Hello everyone, and welcome to the 5th chapter of Hero ex Machina (Hero from the Machine). With me again is my co-write and friend, Tkdboy2000.
Tkdboy: Ollo.
So, do you have a guest for us today?
Tkdboy: ... Soshi said he was too busy. I swear, he's doing everything he can to avoid doing the disclaimer.
... You do realize we're the writers, so you can just force him through a portal...
Tkdboy: Yeah, no. Ever since the last time I did that, I had trouble getting the guy I summoned to leave.
... Do I even want to know?
Tkdboy: No. I don't want to invoke his name.
Anyone else...?
Tkdboy: No.
... We have other characters to pick you know...
Tkdboy: Yeah, but still. Maybe I'll have someone next time.
Just grab him and drag him here. Lucky for us, I have someone.
Tkdboy: Next time. Alright, who've you got?
Himiko: (Pops up behind Tkdboy without him knowing) "Hello~"
Tkdboy: Gah! (Turns around and punches Himiko in the face.)
Himiko: (Dodges with ease) "Whoa, hey now, no need to attack~"
(Chuckles at my friend's reaction) She is a stealthy one~
Tkdboy: Jesus, Toga, you're almost as bad as- no. Not saying his name.
Himiko: "Who?"
Uh, can we hurry up, this is running long as it is?
Tkdboy: I'm not saying his name, also, fine, let's get on with it.
Right, Himiko.
Himiko: "Right, Light/Xara and Tkdboy don't own My Hero Academia, Gundam, and other series that will be thrown in. They just own their OCs, plot changes. Oh, Light/Xara, you told me you watched a new Gundam Series."
Yeah, it was Gundam Build Drivers. Good anime to watch for customizing Izuku with ideas.
Tkdboy: Okay.
And with that, enjoy the story.
Chapter 5: Trials and Tribulations
It was the day of the court case ageist Himiko Toga's Parents and Hansuke Hikaru's Pro Hero ones. This would decide the fate of Himiko, and the future of people like her.
The group of friends where there to watch and be witnesses. They would also throw in their own ideas, if it had to be added.
"Do you think your parent's can win?" Himiko asked, actually scared.
"You kidding?" Hansuke asked, not looking scared at all. "This is something they do every other day to help children like this."
"... I don't know..." Scolo says.
"I'm not sure myself. There's evidence to go in either direction," Soshi states.
"True, but I have recoding's of Himiko telling me what her parents told her," Izuku added, taping his head.
The four looked to him. "Wait, you do?" Himiko asked, shocked.
"... Is that a function of one of your AIs, or yourself?" Soshi asks Izuku.
"[Both,]" Izuku and Atlas stated together.
"I've always had the abilities to remember everything," Izuku stated, "I just thought I had a very good memory. Turns out, it was my Quirk at times, before it fully activated."
[We just found a way to actually project it as a hologram now to show what need to be shown,] Church added.
[He can also do the if he plugs into a monitor of tv,] Jeeves added.
"Ah, okay. That makes sense," Soshi states.
"... Huh?" Scolo just makes a noise.
"What's wrong?" Himiko asked.
"..." Scolo just stays quiet.
"... She's blind. Holograms and monitors are kinda useless to her," Soshi states, "so even if they projected anything, she wouldn't be able to see it."
Himiko facepalms. "Sorry," she apologized for her slip up. She then rubbed her arms. "I-I'm, just... scared... What if my parents want me to be locked up like an animal... because of my Quirk...?"
"Then they're fucking idiots," Soshi states with his usual monotone.
"... Yeah, with tons of money..." she added.
"... Fair enough," Soshi says, still deadpan.
Just then, two snobby looking business workers walk in. One was a woman that looked like an order Toga, but her hair was kept and her eyes were normal. The other was a man that had strong features and his eyes were like Himiko's. The two looked at Himiko, coldly. "Himiko," they greeted in a cold tone that made them sound like everything was under them.
"... Mother... Father..." Himiko great, just as cold, like she was taught.
Church popped up and whispered to the teens, [Now I see why Himiko almost snapped...]
"... So... you're the asshats that turned your daughter into that," Soshi says, an unusual amount of anger in this voice. Unusual because happy, sad or angry, Soshi's voice never changed. It's like Sephiroth, always calm. Until now.
The two looked at him, not even flinching. "And you are hanging with these lowborns?" Himiko's mother asked.
