"Today's the day..." Ben said to himself, "The entrance exam is today, if I fail this I risk going to jail. I can't fail this"
Ben was waiting for the bus, he was unaware of the people giving him concerned looks as he was muttering. He looked up and realised that people heard his not so internal, internal monologue.
"Sorry, pre-exam nerves" Ben said hurriedly, he saw the bus turn the corner and stop, he jumped in the bus and threw money at the bus driver.
"Tennyson-san?" A voice asked. Ben turned to see a green haired boy wearing a mint green track suit.
"Oh hey Midoriya!" Ben greeted. "Lemme guess you also have pre-exam jitters?
"How did you know?" Midoriya asked surprised.
"Your shaking like crazy" Ben replied, "don't worry man, we've been training for 9 months together under one of the greatest heroes in this world."
"There you go again" Midoriya sighed.
"What do mean 'there I go again?'" Ben asked.
"You keep saying things like 'this world' like you aren't even from this planet" Midoriya replied. Ben started panicking slightly.
"Well, you see..." Ben started before he was interrupted by another voice.
"Ben is that you?" A familiar voice, Ben turned to see familiar blonde girl.
"Oh hey Pony,"
"Don't wanna intrude, but Tennyson-san who is she?" Midoriya asked.
"Pony, Midoriya, Midoriya, Pony, there now that everyone is caught up." Ben said.
"That really didn't" Midoriya added under his breath.
"Anyways, enough of that, let's move onto a new topic. What do you think the exams are gonna be like?" Ben said quickly and soon the three were discussing what the exams were gonna be like for the entire bus ride.
"Well here it is..." Ben started
"UA High School" Midoriya continued
"It's bigger than I thought" Pony said.
"OUT OF MY WAY DEKU!" A voice yelled,
"Kacchan?" Midoriya said surprise before being shoved out of the way. Ben and Pony helped Midoriya up, Ben looked up to see a kid storming towards the entrance of the school.
"Was that a friend of yours?" Ben asked.
"I really don't know what to think of him nowadays, he used to be my friend but ever since his Quirk appeared he ended up bullying me." Midoriya replied.
"That's rough buddy, I'll see you inside" Ben said before walking off to the entrance.
"Hey Ben! Wait for me!" Pony called out before running after him, leaving Midoriya by himself before he realised he still had to do the entrance exam.
"Hey wait up!" He called out before running after them, tripping and well you probably know what happens next if you watched the series.
After the written exam and a brief explanation of what the practical portion of the entrance exam was going to be (I am not gonna write that, besides you probably know how it goes, if you don't I suggest you turn around and watch the the first few episodes of MHA or read the manga before continuing any further.) Ben was standing in a line waiting for the start of the practical portion to begin.
"Well this is gonna be easy, they're robots. Just gotta go Upgrade or JurryRig and I'm set." Ben said to himself calmly.
"3... 2... 1... Begin!" Present Mic announced. Ben started running before realising he hadn't transformed yet. He curse silently before pressing down on the face plate, in a burst of green light Ben was replaced by a large figure. His body was made up of bluish green crystals. His forearms though, were covered in a rocky armour with small crystalline spikes protruding from the knuckles. He wore a black and white jumpsuit with a green V shape on the front of the jumpsuit, where the lines met was where the Omnitrix was located. On his back were large 4 large spikes.
"Diamondhead? Hey Omnitrix isn't this a little overkill? I mean it's just a bunch of robots." Diamondhead said as he looked at the badge on his chest. "Well I really shouldn't say overkill, if I went JurryRig I probably would've created a a mech suit out of a generator"

Diamondhead's entire body is made up of near indestructible crystal which can only shatter under extreme force, Diamondhead is able manipulate his crystals as well as fire them of and create crystalline constructs, the perfect balance of Defence and Offence

Diamondhead started running around the cityscape firing crystalline spikes at 1 and 2 pointers. He hadn't come across any 3 pointers yet mainly due to everyone's favourite Dynamite Stick with Anger issues having already blown half their numbers into smithereens. Despite this Diamondhead was able to rack up point's quickly.
"Hey Pony how's the exam going for you?" Diamondhead yelled when he saw his friend firing off several horns to take out multiple robots at once.
