The charges
Once they arrived in the penthouse they went to the dining room. They sat at the table and discussed what they could sue Flash for. It turned out that they had a lot they could sue him for. They decided to sue him for aggravated assault, menacing, emotional distress, causing a medical issue, threatening, and intent to harm. These each happened multiple times. Once they decided they sent the footage and charges to their lawyers. New York has a one party consent rule. If one party consented to being recorded and videoed the footage was deemed usable in court. By the time they were done Flash would have a hard time getting into a respected college. Once the lawyers got the list and footage they got to work. Finding more things to charge him and his parents with. As it turned out his Dad had been leaking patented projects from SI to Oscorp. That would hold up in court as the lawyers were very good at their jobs, and had found phone conversations and bank statements that proved it. The lawyers sent the notice to the Thompson's house and made sure it was delivered. None of the news reporters knew about this if they did they would be forced to pick sides. After the meeting Christina and Pepper made dinner, and then they read Colossians 5 for Bible Study. The next morning they all slept in. When Damian woke up he decided to wake Christina up as well, so he could actually get up.
"Hey Ari, it's time to wake up." He said softly. Christina was a very light sleeper, and she was awake as soon as he started talking.
"Hey Dami, Good morning." She said in Russian. She tended to speak in Russian or Italian when she was still tired, and if you weren't used to it you wouldn't understand. After they both got dressed they went out to the kitchen, and started making breakfast for everyone. They would switch languages while cooking, so they stayed sharp on the ones they knew. Everyone else tended to stay asleep until breakfast was completely ready. Because otherwise they would get a headache from the language changing every other sentence. There were some languages that only Damian and Christina had learned. Everyone else was not able to follow what they were saying. Both of them knew the exact same languages, so it was fun for them. They had learned Russian, Arabic, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Japanese, Irish, Spanish, Greek, Romanian, and last but not least English. Learning languages was fun for them, and they learned together. The only language that none of the others had learned was Arabic. They learned it because it was Damian's native tongue and he was Israeli. Damian had taught Christina how to speak and write it. They had Bible Studies in Arabic, and were learning Hebrew and Greek as well. When Breakfast was ready everyone came out from their rooms.
"Good morning, you two. Thanks for making breakfast." Peter said,
"You're welcome Peter." Damian replied,
"Hi Peter, Good morning." Christina said. The rest slowly filtered in one at a time. Until all of their crazy dysfunctional family arrived. They ate breakfast, and decided to have a team training session later. After they were done they all went to the training room. They practiced sparring each other, as well as rescuing civilians caught in the middle. After training Christina and Damian went to do business things, as well as finish the project they were working on. They had it done in a couple of hours. When they went upstairs for lunch, they had walked in on the team playing Clue. They didn't know who was winning, but it was interesting all the same. Five minutes later Christina got a call from Anakin.
"Christi, your world might have a problem. I looked at the lawyer defending your bully. He doesn't exist on your planet. I have a feeling he's from my galaxy, and that's not a good thing. Don't worry though. Padmé, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Satine, and I make up the majority of the jury. We won't let him get away." Anakin told her, before she could freak out.
"Ok thanks for letting me know. I love you bro, see you soon." She replied. When she returned to the living room everyone could tell something was off, but they left it to Damian to fix. He gently led her out of the living room, and brought her to their lab.
"Ari what's wrong?" He asked, his concern evident on his face.
"Flash's lawyer does not exist on earth, and is from the Star Wars galaxy. We don't know anything about him, and no one has ever seen him before." She replied,
"It will be ok. The trial won't even be a thing unless they decide to counter sue us." Damian explained, pulling her toward him and hugging her.
"I know, I just want to be prepared. Anyways, do you think the lawyer might be a sith?" She asked,
"There is a very high possibility." Damian answered. "Whoever it is, we'll be ready for them."
"I know, let's let the others know as well." She said, then they went back out to the living room where Natasha had just won. They explained the situation, and waited for lunch to be completely finished. Then they said grace, and started eating. They were all conference called by the lawyers at three. The head lawyer Mrs. Leflin told them that Flash had decided to counter sue. They had an airtight case though. They were confident that the evidence they had was enough to win the case. Anakin called them back later explaining that the chancellor was actually Flash's lawyer. That was a bit of a problem. The chancellor was not known to be a sith at this time, and they weren't completely sure that he was. The order had changed as soon as Yoda found out about the twins, but the timeline there was different from the movies. First of all Anakin and Padmé were the same age of twenty-five. They had still gotten married at nineteen. The clone wars had just started and the twins were already born. They were three years old, and had dubbed Christina Aunt Chrissy. Damian was Uncle Dami, Peter was Uncle Petey, and Leia was Aunt Lei. Morgan was closer to their age, and was their cousin instead of their aunt because of her age.