"We'd understand the boy with the hero parents, seeing as we could use his connections, but those three have nothing to offer," her father stated, coldly.
"And we see that the Quirk suppression drugs were starting to lose effect," Himiko's mother added, shocking the group. "I guess we'll have to up the doses when we take you home and send you to reform school."
"You've been giving her those drugs!" Hansuke almost shouted, almost getting from his seat. "Do you know how dangerous that is to kids? Let alone teens when their Quirks are developing!?"
"Yeah, that's why it's prohibited to give them to kids, it can have dire consequences," Izuku added, shocked as well from Himiko's treatment.
"Very much so, up to and including death," Soshi states. But that's true of most prescription drugs that nullify something.
Himiko's parents wave them off. "Like a bunch of low born kids know anything," Himiko's mother stated, not caring. "It's not like anyone will believe you. Children should only be seen and not heard."
"... Wow... old-fashioned much..." Hansuke said, his eye twitching.
"Now Himiko," her father called, making her flinch. "Tell the heroes to end this trial and come home now, if not you'll be punished when this is over."
"... And your actions aren't any worse how?" Soshi inquires.
"We have reputation in the REAL world," Himiko's mother answered. "We have an image to uphold, and our daughter is to do the same. So this façade of a trial is nothing to us. Her Quirk is a danger to everyone and must never be used."
"... I guess you also starve your daughter on "diets"?" Hansuke asked, using air quotes.
[Emphasis on "Diet",] Church added.
"And what would this... thing be?" Himiko's father asked.
[THING!?] Church shouted in anger. [WHY YOU-!] he was held back by the other AIs, trying to not make an incident. Even though he couldn't hurt the two, they didn't want to take the chance.
"He is an Artificial Intelligence, one step closer to truly artificial life. And still far more human than you two," Soshi states with a matter-of-fact tone.
"... My brother may be emotionless and sometimes lacking in empathy, but even he's more human than you," Scolo adds.
Himiko's parents waved them off again. "Emotions have to use in the real world," Himiko's father stated. "They are nothing but a hinderance, and make you chose bad decisions."
"Now, Himiko," her mother ordered, making her flinch again in fear. "End this trial now, or else." Himiko was shaking in fear, not knowing what to do.
Soshi blinked at what they said, realizing that he had taken on a similar mindset at some point in his life.
"You're wrong," Izuku said, getting their attention.
"What was that, lowborn?" Himiko's mother asked coldly.
Izuku looked at them, determination in his eyes. "You're wrong, emotions are not a weakness, it's not having them that the true weakness. And that will be your undoing." The others got inspired by Izuku, just like the time of saving Bakugo.
Her parents scoff. "And you're just a foolish boy with being a hero, just like everyone else," her father stated. He then turned to Himiko. "Now Himiko, do what we told you."
Himiko was looking down, her hair shadowing her eyes. "... No," she whispered.
"... What was that?" her father asked, a hint of anger in his voice.
"I said..." Himiko stated, then got up, looking at them in an angry determined voice. "NO! I won't end this trial! I'll earn my freedom from you two... two... MONSTERS! I won't be afraid of you anymore!" She was huffing, finally saying what she's always wanted to say, thanks to Izuku and his determination.
Soshi... smiles? What? "Well. There you have it. Now, I'm going to go make sure you didn't bribe anyone to make the trial go in your favor," he says as he leaves.
They both looked angered. "You think that we'd do that...?" Himiko's mother growled out.
"We got the best prosecutor money can get," her father stated.
"What are you doing...?" the voice of Hansuke's father, Haku, the river hero, appeared, not looking happy at the two. "Have you been harassing them...?"
"Yes," Scolo states.
"No," Himiko's mother said. "We were trying to tell our daughter to end this nonsense of a trial."
Haku looked at them. "... Abuse is not nonsense..."
"Yeah," Scolo states, "Especially from one's own parents."
"She's our daughter, and we do what's right in her life," Himiko's father stated. "She's our property."
"Property!?" shouted the teens. Himiko's eyes widen.
"Yes, she is to take over our company when see older," Himiko's mother stated, coldly. "She is just the next to run it. But her Villainous Quirk will ruin that."
"... Go to your spots before I end this trial myself and throw you two in jail," Haku ordered the adults.
"... Please do so, Uncle Haku," Scolo states.