"Ben is that you?" She said as she turned around, "I forgot that you said your transforms were drastically different from each other"
"Well I see you're busy so I'll leave you to that" Diamondhead said before running off to continue the fight. As he continued to run he heard a scream, Was that from one of the 0 pointers? Diamondhead ran towards the source of the screams to investigate before stopping in his tracks.
"What the hell?!" He yelled, he saw robot larger than most of the buildings in the area. The 0 pointer stood on giant treats like a tank, and was pushing through the buildings with large armoured hands.
"Those are the 0 pointers? What the hell is this schools budget?" Diamondhead said to himself. He looked around to see the others running from the area. "Well looks like I need to delay the thing as much as possible so the others can escape.
He ran towards the robot, and plunged his fists into the ground, large crystalline spikes grew from the ground and started form a circular barrier around the robot.
"That should slow it down for a while" He said proudly, he turned his back but then he heard a large crash and the sound of shattering crystals. The robot broke out almost instantly.
"Are you kidding me!?" Diamondhead yelled. Then he noticed that a girl was trapped under one of the destroyed crystals he created. His instincts kicked in and he started running towards the girl before the robot got close. He wasn't going to make it. For a brief moment he thought that all hope was lost before noticing a green blur shot past him. The blur flew up and smashed into the zero pointer, knocking it over.
"No way, is that Midoriya?" Diamondhead went in a bit closer to see the blur stop and started falling. "Oh god, that is Midoriya!"
Diamondhead fired a crystal spike towards Midoriya, it shot through his sleeve avoiding hitting the arm pinning him to a nearby building. Diamondhead transformed back to Ben in a sigh of relief. He ran in closer to the building he pinned his friend onto. He was a good 20 or so feet off the ground.
"I should probably get him down..." He sighed, then if Ben's luck couldn't get worse, Midoriya's sleeve tore and he plummeted, Ben started to panic and run around trying to determine where Midoriya would hit the ground. Midoriya was about to hit the ground when suddenly Ben noticed he stopped falling. He saw that the girl that was trapped under the debris was free and looked as if she was straining as she was clasping her hands before releasing her hands, as she did Midoriya dropped softly on the ground.
"Hey buddy you okay?" Ben asked as he ran to see his friend, he winced when he saw Midoriya's right arm and legs mangled. "NOPE, definitely not okay, come on I'll take you to the infirmary"
"Is she alright?" Midoriya asked as he lifted his left arm feebly to point at the girl, who was currently vomiting behind a large chunk of concrete, before he passed out.
"Huh didn't know vomit came in RBG Gaming Keyboard colours" Ben commented, before lifting Midoriya and the girl up as Armadrillo to the infirmary.
A week passed by after the entrance exam, during that time Ben checked in on Midoriya, who was already fully recovered and continued to hang out with Pony.
"Tennyson, Principal Nezu has told me that since you are under my care for the time being he finds it suitable for me to deliver your results for the entrance examination." Aizawa said one morning as Ben was eating breakfast.
"So... Did I pass?" Ben asked curiously.
"You have passed with flying colours, you shall be starting on the second week of April, you will be in Class 1-B. I would have preferred if you were placed in 1-A so I may keep watch of you, but I believe Vlad King will more than capable in keeping an eye on you." Aizawa replied, his monotone voice made the good news less interesting but was still good news nonetheless.
"So what now?" Ben asked, "Looks like I'm not going to jail now."
"Well you'll need to get the uniform, necessary textbooks and have a hero costume made for you." Aizawa replies.
"Wait hero costume?" Ben asked excitedly.
"Yes, but I feel I should no longer help out as I am already providing you a place of residence for now, and also I have to plan an entire semesters worth of lessons." He added.
"Oh, so I'm assuming you probably do know a guy who makes costumes but you want me to work for it"
"Exactly..."
"Understandable, well looks like I now have to go search," Ben sighed. "Why do I feel like this is gonna be the Fistrick situation all over again? Wait do I have a budget?"
"I believe that is a you problem Tennyson."
"So only the money I have, that's tough" Ben said.
Ben was scouring his phone for places which design hero equipment, then he saw something.
