eyes, as she spoke,"MY point is, you would probably screw half the planet if you let them and i DON'T need even more bitches trying to get you're dick. I've already got to deal with that stoic bitch and the lazy one plus that dragoness too, i don't need more competition. I already have to deal with that dreadful woman, her Lancer self and even that damn saint too. It's you're own fault for being some damn irresistible, i'm just marking my territory. I wouldn't need too, if you stopped be so damn attractive and appealing to everyone."

This time, it was Xero who rolled his eyes at Jalter. Not only because she insulted him on something he wasn't able to help(Really, even he had no idea why so he attracted so many people) but she was also insulting her "Best friend". Said best friend being Artoria Saber Alter, her Lancer self and of course the original Jeanne. But that wasn't important at the moment, as the master was now stuck between his two lovely Servants, Fou had left with his father, leaving the three alone.

Which was probably a good thing, as Jalter resumed her attack on his neck, making him blush at feeling her hot tongue trailing up his neck,"What are you doing? What do you, moan, hope to accomplish by doi-moan, this?"

"Planning to make you answer me honestly and without some runaround bull you'd pull on me."

The woman growled into his neck, as Arthur decide he didn't want to be left out and started sucking on the other side of his neck, hands wondering dangerously close to his lower regions.

"T-the fuck you talking, grr...moan."

"I'm talking about you and what kind of fucking shit you're thinking of and trying to pull off. I don't think you understand what you're doing darling, so let me spell it out for you."

Once again, Jalter forceful(But gently) made Xero look into her unnatural but beautiful golden eyes and sharp, toothy grin,"YOU are my master, my husband, my love. I do NOT care what those fuck nut think. But if they try to take you away from me, for whatever dumb, stupid, shitty reasons they have, they die. Simply as that and i'm not the only one who feels this way. I'm telling you this right now, if you die because the world is afraid of you, me and everyone else WILL burn it down. Out of spite, if nothing else and so, i am forced to ask this again: What in the fuck are you thinking, allowing that shitty AI to reveal you're past to the world, you're basically begging them to come for you. Or are you doing it, so i can burn and kill to my heart's content? If so, then i have to thank my dear loving husband for such a great gift."

"N-now hang on a second, that's not it at all!"

Xero got out quickly, feeling a bit fearful as he knew his Servants would do that.

As much as he loved his wives, husbands and Servants in general he wasn't blind. It was at times like this, he began to realize WHY Servants only appear and quickly vanish after a Holy Grail War. It wasn't a well known fact, not even to Magus themselves as Servants only have a chance to exist in the modern world for, at best a couple of weeks and three days at worst.

Sometimes, barely a day before they're killed off and even then, most Magus treat Servants as tools.

The fact Xero(And Gudako) didn't do that and in fact treated his Servants as friends is what caused many to swear their loyalty towards the two masters. But to make them stronger, to reach the true pinnacle of their power/ablities Xero and Gudako had to deepen their bonds with their Servants. To reach the highest bond level they had to bond with them all on a deep mentally, emotionally and physically to reach their true power and thus making the heroic spirits become very protective of their masters.

Reaching the deepest bond level with them, had only cemented the love their Servants had for them.

Heroic spirits aren't normal people, despite how they act. Servants can be unhinged, protective and did not see things in a human way and are more then willingly to resort to inhuman actions if they feel it is necessary. Even the more laidback, logical, cheery, happy ones like Mash, Arjuna, Medusa(All three versions, yes that includes you Gorgon, don't deny it) Sanson, Jaguar Man, D'eon, Astolfo, Maria and hell even Martha would go ballistic if he or Gudako were betrayed and killed by those they tried to save.

He was even willingly to be Berserker Morgan would be at the front of that, seeing as she experienced the pain of being betrayed by those she sought to save. Along with many more.

"..."

Xero's furrowed his brows, now that he thought about it, a lot of his friends were betrayed by the very people they swore to protect. Was that some sort of thread or theme for heroes, to be used and betrayed by the ones they protect?

"Is that simply our fate, my fate? To be betrayed, simple because we're too powerful to be controlled? Is that-"

"Quite spacing out darling, it's pissing me off or do you want me to burn you?"

Blinking Xero realized he did indeed, space out on the Avenger and Saber. So much, he didn't realize that Jalter had her hands feeling up his chest, his scars mostly in her own loving way, while Arthur had ended up behind him, sliding his hands to hold him up by his holding his lower back.

"You thinking about the future again?"

Arthur asked, making Xero sigh again. Was he that obvious?

"You know, we could help if you tell us."

The Avenger said, an uncharacteristic look of concern on her face,"I will find out dear husband of mine, so you can make this easier on everyone involved and just tell me, rather then trying to avoid telling us. So, what is wrong?"

"At the moment, i just realized how ever hero is history and even some villains, seemed to always get screwed over, if not by their enemies then but the people they swore to protect. I'm just wondering if it's simply because we become too powerful, that people fear us or it's just plain bad luck for people like us."

"You mean become too powerful too be controlled."

Arthur said, laying his chin on his husband's shoulder, as the black haired teen sighed, nodding,"Basically. Even without you guys, i'm more then capable of destroying them on my own, now that i've gained this level of skill and power. Magus or otherwise but they won't believe me, even if it is true. They'd claim i could have easily killed Taskmaster and to be fair, if it had been anyone else, there's a good chance i could have easily overpowered him."

"But it wasn't just anyone else, bastards like him always have some sort of trick or two up his sleeve."

Jalter frowned, knowing her master could have done so easily. But there was no telling what trick the man would have pulled and quite possible, gotten SOMETHING from Xero himself. His blood, mana, fuck maybe even the family crest itself.

There were just too many unknowns and goddess only knows, who he was working for. Her husband tended to step on a lot of toes and while he killed many of them, quite a few others could feel threaten by him and would want him dead or worse, be treated like some kind of lab rat. Just something to dissect and be dispose of.

"Like i'd let that happen."

The Avenger thought darkly, grinning sadistically at the images of her brutally killing faceless people in her mind. Oh she knew they would come, the fools would always come to slay the so called "Heathen" to put an end to his "Evil ways". She had no doubt there would be others from the new world and Jalter had to wonder, would this aura thing of theirs be enough to let her take her angry out on them?

Would it be enough to make those fools die a slow and painful death, for daring to even THINK about harming what was her's?

"I know that look and whatever it is, don't."

Her dear, ever loving master said, cutting her from her wonderful day dream and she looked back at him with a blood thirsty grin,"I have no idea what you mean, my master."

"Bull."

Wasn't there one of those bull Faunus in the viewing room? Jalter had have a mind to make a snarky pun but held herself, chuckling.

"He's corrupted me."

Not that it was a bad thing but SHE was the Altered Servant her, the literally anti-saint, she was the one that was supposed to do the corrupting. Deciding to do what she originally came in her for, Jalter grinned as her hands wandering towards her prize that was just below Xero's waist.

"Oi, what are you doing?"

Jalter just grinned like a hungry shark, leaning in towards his ear and whispering,"Marking what's mine.~ Arthur help me with this."

Seeing the blonde and platinum blonde kneel down before him, made the master realize he wouldn't be back in the room for a while. Along with the dangerous of raising a Servant to max bond level.

Done.

First part done!

Okay, so that last part will be explored more during the next chapter and the truth behind Xero's clan past, why the Warriors just vanished and how his religion came to be. But for all you loyal readers, i'll give you a hint to how it came to be.

"The first Magus was a woman called Ymir, while it's unclear if that was her true name or a title, there was no denying she was powerful. So powerful, she got the title, The Giant Ymir."

Till next time!

Devil out.