"No, we'll win this little "trial' of your," Himiko's mother stated. "And we'll get OUR daughter back." The two then left to where they were supposed to wait.
"... Please tell me you recorded the whole conversation...?" Hansuke asked Izuku, who nodded.
"... I... I want to believe we'll win..." Himiko stated, starting to curl up in a ball. "But if it's who they got... We might not win..."
"Don't worry, we have someone as good that your parents will haver as well," Haku told her.
"Right," Soshi states.
Himiko still look scared, curling up in a ball. "I-I just want freedom... Is that too much to ask..."
"I don't think I've seen her this scared before," Izuku stated.
[Well with 'Parents' like them, I'm surprise she's as stable as she is,] Cortana stated, using air quotes.
"...Their behavior reminds me way too much of Jacques Schnee," Scolo states. While she can't watch RWBY, she used to listen with Soshi. Then, at least in their opinion, the quality went down.
"Yeah, and Willow agreeing with her husband..." Hansuke added.
"... I mean, Willow was an alcoholic that was heavily abused by Jacques, but yeah," Soshi says.
[All this is fun and all, but the trial is about to start,] Church stated.
"... Not much we can do. We're still minors," Soshi said.
"Never underestimate kids," Hansuke stated.
"Right," Soshi replies.
The judge then walked up. Soshi looks up at the judge.
"What wrong?" Himiko asked.
"...Yes, your honor?" Scolo asks as well.
"Honor...?" Himiko asked, confused.
"... I mean, he is a judge," Scolo says.
"... Pretty sure that's only in America, Scolo," Soshi responds.
"Let's just get this over with," Hansuke sighs, wanting to get Himiko's 'parents' their just dues. Soshi and Scolo both nod.
So the case of Himiko Toga and the Toga family began.
Soshi, Scolo, and Hansuke were to serve as witnesses providing testimony. They were not part of the jury because they were a biased source.
"Let's begin the trial," the judge stated.
Soshi and Scolo both wait, somewhat nervously. After a while, Soshi was called to the witness stand about their first encounter with Toga and spending time with her following the initial encounter.
"So," the prosecutor started, "Mr. Shinzui, tell me, you meet Ms. Toga with your friend, Izuku Midoriya while he was training and cleaning the beach?"
"Yes, sir."
"What happened when she met you two?"
"A small skirmish, mainly caused by my mistrust of anyone that's not family."
"I though she attacked Mr. Midoriya?" they asked. "Is this wrong?"
"... I was there too. Izuku moved me aside when it became clear she was more interested in him. And I'm not certain if she was unprovoked or if it was something I said that provoked her."
"That's not what the report says," they told him.
"Objection your honor," the defense attorney called. "The prosecutor is being forceful to the witness."
Soshi stays quiet. He... wasn't aware a report had been filed.
"Sustained," the judge states.
Soshi almost though he heard the prosecutor growl in frustration. "Fine, anyways, Mr. Shinzui, did Ms. Toga, say anything?"
"... She was interested in how Mr. Midoriya's Quirk affected his blood."
"Oh, and why his blood?"
"... Her Quirk. Blood consumption to induce transformation. She wanted to know if his transformation would have an impact on his blood. We never saw any results. And from what I can tell, her obsession with blood is a form of withdrawal caused by her parents outright prohibiting her from using her Quirk." ... Curse his emotionless honesty.
The others facepalmed. "Goddamn it Soshi..." Hansuke muttered, angerly. He then widened his eyes. 'Wait a minute, how did the prosecutor know that?' he asked himself in his mind, and he coul swear he saw him smirking.
"Oh, so Ms. Toga was trying to kill Mr. Midoriya, is that right?" they asked, feeling like they just won.
"Objection your honor," the defense attorney called again. "The prosecutor is making false accusations of my client!"
"Sustained."
"At no point did I say she was trying to kill him. I only said she wanted to see what his blood looked like, and was suffering a form of withdrawal," Soshi stated.
"Withdrawal you say?" they asked. "Please, explain more."
"... You know how drug addicts go into withdrawal if they're denied access to the "drug" for long enough? I think that because parents cut her off, it made her obsessed."
beat/silence
"But what do I know, I make prosthetics, I'm not a psychiatrist, nor do I understand human emotion very well."
"So her Quirk is made for villainy then, and she needs to be locked up?" they asked. "It's a danger to her and others."