"Nes Tech? Wait Nesmith is also a person in this universe?" Ben muttered. He decided to dive in further to double check that this version of Nesmith wasn't some psychopath who kidnapped movie stars. When he found nothing on Nesmith or Nes Tech he decided it might be a good place to start for getting his hero equipment.
"Hey Aizawa, I'm heading out!" Ben yelled before rushing out of the door, he looked down at his phone to follow the directions to Nes Tech HQ, in his excitement he hadn't paid attention to his surroundings and accidently bumped into alot of people, he only stopped when he heard his Omnitrix beep.
"Breach in system detected, Activating Lockdown Protocol, all Transformations except the 10 most recently used will be locked away until further notice, time limit for Ultimate Alien Initiative will remain the same but number of preset Ultimates has been reduced to 3 per Transformation. Lock down Protocol will also apply the same procedures to any copies that have used the stolen software to prevent any ill use of the software." the automated voice said.
"What? Breach in system? Lockdown Protocol?" Ben muttered to himself, "Albedo! I must've not noticed him in my hurry and he copied some parts of the Omnitrix for his own. Luckily it should lock away most of his transformations. Well it looks like its going to be like the old days, just me and 10 Aliens against the world"
After looking to see his list of transformations to see the ones he is able to use he continued on his way to Nes Tech. The building consisted of two halves atop of a base with a glass dome between the two halves, the building was mainly grey with dark blue windows around it.
"Looks just like Nemesis Tower back home" Ben said to himself before walking in, he walked up to the reception desk. "Hello my name is Ben Tennyson, I booked a consultation for hero equipment"
The receptionist nodded before pressing a buzzer.
"Just sit down, Mr Nesmith will see you shortly"
"Wait... Nesmith?" Ben said a bit too loudly, "I thought I was just doing a consultation"
"Mr Nesmith likes to handle the consultations, he enjoys talking with customers as it allows him to get in the minds of them and understand their needs and hear their ideas. Any ideas he likes he will personally make the equipment himself free of charge, otherwise he will send the details to the Innovation Labs below to see what they can do."
"Oh okay," Ben replied before sitting in one of the chairs next to the desk. He was a little nervous to see this version of Nesmith due to past experiences with his version of Nesmith which had culminated in Ben getting shot.
A few minutes passed before Nesmith arrived, he was a tall man with a slightly muscular build, he was wearing a black business suit with an orange ascot, he had black hair with silver streaks and a pencil moustache.
"You must be Ben Tennyson?" He asked, Ben nodded, "Come with me to my office, we'll hold the consultation there"
Ben followed Nesmith to a large elevator which took them up to Nesmith's office, it was a large room with a desk placed at the back up against a large windows, one side of the office was a large bookshelf spanning the entirety of the west wall, on the other side of the room was enough machinery to give a Planchaküle a heart attack.
"Please do sit" Nesmith said as he gestured to a chair in front of his desk. Ben nodded and sat down. "So you were accepted into UA, an admirable feat, and now want a hero costume"
"Yes sir..." Ben replied.
"Please, call me Nesmith"
"Yes Nesmith" Ben corrected himself.
"So what is your Quirk, knowing the customers Quirk would also help with creating the gear"
"Well my Quirk is called Omnisona, I can tear myself up at a cellular level and reconstruct my self into various forms with various powers, the watch is a piece of support equipment given to me to so that I don't accidentally give myself cancer or explode in a shower blood when transforming" Ben said.
"I see, does your Quirk affect your normal biology, as in does it give you Enhanced Strength or such when you are not transformed?"
"No, when I'm not transformed I am about as normal as you can get." Ben replied.
"I see." Nesmith nodded
"I want my suit to compensate for my lack of Strength, Durability and Speed when I'm not transformed. I want it to also have a guard to protect my watch so it doesn't end up getting damaged. I want my suit to be able to adapt to changes in the environment and be useful as both support and offence" Ben said.
"So you want a suit that is able change its configuration to act in a multitude of situations whilst enhancing your physical capabilities so you are still a viable option even when not transformed" Nesmith repeated.
"Yes that is correct" Ben answered.
"I like the idea and will happily build the suit myself-" Nesmith started
"That's great!" Ben interrupted.
"But, I want to do one thing first, face me in combat so I know that I am building gear for the correct person" Nesmith said whilst standing up and pressing a pin on his suit, orange metal plates started encasing him, forming an Iron Man-esque suit.
"Your kidding right?" Ben asked, Nesmith remained silent, "I'll take that as a no..."
Ben pressed down on the face plate on the Omnitrix, in a burst of green, Ben was gone and in his place was a large top-heavy figure, he was primarily black with green stripes, and his chest was green with black stripes that were connected to the green stripes, his hands were large masses and were white in colour almost looking like gloves for him, his singular eye resembled the Power Symbol on a computer and the Omnitrix was on his right hand.
"Upgrade? This will do nicely" He said, his voice was Ben's if it had been put through a robot filter.
Upgrade
Quirk: OrganiTech
Upgrade is made entirely up of small robots called Nanites, this gives him an amorphous body structure, ooallowing him to act as a solid and a liquid at free will, this body structure allows him to alter his body and go through the smallest of gaps. But this is just the tip of the cybernetic Iceberg, Upgrade can also fire optic lasers, mimic weapons, regenerate lost body parts as well deliver small electric shocks, but his grab to fame is his ability to possess and enhance technology, using his nanite structure he is able take full control of any piece of machinery and further enhance it.

Species: Galavanic Mechamorph
Home Planet: Galvan B
Powers: Amorphous Body Structure, Electrokinesis, Technokinesis, Technological Enhancements, Elasticity, Body Alteration, Optic Laser, Mechanical Possession and Regeneration.
Weaknesses: Regeneration Limit, Possession Limit, Magnets, Electrical Shocks, Elasticity Limit, Regeneration Limit, Intense Heat, Acidic/Alkaline Substances and Vulnerability of his body being overrided by an outsider.
Upgrade quickly looked around and saw the various pieces of unfinished gear scattered around the workshop side of Nesmith's office. He went liquid to dodge a blast from Nesmith and flowed towards the gear. His body slid over a trolley with some tech in it and took over it.
"I like to call this the all you can eat Tech Buffet Tray!" Upgrade called out, before merging the tech with the trolley forming what was essentialy a cart with various blades, cannons and mechanical arms. He hurtled towards Nesmith before jumping away from the cart to immediately merge with Nesmith's suit.
"What the hell?" Nesmith shouted in confusion as he witnessed his suit having the same patterns as Upgrade. He tried to move his limbs but were frozen in place. Then a blob stuck out of the suit and glowed as Upgrade spoke.
"I believe I win" Upgrade said before unmerging with Nesmith's suit and transforming back into Ben.
"Now I see why they accepted you into UA, you are quite a skilled young man." Nesmith said "What was that transformation?"
"Upgrade, his whole gist is that he can take control and enhance machines" Ben said casually.
"After your astounding victory, I will get to work on your suit, but one more thing Ben, would you be so kind as to provide me with some of Upgrade's body mass to use in the suit, I believe that it might prove helpful in the development of your suit due to the nature of his biology"
"Sure thing," Ben said, he transformed into Upgrade and blorped off a part of himself and handed it to Nesmith before transforming back. "It should stay inactive until you program it since it is no longer a part of me."
"Thank you, I will make sure that the suit I build for you will be one that will help you on your endeavours."
After further discussions about the minor details such as the general aesthetic of the suit Ben left with smile knowing that his suit will be ready in 2-3 weeks according to Nesmith.

Once more apologies for the delay, I had writers block for a while and was playing a bit too much Pokemon Legends Arceus. But I hope you enjoyed the chapter, Nesmith is back but now as a supporting character, you witnessed the introduction of Upgrade and Diamondhead and I decided to go with a roster of 10 for those wondering the current Roster is Heatblast, Water Hazard, Big Chill, Armodrillo, NRG, Diamondhead and Upgrade. I have 2 ideas for who to add in the roster which will remain secret until their reveals, so that leaves 1 spot free. Anyone who has a suggestion for who the last Alien should be add it to your review and I'll select 1 lucky reader and their choice will be added to the roster.