"Objection your honor," the defense attorney called again. "The prosecutor is making false accusations of my client again!"
"Sustained."
"... Additionally, your Honor, the prosecution mentioned a report. I was never made aware that a report was filed," the defense stated.
"And I believe we never reported the incident to the police," Soshi stated.
The prosecutor smirked and pulled out a file. "It was a tip I was given from a third-party witness, they couldn't make it, because they were sick with the flue."
"... Your Honor, not only was I not made aware of a third-party witness, but if there was, wouldn't we have called them so they can still testify from home?" The defense asks the judge.
"Does it really matter?" Toga's mother asked. "Information is information." She then gave a death glare that she'd use on her employees that back-talked her. "So stop wasting our time, defense."
"Information may be information, but if we don't know the source of this information, then it's possible that the information was falsified. We have a witness stating that this report was never made, and a third party that we can't contact that the prosecution claims filed the report, without informing anyone that this third party exists."
"The defense makes a fair point, prosecutor. Surprise witnesses and evidence are often thrown out due to an inability for the other party to depose said witnesses, as well as a violation of court rules. As such, your report is inadmissible in this court, and you will be penalized."
Toga's father stated, in an ice-cold tone, "They also asked, on top of being sick, not to be known. In fear that our daughter would come and find them and kill them."
Himiko tensed, looking like she was about to cry. "D-Do people really fear me...?" she asked, her tone almost broken.
"Even so, it was never made clear that there was a third party in the first place. And defense and prosecution, during litigation, are to exchange witness lists so they can know who may testify or submit evidence. Something the prosecution seems to have neglected.
The gavel bangs.
"The report is to be thrown out."
The Togas' growl in anger.
"Fine, but my case still stands, Himiko Toga attack Mr. Midoriya," the prosecutor stated.
"... I have nothing else to say, your Honor," Soshi states, "aside from the fact that that's been the only incident since she moved in with us."
(Time Skip: Near the end of the Trial)
Without the prosecutor's police report, things went very heavily in the defense's favor. While Himiko did attack Midoriya, the defense, Hansuke, Soshi, Scolo, and Midoriya, was heavily forgiving. On the other hand, it was also made clear that her obsession with blood came about due to deliberate negligence from her parents, which was considered abuse.
Toga's parents looked like they were going to blow a fuse. They were getting very angry at this. It was supposed to be an easy, open close case for them, like always. But these brats were ruining everything.
Soshi noticed this, but his face remained neutral.
Scolo had testified that she was empathetic towards Himiko, having to deal with similar circumstances due to her appearance alone. She was vouching for her.
Hansuke did as well, understand that Quirks at a human part as well, and see it like when her body need food or water/drinks. Sure, they shouldn't be indulged too much, but they can't starve the hell out of it either.
Last up was Izuku himself... who looked clam, shocking the others.
"Uh... Is Izuku not freaking out?" Hansuke asked.
"Seems that way," Soshi stated.
"... I really hope nothing's wrong..." Scolo says, worried.
"Oh, he told me he turned off his fear part of his brain," Himiko told them. "Said he just learned to suppress it."
"... Convenient," Soshi states, "but illogical. Fear is an important part of being human."
"... You know that how?" Scolo states.
"An episode of Batman. Scarecrow created a no-fear gas, which removes fear of everything... including consequences and death."
"Well he didn't make it go all the way down, just so he won't mess up and stutter right now," Himiko corrected. "He said he'll only use it when it would be necessary. Like this case"
Soshi nods in understanding.
"... Let's see how the testimony goes..." Scolo states.
"Mr. Midoriya," the prosecutor called to him.
"Please explain to me, why you where train on the beach?" they asked Izuku. "Why the beach and not a gym?"
"Most heroes go for flashiness over community service, like compacting large refrigerators to take them to the dump. That beach was heavily polluted, so I figured I would train by cleaning it up," Izuku stated, not mentioning All Might.
"And why would you need to train, with a Quirk like yours?" they asked, thinking he may have been able to turn this around.
"It's because I just activated my Quirk a few months ago, and still powering it," Izuku answered, shocking the ones who didn't know.
"What do you mean by that?" they asked.
"I was a bit of a late bloomer. My Quirk only recently activated. I spent most of my life thinking I was Quirkless."
The threes eyes widened, meaning that he was on her side. "I-I see," the prosecutor said, trying to refocus himself, by coughing into his fist. "That aside, why would you help her when she clearly attacked you? She was and still is a treat to you, is she not? What's to say she won't try it again?"
"She's not a threat to me anymore. She's been calm ever since our first encounter."
"But how long can that last with her Quirk?" they asked. "Are you not afraid she'll stab you in the back, because of her Quirk?"
"No, I do not," Izuku answered, his determined start at full power. "I trust her like a sister, we may be different, but I know I can trust her with my life."
Himiko had tears in her eyes. Izuku... trusted her and saw her as family.
Surprisingly, Soshi cracks a small smile at what Izuku said.
Hansuke smirked. "Izuku, you're going far in life."
The prosecutor's eye was twitching. "And how can you trust a villain...?"
"Because she's a victim of circumstance. Circumstances brought about by her parents, from what I've heard."
"And what proof do you have of such a claim?" they asked, thinking the kid was bluffing.
Izuku turned to the judge. "Sir, if I may, can I use an aspect of my Quirk?"
"That depends on the type of evidence you are going to submit with it, Mr. Midoriya," the judge responds.
"You see, I have a function I just awakened, where I can record things that have happened, and show it though a TV or monitor, by hooking up to it," Izuku explained. "Earlier today, before the trial started, I recorded a conversation me and my friends had with Himiko's 'Parents'."
"... Videos are inadmissible as evidence. However, the audio of said video is admissible."
"It has both, sir," Izuku said, his determined look not wavering. (A/N 1)
"Alright, then. Let's see your evidence."
Izuku nodded and hooked himself to the tv.
"..." Silence. Nothing but silence from the judge. He looked pretty damn enraged about what he just witnessed, though.
"T-This is false...!" Toga's father shouted. "This is surely fabricated!"
"You cannot actually believe this child!" her mother added. "Children make things up all the time!"
"So do adults," The defense states, "we make things up for children. That proves that adults are just as capable of lying. Additionally, multiple types of fraud all have a basis in lying. While it is true that children make things up, adults are just as fallible. Such as with the potentially fraudulent report the prosecution tried to present as evidence."
"How dare you talk to use like that!" Toga's mother roars. "Do you know who we are! We're the CEOs of Toga industries!"
"ORDER! ORDER IN THE COURT!" the judge shouted, banging his gavel. The defense was quiet. The judge the pointed his gavel at the Togas. "Mr. And Mrs. Toga, I want the full truth, is this, or is this not accurate to what happened before this case started!?" All eyes were on the Togas.
The two of them were greeting their teeth in annoyance and anger. "I-It is sir..." the grumbled out.
"Objection!" the prosecutor shouted. "This has nothing to do with this case so this this not usable!"
"Objection denied. The evidence shall be accepted."
The prosecutor was starting to get angry, his case that he should win easily, was falling apart, and it was these damn brats. He then let out an angered roar. "DAMN YOU GODDAMN BRATS! YOU HAVE BEEN MESSING ME UP AT ALL TURNS! I'VE DONE EVERYTHING TO WIN, EVEN WHEN I WANTED YOU TO SAY BY USE MY QUIRK TO FORCE YOU TO-" realization hit him, and he covered his mouth. He just let his anger get to him.
"Prosecutor..." the judge called out in a calm tone, but the aura he was giving off was anything but. "What was it that you just said...?"
The prosecutor gulped. "I-It was nothing your honor... I was just-" they never got to finish when Izuku just played back what he just saw and heard.
"..." Everyone was glaring at the prosecutor.
"... What's your Quirk, prosecutor?" The judge asked him with a glare.
The prosecutor was now sweating bullets. 'N-No, all my work... my empire... All the jobs I did, all the backroom deals... ruined... by these brats...' he thought, his teeth grinding. "I-Ideal Takeover..." he grunted out.
"By the name alone, I'm guess you use your worlds to try and take over someone's mental processes and force them into what you want them to do or say," Izuku said, already getting what the Quirk would do. "But, your Quirk couldn't work on us, due to ours, me and Soshi being tech Quirks with firewalls, Hansuke and his mind having too much information in his mind to even affect him, and Scolo, who's blindness actually strengthened her other senses, including her mind, and that Quirks like yours don't work on insect Quirk users."
"... Alright. I'm having all of your past wins placed under review to scan for any evidence of Quirk usage. You are to be tried for tampering with witnesses," the judge states to the prosecutor.
"You damn brat!" they shouted, pulling a gun out and pointing it a Izuku. "You've ruined everything! My boss will kill me now!"
"Gun! Everyone out!" Scolo shouts as the people of the gallery fled.
"Let's see how you do, after you lose your disease Quirk you got, after waiting years!" they shouted. He was about to fire, but Izuku was faster. He pointed his arm at they, and sent it flying, hitting the prosecutor's face, knocking them out.
Church appeared. [The hell were they going on about losing your Quirk?]
"No idea, but I feel it might be in the gun he had," Izuku said.
"You know, technically what you did was illegal as Vigilantism, kid," the defense states, "but we'll let it slide as self-defense."
The judge nods.
Izuku laughed sheepishly, while rubbing the back of his head. "Sorry, my body moved on its own, and he did point that gun at me. I just didn't want anyone getting hit if it bounced off me."
"... Fair enough."
The judge quickly pounds the gavel and adjourns the trial.
Armed guards come in and take away the prosecutor.
"Guess we won't be going over my proposal today," Kohaku said. He then turned to Izuku. "You did well Izuku."
Soshi nods as Scolo comes out from under the chair she was hiding under.
"Uh... Not that I'm trying to sound selfish..." Himiko, called out, coming up from under her own chair, "but does this mean we won the case, and I'm free from my parents...?"
"... Yes. The whole case is being thrown out due to the prosecution," the judge states, "... I'm also filing a restraining order against them."
"She'll also be living with us from now on as well?" Chihiro asked the judge. The judge nods.
"I also have my proposal for a hero's bill I wanted to pass, if I can still tell you your honor?" Kohaku asked.
The judge nods again. "Perhaps later, though. Police are going to want statements."
The group nodded. "Well this wasn't how I thought this trial would go," Hansuke stated. "Hell, I didn't even think that the prosecutor was a villain."
"Same," Soshi states.
Scolo just nods.
"Just hope my dad's idea goes through," Hansuke hoped.
"What is your dad's idea," Izuku asked.
"He wants to have Himiko be a tester for a new law, where people who have Quirks that need blood or something like that for their Quirk, to be give a monthly, depending on the person and if they need it sooner, bags of blood or other medical items for Quirk users that need it to keep their Quirks in check without it driving them mad of the thing they need," Hansuke answered his friend.
Soshi and Scolo both nod.
"W-Wait... H-He's really doing this... All for me...?" Himiko asked, shock that someone would try and change the law for someone like her. Tears were in her eyes again. "H-How... How did I meet such kind people...? Who would do so much for a freak like me...?"
"Himiko, you were in trouble, and a hero's job is to help those who are," Izuku stated.
"Yeah. And don't call yourself a freak, I'm probably worse," Scolo states.
"At least you might have a hero for family," Himiko shot back.
"... Touché."
Church popped up again and asked, [You guys ever think you're like the "Breakfast Club" of strange Quirk users and personalities?]
"Yes," Soshi says.
"Yep," Scolo says.
"Yeah," Izuku states.
"At times," Hansuke said, shrugging.
"Now that you say it," Himiko said, thinking about it.
"Guess Hatsume would be our fifth member then," Izuku stated.
"That would make sense," Soshi states.
"Well I hope our little group grows bigger when we get to UA," Hansuke said.
Scolo, Soshi, and Izuku all nod.
Himiko just glomped them all in a group hug, happy to actually have a true family and friends.
And then the police showed up to take statements.
To be continued
And there's the chapter people.
Toga: (Looked at the last paragraph and pouted at Tkdboy) "Did you really have to ruin the moment like that at the end...?"
I thought it was funny.
Tkdboy: Hey, at least I didn't say "And then a nuke crashes the party" or something along those lines.
Now you're just being a spoil spot. Anyways. We hope you liked the chapter, and all that happened. If anyone can guess which group the prosecutor was working with, we'll give you a shout out. Hint, it's in a line he said.
Tkdboy: I think it's kinda obvious...
(Shrugs) Oh well, anyways. We'll see you next time.
Toga: (Waves) "Bye~"
Tkdboy: Bye! So glad he didn't show up...
Please R&R
(A/N 1) We're not sure if this would be Video testimony or video evidence, so were just going with it have both audio and video.
Tkdboy: Video testimony is not the same as video evidence. Just saying that we're not sure if video a recording taken inside of a courthouse would be admissible.
